In this work the problem of building non-linear nonstationary processes models and. Introduced appropriate methodology for building models of non-linear nonstationary processes. An important task of imputation of missing values in statistical data was considered. Their influence was analyzed on statistical characteristics of the data model. Object of the research: statistical data about developing of chosen macro- economic processes. Subject of the research: nonlinear processes models building methodology, detecting methods of missing values, statistical characteristics of model adequacy and forecasting evaluations. The methods of the research are as follows: modeling and forecasting theory, regression analysis, statistical analysis, methods of imputation of missing values. Target of research: implementation of methodology for building models of non-linear nonstationary processes, analysis of influence of missing values on model adequacy of dynamical processes. Developed methodology of the time series models building was used for building of model of nonlinear processes. Analysis of missing values was conducted to define their influence on statistical characteristics of model.

Full textThe purpose of the master's thesis is to study the methods and means of forecasting traffic in computer networks by machine learning. The paper proposes the use of ARMA and ARIMA models for time series prediction in the analysis of local computer network traffic, when the packet transmission and reception traffic is homogeneous and the interaction between network nodes is approximately uniform. Architectures of deep neural networks are designed, the input layer of which contains 7 neurons, the number of intermediate layers is 4 levels, the output layer contains one neuron, which allowed to provide high real-time prediction (97%) of traffic for Internet service providers at interval 1 year ahead. Based on the containerization technology and Docker tools, a container with the necessary infrastructure for the use of the implemented neural network model by third-party software services was created, which allowed to ensure its cross-platform and flexibility of application.

This work is devoted to the study of forecasting methods and methods of constructing models of nonlinear non-stationary processes, the recurrent neural networks and its application on statistical data sets of financial data. The object of the work is nonlinear non-stationary processes, presented in the form of statistical data on the pricing of shares of major global technology companies. The subject of research is probabilistic-statistical and data mining methods for modeling and forecasting the development of nonlinear non-stationary processes, sets of criteria for analyzing the adequacy of models and assessing the quality of forecasts. The purpose of the thesis is to study the main principles of models construction and forecasting using the neural network LSTM, as well as the development of a software product for obtaining practical results and comparing the operation of the algorithm on different sets of financial data.

The object of study - the prediction of modern military conflicts through bayesian and neural networks. The purpose of the work - research and development of intelligent system of forecasting the potential occurrence of military conflict in the world, which makes it possible to prepare for such situation and, in some cases, prevent it. In this work was reviewed and analyzed next problems: predicting the emergence of modern military (armed) conflict, was analyzed the methods and algorithms of bayesian and neural networks, their use in various fields of military simulation. Also was developed the system of forecasting the emergence of armed conflict in the country using constructing bayesian and neural networks methods. The forecasting system was implemented by using programming languages Java (Spring) and JavaScript (Angular 2). Precision and accuracy of the system shows the results of the political situation in the world which we can observe through the mass media (MSM) The results of this study are recommended for predicting the emergence of armed military conflict that will help prevent them, or as much as possible to reduce the risk of their occurrence.
