The conceptual principles of the theory and practice of psychologists’ professional training are substantiated, their essence and structure are determined. The following components of psychologists’professional training in the field of special education are defined in the analysis of the conceptual foundations of the content, methodological and organizational basis: professional-motivational, cognitive-competence, operational-activity, productive-reflexive. It is indicated that the given structural components are interrelated, interdependent and complementary to each other. According to each structural component, criteria and indicators of levels of their formation are defined. The present state of the formation of components of psychologists’ professional training in the field of special education according to the functional components system of the specified process is identified. The theoretical and practical essence of the latest trends of psychologists’ professional training in higher educational institutions is revealed. The functional system of psychologists’ professional training in the field of special education is scientifically substantiated, developed and experimentally checked, pedagogical conditions of its realization are revealed and its effectiveness is determined.
Диссертация на соискание ученой степени доктора педагогических наук по специальности 13.00.03 – коррекционная педагогика. – Национальный педагогический университет имени М.П. Драгоманова. – Киев, 2018. Обоснованы концептуальные основы теории и практики профессиональной подготовки психологов в сфере специального образования, определены их сущность и структура. Установлено, что ведущая идея концепции профессиональной подготовки психологов обозначенной сферы заключается во введении такой функциональной системы, внедрение которой позволило целесоответственно, методологически и образовательно-процессуально обеспечить качество и результативность учебно-воспитательного процесса в высшей школе. На основе обобщения концептуальных подходов были обозначены принципы и педагогические условия профессиональной подготовки психологов в сфере специального образования. Определены следующие компоненты профессиональной подготовки специальных психологов: профессионально-мотивационный, когнитивно-компетентностный, операционно-деятельностный, результативно-рефлексивный. Указано, что данные структурные компоненты взаимосвязаны, взаимозависимы и дополняющие друг друга. Согласно каждого структурного компонента определены критерии и показатели уровней их сформированности: профессионально-мотивационный; когнитивно-компетентностный; операционно-деятельностный; результативно-рефлексивный. На основе определенных критериев и показателей и с помощью подобранных организационных форм и методов диагностирования выделены четыре уровня сформированности указанных компонентов: высокий (инновационный), достаточный (продуктивный), средний (реконструктивный) и низкий (репродуктивный). Раскрыто теоретическую и практическую сущность новейших тенденций профессиональной подготовки психологов в высших учебных заведениях. Действенным средством формирования ключевых компетенций психолога в сфере специального образования являются педагогические технологии, которые рассматриваются как совокупность методов обучения сквозь призму релевантных признаков образовательных результатов, их действенности при определении качества высшего образования. А именно: компетентностный подход как средство модернизации профессиональной подготовки, креативно-интеллектуальный подход как условие профессионального и личностного становления психолога в сфере специального образования и трансдисциплинарность как средство в контексте профессиональной подготовки конкурентоспособного специального психолога. Научно обосновано, разработано и экспериментально проверено функциональную систему профессиональной подготовки психологов в сфере специального образования, раскрыто педагогические условия реализации и определено ее эффективность. Внедрение системы профессиональной подготовки психологов в сфере специального образования дало положительные результаты. Доказано, что внедрение разработанной системы в условиях профессиональной подготовки студентов в высших педагогических учебных заведениях и психологов в условиях последипломного образования обеспечивает эффективность системы профессиональной подготовки психологов в сфере специального образования.

Full textThe object of research is the process of forming aesthetic culture in students with intellectual disorders. The subject of research is the content and methods of raising the basics of aesthetic culture in students with intellectual violations of junior school age in the process of theatrical activity. The purpose of the study is theoretically to substantiate and experimentally check the effectiveness of the content and methods of forming aesthetic culture of junior schoolchildren with intellectual disorders in the process of theatrical activity in the conditions of special education institution. Master’s work consists of entry, three sections, conclusions and list of sources used. In the introduction, the relevance of the study is substantiated, the purpose and objectives of the study are determined. The first section highlights the theoretical aspects of the process of formation of aesthetic culture in students with intellectual disorders, given the definition of basic concepts, identified educational capabilities of theatrical activity in the formation of aesthetic culture of students with intellectual disorders that are laid down in the mechanisms of creation of artistic and theatrical images, in influencing the personality of the complex species of art, in the collective character of theatrical creativity. In the second section, the organization of the process of formation of aesthetic culture in students with intellectual disorders in the process of theatrical activity, the levels of formation of aesthetic culture in students of the identified nosology are investigated, the pedagogical conditions for the use of means of theatrical activity in the formation of value orientations in intellectual disorders are studied. In the third section, an experimental study of the effectiveness of the use of theatrical activity for the formation of aesthetic culture in students with intellectual violations is substantiated, the content and methods of the process of formation of aesthetic culture of students of the identified nosology in the conditions of special education institutions, which included conversations with elements of theatrical activity, games-dramatization, games-inscenation, game competitions, theatrical games. The activities of the children’s theater was organized on the basis of educational technology aimed at developing aesthetic culture with the support for the educational capabilities of self-evident creativity. An analysis of the effectiveness of the molding part of the experiment was carried out. The conclusions are summarized the main results of the master’s study. Approbation of research results. Separate results of research were reported during the «round table» on problems of psychological and pedagogical and social rehabilitation, social and labor adaptation and integration of children with limited health opportunities within the problem group on the topic «Formation of an unimpeded environment for the life of children with disabilities of health capabilities»; During participation in the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference «Correctional-Rehabilitation Activity: Development Strategies in the National and World Dimension» (November 2020, m. Sumy); During participation in the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference «Correctional-Rehabilitation Activity: Development Strategies in the National and World Dimension» (November 2021, m. Subject of research – correction of the psychomotor sphere of children with intellectual violations of junior school age in extracurricular forms of physical education. The purpose of the study is theoretically to substantiate and experimentally check the effectiveness of the process of correction of the psychomotor sphere of children with intellectual violations of junior school age by means of motor activity in extra-time time. Master’s work consists of entry, three sections, conclusions and list of sources used. In the introduction, the relevance of the study is substantiated, the purpose and objectives of the study are determined. In the first section, the theoretical aspects of the development of the psychomotor sphere of children with intellectual violations are highlighted, it was determined that the completeness and accuracy of the knowledge of motor actions directly depend on the activity of attention, that is, the direction of mental activity and its concentration on the most important elements of movements and actions, that is studied. In the second section, the organization of the process of correction of sphere the psychomotor of children with intellectual violations in the process of physical education is determined, the state of the formation of psychomotorics and its components in intellectual violations is determined, the possibilities of use of motor activities in the process of correction of the psychomotor sphere in children with intelligent violations of intellectual violations are determined. On the sensor, motility and cognitive sphere in the lessons of physical culture of students of the scientific nosology. In the third section, an experimental study of the effectiveness of the content and methods of the process of correction of the psychomotor sphere of children with intellectual violations of means of motor activity has been substantiated, the means and methods of correction of the psychomotor sphere in children with intellectual violations of junior school age in extra-curricular time in the process of a special educational institution are developed, which provided for the comprehensive development of sensory systems and cognitive elements in the students of the identified nosology. The introduction of these tools and methods contributed to the improvement of the indicators of the cognitive sphere, components of sensorials and integrative indicators of development of psychomotor abilities in children with intellectual violations, indicating their positive impact on the development of the motor sphere of students in the process of motor activity. An analysis of the effectiveness of the molding part of the experiment was carried out. The conclusions are summarized the main results of the master’s study. Approbation of research results. Separate results of research were reported during the «round table» on problems of psychological and pedagogical and social rehabilitation, social and labor adaptation and integration of children with limited health opportunities within the problem group on the topic «Formation of an unimpeded environment for the life of children with disabilities of health capabilities»; During participation in the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference «Correctional-Rehabilitation Activity: Development Strategies in the National and World Dimension» (November 2020, m. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally check the effectiveness of computer technologies in mathematics lessons for younger school-age children with intellectual violations in an educational institution. Master’s work consists of entry, three sections, conclusions and list of sources used. In the introduction, the relevance of the study is substantiated, the purpose and objectives of the study are determined. In the first section, the theoretical aspects of the use of computer technologies for students with intellectual violations are highlighted, the main concepts are analyzed, features of the development of mathematical representations in students with intellectual violations of junior school age in a special educational institution. In the second section, the organization of the process of application of computer technologies in mathematics for students with intellectual violations is determined, the state of the formation of mathematical representations in students of the identified nosology of junior school age, the directions of correction work on the formation of mathematical representations in these children, which ensure the effectiveness of the organization's processes, correctional and pedagogical work on this type of educational activity. The third section substantiates the experimental verification of the efficiency of computer technologies in the formation of mathematical representations of children with intellectual disorders in the conditions of a special educational institution, developed the content of the process of application of computer technologies in mathematics lessons for students of the scientific nosology, which contributed to the fixation of children of new mathematical material, forming mathematical representations and practical skills. In group forms of work, favorable conditions for the development of communicative activities of students, the ability to interact in specific school activities were provided. When conducting classes, a differentiated approach in training was implemented, based on the accounting of psychological characteristics of children with intellectual disorders in the formation of mathematical representations. An analysis of the effectiveness of the molding part of the experiment was carried out. The conclusions are summarized the main results of the master’s study. Approbation of research results. Separate results of research were reported during the «round table» on problems of psychological and pedagogical and social rehabilitation, social and labor adaptation and integration of children with limited health opportunities within the problem group on the topic «Formation of an unimpeded environment for the life of children with disabilities of health capabilities»; During participation in the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference «Correctional-Rehabilitation Activity: Development Strategies in the National and World Dimension» (November 2020, m. Предмет дослідження – динаміка показників спеціальної фізичної підготовленості студенток 3-го курсу Рівненського державного гуманітарного університету, які займаються естетичною гімнастикою в позанавчальний час, під впливом розробленої програми. Методи дослідження: 1. Аналіз та узагальнення літературних джерел за темою дослідження. 2. Педагогічний експеримент. 3. Педагогічні спостереження. 4. Педагогічне тестування. 5. Методи математичної статистики. Впровадження запропонованої програми вдосконалення спеціальної фізичної підготовки студенток 3-го курсу, які займаються естетичною гімнастикою в позанавчальний час, констатувало свою доречність. Ефективність експериментальної програми, у порівнянні з традиційною програмою, розвитку спеціальних фізичних якостей підтверджена приростами відповідних показників.

Full textScientific Thesis for the Degree of the Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences in the Specialty 13.00.10 – іnformational сommunication technology in education. – The In-stitute of informational technology and means of education of National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences in Ukraine, Kyiv, 2012. The research deals with the problem of the development and maintaining of ICT environment in life long learning in Sweden. The concept of life long learning has been prominent on most education and training policy and conference agendas in Swe-den and in others Scandinavians countries also. The essence of the definition such as convergences was analyzed and studied in the aspect of interaction and impact. The Swedish history of the use of computers in education, first in school dates back to the early 1970th, when small scale experiment work, initiated by the National Board of Education was carried out in few schools. Since the middle of the 80’s there have been a number of initiatives and campaigns introducing computer/ICT into Swedish schools. Many projects have been implemented, differing from each other in regards to exten-sion, agents and content. Resource funds have been invested, with each campaign monetarily outdoing the one before. One of the aims of the research was to experience perspectives, contents and changes related to processes of ICT innovation in Swedish schools over the twenty years period of 1984 – 2004 and nowadays. In particular, at-tention is paid to that of the school and the teacher as they have responded to the ICT policies over time and what knowledge has been gained about their role in change. The experiences and findings of four national campaigns directed at compulsory and upper secondary schools are considered. The method of evaluation was used to characterize these four campaigns. Concepts as time, technology and the culture of school are fo-cused on. The main historical and pedagogical stages f ICT implementation are de-fined. The core components of ICT competency of a Swedish teacher are figured out. In the research a great attention was paid to a school as an institution that is based on a belief in the future and the need to further societies long-term growth. ICT is consid-ered to play a key role in creating the school of tomorrow. The Swedish experiences of the four campaigns would be regarded as rather favorable experience for the possible future use of ICT in school in Ukraine with accounting of the suggestions as a shift from a technological to a political and cultural perspective on ICT innovations, from technology to pedagogy, from initiation to implementation and, to some extent, to in-stitutionalization, according to the use of ICT in school; from programming to the use of the Internet in pedagogical activity. Implementation of ICT in Swedish educational process is a very important question. The Agency for Schools receives a Mission Statement from the Ministry every three years, which contains goals and priorities for the Agency. It received its most recent Mission Statement in 2008. On the other hand, no other organization has been tasked with working with ICT infrastructure in educa-tion. One important task included in an earlier Mission Statement was to find out how a follow-up system of providing frequent evaluations of ICT use and capacity could best improve ICT in education. Given the decentralized nature of the Swedish school system, most schools develop their own individual ICT plans and rarely share their plans with other schools. These plans tend to address issues related to equipment, staff competence and ICT as a learning and information gathering tool. In secondary and adult education, ICT plans primarily deal with issues of equipment. Schools’ ICT plans are usually updated every year in secondary and adult schools, but more rarely in ele-mentary schools (Skolverket 2009).The time, reason and goals of the creation of the national life long learning center ENCELL was discussed, the perspective as for im-plementation of the positive Swedish experience were given. The research determines that ICT implementation in education process in Swedish secondary schools is a good turn for successful development of the main components of education quality.

Результати дослідження свідчать про ефективність ігрових видів спорту, зокрема засобів баскетболу для юнаків 17-18 років, що сприяли підвищенню рівня їхнього функціонального стану. Заняття з баскетболу позитивно вплинули на функціональні показники юнаків, сприяли підвищенню рівня їхнього соматичного здоров’я та рівня фізичної працездатності та спеціальної фізичної підготовленості. Наприкінці навчального року достовірних зрушень у показниках, що характеризують стан серцево-судинної та дихальної системи не відбулося, проте всі показники покращилися, відповідали віковій нормі. Середньостатистичні величини юнаків усіх показників фізичного здоров’я помітно змістилися у бік переходу до більш високого рівня. Достовірні зміни відбулися за показниками фізичної працездатності юнаків (PWC170 та МСК). Також достовірних змін зазнали показники спеціальної фізичної підготовленості.
EN : Qualification work – 60 pages, 7 tables, 9 figures, 72 literary sources. The purpose of the study was to investigate the impact of basketball on the health of students in higher education. The object of this study is the content of training sessions in basketball in the sports section of higher education. Research methods – analysis and generalization of literature sources on the research topic; pedagogical observations; assessment of functional indicators; somatic health assessment; assessment of physical performance; assessment of special physical fitness; methods of mathematical statistics. The results of the study indicate the effectiveness of game sports, in particular basketball for young people aged 17-18, which helped to increase the level of their functional state. Basketball classes had a positive effect on the functional performance of young people, helped to improve their physical health and the level of physical performance and special physical fitness. At the end of the school year, there were no significant changes in the indicators characterizing the state of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, but all indicators improved and corresponded to the age norm. The average values of young people of all physical health indicators have shifted significantly towards the transition to a higher level. Significant changes occurred in the indicators of physical fitness of young people. Indicators of special physical fitness also underwent significant changes.

The algorithm of determination of differentiated mechanisms of reading disabilities is elaborated. It is based on the analysis of dyslexia mistakes allowing for the multilevel structure of this form of speech activity, of the defect structure in severe speech disabilities conditions, and integrative activity of analyzer systems. The most commonly spread types of mistakes which characterize receptive production of abovementioned students are determined, and their mechanisms are established. In the first section, the theoretical aspects of the formation of value relation to the native land in discounts with reduced hearing are illuminated, the main concepts are defined, modern approaches to the system of ecological education and education of children with reduced hearing are revealed. In the second section, the organization of the process of forming a value relation to the native land in children of junior school age with a reduced hearing is determined, the levels of value relation to the native land in students with reduced earlings are determined.
