<em>Indonesian Center for Agricultural Library and Technology Dissemination (ICALTD) as a special library of the government institutions under the Ministry of Agriculture has a vision, mission, duty, and special functions to support the activities of its mother-institutions. However, ICALTD has developed its organization by presenting library services for children and young-adult since 2013. The purposes of this research is to describe the conditions, activities, and programs on library services for children and young-adult. This research used qualitative approaches with descriptive methods. The results showed, although ICALTD has already taken a good inovation with its addition of services for children, the services has not been optimal. Some adjustments and policy should be make for the better services in the future.</em>

The reserach is focused on the resistance of bio-polymer thin film to bio-degradation in compost soil from renewable resources based on waste banana peel and waste egg shell in polymer matrix. The combination of waste banana peel and waste egg shell in producing of bio-mulching film is a new inovation in agricultural industry . Bio-mulching film is a biodegradable plastics films that can help in increasing the moisture content of soil and improving the soil ingredients in order to make the plants grow well. The thin film is produced by using the waste banana banana peelas the reinforcement fiber, eggshell as filler and epoxy resin as matrix. The thickness of thin film was in between 0.10 mm to 0.15 mm. The epoxy/waste banana banana peelwith eggshell (EWE) 10%, were affected by bio-degradation in soi burial test where the occurances of surface damages, which in turn enhances the degradation of physical properties.

Commercial sources of biotechnology have enormously outweighted non-market sources (e.g. the International Agricultural Research Center) Thus it is most obvious that growing R&D costs and intensified internationa technology competition have financially disabled developing countries from access to the new technology. Furthermore, biotechnology is a typica interdisciplinary subject based on many different principles of newly developed life sciences such as biochemistry, physiology, microbiology and molecular biology, which limits number of personnel in developing countries who are capable of incorporating the new technological inovation o developed countries into their agricultural production system. The protection of intellectual property rights (IPRs) of which private firms in developed countries have intensified put another limiting factor in the international flow of biotechnology. Financial aid, technical assistance for personnel training and execution of self-restrained IPRs towards developing countries wil enable developed countries widen the potential market and contribute to sustainable development in the Third World.

<p>Many technology innovations have been disseminated by agricultural research and study institutions, but have not been utilized or have not been continuously adopted by farmers so that they have not been able to significantly boost the economy of agricultural communities. This is partly due to gaps in the delivery of innovation (delivery system) and innovation acceptance (receiving system). This paper aims to identify the process of delivering innovation to support speeding up of adoption and downstreaming of introduce inovation technology application, as recommendations in preparing dissemination strategy effective agricultural technology that could be implemented in a sustainable way by farmers. In speeding up of adoption and downstreaming of introduce inovation technology application, extension workers are the spearhead in the dissemination of agricultural technology innovations. So far, counseling has focused too much on the delivery of program activities such as input supply and technical services so as to ignore farmers (farmer empowerment) and extension workers (competence or credibility extension workers) that should need to be improved.The essence of a counseling is empowering farmers. Associated with the credibility of an agricultural instructor must have competence, 1) threshold competencies, namely the main characteristics that must be owned by an instructor such as basic knowledge and expertise, and 2) differentiating competencies, are the distinguishing factors between one instructor with another high-performing with the other low performance. Hal ini antara lain disebabkan oleh kesenjangan dalam penyampaian inovasi (delivery system) dengan penerimaan inovasi (receiving system). Tulisan ini mengidentifikasi proses penyampaian inovasi dalam mendukung upaya percepatan adopsi dan hilirisasi penerapan teknologi introduksi, sebagai rekomendasi dalam menyusun strategi diseminasi teknologi pertanian yang efektif agar dapat diimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan oleh petani. Dalam percepatan adopsi dan hilirisasi teknologi menjadikan penyuluh sebagai ujung tombak diseminasi inovasi pertanian. Selama ini penyuluhan lebih fokus pada penyampaian program kegiatan seperti suplai input dan layanan teknis sehingga mengabaikan pemberdayaan petani dan penyuluh (kompentensi atau kredibilitas) yang seharusnya perlu ditingkatkan. Esensi penyuluhan pada prinsipnya adalah pemberdayaan petani. Terkait dengan kredibilitas, penyuluh pertanian harus mempunyai kompetensi: 1) threshold competencies, yaitu karakteristik utama yang wajib dimiliki seperti pengetahuan dan keahlian dasar, dan 2) differentiating competencies, faktor pembeda antara penyuluh yang memiliki kinerja tinggi dengan kinerja rendah, sehingga penyuluh mampu berfungsi sebagai motivator, dinamisator, fasilitator, dan konsultan bagi petani.</p><p>Kata kunci: Pertanian, inovasi, penyuluhan, adopsi</p><p> </p>

Contemporary approaches and adoption of innovations in agriculture are very important drivers of productivity growth and achieving sustainable development of agricultural sector. At the same time, numerous internal and external factors additionally impose the need to introduce innovative approaches to agricultural production, which requires development models based on knowledge, quality standards, information and communication technologies, and other innovations acceptable in economic, environmental and wider social context. In this paper, a detailed analysis of the most current contemporary approaches and innovations in the development of agriculture is performed, in order to indicate which of these are the most common and successful in the world and why is it so. The results of the research indicate which contemporary approaches and innovations are most potentiated in agricultural practice, globally, with an accompanying analysis that explains the advantages and disadvantages of all these approaches and innovations in this area.

In this study, the biotechnical fighting method within the scope of good agricultural practices (pheromone bars) contributions on innovation, the contribution of the use of international trade effects of good agricultural practices, the role of good agricultural practices of international organizations, the application of our country in compliance with the EU, the adaptation stage for good agricultural practices of the new member states and provides information on topics such as farmers need to do. Besides, with the help of a detailed review of the literature, it will be given information about the situation in Turkey for better understanding on using good agricultural production datas.

The relatively weak competitiveness of agricultural-based processed products is the reason why Indonesia is known as an importer of manufactured food, because it is still an exporter of agricultural-based raw materials. The comparative advantage of primary products only relies on the abundance of natural resources and uneducated TK so that they are still dominated by raw products. In the era of globalization, free trade demands highly competitive processed products, to be able to meet the high quality requirements and global market competition. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this paper aims to comprehensively describe the importance of increasing quality and competitive processed food products, supported by institutional development related to processed products. The technology development program and investment through the development and improvement of the performance of the agricultural-based processing industry in rural areas is predicted to be able to become the "engine" of strong economic progress. As a solution for efficiency, effectiveness, continuity and continuity of the process of procuring raw materials, labor and financing (capital) for processed products, if the processing industry is around the raw materials produced (agriculture in rural areas). Development of the role of industrialization to increase the added value of products, including diverting primary agricultural products (raw materials) into processed products as an effort to reduce imports. The role of the institution functions in line with the development programs implemented to be able to drive rural industrialization, create jobs and increase income in rural areas.

There are three main global challenges faced in all fields, namely complexity, change and increasing problems. A monodisciplinary approach with a single technology approach is no longer relevant to face these conditions. Innovation, integration and sustainability are the keys to face these three challenges, especially towards zero carbon emission energy that is operational. To produce bioethanol as a zero carbon emission energy source, the problem is that a large amount of thermal energy is required and a lot of "waste" is produced in the production process. It also requires the right raw materials that do not compete with food. All of these problems with conventional approaches have not been able to produce production costs (HPP) that compete with other renewable energy sources, let alone with fossil energy. The proposed innovation is an integrative innovation that will produce bioethanol as energy that is not only zero emission but negative emission with low HHP. This can be achieved through integrative synergy of biochar production with appropriate technology researched so far that produces large surplus energy and sorghum farming as raw material. The biochar product produced as a co-product is a multi-functional product of high economic value. If part of the biochar is utilized in agriculture, it not only increases the yield of therapeutic agriculture as a stable carbon sequestration in the soil. Sweet sorghum is an agricultural crop that has high adaptation to natural conditions with high seed and biomass production. Sorghum is ideal as a feedstock for ethanol and food production. Integrating the three with the right innovation will produce bioethanol with negative carbon emissions and co-products with low COGS. Sorghum juice is used as a first generation feedstock (FGR) and its bagasse as a second generation source (SGR). This integration involves the utilization of juice extraction by expeller technique and pretreatment of a combination of mechanical, steam explosion and organosolv methods that do not produce hazardous waste. The entire process is designed with the concept of maximum closed loop and minimum input. The system is open for various other integrations and developments in the future to support the concept of green economy.

Improving the welfare of rural communities is not only done by the government, but can be done by an agricultural innovator. One of the steps to improve the welfare of rural communities by agricultural innovator is through community organizing. The process involves the community since identifying and determining the priorities of a need. The purpose of this research is to identify organizing and analyze the relationship with community welfare. The research used quantitative support by qualitative data anlysis. The result of the research that the organizing of agricultural innovator is at the level of development of local communities with the level of community welfare classified as moderate. So these finding concluded that the level of organizing an agricultural innovator is related to the level of community welfare. The sustainability of organizing an agricultural innovator is recommended for empowerment activities in the form of social planning and social action.Keyword: organizing , community welfare, empowerment ABSTRAKMeningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di pedesaan bukan hanya dilakukan pemerintah, melainkan dapat dilakukan oleh seorang inovator pertanian. Proses melibatkan masyarakat sejak mengidentifikasi dan menentukan prioritas dari sebuah kebutuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pengorganisasian dan menganalisis hubungan pengorganisasian seorang inovator pertanian dengan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang didukung oleh analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pengorganisasian seorang inovator pertanian menunjukkan level pengembangan komunitas lokal dengan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat tergolong sedang. Jadi temuan ini disimpulkan level pengorganisasian seorang inovator pertanian berhubungan dengan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat. Food is the most basic needs of human life. The quality and adequacy are an important role in determining the quality, the level of intelligence of human resources. The increase rice production program, in sufficient quantities and at reasonable prices remains the top priority objectives and national agricultural development. With qualitative description methods, this paper aims to review and present various levels of technology application, the level of technical efficiency, and profitability of rice farming in the various agro-ecosystems. Agriculture as nationally and regionally, still important role and occupy a strategic place and remains a major priority development policy program is contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Therefore, providing the necessary strategy and information technology as needed, the existence of adequate operational policies, support the functioning of the various institutions (research, extension, marketing), as well as government policy support a more focused and aligned to accelerate the achievement of specific technological innovation. acceleration of the application of technological innovation, improvement of national rice products and productivity, can be pursued through: increasing productivity/optimizing the potential of agricultural resources; increasing planted area and land management; support for production facilities and capital; guarantee of grain prices, selling prices and marketing of grain and rice that provide production incentives; decrease in rice consumption; improvement of management, technical, data and information; and increasing the role and capacity of related institutions. Adequate operational policy tools are needed, the functioning of various supporting institutions (research, counseling, marketing), as well as government policy support that is more focused and impartial to accelerate the achievement of location-specific technological innovations. It is necessary to evaluate agricultural development policies from the aspect of food institutions, so that strategies and efforts to accurately formulate policies in support of increasing national rice production in the future.

Profit maximization in the agricultural sector should go in the direction that will enable agricultural products to be marketed through a realistic distribution channel. This applies in particular to the distribution channel of the food supply. In addition, the food distribution system should focus on the dominant observation of the production of food produced inland. Food distribution should take into account market competition, distribution and logistics costs, the existence of unequal quantities of food shipments, etc. That is why it is of great importance to adopt realistic models that will appreciate modern innovative ways of logistics that will help real food distribution. In addition, up-to-date information and communication technologies should be respected to support such distribution approaches. This paper draws attention to the importance of implementing a possible new food distribution model based on an innovative approach.

Making Innovative Planting Media from Unused Materials is a community service outreach activity that was carried out immediately with the Faculty of Agriculture at SMP Negeri 3 Gondang. Students are very eager to learn new material and can work on it for extended periods of time in class. With the existence of this activity, a mutualistic symbiosis between the plant faculty and the SMPN 3 Gondang was formed. SMPN 3 Gondang has the potential to be a top-notch school that combines theory and practice to teach Merdeka curriculum, even though the Faculty of Agriculture lacks a dedicated space for teaching Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). This activity will continue to be carried out in the future with different themes.

Ao criar alternativas para melhorar duplamente os níveis de eficácia, seja na busca de segurança alimentar (de ordem quantitativa com foco na contenção da fome), seja no desenho de novos mecanismos de mercado intermediados por organizações públicas, o Brasil inova ao formatar um ambiente institucional efetivamente capaz de criar incentivos para captura de valor dos produtos alimentícios produzidos pela agricultura familiar, aliada com uma estratégia de combate à fome, o que não ocorreria nos equipamentos de comercialização dos canais tradicionais de distribuição. Utilizando-se de recorte teórico de abordagem Neo-Schumpteriana, são discutidos alguns condicionantes relativos ao alcance das políticas em tela, quais sejam: o Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos da Agricultura Familiar – PAA, o Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar – PNAE e o Programa Paulista da Agricultura de Interesse Social – PPAIS (operante no Estado de São Paulo). As inovações de modelo de negócios geradas institucionalmente conferem maior alcance para o PAA e exigem maiores ajustes adaptativos para os outros dois programas no alcance dos objetivos expressos, remetendo à necessidade de revisões nos mecanismos de coordenação entre os atores sociais envolvidos.

Sindangsari adalah desa di Kecamatan Cilaku, Kabupaten Cianjur, Jawa Barat. Mayoritas penduduk bekerja sebagai petani. Desa ini memiliki banyak potensi pertanian. Salah satu potensi lokalnya adalah perkebunan pisang. Pisang ini biasanya diolah menjadi berbagai jenis makanan, salah satunya keripik, setelah mengetahui cara penggunaan hasil pertanian. Tidak banyak orang yang menyadari bahwa selain buah pisangnya yang dapat diolah, kulit pisang juga dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan makanan yang dapat dikonsumsi. Oleh karena itu, kulit pisang dapat berfungsi sebagai sumber daya utama untuk menghasilkan produk inovatif yang memberikan nilai tambah dan peluang ekonomi bagi UMKM di Desa Sindangsari. Produk ini adalah salah satu contoh pemanfaatan kulit pisang, sumber daya alam yang berlimpah, menjadi makanan ringan yang lezat dan kaya nutrisi. Keripik kulit pisang telah membuka banyak peluang ekonomi bagi usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM) sambil membantu mengurangi limbah organik lokal. Sindangsari is a village in Kecamatan Cilaku, Kabupaten Cianjur, West Java. The majority of the population works as farmers. The village has a lot of agricultural potential. One of the local potentials is banana plantations. These bananas are usually processed into various types of food, one of which is chips, after knowing how to use agricultural products. Not many people realize that apart from the banana fruit that can be processed, banana peels can also be used to produce food that can be consumed. Therefore, banana peels can serve as a key resource to produce innovative products that provide added value and economic opportunities for MSMEs in Sindangsari Village. This product is one example of the utilization of banana peels, an abundant natural resource, into delicious and nutrient-rich snacks. Banana peel chips have opened up many economic opportunities for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) while helping to reduce local organic waste. The results of this study provide important insights to support innovative product development within the agriculture and MSME sectors and offer promising business opportunities for Sindangsari Village.

<strong>English</strong><br />This paper aims to analyze the high quality of agricultural human capital and social indicators in improving the performance of national development and to formulate their communication patterns to support capacity building of human and social capital of agriculture in every line of agricultural development. The lack of agricultural human capital and social capital capacity is one of the constraints causing the accessibility limitation for Indonesian agriculture to face the global competition. The low farmer’s education attainment has caused a low capacity of farmers to manage information and to adopt new technology resulting the low products quality. At the extension level, the shortage number and quality of the extension workers has also contributed to that situation. Beside low of basic capability, most of the extension workers do not have adequate mental capacity, especially related to integrity, communication skills, and moral and ethical capacity. At the policy maker’s level, many local government institutions have no capacity to mapping agricultural resources along with their capability to make use of the available resources. With the high technical ability, agricultural human resource as a capital resource and as a social resource should have shared values and rules that expressed through personal relationships, trust, and common sense about the community responsibilities. To strengthen agricultural sector In supporting national development, agricultural sector need appropriate communication patterns for agricultural human resource improvement at each level of agricultural development. Such communication pattern should be based on the convergent-interaction communication through knowledge sharing model. This model is appropriate for both agricultural personnel and for farmers. Through active role of various institutions within the Ministry of Agriculture and with the help of modern information technology, a network to reach farmers could be achieved. The extension workers or village facilitators are required in the development of agricultural community because of its important function as problem analyst, group supervisor, trainers, innovators, and liaison officers.<br /><br /><br /><strong>Indonesian</strong><br />Tulisan ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis indikator modal manusia dan sosial pertanian yang berkualitas dalam meningkatkan kinerja pembangunan nasional, dan merumuskan pola komunikasi untuk mendukung peningkatan kapasitas modal manusia dan sosial pertanian di setiap lini pembangunan pertanian. Keterbatasan kapasitas modal manusia dan sosial pertanian merupakan salah satu penyebab kurang mampunya pertanian Indonesia dalam menghadapi persaingan global. Rendahnya tingkat pendidikan petani menyebabkan kemampuan dalam mengolah informasi dan mengadopsi teknologi relatif sangat terbatas sehingga menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas rendah. Pada tingkat penyuluh, ketersediaannya di lapangan juga sangat terbatas jumlah dan kualitasnya. Selain kemampuan dasar yang masih rendah, sebagian besar penyuluh juga belum memiliki kapasitas mental yang memadai, khususnya terkait dengan integritas, kemampuannya dalam berkomunikasi, serta kapasitas moral dan etika. Sedangkan di tingkat pengambil kebijakan, masih banyak instansi daerah yang belum mampu memetakan sumber daya pertanian di daerah secara komprehensif dan memiliki kecermatan dalam membuat konsep pemanfaatannya. Selain memiliki kemampuan teknis yang tinggi, SDM pertanian sebagai modal manusia dan sosial pertanian juga harus memiliki dan berbagi nilai (shared values) serta pengorganisasian peran-peran (rules) yang diekspresikan dalam hubungan-hubungan personal (personal relationships), kepercayaan (trust), dan common sense tentang tanggung jawab komunitas (bersama). Agar sektor pertanian semakin kuat dalam mendukung pembangunan nasional, diperlukan pola komunikasi yang tepat untuk mendukung peningkatan kapasitas SDM pertanian di setiap lini pembangunan pertanian. Pola komunikasi dalam peningkatan kapasitas SDM pertanian dalam konsep sebagai modal manusia dan sosial yang unggul mengacu pada pola komunikasi interaksional konvergen melalui model berbagi pengetahuan (knowledge sharing model). Model ini tidak hanya sesuai untuk SDM dalam kategori aparatur pertanian, namun juga sesuai untuk petani. Peran aktif berbagai institusi dalam lingkup Departemen Pertanian yang diintegrasikan dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, upaya untuk mewujudkan jaringan informasi bidang pertanian sampai di tingkat petani dapat diwujudkan. Faktor utama penyebab fnomena ini terjadi adalah karena dipicu oleh semakin bertambahnya penduduk di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Tingginya pertumbuhan penduduk ini menyebabkan tingginya jumlah permintaan pembangunan perumahan. Sehingga lahan pertanian pangan berkelanjutan menjadi salah satu incaran bagi para developer perumahan untuk mengalihfungsikan menjadi sebuah hunian tanpa mempertimbangkan keseimbangan lingkungan sekitar. Akibatnya banyak petani yang kehilangan mata pencaharian dan keseimbangan lingkungan menjadi terganggu. Sehingga diperlukan solusi yang inovatif untuk mengatasi fenomena berkurangnya lahan pertanian pangan berkelanjutan. Untuk itu peneliti melakukan merancang suatu strategi mengenai pengembangan wakaf tanah melalui metode wakaf istibdal untuk melindungi lahan pertanian pangan berkelanjutan yang terancam akan alih fungsi lahan pertanian. Metode istibdal merupakan penukaran harta wakaf sejenis maupun tidak sejenis. Dengan metode ini wakaf tanah dapat dimutasi untuk lahan pertanian. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi adanya konversi lahan dan berfungsi untuk melestarikan wakaf tanah yang sebelumnya tidak difungsikan.

Sayuran umumnya ditanam di kebun sehingga dilakukan pengembangan dengan pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan tanaman kangkung darat. Kangkung yang ditanam diolah menjadi inovasi produk Nori Kangkung. Kangkung memiliki nilai gizi yang tinggi yaitu vitamin A B, C, protein, serat dan zat besi yang bermanfaat menurunkan resiko pada penyakit stroke, kanker, hati, infeksi saluran pencernaan dan tekanan darah tinggi. Tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat salah satunya kepada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) dan Ibu PKK Kecamatan Pangantikan untuk memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah sebagai media tanam sayuran serta mampu meningkatkan nilai ekonomi sayuran salah satunya kangkung. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan secara langsung mengenai pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah serta pelatihan pembuatan nori berbahan dasar daun kangkung yang dilaksanakan 22 Juli 2022 di Aula Balai Penyuluh Pertanian Kecamatan Pangantikan. Hasil yang diperoleh saat penyuluhan, adanya peningkatan wawasan dan pengetahuan mengenai penanaman sayuran di lahan pekarangan rumah dan menambah inovasi produk sayuran dari kangkung yaitu nori kangkung. Dari hasil penyuluhan mendapatkan respon yang baik (positif) dan mendapatkan anutsiasme dari peserta kegiatan. Kangkung has high nutritional value, namely vitamins A, B, C, protein, fiber and iron which are beneficial in reducing the risk of stroke, cancer, liver, digestive tract infections and high blood pressure. One of the goals of community empowerment is the Women Farmer Group (KWT) and PKK Mrs. Pangantikan District to use the yard as a medium for growing vegetables and to be able to increase the economic value of vegetables, one of which is kale. This community service was carried out by direct counseling methods regarding the use of house yards as well as training in making nori made from kale leaves which was held on July 22, 2022 in the Hall of the Agricultural Extension Center, Pangantikan District. The results obtained during counseling were an increase in insight and knowledge regarding adding vegetables to the yard of the house and adding innovation to vegetable products from kale, namely kale nori. O desenvolvimento e a viabilidade da agricultura familiar ao longo do tempo tem sido alvo de intensos debates em torno de temas como a reforma agrária de determinadas regiões e a capacidade de reprodução social no campo. Recentemente vários assentamentos rurais foram implantados no Brasil, buscando-se encaminhar tais discussões no contexto do desenvolvimento sustentável. O objetivo geral do presente estudo é avaliar a dinâmica inovativa e o investimento no Projeto de Desenvolvimento Sustentável Bonal, Senador Guiomard, Acre. Trabalha-se com indicadores específicos de avaliação da produção familiar rural. Os resultados indicam baixa incidência de efetivos agricultores familiares, bem como uma propensão negativa a investir entre a maioria das unidades produtivas.

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan dan menghidupkan kembali kelembagaan BUMDes melalui pendekatan hukum yang berbasis Economic Analysis of Law. BUMDes sebagai lembaga usaha yang dikelola desa memiliki peran strategis dalam usaha peningkatan perekonomian desa. Namun sayang, masih minim desa yang mampu mengoptimalkan peran BUMDes ini, sehingga banyak BUMDes yang “mati suri” dan tak berkembang. Penguatan BUMDes juga tidak terlepas dari aturan hukum, karena sejak dari pendirian, pengelolaan, sampai pembubaran harus dilakukan melalui hukum. Terlebih, saat ini pemerintah telah mengeluarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 Tahun 2021 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Desa. Hadirnya aturan tersebut membawa dampak hukum yang mampu memudahkan BUMDes untuk berkembang. Basis economics analysis of law ini tepat untuk mengintegrasikan ekonomi dan hukum, karena menjadikan penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi sebagai pilihan-pilihan rasional untuk menganalisa persoalan hukum. Kegiatan ini menjadi sebuah solusi dalam upaya revitalisasi BUMDes melalui peraturan desa dengan merespon berbagai dinamika hukum yang telah berkembang, dengan berbasis Economic Analysis of Law. Hal ini penting karena proses revitalisasi BUMDes ini pada akhirnya berupaya menciptakan Desa Merak Belantung menjadi desa yang berdaya saing. Sehingga sasaran khalayak dalam kegiatan ini adalah Pemerintah Desa, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, Pengelola BUMDes, dan perwakilan masyarakat. Lokasi kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Merak Belantung, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu melalui ceramah, diskusi, focus group discussion, pendampingan serta pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwa pemahaman dalam proses pembentukan peraturan desa telah meningkat. Sisi lain, telah adanya inisiatif dan proses pembentukan peraturan desa untuk penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa yang lebih baik di Desa Merak Belantung.

Part one discusses some principal mite pests in agroecosystems and urban horticulture in European countries, Serbia and its neighbouring countries focusing primarily on issues with regard to plant production, novel methods and approaches in applied acaralogy. Part two displays some major properties of acaricides inhibiting respiration, growth and development and other synthetic substances with acaricide action on the market in the last decade of the 20th century and the first decade of the 21st century. Also some products of natural origin (azadirachtin, oils, micoacaricides) are said to be gaining in importance. Issues with regard to the fact that mites can readily develop resistance to acardicides are discussed and a survey on the results of biochemical, physiological and genetical causes of resistance are analyzed. Some basic principles of biological control of phytophagous mites and modern advances and approaches are discussed as well as current knowledge on host plant resistance to mites. Eventually, the possibility of using a combination of selective acaricides and biological control agents is discussed but also the inclusion of other modes of control (agricultural practices and physical measures) expected to contribute to an integrated management of pest populations.

The research aims to analyses the innovative leadership capacity in increasing national food self-sufficiency through the direct seed planting program in Bone Regency. Innovative leadership is a crucial dimension in the implementation of an innovation program to increase national food self-sufficiency. In its development innovative leadership capacity can be described through strategic planning, commitment and stability of a leader, these abilities will be described in the implementation of the ATABELA program in Bone District. From the results of the study, it was found that the strategic planning of the Regent as the head of the region was active in disseminating information about the ATABELA innovation program, involving local government stakeholders to realize the vision and mission of the Regent and Deputy Regent in the ATABELA innovation program. these were instructed to the Department of Agriculture, the existence of collaboration in the implementation of innovation ATABELA. In terms of leadership commitment, this research has not been supported by specific regulations in the form of local regulations on innovation, but the leadership commitment appears in the direct seed planting tool innovation program with the legitimacy of a strong Regent and legislative members, the majority of which are in the DPRD from the Golkar party whose chair is also the Regent. also, leadership commitment was found with the Regent's leadership character that was hard and a high willingness to innovate in increasing national food self-sufficiency with direct seed planting programs could be realized. Furthermore, leadership stability in implementing innovation with dedication starting from career officials, becoming a Deputy Regent, expert staff of the Governor of South Sulawesi and eventually being elected as a Regent with capital and experience, then strongly supports ideas and knowledge about the characteristics of the Bone Regency to carry out innovation.

Resumo: A demanda por segurança alimentar e nutricional delimita modelos de intensificação da agricultura em que a prevenção de perdas na produção é essencial. O cenário de agricultura globalizada, o aumento das rotas de comércio e o deslocamento de pessoas e produtos maximiza o potencial de introduções inadvertidas de pragas em áreas indenes, colocando em risco os sistemas produtivos. A quarentena vegetal é apresentada como medida disciplinadora à movimentação de vegetais, para limitar a dispersão de pragas agrícolas. A vigilância preconiza a antecipação e reconhece a ameaça, privilegiando a acurácia e a eficiência do diagnóstico, a consolidação de metodologias de análise de risco de pragas e a evolução das ferramentas operacionais. Com apropriação de novas tecnologias, melhoria das estruturas fiscalizadoras e forte capacidade inovativa, esperam-se respostas aos desafios impostos à segurança da agricultura. Este trabalho aborda aspectos históricos relacionados às ações quarentenárias, ao arcabouço legal, à influência do comércio internacional, às ferramentas analíticas, às perspectivas de inovação e à qualificação da infraestrutura. O objetivo deste trabalho é contextualizar a importância do risco de introdução de novas pragas ante uma agricultura pujante e a intensificação do intercâmbio comercial. Analisa, igualmente, desafios para ações de quarentena vegetal, ao mesmo tempo em que alinha bases biológicas sobre as quais a regulação fitossanitária deve se sustentar, como subsídio para a formulação de dispositivos legais.

In the middle of the last century, mites moved into the focus of attention as pests relevant to agriculture, forestry and landscape horticulture, presumably in direct reaction to the 'green revolution' that involved plant cultivation in large-plot monocropping systems, improved methods of cultivation, selection of high-yielding cultivars and intensified use of pesticides and mineral fertilizers. Agroecosystems in which phytophagous mites have become harmful organisms are primarily orchards, vineyards, greenhouses, urban greeneries, plant nurseries and stored plant products, as well as annual field crops to a somewhat lesser degree. Phytophagous mite species belong to a variety of spider mites (Tetranychidae), false spider mites (Tenuipalpidae), gall and rust mites (Eriophyoidae), tarsonemid mites (Tarsonemidae) and acarid mites (Acaridae). Most of these harmful species are widespread, some of them having more economic impact than others and being more detrimental as depending on various specificities of each outdoor agroecosystem in any particular climatic region. The first segment of this overview focuses on the most significant mite pests of agroecosystems and urban horticultural areas in European countries, our own region and in Serbia today, primarily on species that have caused problems in recent years regarding plant production, and it also discusses various molecular methods available for investigating different aspects of the biology of phytophagous mites. Also, acaricides are discussed as a method of controlling mite pests in the light of the current situation and trends on pesticide markets in Serbia and the European Union member-countries.

Os agricultores familiares agroecológicos têm adotado práticas inovadoras como forma de potencializar a reprodução socioeconômica familiar em um cenário adverso e em oposição ao modelo hegemônico de produção agrícola. O presente estudo analisou, especificamente, as inovações da agricultura familiar agroecológica de Santana do Livramento/RS para identificar sua contribuição para o desenvolvimento sustentável. A pesquisa se caracteriza como qualitativa, descritiva e empregou o método de estudo de caso. As técnicas de coleta utilizadas foram a entrevista semiestruturada e a observação participante. Entrevistaram-se nove agricultores familiares agroecológicos entre outubro de 2021 e janeiro de 2022 e o tratamento dos dados se deu através da análise de conteúdo. Como resultado, constatou-se que a trajetória inovativa da agricultura familiar agroecológica no município, baseia-se na introdução de inovações/novidades/mudanças desde a produção dos alimentos e dos processos empregados, bem como na forma de comercializar e organizar a produção. Com isso, contribuem para potencializar a qualidade dos produtos ofertados e a segurança alimentar, como também fortalecer a relação com os consumidores. Tais medidas, em síntese, ampliam a sustentabilidade rural e têm a potencialidade de conquistar um desenvolvimento mais harmonioso e sustentável.

<strong>English</strong><br />Modernization paradigm in the implementation of agricultural development has caused various changes in rural society, namely changes in social life, culture, politic, and especially economic structure in rural areas. This phenomenon also caused trend of disintegration and discrimination in “labor division” between male and female in various fields which could potentially set aside or even eliminate the important productive function of woman. This article is aimed at the description of many thoughts and ideas (by theory) about the role and the opportunity of woman who work in agriculture and repositioning the strategy of gender mainstream within the rural agricultural development policies. The double role of women is clearly indicating the importance of the double sources of income for a household. Women potentials, either as a housewife or as an individual of agricultural worker is the important factor to determine the success of gender mainstreaming strategy. The empowerment is suggested through applied and innovative technology, protection of working woman, improvement of training and extension activities, enhancement of regulations, facility support, increasing wage rate, and household industry skill development. Job opportunity is suggested to balance between male and female and encourage woman to participate in various development activities. With this, the gender mainstreaming strategy would improve household welfare in rural areas. <br /><br /><br /><strong>Indonesian</strong><br />Paradigma modernisasi dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan pertanian yang mengutamakan prinsip efisiensi, secara nyata telah mengakibatkan terjadinya berbagai perubahan pada masyarakat petani, baik struktur sosial, budaya dan politik terutama pada struktur ekonomi di perdesaan. Hal tersebut juga menimbulkan gejala desintegrasi dan diskriminasi dalam “pembagian kerja” antara pria dan wanita di berbagai bidang, yang dikhawatirkan dapat meminggirkan bahkan menghilangkan fungsi produksi kaum wanita. Makalah ini bertujuan mengemukakan berbagai pemikiran (teoritis) tentang peran dan peluang wanita tani, serta memposisikan kembali strategi pengarusutamaan gender (gender mainstreaming) dalam strategi kebijakan pembangunan pertanian di perdesaan. Peran ganda wanita tani membuktikan sangat penting dan strategisnya pola nafkah ganda, sebagai upaya meningkatkan pendapatan. Potensi wanita tani, sebagai isteri dan ibu rumah tangga, merupakan faktor penting penentu keberhasilan strategi pengarusutamaan gender tersebut. Pemberdayaan perlu dilakukan melalui teknologi tepat guna dan inovatif, perlindungan terhadap tenaga kerja wanita, meningkatkan efektifitas penyuluhan dan pelatihan, perbaikan regulasi, fasilitas, dan tingkat upah, pelatihan dan pembinaan ketrampilan industri rumahtangga. Changes in the business, economic, employment and income climate during the Covid 19 pandemic caused the global financial crisis to weaken economic growth, increase unemployment and people's purchasing power. This paper aims to present the various entrepreneurial potentials of Bedouin palm sugar, accelerate innovative technology and empower human resources for Bedouin palm sugar craftsmen to exist in the never-ending Covid-19 era. With the mixed method BEP, R/C ratio, SWOT which is interpreted descriptively qualitatively and reviews various research results and related literature. From the field findings it can be predicted that the high potential and entrepreneurial development that can be carried out by the Bedouin community in general. It is necessary to evaluate agricultural development policies from the institutional aspect of processed products, so that processed product strategies are not just raw materials and efforts to accurately formulate policies in supporting the increase in rural agro-industry going forward. Strategies for access to technology and information according to needs, the existence of adequate operational policy tools, the functioning of various supporting institutions (research, counseling, marketing), as well as regulatory support as government policies that are more focused and one-sided to accelerate the achievement of technological innovation.

To increase the added value and selling value of agricultural commodities, it is necessary to handle and post-yields processing. The yield of Melinjo can be processed into ceplis which is one of souvenir typical of the Serang Banten region and has a higher selling value than raw Melinjo. So that effort is made, approach themselves, entrepreneurship seminar, the formation of society business groups, mentoring of production activities, marketing guidance and business evaluation monitoring in the Pasir Gadung society business group to increase knowledge, skills, product quality, number of products, product types and management capabilities. The result of this activity is to form a society business group so that business management is more directed and better organized, develops raw melinjo product into ceplis with interesting packaging and has a higher selling value, and cooperates with other sectors as a way of a marketing product.

Tujuan dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas tenaga pengajar sehingga dapat secara mandiri membuat robot sederhana sebagai media pembelajaran serta mengajarkannya ke peserta didik. Pelatihan robotik sederhana dilaksanakan dengan metode diskusi dan simulasi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi hasil pelatihan yang diberikan di setiap akhir pertemuan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman tenaga pengajar mengenai robot dan perakitannya meningkat.

This research is a follow-up to the collaboration between STMIK Primakara and Keramas Village regarding innovative solutions to explore the economic potential of the village in Keramas Village, Keramas Village is located in Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency. Keramas Village is a village that has a lot of potential ranging from tourism, agriculture, economy, and arts and culture. However, the existing potential has not been maximized by BUMDes Artha Kara Mas which is a BUMDes in Keramas Village. The method used in this research is Design Thinking which is a framework for generating innovative solutions according to the problems at hand. The Design Thinking method consists of several stages starting from empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. These stages are used in this study in order to produce the expected solution. The solution offered is in the form of a work plan recommendation for BUMDes Artha Kara Mas which is in line with the purpose of this research, namely to produce innovative solutions to explore the economic potential of Keramas Village. The results of this stage are expected to be a material consideration for BUMDes Artha Kara Mas to develop village potential.

Natural disasters not only result in infrastructure losses, but also have an impact on education, social, cultural and economic. In the economic, special attention in efforts to revive the agricultural sector and UMKM of the affected communities was the focus of priority studies. This is because the two sectors have a significant role in the economy. This condition raised hopes for the banking and other financial institutions to make a positive contribution. However, in reality, the agriculture sector and UMKM have not been able to access some of the types of financing provided because there are several funds that require the availability of collateral that is material and difficult to fulfill. Therefore, it is necessary to have creative and innovative efforts based on the spirit of humanity related to alternative collateral models that are immaterial, that is based on social capital. Through a qualitative descriptive method and using a phenomenological approach, this research seeks to explore the potential power of the community (bottom-up process) in the economic development of areas affected by natural disasters. It is hoped that this research can produce data/ information that is useful for implementing a participatory development system based on local strengths.

Abstrak
Bencana alam selain berakibat pada kerugian infrastruktur, juga berdampak pada bidang pendidikan, sosial, budaya dan ekonomi. Di bidang ekonomi, perhatian khusus dalam upaya membangkitan kembali sektor pertanian dan UMKM masyarakat yang terdampak bencana menjadi fokus kajian prioritas. Hal ini dikarenakan dua sektor tersebut memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam perekonomian. Kondisi tersebut kemudian memunculkan harapan kepada dunia perbankan dan lembaga keuangan lainnya untuk memberikan kontribusi positif. Namun kenyataannya, sektor pertanian dan UMKM ternyata belum mampu mengakses beberapa jenis pembiyaan yang disediakan karena ada beberapa pembiayaan yang mengharuskan tersedianya jaminan/ agunan yang bersifat material dan sulit dipenuhi. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya usaha kreatif dan inovatif yang berlandaskan spirit kemanusiaan terkait model agunan alternatif bersifat immaterial, yakni berbasis pada modal sosial (capital social). Melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis, penelitian ini berupaya menelusuri potensi kekuatan masyarakat (bottom-up proses) dalam pembangunan ekonomi wilayah terdampak bencana alam. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan data/ informasi yang berguna untuk mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem pembangunan yang partisipatif berbasis kekuatan lokal.

Canva merupakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh guru untuk membuat bahan/materi ajar yang menarik dan inovatif. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru SMP/Sederajat di Kota Bandar Lampung dalam mengoptimalisasikan teknologi dan kemampuan untuk menciptakan bahan ajar menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Experimental dan desain yang digunakan adalah Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh siswa kelas VIII reguler putri MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII A2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII A1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Purposive Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes uraian untuk mengukur kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan penerapan model pembelajaran Connected Mathematics Project (CMP) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa 1) Seni berkomunikasi: (kakawihan) dalam tradisi Aseuk Hatong adalah upayaharmonisasi antara petani dengan alam yang sedang kemarau melalui senandung ringan yangkontekstual. 2) Teknologi Tani: (Aseuk Hatong) adalah suatu alat untuk mengolah untuk tanahladang pada musim kemarau yang dibalut dengan estetika musikal sederhana khas petaniladang, hasil pengembangan teknologi yang tepat guna, menyenangkan, inovatif, fungsional,terjangkau, murah, dan ramah lingkungan. Sebuah desa cerdas atau Smart Village bisa dikatakan desa cerdas apabila desa tersebut secara inovatif menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk mencapai peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakatnya, efisiensi dan daya saing dalam aspek ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan yang terdapat pada suatu desa tersebut. Desa sudagaran adalah sebuah desa yang terletak dikabupaten banyumas provinsi jawa tengah. Pemerintah desa sudagaran berkomitmen ingin menjadikan desa tersebut bisa menjadi desa cerdas atau desa digital, hal ini untuk menunjang atau mendukung Kabupaten Banyumas ingin menjadi sebuah Kota yang cerdas atau Smart City. Maka dari itu tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat melakukan workshop kepada pemerintah desa sudagaran dalam upaya mempersiapkan desa sudagran menjadi desa digital. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peranan Penyuluh Pertanian dalam pemberdayaan Kelompok Tani Bali II di Desa Sumber Garunggung, Kecamatan Dusun Tengah, Kabupaten Barito Timur, Provinsi Kalimatan Tengah dan untuk mengetahui hambatan yang dialami oleh Penyuluh Pertanian dalam pemberdayaan Kelompok Tani Bali II di Desa Sumber Garunggung, Kecamatan Dusun Tengah, Kabupaten Barito Timur, Provinsi Kalimatan Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan pada Kelompok Tani Bali II yang berada di Desa Sumber Garunggung dimulai dari Agustus 2020 hingga selesai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus, dan dengan teknik sensus bahwa semua anggota Kelompok Tani Bali II dijadikan sebagai responden. Anggota kelompok tani sebanyak 30 orang yang dipilih menjadi responden, dan juga 1 orang responden lain dari pihak Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan (PPL) untuk memperdalam informasi yang berhubungan dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika penyuluh sudah melakukan penyuluhan dengan baik, dimana beberapa peran penyuluh yang terdiri dari peran penyuluh sebagai fasilitator masuk kedalam kategori “berperan” , peran penyuluh sebagai inovator masuk kedalam kategori “sangat berperan”, peran penyuluh sebagai motivator masuk kedalam kategori ”berperan”, peran penyuluh sebagai edukator masuk kedalam kategori “sangat berperan”, peran penyuluh sebagai dinamisator masuk kedalam kategori “sangat berperan”, dan peran penyuluh sebagai pemberdayaan petani masuk kedalam kategori “berperan”. Sedangkan untuk kendala yang dihadapi penyuluh ketika melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan pada Kelompok Tani Bali II di Desa Sumber Garunggung adalah sedikit adanya perbedaan pendapat terkait inovasi baru dalam pertanian yang membuat para petani harus melakukan adaptasi kepada inovasi baru tersebut.
This study was conducted with the aim of describing the role og agricultural extension workers inempowering Bali II farmer groups in sumber garunggung village, dusun tengah district,east barito regency, central kalimantan province and to find out the obstacles experienced by agricultural This study was aims to knowing magnitude of role played by extension workers in empowering farmers in Sumber Garunggung village. Research was conducted on Bali II farmer group located in Sumber Garunggung village starting from August 2020 to completion. Method used is case study with sampling technique is census method and obtained 30 respondents, all of whom are members of the Bali II farmer group. Results showed that if extension worker had carried out extension well, where several roles of extension agent consisting of the role of instructor as a facilitator were included in "role" category, role of instructor as an innovator was included in "very important" category, role of instructor as a motivator was included in "role" category. ”, role of instructor as an educator is included in “very important” category, role of extension worker as a dynamist is included in very instrumental category”, and role of extension worker as farmer empowerment is included in “role” category. As for obstacles faced by extension workers when conducting extension activities at Bali Farmer Group II in Sumber Garunggung Village, there was a slight difference of opinion regarding new innovations in agriculture which made farmers have to adapt to these new innovations.

Abstract
The Mamminasata Metropolitan Area, which includes Makassar City, Takalar Regency, part of Gowa Regency, and part of Maros Regency, is the largest metropolitan area in Eastern Indonesia. Traffic congestion is a major challenge faced by Makassar City, due to the mixing of urban traffic flows with regional traffic flows. Modernization of the road network is carried out by building toll roads, which connect airports, ports, industrial areas, and access to the city center, one of which is the Pettarani Flyover. This flyover has several innovative advantages, namely the use of urban flyover construction with segmental box girders, the use of the flying pier head construction method using the Flying Pier Head Formwork System, the use of lead rubber bearings, the use of the Structural Health Monitoring System, the use of a traffic information system. which is integrated with other sections, and 3D modeling with the Terrestrial Laser Scanner Method that supports operation and maintenance. The Pettarani Flyover supports economic growth and regional development, whose construction and operation uses the latest technology and supports the environment and community in a susta-inable manner.

Abstrak
Kawasan Metropolitan Mamminasata, yang mencakup Kota Makassar, Kabupaten Takalar, sebagian Kabupaten Gowa, dan sebagian wilayah Kabupaten Maros, merupakan metropolitan terbesar di Wilayah Timur Indonesia. Kemacetan lalu lintas merupakan suatu tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh Kota Makassar, karena berbaurnya arus lalu lintas perkotaan dengan arus lalu lintas regional. Modernisasi jaringan jalan dilakukan dengan membangun jalan tol, yang menghubungkan bandara, pelabuhan, kawasan industri, dan akses ke pusat kota, yang salah satunya adalah Jalan Layang Pettarani. Jalan layang ini memiliki beberapa keunggulan inovatif, yaitu penggunaan konstruksi struktur layang perkotaan dengan segmental box girder, penggunaan metode konstruksi kepala tiang jalan layang dengan Metode Flying Pier Head Formwork System, penggunaan lead rubber bearing, penggunaan Structural Health Monitoring System, penggunaan sistem informasi lalu lintas yang terintegrasi dengan seksi-seksi lainnya, dan permodelan 3D dengan Metode Terrestrial Laser Scanner yang mendukung operasi dan pemeliharaan. Jalan Layang Pettarani mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengembangan wilayah, yang pembangunan dan pengoperasiannya menggunakan teknologi terkini serta men-dukung lingkungan dan komunitas secara berkelanjutan.

Este artigo é parte do estudo apresentado pela autora Patrícia Conceição Costa Teixeira como monografia de conclusão do Curso de Especialização em Gestão da Inovação em Fitomedicamentos do NGBS/Coordenação de Estudos de Far-Manguinhos. O Brasil possui grande diversidade em sua flora, o que significa vantagem competitiva no desenvolvimento de fitomedicamentos. A biodiversidade existente em seus vários biomas (Caatinga, Cerrado, Pantanal, Mata Atlântica, Amazônia e Pampa) possibilita que o país desenvolva ciência e tecnologia na produção de medicamentos de origem vegetal. Aborda-se a discussão onde o conhecimento é visto como processo de inovação para viabilizar a repartição de benefícios, atendendo às necessidades humanas e não somente às necessidades do mercado. A partir do resgate das experiências não legitimadas do homem do campo e da floresta é possível compreender a inovação como processo social. Este trabalho apresenta a discussão sobre o conceito de território, territorialidade, redes, globalização e conhecimento como contribuição no processo de produção de fitomedicamentos de origem vegetal no Brasil e tem como objetivo a compreensão da inovação no processo social e da formação dos Arranjos Produtivos e Inovativos Locais como fomentadores do desenvolvimento econômico e da sustentabilidade dos biomas brasileiros.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan penggunaan video infografis dalam pembelajaran Mahārah kalām. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi saat proses pembelajarn berlangsung, wawancara terhadap dosen pembelajaran Mahārah kalām, dan dokumentasi berupa hasil video infografis yang telah dibuat oleh mahasiswa, serta angket untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa. Setelah data terkumpul lalu dianalisis dengan melakukan kondensasi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemilihan penggunaan video infografis dilatarbelakangi kecenderungan mahasiswa dalam menggunakan media sosial serta pengetahuan mahasiswa terhadap teknologi yang berkembang saat ini ditambah lagi video infografis memiliki kesamaan karakteristik dengan Mahārah kalām. Langkah yang dilakukan dosen dalam pembelajaran adalah sebagai berikut 1) Pembagian topik yang akan dibahas pada video, 2) Pengarahan pembuatan video termasuk konsep, 3) Proses pembuatan video bagi mahasiswa, 4) Pengumpulan video sekaligus penggunggahan ke media sosial. Mahasiswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penggunaan video infografis dalam pembelajaran Mahārah kalām. Diharapkan penelitian ini ada memberikan kontribusi bagi guru maupun dosen sebagai rujukan dalam menentukan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan menyesuaikan dengan kondisi di era ini.

Dalam era di mana teknologi semakin berkembang pesat, penggunaan media pembelajaran tradisional dengan buku dan papan tulis saja sudah tidak lagi memadai. Siswa sekolah dasar membutuhkan lebih dari sekadar presentasi statis; mereka membutuhkan lingkungan belajar yang menarik dan mengasyikkan yang dapat memotivasi dan mendorong partisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, implementasi inovasi media pembelajaran interaktif ini juga menantang dan memerlukan perhatian yang cermat terhadap desain dan konten. Guru dan pengembang media pembelajaran harus memastikan bahwa media yang digunakan sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran dan materi pelajaran yang diajarkan. Selain itu, aspek aksesibilitas dan kesetaraan perlu diperhatikan agar semua siswa sekolah dasar dapat mengakses media pembelajaran ini dengan baik, tanpa diskriminasi. Jumlah kehamilan dan melahirkan pada remaja masih meningkat setiap tahunnya. Sekitar 11% kelahiran bayi lahir dari ibu remaja di negara berkembang. Kejadian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perilaku seks pranikah. Dorongan seksual dan rasa ingin tahu yang besar tentang seksualitas membuat remaja mencari informasi melalui apa saja. Informasi yang benar tentang seks menjadi hal yang penting diberikan pada remaja agar tidak terjerumus pada perilaku seks bebas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan efektifitas edukasi menggunakan media video dan leaflet terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan tentang seks bebas pada remaja. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimental semu menggunakan rancangan Two Group Pre-Test – Post-Test dengan teknik random sampling. Responden adalah 60 remaja di Karang Taruna Desa Banaran yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Penelitian menggunakan uji statistik Independent t-test diperoleh nilai signifikansi (p value) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hassil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan efektifitas pemberian pendidikan kesehatan antara media video dengan media leaflet terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan seks bebas pada remaja. Media audiovisual dianggap lebih menarik dibandingkan dengan media leafleat. Pendidikan kesehatan yang menyasar kepada para remaja sebaiknya menggunakan media pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif sehingga dapat menstimulasi remaja untuk fokus dan memperhatikan materi yang disampaikan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan platform google dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab peserta, untuk menganalisis faktor pendukung serta penghambat penggunaan platform google dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab dan untuk mengeksplor manfaat dari penggunaan platform google dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Peserta Didik kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni mengetahui penggunaan dari platform google diantaranya google classroom, google meet, google form, google slide dan google dokumen. Dalam penggunaan platform google terdapat dua faktor yakni faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat. Adapun faktor pendukung untuk pendidik: Jaringan/wifi, smartphone/komputer, workshop/pelatihan dan aplikasi platform google sedangkan, faktor pendukung peserta didik: Pendidik, orang tua peserta didik, smartphone/komputer, kuota internet dan aplikasi platform google. Adapun faktor penghambat untuk pendidik: Keterbatasan kemampuan pendidik dalam mengakses internet dan fasilitas sekolah, sedangkan faktor penghambat untuk pendidik: Kuota internet dan ketidakstabilan jaringan dan kurangnya kesadaran peserta didik. Manfaat yang didapatkan dalam pembelajaran platform google untuk pendidik diantaranya memudahkan pemberian materi, menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang inovatif dan mengefesienkan waktu. Manfaat untuk peserta didik diantaranya menjadikan peserta didik tidak gaptek, dapat menerima dan mengerjakan tugas kapan saja tanpa terbatas ruang dan waktu.
