Full textThe master's dissertation consists of an explanatory note on 106 pages and graphic part on 8 paper. There are 46 pictures and 13 tables. The work contains the following sections: 1. General information on ice-wind loads and fluctuations of wires. 2. Modeling of fluctuations of wires of the power lines, taking into account the ice-wind loads. 3. Methods and means of protection of the submarine from vibration and galloping. 4. Methods and means of protection of submarines from ice-wind loads. Actuality of work: One of the most important principles of modern energy is to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of equipment of electric power systems and electric networks. One of the most urgent issues is to protect them from external influences of natural origin, such as wind and ice-wind loads. In foreign countries there is no uniform method of normalization of the calculated climatic conditions for their zoning based on the intensity of ice-forming, so the issue of organizing the fight against various types of deposits on the lines of transmission lines has been put to the fore today and is very topical. In order to quickly and accurately resolve this issue, it is necessary to clarify all existing knowledge and materials concerning wind and ice-wind loads, to create computer models of analysis and forecasting of these deposits on wires of power transmission lines and to create new methods and types of protection of transmission lines from natural influences. The purpose of the dissertation work: Analysis and study of the full cycle of occurrence of iced deposits on transmission lines, taking into account the influence of the wind, impact analysis and the creation of a computer model of ice-wind loads on the transmission lines, offering methods and types of protection of transmission lines from ice-wind loads. Object of research: conducting of overhead transmission lines of all classes of nominal voltages. Subject of research: the process of occurrence of iced ice deposits under the influence of wind and their influence on conduction lines of electric power transmission of all classes of nominal voltages.

Full textThesis for getting scientific degree of the Candidate of technical science on the specialty 05.14.02 – electric power stations, network and system. – National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", Kharkiv, 2017. The thesis is devoted to the study of problematic issues related to the development of information systems for monitoring the state of overhead power lines in icing conditions, ensuring reduction of failures in the power supply, through the provision of electrical engineering personnel advance information about the icing point. The work presents a critical analysis of existing ice formation monitoring systems. In order to correct their deficiencies, proposed a new primary informative parameter and an ice accretion measuring transducer. To this end, the transient thermal model of the wire section of overhead power lines was improved. And based on this improved model, for the given conditions, an informative parameter was researched. The developed model for forecasting the time series of the informative parameter let to estimate the reliability of the obtained forecast. The necessary experimental studies were carried out. Architecture of the monitoring system of overhead power lines was justified. For the technical implementation of information monitoring system is justified the structure and a design of the measurement transducer of data collection unit. In this work were developed the numerical model in the SolidWorks software package, which combines the solution of the hydrodynamic and thermal problems. Also, was developed the device layout for the data acquisition unit of the monitoring system.

Annotation content. The dissertation is devoted to solving the actual scientific and applied problem in the field of lightning protection of transmission lines with protected wires of middle classes of voltage from the lightning suppressors supplied by lightning strikes near the electric transmission line. The urgency of the topic of the dissertation paper is as follows. At present, protected wiring for PL is gaining widespread in Ukraine, due to the technical policy of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy. Wires in the protective cover for air lines of 6-35 kV were designed to increase the reliability of distribution and transmission of electricity. The use of wires in a protective shell has several significant advantages, namely: reliability, economic feasibility. With obvious advantages, there is a deficiency that is determined by the need to protect the submarine from lightning surges. The concept of lightning protection is so versatile that the methods of choosing suitable protection from threats are different in different regions. The factors that determine the method of protection are the thunder activity and its intensity in each particular region. An analysis of the operation experience of distribution electrical networks shows that their reliability is lower than in the networks of higher voltage classes. Damage in distribution networks causes most of the damage associated with interruptions in consumer electricity supply. One of the main causes of accidents and violations is the storm surges on the air lines (PL), causing impulse overlays and the destruction of insulators and lead to arc closures, with associated equipment damage, trips of lines. Emergency trips of 6-35 kV overhead transmission lines due to lightning surges make up 40% of the total number of trips. Due to low impulse strength, the isolation of distribution networks is subject to overheating both from overvoltages in direct lightning bursts, and from inductive surges when lightning is near the line. The latter are the main cause of the thunderstorms and damage to the equipment of networks 6-35 kV, amounting in some cases up to 90%, and when passing the route of the submarine in the forest area and up to 100% of their total. Thus, the reliability of electricity supply to consumers largely depends on the effectiveness of lightning protection measures.

The thesis is devoted to the solution of an actual scientific and applied problem in the field of lightning protection of overhead power lines with protected wires medium voltage classes from lightning induced overvoltages arising from lightning strikes near a power line. It has been experimentally proved that the lines of electric transmission with protected wires at lightning strikes near the line, pointing at their phase wires, overvoltages are much smaller than the lines of the same class of voltage only with non-insulated wires. This is due to the protective shell of protected wires, since the conditions of an overvoltage which can pierce the garland of insulators are much less likely. Current methods for calculating the number of thunderstorms in the lines of the class of voltage 6-35 kV, do not take into account the type of wire on the PL, which leads to incorrect calculations of the number of thunderstorms and, as a consequence, the number of offsets of the line. The obtained results allowed to create a new approach to lightning protection of PL with protected wires, to create a device for protection of electric lines without the cost of its production and installation. The generated model of the protective device was experimentally tested, no induced overvoltage failed to break the wire isolation.

The thesis is devoted to the solution of the current scientific and applied problem in the field of lightning protection of overhead transmission lines with protected wires of medium voltage classes from direct lightning strikes. In the work it has been experimentally proved that the protected wires are less likely to be struck by direct lightning strikes than bare wires. This is due to the protective envelope of the protected wires, since the conditions for the appearance of the oncoming streamer are significantly more complicated, then the lightning capture zone is significantly reduced. The current methods for calculating the number of direct lightning strikes do not take into account the type of wire on the overhead line, which leads to incorrect calculations of the number of direct lightning strikes, and, as a consequence, the number of line outages. The obtained results made it possible to create a new approach to lightning protection of overhead lines with protected wires, to create a combined power transmission line. This line contains in its design protected wires and bare wire, which acts as a lightning protection cable. The created model of the combined line was experimentally tested, not a single lightning strike into the protected wires was recorded.

The analysis of the electric loading and events is conducted in relation to the decline of losses of electric power in the zone of transformer substation of 35/10 kV, and methods of location of damage in distributive networks tension of 10 kV. is Conduct the calculation of the existent and forecast loading of overhead power line 10 kV, and choice of send-offs of feed and calculation of losses of tension. An amount, type and power of power transformers of substation, is also chosen and indemnification of reactive-power is conducted in the lines of 10 kV. The algorithm of determination of optimal number of sequence of verifications is made after the method of successive division of network at the location of damage for overhead power line of 10 kV substation. Also, a study of instrumentation-informative control system by the process of location of damage is undertaken on the basis of the compatible use of the controlled from distance method and method of successive division of network

Currently, distribution networks are in a difficult state, due to the high degree of physical and moral deterioration of electrical equipment, a high percentage of technical losses, low level of automation. The theme of the mode of operation of 20 kV electrical networks is relevant before its implementation. The purpose of the master's thesis is to calculate the district electrical network with a voltage of 10 kV and transfer it to a voltage of 20 kV, and to perform a comparison analysis of 10 kV and 20 kV. The object of the study is 10 kV power line from 110/35/10 kV "Berezan". Subject of study: operating mode of the 20 kV distribution network.
