Abstract:
In view of the disharmony development status of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, the paper puts forward a route optimization Principle of cooperative allocation of route resources of airport group from the angle of flight punctuality, airlines share and function orientation. An optimal model of airline resources cooperative allocation is established to maximize the overall operational benefit of regional airports and the modified decision tree C4.5 algorithm was applied to solve the problem. Since this algorithm combined with constraint condition of model as pruning standard, the efficiency of the algorithm was greatly improved. Finally, the problem find the optimal solution could be found by comparing the profit and loss value of the program. The analysis example showed that the overall benefit of multi-airport system increased by 7.03%. This model was useful to optimize airline network and conformed to the actual situation, and the research results can provide a reference for civil aviation authorities in planning the airline network of multi-airport system.

Abstract:

Abstract:

Abstract:
Many projects require acoustical measurements of facade noise reduction be conducted to verify that Building Code, “green” rating systems (e.g., LEED), or other project interior noise criteria are met. In addition, federally funded airport sound insulation programs in the United States require facade noise reduction measurements be conducted to verify the eligibility of residences receiving sound insulation treatments. Currently, there exists a variety of standards to measure facade noise reduction (e.g., ASTM E966, ISO 16283-3, SAE ARP 6973). These standards employ various measurement methods: artificial exterior noise source, calibrated exterior noise source, line source, etc. In addition, these standards provide guidance on the location of exterior microphones (flush versus near facade) and correction factors to be applied to the data. Recently, a field comparison of three measurement methods was made at multiple residences: artificial exterior noise source, artificial interior noise source, and flush versus near microphone position. This is follow-on research from the National Academies of Science Airport Cooperative Research Project 02-51 and its purpose is to determine whether valid facade noise reduction measurements can be made with the loudspeaker located at the interior of the residence. A comparison of results across the measurement methods will be presented.

Abstract:
Aviation noise analysis has traditionally focused on modeling the noise from an average day of operations. We investigate the potential of moving from this static approach to a dynamic method of assessing aircraft noise experienced by people where they are as they move about the day and night. In this research conducted on behalf of the National Academy of Sciences Airport Cooperative Research Program, we evaluated population data sets that account for the movement of people between their daytime versus nighttime location and assessed their applicability for aviation noise studies. We provided guidance on using these spatiotemporal data sets for aviation noise studies using the Aviation Environmental Design Tool, including sample maps and analyses. We also discussed the limitations of spatiotemporal population data, namely they only account for a person's location by time of day and not whether they are engaged in noise-sensitive activities. A fuller picture of noise impact by location and time of day may be achieved by developing an activity-based model, which combines data on location and level of noise sensitivity. We outline the basic elements of such a model.

Abstract:
The agglomeration of airports into multi-airport regions (MARs) has become one of the salient features of the worldwide air transport system in the last decades. Meanwhile, in China, the development of HSR is growing quickly, and is both competitive to and cooperative with the aviation network. To date some research has focused on the airport classification with aviation network properties within the specific MARs. However, little research comprehensively integrates complementary transport systems (such as civil aviation versus high-speed rail (HSR)) into the analytical framework for airport classification. The purpose of this paper is to identify the unique nature of component airports and their distribution in MARs in China from multiple perspectives by accounting for the influence of the HSR system. Airports are classified along multiple dimensions including competitive concentrations, the interaction between air transport and HSR, and airport community structure, among others. The results produce distinct partitions of the component airports in Chinese MARs, and provide insights into Chinese airport functionality and impacts of the HSR network on the distribution of different types of airports. The conclusions provide a more comprehensive assessment of airports’ spatial arrangement in the unique Chinese MAR context. Although this paper did not derive the market share allocation and co-opetition relationship between a specific airport and HSR, it proposed a basic framework for future research.

Abstract:
Cooperatives are business entities that are in line with the economic system in Indonesia because they are based on the principle of family. So in the curriculum structure of the economic education study program there are courses in cooperative economics and cooperative management. The hope is that, after studying these courses, students can become cooperative catalysts, namely competent and committed to developing cooperatives in Indonesia. However, in reality, after conducting an initial survey of students of the 2019 economics study program, only 3 out of 81 students were members of the cooperative. The existence of cooperative courses should increase students' interest in becoming cooperative members. This research is correlational research with a quantitative approach. In this research, what was studied was the interest in cooperatives of Economic Education Study Program students. To measure each variable, namely cooperative knowledges, motivation to cooperate and cooperative images on interest in cooperatives using test instruments and questionnaires. The population in this study were students of the Economics Education Study Program. The results of this research are: 1) Cooperative Knowledge does not significantly influence interest in cooperatives; 2) Cooperative Motivation has a significant influence on interest in cooperatives; 3) Cooperative Image has a significant influence on the intention to cooperate and 4) Cooperative Knowledge, Cooperative Motivation and Cooperative Image have a simultaneous influence on the intention to cooperate.

Abstract:
This paper takes the airport terminal area as the main research content and combines genetic algorithm with airport terminal area analysis theory to analyze and study the traffic scheduling in the airport terminal area. Based on the study of traditional traffic scheduling techniques and key techniques of genetic algorithms, this paper participates in the actual project of genetic algorithm-based traffic scheduling, analyzes the requirements of the project, focuses on the design and implementation of the traffic scheduling algorithm module in the genetic algorithm-based traffic scheduling system, and conducts further research on the pathfinding by constraints submodule. In this paper, the flight approach and departure sequencing problem and runway allocation problem are the main research objects. The dynamic optimal scheduling model of flight approach and departure is established by considering the interests and demands of airlines and airports, and a new scheduling algorithm is proposed. In this paper, a brief introduction to the airport terminal area is given, and the feasibility of the approach/departure optimal scheduling is introduced from the perspective of airlines with a long-range parallel two-runway airport as the research background. Secondly, through the analysis of the flight approach and departure process and the study of the approach and departure cooperative optimization strategy, a single-runway flight approach and departure traffic scheduling model under the joint sequencing strategy is established with the optimization objective of minimizing the total flight delay time, and the model is solved by using the sliding time window algorithm. Then, based on the single-runway scheduling model, a multirunway multiobjective flight optimal scheduling model is established with the objectives of minimizing total delay time, increasing runway throughput per unit time and fairness of flight delay time allocation, and a dynamic algorithm (STW-GA) combining sliding time window algorithm and dual-structured chromosome genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the model.

Abstract:
Cooperative learning is an instructional format in which students work together in small, structured, heterogeneous groups to master content. The purpose of this study was to describe and interpret a teacher’s and the students’ experiences of cooperative learning in an elementary physical education program. A multiple-method design included interviews of a physical education teacher and 5th and 6th grade students, nonparticipant observation, field notes, and document analysis. Inductive analysis and constant comparison were used to analyze and organize the data throughout the research process. The findings suggest that the teacher and students held similar perceptions of the cooperative learning program. Themes emerged under four main categories: goals of the lessons; cooperative learning roles; benefits of cooperative learning; and implementation of cooperative learning. The teacher believed that the cooperative learning program allowed students of all ability levels to improve motor skills, develop social skills, work together as a team, help others improve their skills, and take responsibility for their own learning.

Abstract:
Due to the earthquake of Yushu in April 14, 2010, Airport Road landslide No.3 deformed cracking, resulting in lower stability of slope, triggering landslides and other diseases. Selecting the section 2-2 (mileage K823 + 809) of Airport Road landslide No.3 as the calculation section, we use the ABAQUS finite element program to establish landslide numerical mode. The slip mass of landslide was simulated by the elastic-plastic damage constitutive model, and the bedrock was analyzed as Mohr - Coulomb constitutive model. Landslide No3 is analyzed for example, and showed that earthquake triggering mechanism elastplastic damage constitutive model can describe the landslide very well.

Abstract:
Subsurface contamination with gasoline has occurred within Boryspil airport (Kyiv region) for long period. Previous remedial actions including pumping of gasoline and contaminated groundwater have not provided to remove contamination completely. The monitoring data confirmed the presence of a gasoline layer in most monitoring wells. Using mathematical modelling, we imitated the operation of pumping wells to determine their optimal location. API LNAPL program was applied for calculations. In order to obtain more reliable results, soil hydraulic characteristics were specified by laboratory experiments. A pressure-saturation relation, p(Ѳ) was determined for soil samples taken from Boryspil region, and then the values of α and β parameters describing pore size and distribution were calculated using RETC program. Optimal distances were calculated between pumping wells at two contaminated sites with a gasoline layer of 0,7 and 0,5 m, respectively.

Abstract:
Baghdad International Airport receives nearly two million visitors annually. So it’s important to analyze the accessibility of the airport. This research aims to show the effect of several factors on the accessibility to the airport and diagnose the problems facing passengers, and identify some significant factors that affected user preference for an airport transfer, by making a questionnaire to the passengers who traveled from Baghdad International Airport. A structured questionnaire was developed in English and translated into Arabic for a high response, and to ensure the result with a 95% confidence level, 404 airline passengers will receive a questionnaire through an online survey. The accessibility was evaluated through about 20 factors, such as gender, age, passenger’s income, mode of transportation to the airport, car ownership, children on the trip, luggage, time, trip purpose, distance, origin, and destination, type of the flight, comfortable, and others. Statistical analysis for the variables by using the SPSS V.20 program was conducted, using the chi-square test to check for independence and the correlation between variables (gender, age, income, mode of transportation to the airport, flight time) was analyzed. The findings indicate that gender and income variables affected how people could access the airport.

Abstract:
This research aims to know and analyze the direct and indirect impacts of service quality and ticket price policy on trust and also its impact on the passenger loyalty of Soekarno-Hatta Airport Train, Cengkareng, Indonesia. The main problems are that the service quality provided by Soekarno-Hatta Airport Train is not maximal and that the ticket price of the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Train is relatively expensive because the passengers still have to use another transportation mode to go to the station. This research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modelling, assisted by the Lisrel program with a sample of as many as 150 passengers. The results of this research prove that service quality and ticket price policy have both direct and indirect impacts on passenger loyalty through the mediation of passenger trust. The key finding is that the policymakers can take advantage of the findings of this research, especially the crucial aspects in the questionnaires on service quality and ticket price policy which are considered not optimal by the passengers of Soekarno-Hatta Airport Train. So, passenger loyalty can be enhanced through the improvement of service quality and ticket price policy supported by passenger trust.

Abstract:
Based on the results of the author's initial survey observations, the average training score of students of the Airport Electrical Engineering Study Program.in the work on odd semester statistical questions looks still unsatisfactory, this is due to learning that has not used varied media, lack of good learning planning by choosing learning media that suits student learning styles and so on. So efforts need to be made to improve students' critical thinking skills. This requires the ability to manage teaching and learning activities with the use of appropriate and relevant learning media or applications. Based on the above problems, researchers are interested in conducting research on the application of geogebra learning media to critical thinking skills in learning and solving statistical problems in the Airport Electrical Engineering Study Program. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a significant influence of the application of geogebra learning media on critical thinking skills in learning and solving statistical problems in the Airport Electrical Engineering Study Program. This type of research is quasi-experimental research by providing learning treatment assisted by geogebra learning media in statistical learning. The population in this study was all students who attended statistics lectures, which was 25 people. The instrument used in this study is an essay-shaped problem. The hypothesis test used in this study is the t-test, However, previously normality tests and variance homogeneity tests were carried out. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, a sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) = 0.009 < ∝ = 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the application of geogebra learning media on critical thinking skills in learning and solving statistical problems in the Airport Electrical Engineering Study Program.

Location accuracy for low-altitude targets is not well in Short-Baseline system. A program of main station off-center of eight-station arrangement is proposed. Firstly analyses factors influencing the location accuracy for line-of-sight environments. Then researches the relationship between main station position and location performance, put forwards a location method of main station off-center of eight-station by increasing the base-station number and layout of the main station off-center which realizes multiple coverage of monitoring area using the redundant measurement information by main station off-center and more base stations provided. Finally gets the number of base station and optimal disposition way for low-altitude targets in the airport through simulating geometric dilution of precision (GDOP) distribution. Simulation figures and dates show that the main station off-center of eight-station arrangement can be achieved over 95% coverage of the airport for low-altitude targets location.

Full text
Abstract:
Rapid development of large scale logging and increasingly intensive petroleum exploration and development in northeastern Alberta prompted the establishment of a cooperative research program to investigate various aspects of woodland caribou (Rangifer tarandus caribou) biology. The ultimate goal of the program is to develop an effective plan that will ensure the long term survival of caribou while allowing for renewable and non-renewable resource development. There are three parts to the program. Part I began early in 1991 and makes use of conventional radio telemetry as a means of recording various parameters of general caribou biology. The study area encompasses approximately 4000 km2 of low relief, boreal mixedwood forest. Preliminary results from 2500 radio locations (involving 50 individuals) indicate that woodland caribou inhabiting the study area are non-migratory and are strongly associated with some of the more scarce peatland forest types present in the area. Investigations to document the basic biology and ecology will continue for another two years. Part II began in early 1993 as a part of a two-year investigation into the disturbance effects of petroleum exploration and development on caribou movements and behaviour. One objective of this study is to develop a predictive model useful in determining the cumulative effects of varying intensities of disturbance on caribou. Part III began in early 1994 with a proposed three-year investigation to determine the mechanism of spatial and temporal separation of caribou and moose in the study area. These relationships may indicate the means by which caribou minimize the impact of wolf predation on their populations in northeastern Alberta. Results will be applied to industrial land use and specifically to large scale forest harvesting planned for the area. The research program is supported through cooperative funding contributed by 24 petroleum companies, 1 forest company, 2 peat companies and the Alberta Departments of Environmental Protection and Energy. The research aspect of the program has been developed and implemented by staff of the University of Alberta, Alberta-Pacific Forest Industries, the Alberta Fish and Wildlife and Forest Services and the Alberta Environmental Centre. The program also incorporates a public information and liaison function. Newsletters, information videos, brochures and public consultation are the means used to accomplish this task.
