Abstract:
The rational design of technological processes of parts manufacturing in single and small-scale production is inefficient without wide introduction of modern tools of part manufacturing automation with modern computer-based equipment and software. It is desirable to carry out of automated synthesis of single route technological processes with minimal influence of the operator on the technological environment. The technology of computer-aided design of technological processes is used to develop effective algorithms of functioning of adapted systems for control of technological processes and their implementation when taking into account interrelations with the technological environment. Automated development of technological environments of a given level of design concerning a dedicated technical system is possible on the basis of their rational functional models, created by means of CALS-technologies. The rational use of the SADT methodology with application of the principle of decomposition and development of the SADT-diagrams allows to solve the given technical problems. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to develop and study the vibrational-centrifugal surface strengthening at the finishing and hardening technological operation to provide the required quality parameters and operational characteristics of the parts. The object of this research is a finishing and hardening technological operation. The subject of this research is method and parameters of vibrational-centrifugal surface strengthening to provide the required quality parameters and operational characteristics of the parts. The development of SADT diagrams allows to divide the technological process to technological operations, cutter–setting positions, technological steps, main machining steps etc. In this paper the principles of control of technological operation for vibration-centrifugal strengthening of surfaces of parts are suggested. The experimental device for machining of inner surfaces of parts is described. The initial and detailed model of the operation of the vibrational-centrifugal strengthening is offered. Statistical and structural analysis of technological process made it possible to establish the influence of the parameters of the vibrational-centrifugal strengthening on the geometric and physical-mechanical parameters of the surface quality and associated operational characteristics. Further research in that field will be related on the development of practical recommendations for using of the vibrational-centrifugal surface treatment for improving of the geometric and physical and mechanical parameters of parts surfaces.

Abstract:
The aim of the current research was to compare the early results of pancreatoduodenal resection performing in patients with focal diseases of the biliopancreatoduodenal area complicated by obstructive jaundice syndrome, depending on the type of preoperative preparation. The results of surgical treatment of 272 patients who had been underwent pancreatoduodenal resection for focal diseases of the biliopancreatoduodenal zone complicated by the development of obstructive jaundice syndrome were analyzed. Patients, depending on the type of preoperative preparation, were randomized into two groups: the main group included 112 patients, who were prepared for surgery and predicted the course of the perioperative period in accordance with the original algorithm; and a comparison group (160 patients), in which the preparation was carried out only in a conservative way. Due to the original algorithm of detoxification with the use of biliary decompression in patients of the main group, the level of total bilirubin on the eve of pancreatoduodenal resection was 112.3 ± 2.7 μmol / L, while in the comparison group, where the preparation of patients for radical surgery was carried out without biliary drainage – 198.3 ± 3.3 μmol / L. The activity of alkaline phosphatase on the eve of PDR was 104.8 ± 1.3 U / L in the main group, and 270.8 ± 1.9 U / L in the comparison group (p <0.05). On the eve of PDR, the activity of γ-glutamyltransferase decreased insignificantly – to 529 ± 29 U / L in the comparison group and to 485 ± 33 U / L in the main group (p <0.05). The number of cases of life-threatening postoperative complications in the main group was 42 (37.5%), and in the comparison group – 102 (63.8%). Postoperative mortality in the main group was 6.3%, and in the comparison group – 11.9%.

Abstract:
Extramedullary hematopoiesis (EMH) is a rare cause of spinal cord compression (SCC). EMH represents the growth of blood cells outside of the bone marrow and occurs in a variety of hematologic illnesses, including various types of anemia and myeloproliferative disorders. Although EMH usually occurs in the liver, spleen, and lymph nodes, it may also occur within the spinal canal. When this occurs, the mass effect can compress the spinal cord, potentially leading to the development of neurological deficits. We present a case of SCC secondary to EMH. Our patient is a 26-year-old male with beta-thalassemia who presented with both upper thoracic and lower extremity symptoms of spinal cord compression. This report illustrates the importance of considering EMH in the differential diagnosis of SCC, even in the absence of signs of its most common etiologies.

Актуальністю дослідження стандарту телевізійного мовлення DVB-T2 являється те, що стандарт розроблений для підвищення ємності мереж цифрового телебачення як мінімум на 30% в порівнянні DVB-T, при незмінній інфраструктурі мережі та частотних ресурсах. Новий стандарт є покращеним і функціонально розширеним послідовником стандарту DVB-T, але при цьому кожен етап перетворення сигналу удосконалений. Тому особливості стандарту цікаво аналізувати та запропонувати впровадження щодо використання їх у дуплексній лінії зв'язку. Метою дослідження роботи є виявлення тих особливостей стандарту телевізійного мовлення DVB-T2, які можна запозичити для використання у дуплексній лінії зв'язку, та надати пропозиції щодо підвищення її продуктивності при передачі мультисервісної інформації. Об’єктом дослідження роботи є дослідження впливу перетворень інформації, які використовуються в DVB-T2, на продуктивність ліній зв’язку. Предметом дослідження є використання сигнально-кодових перетворень в дуплексній високошвидкісній лінії зв'язку. Стандарт DVB-T2 передбачає надання різних цифрових сервісів та послуг на підставі мультисервісності потоків. В даній роботі розглядається стандарт DVB-T2 та в межах цього стандарту досліджуються технології та параметри для того, щоб запропонувати удосконалення для підвищення продуктивності системи, та використати у дуплексній лінії зв'язку згідно підвищення продуктивності системи. Даний стандарт являється технологією з односторонньою передачею, в якому зібраний найбільший набір поєднань модуляцій і кодування. Стандарт детально аналізується та приймається судження щодо використання його особливостей і їх направлення на дуплексні лінії, які реагують. В роботі з’ясовуються та аналізуються фактори, що впливають на продуктивність, достовірність та на інші важливі показники системи зв'язку. Детально розглядаються такі параметри системи як модуляція, кодування та інші показники. За відомими формулами розраховуються та порівнються ймовірності помилок для різних методів модуляції. Аналізується та обирається за декількома критеріями модель для розрахунку затухання сигналу в лінії та продуктивності системи. За результатами роботи оприлюднено дві науково-технічні доповіді: на XI-й Міжнародній конференції “Проблеми телекомунікацій” (на англійській мові) у 2017 році та на XIІ-й Міжнародній конференції “Проблеми телекомунікацій” у 2018 році. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у дослідженні впливу всіх поєднань модуляцій та кодування стандарту з односторонньою передачею та використання їх у дуплексній мультисервісній системі.
The relevance of the study of DVB-T2 TV broadcasting standard is that the standard is designed to increase the capacity of digital TV networks by at least 30% compared to DVB-T, with unchanging network infrastructure and frequency resources. The new standard is an improved and functionally advanced DVB-T compliant, but each stage of the signal conversion has been improved. Therefore, it is interesting to analyze the features of the standard and to propose the implementation of their use in the duplex communication line. The aim of the study is to identify the main features of the DVB-T2 television broadcast standard which can be borrowed for use in the duplex communication line, and offer suggestions in the transmission of multiservice information to increase productivity. The object of the research work is to study the impact of information transformations used in the DVB-T2 standard on the productivity of communication lines. The subject of research work is using of the signal-coding conversions in a duplex high-speed communication line. The DVB-T2 standard provides various digital services and services based on multi-service streams. In this paper, the DVB-T2 standard is considered and within this standard technologies and parameters are explored in order to offer improvements to the system performance, and to use in a duplex communication line in order to improve system performance. This standard is a one-way technology, which assembled the largest set of modulation and encoding combinations. The standard is analyzed in detail and decided to use its features to duplex lines that could react on changes in line. The work analyzes the factors influencing productivity, reliability and other important indicators of the communication system. Detailed parameters of the system such as modulation, coding and other indicators are considered in detail. According to known formulas, the probabilities of errors for different modulation methods are calculated and compared. The model for calculating signal attenuation in line and system performance are analyzed and selected according to several criteria. As a result of the work, two scientific and technical reports were published: on the XI-th International conference (in English) in 2017 and on the XII-th International conference "Telecommunication problems" in 2018. The scientific novelty of the work is to investigate the effects of all modulation combinations and standardized encoding with one-way transmission and use them in a duplex multiservice system.
