Abstract:

Abstract CC-91516 (also called CC0776314), a selective and potent inhibitor of ERK1/2 and NLK, was discovered via a phenotypic screen of a kinase-focused library for compounds that synergize with mTOR kinase inhibitor CC-223 to induce apoptosis in combination with CC-223. Broad kinase selectivity profiling identified ERK1/2 and NLK as targets of CC-91516. Crystal structure of CC-91516 in complex with ERK2 reveals that its 2, 4, 6-trichlorophenyl moiety binds to a unique back pocket of the adenosine-5′-triphosphate (ATP) binding site of ERK2, which is not accessible to other ERK inhibitors such as BVD-523 and GDC-0994. This unique binding mode of CC-91516 leads to a slow off-rate for its ERK binding with long residence time disrupting both the active and inactive ERK forms. Consequentially, CC-91516 causes sustained inhibition of the MAPK pathway in BRAF mutant colorectal cancer cells. In addition, CC-91516 also regulates Wnt/β-catenin and YAP pathways in multiple cancer cell lines. CC-91516 shows potent yet selective anti-proliferative activity against a large panel of cancer cell lines. Activating mutations in BRAF or CTNNB1 gene associate with sensitivity to CC-91516-mediated anti-proliferative activity while mutations in RB and PI3K/PTEN pathway associate with resistance. CC-91516 inhibits ex vivo colony formation of PDX models with BRAF and CTNNB1 mutations. In addition, CC-91516 potently induces apoptosis, inhibits survival, and overcomes resistance to MEK inhibitor trametinib of BRAF or CTNNB1 mutant cancer cells in long-term culture assay in vitro. CC-91516 has good oral bioavailability and shows excellent anti-tumor activity in vivo against both BRAF and CTNNB1 mutant xenograft models. DMPK and toxicology studies showed robust oral exposure across preclinical species. In summary, CC-91516 has demonstrated preclinical anti-tumor activities and DMPK and safety profiles in support of its clinical development. Abstract:

Abstract. The purpose of this study was for researchers to know the improvement in fine motor physical development through cutting activities. The method used is Classroom Action Research where this research is an action to solve a problem in activities to improve the learning process. The research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The results showed that improving children's fine motor skills through cutting activities was proven to be used in learning. In the first cycle, the average ability of children reached 76.63%, increasing to 91.16% in the second cycle. The increase is marked by increased interest, ability, neatness, and independence of children. This activity uses color images and character scissors that have never been used in previous research. Based on these results, it can be concluded that children's fine motor skills can be improved through cutting activities..Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar peneliti mengetahui peningkatan dalam pengembangan fisik motorik halus melalui kegiatan menggunting. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dimana penelitian ini adalah suatu tindakan untuk memecahkan suatu masalah dalam kegiatan untuk memperbaiki proses dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian dilakukan dalam II siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus anak melalui kegiatan menggunting terbukti dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran. Pada siklus I kemampuan rata rata anak mencapai 76,63 % meningkat menjadi 91,16% pada siklus II. Peningkatan ditandai dengan meningkatnya minat, kemampuan, kerapian, dan kemandirian anak. Kegiatan ini menggunakan media gambar yang berwarna dan gunting karakter yang belum pernah digunakan pada penelitian sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan motorik halus anak dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan menggunting.

Abstract:

Abstract Social disruption (SDR) stress increases splenic CD11b+ myeloid cells, which produce high levels of proinflammatory cytokines upon Toll-like receptor ligation and show impaired nuclear translocation of the GC receptor (GCr) after corticosterone (cort) stimulation. To uncover the mechanism of GC resistance, p38 MAPK (p38) expression and phosphorylation were investigated along with phosphorylation of the GCr. To examine the mechanism(s) of enhanced proinflammatory cytokine responses, CD11b+ splenocytes from control (HCC) and SDR mice were stimulated with lipopolysaccharide in the presence of cort. SDR and HCC CD11b+ cells show similar levels of unphosphorylated p38 protein. CD11b+ cells from SDR mice exhibited an increase in phosphorylation of p38 and of the GCr. Since phosphorylation of p38 has been linked to GCr phosphorylation in humans, it is likely that a same phenomenon occurs here, though it must be confirmed. Since, phosphorylation of the GCr reduces steroid-induced cytokine repression; this may explain the enhanced cytokine expression. Abstract:

Pemalang regency is a district which has amount of poverty around 16.04%. One of the effort that must be improved in tackling poverty is increasing the accuracy of the government program’s target. The improvement of target accuracy is expected to give the better impact on the welfare of the population. This study classified the poverty status of households in Pemalang regency using C5.0 Algorithm. The poverty status of households is divided into two classes, namely poor and non-poor. There was an imbalance of data in both classes. Data imbalances were handled by using Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE). From the research that has been done, SMOTE application in classification of household poverty status affected the evaluation value of the model. Previously the model could not classify the minority class and after using SMOTE the model produced an average value of sensitivity 25.80%. SMOTE application increased the average value of specificity from 91.16% to 94.91%. However, SMOTE application decreased the average value of accuracy which originally 91.16% down to 82.2%.Keywords : C5.0, Household poverty, Classification, SMOTE

Abstract:

Abstract SHIP-1 is a negative regulator of signaling pathways triggered by antigens and cytokines. We reported that SHIP-1 knockout (KO) mice develop a spontaneous allergic pulmonary inflammation. To determine the roles of SHIP-1 in innate and adaptive immune responses, we examined IgE-dependent passive (PSA) and OVA-induced active systemic anaphylactic (ASA) responses in mice deficient in SHIP-1. Heterozygous SHIP-1 (hSHIP) mice were compared with C57BL/6 wild type (WT) mice. For PSA, 24 h after passive immunization with 5 µg anti-DNP IgE, mice were challenged i.v. with 1 mg of DNP-HSA. For ASA, mice were immunized i.p. once or twice with 50 µg of OVA/Alum on day 1 and 7 and then challenged with 1 mg of OVA on day 14 or 21. The core body temperature was monitored and blood was collected for serum immunoglobulins. Compared to WT controls, hSHIP mice developed significantly enhanced IgE-dependent PSA, but surprisingly, with one-time sensitization, hSHIP mice developed diminished ASA responses. Serum OVA-specific IgE and IgG1 were significantly lower but OVA-specific IgG2a was significantly higher in hSHIP mice. These studies demonstrate that SHIP-1 deficiency leads to enhanced PSA by increased mast cell response but diminished ASA, possibly due to impaired Th2 response to allergen and decreased production of IgE and IgG1. Thus, in contrast to its role as a negative regulator in innate immunity, SHIP-1 may play a critical role in the Th2 adaptive immunity as a positive regulator.

Oils from these seeds were found to exhibit the needed potentials for utilization in paint and food industries and as biofuel.

Abstract:

Twenty five salinity-alkalinity tolerant rice varieties tested under sodic soil conditions over four years indicated presence of considerable genetic variation among genotypes. None of the genotype showed stability for all the traits studied. Genotype 2107 showed stability for five traits and recorded low stable grain yield. Genotype 2114 (SSRC 92217)alone recorded stable grain yield of 3072 kg/ha with average response, suitable for all environments. The genotype 2122 (SSRC 91216) recorded 3036 kg/ha of grain yield with below average response and suitable for unfavourable environment. This entry recorded above average mean for all other parameters but were not stable.

Abstract:

Field experiments were conducted during Thaladi season (October-January) of 1998-99 and 1999-2000 on sodic tolerant short duration rice variety TRY 2 (SSRC 91216) with five levels of nitrogen (0, 75, 100, 125 and 150 kg ha) to study the optimum level of N required to produce the maximum yield under sodic soil conditions. The results revealed that there was significant increase in plant height, leaf area index, drymatter production, panicle number, filled grains/panicle, straw and grain yields with an increase in the level of N from 0 to 125 kg ha'. Further increase upto 150 kg N ha did not show any significant increase in the growth and yield parameters observed. Application of 125 kg N ha-1 produced the highest grain yield of 5.15 and 5.51 t ha-1 during 1998-99 and 1999- 2000, respectively. Agronomic N use efficiency, nitrogen uptake at various growth stages were found to be maximum at 125 kg N ha'.

Abstract:

Abstrak: Pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola sampah masih terbatas karena minimnya pelatihan oleh pemerintah. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman anak-anak dan remaja terhadap cara mengelola sampah rumah tangga serta meningkatkan keterampilan dalam mengolah nasi sisa menjadi pupuk organic cair. Metode pelatihan ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu tahapan analisis masalah, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi capaian. Mitra yang dilibatkan yaitu warga Desa Bintaro Kota Mataram. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan diperoleh hasil penilaian pemahaman para peserta rata-rata 91.16% memahami dengan baik cara mengelola sampah rumah tangga terutama menggunakan metode reduce, reuse, dan recycle. Tingkat keterampilan dalam mengolah nasi sisa juga diperoleh jumlah rata-rata peserta yang terampil sebesar 95.83% dalam membuat pupuk cair organik. Kegiatan serupa perlu untuk diteruskan dan diperluas pada jenjang umur dewasa agar program zero waste pemerintah NTB dapat melibatkan seluruh segmen masyarakat.Abstract: Knowledge and skills in managing waste are still limited due to the lack of training by the government. This training aims to increase children's and youth's understanding of how to manage household waste and improve skills in processing leftover rice into liquid organic fertilizer. This training method is carried out through several stages, namely the stages of problem analysis, preparation, implementation, and achievement evaluation. The partners involved were residents of Bintaro village, Mataram. Based on the results of the activity evaluation, it was found that the participants' understanding of the average 91.16% understood well how to manage household waste, especially using the reduce, reuse, and recycle method. The skill level in processing leftover rice was also obtained by an average number of participants who were skilled at 95.83% in making organic liquid fertilizer. Similar activities need to be continued and expanded to the adult age level so that the NTB government's zero waste program can involve all segments of society.

Abstract:

The licuri milk is obtained from the almonds of the palm tree, which is widely distributed in the Caatinga biome, occurring mainly to the east of the São Francisco River. The objective of the research was to identify the main parameters for the conservation of vegetable milk from licuri and the most suitable method to increase the shelf life of the milk. Quality control analysis were carried out in order to determine purity, pH, acidity and colorimetric index using methods from the IAL Food Manual. The results obtained showed that the treatment in sample B (pasteurization at 90ºC for 30 minutes) was significant compared to the other treated samples. From a chemical point of view, it was observed that treatment B prevented major changes in the milk, demonstrating that pasteurization is a viable treatment for increasing the shelf life of vegetable milk.

Abstract:

This paper presents a brief review of the state of the art in humidity and gas ceramic sensors R&D; it also describes the principle, fabrication and application of the humidity-sensitive Si-doped a-hematite (α-Fe2O3) sintered compacts. The humidity signal response is characterized by volt-amperometric and impedance spectroscopy techniques in the 0-97% relative humidity (RH) range. The response time of the sensor is evaluated by 0-60% RH variations. Experimental techniques used to measure the hysteresis, drift, and aging of the humidity setasor are presented and the results are discussed. The CO sensitivity is investigated by activating the sensor in the 350-450℃ temperature range. A humidity-meter prototype, based on the α-Fe2O3ceramic compact is described, and its electronics and features are presented in this paper.

Abstract:

This study examined the impact of cooking, Co-60 gamma irradiation (5 kGy and 10 kGy) and combined irradiation (10 kGy) and cooking treatments on the amino acid profile and physicochemical properties of African locust bean (Parkia biglobosa) seeds, as well as the quality of the seed oil. The treated and untreated (control) seeds were mechanically dehulled and milled into flour using an attrition mill, and subsequently analysed for chemical composition, amino acid profile, functional properties and quality of the seed oil. The results showed a significant increase in the fat content (p ≤ 0.05) after cooking and post-irradiation cooking treatments. The cooked seed samples recorded a 3.84% increase in total mineral content although there was a loss in the total percentage minerals after combined irradiation and cooking which could be linked to leaching of soluble minerals into cooking water. The 10 kGy irradiation dose improved the total essential amino acids present in the seed possibly due to the lyses of adherrent microflora. Percentage cysteine was highest in the 5 kGy irradiated seed sample with about 4.8% increase compared to control. There was a 92.6% loss in foaming capacity of the seed flour as a result of processing; however, 5 kGy irradiated sample recorded only about 26% loss in the foaming capacity. The anti-nutrients were significantly reduced by cooking, irradiation, post-irradiation cooking up to about 60%, 40%, 26.7% and 60% for cooked, 5 kGy irradiated, 10 kGy irradiated and post-irradiated cooked samples, respectively. Tannin content was not significantly affected (p<0.05) by the irradiation treatments; it was however reduced significantly by post-irradiation cooking. The 5 kGy and 10 kGy doses did not significantly affect iodine value of the oil sample. There was however an increase in iodine value as a result of cooking and post-irradiation cooking with values as high as 163.53 g I2 and 182.77 g I2 per 100g, respectively. Overall, it could be concluded that medium dose gamma irradiation did not negatively affect the quality of the African locust bean seed, which is desirable for elongation of storage life of the seed.

Abstract:

Este artículo presenta una investigación exploratoria que analizó la concepción de profesor que se desprende de las carreras de Pedagogía en Artes Visuales de Chile. Con ese fin, se revisó y comparó la formación disciplinar y pedagógica que imparten las seis carreras de régimen regular del área, que pertenecen al sistema de educación superior chileno. Asimismo, se exploró la relación existente entre propuesta curricular y perfiles de egreso. A nivel metodológico, se creó una matriz analítica general que permitió codificar, analizar y comparar los planes de estudio y los discursos institucionales. Los principales hallazgos apuntan a que la mayoría de las carreras otorgan más peso al área disciplinar práctica, en contraposición con las áreas histórica y teórica. Además, se evidencia un menor énfasis en la didáctica de la especialidad. Estos aspectos son cruciales ya que se observa que la concepción de docente de Artes Visuales que subyace en estas carreras, refiere a un profesional dedicado al hacer artístico, característica de un modelo educativo inaugurado en el siglo XIX, propio de una visión colonial, que se orienta a la formación de un artista-profesor y, que posteriormente, replica la centralidad del hacer procedimental en los contextos escolares.

Abstract:

This paper focuses on Honig’s critical reworking of the concept of inclination and her concept of “slow regicide”. With “slow regicide” Honig describes a performative critique of the violence of the patriarchal order. However, what Honig underestimates, I argue, is that this intervention must itself be non-violent if it is not to reinstate patriarchal violence. My suggestion is that paying closer attention to the performativity of inclination shows how “slow regicide” enables a non-violent refusal in which the normativity of patriarchy is frustrated and fails.

Abstract:

Enhancement of photon absorption on barium strontium titanate (BaxSr1-xTiO3) thin-film semiconductor for mole fractionx=0.25, 0.35, 0.45, and 0.55 using one-dimensional photonic crystal with defect was investigated experimentally. The thin film was grown on transparent conductive oxide (TCO) substrate using chemical solution deposition method and annealed at 500°C for 15 hours with increasing rate of 1.6°C/min. From optical characterization in visible spectrum it was found that the average absorption percentages are 92.04%, 83.55%, 91.16%, and 80.12%, respectively. The BST thin film with embedded photonic crystal exhibited a relatively significant enhancement on photon absorption, with increasing value of 3.96%, 7.07%, 3.04%, and 13.33% for the respective mole fraction and demonstrating absorbance characteristic with flat feature. In addition, we also discuss the thin-film properties of attenuation constant and electrical conductivity.

Abstract:

In this investigation, a pilot-scale fluidized magnetization roasting reactor was introduced and used to enhance magnetic properties of iron ore. Consequently, the effects of roasting temperature, reducing gas CO flow rate, and fluidizing gas N2 flow rate on the magnetization roasting performance were studied. The results indicated that the hematite was almost completely converted into magnetite by a gas mixture of 4 Nm3/h CO and 1 Nm3/h N2 at roasting temperature of 540?C for about 30 s. Under optimized conditions, a high grade concentrate containing 66.84% iron with iron recovery of 91.16% was achieved. The XRD, VSM, and optical microscopy (OM) analyses revealed that most of the hematite, except some coarse grains, was selectively converted to magnetite, and that the magnetic properties were greatly enhanced. Thus, their separation from non-magnetic gangue minerals was facilitated.

Metode analisis data yang akan diterapkan adalah Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), terdiri dari analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil pengukuran efisiensi relatif Puskesmas umum di sektor publik menggunakan DEA model BCC (asumsi VRS) orientasi input dan output diperoleh dari enam Puskesmas di Kota Bogor, terdapat 4 Puskesmas yang masuk dalam kategori Puskesmas efisien (Achieved 100%), diantaranya Puskesmas Bogor Timur, Puskesmas Kayu Manis, Puskesmas Bogor Selatan dan Puskesmas Tanah Sareal. Untuk itu perlu adanya pengukuran kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional, yang dilakukan pada tanggal 3 s/d 8 Februari. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 169 pasien. Pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian diperoleh tingkat kesesuaian antara harapan dan kenyataan pada dimensi reliability (87,13%), responsiveness (88,59%), assurance (91,16%), emphaty (99,54%) dan tangible (88,34%). Saran yang dapat diberikan antara lain optimalisasi kebijakan SOP, merumuskan komitmen bersama bagi pegawai puskesmas, membuat papan informasi keberadaan petugas, memberikan on the job training, menempelkan stiker budaya antri, mengusulkan alat kesehatan serta menambah kursi dan kipas angin.Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Pasien, Kualitas Pelayanan

The competency model has an important role in human resource management (HRM) as a scientific and objective talent assessment theory. With the widespread use of machine learning methods, machine learning assistance for HRM job competency assessment and determination provides a new way of thinking for talent assessment and management. The establishment of HR competency models based on machine learning methods can quickly and accurately help companies gain a competitive advantage. Based on this paper, we take Company C as the research object and establish the HR management job, competency model, based on a genetic algorithm optimized BP neural network (GA-BP). The results show that the model can be better applied to the analysis of the HR management job competency model of Company C. The prediction accuracy reaches 91.16% classification accuracy, which has a certain reference significance, and it has a certain reference and value for the HRM job industry.

O presente estudo tem por objetivo investigar a realidade de mulheres que se tornaram mães enquanto cursavam Pedagogia, com ênfase para os desafios vivenciados por elas ao conciliar os estudos com a maternidade, bem como a postura da universidade em relação às atividades domiciliares e atendimento a essas alunas. A pesquisa foi realizada por meio de levantamento de informações na Secretaria Acadêmica da universidade e gravação de entrevistas com uma professora e três mulheres que se tornaram mães enquanto estudavam Pedagogia. Os resultados indicam que: apesar de as mulheres conquistarem espaço no mundo acadêmico, quando ocorre a gravidez elas se deparam com dificuldades, ficando acumuladas de atribuições; durante os três meses de licença maternidade, os professores enviam atividades domiciliares, mas as alunas consideram pouco tempo de afastamento; apesar dos desafios vivenciados pelas 34 mães acadêmicas, 91,16% do total deram continuidade ou conseguiram concluir o curso de Pedagogia.

Abstract:

The performance of an efficient and accurate action recognition system heavily depends on distinctive representations for a different class of action sequences. To address this issue, we propose an ensemble network in this paper. We design two multilayer Long Short Term Memory networks to capture spatial and temporal dynamics of the entire sequence, referred to as Spatial-distance Net (SdNet) and Temporal-distance Net (TdNet) respectively. More specifically, SdNet captures the spatial dynamics of joints within a frame and TdNet explores the temporal dynamics of joints between frames along the sequence. Finally, two nets are fused as one Ensemble network, referred to as Spatio -Temporal distance Net (STdNet) to explore both spatial and temporal dynamics. The efficacy of the proposed method is evaluated on two widely used datasets, UTD MHAD and NTU RGB+D, and the proposed STdNet achieved 91.16% and 80.03% accuracies respectively.

Les valeurs de l'héritabilité du poids corporel, de la longueur de la cuisse, de celle du bréchet et de la profondeur de la poitrine pour les poules indigènes du Nigeria âgés de 6 semaines, ont été obtenues à partir des données d'un modèle imbriqué. Cent soixante-dix poussins des deux sexes, issus de 5 coqs fécondant chacun 4 poules par insémination artificielle ont été utilisés. A l'éclosion, les poussins étaient marqués à l'aile et leur pedigree établi à partir des ascendants. Les moyennes de ces caractères étaient respectivement de 114,97 g, 3,48 cm, 3,35 cm et 3,22 cm pour le poids corporel, la longueur de la cuisse, celle du bréchet et la profondeur de la poitrine. L'héritabilité estimée à partir du père, de la mère et de la combinaison des indices de variance pour le poids corporel, la longueur de la cuisse et la profondeur de la poitrine était respectivement de 0,41, 0,66 et 0,36; 0,58, 0,14 et 0,36 et 0,58, 0,36 et 0,48. Ces mêmes valeurs, calculées à partir des parents et des indices de variance, étaient respectivement de 0,34 et 0,17 pour la longueur du bréchet. Ces résultats montrent que l'héritabilité à 6 semaines est moyenne ou élevée pour les caractères considérés.

Abstract:

The Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) pavements are built employing the Portland cement. The design of the rigid RCC pavements was developed gradually through methods of design. These methods were established by various organisms for the determination of the necessary thicknesses of roadways. In this study a numerical 3D modelling was used by introducing to the computer code "Abaqus" the behaviour law of the RCC. Several other methods of 2D modelling were applied for the determination of the stress and the strains in the RCC slab such as the Closed-form Formulas and the Portland Cement Association (PCA) method. Finally the results of 3D modelling are compared with those obtained by the various other methods. The comparison shows good correspondences although the 3D modelling gives results slightly lower than those given by the 2D methods in stresses.

Abstract:

Stem cell research has come into prominence because of its applications in assisted reproductive technology and the treatment of deadly diseases. In teleost fishes, spermatogonial stem cells have been effectively used to produce surrogate gametes and progeny through germ cell transplantation technique. The present study is the first report of an innovative application of stem cell therapy in fish species for revitalising the reproductive competence of senescent individuals. Senescent male goldfish, Carassius auratus, approximately 10 years of age were procured from a fish-breeding farm and were reared locally in the lab for an additional two years. The senescence of the individuals was then evaluated and confirmed using histological analysis, gonadal index assessment, and germ-cell specific vasa gene expression. Analyses revealed absence of spermatogonial cells and other germ cells in the testes of the senescent fish (n = 5). Spermatogonial cells from sexually immature C. auratus male donor were isolated using discontinuous percoll gradients, labelled with the fluorescent dye PKH-26, and transplanted into the gonads of senescent C. auratus males through urogenital papilla. Six months after the transplant, spermatozoa were collected through applying gentle manual pressure on the abdomen and were observed under a microscope. All C. auratus males with the transplant had produced spermatozoa from the transplanted cells. This was confirmed by the retention of PKH-26 in the spermatozoa and diagnostic SSR locus. Gravid C. auratus females were artificially inseminated with the spermatozoa of those senescent males and natural spawning was allowed. As a result viable progeny were produced. These observation suggests that the reproductive competence of senescent male fishes can be revitalised through spermatogonial stem cell therapy to produce functional gametes.

A Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional nos domicílios depende de fatores influenciados por determinantes locais e regionais. Trata-se de um estudo piloto com objetivo traçar o perfil socioeconômico, nutricional e de segurança alimentar de famílias de Paraíso do Tocantins. O estudo foi conduzido no mês de julho de 2016, em 22 domicílios do município de Paraíso do Tocantins. Os dados foram coletados a partir de visitas domiciliares, onde o chefe de família respondeu a um questionário semiestruturado com informações socioeconômicas. A situação de (in)segurança alimentar foi avaliada a partir da Escala Brasileira de Insegurança Alimentar (EBIA). Foi realizada avaliação nutricional de todos os indivíduos que compõem o grupo familiar e que estavam presentes no momento da entrevista. Observou-se prevalência de 36,4% de insegurança alimentar, bem como, domicílios chefiados por mulheres, indivíduos autodeclarados preto/pardos, com mais de 60 anos e sem atividade remunerada. Estas características podem estar relacionadas à insegurança alimentar e nutricional dos indivíduos e famílias. Ressalta-se que para a obtenção de dados fidedignos, é preciso garantir a aplicação correta dos procedimentos propostos em uma pesquisa, sendo assim, a realização do estudo piloto foi fundamental para identificar possíveis entraves e garantir a concisão do estudo

Abstract:

In this paper, we propose Dual Parallel Reverse Attention Edge Network (DPRA-EdgeNet), an architecture that jointly learns to segment an object and its edge. Specifically, the model uses two cascaded partial decoders to form two initial estimates of the object segmentation map and its corresponding edge map. This is followed by a series of object decoders and edge decoders which work in conjunction with dual parallel reverse attention modules. The dual parallel reverse attention (DPRA) modules repeatedly prunes the features at multiple scales to put emphasis on the object segmentation and the edge segmentation respectively. Furthermore, we propose a novel decoder block that uses spatial and channel attention to combine features from the preceding decoder block and reverse attention (RA) modules for object and edge segmentation. We compare our model against popular segmentation models such as U-Net, SegNet and PraNet and demonstrate through a five fold cross validation experiment that our model improves the segmentation accuracy significantly on the Kvasir-SEG dataset and Kvasir-Instrument dataset.
