Abstract:

Tujuan penelitian Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis keterampilan dan profesionalisme secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja aparatur sipil negara pada Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palu. Adapun hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji regresi linear berganda dengan nilai Adjusted R-Square = 0,977 sama dengan 97,70%, menggambarkan bahwa variabel prestasi kerja dipengaruhi oleh variabel keterampilan dan variabel profesionalisme sebesar 97,70%. Berdasarkan hasil data analisis uji regresi nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,325, dengan nilai t sebesar 0,000. Dengan demikian nilai sig t < 0,05 pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Pada hasil data analisis uji regresi variabel profesionalisme, nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,653, nilai t 0,000. Serta nilai sig t < 0,05 pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hal ini mengindentifikasikan profesionalisme berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja.

Abstract:

Mangrove is one of the objects that can be identified by remote sensing technology using satellite imagery. Analysis of the distribution and density of mangrove vegetation using Landsat 8 imagery was carried out in Bolaang Mongondow Timur, North Sulawesi in September 2020. This study aims to map the distribution of mangroves and determine the correlation between NDVI values, canopy cover, and mangrove density. The data analysis used Landsat 8 images with ENVI 5.3 and ArcGIS 10.1 software. Maximum likelihood classification is used to separate mangrove and non-mangrove features. The calculation of mangrove vegetation density using the NDVI algorithm and single-channel classification using the density slice method to divide mangrove density based on the range of pixel values of the NDVI image. Next, to test the accuracy of the classification results using an error matrix (confusion matrix) and the NDVI vegetation index correlation test compared with canopy cover and density data. The classification resulted in four different land cover classes with an overall accuracy of 97.70% and a kappa coefficient of 0.9688. The mangrove vegetation distribution from the classification results is 524.75 ha. The NDVI correlation with the percentage of canopy cover is very significant with a correlation coefficient (r) = 0.9516, while the NDVI correlation with density resulted in moderate correlation (r = 0.5315).Keywords: density; mangrove; Landsat 8; NDVI AbstrakMangrove merupakan salah satu objek yang dapat diidentifikasi menggunakan teknologi penginderaan jauh yakni memanfaatkan citra satelit. Analisis sebaran dan kerapatan vegetasi mangrove menggunakan citra Landsat 8 telah dilakukan di Bolaang Mongondow Timur, Sulawesi Utara pada bulan September 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan sebaran mangrove dan mengetahui hubungan korelasi antara nilai NDVI dengan tutupan kanopi dan kerapatan mangrove. Pengolahan data citra Landsat 8 dengan perangkat lunak ENVI 5.3 dan ArcGIS 10.1. Klasifikasi maximum likelihood digunakan untuk memisahkan fitur mangrove dan non mangrove. Perhitungan kerapatan vegetasi mangrove dengan algoritma NDVI dan klasifikasi saluran tunggal menggunakan metode density slice untuk membagi kerapatan mangrove berdasarkan rentang nilai piksel citra NDVI. Uji akurasi hasil klasifikasi menggunakan matriks kesalahan (confussion matriks) dan uji korelasi indeks vegetasi NDVI dengan data tutupan kanopi dan kerapatan. Hasil klasifikasi mendapatkan empat kelas tutupan lahan yang berbeda dengan overall akurasi sebesar 97,70 % dengan kappa coefisien sebesar 0,9688. Luas sebaran vegetasi mangrove dari hasil klasifikasi adalah 524,75 ha. Korelasi NDVI dengan persentase tutupan kanopi termasuk korelasi sangat kuat dengan koefisien korelasi r = 0,9516 sedangkan korelasi NDVI dengan kerapatan termasuk korelasi sedang (r = 0,5315).Kata kunci: kerapatan; mangrove; Landsat 8; NDVI

Abstract:

It was determined through a large amount of beneficiation test to adopt stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation as the principle beneficiation flowsheet for a certain hematite in Hebei. The test results indicate that we can get iron concentrate with a grade of iron 65.19% and a recovery of iron 63.17% respectively at iron concentrate 21.90%, the primary grinding of 67.54%-200 mesh and secondary grinding of 97.70%-200 mesh.

Abstract:

This research aims to determine the influence of gender empowerment and development as well as government expenditure on economic growth in districts/cities of East Java province in 2014-2020. The research method used is panel data regression analysis by selecting the best model between Common Effect, Fixed Effect and Random Effect with Chow test calculations. From the test results it was found that the best model was Fixed Effect. The results of data processing show that 97.70 percent of the GRDP variance is influenced by the gender empowerment index (IDG), gender development index (IPG) and government expenditure (G).

Abstract:

Addressing the challenges and opportunities in shrinking cities requires approaches and strategies different from those that have been applied under growth conditions. Research on shrinking cities has generated a plethora of approaches and strategies for the shrinkage trajectory and has identified sustainability as a guiding principle. However, shrinking city development in practice either cannot confront the situation of shrinkage, or does so without an integrative, consistent approach, while the concept of sustainability has ambiguous meanings, giving rise to competing or contradicting rationales. This paper identifies the need for clearer directions for a re-orientation away from the growth-oriented approaches, in conjunction with a critical reflection on what sustainability means for different shrinking cities. Towards this end, it first assembles an overview of the strategic framings behind urban development ideas proffered in the shrinking city discourse, with a focus on the temporal, agential and spatial dimensions and the cross-cutting frame of higher-level interdependencies. Secondly, with a deeper reflection on the inner tensions of the sustainability concept, it distils the key rationales and proposes new strategy-making approaches for a development path change towards sustainable development that responds to different local situations.

Abstract:

Summary The Jones (1981) steamflood model incorporates oil displacement by steam as described by Myhill and Stegemeier (1978), and a three-component capture factor based on empirical correlations. The main drawback of the model, however, is the unsatisfactory prediction of the oil production peak: It is usually significantly lower than the observed value. Our study focuses on improving this aspect of the Jones model. In our study, we simulated the production performance of a five-spot-steamflood-pattern unit and compared the results against those based on the Jones model (1981). To obtain a satisfactory match between simulation and Jones-analytical-model results, at the start and height of the production peak, the following refinements to the Jones model were necessary. First, the dimensionless steam-zone size AcD was modified to account for the decrease in oil viscosity during steamflood and its dependence on the steam injection rate. Second, the dimensionless volume of displaced oil produced VoD was modified from its square-root format to an exponential form. The modified model gave very satisfactory results for production performance for up to 20 years of simulated steamflood, compared to the original Jones model. Engineers will find the modified model an improved and useful tool for the prediction of steamflood-production performance. Introduction Steamflooding is a major enhanced-oil recovery (EOR) process applied to heavy oil reservoirs. A steamflood typically proceeds through four development phases: reservoir screening, pilot tests, fieldwide implementation, and reservoir management (Hong 1994). Steamflood-performance prediction is essential to provide information for the proper execution of each development phase. Three mathematical models (statistical, numerical, and analytical models) are often used to predict steamflood performance. Statistical models are based on the historical data of steamflood performance from other reservoirs which have similar oil and rock properties. A statistical model, however, does not include all the flow parameters, and thus may be inaccurate for a particular reservoir. Numerical models usually require a large amount of data input with lengthy calculations using computers; and they are usually CPU-, manpower- and time-consuming and also expensive. They may be extremely comprehensive and better serve as tools for research or advanced reservoir analysis. Meanwhile, analytical models are more economical, but at the expense of accuracy and flexibility. They serve as tools for engineering screening of possible reservoir candidates for field testing (Hong 1994). For many years, attempts have been made to provide analytical models for steamflood-production-performance prediction (Marx and Langenheim 1959; Boberg 1966; Mandl and Volek 1969; Neuman 1975; Myhill and Stegemeier 1978; Gomaa 1980; Jones 1981; van Lookeren 1977; Farouq Ali 1970; Miller and Leung 1985; Rhee et al. 1978; Aydelotte et al. 1982). None of these analytical models gives a comparison with simulation results. Miller and Leung (1985) presented comparison between their analytical model and simulation results for cumulative production vs time, but the comparison for production rate vs time is not available.

Abstract:

The proper parts of face lattices of convex polytopes are shown to satisfy a strong form of the Cohen-Macaulay property, namely that removing from their Hasse diagram all edges in any closed interval results in a Cohen-Macaulay poset of the same rank. A corresponding notion of edgewise Cohen-Macaulay connectivity for partially ordered sets is investigated. Examples and open questions are discussed.

A smart city is an urban centre that integrates a variety of solutions to improve infrastructure performance and achieve sustainable urban development. Urban roads are a crucial infrastructure highly demanded by citizens and organisations interested in their deployment, performance, and safety. Urban traffic signal control is an important and challenging real-world problem that aims to monitor and improve traffic congestion. The deployment of traffic signals for vehicles or pedestrians at an intersection is a complex activity that changes constantly, so it is necessary to establish rules to control the flow of vehicles and pedestrians. Thus, this article describes the joint use of the SmartCitySysML, a profile proposed by the authors, with TCPN (Timed Coloured Petri Nets) to refine and formally model SysML diagrams specifying the internal behaviour, and then verify the developed model to prove behavioural properties of an urban traffic signal control system.

Abstract:

Sulfuric Acid precure Pressure-atmospheriation leaching process from tin dust was studied. The factors had been investigated,which effects indium leaching rate,the factors are :the sulfuric acid initial temperature, curing time of heat, acid dosage, leaching reaction time, leaching temperature, the liquid-solid ratio and so on.The results show that the indium, zinc and tin leaching rate can be 96.68%, 97.70% and 0.52%,while pressure-atmospheriation leaching is carried out under the initial temperature 140°C,sulfuric acid, the time of heat aging 40 min, acid dosage and tin of tobacco smoke mass ratio0.7:1, leaching time 1.5h, leaching temperature 90°C,and the liquid-solid ratio 4:1 conditions.

The results showed that respondents perceived tempeh as an Indonesian cultural food (97.70%), a highly nutritious food (99.41%), and a superfood (86.47%), and 51.76% of respondents consumed 50 g of tempeh daily. Most respondents perceived tempeh to have economic impact (91.7%) and used it as a food for celebrations (95.29%), and there was no significant differences between generations (p<0.05). The conclusion is that tempeh is perceived as an Indonesian cultural food that has cultural, economic, and nutritional value.

В данной статье представлены результаты проведенной благотворительной акции Недели мужского здоровья у 9770 мужчин, проживающих в Кыргызстане с целью объективной оценки состояния мочеполовой системы и самооценки состояния здоровья респондентами в 2021-2022гг. При обращении применены методы диагностического минимума по выявлению заболеваний и проведено анкетирование. При обращении выявлены особенности жалоб и сопоставлены фактически с выявлением патологии, где имеются данные, что такие заболевания как простатит (в молодой возрастной группе - 27,2%) и гиперплазия простаты (в группе среднего и пожилого возраста - 28,4%), а также рак простаты протекают бессимптомно (в целом по республике 6,7%). Проведенное анкетирование по осведомленности о заболеваниях мочеполовой системы, самооценки здоровья указывают на недоверие к врачам. Результаты проведенного исследования свидетельствуют о необходимости усовершенствования урологической помощи населению, в том числе ее амбулаторного звена с охватом просветительской работы населения, от эффективности работы которой, в первую очередь, зависит полнота и своевременность выявления, а значит, и результативность лечения. This article presents the results of the charitable event of the Week of Men's Health among 9770 men living in Kyrgyzstan in order to objectively assess the state of the genitourinary system and self-assessment of the state of health by respondents in 2021-2022. When applying, methods of diagnostic minimum for the detection of diseases were applied and a survey was conducted. When applying, the features of complaints were revealed and actually compared with the detection of pathology, where there is evidence that such diseases as prostatitis (in the young age group - 27.2%) and prostate hyperplasia (in the group of middle and old age - 28.4%), and also, prostate cancer is asymptomatic (6.7% in the whole republic). The survey conducted on awareness of diseases of the genitourinary system, self-assessment of health indicates distrust of doctors. The results of the study indicate the need to improve urological care for the population, including its outpatient level, covering the educational work of the population, the effectiveness of which, first of all, determines the completeness and timeliness of detection, and hence the effectiveness of treatment.

Abstract:

As the number of cases of damage caused by malicious apps increases, accurate detection is required through various detection conditions, not just detection using simple techniques. In this paper, we propose a knowledge-based machine learning method using authority information and adding its usage counting features. This method is classifying training apps and malicious apps through machine learning using permission features in manifest.xml of Android apps. As a result of the experiment, accuracy, recall, precision, F1 score are 99.01%, 97.70%, 100.0%, 99.01%, respectively. Since Recall is higher than other indicators, it accurately predicts malicious apps as malicious. In other words, the proposed system is effective in preventing the distribution of malicious apps.

Abstract:

Spectral measurements of the transmission of a gas cell filled with various amounts of NO2 were obtained with two instruments, a Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer and the OSIRIS spectrograph of the grating type. Five different gas-cell concentrations were investigated for the purpose of calibrating the OSIRIS instrument in the 400–700 nm region where NO2 absorbs visible radiation. The NO2 column amounts derived from the OSIRIS measurements ranged from 6.05 × 1017 to 1.17 × 1016 molecules/cm2, and agreed within 10% of the values determined from the FTIR measurements. Abstract:

Music may modify the impression of a visual environment. Most studies have explored the effect of music on the perception of various service settings, but the effect of music on the perception of outdoor environments has not yet been adequately explored. Music may make an environment more pleasant and enhance the relaxation effect of outdoor recreational activities. This study investigated the effect of music on the evaluation of urban built and urban natural environments. The participants (N = 94) were asked to evaluate five environments in terms of spatio-cognitive and emotional dimensions while listening to music. Two types of music were selected: music with a fast tempo and music with a slow tempo. In contrast with a previous study by Yamasaki, Yamada & Laukka (2015), our experiment revealed that there was only a slight and not significant influence of music on the evaluation of the environment. The effect of music was mediated by the liking of music, but only in the dimensions of Pleasant and Mystery. The environmental features of the evaluated locations had a stronger effect than music on the evaluation of the environments. Environments with natural elements were perceived as more pleasant, interesting, coherent, and mysterious than urban built environments regardless of the music. It is suggested that the intensity of music may be an important factor in addition to the research methodology, individual variables, and cultural differences.

Abstract:

The radio as a vehicle of mass communication has undergone many changes over the years through the development of informatics and cybernetics. The process of digitization suffered by conventional broadcasters and the availability of its content on the Internet, produced the latest step in the recent history of media - the Web Radio. In turn, the education has been used in the new technological resources to produce educational programs multidisciplinary in several areas of knowledge and in different parts of the world. Therefore, the present educational-communicative paradigm requires a new way of thought about the pedagogic models and new intervention strategies in society, which are able to respond to contemporary educational and intervenient processes. In this sense, the radio has been a great ally for Education for over one hundred and fifty years, taking the information and knowledge to the most inhospitable places. Nowadays, with a web format, the radio makes available, in virtual space, an ample group of technological interfaces with an alternative and complementary environment of teaching-learning. Appears, therefore, learning through the Internet radio, providing the virtual space and a set of interfaces for technology that teachers can disseminate their scientific work, suggest readings, stimulate debate on issues related to discipline (forums discussion), information notes, reviews, interviews with local experts and invited, promotion of academic events (congresses, seminars, lectures, conferences or meetings), lessons in podcast, beyond the possibility of synchronous communication with the network, through email, blog, facebook, forum, messenger, chat, myspace, twitter and others. In this communication, we will make a reflection about the web radio, showing its present panorama as an educational-communicative media and highlighting the case study of the Rádio Universitária do Minho (RUM).
