ABSTRACT We determined in vitro susceptibilities for ABT-492 and other antimicrobials against Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Mycoplasma fermentans, Mycoplasma hominis, and Ureaplasma species. ABT-492 MICs were ≤1 μg/ml, and the agent was bactericidal against selected isolates of M. pneumoniae and M. hominis. ABT-492 has potential for treatment of infections due to these microorganisms.

Abstract:
Compelling evidence indicates the regulatory role of circular RNAs in cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Our study aimed to elucidate the regulatory function of circ_0129047 in HCC progression. A reverse transcription-quantitative polymeric chain reaction was conducted to detect the expression of circ_0129047, lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronan receptor-1 (LYVE1), and miR-492 in HCC tissues and cells. The characteristics of circ_0129047 were determined by evaluating the nuclear and cytoplasmic fractions and by RNase R digestion assays. The cell counting kit-8 assay, scratch wound, and transwell invasion assays were used to examine the effects of circ_0129047 overexpression, miR-492 mimic, and LYVE1 overexpression on the proliferation, migration, and invasion abilities of HCC cells in vitro. A mouse xenograft model was also established. The relationship between miR-492 and circ_0129047 or LYVE1 was clarified using luciferase reporter and Argonaute-2 RNA immunoprecipitation assays. We found that circ_0129047 and LYVE1 were poorly expressed in HCC tissues and cells, whereas miR-492 was upregulated. Overexpression of circ_0129047 inhibits HCC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion and delays in vivo tumor growth. Furthermore, circ_0129047 sponged miR-492, and 3′UTR LYVE1 was a direct target of miR-492. Additionally, LYVE1 overexpression reduced the oncogenic activity of the miR-492 mimic, whereas the miR-492 mimic abolished the antimigratory, antiproliferative, and anti-invasive effects of circ_0129047 overexpression in HCC cells. These data suggest that circ_0129047 exerts a tumor-suppressive role in HCC by sponging miR-492 away from LYVE1 and that the circ_0129047/miR-492/LYVE1 axis may be a promising target for HCC treatment.

Abstract:
The aim of this research is 1) to determine and analyze the regulations for criminal acts of fraud through digital applications, and 2) the form of bank criminal liability for criminal acts of fraud through digital applications. The type of research is normative juridical. The research results show that regulation of criminal acts of fraud through digital applications can be guided by Article 492 and Article 263 of the new Criminal Code as well as Article 28 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law. However, in the regulation there is still a blurring of norms because Article 378, Article 492 and Article 263 of the Criminal Code as well as Article 28 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law also do not specifically emphasize the proportion of "fraud", especially for fraud that is not related to buying and selling. The form of bank accountability for criminal acts of fraud through digital applications can be carried out by providing protection to customers by providing implicit protection through supervision and explicit protection through the establishment of an institution that guarantees public savings. Furthermore, the bank has the responsibility to provide compensation to customers who experience losses if technical errors or leakage of bank customer data occurs due to negligence on the part of the Bank. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaturan terhadap tindak pidana penipuan melalui aplikasi digital, dan 2) bentuk pertanggungjawaban pidana bank atas tindak pidana penipuan melalui aplikasi digital. Jenis penelitian adalah yuridis normative. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan terhadap tindak pidana penipuan melalui aplikasi digital dapat berpedoman pada Pasal 492 dan Pasal 263 KUHP baru maupun dalam Pasal 28 ayat (1) UU ITE. Akan tetapi dalam pengaturannya masih terjadi kekaburan norma karena dalam Pasal 378, Pasal 492 dan Pasal 263 KUHP maupun dalam Pasal 28 ayat (1) UU ITE tersebut juga tidak menegaskan proporsi “penipuan” secara spesifik, terutama untuk penipuan yang tidak berkaitan dengan jual beli. Bentuk pertanggungjawaban bank atas tindak pidana penipuan melalui aplikasi digital dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan perlindungan terhadap nasabah dengan melakukan perlindungan secara implicit melalui pengawasan dan perlindungan secara eksplisit melalui pembentukan suatu lembaga yang menjamin simpanan masyarakat. Se;anjutnya pihak bank memilki tanggung jawab untuk melakukan ganti rugi terhadap nasabah yang mengalami kerugian jika kesalahan teknis atau bocornya data nasabah bank terjadi karena kelalaian dari pihak Bank.

Three clonal hybrids of pepino and their six parental clones were grown in a greenhouse at two salinity levels, 3 and 8 dS·m-1, and two K levels, 246 and 492 mg·L-1. Nearly all the clones maintained high yields even at 8 dS·m-1. Hybrids were highly productive and were more salt-tolerant than their parental clones. In the majority of clones, salinity shortened mean time to harvest by more than 10 days. Salinity also increased organoleptic quality of pepino fruit, mainly due to the increase in soluble solids concentration (SSC). Potassium had little effect on yield and on organoleptic characteristics, although the yield of the less-productive clones appears to be affected by the high level of K (492 mg·L-1). Our results suggest that the pepino could be an alternative crop in areas where only moderately saline water is available, since it is possible to maintain crop productivity while improving its organoleptic quality—the latter being a key issue for its acceptability in European and U.S. markets.

Forty six AVT wheat genotypes received from the Indian Institute of Wheat and Barly Research, Karnal (Haryana) during Rabi 2017-18 were screened for testing their resistance against selective and virulent pathotypes of stem and leaf rusts under glass house condition. These genotypes were tested at seedling stage against thirteen pathotypes of stem rust viz. 11, 21-1,34-1, 40A, 42, 42-B, 117, 117A, 117-2, 117-3, 117- 6, 122 and 184 and fourteen pathotypes of leaf rust viz. 77, 77A1, 77-4, 77-5, 77-9, 104A, 104-1, 104-2, 12A, 12-2, 12-3, 12-5, 162A and 108. Among them, seventeen wheat genotypes viz,. HI 1544 (C), GW 495, DBW 110 (C), DDW 47(d), MP 3288 (C), GW 491, GW 493, DBW 235, HI 1624, MACS 6222 (C), DBW 168 (I) (C), GW 495, HI 1625, PBW 770, GW 492, MPO 1336 (d) and MACS 6695 were found resistant to stem rust disease of wheat. While, thirteen wheat genotypes viz,. HI 1544 (C), GW 495, MP 3288 (C), AKAW 4924, GW 491, GW 493, HI 1624, MACS 6222 (C), HI 1625, UAS 428 (d) (C), GW 492, GW 1346 (d) and DBW 93 (c) were found to be resistant to leaf rust disease of wheat. Whereas nine genotypes viz,. HI 1544 (C), GW 495, MP 3288 (C), GW 491, GW 493, HI 1624, MACS 6222 (C), HI 1625 and GW 492 were resistant to both rusts under glasshouse condition. These AVT genotypes resistant to both rust pathotypes are recommended for further breeding programme.

Abstract:
Objective: We evaluated PCR negativity in oropharyngeal and nasopharyngeal secretions of COVID-19 patients at the end of hydroxychloroquine and/or favipiravir treatments. Methods: Study inclusion criteria were being hospitalized, being older than 18 years, PCR positivity in oropharyngeal and nasopharyngeal secretions and being tested for SARS CoV-2-RNA PCR after treatment. Initially hydroxychloroquine treatment (group 1) was administered to the patients according to COVID-19 guide of Health Ministry. Favipiravir (group 2) alone or in combination with hydroxychloroquine (group 3) was administered to patients who were unresponsive to hydroxychloroquine or had severe pneumonia or were admitted to intensive care unit. Control respiratory specimens were taken no earlier than 24 hours, after the end of therapy. Repeated tests with 24–48-hour intervals were performed in patients with still positive PCR test results. The detection of SARS CoV-2-RNA was made by real-time PCR. Results: The study group included 492 patients who received treatment. Mean duration of symptoms was similar among three groups. PCR negativity rate was 52.8% in the specimens taken 24 hours after the end of treatment. PCR negativity rates was 27.9% (200/492) in 48 hours after the end of treatment, %13.8 (123/492) in 72nd hour and %3.8 (80/492) in 96th hour. The ratios of PCR negativity for all specimen days were similar in three groups. There was no statistically significant difference between the groups for time to PCR negativity from the date of positivity and after the end of treatment. We determined that early or late treatment did not make a difference in terms PCR negativity time. Conclusion: No difference was found in terms of the ratios of PCR negativity or time for negativity in oropharyngeal and/or nasopharyngeal specimens taken after the end of treatment in COVID-19 patients receiving hydroxychloroquine and/or favipiravir treatment.

Pemberian pakan ternak berupa hijauan ataupun makanan tambahan lain yang dilakukan oleh peternak kambing pada umumnya masih bersifat tradisional. Dusun II Sei Nagalawan Kecamatan Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai adalah salah satu desa dimana para peternak kambingnya masih menggunakan cara konvensional dalam pengolahan pakannya. Pakan ternak berupa rumput-rumputan agak cukup terbatas jumlahnya di Dusun II Sei Nagalawan mengakibatkan berkurangnya jumlah peternak kambing di dusun ini. Mitra pengabdian sendiri sempat membuat pakan alternatif dari batang pisang untuk mempertahankan sediaan pakan kambing. Beberapa tanaman lain yang berpotensi untuk dapat dijadikan pakan ternak kambing cukup banyak dijumpai seperti ubi kayu, jagung, pelepah dan pelepah sawit, hanya saja harus melalui proses pencacahan untuk dapat dikonsumsi dengan aman oleh ternak. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan keterampilan kepada mitra peternak kambing dalam mengolah sumber pakan dengan melakukan pengolahan secara mekanis sehingga sediaan pakan ternak kambing dapat dipertahankan. Pencacahan bahan hijauan dengan mesin ini cukup mudah dan memberikan hasil yang cukup tipis sehingga mudah dikonsumsi oleh ternak kambing. Pada pelaksanaan pengabdian, hampir semua jenis pakan seperti batang dan umbi ubi kayu, batang pisang, rumput gajah, batang jagung dan bonggol jagung dapat tercacah dengan sempurnya, hanya saja untuk pelepah sawit hasil cacahan masih menyisakan potongan lidinya. Hasil cacahan mudah disimpan untuk jangka waktu beberapa hari kedepan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menetapkan kadar air minum isi ulang terhadap kandungan zat organik sebagai permanganat maksimal 10 mg/l sesuai dengan PERMENKES RI nomor 492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010. Sampel penelitian adalah air minum isi ulang yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Metode penelitian deskriftif observasional, sampel diambil dari 3 (tiga) depot air minum isi ulang masing-masing sebanyak 1 (satu) galon diwilayah Perumnas Betungan lalu sampel disimpan selama 1(satu) minggu, 2(dua) minggu dan 3 (tiga) minggu. Penelitian dilakukan secara titrimetri dengan larutan baku kalium permanganat. Hasil pengujian didapatkan untuk air minum isi ulang yang disimpan selama 1 (satu) minggu , 2(dua) minggu dan 3(tiga) minggu terjadi perbedaan kadar permanganat. Lama waktu simpan berpengaruh pada kadar zat organik, dimana semakin lama waktu simpan maka semakin tinggi kadar zat organik di air minum isi ulang. Pada penelitian ini kadar permanganat masih memenuhi standar PERMENKES RI nomor 492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010 yaitu dibawah 10 mg/l. Kata Kunci: Waktu penyimpanan, Zat Organik, Air

Resistance to white lupin mosaic virus (WLMV), a recently characterized member of the potyvirus group, was found in pea (Pisum sativum L.) plant introductions from Ethiopia (PI 193835) and India (PI 347485). In cross and backcross populations between plants of resistant PI 193835 with those of susceptible `Bonneville' and PP-492-5, this resistance was demonstrated to be governed by a single recessive gene. This gene was distinct from other genes previously found in PI 193835 and PP-492-5 (from PI 347492, India) conferring resistance to clover yellow vein virus (CYVV) and three strains of pea seedborne mosaic virus (PSbMV). Indirect evidence suggests that this newly recognized viral resistance gene, wlv, is a member of a cluster of closely linked genes located on chromosome 6. This gene cluster includes sbm-1, sbm-3, and sbm-4, which govern resistance to three PSbMV pathotypes, and cyv-2, which governs resistance to CYVV.

Supaya IPAM tetap dapat beroperasi secara optimal, maka diperlukan evaluasi terhadap IPAM ini. Penelitian bertujuan untuk : 1) Mengukur kinerja tiap-tiap unit Instalasi Pengolahan Air Minum (IPAM) Karangpilang I Kota Surabaya; 2) Membandingkan kualitas air produksi yang dihasilkan oleh IPAM Karangpilang I dengan standar PERMENKES No.492 2010; 3) Menganalisa hasil evaluasi IPAM Karangpilang I. Evaluasi IPAM dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, studi literatur, praktik lapangan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Kinerja setiap unit operasi belum berjalan secara optimal, yaitu pada unit Koagulasi, Sedimentasi, Filtrasi. Kualitas air produksi IPAM Karangpilang I sesuai dengan dengan Permenkes No 492 tahun 2010 tentang Kualitas Air. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi secara keseluruhan instalasi IPAM Karangpilang I pada saat eksisting sudah dapat mengolah air dengan baik sehingga air yang diolah dapat memenuhi baku mutu air.

Standar kualitas air harus sesuai dengan peraturan Pemerintahan Republik Indonesia No, 82 Tahun 2001 tentang pengelolaan kualitas air dan pengendalian pencemaran air. Spektrofotometri visible digunakan dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk melakukan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif kandungan logam besi (Fe) di dalam air minum isi ulang reverse osmosis di depot, Kabupaten Bantul, Yogyakarta. Hasil uji analisis logam besi (Fe) dalam air minum isi ulang reverse osmosis dari ketiga depot diperoleh hasil yang tinggi, depot 1 (1,323 mg/L), depot 2 (1,280 mg/L), dan depot 3 (1,355 mg/L). Konsentrasi logam berat yang terdapat pada semua sampel air minum isi ulang reverse osmosis melebihi ambang batas maksimal yang diizinkan oleh standar PERMENKES RI 492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010 yaitu Fe 0,3 mg/L. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kandungan dari ketiga depot yang diteliti kadar logam besi dalam air minum isi ulang reverse osmosis tidak sesuai persyaratan standar Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 492 Tahun 2010 dan tidak layak untuk dikonsumsi.

Enterocytozoon bieneusi is a fungus-like protist that can cause malabsorption and diarrhea in sheep, other animals, and humans, threatening the development of animal husbandry and public health. To date, there are no data about the prevalence and genotypes of E. bieneusi in sheep in Shanxi Province, North China. In this study, 492 fecal samples were collected from sheep in three representative counties in northern, central, and southern Shanxi Province. Nested PCR amplification was performed to detect the prevalence and identify the genotypes of E. bieneusi based on the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of the rRNA gene. Overall, 168 of 492 examined samples were E. bieneusi-positive, with a prevalence of 34.2% (168/492). Significant differences in the prevalence of E. bieneusi were observed among the three sampled regions (χ2 = 95.859, df = 2, p < 0.001), but the differences in E. bieneusi prevalence were not statistically significant between different genders and age groups (p > 0.05). Sequence analysis showed that four known genotypes (BEB6, COS-I, CHS7, and CHC8) and one novel genotype (named SY-1) were identified. BEB6 was the prevalent genotype found within the three counties. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the five genotypes observed in this study belong to Group 2. The present study reported the presence and genotypes of E. bieneusi infection in sheep in Shanxi Province for the first time, which enriches the knowledge of the genetic diversity of E. bieneusi and provides baseline data for the prevention and control of E. bieneusi infection in animals and humans.

Keberadaan DAMIU terus meningkat sejalan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap air minum yang bermutu dan aman untuk dikonsumsi. Meski lebih murah tidak semua DAMIU terjamin keamanan produknya. Adanya bakteri coliform pada air minum yang melebihi standar maksimum berdasarkan Permenkes No. 492 tahun 2010 tentang persyaratan kualitas air minum dapat menyebabkan berbagai jenis penyakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas bakteriologis air minum isi ulang pada DAMIU di wilayah kerja Puskesmas 1 Purwokerto Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 9 DAMIU 6 DAMIU memenuhi syarat dan 3 DAMIU tidak memenuhi syarat higiene sanitasi DAMIU. Hasil Pemeriksaan Laboratorium terdapat 6 DAMIU memenuhi syarat dan 3 DAMIU yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan bakteriologis air minum sesuai Permenkes NO 492 tahun 2010 tentang persyaratan kualitas air minum. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah dari 9 DAMIU yang diteliti 6 DAMIU memenuhi syarat dan 3 DAMIU tidak memenuhi syarat kualitas bakteriologis air minum. Disarankan bagi pemilik atau pengelola DAMIU sebaiknya mengganti lampu UV yang pemakaiannya sudah melebihi 9.000 jam dan kapasitas UV disesuaikan dengan debit air yang digunakan untuk proses pengolahan agar air minum yang dihasilkan memenuhi syarat kualitas bakteriologis air minum.

Abstract We describe a new chromogenic substrate and assay for determining N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminidase (EC 3.2.1.30; NAG) activity in normal and pathological human urine. The novel substrate, ammonium 5-[4-(2-acetamido-2-deoxy-beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-3- methoxyphenylmethylene]-2-thioxothiazolidin-4-one-3-ethan oate (VRA-GlcNAc), is prepared by condensation of vanillyl N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminide and rhodanine-3-ethanoic acid. The phenol released by enzyme action has an intense absorption peak at 492 nm (epsilon = 37,000 L.mol-1.cm-1). The Km for NAG in urine was 0.5 mmol/L at pH 4.5. The substrate solution may be stored at 4-7 degrees C for one week without any increase in the substrate blank. For optimal assay conditions, we used a substrate concentration of 3 mmol/L and a 15-fold sample dilution at pH 4.5-5.0, with measurement at 505 nm, not significantly different from that at 492 nm. The sensitivity of the assay with VRA-GlcNAc as substrate is twice that of the MNP-GlcNAc [2-methoxy-4-(2'-nitrovinyl)-phenyl GlcNAc] procedure (Clin Chim Acta 1982;124:195-204) and can detect low amounts of minor NAG isoenzymes. This assay is an improvement on previously available colorimetric methods and could be easily incorporated into kits based on either an enzyme calibrant or the molar absorptivity of the phenol.

Neurological diseases can significantly reduce the quality and duration of life. Stem cells provide a promising solution, not only due to their regenerative features but also for a variety of other functions, including reducing inflammation and promoting angiogenesis. Although only hematopoietic cells have been approved by the FDA so far, the number of trials continues to expand. We analyzed 492 clinical trials and illustrate the trends in stem cells origins, indications, and phase and status of the clinical trials. The most common neurological disorders treated with stem cells were injuries of brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves (14%), stroke (13%), multiple sclerosis (12%), and brain tumors (11%). Mesenchymal stem cells dominated (83%) although the choice of stem cells was highly dependent on the neurological disorder. Of the 492 trials, only two trials have reached phase 4, with most of all other trials being in phases 1 or 2, or transitioning between them (83%). Based on a comparison of the obtained results with similar works and further analysis of the literature, we discuss some of the challenges and future directions of stem cell therapies in the treatment of neurological diseases.

The extracted data characterized giant isothermal entropy change of more than 16 J/kg K in electric field shift ΔE of 455 kV cm-1, which is nearly twice than that found for PbZr 0.95 Ti 0.05 O 3 thin film at 492 kV cm-1 near the Curie point. Furthermore, the RCP ≈ 700 J/kg and change of heat capacity ≈ 233 J/kg K in electric field shift ΔE of 747 kV cm-1.

Each Zn2+ ion is five-coordinated by three N atoms and one O atom from two pcih ligands, and one O atom of an absa ligand, forming a distorted squarepyramidal geometry. Zn2+ ions are bridged by pcih ligands in a zig-zag arrangement generating infinite chains with appended absa ligands. Photoluminescent studies have shown that 1 exhibits an emission at 535 nm (λex = 492 nm).

The films were decomposed at 1000?C in N2 atmosphere into electrically conducting carbonaceous coatings. When the precursor solution contained cobalt (0.2 g Co-acetate per 1 g PAN) and/or multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs, 2 mg MWCNT per 1 g PAN) the specific electrical resistance of the product film dropped from the original 492 ??cm-1 value down to 46 ??cm-1. By excluding all other possibilities we came to the conclusion that the beneficial effect of carbon nanotubes is related to their catalytic action in the final graphitization of condensed nitrogen-containing rings into graphitic nanocrystallites.

The quality of drinking water is analyzed based on the aspect of temperature, pH, E.coli and Bacteri Coliform to see the feasibility of refill drinking water with PERMEKES No. 492 in 2010 About drinking water requirements. Sampling is done at 3 points of drinking water source once. Based on result of temperature testing that to three points of Drinking Water Depot being sampled meet the quality standard according to the prevailing regulations that is 25OC ± 3OC, requirement of drinking water based on pH of three points in sample also meet the applicable quality standard that is 6.5-8.5. based on Biological parameters of e.coli content there is one point that does not meet drinking condition, there is e.coli of <1 with required standard of 0 / 100mL. Judging from the content of coliform bacteri there are two sample points that do not meet the requirements, contained <1 / 100ml - 1.2 / 100ml bacteri coliform with required quality standard of 0 / 100ml. The results showed that only one semester of water depot fulfilled the water criteria from 3 points of refill drinking water depot (DAMIU) in the Deli Husada Delitua Health Institute in accordance with Permenkes. 492 Year 2010 about criteria of drinking water in terms of temperature, pH, content E.coli and Total Bacteri Coliform, Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of drinking water sources.

A new Tb(III) complex, [Tb(L)3(2,2´-bipy)(DMF)]·(2,2´- bipy) (1), has been synthesized with 2-benzoylbenzoic acid (HL) and 2,2´-bipyridine (2,2´-bipy) as ligands. In 1, the Tb(III) ion is coordinated by nine atoms to give a distorted tri-capped trigonal-prismatic geometry. The magnetic and fluorescence properties of 1 are discussed. Compound 1 is paramagnetic in the temperature range of 300 - 24 K, and when the temperature decreases from 22 to 2 K, it exhibits weak ferromagnetism. The compound shows four intense fluorescence emission bands arising from the transitions of Tb3+: 5D4→7F6 (492 nm), 5D4→7F5 (546 nm), 5D4→7F4 (590 nm) and 5D4 →7F3 (622 nm) with an excitation wavelength of 315 nm.

Contudo, é imperativo ressaltar que a manutenção da ordem social demanda a implementação de medidas governamentais preconizadoras, visando a prevenção de problemas que poderiam desencadear conflitos e, por conseguinte, transformarem-se em assuntos policiais. Diante da lacuna no exercício do poder público e do crescente acréscimo nas demandas dirigidas às forças policiais, nota-se uma mudança de paradigma, em que as polícias se veem instrumentalizadas como meios estatais para controlar tudo aquilo que o Estado negligenciou em suas incumbências primordiais. Este cenário engendra um desgaste notório e uma exigência injusta da sociedade para com os órgãos de segurança. A responsabilidade recai sobre uma força policial percebida como reativa, destituída de qualificações e permeada por preconceitos. Paralelamente, observa-se uma paradoxal convalidação, por parte da população, de ações policias cada vez mais severas, e por vezes ilícitas, direcionadas exclusivamente a determinados estratos sociais, frequentemente os mais vulneráveis e marginalizados na sociedade. Surge, portanto, a indagação acerca do impacto efetivo da atuação policial na redução da violência, bem como da verdadeira protagonização dessas instituições num contexto que, por sua própria natureza, as estigmatiza e rotula como agentes opressores.

PPSDM Migas Cepu merupakan perusahaan dibidang pengolahan migas yang telah menerapkan tindakan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja diberbagai area, termasuk Kilang dan Unit Utilitas PPSDM Migas Cepu. Namun, masih ditemukan berbagai potensi bahaya dibeberapa area kerja di Kilang dan Unit Utilitas PPSDM Migas Cepu. Area kerja yang masih terdapat potensi bahaya diantaranya Pompa, HE (Heat Exchanger), dan Furnace. Setiap area kerja memiliki potensi bahaya yang berbeda-beda terpeleset, terjatuh, ganggaun pendengaran, gangguan pernafasan, luka bakar, ledakan hingga kebarakan yang dapat membahayakan para pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini diharapkan para pegawai dapat bekerja dengan nyaman dan terhindar dari kecelakaan kerja yang dapat terjadi kapan saja. Hal tersebut dapat berdampak pada meningkatkan efektivitas pekerjaan, kurang rasa khawatir dan menghindari hilangnya nyawa pegawai. Hasil penelitian didapatkan potensi bahaya pada setiap area kerja Pompa: Fluida yang terdapat pada pompa habis, Kebisingan, Tumpahan minyak mentah, Kebocoran pompa. HE (Heat Exchanger): Kebocoran shell, Kurangnya pemasangan isolasi, Gas/asap dari proses pemanasan, Tumpahan minyak, Suhu panas dari shell. Furnace: Kebisingan, Bahaya start up furnace, Suhu area kerja panas, Kebecoran cube. Dan Cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk melakukan pengendalian risiko bagi pekerja dan perusahaan pada semua stasiun kerja yaitu menggunakan APD lengkap saat melakukan pekerjaan, meletakkan apar didekat dengan stasiun kerja, melakukan pelatihan dalam pengoperasian setiap mesin, mengecek setiap komponen yang terdapat pada mesin secara berkala.

Cataract surgery is an important part of the ophthalmology residency program. By providing residents with the opportunity to develop surgical skills, ophthalmology programs can ensure that their residents are well-prepared for successful careers in the field. While most cataract surgeries are successful, complications can occur like infection, inflammation, corneal edema, and posterior capsule opacification, however, rates may differ with surgeon’s experience. This study aims to determine the types and rates of various complications in cataract surgery performed by resident trainees.: This was a retrospective hospital based observational study that included patients operated for cataracts by manual SICS at a Tertiary care hospital in Rajkot. Postoperative outcomes were evaluated into three groups: surgeries performed during residents in the first year of training (group 1), surgeries performed during the second year (group 2), and surgeries performed during the third year (group 3). The outcome was the rate of postoperative complications in each group and collected data were entered in a Microsoft Excel sheet. Qualitative data were presented as frequency and percentages and compared by the chi-square test. The P-value of ≤0.05 was considered significant. A total of 492 patients were evaluated in the study, in which 102 patients (20.7%) were operated on by first-year residents (group1), 189 patients (38.4%) were operated on by second-year residents (group 2) and 201 patients (40.9%) were operated by third-year residents(group3). The overall rate of the intraoperative complication in our study was 32.3% with the incidence of intraoperative complications being 17.4%(n=86/492) and postoperative complications being 14.8% (n=73/492). The most common intraoperative complication was PCR with vitreous loss (10.4%) and the most common postoperative complication was corneal edema seen in 6.5% of patients.: Resident trainees showed a better performance in the form of decreased postoperative complications and surgical competency was also found to improve as surgical experience increased. Incorporating surgical training as part of a routine curriculum can improve the residents' learning curve.

180 Background: In advanced gastric cancer (AGC), there are many reports about prognostic factors for overall survival (OS), and we have proposed a prognostic index using four prognostic factors (PS, number of metastatic sites, prior gastrectomy and ALP; Oncologist 2014) based on a phase III trial JCOG 9912 for the first-line treatment (Lancet Oncol. 2009). However, there is no report about prognostic factors for progression free survival (PFS). In this ancillary study, we explored whether prognostic factors are similar or not between OS and PFS. Methods: The subjects of this study were selected from the JCOG9912 which intended to confirm the superiority of irinotecan plus cisplatin (IP) and the non-inferiority of S-1 to5-FU for patients with AGC. Of all enrolled patients in JCOG9912, those who had target lesions and whose complete data were available were analyzed with multivariate analysis using Cox proportional hazard model. Results: 492 out of the 703 pts of JCOG9912 were analyzed, who received either 5-FU (n=163), IP (n=164) or S-1(n=165). The median PFS was 3.7 months for all the subjects, and 2.2 months for 5-FU, 4.9 months for IP and 3.8 months for S-1. Multivariate analysis in all 492 analyzed patients demonstrated seven independent prognostic factors for PFS (Table). Prognostic factors in each treatment were; sex (HR 1.66, 95%CI 1.11-2.49), PS (1.51, 1.04-2.18), Ca (0.39, 0.17-0.86), GPT (2.46, 1.30-4.66) and LDH (1.67, 1.16-2.48) in 5-FU, sex (1.77, 1.10-2.86) in IP, and Na (2.00, 1.01-3.99) and creatinine clearance (0.37, 0.15-0.93) in S-1. Conclusions: There were no common prognostic factors among the three treatment regimens. Prognostic factors for PFS may be different by treatment regimen, although further investigations with larger sample size are needed. [Table: see text]

Objective: An indeterminate thyroid nodule fine-needle aspiration (FNA) presents a unique dilemma. We evaluated our institution’s experience with Bethesda III thyroid nodules, including the risk of malignancy (ROM) of these nodules removed for diagnostic lobectomy and radiologic and clinical risk factors for malignancy. Study design: Retrospective chart review. Setting: San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC; 483 bed Military Treatment Facility and Level 1 Trauma Center). Methods: We identified all patients with a Bethesda III thyroid FNA at our institution from 2010 to 2018 and determined which nodules were removed. The final histological diagnosis was recorded. Whether or not age, gender, body mass index (BMI), race, nodule size, margin regularity, rate of nodule growth, vascularity, internal calcifications, family history of thyroid cancer, personal history of radiation, and history of repeated AUS/FLUS on FNA had a significant impact on malignancy risk was evaluated with chi square and rank sum Wilcoxon tests. Results: 492 patients had 1 or more AUS result. 52% (258/492) underwent repeat FNA. This resulted in Bethesda II or III in 90% (232/258). In 10% (26/258), the repeat FNA resulted in a higher Bethesda grade. 183 lobectomies were performed on the side containing an AUS nodule. The malignancy percentage was 38.3% (70/183). Age less than 30 was the only variable showing statistical significance for increased risk of malignancy ( P = .04). Conclusion: The ROM of nodules characterized as AUS/FLUS on FNA may be higher than expected. Age may be a better predictor of malignancy than repeat FNA.

Abstract- Mn(II) complex compounds were synthesized from the reaction of MnCl2.4H2O with the Schiff base ligand 2-methoxy-6((4-methoxyphenilimino)methyl) phenol, C15H15NO3, by sonication method. The synthesized product has a yield of 83,24%, brownish-red solid, melting point of ~233 0C. UV-Vis spectrum has optimum absorption at 270, 277, 335, and 615 nm. FT-IR results show absorption bands 533 cm-1 and 498 cm-1 which indicated M-O and M-N bonds. The 1H-NMR spectrum shows one ligand indicating the presence of 5 signals with 19 protons. Powder X-ray diffraction of the Mn(II) complex shows (intensity 492 (a.u)) at 140 diffraction angle was observed.

The present study compares the diagnoses on clinical bovine mastitis made in veterinary clinics using conventional diagnostic methods with diagnoses on the same samples made by a veterinary reference laboratory using MALDI-TOF MS as diagnostics. The study enables targeted and evidence-based consulting on prudent mastitis diagnostics and related antibiotic usage. In total, 492 samples from clinical mastitis were included. When applying MALDI-TOF MS as gold standard, only 90 out of 492 diagnoses made in veterinary clinics, equal to 18%, were correct. Four main findings were important: (1) the veterinary clinics overlooked contamination in mastitis samples; (2) the veterinary clinics only assigned 2 fully correct diagnoses out of 119 samples with mixed growth cultures; (3) the veterinary clinics made close to half of their diagnoses on pure culture erroneously; (4) the veterinary clinics applied a limited number of the relevant pathogen identifications on pure culture samples. Altogether, the present study shows that a large part of Danish clinical mastitis cases are misdiagnosed. Lack of correct diagnoses and diagnostic quality control may lead to the choice of wrong treatment and thus hamper prudent use of antibiotics. Hence, the present study warns a risk of overuse of antibiotics in Denmark. Consequently, the present study calls for training of veterinary clinics in diagnostics of mastitis pathogens and national guidelines on quality assurance of mastitis diagnostics.

A palynofossil assemblage of twenty-nine species is described from the Early-Middle Miocene sediments of the Kachi-1 Well. The assemblage consists of two species of bryophytes, one of pteridophytes, six gymnosperm pollen and eighteen angiosperm pollen. The palynoflora of Magnastriatites-Fupingopollenites Assemblage Zone (468-492 m) compares closely with that of the Neogene sediments of eastern North China. This interval is characterised by the predominance of age-diagnostic taxa: Magnastriatites granulastriatites and Fupingopollenites minutus which represent Early to Late Miocene and Middle Oligocene to Middle Miocene respectively in Chinese strata. The flora indicates a sedimentary environment of a lowland swamp surrounded by slopes which were occupied by deciduous broadleaved trees under a predominantly humid warm-temperate climate.
