Abstract:
Pada era sekarang ini, pemanfaatan nanoselulosa sudah sangat luas pada berbagai bidang, seperti farmasi, kosmetik, elektronik, dirgantara, dsb. Proses pembuatan nanoselulosa dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara bergantung pada bahan baku selulosanya, tetapi secara umum meupakan kombinasi dari perlakuan kimia dan mekanik .Rumput alang-alang (Imperata Cylindrica) dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber selulosa dengan kandungan selulosanya berkisar 40%. Ekstraksi selulosa dari rumput alang-alang diawali dengan proses delignifikasi dan dilanjutkan dengan proses bleaching menggunakan H2O2 dan NaOH. Serat selulosa diperoleh kemudian dihidrolisis dengan asam sulfat 64% pada suhu variasi 35 dan 45 ͦC, pengadukan divariasikan pada 250, 500 dan 750 rpm serta lamanya hidrolisis divariasikan 1, 2, dan 3 jam. Sebelum hasil hidrolisis dinetralkan terlebih dahulu disonifikasi dengan variasi waktu 20 dan 30 menit. Untuk pengujian hasilisolasi nano selulosa digunakan cara SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopes) Dari penelitian ini, nano selulosa dari rumput alang-alang diperoleh melalui proses hidrolisis pada suhu 45 ℃, pengadukan 750 rpm, dan selama 3 jam, selanjutnya disonifikasi selama 30 menit. Kondisi ini digunakan untuk serat selulosa rumput alang-alang dalam keadaan kering.

Abstract:
Phytochemical screening test proved that the extract of Reeds (Imperata cylindrica) contained phenolic compounds tested using 5% FeCl3 reagent. Antibacterial test using agar diffusion method against Reeds extract in DMSO solvent. The phenolic compounds obtained from the saputangan leaves Reeds extract were 36.96 grams after undergoing maceration. Reeds extract of phenolic compounds with concentrations (200; 100; 50 and 25 ppm) had strength antibacterial where the average inhibition zone of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria was 10.0 mm and the average inhibition zone was at Escherichia coli bacteria measuring 10.3 mm.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan analisis semiotika Charles Sanders Pierce, yaitu berdasarkan representament, object, interpretant. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kre Alang dan Sapu Alang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada makna atau arti dari sebuah tanda-tanda, simbol dan lambang yang tersembunyi pada Kre Alang dan Sapu Alang dan bagaimana diterapkan dalam kehidupan sekarang. Data diperoleh melalui analisis semiotika. Adapun tempat penelitian adalah di Dusun Sameri, Desa Poto, Kecamatan Moyo Hilir, Sumbawa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis semiotika menemukan bahwa dari simbol motif lonto engal, gili liyuk, lasuji terbentuk pada kehidupan masyarakatnya yang masih memegang teguh adat istiadat yang mereka percayai sebagai wujud harapan dan doa-doa, namun ada yang diterapkan dan terjaga meskipun ada juga yang mulai ditinggalkan akibat pekembangan jaman yang semakin modernisasi

Pantai Alang-alang merupakan salah satu pemukiman di Pulau Karimunjawa yang memiliki padang lamun yang kondisinya masih baik. Ekosistem padang lamun merupakan ekosistem yang cukup kompleks dengan segala fungsi yang penting terhadap ekosistem pesisir Lamun merupakan tumbuhan tingkat tinggi yang hidup dan terbenam di lingkungan laut; berpembuluh, berdaun, berimpang (rhizome), berakar dan berkembangbiak secara generatif (biji) dan vegetatif (tunas). Klorofil merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi fotosintesis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai indeks keanekaraman, keseragaman dan dominasi lamun yang ada di perairan Pantai Alang-alang Karimunjawa, mengetahui kondisi perairan pantai Alang-alang sebagai tempat hidup lamun serta mengetahui kondisi lamun di perairan tersebut dengan menganalisis nilai klorofil lamun.Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2019 di perairan Pantai Alang-alang, Karimunjawa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada 1 stasiun dengan 6 titik pengukuran garis transek dan 18 titik kuadran transek.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu nilai keanekaragaman pada perairan Pantai Alang-alang berkisar antara 0,956-1,215 dengan kategori keanekaragaman sedang. Nilai indeks keseragaman lamun pada lokasi penelitian berkisar antara 0,834-0,992 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Nilai indeks dominasi lamun pada lokasi penelitian berkisar antara 0,330-0,436 yang dapat dikategorikan rendah. Kedalaman lokasi penelitian berkisar antara 24-68 meter. Temperatur air pada lokasi penelitian berkisar antara 26-320C. Derajat keasaman (pH) pada lokasi penelitian berkisar antara 7-8 dimana nilai rentan tersebut masih dalam kondisi optimum. Salinitas pada lokasi penelitian bernilai 28-30 o/oo. Nilai intensitas cahaya pada udara berkisar antara 1.200- 11.000 lux sedangkan untuk nilai intensitas cahaya pada permukaan air berkisar 1.100-9.600. Nilai klorofil pada lamun perairan Pantai Alang-alang, Karimunjawa berkisar antara 5.430-19.507 mg/ml.

Di Indonesia, Alang-alang (Imperata cylindrica L. Beauv) merupakan salah satu gulma terpenting dan termasuk sepuluh gulma bermasalah di dunia. Melalui biji dan rimpang, alang-alang dapat tumbuh dan menyebar luas pada hampir semua kondisi lahan. Teknologi pengendalian alang-alang telah banyak dikenal namun belum dapat menjamin eradikasi populasi alang-alang secara berkelanjutan tanpa diikuti oleh kultur teknis dan pola budidaya tanaman pangan sepanjang tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lahan alang-alang dapat dikendalikan/dikelola menjadi lahan produktif setelah direhabilitasi dengan tanaman legume (Mucuna sp.) untuk usaha tani tanaman pangan lahan kering berorientasi konservasi tanah. Bahan hijauan tanaman Mucuna dapat meningkatkan kadar C-organik, memperbaiki sifat fisika, kimia tanah dan meningkatkan produksi tanaman pangan. In Indonesia, Alang-alang (Imperata cylindrica L. Beauv) is one of important weeds and included to ten most problematic weeds around the world. Through its seeds and roots, alang-alang can grow and expand in nearly all soil conditions. Many technologies for controlling have been known but can not ensure the eradication of weeds population, however the controlling via food crops cropping systems for the whole years is the best method so far to have sustainability of the agriculture land. Research showed that alang-alang area could be controlled/managed became more productive land after rehabilitation with legume (ie Mucuna sp.) especially for dry land conservation oriented. Mucuna green materials might increase C-organic content, both soil chemical and physical improvement, furthermore increased foodcrops production.

Abstract Municipal Waterworks Tirta Musi manages and supplies clean water to Palembang city. The distribution network system of Municipal Waterworks Tirta Musi is expected to distribute water sufficiently to all customers in the 18 districts this Municipal Waterworks serves. However, it was found that in Alang-alang Lebar service unit water was not delivered sufficiently. Moreover, Alang-alang Lebar service unit plans to improve the service so that the system will serve increasing customers until the next 20 years. This study aims to analyze the water distribution system to find the cause of insufficient water in Alang-Alang Lebar; predicting the number of customers in the next 20 years, and propose some improvements in the distribution system. A computer program EPANET was used to conduct the simulations on pipe networks. Data required for hydraulic analysis using EPANET was obtained from Municipal Waterworks Tirta Musi. The result shows that head pressure was the main problem in Alang-Alang Lebar. Adding discharge of pump reservoir, enlarging pipe diameters in some parts will improve the distribution performance. The proposed design of the distribution system will be able to deliver water for the next 20 years with an increasing number of the customer.

Bahan bakar fosil sumber energi memiliki keterbatasan dan tidak terbarukan, penggunaan bahan bakar fosil secara terus menerus mengakibatkan krisis energy dan lingkungan. Rumput liar pada saat ini memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai generasi kedua biomasa. Hal ini memiliki keuntungan seperti tumbuh dengan cepat, mudah tumbuh, perawatan yang minimal, dapat tumbuh pada lahan kritis dan tersedia dalam jumlah yang banyak. Dalam upaya mengembangkan generasi kedua biomasa, penelitian ini secara sistematis memberikan perspektif ekologi dan teknologi proses dalam mengembangkan bioenergi dari alang – alang di Provinsi Banten. Pada penelitian ini karakterisasi alang – alang dilakukan untuk menentukan sifat – sifat dan potensi bioenergy. Sedangkan fixed bed pirolisis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi produksi bio-oil dari proses pirolisis. Sementara analisis karakterisasi bio-oil dilakukan untuk melihat potensi chemical building block sebagai sumber energi. Analisis sifat kimia dan fisika alang – alang dilakukan melalui thermogravimetric analysis, proximate analysis, elemental analysis, compositional analysis, calorific value. Sedangkan analisis potensi bio-oil di lakukan melalui Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). Dari hasil karakterisasi mengindikasikan bahwa alang – alang memiliki nilai kalori 18,05 MJ/kg, dengan ash konten yang rendah, dan tinggi kandungan volatile. Analisis dengan GC/MS menunjukan komponen utama dalam bio-oil dikelompokan ke dalam furan, ketone, phenol dan anhydrosugar yang merupakan platform yang dapat dikonversi menjadi sumber energi. Fixed bed pyrolysis atau fixed bed pirolisis alang – alang menunjukan, bahwa yield bio-oil meningkat sebagaimana peningkatan temperatur dan puncaknya pada suhu 500 0C dengan persentase 37,91%. Kata Kunci: Alang - alang, Pirolisis, GC/MS, Thermogravimetric analysis, Bioenergi ABSTRACT Fossil fuel as a source of energy have limitation and are non-renewable. Continuous utilisation of fossil fuels as energy source can lead to energy crisis and environmental impact. Perennials grasses (alang – alang) are currently being developed as a suitable second-generation biofuel feedstock. It has advantages such as rapid growth rate, easy to grow, minimal maintenance and utilise marginal land without competing with food supply. Taking into account of the various challenges attributed to the transformation of second-generation biomass for energy production, this work systematically looks at the ecological perspective and the availability for bioenergy production from alang – alang in Banten Province. Biomass characterisation is carried out to determine the properties and bioenergy potential. Fixed bed pyrolysis study was conducted to predict the potential production of bio-oil from the pyrolysis process. GC/MS study is conducted to identify the potential building blocks of value-added chemicals from alang – alang. The physicochemical properties of feedstock was thoroughly evaluated using thermogravimetric analysis, proximate analysis, elemental analysis, compositional analysis, calorific value. The analysis of the potential of bio-oil was carried out through GC / MS. Characterisation results indicate that alang - alang has a calorific value of 18.39 MJ/kg, with low ash content and high percentage of volatile matter. Analysis from Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) showed that majority of the chemical groups in the bio-oil contained furan, ketone, phenol and anhydro-sugars. Phenolic and furanic were found as major compounds in bio oil. Phenolic, furanic, ketonic and anhydrosugars are promising renewable platform compounds derived from pyrolysis of alang – alang. The compounds can be further converted to chemicals or fuels. The fixed-bed pyrolysis of alang - alang showed that the yield of bio-oil increases as the temperature increases and peaks at 500°C with 38.79%. Pengendalian populasi hewan umumnya dilakukan dengan sterilisasi. Namun biaya yang diperlukan cenderung mahal sehingga diperlukan tindakan lain untuk mengendalikan populasi hewan. Pemanfaatan tumbuhan sebagai herbal yang digunakan untuk kontrasepsi alami hewan sedang dikembangkan. Pada penelitian sebelumnya diketahui bahwa pemberian ekstrak etanol akar alang-alang menyebabkan penurunan bobot kelenjar testis, vesical seminalis dan epididimis sehingga menyebabkan penurunan produksi spermatozoa dan perubahan profil metabolit pada mencit jantan. Namun, pengaruh ekstrak etanol akar alang-alang terhadap morfometri fetus dari mencit betina dikawinkan dengan mencit jantan perlakuanbelum diketahui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak etanol akar alang-alang hasil konsepsi mencit jantan pada mencit betina yang tidak diberi perlakuan. Mencit jantan diberi ekstrak etanol akar alang-alang selama 180 hari (Imperata cylindrica) 90 dan 115 mg/kg BB per oral kemudian dikawinkan dengan mencit betina yang tidak diberi perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan jumlah fetus, berat badan dan panjang fetus pada kelompok perlakuan 90 dan 115 mg/kgBB. Pemberian ekstrak etanol akar alang-alang pada mencit jantan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap jumlah mencit betina yang bunting dan morfometri fetus yang dikandung mencit betina.

Il presente lavoro ha ad oggetto l’analisi del fenomeno giuridico della covendita, che, come noto, si è diffuso nella prassi negoziale italiana attraverso il recepimento di talune fattispecie negoziali nate e sviluppatesi negli ordinamenti anglosassoni. In particolare, l’attenzione viene rivolta alle cc.dd. clausole di drag along (o “trascinamento”), le quali si inseriscono nell’ambito delle pattuizioni negoziali che comportano un obbligo di covendita. Le ragioni della scelta di tale tema di ricerca risiedono nella diffusione di questo tipo di clausole nella disciplina dei rapporti societari. In effetti, la redazione di clausole che dispongono un obbligo di covendita rappresenta ormai una tecnica negoziale ampiamente diffusa nella pratica dei negozi acquisitivi di partecipazioni sociali. La clausola di drag along è normalmente inserita all’interno di patti parasociali stipulati laddove venga effettuata un’acquisizione da cui risulti una società partecipata da una pluralità di investitori. Tuttavia, con sempre maggior frequenza, e nell’ambito di una certa tendenza alla “migrazione dal parasociale al sociale” quale effetto della nuova disciplina dei patti parasociali introdotta dalla riforma del diritto societario, questo genere di clausole viene inserito direttamente negli statuti delle società di capitali. Il recepimento a livello statutario della clausola di trascinamento ha posto numerosi interrogativi in ordine alla relativa natura giuridica, validità ed efficacia. In particolare, gli aspetti che hanno costituito oggetto di maggiore attenzione da parte della dottrina e della giurisprudenza sono costituiti dalla collocazione sistematica della clausola statutaria di trascinamento e dalle relative condizioni di validità alla luce dei principi inderogabili dell’ordinamento societario. Un profilo che, invece, non è stato adeguatamente approfondito attiene alla natura “sociale” o “parasociale” di una siffatta clausola statutaria. Si tratta, peraltro, di un aspetto non secondario, atteso che, come cerca di dimostrare il presente lavoro, l’inserimento della clausola di trascinamento all’interno dello statuto sociale non sembrerebbe implicare di per sé il riconoscimento alla medesima di un valore “sociale” e, dunque, imporne automaticamente la valutazione della validità alla stregua del diritto societario. In questa prospettiva, il presente lavoro procede, innanzitutto, ad una ricognizione delle clausole che vengono generalmente ricondotte nel genus della covendita: e ciò, segnatamente, al fine di ricostruire i tratti tipologici delle clausole di drag along, così da distinguerle dalle altre tecniche negoziali ricomprese nell’istituto della covendita. In particolare, si cerca di individuare l’ambito di applicazione di una siffatta clausola e gli interessi economici che essa è in grado di soddisfare. L’indagine compiuta dimostra che la clausola di drag along è di regola estranea alla sfera dell’ordinamento sociale e abitualmente inserita in patti parasociali stipulati da soci di società a struttura chiusa che presentano un elevato grado di investimenti specifici, in ragione della sua inerenza a specifiche operazioni di acquisizione societaria, caratterizzate dal normale interesse dei soci paciscenti alla massimizzazione del valore delle proprie partecipazioni sociali e dal fisiologico disinteresse degli stessi a vincolare i soci presenti e futuri ad un determinato assetto negoziale. Successivamente, alla luce dei risultati raggiunti, obiettivo del lavoro è quello di dimostrare che la clausola statutaria di drag along può assumere carattere sociale o parasociale a seconda del caso concreto. In particolare, tale verifica, compiuta attraverso l’esame dei vari criteri di distinzione del sociale dal parasociale elaborati dalla dottrina e dalla giurisprudenza, porta a ritenere che, al fine di riconoscere un rilievo sociale alla clausola statutaria di drag along, sia necessario che la stessa – oltre ad essere formulata in modo impersonale – soddisfi un ulteriore requisito: e, cioè, sia idonea a rispondere ad interessi sociali, destinati a soddisfare un’esigenza dell’ente o, indistintamente, dei soci in astratto, e non miri, invece, a gestire unicamente specifici rapporti tra soci. Infine, vengono esaminate le conseguenze che derivano sul piano qualificatorio e disciplinare a seconda che la clausola statutaria di drag along assuma, nel caso concreto, carattere “sociale” o “parasociale”. In particolare, l’indagine cerca di dimostrare, da un lato, che, contrariamente a quanto solitamente si ritiene, il patto parasociale di trascinamento – così come la clausola statutaria di drag along di natura parasociale – non pare essere, a rigore, un patto che disciplina le condizioni di “circolazione” delle partecipazioni, ma un patto che regola le condizioni di “investimento” e di “disinvestimento” nella società, essendo normalmente volto a tutelare l’interesse di tutti i soci paciscenti alla massimizzazione del valore delle partecipazioni sociali; dall’altro lato, che la struttura funzionale della clausola statutaria di drag along di carattere sociale presenta delle analogie rispetto alla struttura funzionale degli istituti giuridici del riscatto azionario e dell’esclusione del socio di s.r.l., dovendosi pertanto ritenere valida nella misura in cui sia compatibile con il principio dell’equa valorizzazione della partecipazione obbligatoriamente dismessa che si ricava dagli artt. 2437 sexies e 2473 bis c.c.
The present work relates to the legal analysis of the phenomenon of co-sale, which, as noted, it is common practice in negotiating through the implementation of certain Italian case negotiating created and developed in the Anglo-Saxon legal systems. In particular, attention is paid to cc.dd. drag along clauses (or "drag"), which are part of the negotiating stipulations that imply an obligation of co-sale. The reasons for the choice of research topic that reside in the spread of such clauses in the discipline of corporate relationships. In fact, the wording of clauses that have an obligation to co-sale is now negotiating a technique widely used in the practice of shopping acquisitive of shareholdings. The drag along clause is normally included in shareholders' agreements concluded when an acquisition is made, which result in a company owned by several investors. However, with increasing frequency, and within a certain tendency to "migrate from the parasocial to social" as a result of the new discipline of shareholders' agreements introduced by the reform of company law, such clauses are inserted directly into the statutes of the company capital. The implementation of the statutory provision at the drag posed numerous questions as to its legal, valid and effective. In particular, the aspects that have been the subject of increased attention by the doctrine and jurisprudence are constituted by the systematic position of the statute and the drive conditions of its validity in the light of the overriding principles of corporate order. A profile, however, has not been adequately thorough regards the "social" or "parasocial" of such a statute. It is, however, an important aspect, since, as this paper seeks to demonstrate, the inclusion of the clause in the bylaws do not drag would seem to imply the recognition of itself to the same value of a "social "and, therefore, automatically impose the same way as the evaluation of the validity of corporate law. In this perspective, this work proceeds, first, a survey of the clauses that are generally traced in the genus of the co-sale, and this, in particular, in order to reconstruct the typological features of the drag along clauses, so as to distinguish them from other negotiating techniques covered in the institution of co-sale. In particular, it seeks to identify the scope of such a clause and the economic interests that it is able to satisfy. The investigation carried out shows that the drag along clause is generally alien to the sphere of social order and usually included in shareholders' agreements concluded by shareholders of companies with a closed structure with a high degree of specific investments, because of its inherent specific corporate acquisitions, characterized by normal partners' interest in maximizing the value of their shareholdings and physiologically the same selflessness to bind the shareholders present and future negotiations to a specific structure. Later, in the light of the results achieved, goal of the work is to demonstrate that the statute can take to drag along social or agreement depending on the case. In particular, the verification process, accomplished through the examination of the various criteria of social distinction by the agreement drawn up by the doctrine and case law, leads to the belief that in order to recognize a social relevance to the statute of drag along, it is necessary that the same - as well as being formulated in an impersonal way - to fulfill an additional requirement: it is, is likely to respond to social interests, to meet a need or entity, without distinction of members in the abstract, and is not intended, however to handle only specific relationships between members. Finally, we examined the consequences on the level and discipline depending on whether the statute assumes drag along, in this case, "social" or " parasocial ". In particular, the survey seeks to demonstrate, firstly, that, contrary to what is usually considered the shareholders 'drag - as well as the statute of nature to drag along' agreement - does not seem to be, strictly speaking, a covenant governing the conditions of "circulation" of the investments, but a pact that regulates the conditions of "investment" and "disinvestment" in society, being generally aimed at protecting the interest of all shareholders to maximize the value of equity, on the other hand, the functional structure of the statute to drag along for social presents similarities with respect to the functional structure of legal institutions and the exclusion of equity of redemption partner srl, having to therefore be considered valid to the extent that both compatible with the principle of fair value of the investment which is made mandatory abandoned by the articles 2437 sexies e 2473 bis c.c.

American composer Alan Hovhaness (1911-2000) published twelve operatic works during his career. Eight of these staged productions were written between the years 1959 and 1969. During these ten years Hovhaness immersed himself in the music and theatre of Japan. The composer traveled to Japan twice, once in 1960 and again in 1962, where he frequently attended Noh plays. As composer-in-residence at the University of Hawaii in 1961, Hovhaness took private lessons on and composed freely for the instruments of Gagaku, the ancient court music of Japan. My study investigates the degree to which Hovhaness was exposed to Gagaku and Noh, and what elements of these Japanese alts the composer manifests in his staged works between 1959 and 1969. I compare Hovhaness' treatment of Japanese elements to that ofother twentieth-century Western composers interested in East Asian music. Through this study we gain greater knowledge of Hovhaness' operatic style.

Epithelial mesenchymal plasticity in cancer generally refers to the ability of a cancer cell to transform into a different cell form, which facilitates the metastatic spread of a cancer. This thesis explores the roles of four cancer-associated genes that affect the transition of the cell state during cancer metastasis, and includes extensive research on two of the four gene targets, namely TRIM28 and TGFBI. The effects of these genes in breast cancer systems indicated great potential for improving therapeutic responses towards cancer drugs, which would alleviate the suffering of breast cancer patients.
