Full textThesis for a candidate degree in technical sciences, speciality 05.13.06 – Information Technologies. – National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute". – Kharkiv, 2017. The objective of the thesis is to increase the effectiveness of knowledge identi-fication in scientometric systems by designing the models and methods of intelligent analysis of weakly formalized data. The main results are as follows. The current state of the knowledge identification problem in scientometric systems has been analysed. Existing methods for the intelligent analysis of weakly formalized data have been systematized. Thus the basic requirements for designing the information technology of knowledge identification have been formulated. Using the finite predicate algebra in the information and logical models of knowledge identification in Ukrainian and English abstract data of scientometric systems has been proved. The logical-linguistic model of semantically connected fragments identification in weakly formalized abstract information has been developed. The model is based on the use of algebraic-predicate operations that allows effectively extracting knowledge from abstract information. The method for the formalization of semantic relations between entities has been improved. The method is based on the use of the semantic similarity measure and intelligent analysis for the identification of equivalence and tolerance classes that allows defining implicit relations of similarity and relations of taxonomy. The method for comparator identification has got the further development. This method is used to classify abstract fragments in scientometric systems that allows determining common information spaces of scientific interaction by modelling intel-ligence functions of understanding and classification of sense. The information technology of knowledge identification in scientometric systems has been improved. The technology allows identifying common research fronts by defining dynamically implicit connections between abstracts of scientometric systems. The research results have been implemented in the systems of summaries and abstracts processing. Using the developed information technology improves the effectiveness of knowledge identification in weakly formalized data by increasing the average values of the precision and recall measures of semantic similarity of text information. The practical results can be used in information retrieval, expert, and information-analytical general-purpose systems for the formation of electronic catalogues of semantically connected texts in scientometric, library, and abstract systems.

Full textUK : Мета роботи: дослідити проблему нечіткого пошуку в словниках, методи її вирішення та створити програмний застосунок, який, використовуючи метод опорних векторів, визначає наявність помилок у текстових даних і пропонує користувачу найбільш відповідний варіант. Результати роботи: в ході виконання роботи було досліджено існуючі алгоритми та методи вирішення проблеми нечіткого пошуку в словниках та обрано ті, що найбільше підходять для нечіткого пошуку в тексті. На основі отриманих результатів дослідження розроблено програмний застосунок, який за допомогою словника виконує перевірку тексту на наявність помилок. У разі знаходження помилки програма повідомляє користувача та пропонує найбільш відповідне слово, а також надає загальну статистику оброблених даних. Даний програмний застосунок є розширюваним, так як дозволяє користувачу додавати нові слова у словник.
RU : Цель работы: исследовать проблему нечеткого поиска в словарях, методы ее решения и создать программное приложение, которое, используя метод опорных векторов, определяет наличие ошибок в текстовых данных и предлагает пользователю наиболее подходящий вариант. Результаты работы: в ходе выполнения работы были исследованы существующие алгоритмы и методы решения проблемы нечеткого поиска в словарях и выбраны те, которые наиболее подходят для нечеткого поиска в тексте. На основе полученных результатов исследования разработано программное приложение, которое с помощью словаря выполняет проверку текста на наличие ошибок. В случае нахождения ошибки программа оповещает пользователя и предлагает наиболее подходящее слово, а также предоставляет общую статистику обработанных данных. Данное программное приложение является расширяемым, так как позволяет пользователю добавлять новые слова в словарь.
EN : Purpose of work: to research the problem of fuzzy search in dictionaries, methods for solving it, and to create a software application that using support vectors method determines the presence of errors in text data and offers the user the most appropriate option. Results: During the work existing algorithms and methods for solving the problem of fuzzy search in dictionaries were researched and the most suitable for fuzzy search in text were chosen. On the basis of the re-search results obtained a software application that uses a dictionary to check the text for errors was developed. In case of an error, the program informs the user and offers the most appropriate word, and also provides the general statistics of the processed data. This software application is extensible, since it allows the user to add new words to the dictionary.

Improved predicate model metric in the space of precedents, which, unlike the existing ones, allows practical test of its existence with the help of conditions and the introduction of the Euclidean metric in the space of linearized attributes. For the first time developed a method for estimating the proximity of precedents based on the tabulation attributes scales and the attribution of weights based on the functional dependence of the weights of the attributes of precedents that can significantly improve the accuracy of estimates of the proximity of precedents by taking into account the weight of the real growth of the attributes in their critical bands. It has continued to develop a technique of constructing a predicate hierarchical model of process knowledge in the form of a relational metanet, which is based on the model of "data-information-knowledge-meta-knowledge." The hierarchical structure simplifies the configuration process model and complements its implicit connections. Improved methods of hierarchical model configuration process knowledge based on the analysis of log files, which, unlike the existing ones, has the form of a hierarchical system of binary predicates that define the behavior of the logic of the process. The method includes tuning a subject area, which increases the efficiency of Process Mining techniques.

Full textDoktorska tema opisuje i analizira razvoj alata za profilisanje i estimaciju potrošnje energije namenskih aplikacija. Aplikacije o kojima je reč se razvijaju za višejezgarnu heterogenu platformu projektovanu sa naglaskom na niskoj potrošnji energije. Istraživanje se odnosi na iznalaženje mogućnosti precizne procene količine energije koju konzumira namenska DSP applikacija prilikom obrade ulaznog signala. Rezultat istraživanja je izrada precizanog modela potrošnje energije koji omogućuje direktnu spregu između programskog rešenja koje se razvija i količine energije potrebne za njegovo izvršavanje. Osnovni cilj istraživanja je razvoj energetski efikasnih programskih rešenja. Model predstavljen u ovom radu ostvaruje zavisnost između utroška energije i programskog rešenja na instrukcionom nivou. Testiranjem modela kroz realne aplikacije je ostvarena precizna procena utrošene energije.
PhD thesis describes and analyzes an approach to the development of thetool for energy consumption profiling and estimation of embeddedapplications aimed for multi-core heterogeneous platform designed with anemphasis on low power consumption. The main purpose of this study was toenable prediction of the amount of energy consumed by embedded DSPapplication, when processing the input signal. The primary goal was to obtaina precise model of energy consumption that will establish a direct linkbetween program solutions and the amount of energy required for itsexecution, in order to develop energy-efficient software solutions. The modelpresented in this paper achieves link between energy consumption andprogram solutions at instructional level. The solution was tested against areal applications and it has been established that prediction of consumedenergy have a high degree of accuracy.

Full textThe dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological bases as well as scientific and practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of energy controlling (otherwise called energy management control) as well as making energy efficient managerial decisions on manufacturing enterprise. The research topic was chosen because of the significance of energy issues, importance of increasing the energy efficiency on manufacturing enterprises in current market conditions. The content of the work covers tree important research areas: development of the energy controlling concept, development of the energy efficiency theory, and contribution into theory and practice of decision making related to energy issues. Thus, the theoretical positions of the controlling concept were developed over energy sector, which led to the emergence of a new direction in the controlling called energy controlling. The in-depth research was resulted by development of a system frameworks of energy controlling; improvement of the definition and meaning of energy controlling as well as formation of the controlling mechanism to support managerial decisions with the aim to enhance the energy efficiency of production. Information function becomes a leading function of controlling in the age of digitalization, especially in context of efficient decision-making. To improve the functional content of energy controlling, a multilevel information system was adapted to the energy sector of the manufacturing enterprise as well as the methodological instruments of energy controlling were developed to provide a systematic approach in the field of energy efficient managerial decisions. A separated study focused on implementation of energy controlling for decision making in the field of renewable energy systems. As the result there are following propositions in the thesis: a model of economic efficiency for manufacturers and sellers of equipment in the solar energy market as well as a balanced scorecard improved to achieve the better efficiency and promotion of renewable energy sources in industry. The theory of energy efficiency has multidisciplinary features. For the purpose of the research its further development concerned the quantitative issues. Thus, the energy efficiency indicators from different disciplines were systematized in the way to get rid of multidisciplinary contradictions and to build up the energy efficiency model of analysis. The invented formula of energy efficiency is an expression which breaks it into two parts: energy intensity and the ratio of useful energy output and total energy input. According to graphical representation of the proposed energy efficiency model of analysis, it has two parts: economical and technical ones and correspondently it has multidisciplinary approach. Another achievement in this research area is related to a model for estimating the energy efficiency of manufacturing enterprise using a distance function approach. The introduced term “energy metrics” is a special case of mathematical distance function and it represents a specialized form of production frontier model used to measure energy inefficiency. As far as external environment of enterprise influences it activity and requires corresponding managerial decisions, the energy frame was analyzed in context of organization’s decision-making. For this purpose the methodology of final energy consumption decomposition and MOSES-model of short-term energy security were approved. The ability to manage the energy efficiency is a competitive advantage of decision-makers. For this purpose there were developed in the dissertation work: 1) a scenario matrix of KРI-models that gives a range of options with different criterions that helps to formulate the energy strategy of industrial enterprise and to substantiate other strategic energy efficient managerial decisions; and 2) the described above energy efficiency model of analysis that contributes to operational decision making related to energy issues.

Мета роботи: встановити максимально зручні умови стискання різноманітних класів відображень, які дозволяють обгрунтовати застосування методу послідовних наближень до пошуку наближеного розв’язку. Метод дослідження: аналітичний. Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена застосуванню принципу стискуючих відображень до розв’язання алгебраїчних, інтегральних рівнянь та систем лінійних та нелінійних рівнянь. Наближені чисельні обчислення виконувалися за допомогою програми Python версії 3.9.0. Результати роботи можуть біти застосовані при вивченні курсу функціонального аналізу, лінійної алгебри, диференціальних та інтегральних рівнянь, а також на факультативах з математики у старших класах загальноосвітніх шкіл.
EN : The work is presented on 59 pages of printed text, 25 figures, 13 references. The object of the study is the principle of compressive mappings. The aim of the study is establishing the most convenient conditions for compression of various classes of mappings, which allow to justify the application of the method of successive approximations to the search for an approximate solution. The methods of research is analytical. The qualification work is devoted to the application of the principle of compressive mappings to the solution of algebraic, integral equations and systems of linear and nonlinear equations. Approximate numerical calculations were performed using Python version 3.9.0. The results of the work can be used in the study of the course of functional analysis, linear algebra, differential and integral equations, as well as in electives in mathematics in senior classes of secondary schools.
