Abstract:
针对水杨酸-次氯酸盐紫外分光光度法测定水质氨氮试剂回收率低的现象,通过加入亚硝基铁氰化钠试剂和改变显色时间和测定温度对水质氨氮测定方法进行改进和优化。经对照实验研究了显色时间对该方法测定氨氮含量结果的影响,确定在35℃测定温度下,水杨酸-次氯酸盐分光光度法测定氨氮含量的最佳时间为20min,该方法显色时间范围宜控制在10-60min。水杨酸-次氯酸盐法测定稳定性高,水样加标回收试验,回收率达93.3%。
