Abstract:
Among the various types of known drug interactions, those involving pharmacokinetic processes are more complex and dangerous. From digestive pH changes to plasma protein binding and induction or inhibition phenomena; current data used to define, with precision, the sites of interaction. The enzymes involved in metabolism, the transporters involved in tissue distribution and excretion of drugs, and nuclear receptors that regulate the expression of these enzymes and transporters are keys determinants that should be defined for each drug. The clinical relevance of a pharmacokinetic interaction is related to the magnitude of changes in drug concentrations and pharmacological properties of these. Good knowledge of the pharmacokinetic properties of drugs and the mechanisms involved in the genesis of these interactions is, then, needed to prevent and avoid theme.

Abstract:
L'objectif de la thèse est la simulation du comportement des matériaux granulaires à interactions à distance à l'aide du code de calcul TRUBAL développé par Peter Cundall. Ce logiciel qui est à la base de ces simulations numériques est tout d'abord décrit en rappelant le principe de la Méthode dite des Eléments Discrets (M. E. D. ) et les différentes particularités de ce logiciel. Dans cette méthode, le mouvement des particules est décrit par la résolution des équations du mouvement et les forces de contact s'obtiennent par implication d'une loi de contact. L'approche théorique développée, à l'Ecole Centrale de Lyon, qui relie le comportement global d'un milieu granulaire à son comportement local est ensuite présentée: l'approche par homogénéisation statistique. Le premier milieu étudié est le milieu forme de bulles de savon pour lequel de nombreuses expériences menées au Laboratoire de Tribologie et Dynamique des Systèmes a l'Ecole Centrale de Lyon ont servi de support. L'interaction entre les bulles de savon comporte un terme attractif à longue distance, qui a nécessité des modifications du logiciel, et un terme répulsif à courte distance. Les simulations homogènes effectuées ont montré que le comportement simulé est représentatif du comportement habituellement observé. L'effet de l'ensemble des forces d'attraction est décrit par un tenseur de contraintes de cohésion qui a été défini par homogénéisation. L'expression de celui ci est obtenue en utilisant une fonction de distribution radiale. L'utilisation de l'approche par homogénéisation a permis également de définir le comportement global du milieu à partir d'une loi locale élastique: les résultats numériques sont en bon accord avec la théorie. Deux essais non homogènes sur ce milieu ont montré la capacité de la M. E. D. à simuler des problèmes réels sur les interfaces: l'essai d'indentation d'une couche mince par un indenteur cristallin et l'essai d'usure au cours d'un cisaillement alterné (probleme du troisième corps). Le deuxième milieu étudié est le milieu granulaire en présence de forces capillaires. La modélisation de la force capillaire par la relation de Laplace-Young a permis de réaliser des simulations homogènes et non-homogènes sur ce type de milieu. Un essai triaxial non confiné montre l'influence de la présence d'eau sur le comportement du milieu. Par contre, sous un confinement important, cette influence est faible. Des essais non-homogènes concernent les écoulements bidimensionnels dans les silos, en présence ou non de cohésion capillaire, en fonction de la taille d'ouverture et de l'inclinaison du fond. La formation de voûtes est étudiée en particulier ainsi que la distribution des contraintes le long des parois. L'ensemble de ces résultats montre l'intérêt de la méthode des éléments discrets pour l'analyse fine du comportement des milieux granulaires à interaction à distance
The numerical simulation of the behaviour of granular materials interacting at large scale, using the TRUBAL software of Peter Cundall, is the topic of this thesis. This software is described by recalling the principle of the Discrete Element Method (D. E. M. ) and the particularity of TRUBAL. In this method, particles motion is described by integration of motion equations and contact forces are calculated by using an appropriate contact law. The theoretical approach developed at "Ecole Centrale de Lyon" that lies the global behaviour of a granular material to its local behaviour is then presented : the statistical homogenisation approach. The first medium studied is the soap bubbles medium for which many experiments made at "Laboratoire de Tribologie et Dynamique des Systemes" of the "Ecole Centrale de Lyon" help us to fixe the modelling. The interaction law between soap bubbles is formed by an attractive part at large scale, which requires modifications of the Trubal software, and a linear elastic part at short scale. Homogeneous tests showed that the simulated behaviour is representative of the behaviour generally observed. The effect of the set of attractive forces is described by using a cohesive stress tensor which was defined by homogenisation. The expression of the tensor is obtained by using a radial distribution function. The homogenisation approach allowed to define the global behaviour of the medium from the local contact law : numerical tests are in good agreement with the theory. Two non-homogeneous tests showed the ability to use the Trubal software to simulate Tribological problems on interfaces: the indentation test of a thin half layer with a crystalline punch and the alternate shearing (friction and wear) of an amorphous layer (third body). The second medium studied is a granular material with capillary forces. The modelling of the capillary forces by the Laplace-Young relation allowed to carry out homogeneous and non-homogeneous tests. A non-confined triaxial test showed the influence on the behaviour of the water presence in the medium. Otherwise the influence is negligible under an important confinement. Non-homogeneous tests concern bidimensionnal flows in silos in different conditions: capillary cohesion (moisture content) or not, the outlet width ant the angle of the walls. The formation of arches is particularly studied as well as the stress distribution on the walls. The set of this results show the advantage of the Discrete Element Method to analyse the behaviour of granular materials interacting at large scale

Abstract:
Le potassium 39 est l'un des alcalins pour lesquels il est possible de contrôler les interactions entre atomes grâce à l'utilisation de résonances de Feshbach. Cette thèse présente un protocole rapide et performant de production de condensats de Bose-Einstein tout optiques de 39K. Notre technique s'appuie sur l'utilisation de mélasses grises permettant de refroidir suffisamment le nuage atomique pour charger directement un piège optique, ainsi que sur une phase d'évaporation optique réalisée au voisinage d'une résonance de Feshbach afin de contrôler le taux de collisions entre atomes. Des études dans divers mélanges de spins nous ont permis d'observer de nouvelles résonances de Feshbach en onde p ainsi qu'une résonance en onde d. Cette dernière, présentant des caractéristiques peu usuelles, a été étudiée plus en détails afin de comprendre les processus de collisions en jeu. Le modèle développé, faisant intervenir deux étapes de collision à deux corps, permet d'expliquer les résultats expérimentaux obtenus. Dans les gaz de Bose dégénérés de 39K produits, le contrôle des interactions au voisinage de la résonance de Feshbach à 560,7 Gauss pour les atomes de 39K dans l'état |F=1,mF=-1> nous a permis d'adresser différents problèmes physiques. Dans le cas d'interactions répulsives, nous étudions l'expansion d'un condensat de Bose-Einstein dans le crossover dimensionel 1D-3D tandis que pour des interactions attractives, nous formons des solitons brillants dans un piège optique unidimensionnel. Les perspectives d'étude de ces gaz de Bose dégénérés auto-confinés dans des milieux désordonnés sont également discutées
Potassium 39 is an alkali allowing to control the interactions between atoms thanks to Feshbach resonances. This thesis presents a fast and efficient way to produce all-optical Bose-Einstein condensates of 39K. Our technique is first taking advantage of gray molasses cooling leading to a cold enough sample to directly load an optical trap. Then an optical evaporation is performed near a Feshbach resonance to control the collision rate. Studies in various spin mixtures have allowed us to observe new p-wave Feshbach resonances and a d-wave Feshbach resonance. The later presents unusual properties and has been studied in details to understand the collision processes involved. The model developped is a two stage model, each one of them involving a two body collision. It explains the experimental results obtained. In the produced 39K degenerate Bose gases, tuning interactions near the Feshbach resonance at 560,7 Gauss for the atoms in |F=1,mF=-1> has allowed us to adress different physical problems. For repulsive interactions, we study the expansion of a Bose-Einstein condensate in the 1D-3D dimensional crossover. For attractive interactions we produce bright solitons in a one-dimensional optical trap. Perspectives concerning the study of those degenerate self-confined Bose gases in disordered media are also discussed

Abstract:
La demande accrue de services en temps rel, comme la vidéo streaming, justifie le besoin d'études qui visent à optimiser le délai de transmission de données. En plus du délai de transmission au niveau physique, les délais nécessaires à l'accès à la ressource et à la récupération de données venant des couches basses peuvent avoir un impact important sur les performances et ne doivent pas être négligés. Aussi, des études cross-layer doivent être menées pour minimiser le délai de transmission de l'information. Comprendre l'impact des mécanismes des couches basses sur les performances de bout-en-bout permet un meilleur dimensionnement du réseau, une adaptation du trafic transmis, ou l'introduction de service à faible priorité. Dans cette thèse, nous avons mesuré l'impact des mécanismes des couches liaison et réseau sur les performances de divers protocols de congestion de la couche transport.Dans le contexte des liens 4G par satellite, nous proposons un ensemble d'outils, Trace Manager Tool (TMT) et Cross Layer InFormation Tool (CLIFT), pour simuler de manière réaliste l'ensemble de la couche OSI dans le simulateur de réseau NS-2. Nous avons montré que, pour l'ensemble des variantes de TCP considérées, quand le débit au niveau transport est proche de la capacité de canal, utiliser ARQ au niveau liaison est optimal. Dans le cas où le taux d'erreur au niveau de la couche physique est plus élevé, H-ARQ permet d'obtenir un meilleur débit au niveau transport.Les dernières spécifications concernant l'accès au lien satellite DVB-RCS2 présentent deux méthodes d'accès (aléatoire et dédié) qui peuvent être implémentées pour permettre aux utilisateurs des services proposés par DVB d'aller sur Internet ou de transmettre des données. Nous avons développé un module pour NS-2, Physical Channel Access (PCA), qui modèle l'accès au canal pour chacune de ces méthodes afin de comparer leur impact sur les performances de bout-en-bout. Nous avons mesuré que les méthodes d'accès dédié permettent un débit plus important et les méthodes d'accès aléatoire une transmission rapide des flots courts. Nous avons donc proposé de mixer ces méthodes d'accès, en fonction de l'évolution dynamique de la charge du réseau et de la taille du flot de données transmis.Finalement, nous avons étudié s'il était possible d'exploiter les données de la gateway du satellite pour introduire un trafic à priorité basse. Nous avons montré qu'il était possible avec Low Ewtra Delay Background Transport (LEDBAT) comme protocole de la couche transport d'introduire un trafic en tâche de fond. Cependant, en fonction de la variation de la charge du réseau, paramétrer correctement des paramètres internes à ce protocole sont nécessaires
Network providers offer services in line with users’ requests, even though the challengesintroduced by their mobility and the download of large content are crucial. Mobile videostreaming applications are delay sensitive and the increasing demand for this service legitimateextensive studies evaluating transmission delays. On top of physical transmissiondelays, accessing a resource or recovering data from lower layers should not be neglected.Indeed, recovery schemes or channel access strategies variously introduce end-to-end delays.This document argues that those cross-layer effects should be explored to minimizethe transmission delays and optimize the use of network resources. Also, understandingthe impacts of low layers protocols on the end-to-end transmission will enable betterdimensioning of the network and adapt the traffic carried on.In the context of satellite 4G links, we measure the impact of link layer retransmissionschemes on the performance of various transport layer protocols. We develop Trace ManagerTool (TMT) and Cross Layer InFormation Tool (CLIFT) to lead realistic cross layersimulations in NS-2. We show that, for all target TCP variants, when the throughput ofthe transport protocol is close to the channel capacity, using the ARQ mechanism is mostbeneficial for TCP performance improvement. In conditions where the physical channelerror rate is high, Hybrid-ARQ results in better performance.In the last specifications for DVB-RCS2, two access schemes (random and dedicated)are presented and can be implemented to manage the way home users access to the satellitelink for Web browsing or data transmission. We developed Physical Channel Access (PCA)that models in NS-2 the behaviour of those link layer level access methods. We measurethat, even though dedicated access methods can transmit more information data, randomaccess methods enable a faster transmission of short flows. Based on these results, wepropose to mix random and dedicated access methods depending on the dynamic load ofthe network and the sequence number of the TCP segments.As a potential exploitation of cross layer information, we explore the feasibility to introducelow priority traffic on long delay path. The rationale is to grab the unused 4G satellitelinks’ capacity to carry non-commercial traffic. We show that this is achievable with LEDBAT.However, depending on the fluctuation of the load, performance improvements couldbe obtained by properly setting the target value

Plusieurs publications, parues lors de ma thèse, ont révélé que les protéines de la membrane nucléaireinterne (INM) et plus particulièrement l’émerine, la lamine A, SUN1, l’actine et BAF, jouaient un rôleessentiel dans les propriétés mécaniques du noyau et de la cellule. L’assemblage de l’enveloppenucléaire et les interactions de ces protéines entre-elles sont régulées par des évènements dephosphorylation et d’oligomérisation. Mon objectif était de décrire les évènements moléculairesessentiels à l’assemblage de l’enveloppe nucléaire interne, afin de pouvoir par la suite comprendrecomment l’enveloppe nucléaire répond à un stress mécanique.J’ai dans un premier temps caractérisé les évènements d’oligomérisation et de phosphorylation de laprotéine émerine. J’ai montré que cette protéine était capable de former, in vitro et en cellules, de grosoligomères indispensables à son interaction avec la lamine A. J’ai également observé que desmutations dans l’émerine, aboutissant à la dystrophie musculaire d’Emery-Dreifuss, affectaient lespropriétés d’auto-association de cette protéine.En parallèle, j’ai étudié les interactions entre émerine, lamine, SUN1, actine et BAF in vitro. J’ai pumontrer des interactions directes entre le domaine C-terminal de la lamine A et les protéines émerine,actine et SUN1. Ces trois protéines lient la lamine A sur des surfaces différentes suggérant l’existencede complexes à 3 ou 4 protéines dans la cellule. L’analyse des modes de régulation des interactionsentre ces protéines doit être poursuivie afin de comprendre quels sont les évènements moléculairesessentiels au maintien de l'intégrité nucléaire et à la transmission d’un signal mécanique entre lecytosquelette et le nucléosquelette
During my PhD, several papers revealed that the inner nuclear membrane (INM) proteins, andespecially emerin, lamin A, SUN1, actin and BAF, played an essential role in the mechanicalproperties of the nucleus and the cell. The nuclear envelope assembly and the interactions betweenthese proteins are regulated by phosphorylation and oligomerization events. My aim was to describemolecular events essential for inner nuclear envelope assembly as a first step to understand how thenuclear envelope responds to a mechanical stress.I first characterized the oligomerization and phosphorylation states of the protein emerin. I showedthat this protein is capable of forming, in vitro and in cells, large oligomers essential to its interactionwith lamin A. I also observed that several emerin mutations leading to Emery-Dreifuss musculardystrophy impaired the self-association properties of this protein.In parallel, I studied the interactions between emerin, lamin, SUN1, actin and BAF in vitro. I was ableto demonstrate direct interactions between the C-terminal domain of lamin A and the proteins emerin,actin and SUN1. These three proteins bind lamin A on different surfaces suggesting the existence ofcomplexes of 3 or 4 proteins in the cell. Analysis of the mechanisms regulating interactions betweenthese proteins should be pursued in order to understand what are the molecular events responsible forthe maintenance of nuclear integrity and the transmission of a mechanical signal between thecytoskeleton and the nucleoskeleton

Abstract:
Les buts principaux recherchés de la présente thèse visent au développement et à l’expertise d’une méthodologie de simulation numérique des problèmes d’interactions fluides-structures. Afin de cerner progressivement le problème étudié, nous nous sommes intéressés en premier lieu à la simulation numérique des écoulements autour d’obstacles solides, plus particulièrement au phénomène d’éclatements tourbillonnaires dans la zone de sillage d’obstacles de différentes formes. Nous avons utilisé la méthode des éléments finis en adoptant la technique de stabilisation GLS (Galerkin Least-Square). Pour le traitement de la turbulence, nous avons opté pour la méthode LES (Large-Eddy Simulation) en utilisant le filtre de Smagorinsky. En deuxième phase, nous nous sommes intéressés aux écoulements en milieux déformables. Nous avons entrepris la formulation ALE (Arbitrairement Lagrangienne Eulérienne) en considérant un maillage déformable. Pour la mise à jour de la grille du maillage dynamique, nous avons utilisé une approche pseudo-élastique. Afin d’expertiser la méthodologie mise en oeuvre, nous avons choisi d’aborder le problème des ballottements à la surface libre de réservoirs partiellement remplis de liquide. En dernière partie, nous nous sommes intéressés au comportement vibratoire d’un corps solide sous l’effet d’un écoulement de fluide. Par l’utilisation d’un algorithme de couplage totalement implicite basé sur la méthode de Gauss-Seidel par Bloc, nous avons abordé le phénomène des instabilités aéroélastiques des ponts à haubans. Pour la validation du modèle numérique traitant les interactions fluides-structures par les données expérimentales, nous nous sommes intéressés au comportement vibratoire d’une maquette sectionnelle d’un tablier de pont réel sous l’effet d’un vent soufflant uniforme
The main goals sought by this thesis target the development and expertise of a methodology for numerical simulation of fluid-structure interactions problems. In order to identify the studied problem progressively, we are interested primarily in numerical simulation of flows around bluff bodies, especially the phenomenon of vortex shedding in the wake zone of a bluff body of different shapes. We used the finite element method by adopting the stabilized GLS (Galerkin Least-Square) technique. For the treatment of turbulence, we opted the LES (Large-Eddy Simulation) method using the Smagorinsky filter. In the second phase, we were interested in flows in deformable media. We undertook the ALE (Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian) formulation by considering a deformable mesh. To update the grid of the dynamic mesh, we used a pseudo-elastic approach. To appraise the implemented methodology, we decided to approach the problem of sloshing at the free surface of a tank partially filled with liquid. In the final part, we were interested in vibration behavior of a solid body under the effect of fluid flow. By using a fully implicit coupling algorithm based on a relaxed Bloc Gauss-Seidel method, we studied the phenomenon of aeroelastic instability of cable-stayed bridges. To validate the numerical model treating fluid-structure interactions by experimental data, we investigated the vibration behavior of a real deck sectional model under the effect of a uniform wind

Abstract:
En Chromodynamique Quantique dans la limite de haute énergie, des hadrons entrant en collision contiennent de plus en plus de gluons mous, ce qui conduit à un système dense avec une dynamique non-linéaire de saturation. Les solutions de cette évolution pour les amplitudes de diffusion convergent rapidement vers une solution universelle. On introduit le formalisme du Condensat de Verre de Couleur, décrivant ces phénomènes nonlinéaires. On analyse ensuite l'universalité des solutions à l'ordre des logarithmes dominants et au delà, incluant l'effet des ordres supérieurs, du couplage mobile et des fluctuations. On recherche les lois d'échelle qui en découlent dans les données de diffusion inélastique profonde à haute énergie sur un proton. Lors des collisions de noyaux lourds à haute énergie, des effets de haute densité sont aussi présents dans l'état final où un milieu dense et opaque est formé. Ce dernier est étudié par des méthodes non-perturbatives: hydrodynamique et dualité AdS/CFT.

AbstractA process-oriented approach sees public administration as an interconnection of information, communications, interactions and decisions. It establishes the process organisation that shows the state ‘in action’ and complements the administrative and personnel side of public administration. While the term administrative processes can be understood as a generic term for this procedural side of the administration, according to the German understanding, procedures are processes with which the administration works towards citizens and companies and in which these face the administration with their own rights. Characteristic of these procedures vis-à-vis persons outside the administration is a high degree of juridification by administrative procedure law. The legal status of the citizen vis-à-vis the administration is very strong in Germany. In recent years, also influenced by New Public Management thought, great efforts have been made to optimise the procedural side of public administration. The chapter presents significant tools and approaches of this process thinking.

AbstractThis chapter focuses on the impact of the international law of foreign investment on tax issues with a view to assessing the interactions between the two regimes and identifying potential signs of convergence. In particular, this chapter focuses on the operation of International Investment Agreements (IIAs) and assesses the role of IIAs from the perspective of foreign investors vis-à-vis National Tax Measures (NTMs). Part I of this chapter provides an understanding of the convergence between investment law and tax issues. This aids in an understanding of the key characteristics of IIAs (such as the definition of investment and the use of specific tax exceptions) and the relationship between currently existing IIAs and tax disputes. Part II analyzes, both quantitatively and qualitatively, the recent trends of tax disputes in investment arbitration. Part III assesses how tax can be seen as the last barrier to cross border investment. Part IV concludes.

AbstractBased on fieldwork among unemployed Polish migrants in Iceland, this chapter examines how they negotiate and adapt to the social risks and changing circumstances encountered in the countries of emigration and immigration as well as how they navigate the available ‘resource environments’ emerging in conjunction with different welfare regimes. We particularly look at the European Union (EU) regulations for social-security protection vis-à-vis national welfare-protection policies on unemployment in Iceland and Poland and their possible ramifications for the mobility and immobility of Polish workers. Furthermore, we highlight some problematic interactions between the internationalisation of the labour market and concomitant transnational livelihoods, EU social policy and the welfare-assistance environment of member states. In so doing, we apply a critical approach to the commonly assumed high flexibility and extensive geographical mobility of migrant workers that tends to overlook counterfactors that influence different forms of immobility.

Abstract Studying pre-2000s pink porn magazines reveals the importance of politics in-between in the development of LGBTQ transnational organising in the twentieth century. The usual historical narratives of LGBTQ politics in the North are based on medical or legislative documents or on self-identified queers’ descriptions of their own interactions with these discourses. However, these discourses and data only capture parts of how twentieth-century queers developed sexual subjectivity, became nationally and transnationally organised, and conducted sexual politics. This chapter uses Claire Colebrook’s (Understanding Deleuze. Australia: Allen and Unwin, 2002) feminist engagement in Deleuze’s and Guattari’s concept device to discuss transnational political networks that rhizomatically connected the makers, disseminators and subscribers of male same-sex porn magazines produced in Denmark and Sweden between 1960 and 1980. The concepts enable an analysis of the messy entanglement of desire, subjectivity processes, consumption, organising and activism, and of the shaping of certain queer communities of belonging while also excluding others. The application of gender analysis to the entanglement of pink porn economies in queer transnational networks sheds a genealogical light on the historical division between the emergence of vis-à-vis lesbian and gay networks and politics—and on the tensions between them regarding so-called positive or negative sexual rights in the decades to come.

Introdução: Fungos e bactérias representam um risco para hospedeiros. Estudos recentes, no entanto, relatam que não apenas esses micro-organismos causam independentemente um número substancial de infecções, mas também co-infectam pacientes na forma de biofilmes complexos. A relação entre fungos e bactérias em biofilmes, incluindo interação física e moléculas secretadas, é frequentemente sinérgica, com alto potencial para afetar a dinâmica de infecções polimicrobianas e os seus resultados. Mais importante ainda, os biofilmes formados por este tipo de interação são altamente resistentes aos antimicrobianos e consequentemente são muito difíceis de tratar. Objetivo: Devido à relevância do tema e à alta frequência de co-isolamento de fungos e bactérias de infecções humanas e instrumentos hospitalares, esta revisão se concentrará nas interações in vitro e in vivo entre estes dois reinos, com atenção especial a morfologia patogênica fúngica e bacteriana no biofilme e a sua influência na virulência. Material e métodos: Foi realizada uma busca na base de dados PubMed, Biblioteca Cochrane, Web of Science e Scopus, no período 2000 - 2020, utilizando os termos “interactions” “microorganisms”, “interactions between microorganisms” combinados entre si. Foram selecionados artigos de qualidade A das evidências. Resultados: Os mecanismos por trás da interação microbiana e formação de biofilme são diversos, incluindo sinergismo direto, expressão de moléculas, bem como estimulação microbiana dos mecanismos de defesa do hospedeiro. Conclusão: Portanto, explorar a dinâmica da relação entre fungos e bactérias no biofilme e os seus processos patogênicos no hospedeiro ajudará a superar as limitações atuais no que diz respeito à compreensão das interações microbianas e terapias relativas a infecções polimicrobianas, uma vez que os tratamentos são destinados a uma única espécie sem considerar os efeitos de uma causa polimicrobiana.

Introduction : La muqueuse gingivale présente un potentiel de cicatrisation parmi les plus efficaces des tissus humains adultes. Le fibroblaste gingival joue un rôle primordial dans ces phénomènes de cicatrisation par ses interactions avec les éléments de la matrice extra-cellulaire (MEC). La peau, dont les capacités de cicatrisation sont moindres que la gencive, constitue un tissu de comparaison idéal pour étudier les phénomènes de cicatrisation. Ce travail propose de caractériser les différences entre gencive et peau à l’aide d’une cartographie des protéines de leur matrice extra-cellulaire respective et de leurs profils transcriptomiques. Matériels et méthodes : Les matrisomes et les profils d’expression génique (transcriptome) des fibroblastes gingivaux et dermiques ont été comparés après 14 jours de culture à confluence. Ces résultats ont été confirmés par l’analyse des bases de données publiques à l’aide d’outils bioinformatiques (GenePattern et GEO2R). Ils seront complétés par des modèles in vivo : deux prélèvements cutanés et gingivaux appariés chez trois souris saines (C57-Black 6) seront analysés comme précédemment. Résultats : Les résultats préliminaires montrent une surexpression des glycoprotéines dans la MEC des fibroblastes gingivaux. Ces dernières sont associées à la régulation de la synthèse collagéniques et élastiques. Ces résultats, confirmés par transcriptome, mettent en évidence une différence qualitative de la MEC synthétisée par ces deux types cellulaires. Discussion : Ces résultats montrent l’hétérogénéité du fibroblaste qui synthétise des MEC différentes en fonction de son origine tissulaire. Cette cartographie souligne la spécificité du tissu muqueux oral. Ces données préliminaires permettront d’identifier des protéines liées à la cicatrisation ad integrum de la muqueuse orale. Ces résultats pourraient ainsi orienter la fabrication de nouveaux supports en ingénierie tissulaire et présenter de nouvelles pistes thérapeutiques pour la cicatrisation cutanée pathologique
