Production of cigarette paper and ensuring the stability of its quality through the use of the latest advances in paper production and modern technologies for pulp production. The purpose and objectives of the study. The purpose of the dissertation is to study the features of cigarette paper and improve the technology of its production to improve product quality. To achieve the goal, you need to solve the following tasks: - acquaintance with the properties of cigarette paper; - to obtain straw cellulose by oxidative-organosolvent method of delignification and to investigate its paper-forming properties; - to improve the technological process of cigarette paper production; - select and calculate the main technological equipment. - to analyze the potential of this work for use in startups. Object of study: the process of making document paper. Subject of study: processes of production of straw cellulose and production of cigarette paper. Methods of study: technological parameters of the process of delignification of wheat straw chips, parameters of the processes of forming, pressing, gluing and drying of paper web. The practical value of the obtained results: the proposed technological stream for the production of cigarette paper with the use of straw pulp will improve the quality of finished products and reduce its cost. Approval of the thesis results: The main provisions of the dissertation were reported and discussed at the international international conference IV international scien-tific and practical conference. Full textRelevance of the theme: raising the level of quality of the paper-base for towels and productivity of technological equipment for the production of paper-base for towels at PJSC "Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill". Purpose and objectives of the study: development of measures and solving a number of problems with a view to reconstructing the technological flow of production of paper-based for towels and improving the quality of manufactured products. Object of research: technological process of paper production basis Object of research: the technological process of producing paper bases for towels. Subject of research: output fibrous semi-finished products, operating modes of equipment and technology for producing paper bases for towels. Methods of research: literary search, research of technological regimes, physical and mechanical methods of testing the samples obtained in laboratory conditions of the factory in the process of reconstruction of the technological flow. The practical value of the results: the reconstruction of the technological flow makes it possible to reduce the cost and, at the same time, improve the quality of finished products, produced at PrAT Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill Testing the results of the dissertation: the ways of reconstruction of the technological flow of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Kiev Cardboard and Paper Mill" for the production of paper for the basis for towels are proposed. Full textUA : Проаналізовано сучасний стан алюмінієвої промисловості, обсяги видобутку бокситів у світі, вплив типу бокситу на здатність до розмелювання. Розроблено лабораторний метод визначення здатності бокситу до розмелювання. Запропонований метод є дешевим, експресним і дозволяє на стадії вивчення ринку спрогнозувати поведінку даного бокситу в технологічному циклі. Експериментальним дослідженням визначено оптимальні умови розмелювання гвінейських бокситів: температура оборотного розчину 60-65 °С, відношення рідини до твердої фази дорівнює 1,5:1, стандартне кульове завантаження становить 55 т куль діаметром 100 мм, швидкість обертання млина дорівнює 12 хв-1. Підвищення якості кульового завантаження млинів дозволить знизити тривалість непродуктивної («холостої») роботи кульових млинів ділянки мокрого розмелювання шляхом усунення їх перевантаження, знизити витрату електроенергії на розмелювання бокситів.
EN : The current state of the aluminium industry, the volume of bauxite production in the world, the influence of bauxite type on the grindability are analyzed. The laboratory method for determining the bauxite grindability has been developed. The proposed method is cheap, express and allows at the market research stage to predict the behavior of this bauxite in the technological cycle. The experimental study is determined the optimal conditions for grinding Guinean bauxite: the temperature of the circulating solution is 60-65 °С, the ratio of liquid to solid phase is 1.5:1, the standard ball load is 55 tons of balls with a diameter of 100 mm, the mill speed is 12 min-1. Improving the quality of ball loading mills will reduce the duration of unproduction (idle) operation of ball mills wet grinding by eliminating their overload, reduce electricity consumption for grinding bauxites.
