Abstract:
An ultrasonic welding method for round-shaped products made from ABS plastic is described in this paper. This method can eliminate roughness and waviness on the contact surface between the planimetric waveguide and the welded part, increase heat removal from the surface of the welded part in the subwaveguide zone and improve the efficiency of ultrasonic welding as well as the strength and quality of the welded joint. It is shown that a mushroom-shaped waveguide is the optimal choice for planimetric ultrasonic welding of ABS parts of the fan wheel type with regard to the uniformity of the oscillation amplitude distribution along the perimeter of the waveguide’s working end face. The optimal form of the waveguide’s working end face is defined that entails fixing the connecting parts relative to the waveguide’s axis along their diameter. It is established that at a certain combination of the ultrasonic welding modes for ABS plastic the rate of deformation at large welding pressures can turn out to be higher than at small pressures. This is caused by the competition of three factors: temperatures, static welding pressure and concentration of energy on the welded surfaces. It is determined that for welding ABS plastic the so-called soft modes of ultrasonic welding with small static welding pressure and oscillation amplitude of the waveguide’s end face should be used. In this case welding occurs only due to the distribution of microroughness, without dents from the waveguide on the surface of the welded material. Optimal welding parameters for ABS plastic are determined.

Abstract:
It is shown that the addition of fine-dispersed flax as a filler into the ABS-plastic composition make possible to produce products with the biodegradation effect for utilization. The study results of the influence of the biologically-active filler on resistance of ABS-plastic to the effect of prevalent operating media (water, motor oil, anti-ice reagent, antifreeze) are presented. It has been found out that the materials have the best resistance to water.

Abstract:
Objective of the study: to evaluate the effectiveness of layered alloplasty in the surgical treatment of active aneurysmal bone cysts (ABCs) in children. Materials and methods of research: from 2007 to 2020 56 patients with ABCs were treated in the Neuroortopedic Department with orthopedics of the National Medical Research Center for Children’s Health (Moscow, Russia). All patients have underwent a comprehensive clinical and radiological examination, including the determination of intraosseous pressure (IOP) to determine the activity of the pathological process. Surgical treatment of 19 patients with ABCs was performed through layered alloplastic method of the cyst cavity with the enhancing of the bone growth zone with alloimplants based on sea coral. Results: the results of treatment were evaluated on the basis of an analysis of the radiographic picture of reconstruction of bone implants and restoration of bone tissue structure, as well as analysis of the quality of life of patients in the 1st and 2nd module of the PedsQL Generic Core scale questionnaire before and after surgical treatment. Conclusion: the use of layered plasticity of a bone defect in the surgical treatment of ABCs can be considered as effective method for preventing recurrence of the disease.

Year, season of the year and month… – temporal vocabulary in dialectal dictionaries of the area around Grodno and its literary equivalentsIn this article a very extensive part of temporal vocabulary describing the 5 semasiological fields – year, seasons of the year: spring, summer, autumn, winter, and the lexems connected with the names of the months in the literal Belorussian language and the dialects around Grodno. It must be ascertained that both the lexems of Belorussian literal language and dialects of around Grodno are typically and cultural strong based. They are based on locatives (*godъ, *rokъ, *pora, *vermę, *vesna, *lěto, *osenь, *zima, *mesęcь). The clear precision and accuracy must be closely seen in literary language whereas in presented above lexems, it is observed a great number variety of described derivations. A significant feature of the mentioned above group is a scarcity and standard Belorussian language. Undoubtedly the peculiarity of the vocabulary analysed above is the fact of the searching the origin of the most of them in common heritage of Slavs. Год, время года (сезон), месяц … – темпоральная лексика в словарях говоров Гродненской области и её литературные эквивалентыСтатья посвящена небольшой части временных наименований (нескольких основных тематических групп: год, время/времена года (и их номинации: весна, лето, осень, зима), месяц (в частности их названия), засведетельствованных многими словарями диалектной лексики Гродненской области. Предметом исследования является сопоставление диалектной темпоральной лексики с тождественным, с семантичской точки зрения, стандартным словником общебелорусcкой речи. Временная референция в народных говорах весьма существенно отличается от соответствующей ей в литературном языке. Несмотря на то, что большая часть проанализированных названий – это общее праславянское наследие (ср. *godъ, *rokъ, *pora, *vermę, *vesna, *lěto, *osenь, *zima, *mesęcь), заметно, что в различные периоды развития языка временная лексика (как базовая часть так называемого культурнoго, значит, древнейшего пласта, словарного запаса) являлась потенциальной базой для семантических и деривациoнных преобразований. Доказательством вышесказанного являетя обилие форм и семантических структур, засвидетельствованных в диалектном материале и их заметная (по сравнению с говорами) скудость в литературном варианте языка (что связано с «тщательной точностью» сферы употребления). Иной причниой является продуктивность семантического центра “фазы года, его времени”. Хотя он продуктивен также и в стандартизированном языке, но в большей степени все-таки в говорах, так как языковая картина мира диалектоносителя максимально ориентирована на природные и трудовые процессы. Нельзя забывать и о региональных заимствованиях (главным образом из польского языка), что безусловно следует объяснить исторической и географической спецификой Гродненской области.

The paper presents the results of a study of the effect of non-covalent modifiers on the structure and properties of polymer filaments for FDM-printing based on ABS-plastic and carbon nanoparticles. The dependences of the characteristics of nanocomposites and filaments based on them to the type of functionalization have been established. The effect of the concentration of CNTs on the hardness, water absorption, electrical resistance, and shear strength for modified polymer filament has been investigated. The optimal formulations and technological parameters of FDM-printing of templates have been determined.

Peculiarities of the functioning of island dialects (on the margins of research into the Russian dialect of the old believers in the Suwałki–Augustów region and the polish dialect of the inhabitants of Vershina in Siberia)The article deals with the functioning of island dialects: the Russian dialect of the Old Believers from the Suwałki–Augustów region and the Polish dialect of the inhabitants of Vershina in Siberia. The former functions in the Polish-language environment, and the latter in the Russian-language environment. The speakers of island dialects do not have any contact with their nationwide languages. The foreign language environment influences the linguistic condition of island dialects to a considerable degree. On the one hand, it contributes to cultivating distinct features of the dialect; on the other, it facilitates the process in which elements of the surrounding language permeate the dialect. The major peculiarity of the island dialect is its vocabulary. It is also the most rapidly changing linguistic element. Each and every aspect of reality will sooner or later be reflected in language. Island dialects ‘fill’ their linguistic gap by means of borrowing words from the surrounding language. Both dialects studied in this article borrow lexical items in such fields as health, jobs and professions, household management, education, transportation, and farming, which then at various degrees are subject to adaptation processes.Особенности функционирования островных говоров (по поводу исследований русского говора старообрядцев в сувальско-августовском регионе и польского говора жителей дер. Вершина в Сибири)Статья посвящена функционирванию двух островных говоров: русского говора старообрядцев, проживающих в сувальско-августовском регионе и польского говора жителей деревни Вершина в Сибири. Говор старообрядцев находится в польском языковом окружении, а говор вершининцев в русском языковом окружении. Говоры островного характера не имеют территориального контакта со своим общенародным языком. Иноязычное окружение в большой степени влияет на языковое состояние островного говора. С одной стороны оно способствует сохранению своеобразия определëнного диалекта, а с другой, взаимопроникновению элементов одного языка в диалект другого. Особенностью островных говоров является прежде всего их лексика. Лексика – это тот пласт языка, который подвергается самым быстрым изменениям. В случае островных говоров лексический запас пополняется заимствованиями, которые касаются обычно повседневной жизни. В исследуемых говорах заимствования затрону- ли бытовую и хозяйственную лексику, а также названия профессий, названия связанные со здоровьем, транспортом, торговлей, школой.

Abstract:
This paper attempts to find out how the entire preceding course of Russian history predetermined the October Revolution’s outcome. With this aim, the structures and character of the Russian Revolution were analyzed by comparing the basic tenets of the theory of modified inversion cycles of historical development, introduced by the Russian sociologist A.S. Akhiezer, with the philosophical ideas of the representatives of Russian religious philosophy. It was suggested that the dominant Universalist view of revolution, with its idealization, should be replaced by M. Foucault’s singular “intermittent” method. As a result, the ideological affinity between the views of the modern liberal historical project on the Russian Revolution and the basic ideas of the philosophers of the Silver Age of Russian culture was revealed. Particular attention was paid to the “underdeveloped and undisclosed” character of personality in Russia (as understood by N.A. Berdyaev), which manifested itself most clearly in the phenomenon of the Revolution of 1917 and led to the triumph of pre-state and pre-political ideals of a traditional society. The legacy of Russian religious philosophy was reinterpreted by comparing it with the ideas of modern liberal philosophy of history.

Abstract:
The paper introduces the results of an experimental study of the mechanical characteristics of 3D printed ABS plastic ABSplus-P430 samples under tension. These 3D printed samples differ in the orientation of the material layers, formed by the position of the samples when printed, and the print raster pattern. During the tests, the material showed isotropic properties in terms of Young’s modulus and anisotropic properties for elongation at break, yield strength, and ultimate strength. We revealed that the print orientation relative to the direction of the applied load significantly affects the strength of the tested samples. Using the obtained test results, the specified parameters of the bilinear model of the material were identified by performing a series of computational studies using computer finite element models of material samples. The found parameters of the bilinear model of the material can be used to carry out computational estimation of the strength and bearing capacity of ABS plastic products manufactured by 3D printing. The results obtained also make it possible to develop recommendations for the orientation of products in the printing area according to the criterion of ensuring the greatest strength, taking into account the loading mode of the product.
