Abstract:
Rapidly developing artificial intelligence (AI) can help machines and devices to perceive, analyze, and even make inferences in a similar way to human reasoning. The aim of this article is to present applications of AI methods, including machine learning (ML), in the design and supervision of processes used in the field of additive manufacturing techniques. This approach will allow specific tasks to be solved as if they were performed by a human expert in the field. The application of AI in the development of additive manufacturing technologies makes it possible to be assisted by the knowledge of experienced operators in the design and supervision of processes acquired automatically. This reduces the risk of human error and simplifies and automates the production of products and parts. AI in 3D technology creates a wide range of possibilities for generating 3D objects and enables a machine equipped with a vision system, used in ML processes, to analyze data similar to human thought processes. Incremental printing using such a printer allows the production of objects of ever-increasing quality from several materials simultaneously. The process itself is also precise and fast. An accuracy of 97.56% means that the model is precise and makes very few errors. The 3D printing system with artificial intelligence allows the device to adapt to, for example, different material properties, as the printer examines the 3D-printed surface and automatically adjusts the printing. AI/ML-based solutions similar to ours, once learning sets are modified or extended, are easily adaptable to other technologies, materials, or multi-material 3D printing. They also allow the creation of dedicated, ML solutions that adapt to the specifics of a production line, including as self-learning solutions as production progresses.

Abstract:
In Singapore, there is an increasing need for independence from manpower within the Building and Construction (B&C) Industry. Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) production is mainly driven by benefits in environmental pollution reduction, improved productivity, quality control, and customizability. However, overall cost savings have been counterbalanced by new cost drivers like modular precast moulds, transportation, hoisting, manufacturing & holding yards, and supervision costs. The highly modular requirements for PPVC places additive manufacturing in an advantageous position, due to its high customizability, low volume manufacturing capabilities for a faster manufacturing response time, faster production changeovers, and lower inventory requirements. However, C3DP has only just begun to move away from its early-stage development, where there is a need to closely evaluate the process parameters across buildability, extrudability, and pumpability aspects. As many parameters have been identified as having considerable influence on C3DP processes, monitoring systems for feedback applications seem to be an inevitable step forward to automation in construction. This paper has presented a broad analysis of the challenges posed to C3DP and feedback systems, stressing the admission of process parameters to correct multiple modes of failure.

Abstract:
Prosthesis is an artificial replacement for a person's missing limb to help regain mobility and the ability to manage daily activities. The type of prosthetic covered in this project is for people with below-knee amputation (BKA). Muscle fatigue is a major issue for amputees who lose a lower limb after prolonged use of artificial limbs. Available designs of prosthetics for BKA are also expensive. This study aims to design and develop an affordable and comfortable prosthetic foot with an energy-story ability for persons with BKA using an additive manufacturing process to help reduce fatigue. Three conceptual designs based were developed for this purpose. Based on the design selection matrix, the best design was chosen and developed in SolidWorks 2013 environment. Stress and strain analyses were simulated to verify the design's ability to withstand the weight of a sample patient with BKA. A sample of patient details, including weight, amputation side and sole (of the foot) length, were obtained and implemented in the prosthetic foot design. Due to its strength and durability, the design was printed on the Veglar V-821 additive manufacturing machine using Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) material. A pilot test with a male patient with BKA was conducted under the supervision of a prosthetist under two conditions: standing and walking. The prosthetic prototype did not break during the test, and the patient felt comfortable using it. This finding shows that additive manufacturing can produce an affordable and comfortable prototype of a prosthetic foot using ABS. Hence, more BKA patients can benefit from inexpensive prostheses and finally help them achieve a better quality of life.

Abstract:
Metal-additive manufacturing (AM), particularly the powder-bed fusion (PBF) technique, is undergoing a transition from the short-run production of components to higher-volume manufacturing. The industry’s increased production efficiency is paired with a growing awareness of the risks related to the inhalation of very fine metal powders during PBF and AM processes, and there is a pressing need for a ready-to-use approach to assess the risks and the occupational exposure to these very final metal powders. This article presents a study conducted in an AM facility, which was conducted with the aim to propose a solution to monitor incidental airborne particle emissions during metal AM by setting up an analytical network for a tailored approach to risk assessment. Quantitative data about the respirable and inhalable particle and metal content were obtained by gravimetric and ICP-MS analyses. In addition, the concentrations of airborne particles (10–300 nm) were investigated using a direct reading instrument. A qualitative approach for risk assessment was fulfilled using control banding Nanotool v2.0. The results show that the operations in the AM facility are in line with exposure limit levels for both micron-sized and nano-sized particles. The particulate observed in the working area contains metals, such as chromium, cobalt, and nickel; thus, biological monitoring is recommended. To manage the risk level observed for all of the tasks during the AM process, containment and the supervision of an occupational safety expert are recommended to manage the risk. This study represents a useful tool that can be used to carry out a static evaluation of the risk and exposure to potentially harmful very fine metal powders in AM; however, due to the continuous innovations in this field, a dynamic approach could represent an interesting future perspective for occupational safety.

Abstract:
Free-hand pedicle screw placement is still conventional in surgery, although it has potentially high risks. The surgical procedures such as pedicle screw placement are usually designed based on medical imaging, but during surgery, the procedures are not normally followed due to the fact that some points are missed in two-dimensional images and seen only during surgery. In this regards, some highly accurate computer-assisted systems have been proposed and are currently used. Moreover, it is possible to reduce or completely avoid hand working by applying modern digital technology. Therefore, using these technologies has remarkable advantages. In this study, we have presented a new approach of pedicle screw placement in the lumbar and sacral regions using a specific drill guide template. The template was created by additive manufacturing technology and was verified in a clinical study as well. The main aim of this research includes the following: design, analyze, manufacture and evaluate the accuracy of a new patient-specific drill guide template, for lumbar pedicle screw placement, and compare the template to the free-hand technique under fluoroscopy supervision. Our results show that the incidence of cortex perforation is substantially reduced compared to existing methods. Finally, we believe that this approach remarkably lowers the incidence of cortex perforation and could be potentially used in clinical applications, particularly in certain selected cases.

Abstract:
Suction cups (SCs) are used extensively by the industrial sector, particularly for a wide variety of automated material-handling applications. To enhance productivity and reduce maintenance costs, an online supervision system is essential to check the status of SCs. This paper thus proposes an innovative method for condition monitoring of SCs coated with printed electronics whose electrical resistance is supposed to be correlated with the mechanical strain. A simulation model is first examined to observe the deformation of SCs under vacuum compression, which is needed for the development of sensor coating thanks to the 3D printing process. The proposed design involves three circle-shaped sensors, two for the top and bottom bellows (whose mechanical strains are revealed to be the most significant), and one for the lip (small strain, but important stress that might provoke wear and tear in the long term). For the sake of simplicity, practical measurement is performed on 2D samples coated with two different conductive inks subjected to unidirectional tensile loading. Graphical representations together with analytical models of both linear and nonlinear piezoresistive responses allows for the characterization of the inks’ behavior under several conditions of displacement and speed inputs. After a comparison of the two inks, the most appropriate is selected as a consequence of its excellent adhesion and stretchability, which are essential criteria to meet the target field. Room temperature extrusion-based 3D printing is then investigated using a motorized 3D Hyrel printer with a syringe-extrusion modular system. Design optimization is finally carried out to enhance the surface detection of sensitive elements while minimizing the effect of electrodes. Although several issues still need to be further considered to match specifications imposed by our industrial partner, the achievement of this work is meaningful and could pave the way for a new generation of SCs integrated with smart sensing devices. The 3D printing of conductive ink directly on the cup’s curving surface is a true challenge, which has been demonstrated, for the first time, to be technically feasible throughout the additive manufacturing (AM) process.

Abstract:
Improved manufacturing methods have become crucial factors in retaining global competitiveness for a wide range of products. This has led to the development of new automatic supervision techniques for use in smart machine tools. These are necessary because it is not possible to design and manufacture machine tool structures and systems with work zone areas of sufficient accuracy and repeatability to meet the improved performance requirements demanded by many modern manufacturing companies. The principal areas for automatic supervision of the machine tool are the tooling, appropriate machine elements and the overall machine system. Thermal effects have been shown to be the largest source of dimensional errors and apparent non-repeatability of machines. Therefore, for the highest precision machines on-line temperature monitoring and control is of paramount importance. This paper describes the application of automatic supervision techniques applied to the NION diamond turning and grinding machine, developed by Cranfield Precision Engineering Limited, which is the most accurate machine tool, of its size, currently available, as well as an ultra precision five-axis grinding machine, built in Japan by the Toyoda Machine Works Limited. In addition, following a project at Cranfield University, the benefits of on-line measuring techniques are discussed in obtaining new cost effective manufacturing methods for producing aero-engine turbine blades. Further examples are given, including major projects at Liverpool John Moores University and Eindhoven University of Technology, where significant improvements in accuracy capabilities were obtained for a standard cylindrical grinding machine and a five-axis vertical milling machine.

Abstract:
The study looks at how senior support affects the number of employees leaving a manufacturing company in the EJIP area, which is an integrated manufacturing industrial area in Cikarang, Bekasi. The study includes 77 workers from manufacturing companies, which is mostly made up of manufacturing plants from different sectors. One of the factors that may influence employees to leave the company is the lack or excess of superior support and the level of employee involvement that is minimal or overrepresented. Research shows that employee resilience has a significant positive impact on exit intensity. This finding also shows that superior support can also contribute to employee engagement. In addition, senior support also has a positive effect on employee exit intensity due to the presence of inappropriate senior support, resulting in an increase in employees who intend to exit the company. As well, employee involvement can contribute as a mediator between turnover intentions and supervisory support. The study's limitations include a limited number of respondents and a single study location. Therefore, we recommend expanding the sample from multiple companies, incorporating additional independent variables, employing diverse data collection methods, and conducting longitudinal research to observe changes in the phenomenon over time.

Abstract:
All manufacturing companies are competing to give the impression that people will not choose similar alternative products other than the company itself, so the company must have a strategy and characteristics that make the company increasingly known to the wider community. This study aims to analyze the influence of auditor opinion, company size, and external pressure on fraudulent financial reporting, by considering industry conditions as a mediating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2021 period. The study population was 25 companies and the study sample consisted of 22 companies, with targeted non-probability sampling techniques. The results showed that auditors' opinions negatively affected fraudulent financial reporting, while company size negatively impacted fraudulent financial reporting. Meanwhile, external pressures have had a positive impact on fraudulent financial reporting. In addition, industry conditions can mediate the relationship between auditors' judgments and fraudulent financial reporting. However, the current state of the industry shows no link between company size and fraudulent financial reporting. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of proper internal supervision and control by companies to prevent and overcome the risk of financial reporting fraud, as well as the importance of strict and credible auditor supervision, and more careful attention to industry conditions that affect the level of financial reporting fraud.

Abstract:
This study aims to investigate whether financial distress acts as an intermediary factor in detecting fraudulent financial statements in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purposive sampling method was used to select 105 manufacturing companies during the period 2017-2021. The analysis was conducted using the Outer Smart PLS model to evaluate the relationship between auditor turnover, board turnover, financial targets, ineffective supervision, capability, and financial distress on financial statement fraud. The results confirmed that there was no significant influence between capacity, board turnover, financial targets, ineffective supervision, and financial distress on financial statement fraud. In addition, financial distress also does not mediate the effect of other variables on financial statement fraud. This approach reflects the ethical philosophy in the study that emphasizes honesty, integrity, and transparency in corporate financial reporting. These results highlight the importance of effective supervisory strategies and strong internal controls in preventing and detecting financial statement fraud, regardless of the company's financial distress. This study contributes by exploring the role of financial distress in detecting financial statement fraud. For future research, it is important to investigate additional factors that influence fraud and develop more effective monitoring strategies. Contingency theory emphasizes the importance of contextual factors in organizational management, while Fraud theory pays attention to the motives and driving factors behind fraudulent behavior.

Abstract:
The paper presents results of research conducted on a batch of additively manufactured individualized openwork wrist–hand orthoses made of thermoplastics and designed automatically based on 3D-scanned geometry of a given patient. The aim of the work was to establish an automated design process and find a reliable set of parameters for rapid and affordable manufacturing of usable orthoses on popular 3D printers, with little or no supervision of the process. The paper presents motivations, methodology of automated design, plan of manufacturing and testing, the obtained results in terms of process stability, fit and assessment by patient and strength of the obtained orthoses. Almost 100 manufacturing processes of ready-to-use orthosis parts were carried out in a controlled environment and their results were analyzed thoroughly. The results are promising, as most of the obtained products fulfil the strength criteria, although not all of them meet the economic criteria. As a result, a recommended set of process parameters was determined. These parameters were included in a prototype of the automated design and in a production system developed by the authors.

Abstract:
After more than 40 years of development, China’s wine regulatory system has been constantly improved, from half-base wine standards to pure-juice fermented wine standards, and then to the establishment of a relatively complete and mature industry-standard system with product and manufacturing standards as the core and other relevant industry standards as accessories. This advancement supports that the Chinese wine industry has emerged from New World wine countries. Nowadays, according to statistics from the International Organization of Vine and Wine, China is one of the top grape producers, wine consumers, and importers globally. Still, wine production has fallen in recent years, and the balance of wine import and export trade also shows a growing trade deficit. Faced with this problem, it is worth thinking about how to improve the regulatory system to help domestic wines overcome the difficulties. In this article, we first review the development process of China’s wine legal supervision system and summarize the situation of Chinese wine production, consumption, and trade in the past 20 years. Then we elaborate on China’s current legal framework for the wine industry consisting of a series of laws, regulations, and standards, and introduce domestic wine geographical indications. Finally, some suggestions are put forward on brand building, wine testing standards, and taxation of domestic wine. This review will help someone interested in Chinese wine to have a deeper understanding of the wine from a legal supervision system perspective and promote international cooperation and communication in the wine industry. In addition, it will also provide references for the establishment of wine regulations and standards in New World wine countries or regions.

Abstract:
Supply chain management is the treatment of the entire production process of goods or services to maximize quality, delivery, customer experience, and profitability. Although the theoretical research on supply chain management in China's manufacturing industry has achieved certain results, how to properly utilize supply chain management in such a rapidly developing society is still an urgent issue. In addition, in China, electric vehicles have gradually replaced traditional fuel vehicles to gradually increase the market share and become the first choice of consumers to buy cars. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to explore the problems in the construction of supply chain management systems for Chinese electric vehicle enterprises through theoretical analysis, put forward suggestions for improvement, and choose Guangzhou Automobile Group as a case study. The difficulty of supply chain and supplier management caused by the multi-level supply chain, as well as the product problems of the enterprise, also exacerbate the exposure of its problems in supply chain management. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the management system to balance the customer's demand and the company's supply capacity, as well as to strengthen the logistics supervision system.

Abstract:
Relationships outside of work impact employee effectiveness at work. But how do we explain this? Our study focuses on the guanxi relationship in China. This is based on close personal ties between supervisors and subordinates initiated outside the workplace. Drawing on conservation of resources theory, we develop a model that explains how supervisor–subordinate guanxi constitutes a social resource that spills over into the workplace and impacts subordinates’ job resources (including autonomy, support and development at work), job crafting (proactive behaviors aimed at increasing resources and reducing demands) and job performance (task performance and organizational citizenship behavior). Our model was tested on a sample of 406 subordinates and their supervisors from seven manufacturing organizations in China. The results of a multilevel path analysis indicate that high-quality guanxi relations with supervisors facilitate subordinates’ job resources, job crafting behaviors and organizational citizenship behavior at work. In addition, job resources mediate the relationship between supervisor–subordinate guanxi and job crafting, and job crafting mediates the relationship between supervisor–subordinate guanxi and subordinate task performance and organizational citizenship behavior. Overall, our research highlights the importance of externally-generated guanxi between subordinates and supervisors and the mechanisms that contribute to improving employee performance in the workplace.

Abstract:
The fabrication of briquettes is required to be introduced extensively to society in order to provide additional economic value for charcoal crafters to increase their income. The SME Santan Coco as partnership enterprise of community service under supervising of Universitas Sumatera Utara has been producing briquettes since 2018 resulted from waste of coconut milk production. However, the methodology of producing briquettes can be considered to be insufficient. The production is started by the addition of charcoal powder with adhesives compounds which is followed manual stirring. The moulding process involves by using a lever utilizing body-weight, which produces two briquettes. The charcoal powder is obtained by manually crushing the charcoal, so that its granular size is not uniform. The briquette production is very slow due to the equipment used produces two briquettes. On the other hand, the preparation of raw materials into the moulding equipment requires longer time, as well as removing the ready-to-use briquette from the mould. The prepared mixture must be printed immediately, so that the adhesive is not dried. The final product fabricated by the partner shows that the granular sizes are different which affects the density parameters, productions volume accounted for 50 kg per day. Therefore, a mechanism of briquette production is proposed and introduced to the partner, which involves from charcoal breaking, mixing and molding briquettes. A charcoal crusher uses a hammer mill system with 12 eyes, equipped with a filter. The mixing of adhesive substances utilizes a ribbon blade mixing system, while the briquette printing is designed with a screw system. After being implemented, a very significant increase in production up to 500 kg of wet briquettes per day with higher density and more uniform as well as neater granular size has been obtained.

Abstract:
Tax revenues are still the largest contributor with a contribution of 82% of the total state revenues that are useful in the implementation of national development. However, the purpose of the government to maximize revenue from the taxation sector is contrary to the objectives of the company as a taxpayer. In accordance with the assumption that taxes are considered a burden, there is a desire to reduce taxes through tax avoidance. Supervision and expediatory of audit planning conducted by the company to reduce the tax burden then the responsibility is given to the audit committee. An audit committee with the authority it has will be able to prevent deviant actions related to the company's financial statements. So that with the audit committee in the company can minimize the occurrence of tax avoidance practices. In addition, the quality of audits is getting better, and it will be increasingly difficult to do tax avoidance. Based on the exposure, researchers want to know the influence of the audit committee and the quality of audits on tax avoidance. This research was conducted on 57 manufacturing companies registered with the IDX 2017-2019. Research uses secondary data and data sources from the res IDX website. The analysis conducted on this study is a test of classical assumptions and multiple regressions. The results of the study found that the audit committee partially affected tax avoidance and the quality of audits partially had no effect on the tax enforcement of manufacturing companies.

Abstract:
Fault-influencing factors analysis is an important part of the quality supervision process. There are double functions for high-voltage switchgears that switch off and protect electric circuits in power transmission lines. Such devices have serious impact on power grid–operating efficiency, factory operation, and resident life, which will cause economic losses. As it was difficult for traditional methods to analyze fault-influencing factors accurately and comprehensively, a novel method based on industrial big data was proposed to analyze high-voltage switchgears fault-influencing factors in the process of quality supervision in this article, which integrated the qualitative and quantitative analyses method. In this model, the Classification Based on Multiple Class-Association Rules based on Gaussian Mixture Model as the qualitative analysis method was adapted to analyze the whole life cycle of fault-influencing factors of high-voltage switchgears comprehensively, and supplied fault-influencing factors with discrete interval value ranges. The logistic regression method based on qualitative analysis was constructed to calculate fault occurrence probability quantitatively, including the single-fault occurrence probability and the multiple-faults joint occurrence probability. In addition, the single-fault occurrence probability was used to modify the discrete interval value ranges calculated by the qualitative analysis method, which could make the ranges more accurately. Consequently, the proposed method could provide important reference for high-voltage switchgears operation maintenance, and it would be possible to design accurate maintenance plans before equipment failure. The final instance demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.

Abstract:
The paper deals with adaptive manufacturing systems to be composed of various machines for optimal productions of jobs. The authors assume three types of constraints to be respected: (1) deals with the system’s performance which is related to productivity rates and should be kept acceptable as much as possible, (2) deals with the energy consumption which should be kept stable or minimal, and (3) deals with emissions of CO2 which should be kept minimal for future systems. They define a reconfiguration scenario as any operation allowing addition and/or removals of jobs and/or machines to/from production lines for safety when faults occur. To meet all fixed constraints, the authors propose an agent-based architecture where an intelligent software agent is defined to evaluate the whole system’s architecture after any reconfiguration scenario, and to define useful technical solutions when constraints are violated. It suggests run-time modifications of productivity rates and/or realization times of jobs and/or also removals of some jobs according to well-defined constraints. The users supervising the production lines can dynamically accept or reject these solutions according to production business strategies and also some other constraints. The authors apply the paper’s contribution to a formal drilling manufacturing platform, and to the footwear factory of ITIA-CNR.

In 2016, the development of Gempar Tunggal Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that involved in the processing of black onions began. The raw materials are obtained from the Medan City market center, but sometimes it also come from Brebes and Semarang. The goods manufacture that resulted are sold to Aceh, Kalimantan and Sulawesi. However, because it was a home industry, the manufacturing system that was developed still very simple. Therefore, some weakness were identified, in particular the percentage of damaged or defective finished goods reaching 25 percent before its sold, various levels of maturity and work processes and supervision that drained attention and energy. In addition, the cost of using electricity is also high. It was found from the literature study by the Abdimas team of USU that there are 3 parameters that affect the processing of onions, namely garlic which is sensitive to temperature, humidity and exposure period of temperature and humidity. Often, due to the unequal size of the raw onion amount, the maturity of the onions is not homogenous distributed made the bigger the raw material of the onion impacted the faster it will ripen. Another problem that found during manufacturing process is the water vapor was not completely evaporated from the furnace. Basic technology that was developed by Abdimas USU team, namely the manual gravity onion sorting and drying unit was already used by Partners in the production process. As the result, it was successfully reducing broken onions. Lastly, homogenous maturity due to dividing process the onions by scale obtained.

Abstract:
In recent years, incidents such as chairman Kant being arrested by the police for suspected crimes occur frequently. In the development process of these incidents, the negligence of internal control has played a guiding role. This warns us that listed companies in addition to timely disclosure of internal control reports, establish and improve the internal control system construction, but also the introduction of external supervision system, timely audit work, and the effectiveness of enterprise internal control on the follow-up audit work of audit pricing is worth discussing. This paper takes the data of 354 manufacturing companies listed in 2017 and 2018 in Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2017 in 2018 as samples to explore the impact of the effectiveness of internal control on audit pricing. The empirical results show that there is no significant negative correlation between the effectiveness of internal control of this year and the audit pricing of this year, and a significant negative correlation between the effectiveness of internal control of the previous year and the audit pricing of this year, indicating that the effectiveness of internal control of the previous year is an important influencing factor of the audit pricing of this year. Starting from the effectiveness of internal control, this paper discusses the influencing factors of audit pricing, enriches the research on the influencing factors of audit pricing, and provides relevant reference information for the government to standardize audit pricing.

Abstract:
In the Republic of Belarus, a decentralized system of ownership supervision has been formed, when shares are managed by ministries, concerns, and committees that were in charge of state-owned en-terprises before their transformation into joint-stock companies. In addition to the sectoral system, there are centralized and dual systems, which are actively used by our key foreign trade partners — the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China. Currently, in the agro-industrial com-plex of the Republic of Belarus there is a high share of state-owned enterprises and organizations with a state share in the authorized capital. An analysis of the state share of ownership in the author-ized capital of OJSC shows that in agricultural organizations in recent years it has consistently been in the range of 70–80 %, and in industrial and service organizations — 40–50 %. At the same time, the operating effi ciency of many JSCs is not at a high enough level, which predetermines the need and importance of improving management tools for enterprises and organizations, including owner su-pervision. The article substantiates promising directions for improving owner’s supervision, including: organizational — the transition from an industry-based to a centralized model of organizing owner’s supervision in the agro-industrial complex; economic — development of the corporate governance system in business companies; administrative and economic — development of a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of state property management in the agro-industrial complex. The use of the results of the proposed study is aimed at improving owner supervision and will improve the efficiency of functioning of business entities of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus.

Abstract:
Driven by manufacturing supply reform and regional industrial transformation and upgrading, village industrial parks are key areas for deepening urban renewal. The complex relationship between various property rights actors is a key factor limiting the sustainable development of village industrial parks, and thus attracts considerable research. However, existing research is limited to individual cases and lacks systematic approaches to provide effective guidance for the renovation of village industrial parks. In addition, the paper summarises the participation pathways and characteristics of 12 typical cases of village industrial parks in the PRD. This is particularly true for rural industrial parks. The study identifies five scenarios based on the renewal of village collective ownership (government warehousing, land lease to developers, land lease to operating companies, land lease to enterprises, independent management); five situations based on the renewal of market enterprises’ rights of use (regular leasing, government support, abolition on expiry, introduction of enterprises, autonomous management); and four situations based on the renewal of government management rights (land expropriation, unified lease management, policy stimulation, supervision and management). The results are valuable for the research of urban regeneration and sustainable development in the context of government ownership.

Otherwise, society itself is the victim, and when people are victimized, it has an effect. It is not easy to even paralyze the indonesian cosmetic market. Therefore, the function and authority of the mui as a representative in general is very important for all indonesian people, especially on behalf of the voice of muslims

Abstract:
Background and purpose: The national tuberculosis (TB) prevalence study showed that between 2013 and 2014 there was significant proportion of pulmonary TB patients received treatment from private healthcare facilities. Data from Bali Province and Badung District Health Offices revealed that of all suspected TB patients only a few were referred by their private general practitioner. A reward system was created in 2012 by providing credit points to every referral made by the private general practitioner. This study aims to examine association between the reward system, national health insurance scheme and willingness to refer suspected TB patients. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted from February to April 2017. A total of 111 private general practitioners who practice at Badung District were interviewed. In addition, medical record from these private general practitioners were also examined. Results: Our study found that as many as 55 (45.95%) of private general practitioners had ever referred suspected TB patients over the last year. The total suspected TB patient being reffered in the last year was 132 cases. A cross checking with the laboratory data revealed that only 47 cases (35.61%) presented at referral laboratory facilities. Multivariate analysis showed that the willingness of private general practitioners to refer suspected TB patient was associated to reward system (AOR=4.62; 95%CI: 1.23-17.32) and supervision from TB officials (AOR=13.07; 95%CI: 3.78-45.13). The enrollment of private general practitioners as a primary healthcare facility under the national insurance scheme was not associated with the willingness to refer suspected TB patients. Conclusions: About half of the private general practitioners have ever referred a suspected TB patient. Supervision from TB officials and a reward system in terms of credit points were associated with the willingness to refer suspected TB patients. Ongoing supervision, providing credit points, and improving referral systems are required to improve case findings and referral of suspected TB patients by private general practitioners

Abstract:
Purpose: This study aims to analyze investor reactions to the supervisory function carried out by independent commissioners and audit committees, especially in supervising corporate tax policies taken by management. Theoretical framework: Corporate tax policy has the risk of tax penalties in the future and risks reducing investment returns in the future, so the role of independent commissioners and audit committees should be able to supervising management so that the tax policies taken do not harm investors. Method: 565 panel data from manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2022 were analyzed with a quantitative approach and multiple linear methods using STATA. Result: This study found that independent commissioners encourage management in tax burden minimization policies, while the audit committee is not optimal in carrying out its supervisory function over corporate tax management policies. In addition, investors react to the audit committee because it is considered capable of carrying out the supervisory function of management, while investors do not react to independent commissioners and corporate tax policies. Research, Practical & Social implications: The results of this study encourage entities to increase the role of independent commissioners in carrying out supervisory functions such as the audit committee in order to get a positive response from investors which can increase company value for sustainability business. Originality/value: In this study, corporate tax policy is measured by reducing the statutory tax rate with a tax compliance ratio that is rarely used in previous studies, resulting in how much corporate tax policy minimizes the tax expense.

Abstract:
Safety and health education at the workplace is an important way to prevent industrial accidents, and is a basic matter in which workers can participate, and is the employer's obligation. Although the importance of safety training in the workplace is recognized, there is much controversy about its effectiveness in improving on-site operability. Accordingly, this study aims to understand the actual status of safety and health education and determine the impact of unsafe behavior on safety and health culture according to safety and health education experience. It was conducted for the purpose of using basic data to verify and activate the effectiveness of safety and health education in the future. This study conducted a survey of workers at about 150 manufacturing plants from August to December 2022, and 300 people were selected for final analysis. The survey questions were designed to fit the study using questions used in the Occupational Safety and Health Trend Survey(2015) conducted by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency and the risk assessment of safety management consulting organizations. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 program. As a result, workers were aware of the obligation to provide safety and health education, and the experience of regular safety and health education was the highest among safety education. Those who experienced safety education showed that inappropriate management or supervision, negligence during work, unreasonable actions and movements, inappropriate use of equipment and tools, unsafe work performance, and unreasonable work influenced the perception of safety and health culture. For inexperienced people, inadequate management or supervision appeared to affect safety and health culture. Through this study, it was confirmed that awareness of unsafe behavior is formed through education and is a factor that influences safety and health culture. In the future, it will be necessary to provide an opportunity to form a safety and health culture by linking safety and health education to activation within the workplace and field operability. In addition, it seems that more management is needed to make safety and health education a reality and continuously implement it.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to identify and understand and analyze in depth the authority of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency in conducting investigative audits. The problems raised in this study discuss the authority of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency in conducting investigative audits and what are the Implications of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency's Investigation Audit on State Financial Losses in Law Enforcement. This study uses a normative method with the steps of description, systematization and explanation of the contents of positive law in depth using a concept approach, a law approach and a case approach using a systematic synchronization analysis. The results showed that the feedback from the investigative audit enabled the realization of financial management and supervision reforms including the integration between activity planning and budgeting. Thus, fiscal transparency and accountability are very urgent in reforming the management and supervision of state finances, because transparency and accountability in managing state finances can reduce state losses. As the government's internal auditor, the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency is authorized to supervise finance and development. On the other hand, the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency has the authority to conduct investigative audits to determine whether or not there has been a loss in state finances at the request of law enforcement. The implications of the investigative audit carried out by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency in addition to imposing an obligation on financial managers to return state financial losses based on the results of the investigative audit, the results of the investigative audit also have consequences in the law enforcement process, because the results of the investigative audit are in the form of documents and information provided by auditors in court can affect the judge's confidence in the examination of the trial in court.

Abstract:
The sound series are considered as an addition to visual and thermal imaging information flows when using computerized monitoring systems (CS). A minimum complete structure of spaced microphones for collecting data on sound rows, which is suitable for calibrating, isolating and transmitting data on sound anomalies (SA), is proposed. Duplication of the data transmission channel by wire and Wi-Fi module for recording and determining the type and coordinates of the SA is provided. An experimental receiving module has been assembled, which includes microphones, amplifiers and signals matching boards for digital and analog forms, an ARDUINO UNO WIFI REV2 controller with an integrated Wi-Fi module. It is presented that its addition with a personal computer and a smartphone with the Android operating system forms a CS for remote wireless control of the course of the experimental analysis of sound series. It has been confirmed experimentally that its structure is minimally complete. An algorithm was developed and a software package was written in C/C++ languages. It is shown that the number of microphones is selected from the conditions of the problem from 1 to 5, but their number is limited to five digital inputs of the ARDUINO UNO WIFI REV2 board. A wave representation of the law of temporal changes in intensity and the integral norm of SA is applied. The possibilities of calibrating all data of sound series in analog and digital form are demonstrated. The article presents the suitability of testing the algorithms for determining the phases of echograms from time series data, containing SAs of different origins and recorded by three different microphones. The effect of connecting a Wi-Fi module on reducing the voltage drop by 0.5–1 V is shown. The necessity of an additional registration condition for all microphones is demonstrated. The software interfaces for the calibration of the receiving module and the operation of the mobile application have been developed.

Abstract:
On the one hand, the insurance market is no different from other markets, as it has market entities, supply, demand, price and "product" (sale of security). Still, on the other hand, it is specific in relation to all other markets; the market subject to sale is a risk that may or may not be realized in the future. Insurance is a form of risk management, primarily moderate to reduce financial losses or transfer of risk from the insured to the insurance company, with insurance premium payment. The security market has its own branch institutional network consisting of: companies (important factors in the global financial economy), intermediaries (brokers), insurance agents (banks, companies), directorates for business supervision of insurance organizations, professional associations (insurance associations), the association of actuaries, etc. In addition to them, an important place belongs to the individuals and legal entities like insured objects. This topic has been insufficiently researched in practice, so the authors consider it important.

Abstract:
The need for optimal management of potential regional taxes and levies is an important problem in increasing local original revenue (PAD) in Ternate City. The real effect of this problem is the low achievement of Ternate City PAD which is only 68.89% per year in 2021. Specs in this matter focus on the need for more human resources for PAD managers, who have yet to utilize information technology to realize PAD, target setting, unprofessional PAD managers, and weak supervision of Ternate City PAD revenues. This study aims to map the Potential Taxes and Levies of the Ternate City Area from these factual conditions. The approach used in this study is Qualitative with an Integrative paradigm, Descriptive method, and SWOT Analysis. The key informant of this study is an individual who became and has been the manager of regional levies and BUMD in Ternate City. The results showed that the low achievement of the Ternate City PAD target was due to the Ternate City government needing an accountable database of Ternate City PAD potential. This is confirmed by the realization target of Ternate City PAD always experiencing declining changes in the main APBD with the shift in APBD. In addition to the organizational governance responsible for collecting PAD being less professional, the government of BUMD, which is the spearhead in improving PAD, is also unprofessional. This can be seen from the continued deterioration of BUMD’s performance in Ternate City.
