Abstract:
This study aims to determine the increase in Critical Thinking in Biology Lessons for Class VIII-D Students at MTsN Sorong City in 2018, due to the lack of student interest in taking lessons. This type of research is classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) which is carried out collaboratively between researchers and teachers with the Investigation method. The research is carried out in two cycles, each cycle consists of four components, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observations, documentation and tests. Data analysis was carried out in 3 stages, namely reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the use of the Investigation method: (1) Can increase student learning participation. (2) Can improve student learning achievement. The average student learning outcomes in the first cycle of 68.40 increased to 75.81 in the second cycle. From the results of these studies, it can be concluded that the Investigation Method can improve student achievement. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan Berfikir Kritis Pelajaran Biologi bagi Siswa Kelas VIII-D di MTsN Kota Sorong Tahun 2018, disebabkan kurangnya minat siswa dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif antara peneliti dengan guru dengan metode Investigasi.Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat komponen yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan tes.Analisis data dilakukan dalam 3 tahap yaitu reduksi, penyajian data serta menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan metode Investigasi: (1) Dapat meningkatkan partisipasi belajar siswa. (2) Dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 68,40 meningkat menjadi 75,81 pada siklus II.Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Investigasi dapat meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan memaparkan peningkatan motivasi dan prestasi hasil belajar passing bola voli menggunakan pendekatan saintifik melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievment Division (STAD). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tiga siklus, yang setiap siklusnya meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa Kelas 7D SMP Negeri 1 Poncowarno Kabupaten Kebumen yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran di kondisi awal yang mampu menguasai gerakan dengan benar hanya 11,11%. Siklus pertama menjadi 44,44%. Pada siklus ke dua meningkat menjadi 74,03% dan di siklus ke tiga menjadi 81,48%. Rata-rata nilai teknik dasar passing permainan bola voli adalah pada kondisi awal 68,40, siklus pertama 74,70 , siklus kedua meningkat menjadi 79,30 dan siklus ketiga meningkat menjadi 81,00. Pada penilaian motivasi belajar siswa terjadi peningkatan dari 65 di siklus 1, meningkat menjadi 75 di siklus 2, meningkat menjadi 80 di siklus 2 dan menjadi 87 di siklus 3. This study aims to describe the increased motivation and achievement of volleyball passing learning outcomes using a scientific approach through the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type of cooperative learning model. This research is a classroom action research with three cycles, each of which includes planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were 27 students of Class 7D SMP Negeri 1 Poncowarno, Kebumen Regency. The results showed that learning in the initial conditions was only 11.11% able to master the movements correctly. The first cycle becomes 44.44%. In the second cycle it increased to 74.03% and in the third cycle it became 81.48%. The average value of the basic technique of passing volleyball in the initial conditions was 68.40, the first cycle was 74.70, the second cycle increased to 79.30 and the third cycle increased to 81.00. In the assessment of student learning motivation there was an increase from 65 in cycle 1, increased to 75 in cycle 2, increased to 80 in cycle 2 and became 87 in cycle 3.

Abstract:
This research is a classroom action research that aims to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning method using the Google Meet and Google Classroom applications to improve student physics learning outcomes. The survey was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings covering, planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were students of class XI MIPA1 SMA Negeri 1 Petang, totaling 31 people. Sources of data used are the results of observations, tests and documents of student learning outcomes. For data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the physics learning outcomes of students of class XI MIPA1 SMA Negeri 1 Petang experienced an increase after the application of the Problem Based Learning method using the Google Meet and Google Classroom applications. This is indicated by an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle. Improved learning outcomes are seen from two aspects, namely based on student learning outcomes and student attendance. Student learning outcomes have increased as indicated by the increase in the average score of 68.40 in the first cycle and increased to 78.42 in the second cycle and was able to pass the Minimum Completeness (KKM) 70.00 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Problem Based Learning menggunakan aplikasi Google Meet dan Google Classroom untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika siswa. Survei dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Masing masing siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan meliputi, perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA1 SMA Negeri 1 Petang yang berjumlah 31 orang. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah hasil observasi, tes dan dokumen hasil belajar siswa. Untuk analisis data mengunakan teknik analisis deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas XI MIPA1 SMA Negeri 1 Petang mengalami peningkatan setelah penerapan metode Problem Based Learning menggunakan aplikasi Google Meet dan Google Classroom. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada setiap siklusnya. Peningkatan hasil belajar dilihat dari dua aspek yaitu berdasarkan hasil belajar siswa dan kehadiran siswa. O PL 6840 tem um texto hibrido que, face às críticas, extirpou formulações mais polêmicas, incorporou elementos das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para o Ensino Médio aprovadas em 2011, mas não abriu mão do que era mais caro a seus propositores: a escolarização em tempo integral e o desenvolvimento do ensino médio tendo em vista não prioritariamente a formação básica, politécnica e omnilateral, em suma, a formação efetivamente integral, mas a de caráter mais específico e imediatista, tendo em vista, num primeiro momento, o encaminhamento para os cursos superiores e, ao final, a contribuição para as demandas que interessam à economia capitalista.

Abstract:
FPOs are gaining recognition as institutions for improving the small holders’ farming in India. However, the extent to which FPOs effectively facilitate the transition to secondary agriculture for the sustainable development of these farmers has not been extensively studied. This study was conducted during 2022-2023 to assess the effectiveness of randomly selected four FPCs in Bihar, which are functional for 1-3 years, >5 years, and >10 years. A random sample of 160 members, 40 from each FPC, was selected. The overall effectiveness of 50.55 per cent to 56.20 per cent in FPCs at their initial stage of functioning; while the FPCs being functional for more than 5 years and more than 10 years showed overall effectiveness of 60.03 per cent and 68.40 per cent, respectively. The FPC diversifying their products and performing processing, manufacturing, and marketing functions showed the highest effectiveness (68.40%) as compared to the FPCs dealing with single products and/or performing selected functions like providing agricultural inputs, and marketing. A one-way ANOVA followed by Post hoc test revealed significant variations in the effectiveness of FPOs. The present study provides valuable insights into the role of FPOs in the transition to secondary agriculture providing better income and livelihoods to farmers.

За період 2001–2013 років досліджено 6840 зразків сироваток кровідиких кабанів, відстріляних із територій 374-х райо-нів усіх адміністративних областей України. Дослі-дження сироваток крові проводили мікрометодомреакції нейтралізації у культурі клітин СНЕВ. Відбірсироваток крові від диких кабанів здійснювався у ми-сливські сезони й не передбачав стеоретипу постій-ного відбору зразків із певних районів територіїУкраїни. За результатами проведеного ретроспек-тивного моніторингу визначено і графічно зображе-но території районів областей України, де відбира-лися та виявлені позитивні сироватки крові. The results of serological monitoring of wild pigs concerning Teschen disease in the context of rayons (districts) of Ukraine are described. 6840 blood sera samples were collected from hunter-killed boars during 2001-2013 hunting seasons in 374 rayons in all oblasts of Ukraine. We used micromethod of neutralization test in a fetal pig kidney cell culture. As a result of the retrospective monitoring we mapped rayons where samples were collected and where positive serum samples were identified from.

Abstract:
Abstract S2 Genomics developed the Singulator™ 100 and 200 Systems to automate the processing of fresh, frozen, or OCT tissues into single cell or single nuclei suspensions using disposable cartridges, reagents, and customizable protocols. The systems have been used to prepare cells or nuclei from a wide range of tissues and organisms, including human, mouse, chicken, insects, snails, zebrafish, and plants. Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues are the preferred format for pathologists and as many as one billion FFPE slides are in repositories. FFPE tissue samples have traditionally been difficult to study with molecular techniques due to the chemical modifications caused by the formalin fixation, which can lead to degradation and sequestration of RNA and DNA. Recent advances in single cell/nuclei RNA-Seq library preparation technology have made it possible to overcome these challenges and generate high-quality single cell or nuclei genomic data from FFPE samples. Protocols have been released for processing previously deparaffinized and rehydrated FFPE samples on the Singulator 100 or 200 into single nuclei. We now report the development of a fully automated workflow for the deparaffinization and rehydration of FFPE tissues in about 40 min, with an optional enzymatic treatment of 45 min, and processing of FFPE tissues into singulated cells or nuclei on prototype Singulator 200 systems. Data will be presented for the optimization of process parameters for cell or nuclei recovery and RNA quality for six tissues. Finally, single nuclei sequencing data will be presented for snRNA-Seq libraries from healthy and cancerous human FFPE samples including glioblastomas and colorectal cancer. These data demonstrate the successful recovery of genomic materials from FFPE samples using an automated sample preparation system for single cell/nuclei transcriptomics. Bentuk penelitian adalah <em>Quasy Experimental Design </em>dengan rancangan penelitian <em>Nonequivalent Control Group Design. </em>Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 2 kelas, yaitu kelas VII B sebagai kelas kontrol dan VII C sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan soal tes. Analisis data menggunakan <em>Effect Size</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen sebesar 16,04 sedangkan pada kelas kontrol 13,74. Hal ini menunjukkan model <em>make a match </em>berbantuan <em>biocard </em>memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Keterampilan argumentasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan argumentasi <em>Toulmin </em>yaitu menilai aspek <em>data,claim,warrant </em>dan <em>backing. </em>Hasil penelitian keterampilan argumentasi kelas eksperimen menunjukkan kriteria baik (70,82%), sedangkan pada kelas kontrol dengan kriteria cukup (68,40%). Dapat disimpulkan model <em>make a match </em>berbantuan <em>biocard </em>berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan argumentasi siswa.</p><p> </p><p align="left"><strong><em>Abstract </em></strong></p><p><em>The research aimed to determine the application of the Biocard-aided Make A Match learning model to the learning outcomes and students' argumentation skills in the Classification of Living Class VII material of Kemala Bhayangkari Middle School. The form of research was Quasy Experimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design research design. The research sample consisted of 2 classes, VII B as a control class and VII C as an experimental class. Data collection techniques used test questions. Data analysis used Effect Size. The results showed the average score of the experimental class learning outcomes was 16.04 while that of the control class was 13.74. This shows the biocard-aided make a match model has a significant influence on student learning outcomes. Argumentation skills in this study use Toulmin's argumentation, namely assessing aspects of data, claims, warrant and backing. The results of the experimental class argumentation skills showed good criteria (70.82%), whereas in the control class with sufficient criteria (68.40%). It can be concluded that the make a match model aided by biocard affects the student's argumentation skills.</em></p>

Abstract:
Classroom Action Research (CAR) was carried out to overcome the low science learning outcomes of Class IVa students at SD Negeri 192 Pekanbaru. This science learning problem is solved by applying the recitation method or giving assignment. This Classroom Action Research aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of Science Class IVa students at SD Negeri 192 Pekanbaru by using the Recitation Method. This classroom action research is expected to be useful for writers, students, schools, and the Pekanbaru City Education Office. Based on research conducted by the author that by using the Resit Method, the learning outcomes of science on the human skeleton, its functions, and maintenance of Grade IVa students of SD Negeri 192 Pekanbaru increased significantly. Prior to the study the classical average was 67.40 or sufficient; in the first cycle to 68.40 (enough); and the result of the second cycle is 79.60 (competent). Completed or achieved KKM individually and classically increased; initially only 16 or 43.20% of students have finished studying; cycle I to 23 students or 62.20%; and in the second cycle as many as 34 students or 91.90%. In cycle II, learning was considered successful because students who achieved the KKM (70) were above 85%. Participants who fail will be given remedial learning. The results of observations, Class IVa students of SD Negeri 192 Pekanbaru using the Assignment Method, students study more diligently and study science more diligently. Based on the results of the study, the Assignment Giving Method succeeded in fixing the problem of low learning outcomes for IVa students at SDN 192 Pekanbaru for the 2019/2020. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi rendahnya hasil belajar IPA Siswa Kelas IVa SD Negeri 192 Pekanbaru. Masalah belajar IPA ini diatasi dengan menerapkan Metode resitasi atau Pemberian Tugas. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk Untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA Siswa Kelas IVa SD Negeri 192 Pekanbaru dengan cara menggunakan Metode Resitasi. Penelitian tindakan Kelas ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi penulis, siswa, sekolah, dan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Pekanbaru. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis bahwa dengan menggunakan Metode Resit hasil belajar IPA materi rangka manusia, fungsi, dan pemeliharaannya Siswa Kelas IVa SD Negeri 192 Pekanbaru meningkat secara signifikan. Sebelum penelitian rata-rata secara klasikal adalah 67,40 atau cukup; pada siklus I menjadi 68,40 (cukup); dan hasil siklus II adalah 79,60 (kompeten). Tuntas atau mencapai KKM secara individual dan klasikal meningkat; awalnya hanya 16 atau 43,20% siswa yang tuntas belajar; siklus I menjadi 23 siswa atau 62,20%; dan pada siklus II sebanyak 34 siswa atau 91,90%. Pada siklus II, pembelajaran telah dianggap berhasil karena siswa yang mencapai KKM (70) telah di atas 85%. Peserta yang gagal akan dilakukan pembelajaran remedial. Hasil pengamatan, Siswa Kelas IVa SD Negeri 192 Pekanbaru dengan menggunakan Metode Pemberian Tugas siswa belajar lebih rajin dan tekun belajar IPA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pembelajaran Metode Pemberian Tugas berhasil memperbaiki masalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa IVa SDN 192 Pekanbaru tahun ajaran 2019/2020.

Objectif : Etudier l’épidémiologie actuelle de l’ulcère gastrique et/ou duodénal à Parakou, dans la partie septentrionale du Bénin.Patients et méthodes : Il s’est agi d’une étude transversale à visée descriptive avec recueil rétrospectif des données de janvier 2016 à décembre 2017 puis de janvier 2020 à décembre 2021. Elle s’est déroulée dans le Centre Hospitalier Universitaire et Départemental du Borgou et de l’Alibori, à Parakou et dans un centre d’endoscopie digestive privé de Parakou. Ont été inclus, tous les patients ayant réalisé l’endoscopie œsogastroduodénale pendant la période d’étude et présentant un ulcère gastrique et/ou duodénal. Les variables étudiées étaient la présence de l’ulcère, certaines données épidémiologiques, cliniques et paracliniques des patients.Résultats : Au total, 1540 patients ont été inclus. Un ulcère gastrique et/ou duodénal a été trouvé chez 231 patients soit une fréquence de 15%. Leur âge moyen était de 41,83±16,12 ans et la sex-ratio était de 2,85. Trente-six patients (15,58%) présentaient un ulcère gastrique isolé et 184 (79,65%) un ulcère duodénal isolé. Les 2 types d’ulcère était associé chez 11 patients (4,76%). La douleur épigastrique était rapportée par 158 patients (68,40%). La gastropathie inflammatoire, micronodulaire ou d’hypertension portale était la lésion endoscopique associée à l’ulcère chez 207 patients (89,61%). L’Helicobacter pylori a été mis en évidence chez 35% des patients. Conclusion : A Parakou, l’ulcère gastrique et/ou duodénal est fréquent. Il affecte surtout le sujet jeune de sexe masculin présentant une douleur épigastrique. Un travail prospectif s’avère nécessaire pour déterminer les facteurs associés à cette maladie. Aims: To investigate the current epidemiology of gastric and/or duodenal ulcer in Parakou, in the northern part of Benin. Patients and methods: This was a descriptive study with retrospective data collection from January 2016 to December 2017 and then from January 2020 to December 2021. It took place at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire et Départemental du Borgou et de l'Alibori in Parakou and at a private digestive endoscopy center in Parakou. All patients who underwent oesophageal endoscopy during the study period and had gastric and/or duodenal ulcer were included. The variables studied were the presence of the ulcer and selected epidemiological, clinical and paraclinical data. Results: A total of 1,540 patients were included. A gastric and/or duodenal ulcer was found in 231 patients, a frequency of 15%. Their mean age was 41.83±16.12 years and the sex ratio was 2.85. Thirtysix patients (15.58%) had an isolated gastric ulcer and 184 (79.65%) an isolated duodenal ulcer. The 2 types of ulcer were associated in 11 patients (4.76%). Epigastric pain was reported by 158 patients (68.40%). Inflammatory, micronodular or portal hypertension gastropathy was the endoscopic lesion associated with ulcers in 207 patients (89.61%). Helicobacter pylori was detected in 35% of patients. Conclusion: Gastric and/or duodenal ulcers are common in Parakou. It mainly affects young males presenting with epigastric pain. A prospective study is needed to determine the factors associated with this disease.

Abstract:
A laboratory experiment was led to examine the lead bioaccumulation capacity of Ludwigia stolonifera (Guill. & Perr.) exposed to various Pb concentrations (0, 10, 25, 50, and 100 mg/L) for 1, 3, 5, and 7 days. The lead accumulation increased as the metal concentrations in the solution increased and over time, to an extreme accretion of 6840 mg/kg DW(dry weight) at 100 mg/L of lead on the 10 days exposure. The proportion removal efficiency, translocation factor, and bioconcentration factor of the plant were assessed. The maximum bioconcentration factor values (1981.13) indicate that the plant was a Pb hyperaccumulator, and translocation factor values (1.85), which are >1, indicate fit of L. stolonifera for eliminating Pb in Pb-contaminated water. Photosynthetic pigments were decreased with increase of Pb concentration and time exposure. Total chlorophyll content and Chl a/b ratio lowered to between 46 and 62% at 100 mg/L Pb after 10 days exposure. Protein content and soluble carbohydrate indicated a similar trend, which showed the highest decrease (7.26 and 36.2 mg/g FW(fresh weight), respectively) at 100 mg/L of Pb after 10 days. The activity of the antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase, ascorbate, and peroxidase was increased significantly in comparison to the control. The results indicate that L. stolonifera is a newly recognized Pb hyperaccumulator (6840 mg/kg DW), but physiological status indicates that the plant is not tolerant to high Pb concentrations.

Este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar uma nova abordagem mini-invasiva das Hemorróidas Mistas, a Hemorroidectomia Híbrida, que consiste na associação da Ligadura Elástica (LE) das Hemorróidas Internas com a ressecção complementar dos Plicomas Externos sob anestesia local. Num universo de 326 cirurgias orificiais realizadas na Proctoclínica num período de 4 anos, 300 (92%) foram submetidos a procedimentos mini-invasivos, 223 (68,40%) foram submetidos a LE como tratamento exclusivo e 77 (23,60%) à Hemoirroidectomia Híbrida) e 26 (8%) foram submetidos a outros procedimentos cirúrgicos (Hemorroidectomias a Milligan-Morgan, Fistulectomias etc. A abordagem proposta permite absenteísmo mínimo ao trabalho, mini-invasividade e baixa morbidade pós-operatória, ressaltando-se ainda a realização ambulatorial, excelente tolerabilidade e baixos custos.

Phosphorous (P) is strongly adsorbed by soil components, such as soil organic matter and soil amorphous minerals in Andisols, which have been identified as an influential factor in adsorption and release of soil P. The aim of this study was to characterize the pattern of soil P adsorption and release in both organic and conventional vegetable farming systems in Merbabu Mountain area, Indonesia. Soil samples were collected from soil layers (0 cm to 20 cm and 20 cm to 40 cm) in organic and conventional farming systems. The result showed that the highest adsorption rate was found in organic farming systems at a depth of 20 cm to 40 cm. The lowest adsorption rate was found in conventional farming systems with low input of organic matter at a depth of 20 cm to 40 cm. A higher rate of P release was also found in organic farming systems with a low input of organic matter. It can be concluded that vegetable soils in organic farming systems are not only highly capable of adsorbing P but also capable of releasing P rapidly.

Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the contribution of material deprivation on the subjective well-being (SWB) of children and adolescents aged 10-18 years old during COVID-19 in Indonesia. Participants (N = 3,094; 54.3% girls; 53.2% high school students) were children and adolescents from 33 provinces in Indonesia with mean age = 15.39. Convenience sampling was used in this study, of which data were collected using internet-based questionnaires. SWB was measured using three SWB scales: Children’s Worlds Subjective Well-Being Scale (CW-SWBS), Overall Life Satisfaction (OLS), and one item measures subjective material well-being. Material deprivation was measured by participants’ reports on their accessibility to necessities they need in life. Participants were further asked whether they were worried about their family’s money and access to have food to eat each day. Data were analyzed using linear regression, and descriptive statistics using crosstabs, Chi-Square and ANOVA. Linear regression analysis results showed that material deprivation significantly contributed to lowering SWB scores, lack of access to have food to eat each day, and worrying about family’s money. Participants who experienced material deprivation reported lower SWB scores than those who experienced non-material deprivation. Girls reported lower SWB scores than boys, while older participants reported lower SWB scores than younger ones. Results are discussed using Cummins’ theory of SWB homeostasis. It is suggested that parents play a role as a buffer to assist children and adolescents in adapting to the adverse situation during pandemic COVID-19.

Introducción: A pesar de que los tratamientos psico-oncológicos han demostrado su efectividad en disminuir el malestar emocional y mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas con cáncer, aún existen numerosas barreras que limitan su acceso. La transformación a online de esta atención se plantea como una solución para aumentar la cobertura del servicio y mejorar su coste-utilidad. Objetivo: Crear un ecosistema digital de salud para reducir el impacto del cáncer, aumentando el bienestar y la calidad de vida del ciudadano con cáncer. Método: Programa dirigido a pacientes diagnosticadas de cáncer de mama en fase de supervivencia aguda. Es un programa de atención escalonada dividido en 4 niveles de intervención jerarquizados por complejidad: Nivel 1, cribado y monitorización psicosocial; Nivel 2, Campus: psicoeducación y educación sanitaria; Nivel 3, soporte psicosocial comunitario; y Nivel 4, tratamiento psicoterapéutico grupal. Resultados: En 2019, 259 mujeres fueron incluidas en el programa (39,91% de los nuevos casos de cáncer de mama en los centros participantes). Solo el 3,47% (n = 9) requirió atención clínica especializada (Nivel 4). Conclusión: El programa Iconnecta’t adopta un modelo integrado de atención psicosocial en cáncer que se adecúa a las necesidades específicas de los supervivientes. Da solución a algunas de las barreras de la atención sanitaria tradicional, democratizando el acceso a los servicios mediante el uso de tecnologías de uso común en la mayoría de ciudadanos. En un futuro próximo se prevé la implementación progresiva a otras neoplasias, junto con un ensayo clínico controlado y aleatorizado que evaluará su eficacia.

Abstract:
Potato ( Solanum tuberosum L.) cultivar IPB CP1 is suitable as a raw material for the potato chip industry. Potato plants are sensitive to various abiotic stresses such as drought, aluminium and salinity, which induce reactive oxygen species (ROS). ROS is very toxic to plant cells. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is one of the enzymes that catalyse ROS to H2O2 and O2. This study aimed to establish transgenic potato cv. IPB CP1 plants containing the MmCuZn‐SOD gene that are tolerant to various abiotic stresses. Genetic transformation using internodes without buds as explants produced putative transgenic potato with a transformation efficiency of 51.25% and a regeneration efficiency of 38.87%. Integration analysis of the MmCuZn‐SOD transgene in putative transgenic plants by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with a set of specific primers showed that eight plants contained the MmCuZn‐SOD gene under the control of the 35S CaMV promoter. In vitro salinity stress, aluminium stress, and drought stress assays showed that transgenic plants had a higher number of roots and total root length than non‐transgenic ones. These results indicate that transgenic potato cv. IPB CP1 plants are more tolerant to abiotic stresses than non‐transgenic ones.

Abstract:
Este artículo ofrece un balance crítico de la propuesta ciber-comunista abanderada hoy por autores como Cockshott, Cottrell y Nieto. Trataremos de ver si la computación ofrece los elementos necesarios para llevar a cabo una revolución de las condiciones de producción que dejen atrás las formas mercantiles y fetichizadas que hoy parecemos requerir para satisfacer nuestras necesidades. Para ello la examinamos a la luz de los desarrollos que la crítica marxiana de la economía política ofrece sobre la forma en que tiene lugar la superación del modo de producción capitalista. El núcleo de la argumentación se ceñirá a discernir hasta qué punto y en qué sentido la cibernética consigue profundizar los cambios que Marx identificaba con la implantación de la maquinaria como forma de extracción de plusvalía relativa.

Abstract:
En la Edad Media, la presencia en textos literarios de animales solía ser portadora de signos, cuya decodificación permite una comprensión más completa de las narraciones. La creencia de que la naturaleza era una manifestación del poder creativo de la divinidad y que, como las Sagradas Escrituras, debía interpretarse en función de los símbolos presentes en ella, está en el origen de esta característica de las mentalidades medievales. En la Crónica troiana, una novela gallega del siglo XIV, los animales están presentes con significados que van más allá de la mera referencia textual: destacan las características principales de la obra, contribuyen a la caracterización de los personajes principales y sirven de pretexto para la introducción de varios episodios, como el tema del amor cortés. A lo largo del artículo descubrimos las funciones que los animales asumen en la narrativa, enfatizando cómo todavía está influenciada por la épica medieval
