Full textThe work presented on 94 pages consists of 5 parts, 38 figures, 26 tables and 34 sources in the list of references. The object of study is semiconductor structures based on nanosilicon. The subject of work - evaluation of the quality of the interfaces in semiconductor structures, based on nanosilicon. The purpose of the work is to research electro-physical properties of the interfaces in semiconductor structures based on nanosilicon. The first section provides an overview of the literature, which addresses the analysis theoretical basics of operation of semiconductor structures. In the second chapter of work, overview of analysis methods and evaluation of the quality of interfaces in semiconductor structures were conducted. In the third section, the results of researches of electro-physical properties of the interfaces in semiconductor structures based on nanosilicon are presented. In the fourth section, the results of impact of the quality of interfaces in semiconductor structures, based on nanosilicon are presented. In the fifth section the startup project development followed from the carried out thesis is described.
