Full textQualification work consists of 55 pages of printed text and drawings. The aim of the research was to identify, theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions of theoretical and methodological training of high school students in football. Qualification work consists of an introduction, the main part of which includes 3 sections, conclusions and a list of references. The first section considers the theoretical and methodological conditions for conducting physical education lessons in ZZSO. The second section presents the methods and organization of research on this problem. The third section examines the formation of knowledge about physical health in the system of physical education of adolescents. In the end the conclusions and the list of the used literature are offered.

Full textThe thesis in qualification for a scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Science in speciality 05.02.09 ‒ dynamics and strength of machines, National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnical Institute", Kharkiv, 2018. The dissertation deals with the development of approach and models for providing of structural strength of complicated thin-walled machine-building structures, which operate in the conditions of geometric and physical nonlinearities using design solution validation. The developed approach is based on the use of mathematical model for stress-strain state taking into account geometric and physical nonlinearities and methods of approximation for constructing functions describing the evaluated characteristics of the object under study. The various factors behind the search for design solutions (including characteristics of strength, rigidity, technological and economic factors), are being added into this function. During searching for design solutions it is proposed to successively use approximation models of various accuracy degrees. The developed algorithm for rational parameters search, which takes into account the peculiarities of the response surface shape observed in solving applied problems, is applied to them. In this case, the solution is sought over the whole range of parameter changes. Thus, in the search process, global trends of changes in design decisions are taken into account, and not local ones, as in other approaches. This allows obtain a rational solution that is stable to changes in parameters, which are possible in course of design work and production conditions. The developed algorithms and models are used for solving test and applied problems. In particular, recommendations for the body framing of the bus, freight car, the frame of the tractor cabin, the BTR-80 and MT-L hulls are developed. Computational and experimental verification of developed finite-element models was carried out. The research was carried out at three objects: on the upper part of BTR-80 armored personnel carrier mock-up, and on the prototypes of BTR-3E hull and covered railcar. During frequency characteristics studies, the oscillations excitation of the hull mock-up was effected by rubberized drummer influence at certain points of structure. With use of verified finite element models, the BTR-3E hull prototype was investigated. The experimental research technique provided impulsive action on the hull at a number of points, and fixation of time distributions of accelerations at these points by accelerometers. The results difference is in range of 8-12% for frequencies of free oscillations and for damping logarithmic decrement. Computational studies, and then full-scale tests are also subject to the covered railcar prototype made with recommended settings. Average difference for displacement and stress is 15%.

Full textThesis to obtain scientific degree of Candidate of Engineering sciences on the speciality 05.05.03 – engines and power plants. National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", Kharkov, 2015. The dissertation is devoted to improving environmental and economic performance two-stroke internal combustion engines with spark ignition by the use of direct fuel injection. Determined that a promising way of internal mixing with direct fuel injection is the organization layered fuel-air charge, providing improved environmental and economic performance. The criterion L, which characterizes the stratification of the fuel-air charge, can qualitatively assess the effect of mixing process on the performance of the engine as a whole. A factor Z, which is deter-mined using indicator efficiency two-stroke engine with external mixture formation, which takes into account only that fuel which is involved in the combustion cylinder engine. The use of direct injection petrol bundle of fuel-air charge modes for loading characteristic at n = 3000 rev/min enabled the reduction in fuel con-sumption of 1.83 times at the effective efficiency rjfmax = 0,31, 7-10 times lower harmful substances (CO, CH) in exhaust gases, the use of gasoline-ethanol blends ensured stable operation of the engine in all load range and a high economic and environmental performance than when using carburetor system power.

Full textUA : В роботі 74 сторінок, 12 таблиць та 25 рисунків, було використано 30 літературних джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – електро-фізичні властивості контакту метала з напівпровідником. Мета роботи – визначення оптимальних технологічних режимів виготовлення контактів Cu-Si для отримання запірного або антизапірного типу контакту. Методи дослідження – хімічна обробка, вакуумне напилення, відпал. Проаналізовано та порівняно результати експериментальних та теоретичних данних. Визначено які фактори впливають на електро-фізичні властивості межі розділу контакту.
EN : In the work 74 pages, 12 tables and 25 figures, was used 30 literary sources. The object of study is the electrical and physical properties of metal- semiconductor contact. The aim of the study is to determine the optimum technological modes of Cu-Si contacts formation in order to obtain the ohmic or rectifier type of the contact. The methods of study are chemical treatment, vacuum deposition, annealing. Results of experimental and theoretical data are analyzed and compared. The factors that influence the electrical and physical properties of the metal- semiconductor interface are determined.

The thesis analyzed the scientific literature on the investigation to support computer-oriented technology assessment of academic achievements of students of physical specialties, experimentally validated computer assessment and correlation with traditional measuring of academic achievement level of students of physical specialties. Substantiated computer oriented three-component technology to determine the level of academic achievement of students of physical specialties, which is integrative and combines these computer oriented components: a score for testing given with the difficulty of items, checking formula expressions, constructing of a reliable test based on the probabilistic theory of Rush. Proved the feasibility of using the method based on the laws of distribution of random variables and means of which the value of the most probable points and scatter points; further developed pedagogical measurement technology in teaching students of physical specialties, refined the concept of educational testology and difficulty of test items

В диссертации проанализирована научная литература по проблеме исследования для обоснования компьютерно ориентированной технологии оценивания учебных достижений студентов физических специальностей, экспериментально проверена корреляция компьютерного оценивания и традиционного определения уровня учебных достижений студентов физических специальностей. Обоснована компьютерно ориентированная трёхкомпонентная технология определения уровня учебных достижений студентов физических специальностей, которая имеет интегративный характер и объединяет такие компьютерно ориентированные компоненты: определение баллов за тестирование с учетом трудностей заданий, проверка формульных выражений, создание надёжного теста на основе вероятностной теории Раша. Доказана целесообразность использования метода, основанного на законах распределения случайных величин, с помощью которого определяются значения наиболее вероятного балла и разброса баллов; получили дальнейшее развитие технологии педагогических измерений в обучении студентов физических специальностей; уточнены понятия педагогической тестологии и трудности тестовых заданий.

Full textВ работе рассмотрены теоретические основы становления и формирования налоговых систем, как продукт эволюции налогообложения, обусловленного изменением основ экономической жизни, развитием государственного устройства, фискальных институтов, техники налогообложения. Проанализированы экономическую и фискальную эффективность налоговой системы Украины и с помощью методов экономико-математического моделирования осуществлено прогнозирование налоговых поступлений в Государственный бюджет Украины на 2015 - 2016 годы. Обобщен зарубежный опыт построения налоговой системы и рассмотрены возможности его адаптации к украинским реалиям. Предлагаются основные направления совершенствования налоговой системы, в частности уменьшение налоговой нагрузки на фонд оплаты труда и на экономику в целом, внедрение эффективной дифференциации ставок налогов на прибыль и налога на доходы физических лиц, снижение ставки налога на прибыль, упрощение процедуру возмещения НДС, совершенствование системы льгот и системы администрирования налогов, повышение информационной осведомленности налогоплательщиков.
The paper discusses the theoretical basis of formation and the formation of the tax systems as a product of the evolution of the tax due to the change the foundations of economic life, the development of the state system, fiscal institutions, technology assessment. Analyzed the economic and fiscal efficiency of the tax system of Ukraine and by the methods of economic-mathematical modeling carried out forecasting of tax revenues to the State Budget of Ukraine for 2015 - 2016 years. Generalized foreign experience of the tax system and consider the possibility of adapting it to the Ukrainian realities. Offers basic directions of improvement of the tax system, in particular the reduction of the tax burden on the wage fund and the economy as a whole, the implementation of an effective differentiation of rates of income tax and tax on personal income, reduced income tax rates, simplifying the VAT refund procedure, improvement of the system of privileges and the system of tax administration, increase information awareness of taxpayers.
