Abstract:
Tulisan ini membahas kajian balāgah yaitu ilmu tentang retorika dan stilistika bahasa. Balāgah merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak disiplin ilmu yang dipergunakan untuk menafsirkan ayat-ayat al-Qur’ān. Ilmu Balāgah mencakup bayān, ma‘ānī, dan badī’ yang satu sama lain saling melengkapi sehingga ketiganya penting untuk dipelajari. Pada tulisan ini penulis fokus membahas salah satu kajian ilmu bayān yakni tasybīh khususnya pada pembagian berdasarkan wajh syibh dan keluarnya dari keumuman tasybih.Mengetahui materi ini penting terutama bagi mereka yang suka mengkaji kesusasteraan Arab dan ingin menambah wawasan dalam menafsirkan al-Qur’ān.Masalah pokok yang penulis bahas dalam tulisan ini adalah pengertian tasybīh tamṡīlī, tasybīh gair tamṡīlī, tasybīh ḍimnī, dan tasybīh maqlūb disertai penjelasan kaidah.Kesimpulan dari tulisan ini adalah bahwa tasybih dilihat dari bentuk wajh syibh dibagi menjadi tasybīh tamṡīlī dan tasybīh gair tamṡīlī. Tasybīh tamṡīlī adalah jenis tasybīh dimana wajh syibhnya berupa gambaran yang dirangkai dari keadaan beberapa hal, dan sebaliknya tasybīh gair tamṡīlī adalah jenis tasybīh dimana wajh syibhnya adalah mufrad. Adapun berdasarkan keluarnya dari keumuman tasybīh, tasybīh terbagi menjadi tasybīh maqlūb dan tasybīh ḍimnī. Tasybīh Maqlūb adalah jenis tasybīh yang posisi musyabbahnya dijadikan musyabbah bih, sedangkan tasybīh ḍimnī adalah jenis tasybīh yang keadaan musyabbah dan musyabbah bihnya tidak jelas (implisit).

Abstract:
Intensive Arabic Program is one of the activities to develop students knowledge in achieving learning objectives. Lack of time in the school activitiy is one of the reasons for lack of optimal learning in the school, especially in the learning Arabic which is considered a difficult foreign language for students. This research aims to explain the type of Arabic language extracurricular activities at MTsN 2 Kediri, the implementation, the evaluation of learning, and the obstacles encountered during the implementation. This research used a qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the type of Intensive Arabic Program activities at MTsN 2 Kediri is the fostering of Arabic language achievement which focuses on speaking skills. The implementation of it’s activities at MTsN 2 every day and every years. Evaluation of learning by giving post-test, quizz, midterm, final examination, and on going activities. In its implementation the researcher found some obstacles, including activities that are less interesting. Keywords: Intensive Program, Arabic Language, Evaluation.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the historical record and participation and contribution of qur'aniyah madrassas that exist in the second year of hijri. This research uses analytical descriptive methods by referring to and analyzing data from key sources directly related to the theme. As for the results of this study, there are at least five large madrassas that are central to the birth of qira'at expert priests as well as having an important role in the spread of qira'at science to various parts of the world. The first is the Kufiyah Madrasah in Kufa City which has the most qiraat experts, numbering one hundred and sixty-five of them there are Imam Ashim, Hamzah, Al Kisai, and Al A'masy. The second is the Bashriyah Madrassa in Basrah City with a number of qira'at experts seventy-nine, one of whom is Imam Abu 'Amr. The three Madaniyah Madrassas in the city of Madinah Al-Munawwarah whose number of qira'at experts reached fifty one of them was Imam Nafi. The fourth is the Makkiyah Madrassa in Mecca, the qira'at experts who settled here numbered forty-one. The fifth is the Shamiyah Madrassa in the Sham region which has forty-three qira'at members.

ملخص هذا البحث يتعلق بالألفاظ العربية المستعملة في لسان الإندونسيسين اليومية. يتركز البحث في التغييرات الصوتية عند تلفظ الكلمات العربية المقترضة والعوامل التي تؤثر فيها. وأما المناهج المستخدمة في هذا البحث فهو المنهج المكتبية والإستقصائية في جمع المواد والبيانات لتي لها علاقة بالبحث وفي التحليل استعمل الباحث دراسة تقابلية لغوية وهي تدرس عن عناصر التأثير والتأثر بين اللغتين. وبعد الدراسة ظهر أن التغييرات الصوتية للالفاظ العربية المقترضة فى الاندونيسية تكون في كثير من مراتب لغوية صوتية و لفظية. وهذه التغييرات تتأثر بالعوامل الكثيرة منها الأدات الصوتية و اللغة المحلية ولهجاتها.---Abstrak Tulisan ini berkaitan dengan penggunaan kosakata Arab yang diserap dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Fokus bahasan terletak pada perubahan bunyi bahasa ketika mengucapkan kosakata serapan dari bahasa Arab dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah metode kepustakaan dan survei, dan dalam menganalisis menggunakan metode kontrastif yang menyoroti pada aspek pengaruh dan mempengaruhi kedua bahasa. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan bunyi bahasa pada pengucapan kosakata bahasa serapan dari bahasa Arab. Perubahan ini terjadi pada beberapa level kebahasaan, khususnya pada tataran fonologi dan morfologi. Perubahan tersebut terjadi karena dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain karena faktor alat bicara penutur dan pengaruh penggunaan bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa daerah.

كانت في نشأة النحو العربي أدوار، الدور الأول الوضع والتكوين، وهذا من دور البصرة، وهي أول مدينة عينت بالنحو واللغة، تبدأ مدرسة البصرة من أبي أسود الدؤالي الذي توفي بها سنة 67هــ إلى عهد الخليل بن أحمد (ت 175 هـ). ولقد ظهر اللحن في صدر الإسلام بسبب اختلاط العرب وامتزاجهم بالأعاجم، مما جعل علماء البصرة يحرصون على رسم أوضاعها خوفا عليها من الفناء والذوبان في اللغة الأعجمية. الطبقة الأولى من البصريين تبدأ من عهد نصر بن عاصم (ت 89 ه) إلى يحى بن يعمر (ت 129 ه)، والطبقة الثانية من البصريين فى الدور الأول تبدأ هذه الطبقة من عهد عبد الله بن إسحاق (ت 117 ه) إلى عهد أبى عمرو بن العلاء (ت 154 ه). الدور الثانى : دور النمو والنشوء والارتقاء، وهذا من دور البصرة والكوفة، وقد سبقت البصرة بنحو مائة عام الكوفة التي جاءت بعدها لتأسس مذهبا خاصا في النحو. تقابل الطبقة الثالثة من البصريين الطبقة الأولى من الكوفيين، ومن أشهر علمائها أبو جعفر الرؤاسي (ت 175 هــ) ومعاذ الهراء (ت 178 هــ)، ومن علماء البصريين في هذا الدور الأخفش الأكبر (ت 172 ه) وسيبويه (ت 180 ه). الدور الثالث دور النضج والكمال، لقد بلغ النحو نضجه وكماله فأصبحت القضايا النحوية علما مستقلا---Abstrak Dalam perkembangan ilmu nahwu, terdapat beberapa fase, fase pertama peletakan dan penyusunan. Ini berpusat di Bashrah, sejak peletakan pertama oleh Abu al-Aswad sampai al-Khalil ibn Ahmad. Pada waktu itu lahn telah tersebar luas sehingga menuntut mereka untuk segera mengkodifikasi nahwu. Terjadinya lahn diseabkan oleh interaksi bangsa arab dengan bangsa-bangsa lain di dunia. Periode pertanma bashrah dimulai pada masa Nasr Ibn Ashim (w.89 M) sampai masa Yahya Ibn Ya'mur (w. 129 H). Periode kedua Bashrah dimulai dari masa Abdullah Ibn Ishaq (w. 117 H) Sampai masa Amr Ibn al-Ala (w. 154 H). Kedua, masa pertumbuhan, yaitu masa perkembangan di mana nahwu bukan hanya berkembang di Bashrah melainkan pula di Kufah. Tokoh Kufah pada fase ini antara lain Abu Ja’far al-Ru’asi (w. 175 H) dan Muazd al-Harra (w. 178 H), sedangkan tokoh Bashrah antara lain al-Akhfasy al-Akbar (w. 172 H) dan Imam Sibawaih (w. 180 H). Ketiga, fase kematangan dan penyempurnaan, dimana ilmu nahwu telah telah dikodifikasi oleh ulama-ulama di kedua kota tersebut.

Abstract:
This article aimed to discuss the theory of mudzakkar and muannats in Arabic. The classification of mudzakkar and muannats is found in most languages, not only in the Smith-Hmit languages family, but also in the Indo-European languages with varying quality and quantity. This linguistic phenomenon is very powerful and is one of the characteristics of the Arabic language. The most popular theory of word grouping into mudzakkar (male) and muannats (females) is a theory seeing a connection and relationship between the word (lafaz) and the meaning (ma’na). In the historical perspective of ancient society, it is also associated with the myths of public belief based on the nature of the world in general consists of mudzakkar and muannats. These theory - in another perspective - especially the ancient society has the power of argument and reason, but in the perspective of modern society has a deadlock of argument and loses its relevance.

The objectives of this research are to know and explain an ethical message in the book of Qira>aturrasyi>dah, and to know and explain the form of moral values in the book of of Qira>aturrasyi>dah Part II.. The method of qualitative research, with the social approach to literature the data sources used contain basic data including the book of rational reading, journals and related articles and secondary data including dictionary, books and the Internet. The data collection techniques used are library, reading, data analysis and note-taking. The technique of its analysis is descriptive and qualitative. The results of the search from the message to the moral of moral values are honesty, "God does not cost a soul except in its power," and help, love, and care among creatures. The form of moral values in it is harmony, usefulness or help, and please help, care for others, and help each other. After conducting analysis and discussion, several conclusions can be drawn that are that every human being must possess honesty regardless of his social status. Everything we sow we will reap, and God has created His creatures according to their quotas, and God does not cost a soul except its power, and help all things, even if they are small.

Abstract:
<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Loan words were foreign words used by a particular language to fill a linguistic gap, multiplying borrowed words in the target language. In addition to borrowing words from Sanskrit, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, and English, the Indonesian language also use many words from Arabic. As part of this research, the researchers attempted to determine which words were borrowed and to investigate the meaning of the Arabic borrowed words in the primary body of the Indonesian Constitution. The method used for this research was the qualitative descriptive method, and the approach used is a librarian and the procedure for data collection. The researcher used written documents and the method to analyze the data. The researcher used the comparative approach to define the change of meaning of Arabic borrowed words in the Indonesian language in the preamble of the Indonesian Constitution in 1945. The result of the research was the number of Arabic borrowed words at the opening of the Basic Constitution 19. The borrowed word the research is expected to add ınsıght and knowledge ın the field of langueage and can provıde ınformatıon and ınput.</em></p>

Abstract:
Islam datang membawa kontribusi besar untuk membangun masyarakat Sunda. Diantaranya, pengayaan kata serapan dari Al quran. hal ini adalah bukti adanya hubungan yang kuat sejak masuknya Islam ke tanah Sunda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan-perubahan semantis kata-kata serapan Sunda dari Alquran, dan juga bertujuan mengetahui metode pemanfaatannya dalam pengajaran bahasa Arab untuk orang Sunda. Dalam menyelesaikan penelitiannya, peneliti menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Metode ini digunakan untuk menganalisis kata-kata serapan dari semantisnya. Adapun caranya dengan membandingkan kedua bahasa, antara bahasa Arab dan bahasa Sunda dengan menggunakan dua kamus, kamus Arab dan kamus Sunda. Kemudian mendeskrifsikan dan menganalisis kata-kata serapan tersebut, dan berusaha mengaplikasikannya dalam pengajaran bahasa Arab untuk orang Sunda dalam bentuk taklim mufradat, qiraah, dan hiwar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perubahan-perubahan kata serapan dari segi semantis. Perubahan semantik terbagi menjadi tiga, yaitu: penyempitan makna, peluasan makna, dan perubahan makna, selain itu ada beberapa kata serapan yang tidak mengalami perubahan semantik. Penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa Kata-kata serapan ini dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pengajaran bahasa Arab untuk orang Sunda dengan berbagai macam cara dan metode, seperti pengajaran aswat, sharaf, pengajaran dalam kalimat sempurna, teks hiwar dan teks qiraah. A Bedouin Arab tribes until the now famous eloquent, beautiful Arabic language and literature, believed the Umayyad Caliphs to teach Arabic in young people by sending them to their home villages later appeared term badawî, which is a special place to teach Arabic being taught directly by the Bedouin. From the statement, researchers interested in analyzing the lives of Bedouin Arabs who still lumpy his Arabization (culture of the Arabs in the fushâ Arabic language and cultural). How curriculum is learning Arabic that is used by the Bedouins? And how Arabic language teaching methodology used by the Bedouins? This type of research is a library research, note at that time in the Bedouin community is not familiar with the term curriculum and methodology in education, only from the various references i have found and writers associated with the current education there are some similarities. So the authors concluded several curriculum used by the Bedouin community in the teaching of Arabic fushâ is al-ta’wîd (habituation), bî’ah lughawiyah (language environment), and advice. While the methodology is in the form of al-rih?lah (travel search teachers), al-istimâ’ (hearing), al-kalâm (oral communication), and al-kitâbah (write science that has been studied).

Abstract:
This study aimed to develop a speaking-skill test at the B1 of CEFR, to determine the levels of validity, reliability, and difficulty of each item, and to organize the distinguishing power of each item on the prepared test. This research was motivated by the need of Arabic Language Test as an evaluation activity that required for various purposes. Several universities in Indonesia have also intended the existence of a language test as a requirement for continuing studies to a higher degree or to a place where linguistic proficiency is required or work somewhere. Also, the most important is to upgrade students’ language skills after knowing their language abilities. This test was in the form of an aptitude test or an ability test for each skill in the Arabic language. But in the speaking skill, this test still required preparation and development of more test questions to practice. Apart from the test questions, the method of assessment and the procedures for its implementation also needed to be developed and considered. Then, the researchers took account of the need to compile and make a good test product in speaking skills by following the steps for preparing a standardized test. This was the Research and Development (R&D) with Borg and Gall’s version. The researchers used the ANATES V.0.5 2022 application for processing data and analyzing test results. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the test was feasible because it met the requirements of a good test. The trial results showed high validity and reliability values, and the level of difficulty of each item also had good distinguishing power. Out of a total of 17 questions, 13 questions were stated to be very valid, 2 questions were valid, and 2 questions were striped (-), indicating that these two questions needed to be re-analyzed on what aspects made them less valid so that the questions could be revised. These values were obtained from the results of two trials conducted in the sixth semester.

The problems found based on research that must be solved in teaching and learning Arabic are linguistic and non-linguistic problems. The linguistic problems found are in the form of 1. Sound 2. Writing, 3. Meaning, 4. Vocabulary, 5. Structural meaning. Regarding non-linguistic problems, namely, 1. Student interest. 2. Method, 3. The system, (4. Environment). The importance of this problem is analyzed because it sees students who are increasingly less interested in learning Arabic, and the quality of learning Arabic is decreasing. Seeing this problem, the researcher considers it essential to be discussed and analyze. Alternative solutions to existing problems are also offered in this paper.</em></p>

Abstract:
This research focuses on developing "Arabic Cast," an audio learning media presented as an Android application, aimed at enhancing listening skills in Arabic for 10th grade students at Muhammadiyyah Al-Kautsar Senior High School's Special Program in Kartasura. The ADDIE research and development model guided the study through Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The study involved all 10th graders of the program. Data collection included validation questionnaires from media experts, student response questionnaires, and pre- and post-test results in oral and written exams. Quantitative analysis and t-tests were used for data interpretation. Key findings include the successful design of "Arabic Cast" as a user-friendly Android application and its effectiveness in improving students' listening skills. Validation by media experts indicated a 90% approval rate, while student response rate was 81%. Significant improvements in listening skills were evidenced by pretest and posttest results, showing a statistical significance of 0.000 0.05. The study concludes that "Arabic Cast" is an effective and appealing tool for enhancing Arabic listening skills among high school students.

This paper attempted to investigate the trends or cultural attitudes of Arabic lecturers of East Java’s State Islamic Universities (PTAIN) in using Arabic. To this end, the present study used a quantitative approach The results show that the directive utterances used by Arabic language lecturers at East Java’s PTAIN tend to take the form of direct speech acts through certain language politeness features. Besides, the hierarchy of the directive politeness speech in Arabic and Indonesian shared a similar degree of illocution. However, there is no significant difference between the hierarchy of directive politeness speech in Arabic, Indonesian, and Javanese perceived by the Arabic language teachers based on the Chi-square statistics test with α = 0.05. Consequently, they tend to use non-Arabic socio-cultural norms in expressing various directive utterances in Arabic.

<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Directive Acts are illocution acts a teacher uses to ask the student to do a specific action. This speech act affects the input and output of the language studied. This study aimed to analyze the illocutionary acts used by teachers in learning Arabic at the Al Munawaroh Islamic boarding school, Jombang. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study. The techniques for collecting data are observation with recording and interviews and interactive analysis techniques to analyze data. The results of this study show illocutionary speech acts used in learning Arabic with three functions; 1) The function of commanding by using illocution acts in the form of imperative and declarative; 2) Advise function by using speech acts in the form of imperative mood and fill form of amr; 3) The function of prohibiting by using speech acts in the form of declarative and imperatives. The use of this illocutionary act as a teacher's media provides convenience in the learning process and creates a conducive, communicative, and interactive learning environment.</em></p>

Multilevel marketing is a new case that is not found in the legal explanation of the Al-qur’ān or in the sunnah; to determine the law, the moslem scholars have “ijtihād” by using various approaches, both economic approaches and fiqh approaches. Because of the different points of view they use, the legal provisions produced vary; some forbid, and others allow. This study seeks to highlight multilevel marketing from the perspective of Maqāṣid syari’a relating to property, this study is carried out using qualitative analytical descriptive methods and is based on literature. The significance of this study is because it bases its discussion on maqāṣid syari’a, which is a discipline that reveals the wisdom, and the ultimate goal of a rule set by God for humans. Untuk itu, Al-Qur’an sebagai sumber etik tertinggi bagi umat Islam perlu dikaji secara komprehensif untuk menemukan prinsip-prinsip etik dalam berinteraksi dengan lingkungan. Membiarkan lingkungan alam rusak, tanpa upaya untuk memeliharanya, sama artinya dengan menandatangi kontrak bagi kehancuran alam dan eksistensi manusia itu sendiri. Dengan pendekatan tafsir tematik-kontekstual, setidaknya ditemukan beberapa kesimpulan bahwa interaksi manusia dengan lingkungan secara baik merupakan bagian dari pengamalan agama. Barangsiapa yang akidahnya benar, maka akan benar pula dalam berinteraksi dengan lingkungan. Ini karena, dalam pandangan al-Qur’an, lingkungan setidaknya merupakan sign of God (âyat Allah (tanda kekuasaan dan eksistensi Tuhan). Setidaknya lingkungan alam memiliki tiga ciri khas yaitu, fungsional, dialektik, dan estetis dalam kehidupan manusia. This paper dealt with the subject of sustainable agricultural development in Sudan, whereby it mentioned the importance and status of the agricultural sector in Sudan to the citizens and the whole world. Sudan represents the food basket of the Arab, Islamic and African world and is one of the dependable countries in achieving world food security. The paper also addressed the types of agriculture in Sudan and the arrangement of agricultural crops grown in Sudan and its position on the global map of agricultural products. The data of this research has been collected from the sources and references that dealt with these aspects in addition to the reports available at various authorities, especially the Sudanese Governmental bodies represented in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Sudan, and materials, reports, studies and researches published in the World Wide Web (Internet). This paper concluded that Sudan has many geographical components that can make it a pioneer in the field of sustainable agricultural development, due to its potentialities to produce various agricultural crops that contribute to the achievement of food security for it and for the world as a whole. With these potentialities it can play an effective role in alleviating poverty and achieving sustainable agricultural development conducive to economic and social development based upon agricultural production. The components of sustainable agricultural development in the Sudan are the diversity of the climate, the diversity of agricultural land, the different soil and the availability of water resources from many sources, such as the Nile River, its tributaries, groundwater and rainwater. This is in addition to the availability of suitable areas for agriculture and the existence of agricultural workers with extensive technical expertise and full knowledge of various agricultural works. The paper also concluded that Sudan has a wide variety of agricultural crops, but it faces many problems that negatively impact crop areas and the quantities produced. These include drought, desertification, poor agricultural finance and the lack of modern scientific methods in agriculture and narrow markets. The Holy Books addressed the story of the first man through all of its phases; creation, living in Paradise as the first home and settling in the earth as the second and temporal one. This paper analyzes the related texts in the Holy Books, due to their importance as sources that tell this part of the humankind’s story, in addition to their religious reliability for their believers, to answer this question: What are the characteristics of the ideal house? The research follows the comparative descriptive approach by extracting the characteristics of the man’s first home from the religious texts. Knowing the level of content of Arabic textbooks at the high school level is important because it is the starting point in preparing Arabic teaching materials at the university level. Without knowing the level, repetition can occur in determining the level and cause delays in increasing the linguistic level to a higher level. The purpose of this study was to analyze the description of the content of textbooks at the general secondary level based on the Common European Terms of Reference. In writing this research, the researcher used a descriptive approach to describe the contents of the book, analyzed it and then measured it based on the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) to determine the language level of this textbook. In this study, the researcher achieved the following results: First, the contents of the first textbook at the general secondary level for the tenth semester were at levels A1, A2, B1, and secondly that the second and third books echoed between two levels, namely: B1 and B2 language level.

This research was taken to find out the effectiveness of with and without the audio-lingual method in teaching Arabic for students of the eighth grade of the Islamic Secondary School Ma’arif 1 Ponorogo. This experimental research is quantitative. The samples were 20 students. In collecting data, a documentary interview was used. The results of the research are: (1) The result of teaching Arabic with the audio-lingual method for students of the eighth grade of the Islamic high school Ma’arif 1 Ponorogo was Very Good with a score of 90,625%; (2) The result of teaching Arabic without the audio-lingual method for students in the eighth grade of the Islamic High School Ma’arif 1 Ponorogo was Good with a score of 75,52%; (3) A meaningful comparison between the results of teaching Arabic with and without the audio-lingual method to students of the eighth grade of the Islamic Secondary School Ma’arif 1 Ponorogo was found. It is because t-score (2,02) > t-table (2,742) has a meaningful score of 5%.

The paper type is literature study. إن جائحة كوفيد 19 شجع الناس على تحويل سلوكهم وشجع المدرسين على الابتكار في عملية التعليم بالغرفة الدراسية. فتطبيق عدة مداخل وطرائق واسترتيجيات وتكنيكات يجعل الطلاب نشيطين في التعلم منها إستراتيجية التعليم الموجه ذاتيا. اتجهت الدراسة إلى البحث عن تعريف إستراتيجية التعليم الموجه ذاتيا ودور المدرس فيها وخطواتها في التعليم. وأصبح نوع الدراسة دراسة مكتبية نظرية، فاستخدمت الدراسة مدخل البحث الكيفي مع تطبيق منهج الدراسة المكتبية واستخدمت منهج ميلس وهوبرمان في جمع وتحليل البيانات. توصلت الدراسة إلى: (1) إن استراتيجية التعليم الموجه ذاتيا هي التي تشجع الطلاب على تنمية المعرفة والمهارة والانجاز مؤسسة على المبادرة الشخصية في تصميم التعلم وتنظيم تنفيذه وتقويمه. و(2) إن استراتيجية التعليم الموجه ذاتيا تشجع المدرس على أن يكون متصلا ومرشدا ومنظما في التعليم. و(3) إن خطوات استراتيجية التعليم الموجه ذاتيا تكونت من 3 (ثلاث) خطوات، منها: التصميم والتنفيذ والملاحظة والتقويم. الاستفادة من هذه الدراسة بأن استراتيجية التعليم الموجه ذاتيا شجعت الطلاب على الدراية والاستقلال في التعلم.

This case will cause students get difficulties in learning Arabic language---Penelitian dalam artikel ini memfokuskan pada perbandingan morfem dalam bahasa Arab dan bahasa Indonesia dengan pendekatan analisis kontrastif. The Gulf crisis, which broke out on June 5, 2017 between Qatar and the four countries (Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt and Bahrain), surprised the world. The four countries initiated punitive action against Qatar and justified it in seeking to stop Qatar from supporting terrorism. The sanctions included a diplomatic boycott, an economic blockade and an air embargo, amounting to the criminalization of sympathizers of the four countries' nationals with Qatar. The Qatari humanitarian sector was one of the targeted sectors in the crisis. The four countries launched smearing campaigns against the Qatari humanitarian work in regional and international forums. The article describes how the Gulf crisis has affected the humanitarian landscape in Qatar. Al-Jahiz is an Arabic linguist discussing ancient and modern linguistic theories, but most of the current generation ((Arabic linguists) do not know much about him. This study aimed to examine the concept of Al-Jahiẓ on disabilities of kinetics (Al-harakiyah) and disclosure (Al-Bayaniyah) in using language. The method used was descriptive qualitative which would describe and analyze in depth the concept of Al-Jahiẓ in terms of kinetics and disclosure disabilities. The primary data sources were collected through documentation of Al-Jahiz books and others that discussed his findings. Based on the results, it was concluded that: According to Al-Jahiẓ, disabilities of kinetics (Al-harakiyah) include the presence of several movements made by the speaker during speaking or speech indicating turbulence, instability and composure, such as clearing throat or coughing. While the disabilities of disclosure (Al-Bayaniyah) include Al- ‘Ayyu Al-ḥaṣru, Al-Bik’u, Al-Faḥmu, As-Salāṭotu, Al-Hażru.

يعتبر تدخل خطأ يقع نتيجة من وجود العادات في نطق لغة الأم إلى اللغة الثانية. إلى أن يكون هذا تدخل خطأ. واختار الباحث موضوع هذا البحث منطلقا من مشكلة البحث التي تدعوه رغبته لمعرفة صيغ تداخل اللغة المندورية على الكلام العربي لدى الطلبة، وكذلك لمعرفة العوامل التي تؤدي إلى وقوع تداخل اللغة المندورية على الكلام العربي لديهم. ويتمحور الباحث في هذا البحث حول تدخل الصوتي (فنولوجية)، لأن الباحث رأى أن هذا الجانب قد استخدمه الطلبة في كلامهم العربي. وأما الطريقة المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي الطريقة الكيفية، لأن هذا البحث يبين الأخطاء التي تسببها ظواهر تدخل في لغتهم العربية والعوامل التي تؤدي على وقوعه باستخدام طريقة جمع البيانات من المقابلة والمراقبة والتوثيق. وأما نتائج هذا البحث هي: أ) وجود صيغ تدخل التي تحدث في الكلام العربي لدى الطلبة بتربية المعلمين الإسلامية معهد الأمين الإسلامي برندوان في المجال الصوتي (الفنولوجي)، وهذا المجال يسيطر الجهة الأخرى من تدخلات اللغوية وبالتحديد من اللغة المندورية على الكلام العربي لديهم. ب) وجود العوامل التي تؤدي على وقوع تدخل وهي تأثير لغة الأم وقلة المفردات العربية الصحيحة.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the development of Arabic language textbooks based on Multiple Intelligences at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/Islamic Elementary School level and the effectiveness of their use in the classroom. This research is based on the problem finding that some of the textbooks used in some schools are still less effective for learning Arabic. In some Arabic textbooks at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/Islamic Elementary School level, there are many long texts for learning istima', kalam, and qiro'ah so that they are not suitable for basic level learners. Some books focus only on the cognitive domain, and do not accommodate various types of intelligence so that they are less helpful for students to develop. This study uses Research and Development (R&D) research methods and data collection is carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The test subjects consisted of content experts, instructional design experts, textbook design experts, and grade 3B students of SD Islamic Global School Malang as the target users of the product. The results of this study indicate: 1) Multiple Intelligences-based Arabic textbooks were developed based on needs analysis and field data, then designed in the form of an initial draft to be tested by three experts, then revised and tested individually, and field tested on grade 3B students. SD Islamic Global School Malang. The second and third stage revisions were carried out after the trial process. The revised result is the final product of this research, 2) The use of the the book "Lughati Mumtazah" in 3B class of Islamic Global Elementary School Malang were proven effectively. This is due to the evidence that statistical results of (t) between the two classes (5.03) greater than t-table value at 0.05 level (1.74) and at the 0.01 level (2.56), so the hypothesis is accepted, and this condition shows that the use of the book "Lughati Mumtazah" is so effective. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan buku ajar bahasa Arab berbasis Multiple Intelligences di tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/Sekolah Dasar Islam dan efektifitas penggunaannya di kelas. Hal ini didasarkan pada temuan permasalahan bahwa beberapa buku ajar yang digunakan di beberapa sekolah masih kurang efektif untuk belajar bahasa Arab. Dalam beberapa buku ajar bahasa Arab di tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/Sekolah Dasar Islam terdapat banyak teks yang panjang untuk pembelajaran istima’, kalam, dan qiro’ah sehingga kurang sesuai dengan pembelajar tingkat dasar. Beberapa buku terfokus hanya pada domain kognitif saja, dan tidak mengakomodir berbagai jenis kecerdasan sehingga kurang membantu siswa untuk berkembang. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes. Subjek uji coba terdiri dari ahli isi, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli desain buku ajar, dan siswa kelas 3B SD Islamic Global School Malang sebagai sasaran pemakai produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Buku ajar bahasa Arab berbasis Multiple Intelligences dikembangkan berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan dan data lapangan, kemudian didesain dalam bentuk draft awal untuk diuji coba oleh tiga ahli, kemudian direvisi dan diuji cobakan secara perseorangan, dan diuji lapangan pada siswa kelas 3B SD Islamic Global School Malang. Revisi tahap kedua dan ketiga dilakukan setelah proses uji coba tersebut. Hasil revisi merupakan produk akhir dari penelitian ini, 2) penggunaan buku “Lughati Mumtazah” di kelas 3B SD Islamic Global School Malang berjalan efektif. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan bukti bahwa hasil statistik (t) antara kedua kelas (5,03) lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel pada taraf 0,05 (1,74) dan pada taraf 0,01 (2,56), sehingga hipotesis diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan buku "Lughati Mumtazah" sangat efektif

Adapun tujuan yang membuat as-Suyuthi dalam kegelisahannya akademisnya yaitu terdapat hadis-hadis shahih, hasan, dan selainnya bahkan ada beberapa hadis dha’if yang belum dicantumkan kedalam kitab al-Maudhu>’at- Ibnu al-Jauzi. Oleh karena as-Sayuthi mencoba memberikan kontribusi melalui kitabnya itu dengan meringkas kitab al-Jauzi ini dan memberikan kritikan-kritikan ataupun komentar dengan merujuk berbagai kitab seperti al-Ta>rikh, al-Kha>tibi, al-Ha>kim, al-Ka>mil, Ibnu ‘A>di, al-Du’afa’, Afrad al- Da>rul Quthni. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analis yang lebih terkait dengan hadis Maudhu> tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu mengambil langsung dari buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan hadis-hadis Maudhu>’ dan keterkaitan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Dalam pengolahan data menggunakan metode analisis isi (content analisis). Sedangkan dalam menarik kesimpulan menggunakan metode deduktif dimana data yang terkumpul diolah secara selektif dan sistematis kemudian ditariklah kesimpulan khusus yang merupakan hasil dari penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Secara umum kitab ini bisa digolongkan sebagai menghimpun hadis-hadis maudhu>’ disertai dengan komentar-komentar dengan mengutip kitab hadis. Dalam kitab tersebut as-Suyuthi memberikan komentar-komentar di dalamnya, dengan menggunakan pendapat-pendapat ulama hadis yang lain. Sehingga dikatakan kitab al-Suyuthi dikatakan al-Kubra>, sedangkan kitab al-Jauzi dikatakan al-Sugra>.

Rashed Ghannoushi is renown for being among the first to ventureinto the forefront of international debates tackling issues from an Islamicperspective. Among these debates, strengthened by the end of the coldwar, one can cite what are usually called normative theories of world politics:human rights, individual autonomy vs. state autonomy, ethics ofintervention, and so forth. At present, such issues are being discussed froma new perspective and are, at least apparently, less influenced by the inherentlyconflicting interests and politics of the two superpowers that formedthe former bipolar international system. Relatively speaking, the debatesare taking place on a more human-oriented reasoning plane and with ahigher degree of freedom from politics-directed approaches. The recentand perhaps most distinguished work of Ghannoushi, al Hurriyat al'Ammah fi al Dawlah al Islamiyah (Public Liberties in the Islamic State),is a pioneering account of such debates, even though it does not addressthem all.In its three lengthy chapters, the book is preoccupied with humanrights in the Islamic state. Chapter one speaks of individual freedom andindividual rights as understood by Islam. For Ghannoushi, freedom is theembarking point where the individual decides freely and by his/her ownwill to become a Muslim. Due to its very fundamental nature, freedom isa basic and a genuine value in itself. Ghannoushi gives special primacy totwo aspects of freedom. The first is the freedom of belief, which includesthe freedom of expression and religious worship, where the individual hasthe right to choose the belief he/she values without any obligation. Ghannoushigoes further and discusses one of the most controversial issues:when a Muslim makes a conscious decision to change his/her religion. Inmost of the traditional schools of Islamic jurisprudence, such an actioncauses the application of a penalty to punish the newly non-Muslim individual.Yet Ghannoushi, by interpreting the Prophet's position towardspecific cases and that of Abu Bakr at the time of his war against the apostates(al murtadin), concludes that these cases were treated as political, asopposed lo religious, defections. There are still many students in the Arabic Language Teaching Department at Walisongo State Islamic University Semarang who still face the difficulty of distinguishing between phrase and adjective structures in reading skill. There must be many reasons that cause difficulties and problems in distinguishing between phrase and adjective structures. The objectives of this research are: To find out the causes of problems in distinguishing between phrase and adjective structures in reading skill for students of the Arabic Language Teaching Department in 2017 at Walisongo State Islamic University Semarang and to know the appropriate solutions to overcome the problems. The researcher held a survey study with the statistical community of all students of the Arabic Language Teaching Department in 2017, with a number of 70 students. The researcher used the test and interview to collect data. The results of this research are that one of the reasons for its problems is the lack of control over the rules of auxiliary structure and the adjective structure and the differences between them, the lack of practice in determining the phrase and adjective structures and distinguishing between them in Arabic texts, the lack of practice in reading Arabic texts that contain the phrase and adjective structures, the lack of vocabulary, and the lack of understanding Vocabulary Genres. As for the solutions to the problems, they are supposed to the understand the rules of phrase and adjective structures and the differences between them, a lot of practice in identifying and differentiating between them in Arabic texts, more rehearsing in reading Arabic texts, a lot of reading Arabic texts so that students get a lot of vocabulary, and a lot of understanding the types of vocabulary.

<p><em>The research is conducting the objectives of (1) knowing the written translation ability of Indo-Arabic Intensive Arabic students at the An-Nur Islamic Boarding School Surabaya and (2) knowing the written translation abilities of Indo-Arabic Intensive Arabic students at the An-Nur Islamic Boarding School Surabaya (3) knowing the comparison between Indo-Arabic and Indo-Arabic Written Translation for Arabic Language Intensive Students at the Annur Islamic Boarding School Surabaya. In this research, the writer uses a quantitative data analysis method using paired sample T-test with an SPSS application. In this case, to compare the variable (x) Arabic-Indo translation ability (y) Arabic-Indo written translation ability and the comparison between written Arabic-Indo and Indo-Arabic translations for Intensive Arabic Students at the An-Nur Islamic Boarding School Surabaya. The correlation between the Arabic-Indo and Indo-Arabic translations is 0.548, which means a strong relationship. <p>Scholars agree that similarities are one of the reasons for the ease with which students learn a second language, and differences are the reason for difficulties in learning it. This study discusses the contrastive analysis between Indonesian and Arabic regarding the chapter on punctuation marks and their benefits in learning writing skills for students of class X MAN 1 Pasuruan. The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1- What are the similarities and differences between Indonesian and Arabic regarding the punctuation chapter? 2- What are the benefits of the results of the contrastive analysis between Indonesian and Arabic regarding the chapter on punctuation marks and their benefits in learning writing skills for class X students of MAN 1 Pasuruan? The research method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative method. Collecting data using observation method, interview method, test method, and documentation method. The research sample was all students of class X MIA II MAN 1 Pasuruan, totaling 34 students. The research results can be summarized as follows: There are similarities and differences in types and functions between Indonesian and Arabic punctuation marks, and there are benefits from applying the results of this analysis, it was found that the percentage of punctuation scores from the post-test reached 75.8%, and This result is greater than the pre-test result which was 58.9%.</p><p dir="RTL">أكد العلماء أن التشابه سببا لسهولة الدارسين في تعلم اللغة الثانية الاختلاف سببا لوجود الصعوبات في تعلمها، هذا البحث يبحث عن التحليل التقابلي بين اللغة الإندونيسية واللغة العربية على مستوى علامات الترقيم والاستفادة منه في تعليم مهارة الكتابة لدى طلاب الصف العاشر بالمدرسة الثانوية الحكومية الأولى باسوروان. فتبحث الباحثة بقضايا البحث : 1- ما أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بين اللغة الإندونيسية واللغة العربية على مستوى علامات الترقيم؟ 2- كيف الاستفادة من نتائج التحليل التقابلي بين اللغة الإندونيسية واللغة العربية على مستوى علامات الترقيم لتعليم مهارة الكتابة لدى طلاب الصف العاشر بالمدرسة الثانوية الحكومية الأولى باسوروان؟. وطريقة البحث التي استخدمتها الباحثة هي الطريقة الكيفية الوصفية. ولجمع البيانات استخدمت الباحثة طريقة الملاحظة، و طريقة المقابلة، وطريقة الاختبار، وطريقة الوثائق، أما عينة البحث فهي جميع الطلاب في الفصل العاشر للعلوم الطبيعة الثاني بالمدرسة الثانوية الحكومية الأولى باسوروان وهم ۳٤ طالبا. وأما نتائج البحث فيمكن أن تتلخص: هناك أوجه التشابه والاختلاف النوعي والوظيفي بين علامات الترقيم الإندونيسية والعربية، ووجدت الاستفادة من هذه النتيجة التحليلية، أن معدل النتيجة المائوية عن علامات الترقيم من الاختبار البعدي بلغ 75.8%، وهذه النتيجة أكبر من نتيجة الاختبار القبلي الذي بلغ 58.9%.</p>

This article aims to reveal the scientific side of the Koran in surah al-Baqarah. There are 5 (five) topics that will be examined in this research, namely the qur'anic scholarship in giving priority to the mention of hearing rather than sight, the qur'anic scholarship in telling mosquitoes, the qur'anic scholarship about the place of sunrise and sunset, the scholarship of the Koran in the prohibition of gathering with the wife during menstruation, and qur'anic scholarship in breastfeeding orders for children. This is important to do, because it is in direct contact with the Koran. The significance of this research lies in the contemporary scientific topic in the longest surah of the Koran, that is surah al-Baqarah, so the big question to be answered is what is the urgency of studying the scholarship of surah al-Baqarah? Any verses that contain scientific Is there a conflict between the scholarship of the Koran with the purpose of the turn of the Koran? Is the scholarship of surah al-Baqarah only limited to one side, or many aspects that can be studied? This research is a literature research using inductive and analytic approaches. The final result shows that the scientific side of the Koran will not be exhausted to be explored and indeed the five topk above can be scientifically proven since the revelation of the Koran until now, even until the end of time.

This research aims to develop Individual Differences-Based Speaking Skills Learning Model in Arabic Language Education Program of Institute for Islamic studies Batusangkar. The Research questions to answer are how to design, how is praticality and than effectiveness of the model. The Research and Development Method appload Dick and Carry Development Model. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The design of the learning model is based on three student groups; 2) In terms of practicality, 87% of the students are able and to solvie problems in the process of learning Arabic, 67% of the students are confident to be able to speak Arabic; 3) In terms of effectiveness, the use of this learning model has an effect on improving the student’s learning outcomes, This is indicated by the “ t “ test result 2,036 ˂ 7,110 ˃ 2,036. The research concludes that the model is feasible, practical, and effective in improving, the student’s speaking skills.

Abstract:
Dialectology is an interdisciplinary study in linguistics that examines various aspects of language variation. The emergence of dialects often presents a barrier to communication among speakers with different language backgrounds. Therefore, this research is important as a reference for foreign speakers to understand Arabic dialects and can serve as an academic resource for researchers specializing in Arabic linguistics. This study aims to describe the diversity in Saudi Arabian Arabic and Egyptian Arabic dialects and describe the forms and examples of usage of Saudi Arabian Arabic and Egyptian Arabic dialects in informal conversations. The research used a qualitative approach with interview techniques. The data source for this research was native speakers of Saudi Arabian and Egyptian Arabic, and data collection and analysis were performed using note-taking methods. The data analysis involved classifying primary data according to Arabic dialect variations. The research results showed that the existence of variation in Saudi Arabian Arabic and Egyptian Arabic dialects in several aspects, including phonological variation in vowel and consonant sounds, morphological variation such as inflection, derivation, and affixation in past and present tense verbs, syntactic variation, and finally, onomasiological and semasiological variation in Saudi Arabian and Egyptian Arabic dialects. There are forms and examples of the usage of Saudi Arabian Arabic and Egyptian Arabic dialects in informal conversations.or what called idiom.

Abstract:
This study aimed to propose strategies of how to teach Arabic reading comprehension by using materials taken from authentic sources. It employed a method that combined library research and field research. Library research was executed by searching authentic reading texts that were contextual and relevant with students’ needs, obtained from references, magazines, newspapers, and radio programs. All of which were written in by Arabic native speakers for Arabic native speakers. Field research was conducted by teaching Arabic reading comprehension using authentic materials in in the classroom. Implementing this method, it was found that teaching Arabic reading comprehension using authentic materials should be carried out in three stages: (i) pre-reading stage, conducted by facilitating students to understand the importance of authentic materials and negotiating the topics that the students were interested in; (ii) reading stage, in which students read and grasp texts through dialogues and group discussion guided by the teacher; and (iii) post-reading, in a way that the students did exercises by answering questions to sharpen their understanding about text contents. This practice of teaching Arabic reading provided such benefits as students were more motivated to study and more exposed to Arabic sentences having more complex and natural structures that were rarely found in simplified texts. Teacher’s guidance at each stage of learning was proven to be able to assist students in understanding the complex sentences. The significant contribution of this study is to overcome the weaknesses of using authentic materials as many studies have reported that authentic materials are frequently too difficult since they are beyond leaners’ language proficiencies. In addition, this research clearly confirms the theory of the importance of authentic materials in teaching a foreign language reading.

Abstract:
The origin of Arabic letters is to write them down as spoken, without adding or subtracting, and without exchanging or changing, thus called standard letters. However, there are a number of words in the Quran that have deviated from this rule written in Ottoman letters. This article discusses the Qur’anic words written by maintaining their authenticity, and the wisdom behind the differences in writing the Quranic words. Using a historical analysis of Qur’anic writing based on seven dialects, it’s concluded that the writing of the Qur’an based on Ottoman letters is intended to maintain the authenticity of the words it uses because it was written as reported by the Prophet. The spelling rules of Ottoman letters lead the Qur’anic words to be read in different ways, which caused in three reasons, namely: there is one word has two readings but is written in one letter; there is one word with two writings that can be written in two letters, and there is one word that has a lot of reading and is written based on this reading. It shows the miracle of Quranic numbers written in Ottoman letters.

Abstract:
This research based on the phenomenon of the implementation of higher order thinking skills in Arabic language learning which is characterized by memorizing linguistic knowledge and recognizing language symbols, in fact it can grow if students are facilitated to understanding and reasoning the knowledge as a basis for applying, analyzing, evaluating and creating. Therefore developing the Arabic language teaching design based on high order thinking skill with a learning model that can accommodate the learning of language skills is indispensable. This research use the research and development method, and the datas collection method is observation, questionnare, test and documentation. The results of the study are innovation of developing Arabic teaching design based on high order thinking skill with whole language model which includes several stages material analysis, basic competency analysis, indicators analysis, formulating learning objectives, developing model, strategies and learning activities, developing learning materials, tools, assessments, linking the principles of HOTS. The study result indicate that the Arabic teaching design meets the effective criteria seen from the N-Gain score 0,72 with a good criteria, as for the average of all validation instruments 92,54% with a very good category, and the average of observation of 74,2% were practical.
