A force de mener des enquêtes au sujet de la chronique Thuróczy par Ignác Andrássy, nous nous sommes trouvés confrontés à l’histoire de plusieurs exemplaires détruits ou latents. La fortune des exemplaires de l’édition de Brin est difficile à reconstruire pour deux raisons. Premièrement: á la fin du 19e et au premiers tiers du 20e siecle plusieurs ventes aux enchères ont eu lieu, deuxièmement: un vol survenu aux années 1880 a contribué à rendre plus compliquées les affiliations de provenance. Des sources d’archives facilitent la recapitulation de l’histoire des volumes en question, néanmoins, nous pouvons pas éviter les affirmations hypothétiques. On ne peut pas exclure que l’exemplaire de Miklós Jankovich se trouve, depuis 1830, à la bibliothèque Raleigh aux Etats-Unis. Le volume ayant appartenu à Lajos Farkas est, selon toute probabilité, à la bibliothèque universitaire de Moscou. Les exemplaires d’Ignác Andrássy, de György Ráth et d’Enea Lanfranconi sont disparus. Des 8 éditions ayant vu le jour à Brin entre 1873 et 1919, la fortune de 5 est aujourd’hui inconnue ou incertaine. D’autres exemplaires latents pourront émerger á des ventes aux enchères, puisque les éditions brinoises figurant dans les catalogues des 18e-20e siecles appartiennent sansdoute à des collections privées.

This paper analyzes the genesis of New Mexican Spanish during the colonial period (17th and 18th centuries) as the consequence of ‘new dialect formation via koinéization’ (Trudgill 1986, 2004, Kerswill & Williams 2000, Kerswill & Trudgill 2005). It focuses primarily on the evidence for yeísmo, i.e. the merger of the medieval palatal lateral and palatal fricative phonemes, in a corpus of documents written in the century following the resettlement of New Mexico by Spanish speakers in 1693. The analysis shows that the resettlement involved contact between two groups of speakers exhibiting widely divergent levels of prevalence of the merger, causing the loss of the phonemic contrast in the community in as little as one generation. This contradicts several previous assumptions about the chronology of Latin American yeísmo and about the role of koinéization in the origins of New World Spanish. Resume Cette etude analyse la genese de l’espagnol du Nouveau-Mexique pendant la periode coloniale (17e et 18e siecles) en tant que consequence d’un processus de ‘formation d’un nouveau dialecte par nivellement dialectal’ (Trudgill 1986, 2004, Kerswill et Williams 2000, Kerswill et Trudgill 2005). L’etude se concentre principalement sur le yeismo, phenomene de fusion de deux phonemes distincts en espagnol medieval (une consonne laterale palatale et une fricative palatale), et ce dans un corpus de documents ecrits un siecle apres le retour des espagnols dans cette region en 1693. L’analyse montre que ce retour des espagnols a provoque le contact entre deux groupes de locuteurs qui presentaient chacun des differences nettes pour ce qui est de la confusion des deux phonemes, aboutissant a leur fusion, dans cette communaute, en a peine une generation. On soutient aussi que ces donnees contredisent plusieurs des hypotheses anterieures sur la chronologie du yeismo americain et sur le role qu’a joue le nivellement dialectal dans la diachronie de l’espagnol du Nouveau Monde. Zusammenfassung In diesem Beitrag wird die Entstehung des Spanischen in New Mexico wahrend der Kolonialzeit (17. und 18. Jahrhundert) als Folge eines Prozesses ‘neuer Dialekt-Bildung durch Koineisierung’ (Trudgill 1986, 2004, Kerswill und Williams 2000, Kerswill und Trudgill 2005) analysiert. Der Augenmerk liegt hauptsachlich auf den Beweisen fur yeismo, d.h. der Fusion zwischen zwei mittelalterlichen Palatalen, lateral und frikativ, in einem Korpus von Dokumenten, die im Jahrhundert nach der spanischen Umsiedlung Neumexikos 1693 geschrieben wurden. Die Analyse zeigt, dass durch die Umsiedlung zwei Gruppen von Sprechern, die enorm unterschiedliche Auspragungen dieser Fusion aufwiesen, in Kontakt gekommen sind. Dies fuhrte in dieser Gemeinschaft zu dem Verlust des phonemischen Kontrasts in weniger als einer Generation. Es wird auch argumentiert, dass diese Beweise einige fruhere Annahmen uber die Chronologie des lateinamerikanischen yeismo und uber die Rolle der Koineisierung in den Ursprungen der spanischen Sprache in der Neuen Welt widerspricht.

La plupart des batiments envisages etaient l'ubosoth et le vihara, ouvrages les plus importants du temple thai. L'analyse y a ete faite en insistant sur les elements essentiels comme le fronton, le portail, la console d'appui du toit debordant et le plafond. Celle-ci a porte sur le type, la composition des motifs ornementaux, les materiaux, les techniques et l'evolution de la decoration qui sont les points importants sur les elements architecturaux thaisThe objective was taken on the study of the ornament of the religious architecture at its zenith epoch, the time from the last ayudhya to the ratanakosin periods which is the middle of the 17th - the 19th centuries. Most of buildings studied were the ubosoth and the vihara, the most important works of the thai temple. Apres la fondation de l'hotel royal des invalides en 1670, est conduite au 18e siecle une politique nouvelle en faveur des anciens soldats, dont le moment essentiel est, en 1764, la creation des pensions d'invalidite, remplacees en 1776 par des recompenses militaires, acquises par grace apres 24 annees de services, et dont beneficient a la fin de l'ancien regime environ 25 000 hommes. La pension militaire, relative a l'anciennete et au grade, devient en 1790 un droit, auquel la revolution ajoute une hierarchisation des pensions d'invalidite. Progres considerables par rapport a l'abandon des siecles anterieurs, l'hotel royal puis la pension aident au retablissement des anciens soldats dans la societe civile. Pour quelques uns, c'est une mutation sociale, le passage a la ville, avec un petit emploi dans l'artisanat, le commerce ou les bureaux. Plus souvent, c'est une veritable retraite, inactive et honorable, d'autant plus facilement admise qu'elle s'accompagne d'une amelioration nette du comportement de l'ensemble des anciens soldats. En Blaisois et en Vendômois, l'effort de réforme catholique, œuvre des évêques, de leurs archidiacres et des communautés religieuses est d'abord un phénomène urbain. Les testaments paraissent une source privilégiée pour observer sur les ruraux les effets de la nouvelle pastorale catholique. On y constate l'évolution de formules stéréotypées différentes selon que l'acte est reçu par un notaire ou par un prêtre, montrant la montée de l'individualisme mais aussi le recul des gestes religieux (demandes de messes, fondations) dès 1660. Le modeste succès des confréries nouvelles (Saint-Sacrement, Rosaire) atteste l'échec de la piété tridentine; leur déclin au 18e siècle est un indice de déchristianisation. Les distensions entre les croyances populaires liées à la mort et celles du catholicisme renouvelé peuvent expliquer l'échec de l'acculturation religieuse des paysansIn Blaisois and Vendômois, bishops, archdeacons and religious communities first introduced the catholic reformation into city areas. Testaments appear to be a very helpful field of investigation and testify that the new catholic pastoral action had some effects on country-people. We notice those people more and more often used stereotyped words in their testaments which were different depending or whether they were registered by lawyers or priests. These testaments reveal the increasing individualism but also the decline of religious acts (demands for masses, foudations. . . ) as early as1660. The modest success of the new confraternities (Blessed Sacrament, Rosary) proves the failure of the tridentine piety; their decline in the 18th century is sign of dechristianization. The gap between the popular belief related to death and the belief of reformed catholicism may explain the failure of religious acculturation in the country

Dans cet espace au particularisme tres marque, l'etude de la mort revele, de 1600 a 1850, un lourd ceremonial, a la fois medieval et baroque, dans le cadre quotidien d'un catholicisme intransigeant, attache aux manifestations d'une piete collective fortement exteriorisee. Mais sur le plan individuel, la mort s'accompagne d'une spiritualite qui progresse avec la reforme catholique diffusee par un clerge local ultramontain. Malgre la permanence d'une religiosite exuberante voire tumultueuse, le chretien du haut-vallespir est ainsi conduit, dans un intimisme plus feminin que masculin vers une religion plus eclairee, plus interiorisee. Pour son ultime demarche vers dieu, sa foi se fait progressivement plus personnelle, mais plus exigeante aussiA mediterranean mountain district, yet comprising both urban centres and industrial activities, upper vallespir is a border country much devoted to its catalanism because of its roots and the proximity of spanish catalonia. In this area with special particularism, the study of death from a. D. 1600 to a. D. 1850 shows a heavy ceremonial which is both mediaeval and baroque, within the daily setting of a strict catholicism linked with the manifestation of an esternalized collective piety. But from the point of view of the individual, death goes along with a spirituality which develops itself with the catholic reform spread by a local clergy strongly influenced and attracted by spanish catalonia. Despite the permanence of an exuberant, even boisterous religiosity, the christian in upper vallespir is driven, in a more feminine than masculine intimacy, toward a more enlightened, more interiorized religion. Cette these porte a la fois sur l'historique des faienceries qui ont fonctionne pendant le dix-huitieme siecle dans la generalite d'auch creee par un edit royal de mil sept cent seize, et sur une etude stylistique de quelques pieces particulieres, temoins de leurs creations artistiques. L'avant-propos precise qu'il s'agit de l'extension a l'ensemble de la generalite, d'une precedente etude sur la faiencerie d'auch qui avait fait l'objet d'un memoire redige par l'auteur pour l'obtention du diplome d'etudes approfondies d'histoire de l'art. L'introduction presente ensuite le territoire geographique de cette generalite et le definit par rapport aux divisions administratives actuelles. Il y est expose que les recherches historiques ont repose essentiellement sur des documents d'archives, tels que correspondances, jugements et arrets de juridictions diverses, actes de notaires et d' etat-civil: baptemes, mariages et deces. Certains de ces documents sont inedits et completent des points d'histoire restes jusque la obscurs; d'autres permettent de reformer des affirmations ou des suppositions anterieures formulees sans references precises, le tout permettant de donner vie a ce que fut au cours de cette periode l'extraordinaire aventure des faienciers de cette region. Ces faienceries, au nombre de sept, sont ensuite evoquees separement: en premier lieu, marignac-laspeyres, suivie de martres-tolosane et terrebasse de comminges, qui ont utilises largement et concurremment entre elles des personnels et des materiaux locaux, etant donne leur proximite. Viennent ensuite auch qui a fonctionne sous forme de societe et saramon dont la duree fut tres reduite. Enfin auvillar qui a beneficie de la voie fluviale de la garonneThis thesis both turns on the history in the eighteenth century of the crockery-manufactures in the "generalite d'auch", created by royal edict in seventeen sixteen, and on the stylistic investigation of some of their productions proving their creativeness. From the preface we learn this work widens the field to the "generalite d'auch" of a previous study of the crockery in auch submitted by the author for the "diplome d'etudes approfondies d'histoire de l'art". From the introduction we can determine the geographical bounds of the "generalite" and translate into the present administrative divisions. Historical investigations rest on public records as correspondences, sentences and decrees of various courts, deeds by notaries, birth, marriage and death certificates. Up to now unpublished ones elucidate parts of this history, others help to rectify insufficiently argued statements or assumptions, all reviving the extraordinary adventure of the crockery-makers in this area at their time. The seven in number crockery-manufactures are then successively evoked: -first, marignac-laspeyres, then martres-tolosane and terrebasse de comminges which, due to their proximity, competitively made good use of local know-how and raw materials; then auch with rules of partnership and saramon with a brief existence; samadet had a special position owing to this localisation and the preference rights obtained from abbe de roquepine; -finally, auvillar which profited by the river garonne

Graines, plants, memoires furent envoyes en france jusqu'a la revolution. Recues pour la plupart au jardin du roi a paris, les plantes furent identifiees, acclimatees, puis diffusees dans le royaume. These people undertook to meet the wishes of their correspondants through herborization, collection of specimens and investigations. Seeds, seedlings and reports were sent to france until the seventeen eighty nine revolution. ZusammenfassungIm Folgenden werden die Ergebnisse von Studie II dargestellt. In ihr sollte die Funktionsweise der kollektiven Verarbeitung von Medienbotschaften untersucht werden, wobei die Ergebnisse auf kollektive Informationsverarbeitung im Allgemeinen übertragbar sein dürften. Dafür wurde erstmals der im Rahmen dieser Arbeit entwickelte (siehe 4.2) und in Studie I validierte (siehe Kapitel 5) standardisierte Gruppenfragebogen eingesetzt und eine standardisierte Befragung von n = 182 natürlichen Kleingruppen durchgeführt (siehe 4.4 zu Rekrutierung, Datenbereinigung, Stichprobe und dem allgemeinen Vorgehen bei der Auswertung). Zunächst werden FF3–5 zu den Eigenschaften kollektiver Medienrezeption beantwortet, da ihre Ergebnisse die Grundlage für weitere Analysen bilden (siehe 6.1). Als Nächstes wird auf FF6–7 zu den Einflussfaktoren auf kollektive Medienrezeption eingegangen (siehe 6.2). Danach werden FF8–9 zu ihren Auswirkungen auf Gruppenebene (siehe 6.3) und FF10–12 zu ihren Auswirkungen auf Individualebene (siehe 6.4) beantwortet. Schließlich werden die Ergebnisse zusammengefasst und diskutiert (siehe 6.5). Aufgrund des großen Umfangs der Ergebnisse werden kleinere Befunde schon bei der Ergebnisdarstellung besprochen. Die abschließende Diskussion konzentriert sich dann auf die zentralen und übergreifenden Ergebnisse.

ZusammenfassungIm Folgenden wird das methodische Vorgehen zur Beantwortung der unter 3.3.2 vorgestellten Forschungsfragen beschrieben. Dazu wird als erstes ein Überblick über das verwendete Mixed-Methods-Design gegeben (siehe 4.1). Daraufhin wird das für diese Arbeit ausgearbeitete standardisierte Befragungsinstrument für Kleingruppen vorgestellt (siehe 4.2), da es die Grundlage für beide empirischen Studien bildet. Als Nächstes wird das methodische Vorgehen von Studie I dokumentiert, in der eine qualitative Beobachtung und Diskussion von bzw. mit acht natürlichen Kleingruppen durchgeführt wurde (siehe 4.3). Sie diente dem Test, der Validierung und der Weiterentwicklung des Befragungsinstrumentes für Gruppen, das den methodischen Beitrag dieser Arbeit darstellt. Abschließend wird das methodische Vorgehen von Studie II – der quantitativen Befragung von n = 182 natürlichen Kleingruppen – vorgestellt (siehe 4.4). Ihre Ergebnisse zur Funktionsweise kollektiver Medienrezeption stellen den zentralen empirischen Beitrag der vorliegenden Arbeit dar.

Abstract There are large number of wells that need to be permanently plugged and Abandoned (P&A). As P&A operations do not provide any return on investment, developing cost-effective operations methods is very important. Therefore, it is essential to use cost-effective plug-and-abandonment technology without compromising the operation's scope. In this work, Quartz and Palm oil fuel ash (POFA) was used to reduce the cost associated with plugging and abandonment of hydrocarbon wells by reducing the settling time and improving the well integrity by minimizing the shrinkage associated with conventional cement. These materials were selected based on their properties, Quartz a thermodynamically stable material, enables the formulated solid to withstand temperature and not shrink with time despite the temperature and the force applied. The sieve size used for the Quartz was 300 microns and the total gram of 571.6g of the Quartz was added to the cement mixture. POFA possesses a pozzolanic property and a sieve size of 150 microns and 285.88 grams was used for the mixture with the mix ratio of M7 (1:4:8) and M25 (1:1: 2) A total gram of 143g of class G cement was added to the mixture, the water-cement ratio of 0.4 for the mixture of M7 and the water-cement ratio of 0.4 was use for M25. The rheological property and mechanical properties of the formulated slurry were analyzed and compared to that of Class G cement slurry. The Addition of the material (Quartz and POFA) to the class G cement increases the compressive strength from 85 psi to 182 psi and the setting time of 2:20min to reach 50 Bearden consistency. Economic Analysis using cost estimation method was done and the result shows that the cost associated with the usage of the formulated slurry was lower than the usage of class G cement for plugging and abandonment.

1. Descripción del caso Paciente que inicia consumo de diversas sustancias (tabaco, OH, heroína y cocaína) durante la adolescencia. Ha estado en diversos centros de deshabituación sin éxito. Inicia seguimiento conjunto en USMC y CTA en 2014 a la edad de 31 años. El cuadro que presenta destaca por ánimo depresivo que se desarrolla sobre una personalidad limítrofe con tendencia a las dependencias y conductas impulsivas y compulsivas que afectan al consumo de sustancias y también a otras facetas como la alimentación, el estudio o el juego. 2. Evolución En el estudio longitudinal, el paciente ha presentado episodios depresivos en los que se siente triste y desesperanzado, abandona todo, no se cuida, no come, no se asea, se desorganiza conductualmente y se aisla. Estos episodios suelen durar unos 2 meses y se alternan con otros de menor duración en los que predomina la sintomatología maniforme con hiperactividad, exaltación del ánimo y mayor consumo de tóxicos y otros mixtos. Su tratamiento actual es: - Suboxone 18 mg c/ 24h - Escitalopram 10 mg 1-0-0 - Vortioxetina 10 mg 1-0-0 - Lamotrigina 100 mg 1-0-0 - Litio 400 mg 1-0-0 - Maintena 400 mg 1 amp. I. M. c/ 28 días - Lorazepam 1 mg si ansiedad 3. Discusión del caso Cuando coexisten un diagnóstico de TAB, TLP y TUS es difícil conocer qué apareció primero y qué fue consecuencia de los demás trastornos o si estos diagnósticos forman parte de un continuum del mismo espectro que pudiera aparecer en la adolescencia y con frecuencia se infradiagnostica. El diagnóstico de TAB y TLP comparten síntomas siendo los más destacados la irritabilidad, la disforia y la desinhibición o descontrol de impulsos. Estos pacientes implican per se una gran dificultad en el manejo que limitan en ocasiones las intervenciones terapéuticas.

El propósito fundamental de la presente investigación ha sido el análisis del pensamiento de los jóvenes quienes comparten sus opiniones acerca de la presión que sienten por lograr un futuro exitoso, para ello se llevó a cabo la recolección de datos mediante una encuesta y posterior a ello se diseñó y construyó una herramienta para analizar sentimientos y organizar datos en grupos, abarcando la recolección y preparación de los mismos. Se seleccionan aquellos que se consideran pertinentes y se definen los algoritmos más coherentes para detectar emociones y clasificar los datos en categorías similares, ajustando y validando cuidadosamente estos datos para asegurar una mayor precisión en el resultado. Este proceso permite comprender las emociones en los textos, identificando agrupaciones que podrían revelar patrones significativos útiles para la toma de decisiones estratégicas, donde en general se pretende llegar a un resultado concreto y específico sobre el impacto que se tiene hoy en día hacia los jóvenes en torno a la presión generada por formar un futuro exitoso. Para esto será de vital importancia la implementación y diseño de un algoritmo basado en machine learning para el análisis de las respuestas para agilizar el resultado y obtención de aproximaciones reales sobre las opiniones y sentimientos de estos jóvenes. A raíz del cuestionamiento y observación de conductas sobre la presión en los jóvenes de entre 18 y 26 años que viven en los diferentes municipios del estado de Aguascalientes, México, el impacto sobre sus vidas no es un reto fácil, por ello es importante mantener un equilibrio sobre la presión que se siente o incluso eliminarla por completo ya que las decisiones tomadas bajo presión y sin un razonamiento previo llegan a ser un poco catastróficas. Acorde con los resultados a obtener se pretende que los jóvenes aprendan a asumir una postura más crítica basada en la disciplina, confianza y desarrollo de su persona en la toma de decisiones a fin de obtener un mayor alcance en sus metas y objetivos, forjando así un futuro exitoso.

INTRODUCCIÓN Y OBJETIVOS: La potomanía o polidipsia primara es un trastorno caracterizado por una ingesta hídrica excesiva sin una causa orgánica subyacente. Está presente en aproximadamente 15-25% de pacientes con enfermedades psiquiátricas, fundamentalmente en esquizofrenia, aumentando la mortalidad. El principal riesgo es la aparición de hiponatremia y las complicaciones derivadas, por lo que es importante un adecuado diagnóstico y tratamiento. Presentamos un caso clínico relacionado. MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS: El paciente es un varón de 51 años con antecedentes de hipertensión arterial, tabaquismo activo y consumo de cannabis hace veinte años. Presenta un diagnóstico de esquizofrenia paranoide de 18 años de evolución. Está en tratamiento con Xeplion 150mg/28 días, Sertralina 100mg/día, Clozapina 450 mg/día, Alprazolam 0.5mg si precisa y Doxazosina 4mg/día. Desde hace 10 años estable psicopatológicamente, con sintomatología psicótica crónica (fenómenos autorreferenciales, interpretaciones delirantes, alteraciones sensoperceptivas) sin repercusión afectiva o conductual secundaria. Desde hace siete años presenta una potomanía, con varios episodios de hiponatremia (algunos con crisis convulsivas y disminución del nivel de conciencia) que han requerido de atención en urgencias o de ingreso hospitalario, una dilatación vesical y una enfermedad renal crónica, siendo portador de sonda vesical. RESULTADOS Y CONCLUSIONES: A pesar de los ajustes de tratamiento farmacológico (sustitución de Duloxetina por Sertralina, ajuste de dosis de Xeplion), el paciente no ha tenido una evolución favorable. Recientemente, se han empezado a instaurar medidas conductuales, con intervención a nivel familiar y en centro día, objetivándose una mejoría con una reducción de la ingesta hídrica. El manejo de estos pacientes es un reto a nivel terapéutico. El tratamiento debe incluir el control de la ingesta hídrica. Se han estudiado varias clases de fármacos, sin clara superioridad de ninguna. Las técnicas conductuales, psicosociales, psicoeducativas o terapias de grupo pueden ser útiles. La educación y participación familiar es importante a largo plazo.

Meta: El objetivo fue conocer los cambios epidemiológicos de las cepas de bacilos Gram negativos productores de carbapenemasas (GPC) en un Hospital Universitario en los últimos cuatro años. Método: El trabajo se basa en datos del sistema informático del laboratorio. Se incluyeron las muestras que desarrollaron Enterobacterales y/o Pseudomonas sp. entre el 1º/01/2019 y el 31/12/2022. La presencia de carbapenemasas se sospechó de resistencia a carbapenémicos y se confirmó mediante pruebas fenotípicas. No se incluyeron aislamientos repetidos. Se usaron medidas de resumen (frecuencias) y se compararon usando una prueba de chi cuadrado. Conclusión: Se identificaron 6395. El porcentaje global de BPC fue de 198 (3,1%), y por año: 27/1603 (1,6%) en 2019; 41/1384(3%) en 2020; 70/1553(4,5%) en 2021 y 60/1855(3,2%) en 2022 (p < 0,05). K pneumoniae con 92 (46%) aislamientos fue el más frecuente. Se detectaron 172 (87%) metalocarbapenemasas y 26 (13%) enzimas KPC de: urocultivo 101 (51%); hemocultivos 49 (25%); biopsias 18 (9%); catéteres vasculares nueve (5%); exudados de herides 11 (5%), secreciones respiratorias siete (4%) y líquidos de ascitis tres (1%). Distribución por servicios: 103 en cuidados moderados, 64 en cuidados intensivos, 19 emergencia, 12 policlínico. El aislamiento de BPC ha sido constante durante el período. Se encontró un aumento entre los años 2019 y 2021, pero se observó una disminución en 2022. Varios factores podrían estar involucrados. De una estabilización en la prevalencia; el impacto de la pandemia del Sars-CoV-2; mejoras en las políticas de control de infecciones. Se requieren datos adicionales para una mejor comprensión. Nuestros resultados muestran cambios en el comportamiento epidemiológico de estos microorganismos. Esto sugiere cambios en la epidemiología de estos aislamientos.

The analysis of the efficiency of the particle sizes of the feed components used in feed rations resulted in proof of the significance of the feed particle size not only while feeding animals with loose dry or wet mixtures but also with feed granules. The study showed that to increase the efficiency of hammer crushers it is relevant to substantiate the parameters of the hammer rotor and the method the raw materials are supplied into the crusher’s working chamber. The experiment involved a stand, which enabled determining the strength of stems while being broken. A sieve classifier was applied to measure the average particle size of the ground products. The rotor speed was monitored electronically and duplicated by a manual tachometer. The average diameter of clover samples was 1.64 mm and correspondingly 3.3 mm of lupine; the length of the samples was 50 and 100 mm. The breaking force on a clover stalk with 13.2% of moisture was 97 N max and 4.4 N min, and correspondingly in the case of a lupine stalk – 22.7 N max and 1.5 N min with 12.3% of moisture. In our case, grinding clover and lupine hay with the minimal energy density Qs, 60 m·s-1 was considered to be the efficient speed of the hammers υм, and the grinding modulus М was within 1.0-1.3 mm. With the different values of the hammer speed and the crusher grinding chamber width of 180 mm, the results of the experimental studies showed that regardless of a supply method and a type of processed raw materials, the output of the ground products was distributed quite unevenly across the width of the working chamber. However, it was found that the peripheral feeding method was significantly more effective than a central one, since the quicker the work was done, the more efficient it became. While at speed υм = 30 m·s-1, the unevenness of the product output under the central supply method was greater than that of the peripheral one only in 8-14%, at speed υм = 75-80 m·s-1 this difference reached 20-32%.

Introdução: Diabetes Mellitus Gestacional (DMG) é uma complicação em que a gestante adquire por não produzir a quantidade necessária de insulina para o corpo, resultando assim na hipoglicemia, termo pelo qual quer dizer que a glicose no sangue fica elevada. Na gestação pode ser detectada na consulta de pré-natal, o diagnostico na gestação permanece durante todo o período gestacional e podendo permanecer ou não após o parto. A DMG pode trazer danos tanto para a saúde materna como para o desenvolvimento fetal. Objetivo: O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar a assistência de enfermagem às gestantes com diabetes mellitus gestacional. Material e Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura. Utilizou-se para pesquisa a Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e SIELO em agosto de 2021. Os Descritores de Ciências da Saúde (DeCS), escolhidos para busca foram “pré-natal”, “gestantes”, “diabetes gestacional” e “assistência de enfermagem”. As estratégias de busca resultaram em 32 artigos, publicados nos anos de janeiro de 2016 a agosto de 2021, resultando na eliminação de 18 artigos. A amostra final corresponde a 14 publicações. Resultados: A assistência de enfermagem tem bastante efetividade na descoberta e prevenção do DMG, as orientações começam desde o início do pré-natal, quanto a alimentação regrada, atividade física e comprometimento com as consultas e exames solicitados. O enfermeiro é o profissional que inicia o pré-natal já solicitando exames para detecção precoce de algumas doenças, um deles é o teste de glicemia de jejum. A gestante portadora de DMG tem que fazer acompanhamento com o enfermeiro, medico da estratégia de saúde da família e o obstetra, a assistência deve ser mais rigorosa, visto que essa gestação é de alto risco. Conclusão: verificou-se que a prevenção do DMG através das consultas de pré-natal é a melhor forma de seguir com uma gestação tranquila, sem complicações, estimulando a autocuidado, voltada a assistência de conscientização, prevenção e promoção da saúde. Tornando-se importante para melhoria da assistência prestada com possibilidade de elaboração de novas estratégias.

Many countries have followed economic reform policies as a result of the debt problem in 1982. Many countries have shifted from a planned economy towards a free economy by following economic reform programs with the help of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. Iraq introduced some aspects of economic reform in the nineties of the last century. But without the intervention of any of the two international institutions, and these reforms were very simple, but the political change in (2003) and the rise in foreign debts on Iraq as a result of wars and economic siege led Iraq to follow economic reform programs with the help of the two international organizations in (2004), now and after ( 18) years to follow these policies, Iraq still did not achieve the desired goals of these reforms, especially with regard to economic diversification, so the study’s goal came to show the reasons that led to the failure of economic reforms to achieve their goals with regard to diversifying the Iraqi economy and what are the measures that must be taken to solve this is the problem. The study assumed that the main reason for not achieving economic diversification is the incorrect application of economic reform policies and the failure to benefit from its returns in improving the structure of the economy. The study used the analytical method by analyzing the data of the oil and non-oil economic sectors and the extent of their contribution to the gross domestic product (GDP), public revenues and exports. The study reached conclusions, the most important of which is that one of the reasons for the lack of economic diversification is the weakness of internal security and the lack of attention to infrastructure, especially in the agricultural sector, which led to high production costs and thus the exit of many producers from the production cycle and their search for government jobs with high returns for them if compared to the returns of their products of high cost. As for the most important proposals, they are concerned with providing internal security in Iraq by providing opportunities for workers in the private sector by encouraging the private sector to produce by creating a spirit of competition between private sector companies by licensing the public sector to carry out privatization processes and leaving the private sector to produce with higher efficiency. These measures are enough to achieve economic diversification and work to reduce prices and improve production technology.

Del 19 al 22 de noviembre tuvo lugar en el Centro de Tecnología de Ingeniería de la UFRN, en Natal, la XXX Encuentro de la Sociedad Brasileña de Acústica (Sobrac). Este evento, que marca el 40º aniversario de Sobrac, es la mayor y única reunión técnico-científica de Brasil centrada en la acústica y las vibraciones. Reuniendo a 292 participantes, el evento contó con la presentación de 68 trabajos en 18 áreas temáticas, además de cinco conferencias, seis cursos cortos, dos mesas redondas y un workshop, con una destacada presencia internacional. También hubo una feria de exposiciones con 22 expositores y dos visitas técnicas, que atrajeron a unos 250 profesionales cada día. El acto concluyó con la entrega de siete premios en un concurso de estudiantes. La evaluación final de los participantes destacó el alto nivel organizativo y técnico-científico del encuentro.

Das Forschungsvorhaben “Entwicklung eines Stoffflussmodells und Leitfadens zur Emis-sionsminderung von Mikroschadstoffen im Hinblick auf die Wasserqualität“ (MikroModell) wurde im Zeitraum von Oktober 2015 bis Juni 2020 von der Deutschen Bundesstiftung Umwelt, dem Sächsischen Staatsministerium für Umwelt und Landwirtschaft (heute Sächsisches Staatsministerium für Energie, Klimaschutz, Umwelt und Landwirtschaft) sowie der Gelsenwasser AG gefördert. An dem interdisziplinären Projektkonsortium waren ne-ben den Betreibern der Abwassersysteme und -anlagen in Dresden, Chemnitz und Plauen Wissenschaftler:innen aus den Bereichen der Siedlungswasserwirtschaft, Hydrobiologie, Ökotoxikologie, Wasserchemie, Umweltökonomie, Pharmakologie an der Technischen Universität Dresden sowie des Wirtschafts- und Regulierungsrechts an der Technischen Univer-sität Bergakademie Freiberg beteiligt. In MikroModell wurde anhand unterschiedlich dicht besiedelter sächsischer Regionen untersucht, welche Verbesserungen der Gewässerqualität durch technologische Maßnahmen im Abwassersystem, durch Reduktionsmaßnahmen an der Quelle und in der Anwendung, durch rechtliche Steuerungsmaßnahmen auf EU-, Bundes- und Landesebene sowie durch Aktivitäten im Rahmen einer regional fokussierten Öffentlichkeitsarbeit erzielt werden können, um so eine effiziente und nachhaltige Entwicklung zu befördern. Dazu wurden sowohl Substanzen der Liste prioritärer Stoffe als auch weitere Spurenstoffe an Hand verfügbarer Umweltqualitätsnormen (UQN) bewertet. Der Bericht ist in zwei Teilen organisiert. Teil A beinhaltet den Handlungsleitfaden und richtet sich an Entscheidungsträger und Betreiberorganisationen, beschreibt also die praxisrelevanten Folgerungen aus den Untersuchungen. In Teil B werden die wissenschaftlichen Grundlagen und die Untersuchungsmethoden detailliert erläutert sowie ausgewählte Ergebnisse diskutiert. In Teil A wird eine systematische Vorgehensweise zur Bewertung der Relevanz von ab-wasserbürtigen Mikroschadstoffen und zur Entscheidungsfindung bzgl. Optionen zur Reduktion der Gewässerbelastung mit Mikroschadstoffen vorgestellt (Kapitel A-2). Die Durchführungsempfehlung ist in einem Prozessschema zusammengefasst, das die Maß-nahmenfindung als gemeinsamen Weg von Aufgabenträgern und Behörden beschreibt. Grundlage für die Bewertung der aktuellen Situation bildet die Auswertung der Gewäs-sergütedaten des LfULG (2009 – 2018) und zweier 21-Tage Monitoringkampagnen an den Kläranlagen-Standorten Dresden, Chemnitz und Plauen. IX Die Auswirkungen von Maßnahmen im technologischen Bereich und an der Quelle werden mittels Stoffflussmodellierung aufgezeigt. In Teil A werden dazu Simulationsergebnisse für Dresden, Chemnitz und Plauen herangezogen, die zeigen, dass sich für unter-schiedliche Einzugsgebiete und Stoffe unterschiedliche Maßnahmen als effektiv erweisen (Kapitel A-3). Darüber hinaus erweist sich auch die Definition der Zielgrößen als maßge-bend für die Priorisierung von Maßnahmen. Es gilt den Diskurs dazu anzustoßen. Neben konkreten technologischen Handlungsoptionen und Bewirtschaftungsansätzen an der Quelle werden auch rechtliche Handlungsoptionen in die Betrachtung miteinbezogen (Kapitel A-4). Um die Verwendungen und den Eintrag von Mikroschadstoffen aus Pflan-zenschutzmitteln, Arzneimitteln sowie Industrie- und Haushaltschemikalien mittel- und langfristig zu vermindern, wurden konkrete Empfehlungen zur Anwendung bzw. zu Anpassungen in den Bereichen des Wasser-, Arzneimittel- (Human- & Tierarzneimittelrecht), Chemikalien-, Düngemittel-, Pflanzenschutz- und Biozidrechts herausgearbeitet. Schließlich werden flankierende Aktivitäten zur Information ausgewählter Multiplikatoren und zur Aufklärung der Öffentlichkeit als unerlässlich erkannt und beschrieben (Kapitel A-5). Neben Maßnahmen zur Sensibilisierung der Bürger wurden insbesondere Kommunikationsveranstaltungen mit Ärzten und Apothekern durchgeführt. Dabei wurde zielgerichtet ein Verständnis für den nachhaltigen Einsatz und die gesicherte Entsorgung von Arzneimitteln vermittelt und allgemein das Bewusstsein geschärft, dass verschriebene Wirksubstanzen als solche oder metabolisiert/transformiert im Abwasser und ggf. im Gewässer wiederzufinden sind. Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Ärzteschaft erscheint nicht nur als zentraler Baustein zukunftsgerichteten Handelns wichtig, sondern wird auch als erfolgsversprechend angesehen. Der in Teil A vorgestellte Handlungsleitfaden vermittelt letztlich keine absolute Priorisierung von Handlungsoptionen, da sich für unterschiedliche Zielsetzungen und unter-schiedliche Bedingungen eine veränderte Priorisierung ergibt. Es wird aber der Weg hin zur Identifikation der unter den gegebenen Bedingungen besten Handlungsoption bzw. einer erfolgsversprechenden Kombination von Handlungsoptionen aufgezeigt. Dieses systematische Vorgehen wurde zwar am Beispiel von drei Pilotgebieten durchgespielt und für Sachsen flächendeckend aufbereitet, ist aber letztlich übertragbar auf andere Gebiete Deutschlands oder Europas. In Teil B werden die wissenschaftlichen Grundlagen sowie ausgewählte Ergebnisse des Projektes erläutert – sofern sie nicht schon in Teil A, den Handlungsleitfaden, eingeflossen sind (siehe den rechtlichen Handlungsrahmen sowie die Empfehlungen für die Öffentlich-keitsarbeit). Teil B ist in drei Kapitel unterteilt: Monitoring und Untersuchungen vor Ort (Kapitel B-1), Reduktionsmaßnahmen im Umgang mit Mikroschadstoffen (Kapitel B-2), Er-stellung und Kalibrierung des Stoffflussmodells sowie die Entwicklungsszenarien zur exemplarischen Anwendung des Modells (Kapitel B-3). X Kapitel B-1 umfasst das methodische Vorgehen zur Auswahl der Substanzen mit erhöhter Priorität an allen drei Standorten sowie eine Bewertung der Entwicklungstrends der Verschreibungsmengen für verschiedene Arzneistoffgruppen. Die Ergebnisse der vier Moni-toringkampagnen, die mit kombinierten chemischen und ökotoxikologischen Analysen verbunden waren, werden zusammengefasst und ergänzende Untersuchungen zur Bewertung der Mischwasserentlastungen erläutert. Die in Kapitel B-2 beschriebenen Untersuchungen zu Reduktionsmaßnahmen im Umgang mit Mikroschadstoffen beinhalten neben einer Übersicht zu den Kosten einer 4. Reinigungs-stufe die Bewertung verschiedener Verfahren zur Elimination von Spurenstoffen (Pulverak-tivkohle, Ozonierung und Sandfiltration) auf Grundlage von Laborversuchen. Zudem werden die Einträge industrieller und gewerblicher Einleiter in die Kanalnetze der Modellre-gionen und schließlich die Möglichkeiten von Reduktions- und Vermeidungsmaßnahmen auf Grundlage einer Literaturrecherche sowie von Experteninterviews mit verschiedenen Akteuren und Multiplikatoren bewertet. In Kapitel B-3 werden die Methoden zur Verschneidung der verschiedensten verfügbaren Informationen zur Stoffflussmodellierung beschrieben. Die verfügbaren, auf 186 vierstellige Postleitzahlbereiche bezogenen Daten zur Medikamentenverschreibung werden mit den 429 Gemeinden verschnitten, die Bevölkerung wird den Kläranlagen zugeordnet, die Kläranlagenabläufe müssen an den Fließgewässern verortet werden und sämtliche vom Land verfügbaren Informationen von Abfluss- und Qualitätsmessstellen müssen derart prozessiert werden, dass sie mit den modellierten Kläranlagenablaufwerten sinnvoll kombiniert werden können. Schließlich erfolgt die Kalibrierung und Validierung sowie die Anwendung des Stoffflussmodells zur Untersuchung von Entwicklungsszenarien und Handlungsoptionen. Die methodischen Grundlagen sind damit für eine erweiterte Anwendung und eine Übertragung auf andere Gebiete gegeben.
