Full textAll people with intellectual disability have the right to vote. In fact, a law passed in 2019 granted the right to vote to all individuals under guardianship. The dignity due to every person decreed this opening. This right does not require any condition of capacity, both civil and material. Votes casted by people with intellectual disability are valid and do not affect the sincerity of the vote. It doesn’t cause any breach to the ballot sincerity. However, the effectivity of this right to vote is hindered by various obstacles, which go against the intrinsic dignity of people with intellectual disabilities. The biggest obstacles is a lack of accessibility to the voting process. Living in a facility specialized in intellectual disability, which is a common situation for intellectually disabled people, adds on difficulties to the polls inaccessibility. Therefore, the first important step will be to comply to all the legal accessibility rules. Better supervision of assisted voting should be provided, taking into account the particularities of intellectual disabilities. In addition, the enhancement of the “Prestation de compensation du handicap” (handicap compensation allowance) would enable people without voting solution to exercise their right to vote. All of these steps should help to better uphold the dignity of all people with intellectual disabilities

Full textThe present work has concerned the impact of Instant - Controlled Pressure Drop (DIC) texturing on both operations of oil extraction and in-situ transesterification, carried out with the rapeseed and the kernels of Jatropha Curcas. A fundamental analysis proved the importance of the reactive or solvent diffusion within the solid matrix. By texturing the natural product, the whole operation can be intensified. The process is revealed through three characteristics, which are the effective diffusivity, the starting accessibility, and the yields of extraction. Also, the kinetics and yield of fatty acid methyl ester of in-situ transesterification are discovered. A phenomenological study allowed determining the value of these characteristics versus DIC operating parameters (saturated steam pressure P and treatment time t).A 2 h solvent extraction of DIC treated material allowed the total oil yields to be improved by 153% for colza and 112% for jatropha, the effective diffusivity (Deff) can reach up to 8.014*10-12 m2/s as against 0.715*10-12 m2/s for colza untreated by DIC, and up to 5.90*10-12 m2/s as against 2.42*10-12 m2/s for the untreated jatropha. The rate of initial accessibility of products treated by DIC can reach up to 80.53% as against 26.71% for untreated colza and can reach up to 92.58% as against 75.91% for the product untreated jatropha. In the case of in situ transesterification, the total yield of fatty acid methyl esters (FAME total) obtained from the DIC treated products is systematically higher than that of untreated colza and jatropha raw material. The reaction time was decreased to 30 - 45 min instead of 120 min in the case of colza, and to 15 min instead of 60 min in the case of jatropha kernel

Full textRecently, studies of structural pretreatment and improvement of the sector of vegetal oil extraction from oilseeds have focused on the intensification of the concerned processes in both aspects of performance (environmental impacts, energy consumption, and kinetics) and quality (nutritional content, sensorial attributes…). Therefore, this research aimed to study the improvement of oil extraction processes and their phytosanitary decontamination, based on DIC texturing and multi-flash autovaporization (MFA), respectively. First, the effect DIC texturing technology was studied as structural pretreatments in improving the technological aptitudes of processing seeds such as rapeseed and soybean, regarding the extraction kinetics and yields, and the preservation of the nutritional composition of the extracted oils. DIC was studied based on quantitative assessments of oil (yields, composition…), highlighting its impact following the conventional pretreatments such as cooking, crushing, flattening, and expanding. Furthermore, founded on the Coupled Washing Diffusion CWD phenomenological model, in the specific cases of Negligible External Resistance NER extraction kinetics were also conducted to determine the fundamental extraction parameters of solvent vegetal oil extraction kinetics, such as the effective diffusivity and the starting accessibility, compared to conventional systems. The results denoted the improvement of extraction kinetics of the materials treated with DIC, on the one hand, and the preservation of the nutritional quality of the extracted compounds, on the other hand. Finally, this work focused on the study of multi-flash autovaporization (MFA) technology and its effect on the phytosanitary aspect of the extracted oils. The effectiveness of this technology has been proven for pesticide residue decontamination (organochlorine) of crude rapeseed oil
