Abstract:
Objetivo: analisar a influência das composições familiares na ocorrência da gravidez na adolescência. Método: estudo caso-controle, realizado com 74 gestantes adolescentes, grupo de casos, e 74 adultas jovens sem história pregressa de gravidez na adolescência, grupo controle, pareadas pela variável renda familiar. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas estruturadas realizadas no período de agosto a outubro de 2016 em Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, e em seguida analisados pelos métodos estatísticos descritivo e inferencial. Resultados: identificou-se associação entre a ocorrência do desfecho com pertencer a famílias não nucleares, não permanecer a mesma família durante a infância e adolescência, e a constituição de uma família própria no período da adolescência. Conclusão: verificou-se que adolescentes inseridas em famílias não nucleares estão mais expostas a fatores de risco para ocorrência da gravidez na adolescência, quando comparadas às jovens provenientes de famílias com ambos os pais.ABSTRACTObjective: to analyze the influence of family compositions in the occurrence of pregnancy in adolescence. Method: this is a case-control study performed with 74 pregnant adolescents, group of cases, and 74 young adults without background history of pregnancy during adolescence, group control, paired by family income. Data were collected through structured interviews conducted in the period from August to October 2016 in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, and then analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Results: we identified an association between the occurrence of the outcome and the belonging to non-nuclear families, as well as the non-belonging to the same family during childhood and adolescence, besides the constitution of an own family in the period of adolescence. Conclusion: checked that adolescents inserted in non-nuclear families are more exposed to risk factors for the occurrence of pregnancy in adolescence when compared to young people coming from families with both parents.RESUMENObjetivo: analizar la influencia de las composiciones familiares en la ocurrencia del embarazo adolescente. Método: estudio caso-control efectuado con 74 adolescentes embarazadas, grupo de casos, y 74 jóvenes adultas sin historia anterior de embarazo en la adolescencia, grupo de control, agrupadas por sus ingresos familiares. Los datos se recopilaron mediante entrevistas estructuradas conducidas en el periodo de agosto a octubre de 2016 en Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, y posteriormente analizados por los métodos estadísticos descriptivo e inferencial. Resultados: se identificó una asociación entre la ocurrencia del desenlace y la pertenencia a las familias no nucleares, no permanencia en la misma familia durante niñez y adolescencia, y la constitución de una familia propia en el periodo de la adolescencia. Conclusion: comprobado eso que las adolescentes insertadas en familias no nucleares están más expuestas a los factores de riesgo para la ocurrencia del embarazo adolescente en comparación con las jóvenes provenientes de familias con ambos padres biológicos.

The family influence in sixth grade adolescents´ academic performance in three Antioquia´s institutions.ResumenEl presente artículo hace referencia al concepto de rendimiento académico, aunado a los conceptos de familia, adolescencia y trance biopsicosocial, los cuales se contextualizan en la básica secundaria, concretamente el año escolar sexto, donde los y las estudiantes se encuentran viviendo un trance biopsicosocial al pasar de la niñez a la adolescencia, produciendo una serie de desajuste en su proceso académico. En este sentido, se enfatiza en los factores como el de la familia, donde dadas sus características socioeconómicas, estructurales y de estilos de autoridad, afectan considerablemente el rendimiento académico de los y las adolescentes. Además, se realiza en el artículo una conceptualización sobre adolescencia, señalando los diferentes cambios que sufren los niños y las niñas a nivel físico, psíquico y social. Finalmente, se reflexiona sobre la influencia de la familia en el desempeño académico de los y las adolescentes del grado sexto.Palabras clave: familia, adolescencia, rendimiento académico. AbstractThis paper talks about the academic performance concept, as well as family, adolescence and biopsychosocial trance ones. These are contextualized in high school, specifically in sixth grade, where students are living a biopsychosocial trance passing from childhood to adolescence, producing a series of malfunctions in their academic process. In this sense, family factors are emphasized due to the fact that their socioeconomics, structural and authority style characteristics. Family factors affect considerably the adolescence academic performance. Besides, a conceptualization about adolescence is done in the paper, highlighting the different changes in physical, mental and social level suffered by the children. Finally, a family influence reflection in sixth-grade adolescence academic performance is proposed.Key words: family, adolescence, academic performance.

A gravidez na adolescência configura-se como problema de saúde pública, uma vez que pode ocasionar sérias complicações à saúde maternoinfantil. Objetiva-se conhecer a produção científica nacional e internacional sobre estratégias de educação em saúde para a prevenção da gravidez na adolescência. Revisão integrativa da literatura realizada no período de março a maio de 2020, mediante acesso à BVS utilizando os seguintes descritores em Ciências da Saúde: “educação em saúde”; “escola”; “adolescência OR adolescente”; “gravidez OR gestação”. A partir da combinação dos descritores, foi possível a seleção minuciosa de doze artigos científicos cujo enfoque foi conhecer as estratégias de educação em saúde desenvolvidas nas escolas no que se refere à prevenção de gravidez na adolescência. As pesquisas em todos os países inferem contribuições importantes ao afirmar que as estratégias de educação em saúde nas escolas são fundamentais para educação sexual dos adolescentes, porém necessitam ser mais provocativas, inovadoras e atrativas ao público adolescente. Health education for preventing pregnancy in adolescence: integrative review Abstract: Adolescent pregnancy is a public health problem since it can cause serious complications to mother-child health. Integrative literature review carried out from March to May 2020, through access to BVS using the following descriptors in Health Sciences: "Health education"; "school"; “Adolescence OR adolescent”; “Pregnancy”. From the combination of descriptors, it was possible to carefully select 12 scientific articles which focus was to know the health education strategies developed in schools regarding the prevention of teenage pregnancy. Abstract:
O estudo objetivou-se em investigar a percepção de adolescentes escolares acerca das questões que integram a saúde sexual. A pesquisa foi delineada a partir de um método exploratório e descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa, desenvolvida em uma unidade escolar na cidade de Icó – Ceará (Brasil), em outubro de 2017. Os dados foram extraídos a partir de entrevistas, e contou com a participação de 8 adolescentes, onde, posteriormente, sujeitou-se a análise de conteúdo de Minayo. Os resultados trouxeram importantes reflexões, e a organização das falas permitiu a construção de 3 categorias: Horizontes da sexualidade na adolescência; Diálogos familiares interrompidos acerca da sexualidade na adolescência; A internet como definidora no conhecimento de adolescentes sobre sexualidade. Os resultados possibilitaram compreender os problemas associados a sexualidade de adolescentes, na tentativa de perceber, também, múltiplos nexos que envolvem tais discussões, além de trazer à tona aspectos biopsicossocioculturais de grande relevância para essa fase da vida. Sexuality in adolescence: a journey beyond coitus Abstract: The study aimed to investigate the perception of adolescent students about the issues that integrate sexual health. The data were extracted from interviews, and counted with the participation of 8 adolescents, where, later, it was subjected to Minayo's content analysis. Objetivo: apreender as percepções de adolescentes acerca da gestação. Metodologia: pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, mediante entrevistas semiestruturadas a 13 adolescentes grávidas reincidentes em acompanhamento pré-natal em Unidade de Referência Materno Infantil de Belém-PA. A coleta de dados ocorreu de janeiro a março de 2015, realizando-se, após, análise de conteúdo. Resultados: emergiram quatro categorias: a) Percepções negativas acerca da gestação na adolescência; b) Percepções Positivas acerca da Gestação na Adolescência; c) Apoio familiar e do parceiro no contexto da gestação na adolescência; d) Acesso à orientação: a atuação do profissional de saúde. Abstract:
ABSTRACTObjective: to know the experience of the paternity in the adolescence. Methodology: this is about a descriptive and exploratory study from qualitative approach, accomplished in the months of September and October 2008, in a gynecological and obstetric clinic of a teaching hospital in a city of Rio Grande do Sul state. The subjects were two adolescent parents that answered the semi-structured interview. For organization of the results the thematic analysis was used. The study was approved by the Ethics in Research number 2008/54 of the Universidade Católica de Pelotas. Results: It was verified that the adolescent parents lived an ambiguity of feelings front to the paternity. The responsibility was attributed and told as the significance of the paternity and the concern to provide the sustenance of the new family. Conclusion: the existence of the paternity in the adolescence generated significant changes in the daily of the adolescent. Like this, it is noticed the need of the services of health provide larger attention to the adolescent parents and the importance of strengthening the publication of other studies focused on this theme, because there is a lack of knowledge about the subject. Metodologia: pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva, exploratória, realizada nos meses de setembro e outubro de 2008, em uma clínica ginecológica e obstétrica de um hospital de ensino de uma cidade do Rio Grande do Sul no Brasil. Os sujeitos foram pais adolescentes que no período de coleta responderam entrevista semi-estruturada. Os dados foram avaliados utilizando-se análise temática. O projeto do estudo foi encaminhado ao Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade Católica de Pelotas, recebendo Parecer favorável conforme Protocolo nº 2008/54. Resultados: constatou-se que os pais adolescentes vivenciaram uma ambiguidade de sentimentos frente à paternidade. A responsabilidade foi atribuída e relatada como a significação da paternidade e a preocupação para prover o sustento da nova família. Conclusão: a vivência da paternidade na adolescência gerou mudanças significativas no cotidiano do adolescente. Assim, percebe-se a necessidade dos serviços de saúde proporcionarem maior atenção aos pais adolescentes, bem como a importância de reforçar a publicação de outros estudos voltados para essa temática, pois existe uma lacuna de conhecimento acerca do tema. Metodología: se trata de una pesquisa do tipo cualitativo, descriptivo, exploratorio, realizado durante septiembre y octubre de 2008 en una clínica ginecológica y obstétrica de un hospital docente de una ciudad de Rio Grande do Sul. Las personas fueran dos padres adolescentes que respondieron la entrevista semi-estructurada. Para organizar los resultados se utilizó el análisis temático. El estudio fue aprobado por la Ética en la Investigación sob o n. 2008/54 de la Universidad Católica de Pelotas. Resultados: Se encontró que los padres adolescentes experimentaron una sensación ambigua hacia la paternidad. La responsabilidad fue atribuida y relatada como la importancia de la paternidad y la preocupación en proporcionar el sustento de la nueva familia. Conclusión: La experiencia de la paternidad en la adolescencia genero a cambios significativos en el cotidiano del adolescente. Por lo tanto, se nota la necesidad de los servicios de salud en proporcionar mayor atención a los padres adolescentes y la importancia de fortalecer la publicación de otros estudios dedicados a este tema, porque hay una falta de conocimiento sobre el tema. RESUMOObjetivo: analisar as reações familiares e sociais diante da gravidez na adolescência. Método: estudo qualitativo, descritivo, exploratório, com 21 mães, dos 14 aos 19 anos de idade. As entrevistas foram realizadas em cinco Unidades Básicas de Saúde, tendo sido gravadas e posteriormente transcritas para possibilitar a análise de conteúdo na modalidade Análise temática. Resultados: emergiram quatro categorias: << Reações familiares diante da gravidez na adolescência >>; << Reações do pai da criança diante da gravidez da adolescente >>; << Reações dos amigos e da sociedade diante da gravidez da adolescente >>; << Discriminação social vivenciada pelas adolescentes >>. Conclusão: a revelação da gravidez na adolescência pode gerar sentimentos ambíguos que variam desde a surpresa, aceitação e alegria até reações negativas caracterizadas por agressões verbais, imposição do aborto, recusa da paternidade e distanciamento dos amigos. Algumas jovens relataram ter sofrido discriminação de profissionais de saúde e de mães das amigas ao serem vistas como má influência. Introducción: el embarazo en la adolescencia es un problema de salud pública, que genera graves consecuencias personales, sociales y económicas. Objetivo: Determinar la dinámica familiar en la adolescente embarazada de la Comunidad de Lasso-Ecuador. Métodos: Estudio cuantitativo-cualitativo, transversal y descriptivo en una muestra no pirobalística por conveniencia de 12 adolescentes embarazadas, con sus respectivos padres, pertenecientes a la Comunidad de Lasso, de la Parroquia Tan cuchi, Cantón Latacunga, Provincia de Cotopaxi, Ecuador. Los datos se recolectaron mediante una entrevista semiestructurada y la aplicación de un test FF-SIL diseñado para evaluar la funcionalidad familiar en los adolescentes. Resultados Las adolescentes embarazadas no pertenecen a una familia funcional debido a la falta de afectividad y cohesión entre sus miembros, el (58.33%) de las adolescentes viven con sus padres forjando así vínculos afectivos de tal manera que conciernen a una familia moderadamente funcional, seguido del (33.33%) perteneciente a una familia disfuncional y en un (8.33%) no reflejan ningún vínculo familiar, por lo que se considera que su núcleo familiar es severamente disfuncional. De esta manera la falta de cohesión y comunicación de los padres se asocia a una conducta de riesgo alta en el desarrollo de las adolescentes. Conclusiones: Se evidenció que las adolescentes no cuentan con el suficiente apoyo familiar, desencadenando así una serie de conflictos, desconfianza y separación con los miembros de la familia. Por lo cual es muy importante mencionar que durante la adolescencia la comunicación y atención por parte de los padres adquiere relevancia en la dinámica familiar. ABSTRACT Introduction: teenage pregnancy is a public health problem, which generates serious personal, social and economic consequences. Objective: To determine the family dynamics in the pregnant adolescent of the Community of Lasso-Ecuador. Methods: Quantitative-qualitative, cross-sectional and descriptive study in a non-pyro-ballistic convenience sample of 12 pregnant adolescents, with their respective parents, belonging to the Lasso Community, Tan Cuchi Parish, Latacunga Canton, Cotopaxi Province, Ecuador. Data were collected through a semi-structured interview and the application of an FF-SIL test designed to assess family functionality in adolescents. Results: The pregnant adolescents do not belong to a functional family due to the lack of affectivity and cohesion among its members, (58.33%) of the adolescents live with their parents, thus forging affective bonds in such a way that they concern a moderately functional family, followed of the (33.33%) belonging to a dysfunctional family and in a (8.33%) they do not reflect any family bond, for which it is considered that their family nucleus is severely dysfunctional. In this way, the lack of cohesion and communication of the parents is associated with a high risk behavior in the development of adolescents. Conclusions: It was evidenced that adolescents do not have sufficient family support, thus triggering a series of conflicts, distrust and separation with family members. Therefore, it is very important to mention that during adolescence, communication and attention by parents acquires relevance in family dynamics. Bullying action was still as trend and current issue, especially among adolescence. This was related to increasing incidence per year and its large impact especially on mental health problems. Where adolescence's mental health was a long-term asset because of its influence on development level and quality of life among adolescents in the future. The study aims was to identify bullying and its relationship with mental health problem among adolescence. The study design was a scoping review. The searching literature using journal database PubMed (MEDLINE), Proquest, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar through entering keywords bullying, mental health problem, adolescence. 12 articles selected from 384 articles. It reported that increasing bullying incidents among adolescence were associated with gender, age, role in bullying, and type of bullying. Majority adolescence who experience bullying were at high risk of experiencing mental health problem especially depression, anxiety, and even suicidal idea and perpetration. There were correlation between bullying incidence with mental health problem among adolescence. The study result expecting could give an understanding to adolescence regarding to bullying and its huge negative impact on mental health, so that bullying action among adolescence could be stopped.

La ansiedad durante el periodo adolescente ha sido identificada como uno de los riesgos mentales o físicos de mayor importancia que altera la forma en que los individuos se comportan y enjuician sus emociones. Existen ciertas variables psicosociales que contribuyen a controlar y minimizar los síntomas de ansiedad. El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo comprobar la prevalencia de la ansiedad estado-rasgo en adolescentes y su asociación a variables personales, escolares y de práctica del ejercicio físico. Participaron 869 estudiantes (46.1% mujeres), entre 12 y 18 años (M=14.4 años; DT=1.59). Las respuestas de los participantes al cuestionario de Ansiedad Estado-Rasgo (STAI) fueron examinadas utilizando análisis descriptivos y multivariantes (MANOVA). Los resultados muestran un nivel medio de ansiedad estado-rasgo durante la adolescencia con porcentajes ligeramente más elevados en la ansiedad estado. Además, se observa una mayor incidencia de la ansiedad estado-rasgo en el género femenino al final de su adolescencia, escolarizadas en centros educativos de entornos urbanos y con baja práctica de ejercicio físico. Los hallazgos tienen connotaciones para construir intervenciones preventivas y de mejora eficaces, enfatizando la relevancia de la práctica de ejercicio físico y variables personales o escolares para garantizar un desarrollo vital saludable durante el periodo adolescente. Anxiety during the adolescent period has been identified as one of the most important mental or physical risks that alter the way in which individuals behave and judge their emotions. There are certain psychosocial variables that contribute to controlling and minimizing anxiety symptoms. The objective of this work was to verify the prevalence of state-trait anxiety in adolescents and its association with personal, school and physical exercise variables. Participated 869 students (46.1% women), between 12 and 18 years old (M=14.4 years; SD=1.59). Participants' responses to the State-Trait Anxiety (STAI) questionnaire were examined using descriptive and multivariate analyzes (MANOVA).The results show a medium level of state-trait anxiety during adolescence with slightly higher percentages in state anxiety. Furthermore, a higher incidence of state-trait anxiety is observed in females at the end of their adolescence, enrolled in educational centers in urban environments and with low physical exercise practice. The findings have connotations for building effective preventive and improvement interventions, emphasizing the relevance of the practice of physical exercise and personal or school variables to guarantee healthy vital development during the adolescent period. Participaron de manera voluntaria 572 estudiantes de 13 a 18 años de edad (Medad=15.24; DE=1.90) de escuelas secundarias y bachilleratos públicos de la Zona Metropolitana de la Ciudad de México. Se aplicó una Cédula Sociodemográfica del Adolescente y su Familia, la Escala del Bienestar Psicológico para Adolescentes y la Escala de Evaluación Afectivo-Cognitiva de la Vida. Los adolescentes presentaron valores por arriba de la media en el bienestar psicológico y la satisfacción vital. Se encontraron relaciones significativas entre las dimensiones del bienestar psicológico y la satisfacción vital. La autoaceptación y el autocontrol predicen la satisfacción tanto en adolescentes tempranos como medios, aunque las relaciones positivas y el propósito de vida fueron predictores significativos en los primeros y los planes a futuro en los segundos. Estos hallazgos podrían orientar el diseño de programas para promover el bienestar psicológico y la satisfacción vital considerando las etapas del desarrollo de la adolescencia.</p><p><strong><em>English</em></strong></p><p><span>Based on the Positive Development of Youth perspective, the aim of this study was to analyse the contribution of psychological well-being and its dimensions on life satisfaction in early and middle adolescence. Participants were 572 students, aged 13 to 18 years (Mage=15.39; SD=1.90), from public high and senior-high schools in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. The Adolescent and Family Sociodemographic Schedule, Psychological Wellbeing Scale, and Affective-Cognitive Life Evaluation Scale were administered. The adolescents studied showed values above the mean for both, psychological well-being and life satisfaction. Significant relationships between the dimensions of psychological well-being and life satisfaction were found. Self-acceptance and self-control predicted life satisfaction for both early and middle adolescents; however, positive relationships and life purpose, were predictors of life satisfaction for early adolescents, whereas future plans were a predictor for middle adolescents’ life satisfaction. These findings could help in designing programs to promote well-being and life satisfaction according to adolescent developmental stages.</span></p>

Este organismo revela que el embarazo en adolescentes es una prioridad de salud pública mundial, en especial para América Latina, siendo Ecuador el tercer país de la región con la tasa más alta de embarazo en adolescentes (10-19 años). Objetivo: describir el uso de métodos de planificación en adolescentes 11 a 19 años y su relación con la prevención de embarazos. Materiales y Métodos: Consiste en una revisión bibliométrica del tema en estudio, que incluye recopilación, análisis, clasificación y organización de la información, así como descripción y redacción de la misma. Es un estudio del tipo sistemático, cualitativo, documental. Resultados: Resulta de gran importancia conocer y considerar los cambios físicos y del desarrollo psicosocial que se producen en la adolescencia, esto permite comprender los riesgos a los que está expuesta la adolescente embarazada, lo cual brinda la oportunidad de poner en marcha programas para promover conductas saludables, buen estilo de vida, buenas prácticas conductuales. Conclusión: La prevención del embarazo en adolescentes debe ser intervenido a tiempo con el conocimiento y correcto uso de los métodos de planificación. Se sugiere diseñar programas y estrategias de intervención, que permitan adquirir los conocimientos oportunos y el uso de los métodos de planificación familiar en todos los adolescentes, para la prevención de embarazos precoces y no deseados. SUMMARY Introduction: Adolescence is a stage of life characterized by multiple psychological, physiological, biological, sociocultural changes, as well as a great vulnerability and high incidence of pregnancies according to the World Health Organization Health (WHO). This body reveals that teenage pregnancy is a global public health priority, especially for Latin America, with Ecuador being the third country in the region with the highest rate of pregnancy in adolescents (10-19 years). Objective: to describe the use of planning methods in adolescents 11 to 19 years old and its relationship with the prevention of pregnancies. Materials and Methods: It consists of a bibliometric review of the subject under study, which includes compilation, analysis, classification and organization of information, as well as description and writing of the same. It is a study of the systematic, qualitative, documentary type. Results: Results of great importance to know and consider the physical and developmental changes psychosocial that occur in adolescence, this allows us to understand the risks to which the pregnant adolescent is exposed, which provides the opportunity to put programs are underway to promote healthy behaviors, a good lifestyle, good behavioral practices. Conclusion: The prevention of pregnancy in adolescents should be intervened on time with the knowledge and correct use of the methods of planning. It is suggested to design programs and intervention strategies that allow acquire the appropriate knowledge and use of family planning methods in all adolescents, for the prevention of early and unwanted pregnancies.

RESUMOTrata-se de um estudo exploratório e descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa, com o objetivo de conhecer as percepções das adolescentes gestantes atendidas na Clínica de Pré-Natal do Hospital das Clínicas da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Nove adolescentes foram selecionadas para este estudo de acordo com os seguintes critérios: 1) adolescentes entre os 10 aos 19 anos; 2) gestantes entre o segundo e o terceiro trimestre de gravidez. Um roteiro de entrevista estruturado foi elaborado com nove questões para a coleta de informações através da técnica individual de entrevista gravada. As entrevistas foram transcritas na integra e agrupadas em quatro unidades temáticas: 1) A dificuldade para definir adolescência e o seu papel social; 2) O desafio da gravidez na adolescência; 3) Expectativas projetadas sobre a gravidez; 4) Ambigüidade dos sentimentos em relação a gravidez. Nos resultados foram relevantes as dificuldades e confusão emocional vivenciadas por elas demonstrando toda inexperiência e imaturidade, tornando a principio, a maternidade conflituosa. As expectativas e projeções realizadas a partir das vivências, transferindo para o filho todas as frustrações e alegrias do momento. The interviews were transcribed in the integrate and grouped at four units themes: 1) Difficulty for defined adolescence and his social role; 2) Challenge of the pregnancy in the adolescence; 3) Expectations projected about the pregnancy; 4) Feelings ambiguity regarding pregnancy. Findings were prominent the difficulties and emotional tangle lived by the pregnants adolescents showing up inexperience and immaturity, becoming, at the beginning, to pregnancy with conflicts; also, the expectations and projections carried out from the individual experiences, transferring for her baby some frustrations and sharing happy moments. Los resultados fueran prominentes las dificultades y el enredo emocional vivió por los adolescentes embarazadas que demostraban la inexperiencia y la inmadurez, convirtiéndose, al principio, al embarazo con conflictos; también, las expectativas y las proyecciones realizadas de las experiencias individuales, transfiriendo para su bebé algunas frustraciones y compartiendo momentos felices. RESUMO Objetivo: identificar a experiência da gravidez entre adolescentes gestantes. Método: trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, exploratório e descritivo. Compuseram como participantes da investigação cinco adolescentes gestantes da área adscrita a uma unidade de saúde do município. O instrumento de coleta de dados foi um questionário semiestruturado composto por questões objetivas sobre o perfil sociodemográfico e obstétrico e subjetivas quanto à experiência da gravidez na adolescência. Para a análise das informações, empregou-se a Análise Temática, que viabilizou a construção de três categorias temáticas. Resultados: verificou-se a continuidade de indumentárias remotas das adolescentes, alterações no relacionamento com grupos de amigos e a incorporação de comportamentos para a promoção da saúde. A gestação intensificou a relação das adolescentes com o núcleo familiar. Estas compareciam à unidade de saúde para aquisição de informações e participação na consulta de pré-natal e no grupo de gestantes. Conclusão: a gravidez na adolescência se constitui como experiência singular composta por episódios tanto positivos quanto negativos para as jovens. Acredita-se que os resultados desta investigação possibilitaram a agregação de novos elementos sobre a experiência da gravidez na adolescência à produção científica. The data collection tool was a semi-structured questionnaire composed of objective questions about the sociodemographic and obstetric profile and subjective as the experience of pregnancy in adolescence. For analysis of the data there was applied the Thematic Analysis, which enabled the construction of three thematic categories. Results: it was verified the continuity of remote outfits of adolescents, changes in relationship with groups of friends and the incorporation of behaviors for health promotion. Pregnancy has intensified the relationship of adolescents with the family core. These attended the health unit for acquisition of information and participation in prenatal consultation and in the group of pregnant women. Conclusion: pregnancy in adolescence is as singular experience composed by episodes both positive and negative for the young. It is believed that the results of this research enabled the aggregation of new elements on the experience of pregnancy in adolescence to scientific production. Aim: This study examined PCC during adolescence and risk of suicidal ideation into adulthood among a nationally representative sample of American adolescents. Method: The study includes 13,234 adolescents aged 11–18 from the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent to Adult Health (Add Health) who were surveyed during adolescence (1994–1995) and then again in early adulthood (2008–2009). Multinomial logistic regression estimated the association between PCC during adolescence and having ideation during the adolescence period only, in adulthood only, and in both adolescence and adulthood as compared with those without suicidal ideation. Results: After adjusting for depressive symptoms and other parent and adolescent characteristics, adolescents in two-parent households who reported higher PCC during adolescence had lower relative risk of having ideation during adolescence alone and in both adolescence and adulthood. In mother-only households, higher mother connectedness was also associated with decreased risk of having adolescent ideation. Conclusion: PCC is an important modifiable target for the prevention of suicidal ideation from adolescence into adulthood.

Late adolescence is associated with a period of vulnerability to engage in risk-taking behaviour. Risk-taking behaviour in late adolescence can be in the form of drinking, smoking, risky sexual behaviour, and speeding on the streets. Risk-taking behaviour can have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of late adolescence. Late adolescence’s involvement in risk-taking behaviour can be caused by the limitations in controlling impulses and regulating their emotions. This study aims to determine whether emotional regulation has an influence on risk-taking behaviour in late adolescence. This research is a quantitative research using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling by distributing the questionnaire online. Participants in this study consisted of 448 adolescents with an age range of 17-21 years. The measuring instrument used in this research are the Adolescence Risk-Taking Questionnaire (ARQ) from Gullone et al. (2000) and the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) from Gross and John (2003) which have been translated into Indonesian. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant negative effect between emotion regulation and risk-taking behaviour in late adolescence with a value of R2 = .314, F = 67.873, p = .000 < .05. These results indicate that the higher the emotional regulation of late adolescence, the lower the level of involvement in risk-taking behaviour.

The sample was composed of 919 adolescents of both sexes and aged from 15 to 18 years old (M = 16.6, DT = 1.06). Results indicated two groups of adolescents, violent and non-violentadolescents in online teen dating violence. Data suggest a close association between family conflictand loneliness, and violent adolescents as well as a close relationship between family cohesion, school affiliation, teacher support and non-violent adolescents. Analysis of variance results indicated significant differences between these two groups of adolescents. Moreover, these differences were analyzed taking gender into account. Finally, the results and its implications are discussed.Keywords: online teen dating violence, adolescence, family climate, school climate, loneliness.Resumen.En este estudio se examinó las implicaciones que variable individuales, familiares y escolares tienen en la violencia de pareja online en la adolescencia. Mediante análisis se obtuvieron dos grupos de adolescentes, violentos y no violentos con sus parejas en el espacio online. Los resultados del análisis de la varianza señalaron que los adolescentes clasificados como violentos muestran puntuaciones más elevadas en conflicto familiar y sentimiento de soledad y los adolescentes no violentos muestran puntuaciones más elevadas en cohesión familiar, afiliación escolar y percepción de ayuda del profesor. Además, se analizaron las diferencias en función del género. Para tanto, realizamos uma pesquisa qualitativa em educação com foco no cotidiano escolar que incluiu como instrumentos de pesquisa: material proveniente de videogravação, produções dos professores e anotações da pesquisadora. Na análise, usamos algumas ideias de Moscovici para representações sociais. Constatamos percepções pouco divergentes em relação aos estereótipos de adolescentes difundidos socialmente, ainda que tenham ocorridos avanços (como o reconhecimento de características dos adolescentes, das referências etc.) em direção aos conceitos científicos trabalhados no curso. Esperamos maior atenção sobre adolescência na formação de professores de ciências, posto que, possivelmente, essas percepções estão presentes na forma com que os professores exercem seu trabalho.Palavras-chave: Adolescência; Ensino de Ciências; Formação Continuada de Professores de Ciências Perceptions about adolescence by science teachersAbstract: We discussed perceptions about adolescence of a Science teachers group who attended an extension course. Objectives: of the present study was examined the relationship between bullyingand psychological problems among adolescents. Study design: 200 participant include maleand female student from 9th to 12 grades were selected from different school of Faisalabadcit. Period: Begin from4th March 2014 to 10 August 2014. Setting: The age of the sampleranged from 13 to 18 years randomly selected. Illinois Bullying Scale (Espelage, 2002) andDASS by (Lovibond, 1995) were used to measure the constructs. Results: This relationshipwas significant with bully(r = -.67, p< .001), depression (r = -.18, p< .05), and stress (r =-.22, p < .01). Construct of bullying and behavior problems demonstrated positive correlation.Movement product Multiple regression analysis displayed bully as significant positive predictorof depression (β = .25, p< .01) anxiety (β = .32, p< .001) and stress (β = .27, p< .01), whereasfight behavior significantly and positively predicted anxiety (β = .24, p< .01) and stress (β =.19, p< .05). Victim behavior was also found to be significant predictor of depression (β = .16,p< .05) and stress (β = .28, p< .01.

Abstract: Suicidal behavior in adolescence: A practical guide for intervention and prevention. In Spain, suicide rates have increased over the last ten years. The increase has been particularly significant among adolescents. This paper realizes a conceptual update of suicidal behavior, following WHO criteria. A review is carried out of the risk factors for suicidal behavior in adolescence, both biological, psychological and social, differentiating between concurrent causes, precipitating causes and underlying psychopathological process. In particular, a review of the concept of suicidal ideation in adolescence is carried out, as an entry key to develop early intervention and preventive intervention activities. Finally, a protocol is created for intervention and prevention from social, media, school, family and health systems, including intervention by hospital emergency services. Ese incremento ha sido particularmente significativo en la etapa de la adolescencia. En el presente trabajo se realiza una actualización conceptual de las conductas suicidas, siguiendo los criterios de OMS. Se realiza una revisión de los factores de riesgo hacia la conducta suicida en la adolescencia, tanto los biológicos, como los psicológicos y sociales, diferenciando entre causas concurrentes, causas precipitantes, causas desencadenantes y proceso psicopatológico subyacente. De forma particular se realiza una revisión del concepto de ideación suicida en la adolescencia, como llave de entrada para desarrollar actividades de intervención precoz y de tipo preventivo. Finalmente se realiza un protocolo para la intervención y la prevención desde los sistemas social, mediático, escolar, familiar y sanitario, incluyendo la intervención desde los servicios de urgencia hospitalaria.
