Dissertation is devoted to solving scientific problems of development of science-based technical solutions, which allow for the old tracked vehicles with double-flow mechanical stepped mechanisms of transmission and turning with minimum costs to achieve a smooth change-managed turning radius. This change comes from free radius of the turning to a fixed with recuperation of braking energy of the lagging side. Directions and embodiments of shallow modernization of double-flow mechanical stepped mechanisms of transmission and turning, proposed and verified by dint of methods of mathematical modeling and numerical experiment was allowed to bring the old tracked vehicles to the modern requirements and standards for the controllability and mobility.

Full textIn the thesis the design of the mechanism of rotation of the column of a small-sized loader PGM-0,2 is improved. The improvement is based on an analysis of the operation of the brake system of the turning system. Turning and braking is carried out in the presence of a nominal amount of load in the working body of a small loader. A lever mechanism is proposed. The kinematic parameters of the lever mechanism of the column rotation were investigated: the angle of rotation of the crank, the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder, the transmission characteristic. Determined the power and kinematic characteristics of the mechanism of rotation of the loader, the friction force when rotating the column of the loader PGM-0,2; power analysis of the mechanism of rotation of the loader was performed. The calculation of the strength of the links of the mechanism of rotation: rocker arm, movable support and crank. The performed calculations prove the feasibility of the proposed improvement of the mechanism of rotation of the column of the small-sized loader in order to ensure its rotation by 250…270. The advantages of wheeled loaders and their main indicators are analyzed. The parameters of loading equipment, power cylinders are substantiated; load capacity, tear-off and pressure effort. The stability of the front-loading small-sized loader has been determined. In the work established the finite element support model of the mechanism of rotation of a column of a loader and investigated its stress-strain state. In the master work characteristics the object of production, analysis drawing details and specifications for production, analysis of technological details. The conclusions and main tasks of design, technology designed manufacturing process details made the choice and design of technological equipment for the manufacture of a given part. The feasibility of design the seeding device substantiated economically. The question of work on occupational health and safety in emergency situations. The measures reduce pollution of agricultural engineering enterprises profile.

The analysis of basic methods of defence of plants and methods of stainsing of seed is conducted in this section. The review of functional and structural features of machines-analogues is executed. The analysis of base construction of dresser is conducted. Grounded theme of qualifying work. 2.Ground of basic parameters of dresser. In this section grounded basic parameters of object of development, the ground of kinematics parameters of turn of dresser, calculation of elements of fork of dresser, calculation of cross-beam of самокерованої fork, calculation of the welded connections of fork, is executed. 3.Research of parameters of object of development. In this section grounded parameters of slidewaies hinges of fork, parameters of persistent slideway fastening of fork to the frame of machine, ARM of Plain is utillized for planning slidewaies undercarriage of dresser, the imitation design of fork of dresser is executed in the system of ARM Structure 3D. 4.A labour protection and safety is in extraordinary situations. In this section a question is considered Measures of labour protection during work on the points of stainsing of seed, defence of personnel during work on stainsing points.
