Abstract. For the current 3D city modelling, the use of computer programs for batch modelling of non-fine models can only ensure the building height information, and cannot effectively use the attribute information of 2D data; and the manual modelling method for the road ancillary facilities has the disadvantages of modelling and placement of streetlamps, low efficiency, and inaccurate positions, a 3D modelling method based on parametric modelling technology and 3DMax modelling technology to realize batch modelling of non-fine buildings and urban streetlamps was proposed. Firstly, the spatial and attribute information of two-dimensional surveying data is used as basic data; then, through the geometric functions provided by CityEngine, combined with the characteristics of the main building and roof structure of the village in the city, the functions of generating the building structure is constructed, and the batch-based automatic modelling is compiled. The program uses the bottom attribute information to control the structure and texture of the model. . The external model was introduced through geometric function, use the attribute information and the adjacent angle of the road centerline to control the style, size and direction of the streetlamp, realize the batch automatic construction at the streetlamp coordinate point. Finally, the Python language bulk export model plug-in and a MaxScript script bulk import model plugin are compiled to improve work efficiency and model compatibility. Through experiments and performance analysis, it is shown that the method can guarantee the rapid establishment of 3D models of buildings and streetlamps, and the structure and texture are vivid. It is well compatible with 3DMax and can be directly modified and format converted.

Abstract For interior design students, in addition to learning the principles of interior design, the most important thing they learn is how to better use computer technology to assist their design. For example, AutoCAD drafting trains students to use computer software to draw their own designs according to industry norms; 3DMAX helps students to display their designs with realistic effects; not to mention PS and VRay rendering, which is a great help for lighting. All these situations show that today’s interior lighting design is inseparable from the assistance of computers. In recent years, the virtual-reality simulation technology has developed so fast which has been widely used in military and people’s daily lives, etc. As the essential element of the three-dimensional scene, modeling of trees becomes increasingly important. There are many methods for 3D modeling trees such as 3DMAX modeling, the bulletin board technology, the crossing panel and the LOD technology. However, these methods are not so effective either for the bad real-time performance caused by the large quantity of data or the unsatisfactory 3D effect. Therefore, this paper is aiming at proposing a 3D tree modeling method which was based on the combination of Fractal and Non-rectangular raster image technology.

Abstract:
With the innovation of computer, virtual clothing has also emerged. This research mainly discusses the real-time animation complex of interactive clothing design based on computer simulation. In the process of realizing virtual clothing, the sample interpolation synthesis method is used, and the human body sample library is constructed using the above two methods (primitive construction method and model reconstruction method) first, and then, the human body model is obtained by interpolation calculation according to the personalized parameters. Building a clothing model is particularly important for the effect of trying on. The clothing that needs to be displayed can be scanned and then input into the computer to build the model. The model can be directly built in 3DMAX and other software and then its surface texture can be mapped, or the clothing model can be directly built. The 3D model in the 3ds file is loaded by the loop body nested switch branch selection structure. Correspondingly, the write-back operation of 3ds files is similar. Just follow the general structure of the 3ds file and write the root block, version information block, edit information block, key frame information block, etc. to a brand new file in sequence. The main reason for this article to perform the 3ds file write-back operation is that, after the clothing model is dynamically simulated through the dynamic principle, the deformed key animation frame needs to be saved as a 3ds file so that it can be further imported into the 3DSMAX software and generated by the renderer, form high-quality picture information, and finally get high-definition animation video. In the CPU-GPU hybrid method, modules such as force calculation, collision processing, and position update use the GPU method, while overstretching is processed by the CPU method, making the overall performance 10 times higher than the pure CPU method. This research helps to promote the development of 3D virtual clothing design.

Abstract:
Abstract. Aiming at solving the problem of how to obtain the different evidence and deduce the disappeared sections of the Great Wall site, this paper quoted the concept of evidence scale and proposed a virtual restoration framework. In this paper, taking the Nine-eyes watchtower as an example, we modified the evidence-scale from 10 to 3: the existed relic, the direct evidence and the indirect evidence. The framework consisted of three parts, namely, the classification of evidence scale, the evidence checks and the generation of three-dimensional (3D) virtual models. Base on the support of the restoration scheme and 3DMAX technology, the disappeared parts of Nine-eyes watchtower was finally restored to its original appearance. The result of virtual restoration could not only help the tourists to visit the original appearance of cultural heritage, but also experience the culture value and historical vicissitude. Therefore, it was of great scientific significance and cultural value to study how to carry out virtual restoration for the ancient relics.

Abstract:
In recent years, the virtual stage background has become increasingly popular in the stage design of large-scale art evenings as well as in dance performances. It deftly blends the form of dance beauty with the content of dance performance, creating an atmosphere that not only sets the scene but also expands the stage space and enhances the artistic expression of dance. This paper focuses on the design of stage performance art using 3D modeling and MEC (mobile edge computing) technology. The data fusion method of multi-Kinect joints is researched and realized using 3DMAX to complete the modeling and virtual design of a 3D virtual stage scene. The performance scheme is created by analyzing music features with a computer, designing lighting actions, and matching music and lighting actions. Finally, it shows how DDLS (distributed deep learning shunting) configuration affects convergence performance as well as how model setting affects the diversion scheme.

Abstract:
3D reconstruction of culture artifacts has great potential in digital heritage documentation and protection. Choosing the proper images for texture mapping from multi-view images is a major challenge for high precision and high quality 3D reconstruction of culture artifacts. In this study, a texture selection approach, considering both the geometry and radiation quality for 3D reconstruction of cultural artifacts while using multi-view dense matching is proposed. First, a Markov random field (MRF) method is presented to select images from the best angle of view among texture image sets. Then, an image radiation quality evaluation model is proposed in the virtue of a multiscale Tenengrad definition and brightness detection to eliminate fuzzy and overexposed textures. Finally, the selected textures are mapped to the 3D model under the mapping parameters of the multi-view dense matching and a semi-automatic texture mapping is executed on the 3DMax MudBox platform. Experimental results with two typical cultural artifacts data sets (bronze wares and porcelain) show that the proposed method can reduce abnormal exposure or fuzzy images to yield high quality 3D model of cultural artifacts.

Abstract:
With the development of the 3D technology, the construction of a 3D substation monitoring system becomes feasible. The Unity3D is a professional and comprehensive engine for providing advantages in fast deployment, architectural visualization, and 3D animation. It can support multiple platforms and make the development much easy with an expansive architecture involved. In the normal use, we build 3D model with tools such as the 3DMax, and import the models to Unity3D. By the means, we can finish making scenes and cartoons as well as integrating business data. We can also design multive functions such as the roaming in first person view, camera switching, real-time monitoring data displaying, real-time alarming, and so on. We write custom Shader to achieve some special effects. For example, we can write vertex and fragment shader to receive the data from the scripts and parse the data to get the information of temperature points. The distance between each UV point and the given temperature points is also computed and mapped to the values of temperature and color.

Abstract:
In this paper, we introduce a virtual campus on mobile platform in service recently. The system has several functions: exhibiting the environment of the campus, inquiring available information and interactive learning and so on. The procedure of realization has three parts: construction modeling, driving character model and interaction design. For construction modeling, we applied the prevailing 3D modeling software 3DMax to complete the task. Third-person perspective was adopted in driving character model and the script with the development platform-Unity3D works well after revising and it is more suitable for mobile platform. In terms of interaction design, we borrowed the method of role play game (RPG): time related events were combining with the buildings and we design some attributes for the roaming character, and the events could be triggered according to specified logically and temporal order. The interaction could lead the users to explore the virtual campus with interest, and thereby the aim of familiarizing the freshman students with basic workflow of the campus life quickly can be achieved. As the whole system is designed for mobile platform, it is convenient for using anywhere or anytime, the application effect therefore is better comparing with the traditional method of running a virtual campus on personal computer.

Abstract:
To investigate the physiological and behavioral comfort of drivers traversing urban underpass tunnels with various spatial structure conditions, a driving simulator experiment was conducted using 3DMAX and SCANeRTM studio software. Three parameters, including the slope, slope length, and height of a tunnel, were selected as research objects to explore the optimal combination of structural parameters in urban underpass tunnels. The heart rate (HR), interbeat (RR) interval, speed, and lane centerline offset value were collected for 30 drivers. Then, a measurement model of the relationship among HR, RR interval, speed, lane centerline offset value, and structural parameters was established by using partial correlation analyses and the stepwise regression method. On this basis, a structural constraint model based on the drivers’ physiological and behavioral comfort thresholds was also constructed. The results show that the driver’s HR, RR interval, speed, and lane centerline offsets are significantly related to the tunnel height, slope, and slope length. More importantly, this paper not only analyzed the effects of various structural parameters on drivers’ physiology and behavior but also proposed an optimized combination of structural parameters based on drivers’ physiological and behavioral comfort. It can reasonably improve tunnel design in China, ensure tunnel traffic safety, and seek the maximum comfort of the driver in the driving process.

Abstract:
Increasing the rate of construction material consumption has caused significant environmental problems in recent decades, especially the production of ordinary Portland cement (OPC), which has been associated with 8% of the world’s human CO2 emissions and is considered the leading binder of concrete. This study aims to investigate the effects of substituting conventional concrete (CC) material with green concrete (GC) in the non-structural concrete works of a residential building in New Borg El-Arab City, Egypt. It attempts to establish what the effects are of using GC on cement, natural aggregates, and CO2 emissions in the design phase. By using a design-based solution (DBS), we began with redesign, reduce, reselect, reuse, and recycle strategies to find an optimal solution for applying recycle aggregate concrete (RAC) as a replacement material in selected building parts, such as the internal floor, external sidewalk, entrance steps, and wall boundary. AutoCAD software and 3Dmax were used to modify the original design and obtain two design references with four different scenarios. Comparative analyses were applied to investigate the effects of different concrete materials. The results show a reduction of about 19.4% in cement consumption in terms of the total concrete of the building and a 44.5% reduction in CO2 emissions due to the reduction of cement in specific building parts. In addition, this solution decreased natural coarse aggregate (NCA) consumption by 23.7% in the final concrete. This study recommends that GC materials close the loop of cementitious material consumption to reduce environmental impacts and achieve sustainability in the Egyptian building sector.

Abstract. Chinese ancient architecture is a valuable heritage wealth, especially for roof that reflects the construction age, structural features and cultural connotation. Point cloud data, as a flexible representation with characteristics of fast, precise, non-contact, plays a crucial role in a variety of applications for ancient architectural heritage, such as 3D fine reconstruction, HBIM, disaster monitoring etc. However, there are still many limitations in data editing tasks that need to be worked out manually, which is time-consuming, labor-intensive and error-prone. In recent years, the theoretical advance on deep learning has stimulated the development of various domains, and digital heritage is not in exception. Whenever, deep learning algorithm need to consume a huge amount of labeled date to achieve the purpose for segmentation, resulting a actuality that high labor costs also be acquired. In this paper, inspired by the architectural style similarity between mimetic model and real building, we proposed a method supported by deep learning, which aims to give a solution for the point cloud automatic extraction of roof structure. Firstly, to generate real point cloud, Baoguang Temple, unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is presented to obtain image collections that are subsequently processed by reconstruction technology. Secondly, a modified Dynamic Graph Convolutional Neural Network (DGCNN) which can learn local features with taking advantage of an edge attention convolution is trained using simulated data and additional attributes of geometric attributes. The mimetic data is sampled from 3DMAX model surface. Finally, we try to extract roof structure of ancient building from real point clouds scenes utilizing the trained model. The experimental results show that the proposed method can extract the rooftop structure from real scene of Baoguang, which illustrates not only effectiveness of approach but also a fact that the simulated source perform potential value when real point cloud datasets are scarce.

In order to solve the problems of poor user experience and low human-computer interaction efficiency, this paper designs a 3D image virtual reconstruction system based on visual communication effects. First, the functional framework diagram and hardware structure diagram of the image 3D reconstruction system are given. Then, combined with the basic theory of visual communication design, the characteristics of different elements in the three-dimensional image system and reasonable visual communication forms are analyzed, and design principles are proposed to improve user experience and communication efficiency. After the input image is preprocessed by median filtering, a three-dimensional reconstruction algorithm based on the image sequence is used to perform a three-dimensional reconstruction of the preprocessed image. The performance of the designed system was tested in a comparison form. We optimize the original hardware structure, expand the clock module, and use the chip to improve the data processing efficiency; in the two-dimensional image; we read the main information, through data conversion, display it in three-dimensional form, select the feature area, extract the image feature, calculate the key physical coordinate points, complete the main code compilation, use visual communication technology to feed back the display visual elements to the 3D image, and complete the design of the 3D image virtual reconstruction system. The test results showed that the application of visual communication technology to the virtual reconstruction of 3D images can effectively remove noise and make the edge area of the image clear, which can meet the needs of users compared with the reconstruction results of the original system. Visual C++ and 3DMAX are used as the system design platform, and three-dimensional image visualization and roaming are realized through OpenGL. Experimental results show that the designed system has better reconstruction accuracy and user satisfaction.
