Elle a nécessité la construction d'équipements performants et coûteux, mais, à la différence de la plupart des activités des stations balnéaires, la thalassothérapie est une activité permanente et les retombées économiques sont suffisantes pour qu 'elle soit considérée comme un moyen de revitalisation dont s'enthousiasment les élus locaux et les personnes vivant du tourisme... Néanmoins, quelques problèmes se posent pour l'avenir de cette activité.

Cette explosion du phénomène logistique est liée à une conjonction de facteurs économiques, sociaux et environnementaux, sans oublier le rôle incontestable de quelques entrepreneurs ci la forte personnalité. Cette nouvelle activité n'est pas sans susciter des interrogations sur la redéfinition des différents métiers au sein de la filière bordeaux, voire la redéfinition des produits et sur les mécanismes île recompositions territoriales.

L’énergie nucléaire est le premier secteur producteur de déchets radioactifs en France (devant la recherche, la défense, l’industrie non électronucléaire et le médical). Ces déchets peuvent présenter des risques pour l’homme et l’environnement et nécessitent une gestion adaptée à leur niveau de radioactivité et leur durée de vie. La gestion à long terme de ces déchets a été confiée à l’Andra, Agence nationale pour la gestion des déchets radioactifs. La grande majorité sont stockés dans des centres de surface. Il s’agit des déchets de très faible activité ou à vie courte qui représentent plus de 90 % des volumes mais une très faible part de la radioactivité totale. Au contraire, les déchets de haute activité et de moyenne activité à vie longue, qui sont issus du retraitement des combustibles usés et du fonctionnement des centrales nucléaires, représentent de très faibles volumes mais concentrent 99 % de la radioactivité totale et ne peuvent pas être gérés dans des centres de surface. Ils sont destinés à être stockés dans Cigéo, le projet de centre de stockage géologique profond pour lequel l’Andra a demandé une autorisation de création début 2023.

Notre contribution aborde les activités de régulation discursive dans deux exemples de discours produits par des apprenants de L2, l'un monologal, l'autre dialogal. La notion de régulation renvoie à une activité cognitive de contrôle orientée vers la réalisation de buts communicatifs et laissant des traces à la surface du discours. Nous nous intéressons ici au rôle respectif des processus de régulation autonomes d'un sujet parlant (autorégulation) et des processus de régulation où autrui intervient dans la gestion d'une tâche par un locuteur donné (hétérorégulation). Il s'agira de montrer dans quelle mesure les traces que ces processus laissent à la surface du discours peuvent renseigner sur les contraintes situationnelles — dont notamment la complexité des tâches à gérer par l'apprenant — et, dans le cas du dialogue, la répartition de droits et d’obligations entre l’apprenant et le locuteur plus compétent.

La ville de Maroua est soumise à une variabilité climatique qui affecte la production agricole et la sécurité alimentaire des ménages. Pour y faire face, diverses stratégies sont développées notamment les cultures maraîchères au bord des cours d’eau comme moyen de résilience. La présente étude vise à identifier les différentes espèces cultivées ainsi que les contraintes liées à cette activité pour une meilleure résilience aux changements climatiques. Pour y parvenir, une enquête exploratoire de six mois a été effectuée grâce à la méthode d’interview individuel sur la base d’un questionnaire auprès de 240 maraîchers et l’observation directe. Les résultats ont montré que pour bien mener le maraîchage, les producteurs font varier les cultures en fonction de leur moyen, la superficie et les types de culture pratiquée. Plusieurs espèces ont été sélectionnées pour s’adapter aux changements climatiques notamment des légumes 24 %, oignons 31%, tomates 7%, laitue 6%, chou 5%, carotte 5%, condiments verts 5%, pastèque 1%, patate 1% et d’autres cultures (14%) constituées de moringa, aubergine et concombre. La principale source d’irrigation pour les cultures maraîchères est l’eau de surface utilisée par plus de 90% des producteurs. Le maraîchage reste une activité très rentable dans la ville de Maroua quel que soit le type d’espèce cultivée. Les difficultés liées à cette activité sont surtout d’ordres climatiques : situation aléatoire des pluies, manque d’eau, vent violent et augmentation de la température ; et d’ordre non climatiques : difficultés d’accès aux intrants, insuffisance d’équipements, ravageurs, commercialisation et manque de formation et d’organisation.
The city of Maroua is subject to climatic variability that affects agricultural production and household food security. Various strategies have been developed to cope with this, including market gardening along waterways as a means of resilience. The aim of this study is to identify the different species grown and the constraints associated with this activity in order to improve resilience to climate change. To achieve this, a six-month exploratory survey was carried out using a questionnaire-based individual interview method with 240 market gardeners and direct observation. The results showed that, in order to carry out market gardening successfully, growers vary their crops according to their means, area and the types of crop grown. Several species were selected to adapt to climate change, including vegetables (24%), onions (31%), carrots (5%), tomatoes (7%), lettuce (6%), cabbage (5%), carrots (5%), green condiments (5%), watermelon (1%) and potatoes (1%), and other crops (14%) consisting of moringa, aubergine and cucumber. The main source of irrigation for market garden crops is surface water, used by over 90% of growers. Market gardening remains a very profitable activity in Maroua, whatever the type of crop. The difficulties associated with this activity are mainly climatic: unpredictable rainfall, lack of water, strong winds and rising temperatures; and non-climatic: difficulties accessing inputs, inadequate equipment, pests, marketing and lack of training and organization.

Les récepteurs sont les pièces maîtresses véhiculant l’information apportée par l’hormone de l’environnement extracellulaire vers le milieu intracellulaire. Par ce fait, la fraction de récepteur à la surface de la cellule peut déterminer la force du signal. La régulation du trafic du récepteur vers la surface de la cellule ainsi que les processus de rétention du récepteur dans les compartiments intracellulaires constituent des mécanismes clés pour l’activité du récepteur de la leptine (ObR). Une altération de ces mécanismes conduit au développement de l’obésité. Par ailleurs, la part du mécanisme classique d’activation des récepteurs à la membrane plasmique est mise en question, depuis la découverte d’une activité de signalisation propre à ces récepteurs intracellulaires. Ceux-ci peuvent déclencher une signalisation régulant une fonction particulière, différente de la signalisation des récepteurs de surface, ou en continuité avec ces derniers. Nous aborderons à la fois ces deux aspects en nous intéressant particulièrement au cas du récepteur de la leptine, c’est à dire i) la régulation de son niveau d’exposition à la surface cellulaire et ses répercussions sur le développement de l’obésité, et ii) la découverte de sa localisation et de sa signalisation dans certains compartiments intracellulaires.

La distribution de la fluméthrine dans le pelage de bovins après application topique ("pour-on") a été déterminée par analyse chimique. La fluméthrine a été appliquée à 1 mg de substance active (s.a.) par kg de poids corporel, le long de la ligne dorsale. Il a été démontré que le produit pouvait être retrouvé dans tous les échantillons de poils prélevés de régions dorsales, latérales, ventrales et distales 1 jour après l'application, dans des concentrations allant de 670 à 1 mg de s.a. par g de poils, selon la distance du site d'application. Trois, 5 et 10 jours après l'application ces concentrations variaient respectivement de 125-1,5, 23-1 et 44-0,9 mg de s.a. Une corrélation de ces valeurs avec la surface corporelle de bovins montre qu'il y avait plus de 0,01 mg de s.a./cm2 de surface corporelle sur toutes les régions du corps et tous les jours des prélèvements. Cette quantité est suffisante pour une activité acaricide efficace, comme l'ont montré des données de laboratoire et de terrain.

Pour l'Erika, il fallait nettoyer pour ne pas hypothéquer la saison touristique. Pour le Prestige, ce sont la pêche et la protection de l'outil de travail de cette activité principale en Galice qui apparaissent prioritaires. Le présent article montre qu'on ne peut se cantonner à un nettoyage bien mené ; il faut l'associer à la dimension socio-économique.

Dans ce travail, nous présentons une méthode d’évaluation et de cartographie de la vulnérabilité à la contamination des eaux du barrage 9 avril 1947 (Maroc). Ses eaux sont connues pour un fort taux de la pollution et une activité anthropique considérable, malgré qu’elles soient destinées à l’alimentation en eau potable de plus de 760 000 habitants. Pour ce faire, nous avons appliqué un modèle français qui a été a nommé DKPR et qui comprend quatre facteurs : l’accessibilité du milieu aquatique (D), le fonctionnement hydrique du sol (K), la pente (P) et l’érosivité des pluies (R). La somme pondérée de ces facteurs, obtenue par le biais d’un logiciel SIG, nous a fourni un indice nommé Vr qui varie entre 0 à 4. À l'aide de cet indice, une carte de vulnérabilité à la contamination sur l’ensemble du bassin versant a été élaborée. Les zones présentant une moyenne ou faible vulnérabilité occupent respectivement 43 % et 38 % de la surface du bassin versant. Elles sont liées principalement au domaine forestier et agricole à moyenne et faible pente. Les zones à forte vulnérabilité occupent 14 % de la surface et sont liées aux secteurs anthropisés à forte pente. Les zones à très faible ou très forte vulnérabilité n’occupent que 4 % et 1 % respectivement de la surface du bassin versant. Les premières présentent les zones humides tandis que les secondes les terrains nus imperméables à forte pente.

The objectives of this work were: (i) to study the acid monophosphoesterase activity (pH 6.5) of the surface horizons of low-activity tropical clay soils (West Africa, West Indies, Brazil), cultivated or uncultivated, with widely different textures and organic matter (OM) contents, (ii) to measure the phosphatase activity (Pase) in the organic and organo-mineral soil fractions obtained by particle size fractionation. Pase was most significantly correlated to the soil OM content and to a lesser extent to the texture and total P content. Therefore, any modification in soil management resulting in important changes in soil OM contents, leads to important variations in phosphatase activity: Pase decreases after clearing of the native vegetation and continuous cultivation, Pase increase when grass-fallows or meadows succeed to annual cropping. The Pase of all the size fractions (20–2000 μm, 2–20 μm and 0–2 μm) was controled by their OM content. However, the "potential Pase" defined as the ratio Pase/C was higher in the 20- to 2000-μm and 0- to 2-μm fractions than in the 2–20 μm ones This is attributed to a higher Pase renewal by root restitutions in the plant debris fraction (20–2000 μm) and by microbial activity and microbial metabolites in the organo-clay fraction (0–2 μm). More than 50% of the soil total Pase was associated with fractions coarser than 2 μm. Most of the changes in Pase (75–100%) associated with the cultivation were ascribed to these fractions. This illustrate the probably important role of the fractions coarser than 2 μm in the phosphorus dynamics in these soils. Paysage, densité de peuplement, activité humaine, ont pu fournir des critères simples à une définition consensuelle de la ville, et complémentairement de la campagne. La prééminence prise successivement par l'industrie puis par les services sur l'activité agricole, et la dissociation déplus en plus fréquente entre lieu de résidence et lieu de travail, ont amené une certaine confusion : les paysages se banalisent, l'habitat se disperse aux voisinages des villes, grandes et moyennes, l'activité agricole devient minoritaire en milieu rural. Une partition du territoire tenant compte de ces évolutions présente à la fin du vingtième siècle une certaine pertinence : pôles urbains, couronnes périurbaines, pôles d'emploi dans l'espace rural en constituent les éléments déterminants. En Midi-Pyrénées cette partition souligne la force de la structuration du territoire par les petites villes, mais aussi la prégnance croissante de Toulouse.

Par son ancienneté comme par les propriétés urbaines et physiques de son littoral, la conurbation basque de Bayonne à la Bidassoa propose un modèle d'intégration de la pratique et des logiques sociales et culturelles du surf. Activité littorale en recherche de liberté et d'espaces multiples, ses territorialités sont mouvantes. Son inscription spatiale rencontre les contraintes de l'urbanisation balnéaire et la question de sa stabilisation géographique et institutionnelle. Le surf n'appelle pas d'équipements lourds mais produit une réorganisation des lieux de pratique et une vie économique et sociale spécifique qui change l'ambiance traditionnelle d'une station. Surtout, les représentations sociales révèlent des mutations d'image et de structures mentales correspondant à une double appropriation, celle du littoral basque par la « planète surf », celle du surf par l'imaginaire ludique et du paysage basque.

El estudio de la frecuencia de las precipitaciones mensuales muestra importantes matices que enriquecen la tipología de regímenes pluviométricos en el norte de la Península Ibérica. La repetición de rasgos comunes es utilizada para la elaboración de una regionalización. Algunos meses constituyen un buen indicador de sus límites, por la desigual actividad de las situaciones atmosféricas dominantes en cada época del año, aunque no pueden explicar por sí solas la distribución espacial y temporal de las lluvias: la disposición del relieve y la proximidad al mar son los factores adicionales. [fr] L'étude fréquentielle des precipitations mensuelles révele d'importantes nuances qui enrichessent la typologie des régimes pluviométriques dans les regions septentrionales de la Penínsule Ibérique. On utilise la repétition de caracteres communes pour régionaliser. Quelques mois constituent an bon indicateur des les limites, a cause de l'inégale activité des situations atmosferiques predominantes selon la période de l'anné, bien qu'ils ne puissent expliquer exclusivement la répartition spatiale et temporale des précipitations dans la région. La dispositio du relief et la voisinage de la mer sont des facteurs supplémentaires.

Se define el término vacío industrial y se presentan las interpretaciones que dicho proceso ha recibido en la bibliografía extranjera,sobre todo en Francia y Alemania. Le secteur agricole constitue une activité importante au Maroc, représentant 14 % du produit national brut et employant 40 % de la population active. Avec l’émergence de la pandémie de la Covid-19, il a été ébranlé par des incertitudes économiques et par la distanciation physique qui a accentué les contraintes du travail. Toutefois, l’agriculture s’est imposée comme une activité cruciale, puisqu’elle a continué à assurer l’approvisionnement alimentaire à des prix abordables. La pandémie, qui s’est déclarée en une année très sèche, a offert une opportunité pour réviser les principales contraintes auxquelles fait face le secteur agricole : manque d’eau et faible rémunération du travail. Elle a aussi attiré l’attention de l’opinion publique sur les quantités importantes de denrées vivrières importées. La balance des paiements des produits alimentaires demeure négative, malgré des exportations de produits agricoles mises en relief par le discours officiel. En outre, des études récentes ont montré que ces dernières dépendent avant tout d’usages accrus et souvent déraisonnables d’eau souterraine, malgré les subventions à la conversion des systèmes d’irrigation gravitaire vers le goutte-à-goutte. Des suivis d’exploitations ont démontré que ces subventions ont généré une expansion de la surface irriguée avec des cultures à besoins hydriques élevés. Cette situation doit être considérée comme l’opposé de l’objectif recherché : une amélioration de la valorisation de l’eau. Il faut donc reconnaître que l’agriculture de l’ère post Covid-19 devra être différente. Un changement de paradigme doit s’opérer où la valorisation de l’eau pluviale figurera dans les priorités, de concert avec la souveraineté alimentaire. Il doit englober différentes dimensions, comme la préservation de l’environnement, le développement du monde rural et de systèmes alimentaires durables, mais aussi garantir l’inclusion sociale et de meilleures rémunérations du travail agricole, afin d’assurer son attractivité et réduire l’exode rural.

RÉSUMÉ Les oies causent des dommages au substrat des marais intertidaux (schorres) du Saint-Laurent. Leur activité printanière et automnale contribue ainsi à augmenter et à accélérer l'érosion par les agents naturels. La destruction précoce du couvert végétal à l'automne à la suite de l'arrivée massive des oies réduit son rôle protecteur contre l'érosion par les vagues et les courants de la vase fraîche déposée durant l'été. La surface vaseuse intensément picorée et piétinée par les oies est alors déstabilisée et sujette à une érosion subséquente plus importante. À la recherche des rhizomes, les oies creusent dans le substrat des milliers de petits trous, ce qui entraîne par la suite un démaigrissement de la surface du schorre inférieur d'une dizaine de centimètres d'épaisseur. Cette modification du profil a pour conséquence d'augmenter l'épaisseur de la nappe d'eau au-dessus de cette zone, de sorte qu'il y a augmentation de l'érosion par les vagues de la micro-falaise du schorre supérieur. De plus, les oies, en broutant le pourtour des mares, les agrandissent. De même, elles détruisent les radeaux du schorre et grugent le rebord du schorre inférieur et le font reculer. Même si les vagues, les courants et les glaces demeurent les principaux agents d'érosion du marais intertidal, on croit qu'une partie de l'érosion récente qui affecte le shorre de Montmagny est liée à l'action des oies.

In this work, we investigated granular activated carbons Norit 1240 (AC) – initial and spent (SAC) with adsorbed impurities after purification of technical glycerin and subsequent washing with water. The aim of the work was to establish the optimal conditions for the thermal regeneration of AC at the pyrolysis unit and to quantify the adsorbed impurities in the SAC using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). For all AC samples, the specific surface area (S), adsorption activity on iodine and mass fraction of moisture were measured. It was established by the TGA method that water is released in the temperature range of 20 – 180 °C, and glycerin – 180 – 400 °C. Spent AC contains up to 31.3 wt. % H2O and up to 37.3 wt. % C3H5(OH)3. The pyrolysis reactor was used for the regeneration of SAC samples. It was shown that after the reactivation of SACs, their specific surface area is restored to 45-94% of the initial one. There is a weak correlation between S and iodine number, R=0.64. Adsorption activity for iodine and S increase in the same row ACspent > ACregenerated > ACinitial. As a result of regeneration, activated carbons suitable for reuse were obtained.

The catalytic system, that mimets catalase enzyme such as “multilayer graphene oxide /peroxide molecule” in aqueous media was investigated. The main factors that influence on catalyst’s effectiveness were determining. The catalytic activity of as-synthesized multilayered graphene oxides, and their modified forms (oxidized and nitrogen doped) were investigated in the decomposition of hydrogen peroxides at room temperature and physiological pHs by measuring the volume of released gases. A phosphate buffer with a pH of 5 to 8 was chosen as the reaction medium. The original and modified samples were characterized using XPS, TPD-MS, Boehm titration analyses. The effect of surface chemistry on the catalytic reaction proceeding has been studied. It was found that catalysis on the graphene plane is determined by the presence of heteroatoms in their structure. The catalytic process takes place in the kinetic zone over the entire accessible surface of the samples. The active sites of the catalysts contain a large amount of both nitrogen and oxygen-containing functional groups. In addition, the surface of graphene oxide is hydrophilic, which enhances the catalytic reaction in an aqueous medium. It has been established that the rate of hydrogen peroxide decomposition by reduced graphene oxide samples is lower than for samples modified with oxygen and nitrogen. The catalase-like activity of graphene increases in alkaline pH up to 7.8. Studies have shown that samples of multilayer graphenes with a high content of functional groups can be an alternative to the catalase enzyme as a catalyst for the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in physiological solutions.

The prevalence of tin compounds, economic affordability and non-toxicity determine its wide range of applications. Modern scientific literature on the properties, methods of preparation and application of tin nanooxide is analyzes in review. Its main characteristics and structural features are described. The ability of tin cations to be in two oxidation states, the ease of reduction of Sn+4 to Sn+2 and reverse oxidation, determines the redox properties of the SnO2 surface. In addition to stable oxides Sn4+ and Sn2,+ the existence of a homologous series of Snn+1O2n metastable compounds is assumed. It is proved that four-coordinated Sn+2 cations on the SnO2 surface can coexist only with oxygen vacancies in the immediate environment. Such cationic sites have the properties of strong Lewis acids and are highly reactive. Computer simulation of the SnO2 crystal surface allows us to propose a number of catalytic activity of SnO2 surfaces: (110) < (001) < (100) < (101). Preparation methods and synthesis parameters (nature and type of precursor, stabilizing agent and solvent, duration and temperature of the reaction, pH of the reaction mixture, etc.) determine the physicochemical properties of nanoparticles (shape, size, morphology and degree of crystallinity). The main (sol-gel, precipitation and coprecipitation, CVD, spray pyrolysis, hydrothermal, “green”) and less common (detonation, electric discharge) methods of nano-SnO2 obtaining are analyzed in the work. A variety of methods of synthesis and conditions makes it possible to obtain SnO2 nanoparticles with desired properties, which determine the activity of tin oxide in redox reactions, namely: nanosize and morphology of particles with prevalence of the most reactive faces - (100) і (101). Among the methods that do not require complex hardware design, one can dwell on the methods of sol-gel, "green" and coprecipitation. Tin oxide is traditionally used as an abrasive for polishing metal, glass and ceramic products. The transition to nanosized particles allows this material to reversibly absorb and release oxygen, which has determined its use in the design of gas-sensitive and biosensors, the creation of solar cells, fuel cells, lithium-ion batteries, oxidation catalysts, transparent and photoconductors. The multivalence and the presence of oxygen vacancies on the surface of tin oxide nanoparticles, the ease and speed of penetration into the cell membrane give nano-SnO2 properties of medicinal preparations, which makes it possible to use it in biomedical technologies for the treatment of diseases associated with oxidative stress lesions. The size, concentration of nanoparticles and modification of their surface are the key factors of influence, which usually intensify the antimicrobial, antibacterial, antitumor and antioxidant activity of the material.

RésuméDifférents produits chimiques naturels et d’origine industrielle présentent une activité endocrinienne. Ces composés sont susceptibles d’agir sur le système endocrinien des animaux et des êtres humains (altération ou déficiences des fonctions reproductrices, occurrence de tumeurs malignes, etc.). De nos jours, il reste de nombreuses questions en suspens (ampleur de la contamination, devenir dans l’environnement, etc.) et le caractère persistant de ces substances en fait un problème majeur pour les générations futures. De plus, plusieurs études ont montré que les estrogènes naturels (tels que l’estrone, le 17β‑estradiol et l’estriol) et l’estrogène synthétique (17α‑éthinylestradiol) sont les composés les plus oestrogéniques présents dans les effluents de stations de traitement des eaux usées. En conséquence, ces estrogènes peuvent rejoindre les eaux de surfaces et les contaminer. En effet, des concentrations aussi faibles que 0,1 ng/L peuvent provoquer des effets oestrogéniques chez les organismes aquatiques exposés. Cette revue s’est donc concentrée sur la présence de ces types de composé dans les eaux de surface et usées, et plusieurs procédés de traitement sont discutés par rapport à leur capacité d’enlèvement des estrogènes. Ainsi, le traitement primaire seul ne permet pas l’enlèvement des estrogènes des eaux usées, alors qu’un traitement secondaire à boue activée réduit généralement les quantités d’estrogènes. Les procédés dits avancés montrent un potentiel élevé pour l’enlèvement des estrogènes, bien qu’ils peuvent former des sous-produits oestrogéniques et/ou cancérigènes. Finalement, les systèmes enzymatiques pourraient être des procédés innovateurs pour le traitement des estrogènes, puisqu’ils montrent un potentiel élevé pour l’enlèvement des composés aromatiques dans les eaux usées.

In this paper, the nature of the chemical activity of pyrolyzed nanostructured carbon materials (PNCM), in particular active carbon (AC), in reactions of electron transfer considered from a single position, reflecting the priority role of paramagnetic centers and edge defunctionaled carbon atoms of carbon microcristallites (CMC) due to pyrolysis of precursors. Clusters in the form of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with open (OES) and closed (CES) electronic shells containing terminal hydrogen atoms (or their vacancies) and different terminal functional groups depending on specific model reactions of radical recombination, combination, replacement and elimination were used to model of nanographenes (NG) and CM. Quantum-chemical calculations of molecular models of NG and CMC and heat effects of model reactions were performed in frames of the density functional theory (DFT) using extended valence-splitted basis 6-31G(d) with full geometry optimization of concrete molecules, ions, radicals and NG models. The energies of boundary orbitals were calculated by means of the restricted Hartry-Fock method for objects with closed (RHF) and open (ROHF) electronic shells. The total energies of small negative ions (HOO-, HO-) and anion-radical О2•‾) were given as the sum of calculated total energies of these compounds and their experimental electron affinities. The estimation of probability of considered chemical transformations was carried out on the base on the well-known Bell-Evans-Polyani principle about the inverse correlation of the thermal effects of reactions and its activation energies. It is shown that the energy gap ΔЕ (energy difference of boundary orbitals levels) in simulated nanographens should depend on a number of factors: the periphery structure of models, its size and shape, the number and nature of various structural defects, electronic states of NG. When considering possible chemical transformations on the AC surface, rectangular models of NG were used, for which the simple classification by type and number of edge structural elements of the carbon lattice was proposed. Quantum chemical calculations of molecular models of NG and CNC and the energy of model reactions in frames of DTF showed that the chemisorption of free radicals (3O2 and N•O), as recombination at free radical centers (FRC), should occur with significant heat effects. Such calculations give reason to believe that FRC play an important role in formation of the functional cover on the periphery of NG in CMC of studied materials. On the base of of cluster models of active carbon with OES new ideas about possible reactions mechanisms of radical-anion О2•‾ formation and decomposition of hydrogen peroxide on the surface of active carbon are offered. Explanation of increased activity of AC reduced by hydrogen in H2O2 decomposition is given. It is shown that these PNCM models, as first of all AC, allow to adequately describe their semiconductor nature and acid-base properties of such materials.

De manera que este sector todavía requiere un mayor esfuerzo de reconversión si quiere mejorar su competitividad, lo que, en principio, puede tener importantes efectos negativos en cuanto que supone la desaparición de un número importante de empresas pequeñas así como pérdidas de empleo. Il s'agit d'une activité qui, dans les demieres années, a subi des changements importants pour s'adapter aux conditions de la Communauté Européenne. L’EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor) est l’une des molécules les plus étudiées en biologie. Depuis son identification précoce et son clonage jusqu’à la découverte de son rôle dans le cancer, ces analyses ont été à la pointe de notre compréhension des récepteurs à activité tyrosine kinase et des signaux cellulaires qui médient l’homéostasie, mais qui, une fois surexprimés, facilitent la tumorigenèse. Si les fonctions biologiques de l’EGFR impliquent traditionnellement l’activation d’un réseau de signalisation à partir de la membrane plasmique, un autre mode de signalisation de l’EGFR a été mis en évidence dans lequel l’EGFR est transporté après endocytose de la surface cellulaire vers le noyau, où il agit comme régulateur transcriptionnel, transmet des signaux et intervient dans de multiples fonctions biologiques, notamment la prolifération cellulaire, la progression tumorale, la réparation et la réplication de l’ADN et la résistance aux thérapies anti-cancéreuses. Dans cette revue nous résumerons les connaissances actuelles sur le réseau de signalisation nucléaire de l’EGFR, en nous attachant à son acheminement au noyau, ses fonctions dans le noyau et à l’influence de celles-ci sur la progression du cancer, la survie et la réponse au traitement.

Based on the analysis of the spectra, it has been found that compounds of flavonoid nature, binding to cell membranes, change not in all cases the fluidity of membrane lipids depending on the cell type. Obviously, vascular tissue cells are a kind of "target cells" for these substances, i.e. there is a selectivity of flavonoids to certain tissues of organs. A particularly noticeable increase in the lipid fluidity of membranes was observed due to the addition of flavonoid glycosides - hyperoside, stachanoaceside and liquiritin to segments of venous tissue, which correlated with the high affinity of these substances to liposomes. The addition to the vessels of the metabolite quercetin - chalcone also led to a sharp increase in the lipid fluidity of cells of arterial and venous tissue, what suggests the presence of biological activity in flavonoid metabolites. One of the mechanisms of increasing the resistance of arterial and venous vessels under the action of flavonoid substances is an increase in the lipid fluidity of cell membranes of these vessels, which reduces the fragility of blood vessels and increases their flexibility and elasticity. The apparent contradiction between the rapid metabolism of many flavonoids in animals and the prolonged pharmacological action can be explained by the capability of their metabolites, such as chalcone, to increase the lipid fluidity of vascular cell membranes, changing their resistance to external influences. Reducing the fragility of the pulmonary vessels and increasing their flexibility and elasticity can have a positive effect on a human body in the fight against coronavirus.

Composite systems with certain cytotoxic (AM1/lectin) and adsorption (AM1/gelatin) activity have been developed on the basis of methyl silica and protein molecules – lectin and gelatin. For both types of composites, mechanisms of water binding to the surface and methods of transferring of hydrophobic materials into the aquatic environment have been investigated. The state of interfacial water in air, organic and acid media was studied. It has been found that the presence of a hydrophobic component in composites stabilizes of surface water in a weakly associated state, when a significant part of water molecules does not form hydrogen bonds. Liquid hydrophobic medium enhances this effect, and the strong acid (trifluoroacetic), added to it, promotes the transition of water to a strongly associated state. It has been shown that the redistribution of water in the interparticle intervals of AM1 with protein molecules immobilized on their surface changes under the influence of mechanical loads. Mechanoactivated samples are characterized by the possibility of water penetration into the spaces between the primary particles of methyl silica. It has been shown that immobilization of lectin on the surface of AM1 is accompanied by an increase in the interfacial energy gS from 4.1 to 5.2 J/g. This is due to an increase in the concentration of strongly bound water. If we analyze the changes in the distributions of radii R of the clusters of adsorbed water, we can state that in the water adsorbed by native lectin molecules, there are two main maxima at R = 1 and 3 nm. In the immobilized state, the maximum at R = 1 nm is present in both types of water (of different order), but the second maximum is observed only for more ordered associates.

The purpose of the review is to find, generalize and analyze scientific data related to the specifics of the interaction of chemotherapeutic official drugs and nanocomposites based on them with malignant cells and tumors, primarily characterized by the emergence of drug resistance, the determination of promising directions and ways to overcome it, and the creation of new effective nanocomposite remedies for use in antitumor chemotherapy. The given data indicate the relevance of the topic. Targeted studies of the resistance of malignant cells and neoplasms to chemotherapeutic drugs have been carried out since the 1990s. The majority of works were performed according to the methodology, that involves the traditional use of chemotherapeutic drugs. In these works, the principle of the multifactorial nature of resistance was determined, the processes and mechanisms of its implementation were studied, related to the reduction of the accumulation of the chemotherapeutic drug in cells, the increase in the activity of detoxification systems, the strengthening of DNA repair processes, the reduction of apoptosis, and autophagy. A number of promising substances and influencing factors contributing to overcoming of resistance have been identified. However, the discovered ways to overcome the resistance of malignant cells and neoplasms to the corresponding drugs are at the stages of laboratory, preclinical, or, in the best case, clinical research. At the same time, it is not excluded that the use of the latest highly effective chemotherapeutic drugs will lead to the emergence of new mechanisms of resistance. Thus, at this time the results of research on the traditional use of chemotherapeutic drugs constitute a significant fundamental and practically important development regarding the determination of mechanisms of drug resistance, however, the problem of its medicinal overcoming remains far from being solved, and the used approaches give the impression of dead ends. With the development of nanotechnology, new scientific directions have been initiated and a significant amount of researches has been carried out, devoted to the creation and search for promising applications in oncology of nanocomposites based on bioinert, biocompatible and bioactive nanoparticle materials and modern chemotherapeutic drugs. It should be emphasized that all these works contain data indicating the advantages of introducing nanocomposite drugs into clinical practice, compared to the use of chemotherapeutic drugs in traditional forms. Against this background, purposeful researches are distinguished carried out by scientists of O.O. Chuiko Institute of Surface Chemistry of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and R.E. Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the field of creation of modern polyfunctional nanocomposite chemotherapeutic agents for use in antitumor therapy, capable of overcoming drug resistance of malignant cells and neoplasms. So, at O.O. Chuiko Institute of Surface Chemistry of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the first time magnetic fluids were synthesized containing antitumor drugs cisplatin, doxorubicin, gemcitabine, corresponding antibodies, their physicochemical properties were studied, and parameters for standardization were determined. At R.E. Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine the antitumor properties of magnetic fluids were studied. On the basis of magnetic fluid with cisplatin, the first native magnetosensitive oncological drug "Feroplat" has been proposed, which has no analogues in the world. Feroplat is a standardized tool for increasing the effectiveness of chemotherapy and overcoming drug resistance of malignant neoplasms, intended for the delivery of cytostatics directly to the tumor tissue. This ensures its maximum entry into the cells and helps to increase the therapeutic effect. In order to introduce "Feroplat" into production and clinical practice, its preclinical tests were successfully performed. The analysis of the given data indicates the priority of works in the field of creation of new nanocomposite chemotherapeutic drugs for use in antitumor therapy, capable of overcoming drug resistance of malignant cells and neoplasms. The facts of overcoming the drug resistance of malignant neoplasms to cisplatin with the new native oncological drug "Feroplat", as well as high indicators of cytotoxic / cytostatic activity of nanobiocomposites based on saline solution, magnetite and cisplatin, doxorubicin, gemcitabine, etc., may indicate the fundamental need to change approaches to the use of modern antitumor chemotherapeutic agents – by replacing their traditional molecular forms with appropriate nanocomposite forms.

The aim of the work is to study the adsorption properties of nanosized magnetite (Fe3O4) and nanocomposites based on it capable of sorption of Hg2+ ions from aqueous solutions. The direction of research includes the synthesis of nanoscale single-domain magnetite as a magnetosensitive carrier, modification of its surface with a biocompatible coating. The following samples were synthesized for research: Fe3O4, Fe3O4/SiO2 and Fe3O4/DMSA (meso-2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid), Fe3O4/SiO2/DMSA. Coatings known for their biocompatibility with the environment of a living organism were used to modify the surface of magnetite nanoparticles, in particular, tetraethoxysilane and DMSA. Adsorption of Hg2+ ions on the surface of magnetite and nanocomposites (NCs) was carried out in an aqueous medium in the concentration range С0 = 1,0 – 40,0 mg/l (g = 0,03 g, V = 5 ml, pH = 2,7 ) for 1 hour at room temperature. The concentration of Hg2+ ions before and after adsorption was determined photometrically in the form of monosubstituted dithizonate at a wavelength of 490 nm. The pHIIP value of the surface of the synthesized nanocomposites was determined, and the dependence of the sorption activity on the pH level and the isoionic point of the surface in the range of pH= 2 – 9 was established. To study the kinetics of sorption, a solution with a concentration of Hg2+ = 36 mg/l and pH = 2,7 was used, with a contact time of 15 – 180 minutes. The kinetics and isotherm of sorption were analyzed using kinetic equations and models that take into account the contribution of the chemical reaction to the sorption process. It was established that the kinetics of sorption of Hg2+ ions corresponds to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model. Sorption isotherms correspond to the Freundlich model. The obtained data can be useful in the creation of magnetically controlled sorption materials for the extraction of Hg2+ ions from aqueous solutions and biological fluids.

This review is analyzed the state of modern literature on the nanoceria based materials application as components for solid oxide fuel cells. The principle of operation of fuel cells, their classification and the difference in the constructions of fuel cells are described. The unique redox properties of nanosized cerium oxide make this material promising for application as components for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC). Because of high ionic conductivity, high coefficient of thermal expansion and low activation energy at relatively low temperatures, cerium-containing materials are widely used as a solid electrolyte. On the surface of nanosized CeO2 there many surface defects (which is determined by the concentration of oxygen vacancies) that lead to the electronic conductivity increases even at temperatures (300 - 700 °C). The concentration of surface defects can be increased by doping the surface of nanoceria by divalent and trivalent cations. The ionic and electrical properties of the obtained nanocomposites dependent from synthesis methods, ionic radii and concentration of doping cations. It is explained the effect of the transition in the size of cerium oxide particles in the nanoscale region on the concentration of surface defects and defects in the sample structure. Particular attention is paid to the effect of doping nanosized CeO2 by transition metal cations and lanthanides on the characteristics of the obtained material, namely, on the increase of concentration of surface defects due to the increase of oxygen vacancies. It is established that nanosized cerium oxide is used for the development and implementation of the main components of SOFC: electrolyte, anode and cathode. Advantages of using solid electrolytes based on nanosized cerium oxide over the classical electrolytes are listed. It was shown that doping of cerium oxide by double and triple cations lead to increase the ionic conductivity and reduces the activation energy and has a positive effect on its characteristics as a SOFC electrolyte. Composites, based on nanoscaled cerium oxide, are actively developed and studied for use as electrodes of solid oxide fuel cells. Cerium-containing anodes are resistant to the deposition of carbon and fuel impurities, increase the catalytic activity of solid oxide fuel cells, and compatible with other components. Nanosized cerium oxide particles are sprayed onto the cathode to prevent the cathode from interacting with the electrolyte. The prospects for the use of cerium-containing materials for the conversion of chemical energy of fuel into electrical energy are analyzed.

The review material belongs to the scientific and practical issues related to the interdisciplinary direction on the border of nanotechnology, surface chemistry and physics, biology and medicine and is based on the use of natural components in the composition of iron-containing bioactive nanocomposites and magnetic fluids in creating effective vector systems for antitumor therapy with minimized side effects on the human body and improved compatibility with other drugs. Such natural components, which have unique properties, significant and not yet realized potential opportunities for practical use, include, in particular, lectins. The aim of the work is to select and analyze the results of works on the extraction of lectins, the study of their properties and application in biology and medicine. Lectins are a group of substances of protein nature (proteins and glycoproteins) of non-immune origin, which have the ability to reversely and selectively bind carbohydrates and carbohydrate determinants of biopolymers without changes in covalent structure and recognize them with extremely high specificity. Due to this property, they are an ideal tool for reading of code in the structure of specific sugar epitopes on the surface of all cells. Lectins are substances of primary synthesis and are present in all kingdoms, types and classes of living organisms. They mediate cellular communication at the molecular level and are involved in many physiological and pathophysiological processes. Pathogenic bacteria and viruses use lectins to attach to the host tissue, which is one of the prerequisites for the development of infection. Blocking of specific pathogen adhesion with lectin inhibitors is the basis of anti-adhesive therapy, an alternative method of treatment of infections caused by multidrug-resistant bacterial strains. Numerous lectins show antitumor activity and are being studied as potential antitumor drugs. To date, they have found practical application in a number of specialized medical fields, such as histology (detection of carbohydrate structures on the surface of cells and tissues), diagnosis of immunodeficiency and chromosomal abnormalities, transplantology (separation of blood cells and lymphoid cells with different antigenic properties). The prospect of use of lectins in the purification of blood from viruses, pathologically altered glycoproteins, in the targeted delivery of drugs to normal or pathologically altered cells and tissues of the body or to infectious agents is considered very significant. The combination of properties of lectins and magnetically sensitive iron-containing nanocomposites in the composition of magnetic fluids for use in oncology is considered relevant and promising.

The aim of the work is the synthesis of nanodispersed phosphors based on lanthanum fluoride and phosphate, activated by terbium (LaF3:Tb3+ and LaРО4:Tb3+, respectively), promising for use in photodynamic therapy and optopharmacology, the study of their structural properties and luminescence spectra when excited by ultraviolet and X-ray radiation, as well as the possibility of their use in the composition of nanocomposites with magnetically sensitive nanosized Fe3O4 carriers and bioactive glass 60S. Nanocrystalline lanthanum fluoride and phosphate of hexagonal syngonium were synthesized, activated with terbium. The structural properties, chemical activity and biocompatibility of the surface, UV and X-ray luminescence spectra of the synthesized crystals were studied. The possibility of their use in the composition of nanocomposites with magnetically sensitive nanosized drug carriers and bioactive sol-gel glass is shown. The acid-base nature of the surface active centers of LaF3 and LaF3:Tb3+ NPs has been revealed. The proportions of negatively a––, positively a+ charged and neutral a0 active centers were calculated in the range of pH 2.4 – 12.7. The identified active surface centers can be represented by acidic (La3+) and basic (F-) Lewis centers, as well as basic Brønsted centers (OH- groups). The obtained data can be useful in optimizing the conditions of adsorption immobilization from a physiological solution of molecules of photosensitive substances (sensitizers) on the surface of phosphors based on lanthanum fluoride. Ensembles of particles of magnetically sensitive Fe3O4/LaF3:Tb3+ NCs of core-shell type were synthesized. The conditions of synthesis of NCs did not significantly change the magnetic properties of their cores – the initial single-domain Fe3O4 NPs. Composites of bioglass 60S with nanodispersed crystalline LaF3:Tb3+ and LaPO4:Tb3+ in the dry state and in distilled water medium demonstrated the presence of luminescence when excited by UV and X-ray radiation. The given data indicate the prospects of research of nanodispersed phosphors based on lanthanum fluoride and phosphate, their composites with magnetically sensitive nanosized carriers and bioactive glass, for use in optopharmacology and photodynamic therapy of tumor diseases, in particular, localized in organs of skull and bone tissues. In addition, research results can be useful for technical applications, in particular, in the creation of fluorescent detectors of high-energy electromagnetic radiation, development of photo- and optoelectronic devices, etc.

RÉSUMÉ Un nouveau type de coulées de pierraille, les coulées de pierres glacées (CPG), a été observé en activité sur un long talus d'éboulis (640 m) de schiste du nord de la Gaspésie. Située en contexte maritime, par 50° de latitude nord, la région possède un climat tempéré humide à hiver froid. Les CPG correspondent à des coulées de pierraille superficielles, sans matrice (openwork), dont la progression est facilitée par l'existence d'une mince pellicule de glace autour des pierres, réduisant ainsi le frottement. Du point de vue dynamique, les CPG s'apparentent aux grain flows. Leur dynamique a été reconstituée grâce : (1) à l'observation de CPG déclenchées artificiellement; (2) à l'étude de CPG naturelles observées en mouvement au cours de l'hiver 1989-90; (3) à l'analyse morphosédimentologique détaillée des dépôts qui en résultent (cartographie à grande échelle, granulomere, fabriques). Déclenchées le plus souvent par les pierres qui mitraillent le haut du talus, elles démarrent juste au pied de la paroi, sur des pentes comprises entre 40° et 42°. Larges de 1 à 3 m, elles avancent par vagues successives à raison de 4,5 m • sec"' en moyenne. Observées à six reprises au cours de l'hiver 1989-90, elles se produisent quand les talus sont déneigés et que les températures quotidiennes oscillent autour du point de congélation. Les plus longues, survenues au printemps, ont parcouru plus de 500 m, pénétrant sur une centaine de mètres dans la forêt qui recouvre la partie inférieure du talus d'éboulis. Elles se sont arrêtées dans un secteur où la pente générale du versant est de 28°-30°. Les CPG façonnent à la surface du talus des chenaux peu profonds, bordés de levées, prolongés par des lobes terminaux à galets fortement imbriqués. En 1989-90, les CPG ont touché 40 % de la surface totale du talus étudié, soit 65 000 m2 environ. Traduit en flux, le volume de débris mobilisé en 1989-90 atteint 4,7 m3-m"'.

Résumé Dans ce travail nous présentons une méthode d’évaluation et de cartographie de la vulnérabilité à la pollution des eaux souterraines. Pour cela, nous avons introduit un indice de vulnérabilité Iv en considérant trois paramètres caractérisant le transfert d’un polluant depuis la surface sol jusqu’à la nappe. Il s’agit du temps de transit T via la zone de couverture, le degré d’épuration C’p/Cp (le rapport de la concentration C’p de l’eau en polluant à l’arrivée au niveau de la nappe par rapport à la concentration initiale Cp de l’eau polluante) et le degré de recharge R’/R (rapport de la recharge efficace par rapport à la recharge potentielle). Cet indice représente la somme pondérée de l’effet de ces trois paramètres sur la vulnérabilité. Les paramètres temps de transit et degré d’épuration ont été approchés par l’intermédiaire des vitesses de filtration, du pouvoir épurateur et des épaisseurs caractérisant les différentes couches de la zone de couverture. Le degré de recharge est estimé par le bilan hydrique, tandis que les pondérateurs des trois paramètres ont été déterminés par des tests de sensibilité suivis d’analyses de régression linéaire multiple réalisées sur des puits témoins. Cette méthode a été appliquée à la plaine du Gharb (Maroc) connue pour son système hydraulique complexe et une intense activité agricole. Ainsi, une carte de vulnérabilité intrinsèque et des cartes thématiques ont été établies pour ladite plaine en utilisant un Système d’Information Géographique (SIG).

Samples of mechanically activated quartz sand powder were obtained by grinding on a planetary ball mill to different specific surface values (1200-3000 m2/kg). For these dispersed systems, the surface activity criterion (kS) was calculated as a value equal to the ratio of the free surface energy of the system to its total potential value (specific mass energy of atomization). It is established that the value of this criterion does not depend linearly on the time parameters of mechanical dispersion of the initial samples. The kS parameter is recommended for evaluating the effectiveness of the process of mechanical activation of rocks.

Le coticule est une roche métamorphique d’âge ordovicien uniquement présente dans la partie sud du Massif de Stavelot sur les communes de Vielsalm et Lierneux. Il se présente en couches d’épaisseur centimétrique constituées de cristaux micrométriques de spessartite, de microphyllites de micas, ainsi que de quartz inframicrométriques. Ses propriétés exceptionnelles d’affilage du métal (rasoir, tranchant mince, tranchant large, tranchant courbe) ont valu à cette pierre abrasive naturelle une renommée et une distribution mondiales (barbier, circonciseur, chirurgien, boucher, menuisier, ébéniste, arboriculteur, jardinier, viticulteur, mégissier, carrossier…). Exploité et façonné depuis le 16ème siècle, le coticule s’exporta sous forme de pierre à aiguiser (alias pierre à rasoir), de « bouts belges » et de formes spéciales. Il fut exploité artisanalement, d’abord à partir de la surface, dans des trous et des tranchées, puis ensuite par galeries souterraines, suivant l’évolution des techniques d’extraction, d’éclairage et d’exhaure. Le matériau était scié, mis à dimensions standardisées et poli. Ces opérations étaient réalisées primitivement chez l’exploitant avant que ne naissent des ateliers et l’engagement de personnel (hommes, femmes et enfants). Le nombre élevé de modèles, les différentes étapes de fabrication entièrement manuelles, le faible rendement (2-5%), la concurrence des pierres synthétiques, la disparition d’une partie de la clientèle au lendemain de la seconde guerre mondiale ont sonné le glas de cette activité unique. Située à Lierneux, une carrière à ciel ouvert exploite encore aujourd’hui le coticule et l’essentiel de sa production est exportée vers les Etats-Unis d’Amérique. Les anciennes galeries d’extraction, aujourd’hui le refuge hivernal de populations de chauve-souris, sont considérées comme des cavités d’intérêt scientifique. Enfin le Musée du coticule de Salmchâteau (Vielsalm) présente cette industrie manufacturière au destin mondial.

Using Geant4 toolkit the changes of the flux density and of the dose rates of the secondary cosmic radiation at the heights up to 50 m from the land surface (at a depth of atmosphere about 1030 g/cm²) and depending on solar magnetic activity were estimated. For changes of Wolf’s number (sunspots) in the range of 0 — 200 the flux density of reflected from air and the soil g- and b- particles changes from 5.7 to 7 and 0.10 – 0.13 m-²s-¹ respectively, for energy from 0 keV to several units of GeV in the ground atmosphere on one meter from the earth. These estimates are much lower than those estimates, for radiation created by the soil and atmospheric radionuclides, which had been received earlier. In comparison with a contribution of radionuclides of the soil of flux density of secondary cosmic radiation about 0.01% and 0.1%, for gamma and beta radiation respectively. The received assessment of the dose rate transferred by secondary cosmic radiation about 0.7% from rate of the formed by soil’s radionuclides. In addition, an assessment of change in characteristics of secondary cosmic radiation depending on the level of solar magnetic activity presented in work. It is found that change of radiometric and dosimetric characteristics of secondary cosmic radiation depending on solar magnetic activity can be over 40%. It well repeats the changes of a dose found during a transcontinental flight. We found that the optimal average energy of spectrum of primary protons is 2.7 GeV. We can apply this feature to standards to find the most intensive periods of a secondary space gamma radiation and to use them in the experimental data, without involving the use of the Geant4. We have not found any significant contribution of secondary cosmic radiation reflected from the earth’s surface. This allows us to refuse from taking into account the soil layer in the model. С помощью инструментария Geant4 было произведено моделирование плотности потока и мощности дозы вторичного космического излучения на высотах до 50 м от поверхности земли (на глубине атмосферы около 1030 г/см²) и оценена их зависимость от солнечной магнитной активности. Для чисел Вольфа (количества пятен) в диапазоне от 0 до 200, плотность потока отраженных от воздуха и почвы g- и b-частиц изменялась от 5.7 до 7 и 0.10 — 0.13 м-²с-¹ соответственно для энергии от 0 кэВ до нескольких единиц ГэВ в приземной атмосфере на расстоянии одного метра от земли. Эти оценки намного ниже полученных ранее оценок для излучения, создаваемого почвенными и атмосферными радионуклидами. В сравнении с вкладом радионуклидов почвы в плотность потока, вклад вторичного космического излучения составляет около 0.01% и 0.1% для гамма- и бета-излучения соответственно. Полученная оценка мощности дозы, передаваемой вторичным космическим излучением, составляет около 0.7% от мощности дозы от радионуклидов из почвы. Кроме того, в работе представлена оценка изменения характеристик вторичного космического излучения в зависимости от уровня солнечной магнитной активности. Установлено, что изменение радиометрических и дозиметрических характеристик вторичного космического излучения в зависимости от солнечной магнитной активности может превышать 40%. Полученные результаты позволяют отказаться от учета слоя почвы в представленной модели.

An ideal strain for crude oil degradation in saline soils would be one with high salt-tolerance. A novel bacterial strain, Serratia sp. BF40, was isolated from crude oil contaminated saline soils. Its salt-tolerance, surface activity and ability to degrade crude oil in saline soils were evaluated. It can grow in liquid culture with NaCl concentration less than 6.0%. Its surface activity characterized as an efficient surface tension reduction, was significantly affected by salinity above 2.0%. BF40 inoculation could decrease surface tension of soil solutions and facilitate crude oil removal in soils with 0.22–1.20% salinity, but the efficiency was both significantly lower than its biosurfactant addition. The BF40 strain has a high potential for biodegradation of crude oil contaminated saline soils in view of its high surface activity and salt-tolerance, which is the first report of biosurfactant producing by the genus Serratia for petroleum degrading. We suggest that biosurfactant addition is an efficient strategy. Simultaneously, the growing status of the strain and how to boost its surface activity in saline soils should deserve further studies in order to achieve a continuous biosurfactant supply.
