Full textThesis for a candidate degree in technical science, speciality 05.13.06 – Infor-mation Technologies. – National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute". – Kharkiv, 2016. The aim of the thesis is to develop information technology of extraction of business knowledge of integrated corporate system (ICS) based on the information logic models and methods of text content sense processing. The main results are as follows: a logic linguistic model of fact generation from ICS text streams has been developed which is based on surface grammar characteristics of identification of entities of actions and attributes which allows to effectively extract industry specific knowledge about the subjects of monitoring from text content. The thesis further develops the method of comparator identification used for structuring of ICS business knowledge facts relationship. The method allows to classify the attributes of entities according to class relationships due to sense identity of fact triplets which are determined by the comparator objectively. The paper improves the method of determination of actual set of classified entities of a subject domain which is distinguished by an integral use of linguistic, statistical and sense characteristics in the naïve Bayes classifier. The method allows to classify entities extracted according to types determined a priori. The thesis improves the development of information technology of common information space of corporation business activity which allows complicated knowledge generation by means of explicit generalization of information hidden in the collection of partial facts using algebra logic transformations.

The objective of the thesis is to increase the effectiveness of knowledge identi-fication in scientometric systems by designing the models and methods of intelligent analysis of weakly formalized data. The main results are as follows. The current state of the knowledge identification problem in scientometric systems has been analysed. Existing methods for the intelligent analysis of weakly formalized data have been systematized. Thus the basic requirements for designing the information technology of knowledge identification have been formulated. Using the finite predicate algebra in the information and logical models of knowledge identification in Ukrainian and English abstract data of scientometric systems has been proved. The logical-linguistic model of semantically connected fragments identification in weakly formalized abstract information has been developed. The model is based on the use of algebraic-predicate operations that allows effectively extracting knowledge from abstract information. The method for the formalization of semantic relations between entities has been improved. The method is based on the use of the semantic similarity measure and intelligent analysis for the identification of equivalence and tolerance classes that allows defining implicit relations of similarity and relations of taxonomy. The method for comparator identification has got the further development. This method is used to classify abstract fragments in scientometric systems that allows determining common information spaces of scientific interaction by modelling intel-ligence functions of understanding and classification of sense. The information technology of knowledge identification in scientometric systems has been improved. The technology allows identifying common research fronts by defining dynamically implicit connections between abstracts of scientometric systems. The research results have been implemented in the systems of summaries and abstracts processing. Using the developed information technology improves the effectiveness of knowledge identification in weakly formalized data by increasing the average values of the precision and recall measures of semantic similarity of text information. The practical results can be used in information retrieval, expert, and information-analytical general-purpose systems for the formation of electronic catalogues of semantically connected texts in scientometric, library, and abstract systems.

Full textThe innovation methodology is developed and scientifically substantiated, which dedicated to functional stability guaranteeing for navigation and control of vessel movement under heterogeneous conditions water area of techno-natural complexes. During research it was considered that professional organization and technical component are at the same ergatic level in the hierarchical structure of the rational variable functions distribution between them during dynamic programming implementation on polyergatically controlled mobile water transport objects. In the dissertation work the methods of guaranteeing the safety of dynamic positioning on mobile water transport objects were developed. Developed methods are the subject of performance by a professional watch authorized personnel during the technological work in a locally confined area. Proposed models, methods and tools were built in a single probabilistic Kolmogorov space of safety assessments in order to use the stationary distribution principle of density for each variable of information processes. This allows recurrent functional safety assessments to be obtained in Markov chain models. The basis of the methodology consists of international requirements and requirements of classification societies for dynamic positioning systems, mobile water transport objects and watch personnel.

In the thesis the actual scientific and practical problem of increasing the efficiency and quality of cleaning and integration of data in information reference system and information retrieval system is solved. The improvement of information technology of cleaning and integration of data is achieved by reduction of quantity of mistakes in text information by means of use of model of an inflectional paradigm, methods of creation of a lexeme index, advanced methods of tolerant retrieval. The developed model of an inflectional paradigm includes a representation of words as an ordered collection of signatures and an approximate measure of similarity between two representations. The model differs in method of dealing with forms of words and character positions. It provides the basis for the implementation of improved methods of tolerant retrieval, cleaning and integration of datasets. The method of creation of the lexeme index which is based on the offered model of an inflectional paradigm is developed, and it allows mapping a word and all its forms to a record of the index. The method of tolerant retrieval is improved at preliminary filtration stage thanks to the developed model of an inflectional paradigm and the lexeme index. The experimental efficiency evaluation indicates high precision and 99 0,5 % recall. The information technology of cleaning and integration of data is improved using the developed models and methods. The software which on the basis of the developed models and methods carries out tolerant retrieval, cleaning and integration of data sets was developed. Theoretical and practical results of the thesis are introduced in production of document flow of an entrance committee and educational process of mathematical faculty of the State institution of higher education "Zaporizhzhya National University".
