Abstract:
The provision of fiduciary guarantees in banking transactions generally uses a notarial deed and has been clearly regulated, but how about the implementation of the fiduciary guarantee. Implementation of the Agreement with Fiduciary Guarantee Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 130/Pmk.010/2012”. The research method used in this research is mainly library research by examining secondary data, sourced from primary, secondary and research legal materials. This is done to obtain the necessary accurate data related to the problem under study. The registration of fiduciary guarantees has been determined by the Fiduciary Guarantee Law Number 42 of 1999, which is also confirmed in the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 130/PMK.010/2012.

Abstract:
Colorless orthorhombic single crystals of Be[C2(COO)2] · 4 H2O were grown in aqueous silica gel. Space group Cmcm, α = 1004.7(1), b = 675.0(1), c = 1262.4(2) pm, Rg = 0.0264. The crystal structure consists of Be(H2O)42+ tetrahedra and planar [C2(COO)2]2- anions linked together by strong asymmetric hydrogen bonds. A layer-like arrangement extending parallel (010) made up by [C2(COO)2]2- anions and hydrogen bound water molecules of the Be(H2O)42+ tetrahedra is the primary structural feature of Be[C2(COO)2] · 4H2O. These layers are stacked and interlinked by coordinative bonds between Be2+ and H2O to yield a rigid three-dimensional framework. Thermal decomposition commences with endothermic loss of water of crystallisation at 160 °C followed by several steps of exothermic degradation yielding finally a soot-like amorphous residue.

Abstract:
(Queer) women’s hockey and (men’s) hockey culture often exist in a recursive relationship whereby (queer) women’s hockey is complicit with the problematic associations of hockey and its culture in the present, while also producing an alternate vision of hockey that is feminist, communal, loving, and egalitarian, and extends into a future that is becoming. In this article, the term hockeynormativity communicates how hockey normalizes a white, heterosexual nationalism, and I also posit that Judith Alguire’s overlooked 1995 women’s hockey novel, Iced, is a work of queer futurity that envisions queer women’s hockey as a potentiality that reaches beyond the here and now (of hockey and nationhood) and towards utopia. This article ultimately proposes that thinking through queer (women’s) hockey as a utopian process, rather than simply a variation of men’s hockey, could allow for queerness rather than hockey culture to construct new possibilities for the (women’s) game in the here and now that extend into potential futures.

Use of collateral institutions is very popular and already familiar in the community and guarantee institutions have an important role in the framework of Indonesia's economic development Guarantee institutions that are currently developing rapidly is a Fiduciary Guarantee. The role of fiduciary guarantee institutions as one of the potential alternative funding sources to support the growth of the national economy should be well accommodated as stipulated in Law No. 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantee and OJK Regulation No. 29 / /POJK.05/2014 concerning the Implementation of the Business of the Financing Company. Most of the Financing Companies still have not registered the fiduciary guarantee deed due to a misunderstanding in elaborating the regulations regarding the collection of fiduciary guarantees stipulated in Law No. 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantee and OJK Regulation No. 29 / /POJK.05/2014 concerning the Implementation of Business of Financing Companies and Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 130 / PMK 010/2012.

Abstract:
e20002 Background: ATG-010 is a novel, oral selective inhibitor of nuclear export inhibiting exportin 1. In preclinical and clinical studies, ATG-010 has demonstrated activity against multiple myeloma (MM). ATG-010 (80 mg biweekly) plus dexamethasone (20 mg biweekly) (Sd) was approved by US FDA for treatment of patients (pts) with penta-refractory MM in 2019 based on the STORM study. MARCH is a single arm, Phase 2 study to assess efficacy and safety of Sd in Chinese pts with RRMM. Methods: Enrolled pts have been previously treated with and refractory to PI, IMiD, and the last line of therapy. Sd is administered in 4-week cycles. Primary endpoint is overall response rate (ORR) per independent review committee. The total planned enrollment of 82 pts provides ̃80% power to test against H0 of 15% ORR at one-sided α of 0.025. This abstract provides data from a planned analysis of the first 60 treated pts. Results: As of 13 Oct 2020, 18 (30%) of the 60 pts were on treatment. Median follow-up was 9.5 months (mo) (range: 1.9-12.8). Median age was 61 years (range 43-82; 42% > 65). Pts had received a median of 5 (range 1-16) prior MM regimens, with following baseline risk factors: 72% R-ISS II/III, 70% cytogenetic abnormalities, 22% del (17p13),20% renal impairment, 15% prior CAR-T therapy, and 25% pre-treated with daratumumab (considered ‘triple-class exposed’). ORR was 26.7% (95% CI: 16.1, 39.7). Median DOR was 4.6 mo (95% CI: 1.42, NE). Median PFS was 3.7 mo (95% CI: 1.92, 4.66). Median OS was not reached; 9-mo OS rate was 68.5%. ORR was 33.3% in triple-class-exposed pts, and 44.4% in pts with prior CAR-T. ORR was generally consistent across subgroups. Common TEAEs of any grade included: thrombocytopenia (87%), nausea (87%), leukopenia (85%), anemia (85%), lymphopenia (78%), neutropenia (73%), weight loss (72%), hyponatremia (65%), decreased appetite (63%), asthenia (62%)/fatigue (17%), hyperglycemia (53%), vomiting (52%), hypocalcemia (38%), hypokalemia (30%), diarrhea (30%), pneumonia (27%). Common TEAEs of Grade ≥ 3 included: anemia (60%), thrombocytopenia (55%), leukopenia (42%), lymphopenia (42%), neutropenia (38%), hyponatremia (28%), and pneumonia (23%). Thirty pts (50%) had TESAEs, including (> 3%): thrombocytopenia (15%), pneumonia (15%), anemia (6.7%), hyponatremia (3.3%). Eight pts (13.3%) had TEAEs leading to treatment discontinuation, including (> 2%): thrombocytopenia (5%) and pneumonia (3%). Three fatal TEAEs were pneumonia, intracranial hemorrhage and sudden death (1 each). Conclusions: In Chinese RRMM pts refractory to both IMiD and PI, with a highly unmet medical need, MARCH confirms the efficacy of Sd as a promising new oral therapeutic option with a manageable safety profile, which is consistent with STORM. Clinical trial information: NCT03944057.

Abstract:
Abstract A subset of 720 weaned pigs (6.44 ± 0.1 kg, PIC genetics, approximately 21-d of age) were used in a 42-d trial with a 2x3 factorial design evaluating the effects of adding organic acid (OA) blends [factor 1 = no organic acid (NO), Acid Pak 1 (AP1), Acid Pak 2 (AP2)] to diets with or without higher levels of Zn or Cu [factor 2 = +/-PZC] on pig performance. Pigs were allotted 10 pigs/pen to 12 weight blocks and randomly assigned the six dietary treatments. The +PZC diets contained 3000 ppm Zn (d 0-7), 2000 ppm Zn (d 8-21), and 250 ppm Cu (d 21-42) and -PZC diets contained 95 ppm Zn and 20 ppm Cu (d 0-42). The AP1 and AP2 diets used 0.9% of 2 acid premixes (d 0-21), and 0.45% of the premixes (day 22-42). AP1 provided 0.5% benzoic acid, 0.07% sodium butyrate, and 0.025% phosphoric acid (day 0-21) and half those levels (day 22-42). AP2 included the same acids as AP1 but at half the rate and combined with 7 other organic acids and carvacrol. From d 0-21, ADG, ADFI, and G:F were improved (P< 0.01) by +PZC compared to -PZC and by AP1 or AP2 compared to NO (P< 0.02). Overall (d 0-42), ADG and G:F were improved (P< 0.01) by +PZC compared to -PZC and by AP1 or AP2 compared to NO (P< .010). Data from this trial indicate that performance was improved by the addition of both OA and PZC. However, pigs fed OA and -PZC performed similarly to those fed NO and +PZC in the post-weaning period. In summary, regardless of the acid combination, organic acid supplementation has the potential to improve growth performance in weaned pigs.

Abstract:
Despite the growing elderly population, there is limited research specific to this demographic concerning breast reconstruction (BR). Lack of evidence-based BR recommendations in older populations may contribute to misconceptions and subsequent underutilization of BR, especially autologous BR. Patients who received either deep inferior epigastric perforator (DIEP) flap BR or tissue expander/implant (TE/I) BR by a single surgeon between July 2011 and July 2015 were surveyed postoperatively by using the psychometrically validated BREAST-Q questionnaire to determine patient satisfaction. Patients were categorized into younger and older cohorts based on median age (55 years) and further stratified based on the type of reconstruction. Of the 311 patients surveyed, 95 patients responded (31% response rate). Overall, younger patients (<55 years old, n = 42) compared with older patients (≥55 years old, n = 53) had significantly higher satisfaction with their outcome (mean difference [MD] 12.06; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.96-23.15; P = 0.034). In the TE/I group (n = 58), younger patients had significantly higher satisfaction with breasts (MD: 14.17; 95% CI: 2.58-25.75; P = .017) and outcome (MD: 18.25; 95% CI: 3.95-32.5; P = .010) with fewer complications (odds ratio [OR]: 3.29; 95% CI: 1.37-7.86; P = .010). In the DIEP flap group (n = 55), there was no significant difference inr any of the satisfaction outcomes between younger and older patients. Younger patients tend to be more satisfied and demonstrate fewer complications with implant-based BR. In contrast, both younger and older patients undergoing abdominally based autologous BR were equally satisfied with comparable outcomes.

Abstract:
AbstractThe new mineral canutite (IMA2013-070), NaMn3[AsO4][AsO3(OH)]2, was found at two different locations at the Torrecillas mine, Salar Grande, Iquique Province, Chile, where it occurs as a secondary alteration phase in association with anhydrite, halite, lavendulan, magnesiokoritnigite, pyrite, quartz and scorodite. Canutite is reddish brown in colour. It forms as prisms elongated on [20] and exhibiting the forms {010}, {100}, {10}, {201} and {102}, or as tablets flattened on {102} and exhibiting the forms {102} and {110}. Crystals are transparent with a vitreous lustre. The mineral has a pale tan streak, Mohs hardness of 2½, brittle tenacity, splintery fracture and two perfect cleavages, on {010} and {101}. The calculated density is 4.112 g cm−3. Optically, canutite is biaxial (+) with α = 1.712(3), β = 1.725(3) and γ = 1.756(3) (measured in white light). The measured 2V is 65.6(4)°, the dispersion is r < v (slight), the optical orientation is Z = b; X ^ a = 18° in obtuse β and pleochroism is imperceptible. The mineral is slowly soluble in cold, dilute HCl. The empirical formula (for tabular crystals from near the mineshaft), determined from electron - microprobe analyses, is (Na1.05Mn2.64Mg0.34Cu0.14Co0.03)∑4.20As3O12H1.62. Canutite is monoclinic, C2/c, a = 12.3282(4), b = 12.6039(5), c = 6.8814(5) Å, β = 113.480(8)°, V = 980.72(10) Å3 and Z = 4. The eight strongest X-ray powder diffraction lines are [dobs Å(I)(hkl)]: 6.33(34)(020), 4.12(26)(21), 3.608(29)(310,31), 3.296(57)(12), 3.150(28)(002,131), 2.819(42)(400,041,330), 2.740(100)(240,02,112) and 1.5364(31)(multiple). The structure, refined to R1 = 2.33% for 1089 Fo > 4σF reflections, shows canutite to be isostructural with protonated members of the alluaudite group.
