Abstract:
A hazardous release accident taking place within the complex morphology of an urban setting could cause grave damage both to the population’s safety and to the environment. An unpredicted accident constitutes a complicated physical phenomenon with unanticipated outcomes. This is because, in the event of an unforeseen accident, the dispersion of the hazardous materials exhausted in the environment is determined by unstable parameters such as the wind flow and the complex turbulent diffusion around urban blocks of buildings. Our case study focused on a diesel pool fire accident that occured between an array of nine cubical buildings. The accident was studied with a Large eddy Simulation model based on the Fire Dynamics Simulation method. This model was successfully compared against the nine cubes of the Silsoe experiment. The model’s results were used for the determination of the immediately dangerous to life or health smoke zones of the accident. It was found that the urban geometry defined the hazardous gasses dispersion, thus increasing the toxic mass concentration around the buildings.

Abstract:
Mountainous freeways always suffer from accidents due to special terrain, weather conditions, driving environment, and so on. Based on the records of 898 accidents that occurred on mountainous freeways in Chongqing during the past 6 years, the partial proportional odds model is used to identify the factors affecting the accident severity. The time of the accident, season, involvement of trucks, accident characteristics, speeding, maximum driving experience of involved drivers, and weather and road conditions are found to be important for the levels of accident severity. Zero to 6 a.m. and 19 to 24 p.m. are the times prone to serious traffic accidents. The probability of serious traffic accidents in summer and autumn is greater than that in spring and winter. Once a truck is involved in an accident, the consequence is often more severe. Turnover and speeding will result in a grave accident. When there is an experienced driver, the probability of serious traffic accidents is low. The fog is extremely unfavorable weather conditions. The probability of serious accident happening in the downgrade, ramp, curve, bridge, and tunnel sections is greater than the others. The results aim to provide valuable reference for traffic safety on mountainous freeways.

Abstract:
The enforcement of the Severe Accident Punishment Act will be implemented from January 27, 2022, and it is expected for the protection of fundamental rights at work and the responsibility of the corporations about homicide by negligence to be reinforced. Accordingly, this study intends to base on the corporate homicide by negligence in the United Kingdom that was implemented in 2007 to consider the case by focusing on the limits after the execution of the act and provide base data for the establishment of safety rights for the laborers of the future society in South Korea. Based on the case in the United Kingdom, the points that were criticized included the following; first, the fewer cases of indictment than expected, second, the limits in holding subjects accountable for responsibility, and third, difficulties in vindicating the severe ‘infringement.’ This is considered as a limit that could occur in South Korea followed by the implementation of the Severe Accident Punishment Act.

Abstract:
Flight accidents arising from aviation activities are often due to various factors. Most of the accidents do not trigger criminal responsibility. In China, only when an act constitutes an offence for causing a serious flight accident will the criminal responsibility be imposed. Crime for causing a serious flight accident refers to an act by an airman who, by violating the rules and regulations, has caused a serious accident resulting in grave consequences. To determine whether this offence has been committed, it is essential that the subject of crime, the object of crime, the subjective aspects of crime (mens rea), and the objective aspects of crime (actus reus) all exist to meet the criteria stipulated by the provisions of the Criminal Code. Because of the peculiarity of the aviation industry, utmost care should be taken in practice to make a clear distinction between a criminal and noncriminal act. To ensure appropriate judicial operation, it is suggested to amend the provisions in the current criminal law relating to this crime.

Abstract:
AbstractIntroduction:Maxillofacial injuries are common among polytraumatized patients, and in Nigeria, the incidence seems to be on the increase. This probably is related to the drive of industrialization and the increase in the number of road traffic accidents. Delays in attending to severe maxillofacial injuries can be grave because of concomitant injuries that can be life threatening. Methods:This is a prospective review of maxillofacial injuries in patients ≤16 years of age who were seen at the Accident and Emergency Department between October 2002 and December 2006. In all the patients, the accident and emergency physicians carried out initial resuscitation, and thereafter, they were referred to the maxillofacial unit on call. Results:A total of 611 patients with maxillofacial injuries were seen during the study period and of this, 134 (22%) were ≤16 years old. The male:female ratio was 1.1:1.0. Road traffic accident (RTA) was the most common etiological factor in 73 (54.5%) cases, while gunshot injuries accounted for 6 (4.4%) cases. Soft tissue lacerations were the most common maxillofacial injuries occurring in 90 (55.9%) cases; mandibular fractures were the most common bony injury in 17 (13.4%).Conclusions:The upsurge in maxillofacial gunshot injuries in the pediatric age group is alarming and this may be a reflection of the global changes (westernization and drug-related offenses like armed robberies) and the harsh economic conditions in this community.

Abstract:

Abstract:
Currently, water inrush accidents in China’s coal mines are mainly under control, but occasionally, grave water inrush accidents still occur, causing significant casualties and economic losses. Existing studies have primarily focused on accident statistics, and the research on the trend of accident evolution is becoming obsolete to match the current context of coal resource development. This study analyzes the water inrush accidents in China’s coal mines between 2014 and 2022. It investigated the spatial and temporal distribution of accidents, the level of accidents, and the extent to which water prevention and control measures vary by zone in coal mines. The study results showed that from 2014 to 2022, water inrush accidents in coal mines exhibited a “decline-stability-fluctuation” stage change pattern. Additionally, the location of water inrush accidents has shifted westward. Paying particular attention to preventing and controlling water disasters in coal mines within the west development zone is crucial. The water disaster accidents in China’s coal mines have been effectively controlled, but the problem of unequal levels of preventing and controlling water disasters in coal mines persists. This study can provide a reference for the safe and efficient production of coal mines and the control of the number of deaths in mine water hazard accidents.

Abstract:
The eye because of its location in the head and its proximity and neuronal connection with the brain, makes it more vulnerable in head injuries. An increase in the affordability and the attitude of younger generation has lead to the increased incidence of head injuries. Most of the times the ophthalmic manifestations are missed in early stages, where life saving assures the prime importance. This results in grave ocular complications when the patient survives.Various patterns of ophthalmic manifestations following head injury are studied. The grave situations are explored and importance of safety measures may be emphasized. All patients who sustained head injury with ophthalmic manifestations were enrolled in this study. They were subjected to thorough clinical evaluation, tests for visual acuity, color vision, examination with slit lamp, ophthalmoscope, ultrasound b scan, gonioscopy and various imaging techniques, other specialty opinion was also obtained whenever required. Distribution of cases according to the age, sex, mode of injury, laterality of the eyes was studied. Various ophthalmic presentations associated involvement of the orbital walls and cranial nerves were analyzed. Visual acuity at the time of presentation was correlated. The common mode of head injury which had considerable morbidity was found to be Road traffic accident. Precautionary measures should be initiated that may decrease these kinds of morbidities. These patients should be properly evaluated, monitored and managed.

Abstract:
Thе paper examines an individual burial of the Middle Sarmatian period discovered in mound 23, Kovalevka burial ground, Volgograd region, Russia. To study the materials the authors applied mathematical, archeological and anthropological methods, which allowed to attempt an interpretation of the specific burial posture of the individual. It was determined that there are no traces of intentional homicide of the individual and no signs of artificial devices ensuring that the body took a specific posture. So, it was concluded that at the time of the burial process, the person inside the grave chamber was alive and the sitting position was taken unconsciously in a “forced” manner, i. e. to facilitate breathing. Death was caused by asphyxiation in a confined space. The implementation of this burial or ritual had a religious and symbolic meaning and was dictated by the ethno-political situation and the traditions of the nomadic society.

Abstract:
The author examines investigative situations in cases of the death of key traffic accident participants — drivers of vehicles, as well as the procedure followed by the law enforcement bodies during the preliminary investigation. Problems arising during the pre-investigation reviews are identified, and recommendations for ensuring a comprehensive investigation and completing its key tasks are given. The author shows why it is necessary to install dashboard cameras on vehicles and to adopt this requirement at the legislative level. Special attention is paid to the traffic accidents when not only the driver, but also other participants receive grave injuries, as the key requirement here is to prove that the dead person was really driving the vehicle. The non-rehabilitating legal decisions regarding the guilty dead drivers that are made by the investigators meet objections from close relatives, and as a result criminal cases are directed to court to be considered in a general procedure.

Abstract:
To determine the impact of rurality in epidemiology, injury severity, health care facilities, length of stay, mortality, functional outcome and quality of life in severe trauma patients. All trauma patients admitted in our Emergency Room between 2001 and 2007. Data was collected from the prospective Trauma Registry and Follow-Up Registry 6 months after the accident. Patients were divided in three groups according to residence area: R (rural), SU (semi-urban) and U (urban). Sex, age, type of injury, length of stay in hospital and intensive care, anatomic severity (AIS), politrauma severity (ISS), physiologic severity (RTS), surveillance probability (TRISS index), pre-hospital care, previous admission in other hospital, intensive care admission, Euroqol and Extended Glasgow Outcome scale and mortality were studied in order to find a relation with rurality.1150 patients were analyzed (214 rural, 219 semi-urban, 717 urban). We found a statistical significant relation between rurality and pre-hospital care with rural patients having less medical approach in pre-hospital (R group: 12,2%; SU group: 17,7%; U group: 70,1%, p < 0,001), previous admission in other hospital with rural patients being more often admitted in another hospital before transfer to the trauma centre (R group: 89,2%; SU group: 85,8%; U group: 61,9%, p < 0,001) and intensive care admission (R group: 82,2%; SU group: 78,5%; U group: 72,4%, com p < 0,006). We did not find any significant relation between other variables studied namely severity and early or late outcome.Living in rural areas does not seam to give more burden of disease to severe trauma patients. Rural patients are similar to those that live in urban areas concerning epidemiology, injury severity and outcome. Despite lack of medical pre-hospital care and higher previous admission in other hospital in rural patients, mortality between groups didn't differ in our trauma centre.

Abstract:
This article aims at exploring the importance self-forgiveness to help people live a content life. Self-forgiveness is a willingness to abandon self-resentment in the face of one’s own mistake while fostering compassion, generosity, and love toward one-self. Self-forgiveness itself is still an underrated topic because there has not been a lot of research into it. This article explores the reason behind the difficulty of self-forgiveness and ways that someone can take to self-forgive. Moreover, we use Conceptual Analysis of Self-Forgiveness, a psychological approach. The finding of this article is in the form of a novella. The novella tells a story using a contemporary fantasy genre, about a girl and a boy, Luci and Von, who are struggling with their past guilt. After spending time together, Luci is able to muster up the courage to apologize which helps her forgive herself and Von also learns the truth about the accident that happened in the past then visits his dead parents’ grave which also helps him forgive himself and move on.Keywords: self-forgiveness, novella, contemporary fantasy

Abstract:
Background: Serum therapy is used in accidents intervention. After the bite, the proposed treatment is based on the snake's type and size, on symptomatology for light, moderate or grave ones. Despite serum therapy's beneficial evidence, there is the need for monitoring and systematic follow-up on the first seven days after the accident. Aim: To report the case intervention with emergence of osteomyelitis by Proteus spp. occurred five weeks immediately after the snake bite. Methods: Case report of an adolescent individual aged 17, male, bitten at the proximal third of the lower left limb (LLL) living at rural zone at Mato Grosso (MT) countryside, Brazil. Immediate intervention was made with antiphospholipid serum 20 minutes after the bite. A single dose of Benzetacil® (Benzathine benzylpenicillin) was prescribed 48 hours after the accident, associated with anti-inflammatory and corticosteroid. The patient's re-internment with antibiotic therapy after the fifth day could not prevent the osteomyelitis at the tibia bone. To solve the case, two surgical interventions were required. For data analysis, initial and final moments of exams' values were compared, concurring to the assessment by MRI imaging. Results: It was found osteomyelitis in 3,5 cm of the tibia at nuclear MRI, in the result of anterior and fibular tibial muscle culture, and on the bone fragment of the tibia, by Proteus spp bacteria. Conclusions: It is possible to conclude that, in ophidic accidents, one must take into account the possibility the immune system may not respond to the bacterian microorganisms infected on the patient, being needed administration of antibiotics for either positive and negative gram. Such measures would avoid systemic wounds, longer internments and installation of physical deficiencies with increase of health costs.

Abstract:
Since karst landform distributes widely in south China, highway and railway construction usually adopt the method of embedding long and large tunnel in great depth so that they could pass these karst areas safely. Water outburst and mud outburst accidents occurring on the stable karst area are major hazards in highway and railway construction and operation. The grave mud outburst accident occurring at the entrance of Yuanliangshan Tunnel has the following features: (1) the dissoluble rocks distribute widely, possessing a sound catchment capacity. (2) Water storage structure exists above the elevation of tunnel body; (3) feature of geologic structure and attitude of stratum in that area benefit the development of karst; (4) underground karst pipe is smooth and unobstructed. And there are certain underground rivers. (5) Besides, the thickness of water-proof layer has less power than the hydraulic pressure of ground water. (6) Karst mud outburst hazard features suddenness and concealment. Taken the example of Yuanliangshan Tunnel, the paper conducts preliminary analysis and careful calculation of the speed of karst mud outburst and its impact force, providing some research ground for disaster assessment and prevention.

Abstract:
Now a day’s, vehicle accident is becoming a critical issue all over the world, especially in Ethiopia. These vehicles have not been checked for any crash safety test specifications and are not evaluated for crashworthiness. So, it is now time to consider the safety features of Bishoftu pickup vehicles (BPV) to reduce the grave consequences for their users. This paper aimed to improve the crashworthiness of the existing Bishoftu pickup vehicle through remodeling. The structural response to a frontal collision with an existing BPV is analyzed. Based on the results obtained from the existing model, modifications are made by means of energy-absorbing components, a stable frame structure, and better crash performance. For doing the analysis software like CATIA is used for 3D modeling, and LS-DYNA is used for FEM analysis. The results show that by applying the modification, 39 kN (7.82%) of impact force is reduced and 5 kJ (3.52%) of additional energy is absorbed during the frontal collision. Finally, it can be concluded that with the modified model, the safety and crashworthiness of the BPV were greatly improved without affecting the appearance and weight of the existing one.

Abstract:
Vermal cerebellar haemorrhage is bleeding affecting the midline region of the cerebellum. It is uncommon, accounting for 5-13% of all intracerebral haemorrhages. It is a grave condition with a high mortality. The diagnosis must be made early, if not, most patients would die within 48 hours. A 70-year-old lady presented to the accident and emergency department with a six hours history of sudden onset generalized tonic-clonic seizures following activity and loss of consciousness. She was unconscious with a Glasgow coma score of 3/15 with neck stiffness, generalized hypotonia and globally diminished reflexes. Her blood pressure was 240/120 mmHg with a mean arterial pressure of 160 mmHg. The brain computerized tomographic scan showed a hyperdense area in the cerebellar vermis with extension to both hemispheres and fourth ventricle. Consciousness was regained after three weeks of conservative management following which she became extremely restless and noticed to have developed titubations with nystagmus of both eyes. She also developed intention tremors, scanning dysarthria, generalized hypotonia, dysmetria, dysdiadochokinesia and intentional bilateral tremors. Her recovery was slow and gradual. Once she was able to stand with support, she was noticed to have florid truncal ataxia, lower limbs ataxia, and titubations.

Abstract:
Addressing in part the arguments advanced by Morgan, and depending upon more recent anthropological studies from Madagascar, Sarawak, and elsewhere, it is argued in Part I that the evidence from Yangshao burials resembles that of many modern primitive peoples whose collective secondary burials were not defined by kin unit. The matrilineal view of Yangshao society is also challenged by the widespread existence of single-person burial, which appears to have both pre- and postdated, as well as co-existed with, the practice of collective burial. Similar comparative and contextual criticisms are brought to bear, in Part II, on the argument that Yangshao burial customs reveal the dominance of women. There was evidently no system in which children had to be buried with the mother, there is no evidence that the primary burial of women in multi-person collective burials was either common or prevalent, there is no evidence that single Yangshao female burials were generally more richly furnished with grave goods than those of single males. Finally, in Part III, it is shown that same-sex collective burials were rare; they reflect not social organization but the accident of several contemporary deaths. In short, none of the arguments for Yangshao matriliny are found to be adequate. At present, we lack an effective method for using burial customs to reconstruct social organization. The article ends by raising a series of methodological desiderata for future research.

Abstract:
This article deals with the peculiarities of the student protests of 1968 in Germany and their political and social consequences. Among the many protests in the West that year, they had particularly far-reaching consequences for German society. These consequences were related to the heavy legacy of the Nazis, who committed grave crimes against humanity during World War II. It is for this reason that the article places a special emphasis on overcoming the Nazi past, which played an extremely important role in the emergence and spread of youth protests in the FRG. Placing the German protests in the context of a generally rather homogeneous and synchronous protest movement in all Western countries against the old values of bourgeois society and its morals poses difficulty – it is no accident that one of the symbols of youth protest was John Lennon's single “Yesterday”. The past (“yesterday”) indeed came suddenly into the spotlight and was subjected to unrelenting criticism. But the changes in the political culture of society and its mentality were very significant. The mutation toward the triumph of leftist-liberal discourse in the West German public consciousness was so complete and total that it is possible to state, as German satirists joke, that the situation was similar to the way public opinion was controlled in the GDR. As a result, it can be rightly asserted that 1968 in the FRG was perhaps the most important reason for the triumph of left-liberal political discourse in Germany.

Abstract:

Abstract:
The incidence of endemic goiter in the Orel district of Russia has been studied in order to assess the informative value of the new WHO classification for identification of iodine deficiencies (1994). A total of 2103 children living in three rural regions, two of which were polluted with low-dose radiation after the Chernobyl accident, have been examined in 1992-1996. The incidence of goiter and thyroid dysfunction in the newborns corresponded to grave endemia, and the median of blood thyroglobulin was moderately increased in the region with the highest pollution (5 to 15 Ci/km2 for 127Cs), characterized by a slight iodine deficiency. In a less contaminated region (1 to 5 Ci/km2) with a similar level of iodine deficiency, incidence of goiter, and median of blood thyroglobulin the incidence of thyroid dysfunction in the newborns was moderate. In a pure region, despite a more evident iodine deficit and a compatible increase of the median of blood thyroglobulin, the incidence of endemic goiter and thyroid dysfunction of the newborns was the minimal. Hence, the values of the analyzed iodine deficit indicators did not correlate with the actual iodine deficiency in all the regions examined. These differences suggest a possible contribution of strumogenic factors other than iodine deficit to the formation of goiter endemia in the examined district. The detection of these factors in the environment is needed for objective evaluation of the causes and severity of the endemic process and for the development of differentiated approaches to the prevention and treatment of thyroid abnormalities in the population exposed to radiation.

Abstract:
Background. Cholangitis is the infectious disease involving the biliary tract, which may induce systemic inflammation. Bone loss is a well-known sequelae after systemic inflammatory disease, and one grave complication after osteoporosis is hip fracture. We want to know whether cholangitis can contribute to increased risk of hip fracture. Methods. All the patients diagnosed with cholangitis since January 1, 2001, to December 31, 2009, were assessed. All the subjects with cancer history, traumatic accident, and previous fracture were excluded. We selected the controls without cholangitis and matched the controls to cholangitis patients by age, sex, osteoporosis, and the use of steroid for more than 30 days by approximately 1:4 ratio. Results. There were 2735 subjects in the cholangitis cohort and 10915 in the noncholangitis cohort. There were 101 hip fractures in the cholangitis cohort with the incidence density of 7.58 per 1000 person-years. As for the noncholangitis cohort, 366 individuals suffered from hip fracture with the incidence density of 5.86 per 1000 person-years. The risk of hip fracture was higher in the cholangitis cohort with a 1.29-fold increased risk than the noncholangitis cohort (hazard ratio = 1.29, 95% confidence interval = 1.03-1.61). The association between cholangitis and the hip fracture was more prominent among subjects less than 65 years (hazard ratio = 2.65, 95% confidence interval =1.30-5.39) and the subjects without comorbidities (hazard ratio = 3.01, 95% confidence interval = 1.42-6.41). Conclusions. Cholangitis is associated with higher risk for hip fracture, especially among young subjects free from medical comorbidities.

Abstract:
The main scope of this article is to expose an effective methodology for the investigation in complex accidents that they have happened by structural complex failures, in temporary work equipment that has been used during the building on different construction sites. This methodology is based on real cases, and due to its application and development it has allowed the determination of the technical causes that has induced the mechanism for structural collapsed with the scientific severity that it is necessary in a performance of these characteristics. Accurately by the complexity that it motivates the determination of the technical causes in singular structural failures, as well as the judicial process derived from a serious accident. It is very important that it takes into account the methodology and aspects that it has to comply for what the expert report adapts to the scope and expected expectations, basically so that expert report has the scientific rigor that it allows to demonstrate by unquestioned form the technical causes that has induced the failure. Some main aspects it must to take into account during all the process and for the making of expert report, like; visiting the accident area getting the broken pieces and rest of pieces belonging temporary work equipment or installation; permanent identification and traceability during the manipulation and tests carried out on the recovered pieces, independently of the nature, destructive or not; application of the analytical and experimental assessment methods for understanding the safety conditions of the damaged equipment, previously and in the moment of the accident, finally, an expert report writing in a simple language that allows to the different agents (judge, prosecutor, lawyer, accused) involved on the judicial process, to understand clearly how the mechanism of failure has occurred despite that they have not a technical knowledge about the topic.

Abstract:

Abstract:
The article is devoted to consideration of a number of fundamental issues related to the subject of prevention of motor vehicle offences, its main features, classifications, and the system of subjects. It is argued that the essence of preventing criminal manifestations is to eliminate or limit their determinants - causes and conditions. The study confirms the conclusion that the driving force, the dominant cause is the human factor, consciousness, will, emotions, interests of offenders, which requires activities, measures, and means which, in combination, can have a real impact on road traffic. In this regard, the author defines the subject of accident prevention, the main feature (among others) of which is the ability and capacity to eliminate or limit the criminogenic effect of "vulnerable" links in the deterministic chain of these offences using its respective resource potential. It is proposed to create a new or activate existing structures. Similar bodies have been created in many countries around the world, which have achieved significant positive results on the path of professionalisation and specialisation of actors, moving towards Vision Zero. The author classifies subjects according to the criterion of the functional purpose of their main activity. According to this criterion, 4 groups of entities are distinguished: entities for which preventive activity in the criminological sense is: the main, one of the main, function within other types of activity, informal public duty. It turned out that the first group of subjects of prevention is not represented in Ukraine on a permanent or long-term basis. The author makes a number of proposals regarding the creation of the first group of subjects, and critical remarks are made regarding the statement that the country has a system of crime prevention and its manifestation such as road traffic offences with grave consequences. Such a system has not been built in Ukraine.

Abstract:
A Virtuous Woman in the Renaissance In this article, I analyze selected texts of epithalamia and epitaphs, on the basis of which we can conclude that it is no accident that male poets paid so much attention to women in these two genres. This is so because in wedding songs they needed a virtuous wife, and in funeral songs they had to prove that they had found one. In both types of works, the catalogue and the laudatio of female virtues are very similar. The difference is visible in the description of appearance, which in epitaphs is of secondary importance, because the body disintegrates after death, unlike the immortal soul. In the sixth epitaph to Elżbieta Szydłowiecka, Piotr Rojzjusz emphasizes the grace and beauty of the deceased, but puts them between two other virtues: kindness and holiness. All virtue lay at rest in the grave with this beautiful woman. The funeral laudatio coincides with the laudatio in wedding songs. The woman was to be the model of a good wife, a mother, and a Christian. The topos of the good wife required of her: good birth, love for her husband, piety, decency, honesty, modesty, unconditional obedience to her husband, and lack of a quarrelsome disposition (the epitaphs lack pulchra and pecuniosa). The topos of a good mother, however, includes giving birth and raising children. A good mother had to be pious, modest, and caring for her family and children. In each of these roles, the description of virtues is strongly prescriptive. A woman becomes a being programmed by nature and patriarchal society to fulfill the role of an obedient daughter, a virtuous wife, a caring mother, and a good housewife.

Abstract:
Parish records are an interesting source material for researching the issue of beliefs in returning dead. Parish records of deaths rarely relate the funerals of people other than the God-fearing citizens who rested in the parish necropolis or those killed in tragic circumstances, usually as a result of an accident. From the end of the 16th century, the areas of the Silesian-Moravian borderland, or northern Moravia itself, were the scene of fierce struggles against the dead rising from their graves. Later, mainly eighteenth-century publications began to use the term defining these phenomena as magia posthuma. The intensity of beliefs in posthumous magic peaked in late 17th and early 18th centuries. It was widely thought at the time that a deceased person whose body does not show normal, post-mortem changes (rigidity) was a witch or a sorcerer. In Silesia and Moravia effective forms of dealing with harmful deceased people were developed in the period of 16th-18th centuries. Based on the analysis of existing source material, we know that the most frequent course of action was to find the grave of the “undead”in the cemetery, exhume the corpse and destroy it. All these measures against corpses who rose from their graves had to leave a trace in the parish books. In the discussed area, the oldest entries from records of death concerning the beliefs in dead who returned to plague the living can be found in the volume for the Silesian city of Strzegom (German: Striegau) covering the years 1589–1715. Some interesting research material is also provided by entries made in the records of death in the small town of Ryžoviště(German: Braunseifen) for the years 1583–1640 and 1640–1717. One of the last entries in the death records was made on 1 March 1755, when the Empress Maria Theresa issued a decree forbidding the persecution of people accused of witchcraft, treasure hunts with the aid of magic and also the exhumation or burning of the bodies of people accused of posthumous magic.

Abstract:
In order to evaluate the behavior of the automatic system, the understanding of the reliability of the system is established in the operational minds. In the case of operation, the system of automatic transmission can be applied to: mechanical ventilation (vibraciy, strike, post-mortem proradiance); electric navantezhen (naprugi, electric struma, push); navkolishnih umov (temperature, vologist, vise). The inclusion of significant factors is manifested in the visual parameters of the system of nominal (developmental) values. Ci vidhilennya can be the buti nastiliki znasilnym, scho sistema staje neadtistannyj do vikoristannya, so as the vinikennnya of the great vidhilenni of the parameters of the system of development can be brought to an accident. If the system ceases to be satisfied with the provisions of the system, the system is to be brought into view. On the basis of the analysis of the technical parameters of the system in the experimental minds, it is necessary to assess the quality of the system on the basis of the analysis of the technical parameters of the system in the experimental minds. Thus, since it is impossible to integrate the technical parameters of the system (schematic, constructive, production and experiment) and the analysis of the system on the basis of the theory of methods and special distributions (theories of human processes and mathematical statistics). In this way, reliability is an important problem of modern technology at the stage of infrastructure operation, and at the stage of design. The peculiarity of the automatic system is that in the case of the vidmovi obdemarcated kilkosti and the elements of the vidmov of all systems. It is possible to lead to grave problems, because the system is responsible for the implementation of important tasks, and the infrastructure is to be seen by the great war The development of the regulatory contour is the meaning of the value of the characteristics of the contour on the basis of the characteristics of the warehouse elements. The controller was redirected to the control circuit. In the process of developing the contours of regulation, which are stored with the quality of the elements, the work-free circuit (Рс) is vised as an additional work-free structure.

Abstract:
AbstractThe intention of my article is to reopen the investigation into the heritage of the Crabeth family and their activities as glaziers of stained-glass windows along with other works of art they produced in the sixteenth century. For a long time it was believed that Pieter Dircksz Crabeth and his famous sons Dirck and Wouter originated from Gouda, where they achieved their greatest work: eighteen stained-glass windows for Sint Janskerk. In my contribution I give an account of the pre-Gouda period and make clear that their field of activities was wider and more far-reaching than is commonly agreed upon. Profiles of their patrons provide an insight into the network to which the Crabeths belonged. Their contacts with the land of Cuijk and the prince bishopric of Liège have been investigated and documented. Count Floris of Egmond-Buren and his commission to Pieter Crabeth to make eight windows for his castle in Grave in 1522 is highlighted. Research shows a patronage relationship between the house of Egmond and the Crabeth family. In a letter written by Abbott Nicolas de Malaise we find evidence of a stay by Dirck and Wouter Crabeth at Saint Hubert d'Ardenne around 1523 due to the rebuilding of the abbey church in Renaissance style. The impetus for this letter was a fatal accident caused by Wouter Crabeth's horse. The article goes into the judicial implications of such an event and the consequences for the person involved at that time. The letter expresses the abbot's concern about Wouter's stay in Saint-Hubert with regard to the continuity of the building project. Twenty years later Pieter and Dirck Crabeth are again invited by Abbott Remacle de Marche to produce stained-glass windows for the abbey church in Saint Hubert, which had been destroyed by fire in the intervening years. The window of Adolf von Schauenburg, who later became archbishop of Cologne, is a wonderful example from this period and it is the only known glass by Pieter Crabeth still in situ. Research into stylistic elements of the rendering of the suffragan bishop in the Gouda cartoon Confirmatio and the patron saint Lambert in the Schauenburg window show a remarkable resemblance between the two figures. In view of the activities of the Crabeths in Saint Hubert d'Ardenne, critical research is called for into the authorship of the windows in the bishopric of Liège and the probability of the glaziers being involved in glass production studios in its capital. New insights based upon thorough studies of material and written sources with detailed notes and glosses, along with recent archival investigations, are presented here in the hope that discussion about Pieter Crabeth and his sons Dirck and Wouter will be given new life and put into a wider perspective.
