Today, the level of complexity of automation facilities of enterprises in various fields of activity is growing rapidly. This is due to the fact that customers are increasingly specific requirements for information systems to meet the needs of the enterprise. Currently, the IT industry is one of the most promising areas of human activity. An integral part of which is the implementation of various IT projects from customers around the world. Successful project implementation depends on their effective management. The success of a project directly depends on a number of indicators that determine its essence and affect the state of the project during its life cycle. This set of project elements are essentially objects of management. The history of various approaches to project management is five thousand years old, although the first mention of project management was given in the early 20th century. The founders of project management can be called the main three scientists: Henry Gant (1861–1919) was an American engineer who in 1910 created and implemented a calendar planning approach in which horizontal elements became the basis for constructing diagrams. In fact, his invention of such planning was later called the Gantt chart. Frederick Winslow Taylor (1856-1915) - American engineer, mathematician and physicist, his work is still used as prototypes of various modern tools, which includes the hierarchical structure of his work. Henri Fayol (1841–1925) was a French engineer who founded the main classical project management model. He became quite famous due to the fact that he described the 5 main functions of management (management), which, in fact, became the basis of the theory of project management. Theoretical aspects of research on project management are contained in the works of such Ukrainian and foreign scientists as, in particular, OO Kulinich, SD Bushuyev, Yu.S. Грисюк, І.В. Kononenko, VI Максимова, В.Б. Силова, Є.К. Корноушенко, О.Г. Timinsky, VI Prangishvili, Dolores Sherwood Steiger, Yu.M. Tesla, Paula Martin, Karel Tate, L.A. Zade, Denise Colonna d’Istria. In their works, they covered the development of information technology in project management. The reason for the relevance of an effective planning process is the need to increase human capacity to solve unique problems. Quite often companies implement several projects at the same time, which involve the same human or technical resources. Automating this process can increase the efficiency of the company as a whole. To date, there are many examples of efficiency by automating monotonous manual work. Connection of work with scientific programs, plans, themes. The work was performed at the Department of Automated Information Processing and Control Systems of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Igor Sikorsky ”in the framework of the topic "Effective methods for solving problems of schedule theory" (№ DR 0117U000919). The purpose of the study is to increase the efficiency of IT projects in the company, by creating an information system for resource planning of IT projects, which is based on methods that minimize the time of project implementation. To achieve this goal it is necessary to perform the following tasks: perform an analytical review and conduct a detailed analysis of existing systems of resource planning, project management, management of constraints and risks within the project, methods of planning schedules for tasks within resource constraints; develop algorithms for solving the problem of supporting the work of the resource planning system of IT projects; investigate the effectiveness of the developed algorithms; develop software implementation of information system for resource planning of IT projects; perform an experimental study of the developed information system, methods of solving the problem and the effectiveness of the algorithms used. The object of research is the process of planning IT project resources. The subject of research - there are methods of automation of resource planning of IT projects. The research methods used in this paper are based on methods for solving the problem of resource planning. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to build a method of resource planning, taking into account their limitations, risks and analysis; development and improvement of algorithms for solving the problem by performing experimental research. Publications. Materials of the work are published in the collection of the Fifteenth International Scientific and Practical Conference MATHEMATICAL AND SIMULATION MODELING OF SYSTEMS (MODS 2020), as well as in the materials of the V All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists and Students "Management and Technology" Information.

Full textThe diploma project consists of five sections, contains 32 pictures, 21 tables, 1 application and 4 sources. The diploma project is devoted to the development of an information system to support the process of researching the problem of fractional-linear programming in conditions of uncertainty. The aim of the development is to simplify the process of researching this type of problems because "manual" way for the researcher to perform qualitative research is almost impossible due to the large number of experiments and the size of the problem. This process also becomes more complicated by the fact that we operate in conditions of uncertainty, and therefore must fully consider the solution for each alternative. The information support section describes the input and output data of the developed software product. Accordingly, a database was created, the description of which is also presented in this section. The section of mathematical support is devoted to the mathematical component of the diploma project, namely the content and mathematical formulation of the problem. In addition, this section describes the possible methods of solving the problem and provides a rationale for the chosen method. The software contains information about software development tools, requirements, and architecture. The technology section provides user manuals and test scenarios.

The aim of the work is saving local data and increasing the efficiency of users of the web travel planning system. Objectives of the study: - get acquainted with the preferences of users who travel with travel systems; - to study modern technologies of web-systems development; - to model the web system of travel planning; - to develop saving of local data and will increase the efficiency of the user of web-system of planning of travel; - testing of the web-travel planning system. The object is processes of integration of the user interface in the web system. The subject is information technology for building the user interface. There are research methods in the work: analytical, software, comparative method of analysis and synthesis of interactive visualization of the object. The practical significance of the results: The interface of web-based travel planning systems, allowing the customer to access the website at any time without having access to the Internet and storing their own traffic that it finds in the system.

The object of study is the process of strategic planning of company development. The subject of the research is models, methods and information technologies of strategic planning of company development. The dissertation is dedicated to solving the actual scientific and applied problem, especially the development of methods, models and information technology planning for company development. Using system modeling of strategic goals and activities, the current trends in strategic planning were taken into account such as external environment influence analysis on the choice of strategies and development goals; development of plans based on the Key performance indicators (KPI) system, which covers the strategic, tactical and operational level of management; system planning of the company activities development, etc. The analysis of existing approaches, methods, models and information technology of strategic planning for the development of a modern enterprise has been conducted. The necessity of improving methodological fundamentals of the developing strategic programs for the development of the company has been substantiated, especially: 1) management by goals (MBO – Management By Objectives), which are established on the basis of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Result oriented, Time-based) 2) management of enterprise performance and efficiency using performance indicators (KPI – Key Performance Indicators) 3) process management – management according to the rules of business processes; 4) management according to the principles of a quality management system (ISO 9000, TQM – Total Quality Management). The modern aspects of strategic planning have been analyzed, relevant problems that need to be addressed have been identified, especially: the formation of strategic goals that are achieved at the end of the planning period and the definition of effective plans for their achievement; the development of the KPI system, on the basis of this system strategic, tactical and operational plans are formed as a part of the strategic development program of the company; the program development of company investment activities as a part of a strategic plan for its development, this program takes into account the influence of the market environment on the investment processes of the company, ensures the effectiveness of its investment activities in the strategic period; the formation development of a development financing program, the implementation of this program provides continuous financing for the development and financial stability of the company in the strategic period; information technology of development for mathematical, methodological and information-analytical support of the strategic planning process for the development of a modern company, that is the basis of information and analytical software systems of the Enterprise Performance Management class. The methodological basis of the strategic planning process for the development of the company, as a set of systematic methods and models for solving planning problems at the stages of the development process of the company development program has been developed. The improved process for the formation of the strategic development program of the company has been proposed. This process has the following stages: strategic analysis; the formation of possible strategic development goals; the formation of a planned strategic development goal; decomposition of the planned strategic development goal; building a strategic KPI system; decomposition of the strategic KPI system; development of an investment program; financing program development; coordination and approval of the company development program. Tasks that need to be solved to implement such a process have been formed. The description of approaches to their solution has been presented. This process is implemented as iterative, it provides for the possibility of moving from any stage to previous stages. The method for the formation of strategic development goals of the company has been developed. In this method, mathematical methods and models are used to formalize the process of a systematic informed choice of goals from a variety of alternative options based on analysis of the constructed development paths. This method consists of the technology of forming possible strategic goals and the technology of forming a planned strategic goal based on the construction and analysis of the development paths of the company. A method for forming the company KPI system has been developed. It consists of developed mathematical models decomposition of strategic KPI. These KPIs provide achievable strategic development goals for the company. The scorecard includes KPIs of the strategic, tactical and operational management level for strategic business development units of the company (business processes and structural units). A method of forming a program of investment activity of the company development has been developed. This method includes interconnected models and technologies for solving a set of investment problems, taking into account market movement, investment policies, and mechanisms for allocating resources between investment areas. As a result, a rational investment portfolio has been formed. The implementation of this portfolio ensures the effectiveness of the company investment activities in the strategic period. The method has been developed for creating a financing development program and company development. In this method, using the developed models, the state of development of the enterprise, sources and possible scenarios of financing development projects are taken into account systematically. This method includes mathematical models for constructing schemes for financing projects with direct investments – mixed financing, with bank loans and stock market instruments and the technology for selecting a project financing scheme has been distinguished. The analysis of mathematical models for constructing schemes for financing projects has been conducted. As a result of the implementation of this method, a program is formed that includes rational plans for financing the development of the company. The implementation of these plans ensures continuous financing of the development program, the effectiveness of the financial activities of the company and its financial stability during the strategic period. The studies are based on the use of mathematical methods, in particular methods of system analysis, decision theory, methods of system optimization, cognitive analysis, methods of single and multi-criteria optimization, statistical and expert methods, in the development of methods and models for choosing strategic goals for company development, development a system of key performance indicators for the strategic, tactical and operational level of management, for form an investment program and a program for financing company development. Information technology of company planning development has been built. A system modeling of the development processes of the main, investment and financial activities within the framework of the company performance management system has been implemented in this information technology. A conceptual and logical description of information technology for the strategic company development program has been proposed. The description of business processes in the IDEF0 notation (as part of the IDEF family of modeling languages in the field of software engineering, and is built on the functional modeling language Structured Analysis and Design Technique –SADT) for the stages of the program development process and the corresponding Data flow diagrams have been given. The implementation of information technology allows increasing the effectiveness of decisions on company planning development. The implementation of the research results has been carried out in the strategic development programs practice for companies in various industries: agricultural holding "Grain Alliance" (city of Kalmar, Sweden), in LLC Dolina (city of Kharkov), in LLC Sky firm (city of Kharkov), and these were used for some state-budgeted research papers including the teaching process at the Department for Program Engineering and Information Management Technologies of NTU "KhPI".

В першому розділі подана характеристика задач, що вирішуються транспортним підприємством та структура його підрозділів, проведений аналіз існуючих методик планування перевезень. В результаті аналізу запропонована методика, яка передбачає застосування гнучкого механізму планування перевезень, який направлений на зменшення плати за послуги. Зроблено постановку задачі, обгрунтовано проектні рішення. Другий розділ включає проектування інформаційної моделі системи, розробку математичного забезпечення, проектування вхідних та вихідних документів, баз даних, алгоритму розв'язку задачі та інтерфейсу користувача. В третьому розділі розроблено технологію кодування системи, блок-схеми програмних модулів та описано програмну реалізацію інформаційної системи. На закінчення проекту приведені висновки та додатки. Дана система призначена для використання в транспортних підприємствах. Work "Development of information system of organization of planning of motor transportations", executed by the student of group KT-41 Shtiyuk NV The first section presents the characteristics of the tasks solved by the transport company and the structure of its units, the analysis of existing methods of transportation planning. As a result of the analysis the technique which provides application of the flexible mechanism of planning of transportations which is directed on reduction of a payment for services is offered. The problem is set, design decisions are substantiated. The second section includes the design of the information model of the system, the development of mathematical software, design of input and output documents, databases, algorithms for solving the problem and the user interface. The third section develops the system coding technology, block diagrams of software modules and describes the software implementation of the information system. At the end of the project the conclusions and appendices are given. This system is intended for use in transport enterprises.

На даний момент існує багато систем, які дозволяють оброблювати різноманітні дані з файлів, але основні недоліки цих систем: їх доступність, неможливо інтегрувати їх в Web-додатки та нагромадженість цих систем. Створення незалежного програмного модулю, який можна буде підключати в різноманітні Web-додатки, полегшить роботу з даними файлових форматів. Метою роботи є аналіз процесів обробки різноманітних файлових форматів, а також розробка інформаційної технології обробки файлових форматів в системі планування подорожей. Завдання дослідження: ознайомитися та проаналізувати структури різноманітних файлових форматів; вивчити сучасні технології обробки файлів; провести моделювання інформаційної технології обробки файлів; розробити архітектуру створюваної технології; виконати практичну реалізацію інформаційної технології; виконати тестування роботи інформаційної технології; Об’єктом дослідження є процеси обробки різноманітних файлових форматів та приведення їх до одного спільного стандарту.5 Предметом дослідження є інформаційна технологія обробки файлових форматів в системі планування подорожей. Практичне значення отриманих результатів. Технологія обробки файлових форматів сприятиме покращенню роботи з даними файлів в Web-додатках, котрим ці дані необхідні для коректного робочого процесу.
Relevance of work. Creating an independent software module that can be plugged into a variety of Web applications will make it easier to work with data file formats. The aim of the work is to analyze the processes of processing various file formats, as well as to develop information technology for processing file formats in the travel planning system. Objectives of the study: to get acquainted with and analyze the structures of various file formats; to study modern file processing technologies; to carry out modeling of information technology of file processing; to develop the architecture of the created technology; perform practical implementation of information technology; perform testing of information technology; The object of research is the processes of processing various file formats and bringing them to one common standard. The subject of the study is the information technology of file format processing in the travel planning system.7 The practical significance of the results. File format processing technology will help improve the handling of file data in Web applications that need this data for a proper workflow.

Full textBachelor’s thesis on the topic «Organization of supply of material resources at the enterprise» includes 90 pages, 18 tables, 12 drawings, 1 attachment. The bibliography list consists of 33 items. The purpose of the work. The purpose of this work is to review the theoretical provisions and substantiate practical recommendations for improving the organization of supply of material resources at the enterprise. The research object. The object of research is the process of organizing the supply of material resources to processing enterprises in Ukraine. The research subject. The subject of the research is the theoretical basis and practical provisions for the organization of supplies of material resources to the ODO "Yagotynsky butter plant", which occupies a leading position in the market of dairy products in Ukraine. Research base – ODO "Yagotynsky butter plant". The research methods. In the process of completing the diploma work of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education, a set of General and special research methods was applied: financial and economic analysis (to provide organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise); methods and means of statistical, economic and logistics analysis (to study the organization of material resources supplies to the enterprise); the method of graphical interpretation (to visually present the results of the study); methods of expert assessments and system analysis (to find ways to improve the organization of supplies of material resources to the enterprise and economic justification of the feasibility of implementing the proposed measures). The theoretical basis of the research was the scientific developments of leading domestic and foreign specialists in this field. During the performance of the work, the principles of consistency and development were observed. The results of work. Based on the results of the research, a project was developed to improve the efficiency of organizing the supply of material resources at the enterprise, which provides for the automation of the process of organizing the supply of material resources. The economic effect of the proposed measures is to save costs for raw materials and transport and procurement activities in the amount of 243,199 thousand UAH. The goal of the management system is to optimize the process of organizing the supply of material resources based on the enterprise resource planning corporate information system ERP. Recommendations about the usage and application of the results of work. Recommendations for using the results of the work. The results of the research allow domestic industrial enterprises to use in practice the proposed approaches to improving the efficiency of the supply of material resources, in particular, the yagotinsky Creamery, to implement an ERP system for automating the process of organizing the supply of material resources.
