Results were obtained for D in tension (Type A, 0.080; Type B, 0.089) and compression (Type A, 0.178; Type B, 0.207), [Formula: see text] in tension (Type A, 0.085%; Type B, 0.075%) and compression (Type A, 0.086%; Type B, 0.086%), and [Formula: see text] in tension (Type A, range = 0.12–1.06%; Type B, range = 0.6–1.43%) and compression (Type A, range = 0.65–1.20%; Type B, range = 1.05–2.20%). Failure involved flax fibre bundle cracks and interfacial cracks in the flax fibre/epoxy region.

Abstract:
The background of this research is that there are still many students who are not paying attention when the teacher explains the lesson, afraid to ask questions if they find difficulties about the material. The low learning motivation and student involvement greatly affect the smooth teaching and learning process, so that students' mathematics learning outcomes do not meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). For this reason, a learning strategy is needed that makes students active in learning and improves student learning outcomes. One way to fulfill these expectations is to use math cards by applying the Team Game Tournament (TGT) learning strategy. The subjects of this class action research (PTK) were class VII.1 students of MTsN 4 Padang City for the 2021/2022 academic year, a total of 29 people. The results of the percentage of student activity obtained through the observation sheet showed that student activity significantly increased with the tournames between groups. And the percentage of student completeness increased from the learning outcomes of the first cycle, namely from 74.19% to 90.22% of the final learning outcomes test of the second cycle. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Learning Tournament Type learning strategy can increase the activity and learning outcomes of class VII.1 MTsN 4 Padang City. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masih banyaknya siswa yang kurang perhatian saat guru menerangkan pelajaran, takut bertanya jika menemukan kesulitan tentang materi. Masih rendahnya motivasi belajar dan keterlibatan siswa sangat mempengaruhi kelancaran proses belajar mengajar, sehingga hasil belajar matematika siswa belum memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntantasan Minimal (KKM). Untuk itu diperlukan strategi pembelajaran yang menjadikan siswa aktif dalam belajar serta meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Salah satu cara yang dapat memenuhi harapan tersebut adalah penggunaan kartu matematika dengan menerapan strategi belajar Team Game Turnamen (TGT). Subjek Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini adalah siswa kelas VII.1 MTsN 4 Kota Padang tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 29 orang. Hasil persentase aktivitas siswa diperoleh melalui lembar abservasi terlihat aktivitas siswa signifikan meningkatan dengan adanya tourname antar kelompok. Dan presentase ketuntasan siswa meningkat dari hasil belajar siklus I yaitu dari 74, 19% kepada 90,22% dari tes hasil belajar akhir siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi belajar Tipe Turnamen Belajar dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII.1 MTsN 4 Kota Padang.

Abstract:
Ketersediaan bahan ajar hidrokarbon yang secara eksplisit membelajarkan kemampuan berpikir kritis masih jarang ditemukan. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa calon guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan prototipe berupa bahan ajar model inkuiri dengan strategi konflik kognitif yang valid dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dari validitas dan keefektifan bahan ajar berbasis inkuiri dengan strategi konflik kognitif yang merupakan hasil pengembangan dengan rancangan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Dua validator ahli, satu validator praktisi dan lima mahasiswa dilibatkan pada evaluasi validitas dan keterbacaan bahan ajar. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif-kuantitatif menggunakan persamaan N-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dinyatakan (1) valid (rerata= 90,31) dengan keterbacaan sangat baik (rerata= 90,22); dan (2) efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa (pretest= 31,3 dan posttest= 61,3) dengan peningkatan medium (n-gain= 0,4). Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis inkuiri dengan strategi konflik kognitif dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. The Validity of the Hydrocarbon Teaching Materials based on Inquiry Learning Model with Cognitive Conflict Strategies to Improve Critical Thinking Ability Abstract The availability of instructional materials explicitly teaching critical thinking skills is still rare. This condition leads to a low level of critical thinking ability among prospective teachers. This research aims to develop a prototype in the form of an inquiry-based instructional material with cognitive conflict strategy that valid and effective to enhance prospective teachers’ critical thinking ability. This study is a quantitative descriptive research on the validity and effectiveness of inquiry-based instructional materials with cognitive conflict strategy, developed using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Two expert validators, one practitioner validator, and five students were involved in evaluating the validity and readability of the instructional material. The research data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively using the N-gain equation. The results of the study indicate that the developed instructional material is (1) valid (mean=90.31) with excellent readability (mean=90.22), and (2) effective in improving students' critical thinking ability (pretest=31.3 and posttest=61.3) with a medium level of improvement (n-gain=0.4). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that inquiry-based instructional materials with cognitive conflict strategy can be used in teaching to enhance prospective teachers' critical thinking ability.

Elektroda yang digunakan adalah tembaga (Anoda), dan timah (Katoda), kemudian menghubungkan elektroda secara seri dari rangkaian sel buatan yang telah dirangkai dengan ukuran diameter elektroda dengan ketebalan 0,5 mm dan luas 35 cm2 dan 90 cm2. volume air untuk setiap percobaan dari 50 ml, 100 ml, 150 ml, 200 ml, 250 ml, 300 ml, 350 ml, 400 ml, 450 ml, 500 ml disetiap sel. Pada percobaaan air laut pantai padang luas penampang elektroda 35cm2 dengan salinitas kadar garam 30%, menghasilkan tegangan tertinggi sebesar 1,560 volt dan arus 0,017 mA kemudian pada luas penampang elektroda 90cm2 mendapatkan hasil tertinggi sebesar 1,686 volt dan arus 0,043. Dilakukan juga pengujian yang sama terhadap air pantai bungus dengan luas penampang elektroda 35cm2 yang mengandung salinitas kadar garam 35% dihasilkan tegangan tertinggi 1,045 volt dan arus tidak terbaca dialat ukur dikarenakan arus yang sangat kecil. sedangkan air laut pantai Bungus pada luas penampang elektroda 90cm2 mendapatkan tegangan sebesar 1,657 Volt dan arus 0,027 mA.

Abstract:
In this work we studied the gate oxidation temperature and nitridation influences on the resultant 3C-SiC MOSFET forward characteristics. Conventional long channel lateral MOSFETs were fabricated on 3C-SiC(100) epilayers grown on Si substrates using five different oxidation process. Both room temperature and high temperature (up to 500K) forward IV performance were characterised, and channel mobility as high as 90cm2/V.s was obtained for devices with nitrided gate oxide, considerable higher than the ones without nitridation process (~70 cm2/V.s).

Abstract:
Salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk mempertahankan kualitas daun seledri dan memperpanjang umur simpan adalah menggunakan pengemasan dengan ukuran ketebalan plastik polietilen densitas rendah (LDPE) yang tepat dan penyimpanan pada suhu rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketebalan plastik polietilen densitas rendah sebagai bahan pengemas terhadap mutu daun seledri selama penyimpanan dingin dan untuk mengetahui tingkat ketebalan plastik polietilen densitas rendah berapakah yang dapat mempertahankan mutu daun seledri yang terbaik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimental. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan perlakuan ketebalan plastik polietilen densitas rendah dengan ukuran ketebalan 0,02 mm; 0,03 mm; 0,04 mm; 0,05 mm, 0,06 mm. Pengamatan dilakukan setiap 3 hari sekali dan setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali pada suhu penyimpanan 100 ± 20C selama 18 hari penelitian. Parameter dalam penelitian ini adalah susut bobot, kadar air, warna, tekstur, tingkat kesegaran, dan aroma. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan ketebalan plastik LDPE sebagai bahan pengemas daun seledri berpengaruh sangat nyata (P?0,01) terhadap parameter penelitian. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh dari ketebalan plastik polietilen densitas rendah ukuran 0,04 mm dengan susut bobot 4,64 %, warna 18,97, tekstur 0,0455 N, kadar air 90,22 %, tingkat kesegaran 4,87 dan aroma 5,00. Kesimpulan bahwa tingkat ketebalan plastik LDPE 0,04 dapat mempertahankan mutu daun seledri paling lama diantara ukuran ketebalan yang lainnya yaitu selama 18 hari. One way to maintain the quality of celery and extend shelf life is to use packaging with the right size level of low density polyethylene (LDPE) and storage at low temperatures. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of low density polyethylene plastic as a packaging material on the quality of celery during cold storage and to determine what size level of low density polyethylene plastic can maintain the best quality celery. This research method uses experimental research. The study applied a completely Randomized Design (RAL) with one treatment factor: size level of LDPE plastic (0.02 mm, 0.03 mm, 0.04 mm, 0.05 mm, 0.06 mm). Observations were carried out once every 3 days and each treatment was repeated 3 times at a storage temperature of 100 ± 20C for 18 days of the study. The parameters in this study are weight loss, water content, color, texture, level of freshness, and aroma. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the treatment of size level of LDPE plastic as a celery packaging material had a very significant effect (P?0.01) on the research parameters. The best treatment was obtained from the size level of a low density polyethylene plastic size of 0.04 mm with a weight loss is 4.64%, a color is 18.97, a texture is 0.0455 N, a moisture content is 90.22%, a level of freshness is 4.87 and a scent is 5.00. The conclusion that size level of LDPE plastic is 0.04 mm can maintain the longest quality of celery among other size level for 18 days.

Abstract:
In this study, we identified the different causes of odor problems and their associated discomfort. We also recognized the significance of public health and environmental concerns. To address odor issues, it is vital to conduct precise analysis and comprehend the root causes. We suggested a hybrid model of a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Transformer called the CNN–Transformer to tackle this challenge and assessed its effectiveness. We utilized a dataset containing 120,000 samples of odor to compare the performance of CNN+LSTM, CNN, LSTM, and ELM models. The experimental results show that the CNN+LSTM hybrid model has an accuracy of 89.00%, precision of 89.41%, recall of 91.04%, F1-score of 90.22%, and RMSE of 0.28, with a large prediction error. The CNN+Transformer hybrid model had an accuracy of 96.21%, precision and recall of 94.53% and 94.16%, F1-score of 94.35%, and RMSE of 0.27, showing a low prediction error. The CNN model had an accuracy of 87.19%, precision and recall of 89.41% and 91.04%, F1-score of 90.22%, and RMSE of 0.23, showing a low prediction error. The LSTM model had an accuracy of 95.00%, precision and recall of 92.55% and 94.17%, F1-score of 92.33%, and RMSE of 0.03, indicating a very low prediction error. The ELM model performed poorly with an accuracy of 85.50%, precision and recall of 85.26% and 85.19%, respectively, and F1-score and RMSE of 85.19% and 0.31, respectively. This study confirms the suitability of the CNN–Transformer hybrid model for odor analysis and highlights its excellent predictive performance. The employment of this model is expected to be advantageous in addressing odor problems and mitigating associated public health and environmental concerns.

Abstract:
As many as 40 plant species belonging to 36 genera of 27 families were composing the study area - Gaddikhana Forest, Darjeeling. Among them 37 were dicotyledons and 3 monocotyledons. Its plant community was analyzed quantitatively and synthetically. The effective quadrate size was 90×90cm2. Diversity indices of 34 plant species and their evenness were determined. The proportional abundance of every species against its rank of abundance was also determined to deduce the allocation of individuals to species in communities. But for the population pressures the anthropogenic activities in forest regions are increased and in future it seems to be a major threat of biodiversity of Darjeeling.

Abstract:
Radioisotope indium-113m (113mIn) with half-life, T1/2 = 1.7 hours and gamma energy, Eg = 391 keV is suitable and meets the criteria as radiotracer in industry. 113mIn radioisotope was obtained from tin-113 decay (113Sn, T1 / 2 = 115 days) of 112Sn (n,g) 113Sn neutron activation in nuclear reactor. The process of separation of radioisotope 113mIn using column chromatography method based on silica gel matrix using 0.05 M HCI solution. Radionuclide and radiochemical purity tests were performed using the gamma-spectrometry method and paper chromatography. The final product specification in the form of 113mInCl3 is clear solution, pH 2, obtained yield of 81.83%, radionuclide purity of 90.22%, radiochemical purity of 91.61 ± 0,29% and stable for 3 days at room temperature.

Abstract:
The paper considers various aspects and approaches regarding the search for a system of differenrt representatives (SDR) of subsets of a finite set. Algorithm 3 has been developed, which is an algorithmization of the search process for SDR on the basis of Hall's theorem on the existence of SDR. Algorithms 1-5 for searching for partial and complete SDRs based on the technology for solving problems of the transport type, in particular, the algorithm associated with the construction of cycles, are given. SDR search algorithms can be used as auxiliary tools for solving combinatorial problems. Abstract The PDL-1:PD-1 pathway is involved in T cell exhaustion after chronic viral infection. PD-1 can bind to either PDL-1 or PDL-2, whereas PDL-1 can bind to either PD-1 or B7.1. We tested the effect of combining standard aPDL-1 blockade with a4-1BB (3H3 agonistic antibody) treatment to determine T cell restoration effects in a model of chronic infection with lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV). We chose 4-1BB because it has been shown to be an important costimulatory pathway. It appears that a4-1BB treatment enhances the effect of aPDL-1 blockade if given in a low dose (50 μg, once). Conversely, if a4-1BB is given in a high dose (200 μg, five times), it results in sudden increase of antigen-specific T cells by day 7, but massive T cell death by day 14 post treatment. These results show the importance for 4-1BB costimulation in aPDL-1 mediated T cell restoration.

Abstract:
The paper investigated the production properties of three sorghum genotypes: NS-Dzin (forage sorghum), Zora (Sudan grass) and Siloking (interspecies hybrid) in terms of different nitrogen rates used in side dressing in 2009 and 2010. The subject of study was green biomass and dry matter yield in the stages of intensive growth and tasseling. The results have shown that there have been significant fluctuations in production indicators between the genotypes. In the total average, the lowest yield was recorded for the Sudan grass (85.41 t ha-1). Significantly higher yields were recorded for the interspecies hybrid (90.22 t ha-1) and the forage sorghum (93.51 t ha-1). Although the effect of nitrogen rates depended on weather conditions, i.e. rainfall distribution, the optimal nitrogen rate in both years was 180 kg ha-1.

Pengukuran medan magnet pada siklotron diperlukan untuk mengetahui besar dan arah dari medan magnet. Sistem ini menggunakan LabVIEW untuk membuat aplikasi antarmuka (HMI) dan pemrograman sistem. Implementasi fungsi kendali menggunakan controller NI cRIO-9022 yang dirangkai dengan modul NI 9512, yang akan mengatur kerja komponen penggerak, yaitu stepper motor. Implementasi fungsi akuisisi data menggunakan DTM-151 Digital Teslameter untuk mengukur kuat medan magnet. Pengukuran menggunakan bidang koordinat kartesian (x,y). Sebuah magnet permanen digunakan sebagai objek uji pengukuran. Ukuran magnet uji lebih kecil dari dimensi pengukuran sistem sehingga dimensi pengukuran terhadap bidang magnet dibuat berukuran (100 x 100) mm. Koordinat posisi awal teslameter 1 dan teslameter 2, secara berurutan, adalah (430,720) dan (430,240). Pengujian dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali (2 posisi magnet yang berbeda). Masing-masing pengujian dilakukan 3 kali pengukuran sehingga didapatkan 6 file data. Dari jumlah file data tersebut didapatkan jumlah data dengan rata-rata 1.117 data setiap file-nya. Kecepatan putar motor yang digunakan saat pengujian adalah 25 mm/s. Laju pembacaan data sebesar 10 data/s, interval dari perubahan posisi ketika motor berputar bernilai 2,5 mm. Magnetic field measurement on cyclotron is required to determine the magnitude and direction of the magnetic field. The system used LabVIEW to create an interface application (HMI) and system programming. The control function implemented by using controller NI cRIO-9022 combined with NI 9512 module, which would controlling the motion component, that isthe stepper motor. The acquisition data function implemented by using DTM-151 Digital Teslameter to measure the magnetic field. The measurement works within the cartesian coordinate plane (x,y). A permanent magnet was used as the measurement trial object. The size of the magnet was smaller than measurement dimension of the system therefore the measurement dimension of the magnetic plane was made with the size of (100 x 100) mm. The initial position coordinate of the teslameter 1 and teslameter 2, respectively, set at (430,720) and (430,240). The trial was excuted 2 times (2 different magnet position). Each trial consist of 3 times measurement, so there’s 6 data file obtained. On those data file, there’s an average of 1.117 data on each file. The motor speed was set on 25 mm/s. The data reading speed was set on 10 data/s, which would caused a 2,5 mm interval on one single data. Abstract:
Linear fractional programming is a special case of non-linear programming with an objective function consisting of the ratio of two linear functions. The problem can be solved using the Dinkelbach algorithm and the Charnes Cooper transformation. The essence of these two methods is to convert the problem of linear fractional programming into a linear programming problem which then provides an optimal value of each variable in its objective function. In this study, we will solve the problem of linear fractional programming at UD Bintang Furniture, that is to determine the optimal value of the comparison between profits and production costs of the company. The results show that the Dinkelbach algorithm method requires more iterations than Charnes Cooper's transformation. Despite this, both methods produce the same optimal value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian meliputi kecepatan pelayanan, komunikasi informasi dan edukasi (KIE), serta keramahan petugas di Apotek Pagesangan Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional dengan rancangan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pendekatan cross sectional yaitu jenis penelitian yang menekankan pada waktu pengukuran atau observasi data dalam satu kali pada satu waktu yang dilakukan pada variabel terikat dan variabel bebas. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling yaitu pasien yang kebetulan datang menebus obat dan sesuai sebagai sumber data dengan besar sampel sebanyak 95 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pasien yang menebus obat di Apotek Pagesangan Mataram memiliki nilai rata-rata berturut-turut per dimensi (Kecepatan Pelayanan, KIE, Keramahan Petugas) sebesar (90,22%, 85,36%, 99,5%). Hasil penelitian ini dapat di gunakan sebagai pemacu pelayanan kefarmasian yang lain untuk mempertahankan serta memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian kepada pasien untuk menjadi lebih baik lagi.Salah satu indikator kepuasan pasien dalam bidang kesehatan adalah tersedianya pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. The experiment was conducted at the Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (90o22 E, 23o 41 N), Dhaka, Bangladesh in Rabi (winter) season of 2017-2018 to study the effects of sowing date on growth and yield of four white maize genotypes, viz. PSC-121, Yangnuo-7, Yungnuo-30 and Changnuo-6. Sowing dates were November 26, December 11, and December 26. Data were collected on different phenological growth stages, dry matter, physiological attributes, yield, and yield attributes. A delay in sowing date delayed the time required for seedling emergence, to reach the 6-leaf collar, maturity stage, and also reduced yield. The planting of PSC-121 in November 26 gave the highest dry matter plant-1, the number of grains cob-1, and 100- grain weight that resulted in the highest grain yield (11.65 t/ha) of the genotype. Abstract:
Based on the condition test and comparative analysis of mixing bottom pot water and bottom cellar water from a sauce sweet model liquor enterprise and a fen-flavor liquor enterprise, this study discuss the difference of recycling methane from anaerobic fermentation in two types of distilled spirit wastewater. The results of the tests show mixing the bottom pot water and bottom cellar water of the two kinds of Chinese spirits under the optimal proportion and conducting the anaerobic experiment under optimum conditions, the COD concentrations in effluent of both mixed distilled spirit wastewater are approximately the same. And the rates of degradation in two types of wastewater are almost the same. At the same time, the gas production of sauce sweet model liquor wastewater is a little higher than that of fen-flavor wastewater. The best removal rates of COD are 90.22% and 88.99% respectively for the two types of wastewaters.

Tumor otak merupakan salah satu penyakit yang mematikan dimana 3.7% per 100.000 pasien mengidap tumor ganas. Untuk menganalisa tumor otak dapat dilakukan melalui segmentasi citra Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Proses analisa citra secara otomatis dibutuhkan untuk menghemat waktu dan meningkatkan akurasi dari diagnosa yang dilakukan. Segmentasi secara otomatis dapat dilakukan dengan deep learning. U-NET merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan segmentasi citra medis karena bekerja dapa pixel level. Dengan menerapkan fungsi aktivasi ReLU dan Adam Optimizer, metode ini dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan segmentasi tumor otak. Dataset untuk proses training dan validation menggunakan BRATS 2017. Beberapa hyperparameter diterapkan pada metode ini yaitu, learning rate (lr) = 0.0001, batch size (bz) = 5, epoch = 80 dan beta ( ) = 0.9. Dari serangkaian proses yang dilakukan, akurasi metode U-NET dihitung dengan rumus Dice Coefficient dan menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebagai berikut: 90.22% (Full Tumor), 78.09% (Core Tumor) dan 80.20% (Enhancing Tumor).

AbstractIn this study, a rock‐reforming mineral and zeolite ZSM‐5 were used as catalysts in the pyrolysis of polypropylene (PP) to get liquid products. The structures of catalysts were investigated via XRD and FTIR techniques. The liquid fractions collected from the non‐catalytic and catalytic pyrolysis processes were indicated via GCMS measurement. The results show the rock‐forming mineral has the typical pattern of SiO2 quartz, KAlSi3O8 microcline, and H2KAl3(SiO4)3 muscovite phases, while the zeolite ZSM‐5 has the typical pattern of H0.32Al0.32Si95.68O192 hydrogen aluminum silicate phase. The major products from PP pyrolysis without catalyst was 2,4‐ dimethyl‐1‐heptene (trimer), around 46.43 wt.% and the percentage of branched‐chain alkenes of 90.22 wt.% is significantly high. Whereas, the liquid products, which were formed from the catalytic pyrolysis using the rock‐reforming mineral and ZSM‐5 as catalysts, contain the significantly reduced portions of alkenes.

Abstract:
Activity recognition in humans is one of the active challenges that find its application in numerous fields such as, medical health care, military, manufacturing, assistive techniques and gaming. Due to the advancements in technologies the usage of smartphones in human lives has become inevitable. The sensors in the smartphones help us to measure the essential vital parameters. These measured parameters enable us to monitor the activities of humans, which we call as human activity recognition. We have applied machine learning techniques on a publicly available dataset. K-Nearest Neighbors and Random Forest classification algorithms are applied. In this paper, we have designed and implemented an automatic human activity recognition system that independently recognizes the actions of the humans. This system is able to recognize the activities such as Laying, Sitting, Standing, Walking, Walking downstairs and Walking upstairs. The results obtained show that, the KNN and Random Forest Algorithms gives 90.22% and 92.70% respectively of overall accuracy in detecting the activities.

The geochemical processes of fractional crystallization of a magma, partial fusion of a rock and assimilation or hybridization of rock(s) and/or magma(s) are generally termed as petrological mixing process. In the present paper a unified attempt has been made to describe the three processes under the purview of regression model. As the data involved are essentially compositional in nature, their suitable log-ratio transforms have been utilized and the constrained least squares principle has been applied to reach a meaningful solution. A highly accommodative procedure is suggested so as to describe any specified d~gree of fractional crystallization of magma or of partial fusion of a rock. C9orf72is the most common genetic cause of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and frontotemporal dementia (FTD) in Caucasian populations. However, the relationship betweenC9orf72repeats and Alzheimer’s disease (AD) was not clear. Additionally, there were few articles assessingC9orf72in other ethnicities with ALS. In this meta-analysis, we aimed to investigate the relationship betweenC9orf72repeat expansions (≥30 repeats) and intermediate repeat copies (20–29 repeats) and AD or ALS. The results suggested positive correlations betweenC9orf72repeat expansions and the risk of Alzheimer’s disease (OR = 6.36, 95% CI = 3.13–12.92, andp<0.00001), while intermediate repeat copies ofC9orf72gene were not associated with the risk of the disease.C9orf72repeat expansions were positively correlated with the risk of familial and sporadic ALS (OR = 293.25, 95% CI = 148.17–580.38, andp<0.00001; OR = 35.57, 95% CI = 19.61–64.51, andp<0.00001). There was a positive correlation between the gene variations and ALS risk among Caucasians and Asians (OR = 57.56, 95% CI = 36.73–90.22, andp<0.00001; OR = 6.35, 95% CI = 1.39–29.02, andp=0.02).

Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Objek penelitian ini adalah video animasi berbasis aplikasi kinemaster dalam pembelajaran fisika pada materi gerak parabola. Penelitian pengembangan media video animasi menggunakan aplikasi kinemaster ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari media pembelajaran fisika pada topik gerak parabola di SMAN 2 Donggo. Intrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa validasi ahli materi, lembar validasi ahli media, dan angket resspon peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara menganalisis skor persentase penilaian validasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang didapatkan dari validasi memenuhi kategori sangat layak dari ahli materi dengan rata-rata 9,75%, ahli media sebesar 90,22%. Adapun hasil angket respon peserta didik setelah dilakukan validasi terhadap video animasi oleh para ahli, hasil penilaian dari responden dengan rata-rata 79,5%. Berdasarkan hasil perolehan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran video animasi dengan kinemaster sangat valid digunakan sebagai mediia pembelajaran fisika pada topik gerak parabola.

Abstract:
This study explores the genetic risk associations with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) using graph neural networks (GNNs), leveraging the Sfari dataset and protein interaction network (PIN) data. We built a gene network with genes as nodes, chromosome band location as node features, and gene interactions as edges. Graph models were employed to classify the autism risk associated with newly introduced genes (test set). Three classification tasks were undertaken to test the ability of our models: binary risk association, multi-class risk association, and syndromic gene association. We tested graph convolutional networks, Graph Sage, graph transformer, and Multi-Layer Perceptron (Baseline) architectures on this problem. The Graph Sage model consistently outperformed the other models, showcasing its utility in classifying ASD-related genes. Our ablation studies show that the chromosome band location and protein interactions contain useful information for this problem. The models achieved 85.80% accuracy on the binary risk classification, 81.68% accuracy on the multi-class risk classification, and 90.22% on the syndromic classification.

Abstract:
Farmers’ participation in ecological tourism management in nature reserves is an important way to increase income. Based on 921 pieces of household survey data from 44 villages in six nature reserves in Liaoning Province, this paper uses multiple linear regression (OLS) and propensity score matching (PSM) to explore the impact of ecotourism on rural household income. The research results show that (1) a total of 90 rural households participated in ecotourism management, accounting for 9.78% of the total, and 831 rural households did not participate in ecotourism management, accounting for 90.22% of the total. The participation rate of farmers around the nature reserves was not high; (2) the participation in ecotourism management of farmers around the nature reserve has a positive and significant impact on the per capita annual net income of their households; and (3) multiple linear regression analysis will overestimate the income effect of ecotourism. This article provides inspiration for the government to propose relevant policies to encourage farmers to participate in ecotourism.

Abstract:
<p>This study was carried out in the Teaching and Research Farm of Delta State. University, Asaba campus (Nigeria) from March 2008 to June 2010 to evaluate the nutrient content (% dry matter) of maize as affected by different levels of organic manure and inorganic fertilizer. The experiment was carried out in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) replicated three times in a factorial layout. Four different rates of poultry droppings, cattle dung and NPK 20: 10: 10 fertilizer were applied to three maize varieties sown at 75 cm x 15 cm spacing and the maize grains produced were evaluate for their nutrient content in percentage dry matter. The results obtained indicated that hybrid variety 9022-13 had the highest N, P and K contents (1.03, 1.68 and 0.26, respectively). Also, plants that received inorganic fertilizer had the highest values of 1.27% N, 1.64% P and 0.29% K. Based on rates of application, plants that received 450 kgha<sup>-1</sup> NPK 20: 10: 10 fertilizer had the highest values of 1.74% N, 1.71% P and 0.49% K. The interaction effects showed that only variety, manure type and rates % application were significant (P &lt; 0.05). Based on this study, it is recommended that (i) Hybrid variety, 9022-13, which was outstanding in its nutrient content be grown in the study area. Alternatively, farmers who prefer open-pollinated varieties could grow BR 9922-DMRSF<sup>2</sup> or Agbor local variety for people who prefer local varieties in maize production (ii) Spacing of 75 cm x 15 cm (88, 888 plants/ha) which resulted in better growth performance and yield should be adopted in maize production (iii) Farmers who prefer mineral fertilizer for increased growth and yield of maize should apply 450 kg ha<sup>-1</sup> of NPK 20: 10: 10 (iv) Farmers who practice organic agriculture in Asaba agro-ecological zone should apply 30 tha<sup>-1</sup> of poultry manure to enhance maize yield.</p>

Whitening cream is a mixture of chemicals and other materials to eliminate the the black spots on the skin. The purpose of this research was to determine whether unregistered facial whitening creams that contain mercury (Hg) and to determine the amount of mercury (Hg) levels of the facial whitening creams have circulated in the Inpres Market Palu. There are 10 samples were examined of facial whitening cream by using Purposive Sampling method. The testing of mercury content is divided into two stages first stage is qualitative testing (color test) and the second stage is quantitative testing atomic absorption Spectrophotometry using additional tools MVU (Mercury Vaporizer Unit). The result of the research show that all of 10 the samples contained mercury (Hg) with an average content of each sample A = 67,27 µg/g , B = 5349,47 µg/g, C = 137,49 µg/g, D = 159,25 µg/g, E = 90,22 µg/g, F = 33,61 µg/g, G = 31,87 µg/g, H = 32,36 µg/g, I = 3,63 µg/g and J = 3,52 µg/g.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran passing bawah bolavoli bagi siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Rogojampi - Banyuwangi sehingga bisa membuat peserta didik lebih senang, aktif, kreatif, dan termotivasi untuk bermain bolavoli. Produk yang diharapkan adalah buku panduan model pembelajaran passing bawah bolavoli. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan memodifikasi langkah-langkah penelitian yang sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket untuk ahli dan siswa. Dengan kualifikasi 2 pelatih bolavoli dan 1 guru pendidikan jasmani, dan untuk ujicoba digunakan kelompok kecil 10 siswa dan kelompok besar 15 siswa. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa hasil evaluasi ketiga ahli adalah 90,22%, sedangkan hasil evaluasi uji tahap I (uji kelompok kecil) dan uji tahap II (uji kelompok besar) adalah 83,33%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari ahli bolavoli, ahli pembelajaran dan siswa saat uji coba tahap I dan ujicoba tahap II dan memperhatikan hasil analisa data yang telah dilakukan, maka semua model pembelajaran layak dan dapat digunakan.

Abstract:
Local medicinal mushrooms were collected from the Songkhla, Phatthalung, Trang, and Satun provinces during the rainy season. There were 13 specimens identified among the collected samples. Among the samples, one species belonged to the genus of Ganoderma and exhibited a value for 1,3-β-glucan content that was significantly different (p ≤ 0.05) from all other species of local medicinal mushrooms. The 1,3-β-glucan content was the highest in the strains of Ganoderma calidophilum (90.22 mg/g) and Amauroderma rugosum (89.24 mg/g). Some of the more efficacious compounds of Ganoderma were 1,6-branched 1,3-β-glucan, which have been reported to inhibit tumor growth by stimulating the immune system via the activation of macrophage, the balance of T helper cell populations, and subsequent effects on natural killer (NK) cells. Moreover, environmental factors, such as vegetation, soil characteristics, and forest stand, as well as microclimate, were found to be contributory to local medicinal mushroom habitats, and significantly accumulated with bioactive compounds or nutraceutical products, such as 1,3-β-glucan content.

Abstract:
The skin, which is the largest part of the human body, is the body's first defense against bacterial and virus attacks. When the skin is exposed to the sun, dry weather, or bacteria, the reaction will spread to other parts of the body, and can even result in death if it is too late to be handled especially if the sufferers are children who are very vulnerable to disease. In this study an expert system was implemented to diagnose skin diseases in infants using the certainty factor method. certainty factor method is very suitable for expert systems that diagnose something that is uncertain. This system makes a diagnosis based on the symptoms felt by the user and then calculates certainty factors based on existing symptoms. Based on the test results by making comparisons between manual calculations and the one carried out by the system it is known that 90.22% of the diagnosis results get the same results so that the system is said to be suitable for use.

Undersampling theorems state that we may gather far fewer samples than the usual sampling theorem while exactly reconstructing the object of interest-provided the object in question obeys a sparsity condition, the samples measure appropriate linear combinations of signal values, and we reconstruct with a particular nonlinear procedure. While there are many ways to crudely demonstrate such undersampling phenomena, we know of only one mathematically rigorous approach which precisely quantifies the true sparsity-undersampling tradeoff curve of standard algorithms and standard compressed sensing matrices. That approach, based on combinatorial geometry, predicts the exact location in sparsity-undersampling domain where standard algorithms exhibitphase transitionsin performance. We review the phase transition approach here and describe the broad range of cases where it applies. We also mention exceptions and state challenge problems for future research. Abstract:
Palladium-Gold(Pd-Au)/4A zeolite catalyst was prepared by using 4A zeolite as carrier and Pd-Au as active components. The structure of Pd-Au/4A zeolite catalyst was characterized by a combination of atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The AAS testing showed that Pd and Au supported rate were increased up to the maximum 93.88% and 90.22% respectively at the ratio of Pd/Au=1.16. The SEM analysis results indicated that Pd-Au alloy particles of 4A zeolite catalyst can grown up and reunited obviously through before and after reaction. The XRD analysis results showed that diffraction peak of Pd(111), Pd(200), Au(111) and Au(200) became sharp gradually with the extension of reaction time, crystalline phase composition and grain size of catalyst became bigger gradually. The catalytic activity of the Pd-Au /4A zeolite catalyst was elaborated in vinyl acetate synthesis and the results showed that Pd-Au/4A zeolite catalyst has excellent catalytic activity.
