Abstract:

Приведены технологии заготовки сенажа в рулонах обернутых пленкой, применяемое в мировой практике. Показан опыт заготовки и кормления животных сенажом, позволяющим получить полностью сбалансированный корм и повысить продуктивность животных. Приведены комплексы машин, применяемые для заготовки сенажа за рубежом, а также теоретические предпосылки по обоснованию параметров обмотчика рулонов, которые могут быть использованы конструкторами при разработке конструкции. Теоретические предпосылки по обоснованию параметров могут быть использованы конструкторами при проектировании и усовершенствовании конструкции обмотчиков рулонов пленкой, что позволит ускорить переход применения сенажа на промышленную основу. Опыт использования технологии заготовки сенажа в рулонах обернутых пленкой показал, что наибольшая экономическая ее эффективность обеспечивается у фермеров, содержащих 50-100 коров. Одним из способов снижения расхода пленки является то, что использование пресс-подборщиков с измельчителем трав, обеспечивает увеличение плотности рулонов до 30 % при снижении количества слоев обмотки рулона пленкой до 2-3 слоев, что снижает расход пленки на 1т корма в 1,5-2,0 раза. В то же время снижаются затраты на раздачу сенажа животным.

Abstract:

Целью работы является экспериментальное исследование патриотических качеств студентов - будущих специалистов оборонной отрасли. Исследование проводилось с применением методов наблюдения, беседы, педагогического тестирования, анкетирования. Диагностика и оценивание личностных качеств студентов осуществлялись с помощью морфологического теста жизненных ценностей в модификации И. Г. Сенина и опросника «Потребность в достижении цели» в модификации Ю. М. Орлова. Получены усредненные эмпирические значения уровня сформированности профессионального патриотизма студентов, доказывающие эффективность выявленных педагогических условий их профессионального воспитания.

Abstract:

The purpose of the study is to study processes and psychological features of formation of human meaning in adulthood, due to the current uncertainty of social, economic and political situation and forces a person to constantly determine his position and view of the world. Addressing this important issue is primarily about activity consciousness of the individual, which aims to identify the meanings of events that occurring, constant search for new meanings, on the basis of which it would be possible to determine their place and vital role in changing reality.Methods. Adulthood is the longest period of human life (from adolescence to old age), so it is better to study this age by dividing it into separate stages. For our study, we chose the periodization of O.O. Bodalyov. The influence of the age factor on the significance of human values and spheres of life for a person is considered according to the method “Morphological test of life values” (by V.F. Sopiv, L.V. Karpushina), which is the result of using and further improving the method of I.G. Senin. This made it possible to explore the peculiarities of meaning-making in adulthood.Results. Differences in the significance of life spheres between age groups are more pronounced than random differences within the group. Thus, the importance of the spheres of life largely determines age. The minimum level of significance of the spheres of life is in the period of early adulthood, and they are most significant in the period of middle adulthood. Reaching the maximum value at this age, the level of importance of the spheres of life decreases over the years.Conclusions. It was found that the meaning of personality, its clear awareness, its reliability, are determined by viability, professional, family and age self-determination in life, which depends on the individual, his life position, his socio-psychological and social maturity and activity. Based on the empirical study, it is concluded that age largely determines the importance of life values and areas of life for man.As a result of the research it was found that during the transition from one age group of adulthood to another the meaning formation changes, in particular: in the early period of adulthood in the first place are the prospects of learning, professional self-determination; in the middle period of adulthood – career prospects, family life; in late adulthood – the prospects of social status.Key words: personality development, adulthood, transition stage, viability, meaningfulness of life, life values. Метоюдослідження є вивчення процесів і психологічних особливостей смислоутворення людей у період дорослості, що зумовлюється сучасною невизначеністю соціальної, економічної й політичної ситуації та змушує людину постійно визначатися у своїй позиції і погляді на світ.Вирішення цього важливого питання пов’язане насамперед з активністю свідомості особистості, яка спрямована на виявлення смислів подій, що відбуваються, постійний пошук нових смислів, на основі яких можна було би визначити своє місце й життєву роль у змінюваній реальності.Методи. Дорослість є найтривалішим періодом життя людини (від закінчення юності до початку старості), тому вивчати цей вік краще шляхом поділу його на окремі етапи. Для нашого дослідження обрано періодизацію О.О. Бодальова. Вплив фактору віку на значимість для людини життєвих цінностей і життєвих сфер розглянуто за методикою «Морфологічний тест життєвих цінностей» (В.Ф. Сопов, Л.В. Карпушина), яка є результатом використання й подальшого вдосконалення методики І.Г. Сеніна. Це дало змогу дослідити особливості смислоутворення в дорослому віці.Результати. Відмінності у значущості життєвих сфер між віковими групами є більш вираженими, ніж випадкові відмінності всередині групи. Таким чином, значимість життєвих сфер багато в чому визначає вік. Мінімальний рівень значущості життєвих сфер припадає на період ранньої дорослості, а найбільш значущі вони в період середньої дорослості. Після досягнення максимального значення в цьому віці рівень важливості життєвих сфер із роками знижується.Висновки. З’ясовано, що смислоутворення особистості, її чітке усвідомлення та надійність визначаються життєздатністю, професійним, сімейним і віковим самовизначенням у житті, яке залежить від особистості, її життєвої позиції, соціально-психологічної та соціальної зрілості й активності. На підставі проведеного емпіричного дослідження зроблено висновок про те, що вік багато в чому визна-чає значимість життєвих цінностей і життєвих сфер для людини. У результаті дослідження з’ясовано, що під час переходу з однієї вікової групи дорослості в іншу смислоутворення змінюється, зокрема: у ранньому періоді дорослості на першому місці перебувають перспективи навчання, професійного самовизначення; у середньому періоді дорослості – перспективи кар’єри, сімейного життя; у пізньому періоді дорослості – перспективи соціального статусу.Ключові слова: розвиток особистості, період дорослості, перехідний етап, життєздатність, осмисленість життя, життєві цінності.

Abstract:

Многолетние злаковые травы в Томской области являются основным источником получения высококачественного сена, сенажа и пастбищного корма. Приведены результаты селекционной работы с Beckmannia eruciformis (Host) в Томской области за 2013 – 2016 гг. Экспериментальную работу осуществляли в естественных полевых условиях. Питомники закладывали в специальных селекционных и семеноводческих севооборотах. Технология закладки полевых опытов — общепринятая для возделывания многолетних злаковых трав в Западной Сибири. Исходный и новый селекционный материал создавали методом сложногибридных популяций на уровне межклонового опыления. Родительские формы подбирали на основе оценки их комбинационной способности в питомнике поликросса. Сравнительное изучение уровня комбинационной способности проводили по высоте растений, облиственности, урожайности зеленой массы, сухого вещества и семян. Урожайность зеленой массы за 2 года наблюдений варьировала в пределах 10 – 20 т/га, сухого вещества — 3,3 – 5,5 т/га; облиственность — от 48,9 до 56,1 %. Для формирования синтетических гибридных популяций использовали линии с высокой общей комбинационной способностью по нескольким признакам (не меньше трех). В конкурсном сортоиспытании выделена сложногибридная популяция СГП-42, которая передана в государственное сортоиспытание и включена в Госреестр селекционных достижений, допущенных к использованию сортов на территории РФ с 2017 г. Средняя урожайность зеленой массы за 2013 – 2016 гг. составила 17,0 т/га, воздушно-сухой массы — 5,6 т/га, семенная продуктивность — 0,25 т/га, что выше стандарта соответственно на 19,7, 12,0 и 56,3 %. В воздушно-сухой массе содержится 11,8 % сырого протеина, в отдельные годы — до 12,5 %.

Abstract:

Исследования проводили в ФНЦ «ВИК им. В. Р. Вильямса» на базе трёх долголетних полевых экспериментов: в опыте 1 изучали многоукосное использование ранних и среднеспелых злаковых травостоев в среднем за 28 лет (1993–2020 годы), в опыте 2 — люцерно-злаковые травостои для позднего звена укосного конвейера в среднем за 7 лет пользования (2013–2020 годы), в опыте 3 проведено сравнение четырёх технологических систем создания и использования травостоев за последние 28 лет (в среднем за 47–74-й годы пользования, 1993–2020 годы). Цель исследований — определение агроэнергетической эффективности 15 технологий по созданию усовершенствованных злаковых и бобово-злаковых травостоев, а также шести систем ведения долголетних сенокосов при производстве сырья для заготовки высококачественного сена и сенажа. Применение нового метода агроэнергетической оценки антропогенных затрат не только подтверждает высокую экономическую эффективность создания сеяных травостоев на лугах, но и впервые в конкретных (цифровых) показателях устанавливает роль разнообразных природных факторов. На долголетних злаковых травостоях (в течение 28 лет жизни трав) обеспечивается производство сырьевой массы для заготовки объёмистых кормов (сена и сенажа) первого и второго классов. Совокупные антропогенные затраты энергии на этих травостоях в среднем за 28 лет составили 16,3–17,1 ГДж/га при двухукосной и 23,2–23,6 ГДж/га — при трёхукосной технологии, на люцерно-злаковых травостоях при двух укосах в среднем за 7 лет — 5,2–5,8 ГДж/га. Затраты окупались сбором обменной энергии на ранних и среднеспелых агроценозах с доминированием корневищных злаковых видов в 2,8–3,3 раза, а на люцерно-злаковых травостоях — в 10,6–11,0 раз. В структуре производства обменной энергии основная её часть обеспечивалась за счёт возобновляемых природных факторов: 67–70% — на злаковых травостоях и 90% — на бобово-злаковых долголетних травостоях. The research took place at the Federal Williams Research Center of Fodder Production and Agroecology and consisted of three long-term field trials. The trial 1 was aimed at studying the multi-cut use of short- and mid-season gramineous for 28 years (1993–2020). The trial 2 tested alfalfa-gramineous swards for late cutting for 7 years (2013–2020). The trial 3 compared four technological systems of sward development and cultivation for the last 28 years (1993–2020). The aim of this research was to determine the energy efficiency of 15 cultivation technologies for optimization of gramineous and legume-gramineous swards as well as six systems of long-term hayfield cultivation to obtain high-quality hay and haylage. New method evaluating anthropogenic costs proved high economic efficiency of sown swards but also showed the impact of various natural factors. Long-term gramineous swards (28 years of life) provided raw material for bulk feed production (hay and haylage) of the first and second grade. For such swards total anthropogenic costs amounted to 16.3–17.1 GJ ha-1 under two cuts and 23.2–23.6 GJ ha-1 — under three cuts for 28 years. For alfalfa-gramineous swards total anthropogenic costs amounted to 5.2–5.8 GJ ha-1 for 7 years. The costs were paid back by 2.8–3.3 times through the exchange energy yield from short- and mid-season ecosystems with higher proportion of rootstock grasses, from alfalfa-gramineous swards — by 10.6–11.0 times. The great part of exchange energy was provided through renewable natural factors: 67–70% — from gramineous swards and 90% — from the legume-gramineous ones.

Abstract:

Данная статья посвящена анализу жизни и деятельности выдающегося французского врача, члена Французской академии наук, одного из основателей кардиологии Жана-Батиста Сенака (1693-1770 гг.). Выявлен его научный вклад в становление и развитие клинической кардиологии. Изучено творческое наследие, изложенное им в произведении «Traité de la structure du coeur, de son action et de ses maladies» («Трактат о строении сердца»), в котором он глубоко исследовал проблемы анатомии, физиологии, мышечной структуры сердца и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Рассмотрены основные факты его биографии. Отмечено, что учащенное сердцебиение, аневризмы, расширение и воспаление сердца, клапанное поражение и сгустки крови являются проблемами, остро волновавшими не только самого Сенака, но и его современников. Раскрыты используемые им новые методологические принципы изучения анатомии, физиологии и патологии сердца. В своем трактате он показывает состояние кардиологии до разработки таких диагностические методов, как перкуссия грудной клетки и опосредованная аускультация.

Roman Senchin (born in 1971) is one of the most expressive spokesmen for hisgeneration and one of the most prominent exponents of “new realism” of “the noughties”.The aim of this article is to identify central motifs in selected literary works of thiscontemporary Russian writer and literary critic, to present his artistic conceptionof creating a character, and to show distinguishing features and characteristicsof Senchin’s “little man”. Abstract:

By the beginning of the twenty-first century, death of a person becomes an iconic theme of an artistic reflection, and in the modern collective consciousness there is an idea of it as an ordinary phenomenon of life. A motive of death is one of the basic in R. Senchin’s works. It is manifested at a problematic level in the works “Zone of Flooding”, “The Eltyshevs”, “Live, Live”. The article analyzes a complex of moral motives associated with the understanding of death as a personal drama of a “little man” and as a traumatic experience of the current era in general. Senchin represents not only the drama of a family, a soul, but also predicts an apocalyptic end to the era that has forgotten the precepts of the past, traditions that have entered the path of degradation and death.

Abstract:

От породы коров и ее особенностей зависят эффективность использования кормов, качество и технологические свойства молока. Материалом исследований служили коровы чернопестрой голштинской и айрширской пород. Для повышения качества сенажа из козлятника восточного использовали микробиологический препарат. В готовом корме с биоконсервантом содержание сухого вещества было выше на 3,66, обменной энергии на 8,04, сырого протеина на 10,86, переваримого протеина на 13,59. Улучшение качества корма оказало положительное влияние на метаболические процессы в рубце подопытных коров. Независимо от технологии приготовления сенажа коровы айрширской породы лучше переваривали, по сравнению с голштинами, сухое вещество на 2,062,91 (Р0,05), органическое на 1,212,04 (Р0,05), сырой протеин на 2,222,49 (Р0,05), БЭВ на 0,921,36, но при этом голштины лучше переваривали сырой жир на 2,732,78 (Р0,05) и сырую клетчатку на 1,551,86. В результате внесения в сенаж биоконсерванта Силостан и улучшения переваримости корма у коров опытных групп значительно улучшился химический состав и технологические свойства молока. Очень важно для сыроделия, что в молоке коров, получавших в рационе сенаж с биоконсервантом, повышается массовая доля казеина на 2,42,7, а доля сывороточных белков и фракции казеина, которые не свертываются под действием сычужного фермента, наоборот, снижается на 1,41,5 и на 0,30,9, соответственно. Уменьшается продолжительность свертывания молока сычужным ферментом, снижаются потери сухого вещества с сывороткой, и увеличивается выход казеинового сгустка. Плотность казеинового сгустка повышается в молоке голштинских коров на 14,3, айрширских на 5,7 и составляет, соответственно, 1,92 и 2,96 г/см2.The efficiency of feed use, the quality, as well as technological properties of milk depend on cow breed and its characteristics. Blackandwhite Holstein and Ayrshire breeds were used as the material for research. Microbiological preparation was used to increase the quality of halyage made of Eastern galega. The content of dry substance in the readymade feed was 3.66 higher, the metabolizable energy 8.04 higher, raw protein 10.86 higher, and digestible protein 13.59. Improvement of feed quality positively influenced the metabolic processes in the rumen of experimental cows. Without regard to the technology of halyage preparation, cows of Ayrshire breed showed betterdigestion of dry substance by 2.06 2.91 (P0.05) than Holstein cows, organic substance by 1.21 2.04 (P0.05), raw protein by 2.22 2.49 (P0.05), nitrogenfree extractive fraction by 0.92 1.36, but Holstein breed showed better digestion of raw fat by 2.73 2.78 (P0.05) and raw fiber by 1.55 1.86. Chemical composition and technological properties of milk improved significantly as a result of addition of Silostan biopreservative to the halyage and improvement of feed digestibility in cows from test groups. The fact that the mass percentage of casein is increased by 2.4 2.7, and the share of serum proteins and ycasein fractions which do not coagulate under the influence of enzyme rennet is inversely decreased by 1.4 1.5 and 0.3 0.9, accordingly, is very important for cheese making. The duration of milk coagulation with rennet is decreased, the loss of dry substance with serum is decreased, and the yield of casein coagulate is increased. Density of casein coagulate is increased in the milk of Holstein cows by 14.3, Ayrshire cows by 5.7, and equals to 1.92 and 2.96 g/cm2, accordingly.

Abstract:

В статье приводятся данные молочной продуктивности и состава молока коров черно-пестрой породы, потребляющих сенаж из люцерны, заготовленный с применением разных доз закваски. При заготовке сенажа использовали препарат в концентрации рабочего раствора 2, 4 и 6 л на 1 т консервируемой массы. Опыт, заложенный в СПК-колохоз «Алга» Чекмагушевского района Республики Башкортостан, проводился в период 2017—2018 гг на коровах черно-пестрой породы. Были сформированы 4 группы животных по 12 голов. В контрольной группе (I) коровы получали основной рацион, включающий сенаж без консервантов. Животные II—IV опытных групп потребляли сенаж с консервантом в указанных выше дозах. Рацион коров состоял из сена и сенажа люцернового, силоса кукурузного, свеклы кормовой, ячменя, овса, жмыха подсолнечного, патоки кормовой. Анализ полученных данных указывает на эффективность использования биологического консерванта в дозе 4 л рабочего раствора на 1 т массы. Данная дозировка обеспечивает увеличение удоя коров за 120 дней лактации по сравнению с контрольными сверстницами на 240,14 кг (8,97%; Р<0,001); удоя за 100 дней лактации — на 164,4 кг (7,27%; Р<0,001); среднесуточного удоя за 2-й мес лактации — на 2,14 кг (8,69%; Р?0,001); 3-й — на 2,37 кг (10,86%; Р?0,001); 4-й — на 3,44 кг (18,11%; Р?0,001). В молоке подопытных животных наблюдается увеличение концентрации сухого вещества на 0,24 п.п.; жира — на 0,11 п.п.; белка — на 0,05 п.п.; лактозы — на 0,04 п.п.The paper presents the data of milk yields and milk composition in cows of the black and motley breed, fed alfalfa haylage preserved with the use of yeast based product. When harvesting haylage, the drug was used in the concentration of 2, 4 and 6 liters of the process solution per 1 ton of the preserved mass. The experiment was conducted on “SPK [Agricultural Production cooperative] Alga” farm of Chekmagushevskiy district of the Republic of Bashkortostan during 2017-2018. Cows of the black and motley breed were used in the experiment. The animals were divided into four groups, 12 heads each. The first control group consisted of cows fed the basic diet, including haylage without preservatives. Animals of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th test groups consumed haylage with preservatives at the specified doses. The diets comprised hay and haylage of alfalfa, corn silage, beet fodder, barley, oats, sunflower seed meal, feed molasses. Analysis of the obtained data showed that the biological preservative was efficient at a dose of 4 liters of the process solution per 1 ton of mass. This dosage provides an increase of 240.14 kg (8.97%; P<0.001) in milk yield of cows per 120 lactation days, and an increase of 164.4 kg (7.27%; P<0.001) in milk yield per 100 days of lactation compared with the control group animals. The average daily milk yield rose by 2.14 kg (8.69%; P<0.001) for the second month of lactation, by 2.37 kg (10.86%; P<0.001) for the third month, by 3.44 kg (18.11%; P<0.001) for the fourth month of lactation. An increase of 0.24 pp in the concentrated dry matter, of 0.11 p.p. in fat, of 0.05 p.p. in protein and of 0.04 p.p. in lactose is reported in the paper.

Abstract:

The article analysis the literary character in the writings of Roman Senchin. Following traditions of new realism Roman Senchin depicts in his writings a hopeless and meaningless world in which the person is mired and from which they can not escape. His hero is a “little man”. The character of “little man” of XIX and XX centuries evolves significantly from XXI century due to artistic significance. New decade has brought numerous changes including lifestyle and values. With the onset of the two thousandth, the habitual way of life of many people has changed, and along with it the value guidelines. The aim of the article is analysing the transformation of the “little man” in modern Russian prose, taking such novels as “Nubuk”, “To live, to live”, “Ice underfoot” as an example of the writing. The work uses comparative historical and sociological methods. Research results. In the literature of the XXI century, the image of the “little man” differs significantly from the artistic specificity of the works of the XIX and XX centuries. With the onset of the two thousandth, the way of life of many people has changed, and with it the value guidelines. Based on the analysis of the works of Roman Senchin, it can be concluded that the author illustrates the disease of the present era, the name of which is “routine”. The diagnosis of the disease is a lack of will to live, a sense of the meaninglessness of one’s own existence, the inability to realize oneself as a person, spiritual disorientation, neurasthenia. The “little man” of the new era is characterized by such states as detachment, aloofness, indecision, nervousness and social disorientation.

The article discusses the significance of the heritage of Seneca for the genesis of the philosophical and educational project of Jan Amos Komensky, which he called Pansophia. On the basis of terminological analysis and a comparative method, the main positions, terminological preferences and the meaning of Komensky’s creative development of the philosophical experience of this particular ancient author are revealed. In Komensky’s educational project, the ancient tradition introduced by Seneca is renewed in a new form - the humanistic ideal becomes the core of the didactic concept. Komensky’s project combined the theory and practice of human education, focused on a philosophical understanding of his nature.

В статье раскрываются причины недавних авиационных катастроф, которые произошли с Боингом 737 МАХ в Индонезии и Эфиопии. Показана роль ошибки, которую допустили конструкторы новой системы MCAS: они совершенно произвольно «назначили» время, необходимое пилотам на распознавание возможного отказа нового автоматической системы управления стабилизатором, без проведения должных эргономических исследований. The purpose of the research was to study the effect of feeding by sainfoin haylage in the dry period (21 days before calving) and in the period of early lactation (50 days after calving) on the metabolic processes of dairy cows and the results of reproduction. The article gives the brief description of sainfoin (Onobrychis arenaria Kit.) as a valuable feed protein crop that can be successfully cultivated in Perm region conditions. High sugar content in sainfoin forage was noted 4.86 %, which is 1.6 times higher compared with standard class 1 for legume haylage first class. Methods. Experiments for use of sainfoin haylage in feeding highly productive cows were conducted in 2018. Cows of the experimental groups received a diet including sainfoin haylage. Cows in the control group received 5 kg of poaceous grass hay as a fodder. The first experimental group got 50 % of forage dry matter as sainfoin haylage. The second experimental group received 100 % of forage dry matter as sainfoin haylage. Results. Hay replacing by equal dry matter amount of sainfoin haylage provided positive effect on immuno-biochemical parameters of cows blood. The protein content increased in the blood plasma of cows during the time of the experiment: in the second experimental group by 4.3 g/l (5.47 %, p < 0.01) and reached 82.80 g/l, in the first experimental group by 1.72 % (p < 0.05), in the control – by 2.28 % (p < 0.05). Feeding sainfoin haylage to cows had a positive effect on their reproductive functions. The service period for cows of the second experimental group was shorter by 8.1 days (9.28 %, p < 0.01) compared with the first experimental group and by 21 days (24.05 %, p < 0.05) shorter than in the control group. The scientific originality of the work is that for the first time the biochemical composition of sainfoin was studied thoroughly in Perm region and the results of sainfoin haylage feeding to animals were presented.

Abstract:

Objective: generalization and analysis of scientific data on the component composition, pharmacological properties and standardization of senna leaves. Materials and methods. The article provides an overview of scientific publications in the journals of the search platforms Scopus and PubMed, as well as the databases of the Russian Science Citation Index. The analysis of the range of herbal medicinal products was carried out according to the data of the State Registers of Medicines of the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan using content analysis, comparison and generalization of data. Results. In addition to the laxative effect, determined by the presence of anthracene derivatives in senna leaves, the complex of their biologically active substances has antimicrobial, hypoglycemic, antioxidant, antifungal and antitumor effects. Also, the chemical composition of the plant is represented by fatty acids, triglycerides, flavonoids, macro- and microelements. The analysis of medicinal herbal preparations based on senna leaves registered in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan has been carried out. The differences in the methods of their standardization, given in the normative documentation on quality, have been revealed. The scientific experience of using the method of high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of anthracene derivatives in senna leaves is generalized. Conclusion. The complex of biologically active substances of senna leaves exhibits various pharmacological effects, which, possibly, will expand the range of combined preparations based on them. The use of a modern and selective method of high-performance liquid chromatography in the analysis of senna leaves is a very promising direction in the field of standardization of this type of medicinal plant material.

Традиционные технологические аспекты заготовки кормов в виде сена, силоса, сенажа имеют ряд недостатков, обуславливающих значительные потери питательных веществ, снижение биологической ценности исходной зелёной массы. Уделяя особое внимание заготовке многолетних бобовых кормовых растений, в частности люцерне, козлятнику, лядвенцу, эспарцету доннику, которые могут являться не только биологически ценными источниками кормового протеина, но и способствовать снижению доли дорогостоящих зерновых концентратов и белковых добавок в рационах жвачных животных, обращается внимание на использование возможностей новейшей технологии аэродинамической сушки, требующей значительно меньших энергозатрат в сравнении с традиционной барабанной, для обезвоживания и последующего гранулирования зелёной массы. На основании анализа данных по использованию гранулированных кормов в рационах жвачных животных впервые проведены физиологические исследования по изучению возможностей замены 50% комбикорма в рационах овец гранулами из козлятника восточного. Установлено положительное действие на микробиальные процессы в преджелудках с увеличением уровня образования микробиальной массы, концентрации ЛЖК, а также повышение показателей переваримости питательных веществ кормов. Использование гранулированного козлятника способствовало положительным изменениям в направленности углеводно-жирового и белкового обмена. Сделано общее заключение о целесообразности использования всепогодных современных методов искусственной сушки, особенно аэродинамической, для получения кормовых продуктов в виде гранул из многолетних кормовых бобовых растений, имеющих высокую биологическую и питательную ценность, высокое содержание протеина, с возможностями частичной замены ими зерновых концентрированных кормов в рационах жвачных животных. Conventional forage such as hay, silage and haylage have the number of disadvantages leading to a significant nutrient loss and therefore, biological value of green mass. Aerodynamic drying was analyzed as a method to produce granulated green mass under lower energy costs. Perennial legumes (alfalfa, goat’s rue, bird’s foot, sainfoin, melilot) are a valuable source of protein that can be used to substitute expensive concentrated grain fodder and protein additives in ruminant diet. The effect of granulated eastern goat’s rue fodder on sheep physiology was tested for the first time as well as the substitution of feed-stuff by 50% of such forage. Granulated feed positively affected forestomach microflora, increasing microorganism quantity, volatile fatty acids’ concentration, and nutrient digestibility. Granulated eastern goat’s rue feed had a positive impact on carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolisms. Modern drying techniques, particularly aerodynamic drying was shown to be an effective tool for granulated forage production from perennial legumes that have high biological, nutritional value, and protein content. Such forage can be used to substitute concentrated grain feed in ruminant feeding.
