Актуальність теми дослідження. Сьогоднішній вплив Internet of Things (IoT) на людське життя є таким же значущим, як і мережа Інтернет в останні десятиліття, тому IoT можна вважати «Інтернет-next». IoT – це мережа фізичних об’єктів, які містять вбудовані технології для спілкування, визначення або взаємодії з їхнім внутрішнім станом або зовнішнім середовищем і злиттям ефективних бездротових протоколів, поліпшених датчиків, більш дешевих процесорів і зарекомендованих компаній, що розробляють необхідне програмне забезпечення для управління й додатки основного напряму дії IoT. Інтелектуальні середовища і Smart Platforms утворюють інтелектуальну мережу, в якій підтримуються користувачі в професійній, домашній або суспільній сфері життя. Тому розгляд переваг хмарних технологій при використанні у Internet of Things (IoT) є актуальним питанням. Постановка проблеми. Оскільки є безліч платформ Internet of Things (IoT), необхідно виявити переваги хмарних технологій при використанні у Internet of Things (IoT). Аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій. У результаті проведеного аналізу встановлено, що початком сучасного етапу розвитку хмарних технологій є запуск у 2006 році компанією Amazon.com сервісу хмарних обчислень Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) і онлайнового сховища файлів Simple Storage Service (S3) та проаналізовані існуючі платформи IoT. Виділення недосліджених частин загальної проблеми. Розгляд хмарних технологій вівся і до теперішнього часу, але переваги застосування хмарних технологій при використанні у Internet of Things (IoT) не були дослідженні. Постановка завдання. У роботі на основі аналізу хмарних технологій необхідно встановити їхні переваги при використанні у Internet of Things (IoT). Виклад основного матеріалу. Встановлено, що основними перевагами при застосуванні хмарних технологій при використанні у Internet of Things, що включають багатофункціональність і зручність використання, є: можливість необмеженого доступу, мобільність, економічність, висока технологічність, гнучкість, достатньо-високий рівень безпеки даних. Висновки відповідно до статті. У роботі на основі аналізу хмарних технологій встановлено їхні переваги при використанні у Internet of Things (IoT). Визначено, що хмарні технології дають змогу використовувати об’єднані ресурси зберігання й обчислювальні ресурси та забезпечувати високу надійність служб хмарних сховищ і ефективних послуг хмарних обчислень в IoT. Інтеграція хмарних обчислень і IoT свідчить про наступний великий стрибок у світі Інтернету. Нові додатки, створені на основі цієї комбінації, відомі як IoT Cloud, відкривають нові можливості для бізнесу та досліджень. Така комбінація представляє нову парадигму майбутнього мультимережевої взаємодії і відкритої сервісної платформи для всіх користувачів.

Authors consider the relevant and perspective IIoT (Industrial Internet-of-Things) development concept - a scalable heterogeneous network consisting of fixed and mobile nodes for monitoring the state of complex distributed technological ob-jects. Many issues must be solved comprehensively at designing and creating such a network. This is especially true for control systems, data transmission channels and data stream processing, their analysis, scalability, decision making. The paper describes a new concept for development of a multi-level architecture IoT network for monitoring the state of geographically distributed technological objects, consisting of a heterogeneous set of nodes (stationary and mobile units) equipped with various sensors and video cameras.

Анотація. Постійне зростання конкуренції та динамічність спортивного результату на світовій арені потребують постійного пошуку ефективних шляхів вдосконалення системи підготовки спортивного резерву. Особливо гострою ця проблема є для ігрових командних видів спорту. Мета. Проаналізувати соціально-економічні та організаційно-методичні особливості системи підготовки резерву та відбору баскетболістів в США. Методи. Аналіз літературних джерел та даних всесвітньої мережі Internet, аналіз змагальної діяльності, опитування експертів, методи математичної статистики. Результати. Проаналізовано та представлено особливості системи підготовки баскетбольного резерву в США. Систематизовано ключові фактори, які визначають ефективність функціонування самобутньої американської моделі багаторічної підготовки спортивного резерву в багатьох видах спорту: 1) відсутність прямого державного фінансування та управління галуззю фізичного виховання і спорту; 2) багаточисельність, автономність та розрізненість окремих учасників фізкультурно-спортивного руху; 3) провідна роль освітніх установ у процесі підготовки спортивного резерву; 4) ціннісне ставлення до занять спортом та велика масовість тих, хто займається. Показано особливості організації шкільного та студентського спорту в США, на базі якого відбувається підготовка віддаленого та найближчого резерву для професійного спорту. Виділено основні ланки системи організації та управління баскетболом у США. Функціонування спорту та підготовка резерву в США переважно відбуваються екстенсивним шляхом. Основою багаторічних успіхів американських баскетболістів на міжнародній арені є популярність і масовість занять та розгалужена мережа високих за своїм рівнем шкільних та студентських змагань. Вказується на важливість врахування історичних, соціально-економічних, політичних та інших особливостей держави, традицій вітчизняної школи спорту під час перенесення досвіду зарубіжних моделей багаторічної підготовки для реалізації в умовах іншого соціокультурного середовища.Ключові слова: баскетбол, підготовка резерву, відбір, система змагань, драфт, студентськийспорт, професійний спорт.

The purpose of the article is develop a wireless local area network for residential use. The article contains a description of the created channel splitter modules. The module also acts as a repeater. On the basis of repeater splitter module designed network modules hubs and switches. The hub and switch has two versions: wired and wireless. The wired version is used in conditions of a large amount of interference and a large signal attenuation. Smart Home wireless LAN is built on the splitters-repeaters modules basis, hubs and switches. The network does not support the MQTT protocol. The network is divided into clusters and segments and supports packet routing. The protocol stack is minimized. The functionality of the host and the network object is completely separated. The topology of the mobile network is not deterministic, amorphous and changes when the network objects move in space. In this case, some connections are lost and others arise. The routing tables are constantly updated. The network in accordance with the laid down algorithm, is able to build the necessary topology and organize the necessary connections in order to complete the task with a many objects. The network is capable of building packet retransmission chains for remote network objects. Thus, the wireless network implementation at its low cost allows solving a certain range of tasks. The performer can be either a separate object associated with the operator through a many repeaters. In order to increase the efficiency of the formation of routing tables and minimize the cluster structures in a wireless network. The local wireless network is designed to control an Internet of Things objects.

Using an Internet we could get a new data in the numismatics, by the way identify the new variants of the Muscovy tsar Peter the Great coins excavated on the territory of the Hetman State, put the light on the new finds of the coins evaluated as very rare in the previous Ukrainian science historiography.

У статті розглянуто та проаналізовано інформаційний і науковий потенціал використання Інтернет-ресурсів у дослідженні історії грошового обігу в Україні-Гетьманщині, до яких належать: аукціони та форуми «Violity», «New Auction» та «Unc.ua», електронна енциклопедія «Вікіпедія», соціальна мережа для науковців «Academia.edu», соціальна мережа «Facebook», а також приватні канали на «Youtube». Кожен із зазначених сервісів має як свої переваги, так і недоліки.
Користуючись Інтернет-ресурсами, ми виявили дані, які є новими для нумізматичної науки, що, зокрема, дозволило визначити та зафіксувати раніше неопубліковані різновиди монет Петра І, що виявлені на території Гетьманщини, Це дало можливість ввести до наукового обігу нові факти про знахідки тих монет, що вважались рідкісними у вітчизняній нумізматичній історіографії.
Зазначимо, що, попри наявні недоліки, специфічні риси та певні ризики у використанні, електронні WEB-ресурси все ж мають вагомий інформаційний та науковий потенціал у дослідженні особливостей грошового обігу Гетьманщини. Вивчення вказаних ресурсів зумовлює можливість введення до наукового обігу фактів та нових даних, що допоможуть виявити раніше невідомі сторінки цього періоду в історії України, а також конкретизувати вже частково висвітлені попередниками моменти.

Досліджуючи феномен соціальних мереж, соціологи звертають увагу на зростання кількості їхніх користувачів, яке відображається в геометричній прогресії. Соціальні мережі стають не тільки місцем для вільного спілкування, а ще й повноцінним засобом обміну інформацією серед користувачів, майданчиком для розвитку комерційної діяльності тощо.
Незважаючи на позитивні зміни в процесуальному законодавстві щодо застосування електронних доказів у цивільному судочинстві, необхідно констатувати, що досі немає чіткого законодавчого врегулювання ряду важливих питань, зокрема порядку фіксації електронних доказів, отриманих із соціальних мереж, адже чинні норми не враховують процесуально-правові особливості відповідних доказів.
Метою наукової статті є виокремлення та аналіз можливих способів належної фіксації, електронних доказів, отриманих із соціальних мереж, а також аналіз судової практики під час використання відповідних доказів у цивільному судочинстві.
У статті досліджено можливі способи фіксації електронних доказів, отриманих із соціальних мереж. За результатами дослідження встановлено, що серед способів фіксації електронних доказів, отриманих із соціальних мереж, можна виокремити: огляд доказів судом за їх місцезнаходженням (огляд аккаунту в соціальних мережах або інших місць збереження даних в Інтернеті); залучення спеціаліста з метою фіксування електронних доказів; проведення експертного дослідження; проведення протоколу огляду вебсайту адвокатом; подання паперової копії електронного доказу, посвідченої в порядку, передбаченому законом; фіксація контенту, що міститься на вебсайті, шляхом його збереження на відповідних носіях; протокол огляду вебсторінки нотаріусом; проведення відеозапису процесу дослідження огляду соціальних мереж; допомога приватних компаній, які здійснюють фіксацію інформації, розміщеної на вебсто-рінках (наприклад, сервісу Internet Archive, Wayback Machine); запит до провайдера на отримання довідки - log-файлу.

У статті розглянуто соціально-психологічні проблеми дослідження агресивної поведінки молоді в мережі Інтернет, описані існуючі психологічні теорії, проаналізовано конструкти і моделі агресії у зарубіжній та вітчизняній психології, особливості прояву агресії та форми агресивної поведінки молоді в мережі Інтернет. На підставі аналізу сучасних літературних джерел і результатів психологічних досліджень встановлено, що загальним проблемам молоді, її агресивної поведінки, вивченню чинників агресії, як у реальному, так і в кібернетичному просторах (мережі Інтернет), хоча й приділяється істотна увага, але на сьогодні відсутні загальноприйняті теорії та моделі кіберагресії, не розроблена системна ментальної репрезентації кіберпростору молоддю, що не дозволяє досліджувати феномен молодіжної агресії в мережі Інтернет на основі принципів науковості та системності, однозначно виділити й дослідити соціально-психологічні чинники агресивної поведінки молоді в мережі Інтернет і розробити засоби її редукції та запобігання. Актуальність розглядання проблеми зумовлена розвитком сучасних інформаційних технологій, істотним збільшенням можливостей міжособистісного і масового спілкування в мережі Інтернет, що створює віртуальне середовище для різного виду online-спілкування, основу якого становить молодіжна спільнота, котра дедалі більше віддає перевагу різним формам «кібер-стосунків» натомість реальному спілкуванню. При цьому взаємодія здійснюється за допомогою різноманітних сервісів: форумів, блогів, Internet-щоденників, групових Internet-ігор, соціальних мереж тощо. Представлено нові види і форми агресивної поведінки молоді в мережі Інтернет: флеймінг, наклеп, гепіслепінг, тролінг, соціотехніка, кіберпереслідування тощо. Основними негативними наслідками таких форм агресивної поведінки молоді в мережі Інтернет (кіберагресії) для жертви є депресія, стрес, гнів, суїцид. Встановлено, що наявність численних теорій агресії для реального простору, які розглядають різні детермінанти агресивної поведінки, брак таких теорій і моделей для кіберпростору, не дозволяють однозначно виділити і дослідити соціально-психологічні чинники агресивної поведінки молоді в мережі Інтернет. Це потребує розробки моделі динаміки розвитку мережі Інтернет як соціально-психологічного об’єкту. Без цього неможливо будувати науково обґрунтовані високоефективні системи редукції агресивної поведінки молоді в мережі Інтернет і запобігання їй.

Стаття присвячена висвітленню проблеми сталих мотиваційних тенденцій та спрямованості на певні емоційні переживання в залежності від рівня виразності «мережеголізму». Розкриті статево-вікові особливості схильності до Інтернет-залежності, які узгоджуються з тенденціями існуючих наукових досліджень, але стосуються вікової групи від 12 – 17 років (добірки, яка була в наявності). Суттєве значення має дія двоєдиного фактору «стать - вік». Встановлено, що середні показники в осіб жіночої статі мають тенденцію до зниження з віком, а в осіб чоловічої статі, навпаки, спостерігається збільшення значень схильності до адикції зі збільшенням віку. Порівняльний аналіз дозволив виявити особливості сталих тенденцій особистості для двох груп осіб: тих, які вміють контролювати свій час перебування в Інтернеті й тих, які мають деякі проблеми з надмірним захопленням вказаною мережею. Особливості полягають у різній ієрархії зв’язків, зокрема: для осіб, які здатні контролювати свій час перебування в мережі, домінуючим є зв’язок рівня «мережеголізму» із мотивацією принести суспільству користь; для осіб, які мають деякі проблеми з надмірним захопленням Інтернетом, домінуючим є зв’язок досліджуваної ознаки (Інтернет-залежноті) з мотивами комфорту. Встановлені особливості спрямованості на емоційні переживання в залежності від рівня адикції. Особливість - це обернена картину для досліджуваних груп: для першої домінуючою є спрямованість на емоційні переживання стенічного типа, тоді як для другої – спрямованість на емоційні переживання астенічного типу.

Екосистеми Арктичної, Антарктичної та альпійської тундри вразливі до глобальних та регіональних кліматичних змін, зокрема до підвищення літніх температур. У високогір’ях з метою проведення багаторічних спостережень за динамікою рослинних угруповань, а також температурним режимом ґрунтів, закладено мережу стаціонарних дослідних ділянок GLORIA. В Арктичній тундрі функціонує мережа Арктичних дослідних станцій INTERACT, багато із яких працює за уніфікованими методиками. В Антарктиці схожих мереж, де б строго за одним протоколом проводились тривалі дослідження значної кількості компонентів довкілля немає. Одним із найвдаліших прототипів для проведення таких досліджень є субантарктичний острів Маріон, де понад 50 років проводиться комплексний аналіз наземних екосистем і, зокрема, моніторинг біогеохімічних потоків у системі океан − суходіл. У 1978-1985 рр. було опубліковано цикл праць, присвячених кількісній оцінці основних зоогенних біогеохімічних потоків з океану на суходіл острова Маріон, які включали облік речовини та енергії, що надходили у складі гуано, пір’я та яєць різних видів морських птахів, трупів тварин, сечі та екскрементів морських слонів. На підставі отриманих даних у 1977 р. було сформульовано концептуальну модель потоків речовини та енергії для острова Маріон, а у 2008 р. її переглянуто і доповнено новими даними та визначено пріоритетні напрями для подальших досліджень. Крім того, там розпочато дослідження еолових процесів як чинника формування і розвитку наземних екосистем, що можуть помітно впливати на транспорт речовини з океану на суходіл і навпаки, а також забезпечувати перерозподіл речовини в межах суходолу. Підходи та принципи проведення детального багаторічного моніторингу різних компонентів екосистем на субантарктичному острові Маріон доцільно використати як методологічну основу для досліджень у морській Антарктиці, і, зокрема, в районі розташування станції Академік Вернадський (Аргентинські острови, Архіпелаг Вільгельма).

Досягнення стану економіки знань на регіональному рівні можливо тільки при умові активного використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у виробничо-комерційної діяльності підприємств. Метою дослідження є визначення стану процесів інформатизації підприємств задля оцінки потенційних можливостей становлення економіки знань у регіонах України. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси інформатизації, які властиві діяльності підприємств. Для вирішення поставленої мети у роботі використано методи зведення та групування статистичних даних, табличний та графічний методи. Виявлено тенденції щодо процесів інформатизації та комп’ютеризації бізнесу, залучення персоналу до новітніх технологій, використання локальних та широкомасштабних корпоративних мереж, застосування мережі Internet. Запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення ефективності процесів інформатизації на підприємствах з метою сприяння найшвидшому формування економіки знань в країні та регіонах.

У статті розглянуто програмні методи організації транспортних потоків у рамках концепції IoV. Розкрито сутність поняття «Інтернет речей» та «Інтернет транспортних засобів». Сформовано принципи взаємодії та послідовність. Наголошено, що Інтернет транспортних засобів складається із засобів, що є взаємодіючими між собою, а також з портативних пристроїв, які перевозяться пішоходами, придорожніх блоків та загальнодоступних мереж, що використовують принцип з’єднання транспортний засіб до транспортного засобу, від транспортного засобу до дороги, взаємозв'язок транспортний засіб – людина та транспортний засіб – датчик, створюючи тим самим соціальну мережу, де учасники є раціональними об'єктами, а не людьми. Наведено типову архітектуру Інтернету транспортних засобів, що складається з трьох рівнів: сприйняття, мережевого та прикладного. Та детально описано принципи реалізації та взаємодії зазначених рівнів як у рамках системи в цілому так і окремо на кожному етапі. Запропоновано абстрактну архітектуру Інтернету транспортних засобів та визначено принципи роботи та взаємодії головних блоків системи. Підкреслено, що бортовий блок представляє собою транспортні засоби на дорозі, а дорожній блок – дорожно-транспортні інфраструктури, які взаємопов’язані за допомогою Інтернету. Наголошено, що головною умовою дії системи є приналежність кожного окремого транспортного засобу домогосподарству та наявність базового блоку, до якого всі транспортні засоби та інші пристрої підключені через Інтернет речей. Запропоновано механізми забезпечення конфіденційності Інтернету транспортних засобів, як окремо діючої системи. Підкреслено, що конфіденційність підтримується шляхом розподілу типів вмісту на: приватний, захищений та публічний. Інформація приватного типу доступна лише власнику транспортного засобу. Сформовано перелік програмних методів які діють щодо реалізації IoV та описано головні проблеми, що стоять перед IoV.

Abstract. Introduction. The article examines current trends in advertising campaigns on the Internet and social networks. Social networks are seen as a tool to influence the target audience and study its benefits, growth, development of companies and expanding market share. Studied the theory of the importance of social networks at the initial levels of small and medium business development, including in connection with the possibility of attracting the necessary financial resources and access to information of various kinds, and in the subsequent stages of development. An analysis of examples of companies whose growth has been largely due to the integration of development strategies through social networks. The medium- and long-term prospects for the development of the advertising industry with the mass introduction of virtual and augmented reality technologies and the expansion of 5G Internet networks were considered. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the reasons for doing business on social networks, analysis of current trends in social networks, assessing the possibility of doing business and building marketing strategies through social networks. Results. The article describes the main trends of advertising on social networks, why is it worth to run advertising campaign on social networks, describes the social network as an advertising tool, how social networks will effectively interact with the target audience and gives examples of successful projects of large companies implemented in social networks. Were reviewed main directions of development and improvement of advertising methods in social networks, how it will happen, what is needed for this and why it is impossible to implement at this stage of development. Listed all the positive aspects that will help increase the efficiency of sales goods and services, as well as the negative aspects with the implementation of these ways. Conclusion. Development of virtual and augmented reality and also 5G techonologies: 1. Significantly increase the perception of advertising; 2. Allows you to process large amounts of information in a short time; 3. Solve the problem of oversaturation with advertising of various sources of information (billboards, newspapers, the Internet); 4. Advertising will become more relevant and timelier; 5. Advertising will become more relevant for the user, which will increase business revenue; 6. Advertising will be less intrusive, which will increase user loyalty to it. In the long run, the amount of data passively collected by technical devices around will increase, which will invariably affect the prospects for marketing development in general. With the expansion of Internet coverage around the world and the increasing availability of technical devices, the number of network users will increase, which will make it easier to interact with the intended target audience, change the ways of advertising and over time social networks will become its main location. Increasing the data collected will increase user loyalty and help make advertising less intrusive and more useful to each potential customer. Given advertising prices and audience reach, businesses will be more focused on developing brands on social media and marketing mostly online.

The article presents an analysis of the results of pedagogical research on the level of introduction of social networks and educational platforms in the educational process, trust in information disseminated by social networks, critical analysis, penetration of communication tools into everyday life of modern youth development of domestic distance learning tools. During February-December 2020, among students and teachers of Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsyubynsky Pedagogical University, on the eve of the introduction of quarantine in Ukraine, an anonymous survey was conducted. The purpose of the survey was to obtain information about the level of involvement in the daily lives of students and teachers of modern digital technologies, to identify priority social platforms that are most often used, the effectiveness of modern Internet technologies in the educational process. In our opinion, distance education cannot replace the traditional, classical education system. However, this does not mean that we should neglect the opportunities offered by the development of various technologies. This survey once again showed the extent of interaction of survey participants with various social networks, platforms (49% of young people said they are registered in four different social networks), that each of its participants personally owns a variety of devices that allow you to work with the Internet, interact with a variety of online information platforms. The survey revealed a high level of trust among young people in information that comes from various social networks and information sites. Identified the threat that young people do not check whether the information they receive from the Internet is insufficiently verified. In conclusion, it is suggested to introduce a special course, which will reveal certain dangerous aspects of the online environment, reveal the technology of manipulating human consciousness, and so on. In our opinion, distance education cannot replace the traditional, classical education system. Основні типи технологій, застосовуваних у навчальних закладах нового типу. В Україні економічна і технологічна ситуація така, що вибір засобів залежить не від їх педагогічного потенціалу і навіть не від їх вартості, а від їх поширеності.2. Методи дистанційного навчання2.1. Методи навчання за допомогою взаємодії слухача з освітніми ресурсами при мінімальній участі викладача (самонавчання). Для розвитку цих методів характерний мультимедіа підхід, коли за допомогою різноманітних засобів створюються освітні ресурси: друковані, аудіо-, відео-матеріали, і що особливо важливо для електронних університетів – навчальні матеріали, що доставляються по комп’ютерних мережах. Це, насамперед:інтерактивні бази даних;електронні журнали;комп’ютерні навчальні програми (електронні підручники).2.2. Методи індивідуалізованого викладання і навчання, для яких характерні взаємини одного студента з одним викладачем чи одного студента з іншим студентом (навчання “один до одного”).Ці методи реалізуються в дистанційному навчанні в основному за допомогою таких технологій, як телефон, голосова пошта, електронна пошта, CHAT, ICQ, участь у форумах.2.3. Методи, в основі яких лежить представлення студентам навчального матеріалу викладачем чи експертом.Ці методи, властиві традиційній освітній системі, одержують новий розвиток на базі сучасних інформаційних технологій. Так, лекції, записані на аудио- чи відеокасети, що читаються по радіо чи телебаченню, доповнюються в сучасному дистанційному освітньому процесі так називаними “е-лекціями” (електронними лекціями), тобто лекційним матеріалом, розповсюджуваним по комп’ютерних мережах за допомогою електронної пошти чи доступу до освітніх баз даних.2.4. Методи, для яких характерна активна взаємодія між всіма учасниками навчального процесу (навчання “багато до багатьох”). Значення цих методів і інтенсивність їх використання істотно зростає з розвитком навчальних телекомунікаційних технологій. Іншими словами, інтерактивні взаємодії між слухачами, а не тільки між викладачем і слухачем, стають важливим джерелом одержання знань. Особливу роль у навчальному процесі мають комп’ютерні конференції, що дозволяють всім учасникам дискусії обмінюватися письмовими повідомленнями як у синхронному, так і в асинхронному режимі.3. Сервер інформаційних технологій кафедри фундаментальних дисциплін Академії пожежної безпеки України (СІТ ФД АПБУ www.fd-apbu.narod.ru)Головним завданням проекту СІТ ФД АПБУ є організація загальнодоступного дистанційного навчання з дисципліни “Інформатика та комп’ютерна техніка” (а в майбутньому і інших дисциплін) для слухачів очного та заочного відділення АПБУ з спеціальності “Пожежна безпека”, через комп’ютерну мережу. При цьому використовується принципово нова форма навчання – дистанційне навчання через електронну пошту і on-line Інтернет.Перший дистанційний курс складається з 44 уроків російською та українською мовами, який розсилається слухачам електронною поштою або видається у вигляді електронного підручника на дискетах. Кожний слухач може вибрати для себе мову навчання. У ході проведення курсу забезпечується зворотній зв’язок з учнем. Кваліфікованими викладачами надається конкретна допомога кожному учневі через електронну пошту та дошку оголошень безпосередньо на сайті. Перевірка знань проводиться за допомогою тестів та виконанням розрахунково-графічних та контрольних робіт, варіанти котрих доступні через Internet. Російський і український варіанти курсу “Інформатика та комп’ютерної техніка”, а саме методичні розробки, електронні варіанти лекцій, практичні завдання, варіанти контрольних та розрахунково-графічних робот, приклади виконання розрахунково-графічних та контрольних робіт, розміщенні на безплатному WWW-сервері (www.fd-apbu.narod.ru) для відкритого доступу користувачів до навчальних матеріалів.У розробці курсу брали участь викладачі кафедри фундаментальних дисциплін АПБУ під керівництвом професора Яковлевої І.О. У навчанні беруть участь слухачі очного та заочного відділень АПБУ із різних міст України.Здійснення проекту підтверджує необхідність і актуальність дистанційного навчання через Інтернет для країн колишнього Радянського Союзу.Головним результатом проекту є той факт, що зроблено першу спробу створити і провести дистанційний курс з основ інформатики та комп’ютерної техніки. Даний експеримент показує, що Україна готова прийняти нові форми навчання на основі застосування Internet і потребує їх. Пріоритетний напрям майбутнього полягає у вирішенні завдань формування інформаційної і телекомунікаційної культури нашого суспільства в цілому та надання конкретної допомоги майбутнім спеціалістам з пожежної безпеки у оптимальному використанні мережі Інтернет у своїй роботі і для вирішення конкретних професійних завдань.

The aim of the study is a practical analysis of social network services as a place to store multimedia resources that allow you to store and share digital photos, audio and video recordings, text files, presentations, and organize resource discussions for free. They can be used as educational materials (educational videos, photos on various topics, audio and video recordings of scientists' speeches, eyewitnesses of events, etc.), as well as means to store student video, photo, audio files and creative works. Method. Theoretical materials of the research are the best practices of foreign and domestic scientists in the field of network communications and their impact on the future specialists preparing in geography and tourism, namely articles, monographs, abstracts, dissertations. The study uses the method of theoretical materials analysis, as well as methods of observation, abstraction in identifying the qualification characteristics of social Internet networks. Content analysis (analysis of the social networks community messages content); statistical and comparative information analysis was carried out. Empirical research on the social Internet networks lies in creating and filling a community on the social Internet network, as well as engaging students in that community. Results. In the research it was found out that social networks can be used to solve the following tasks: to organize the collective work of students in the classroom (and outside it), which will be favourable to the communication, to gain the team experience; to ensure the development of the students personalized learning environment; to promote students independent learning, as everyone works in his own rhythm; to promote informal communication between the tutor and the students; to change the tutor's role, who will become an assistant, friend, mentor; to create digital educational content of the disciplines. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that on the comprehensive analysis of social internet networks, internet blogs, tourist internet resources basis, their place and role in the information and educational environment of higher education institutions are determined, in particular: the specifics of the content, prospects and mechanisms of the development of the social Internet networks from the point of view of training future tourists are determined; the dependence of the functions of the Social Internet Network, Internet blogs on their structural elements is established. Practical significance. The obtained scientific results are used in the educational process of future specialists in the field of training "Tourism", with the educational qualification "tourism expert, organizer of excursion and animation activities" when teaching the disciplines "study of local lore and tourism", "tourist work", "recreational geography", "geography of Ukraine", "professional competencies in tourism business", "organization of tourist activities". The research practices can be used to conduct tourist, museum, local history, excursion and other types of student's practice.

Дана концепція охоплює все більше число областей людської життєдіяльності. В рамках концепції IoT розвивається напрямок - промисловий Інтернет речей (Industrial Internet of Things – IIoT), який охоплює питання створення гетерогенної інтелектуальної системи автоматизації роботи промислових об’єктів та підприємств. Системи IIoT використовуються в різних областях виробництва, таких як інтелектуальне виробництво, сільське господарство, виробництво електронних пристроїв, машинобудування, виробництво верстатів, автоматизація збору та обліку даних тощо. Відповідно до ITU-T Y.4003 «Overview of smart manufacturing in the context of the industrial Internet of things», IIoT – це концепція перетворення промисловості, яка використовує для цього існуючі і нові інформаційні та телекомунікаційні технології і заснована на концепції Інтернету речей. В рамках концепції IIoT проводиться автоматизація роботи промислового обладнання, розрахунки економічних показників, забезпечення безпеки працівників. The principles of construction and parameters of sensor network interfaces are characterized, which are characterized by a large number of sensors and a considerable distance of information transmission to the central point or server. The majority of sensors on the Internet of Things system have little performance. In this case, the sensor network requires protection against interference and interference. Only cable networks are eligible for this group of sensor networks. Sensor networks are most suitable for cable industrial networks. The analysis and comparison of industrial cable network interfaces shows that the most appropriate requirements are the RS-485 interface and its derivative interfaces. All industrial network cable interfaces are very good at satisfying one requirement and not meeting the other. Passive fiber optic network is the most satisfying. It is convenient to use passive fiber optic (PON) technologies to build such a network. There are currently quite a number of passive fiber splitter technologies that can be used to create a multipoint trunk or ring passive fiber optic network. Networks with fiber-optic encoders, which also have a large number for measuring different physical parameters, are very convenient and efficient. For the exchange of information in these networks, it is convenient to use the 1- wire interface protocol, which is supplemented by the use of frequency signals. Such networks will be lightweight and compact over time on moving objects and in hazardous conditions. The materials of the article are of interest for carrying out the educational process in universities, in particular at the Kyiv University named after B. Grinchenko.

In 2020, the Covid-19 epidemic was added to this list of factors, creating an additional impetus for the growth of online business. This situation causes significant changes in the implementation of marketing activities by enterprises. Digital marketing is an important tool that allows companies to achieve their marketing goals, as well as influence a large number of people at a relatively low cost. More and more consumers are spending a significant amount of time on the Internet searching for information, products and services, communicating with other consumers about their experience and interaction with companies. The purpose of this article is to substantiate the theoretical and practical provisions of the use of digital marketing in the enterprise, to characterize the possibilities of using social networks as a tool of digital marketing, taking into account their features, limitations and advantages. The article substantiates that in modern conditions it is not enough to have only a website for the enterprise. Social networks play an increasingly important role not only in people’s lives, but also in business activities, which is an additional but important way to attract the attention of potential customers and promote trust. The most effective ways to use Facebook as a marketing tool are analyzed (direct advertising, social posting, detailed audience analysis, link sharing). It also describes a number of features that should be considered for forming a digital marketing strategy in 2021 and 2022. It is concluded that marketing in social networks can be a valuable tool that will help create an Internet brand awareness for the company, increase trust in it and develop the demand for goods and services.

The paper investigates the architecture of the 5G network and proposed a variant of the SCOM based parameter monitoring system. You can use this system to collect and analyze network performance information, detect deviations, and notify them for timely removal. Technologies were introduced for the use of the fifth generation GPP mobile network of the fifth generation. Analyzed and proposed for implementation. The current capabilities of the 5th generation network and the technologies for their implementation were also explored. This paper analyzes and provides recommendations for the implementation of the following servers. 5G networks make it possible to significantly increase data rates through various radio access technologies (RATs), and through the use of new 5G NR (New Radio) radio spectrum. Smart Home and Smart Building are available in a variety of different Internet of Things (IoT) services: video surveillance, home automation and control, security management, and more. Virtual Reality (VR) service creates the illusion of moving a person to another world, affecting the sense organs, especially the sight (VR-glasses). Augmented Reality (Augmented Reality) Augmented Reality service combines a real environment with virtual objects. These services are intended not only for entertainment but also for science. The 5G network, along with IoT Internet of Things technology, with the help of Industrial IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) sensors, as well as AI (Artificial Intelligence), can significantly increase the degree of automation of production. This gives the opportunity in real time to analyze large amounts of diverse data (Big Data), both on the basis of insights, and using machine and deep learning (Machine learning, Deep learning). These may include, for example, e-Health, Mission Critical Communication, Tactile Internet, and others. Unmanned transport may be used as part of the Smart City service, but may exist separately. Also on the 5G platform it is possible to implement ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) driver assistance systems.

The main topic of the article is the research of information and communication technologies which are used in Internet with the purpose of advertising and PR technologies. It presents a promising trend of content use in the network space, which involves the use of web 3.0 technologies (automated management of information processes). The tools defined and characterized by the author are innovative and have a wide range of using for theoretical and methodological research as well as a practice. These technologies make possible reducing of material costs and improvement of the quality of work with content and acceleration of its distribution. The tools presented are of great importance for improving of such traditional marketing communications as advertising and PR. The systems characterized by the author are online services with wide access by Internet users for free and for a fee. Among the most popular services, today there are: SMM Box, RePublic, NovaPress Publisher, SMM Aero, Kuku. io, Publbox, Postmypost. These software products have a convenient interface and a simple navigation system, which makes them open even for inexperienced users.

The objective of the study is to examine the presentation of gastronomic culture in the infor-mation space. The task of the study is to analyze the current state of presentation of gastronomic culture in social networks. The main methods used for theoretical research were theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem as well as monitoring and generalization of social net-works that present gastronomic culture. Results & Conclusions. The current state of presentation of gastronomic culture in social networks is analyzed. It has been ascertained that gastronomic culture is represented by the diverse views of both professionals and amateurs; the internet vid-eos in social networks reflect not only the cultural status of the present, but also have an impact significantly on its formation and determine the system of evaluation and directions for devel-opment of culinary culture. Thus, they become a significant factor in formation and dissemina-tion of ideas about what the food and culture of its consumption should be. This gives grounds to state that cooking videos in the internet are now becoming one of the central and most effec-tive ways of establishing the norms of gastronomic culture in the society. The cooking videos should be considered as special forms of gastronomic presentation, closely connected to the dominants of socio-cultural context, which fix and disseminate the norms of gastronomic cul-ture, thereby ensuring its sustainability.

<p class="western"><strong><em>The purpose</em></strong><em> of the study is to analyze and determine the effectiveness of the promotion of dental services in social networks.</em></p><p class="western"><strong><em>The research methodology</em></strong><em> was carried out using the method of «goal tree» in Internet marketing strategic planning of the organization of information and advertising support of dental activities in social networks; method of functional modeling, namely the data flow diagrams in Gane-Sarson notation and the decomposition of the context diagram for the development of information and advertising support of the dentist in social networks, was also used. To solve the tasks set in the work, a theoretical analysis of the scientific literature was also conducted and review-analytical monitoring of the state of popularization of dental services on social networks was used as an Internet marketing strategy of a modern dentist. In addition, methods of analysis and synthesis were used to generalize and formulate conclusions.</em></p><p class="western"><strong><em>Results.</em></strong><em> To implement the marketing communication strategy of the presence of the dental office in social networks, the advantages and disadvantages of each of them were considered. The advantages of using Internet marketing strategy in social networks in dental activities are considered.</em></p><p class="western"><em>To achieve this goal, an information model was developed, namely the «tree of goals», which graphically depicts the step-by-step performance of tasks to achieve the goal. Also, a context diagram was created, which is a means of modeling the functional requirements of the organization of information and advertising activities of dental services and a diagram of the first level of decomposition of the main process. An informational and functional models are proposed to help in planning and conducting a marketing communication strategy for dental offices on social networks.</em></p><p class="western"><strong><em>Novelty.</em></strong><em> Despite the existence of separate studies in this area, the scientific novelty of the obtained results is that for the first time data flow diagrams and a tree of goals for the organization of information and advertising activities of dental offices on social networks were composed.</em></p><p class="western"><strong><em>Practical meaning</em></strong><em>. The influence of social networks on the formation of the manipulative aspect of political narratives in the postmodern is investigated. With the development of Web 2.0 technologies, Internet users have been able to radically form alternative sources of information alongside the main political actors, to which only the media previously had a monopoly. Today, regular Internet users have access to a simple and affordable way to broadcast their own stories to a global audience. The formation of a political narrative is not only a means of changing the rules of the political game or political consciousness, but also the creation of a certain illusory world, changing the previously formed picture of the world. One of the main aspects in creating a political narrative is to take into account the peculiarities of the national character of the audience among which it is distributed, and the most powerful element determining its success is the appropriate emotional load.

Social networks are a modern communication trend performing various functions in society. One of them is a source of information for the media. The article examines theoretical aspects of usage of social networks in Internet media, content analysis of Internet media materials that use information from social networks, highlights the topics of such materials, ways to use information from social networks, evidence and argumentation of information. In order to achieve this goal, we conducted a study that consisted of several stages. The first is an analysis of theoretical basis. We have studied the research of the Ukrainian and foreign researchers on social networks and the possibilities of using them as a source of information in journalism. After that, a content analysis of materials of all-Ukrainian and regional Internet media was carried out for the presence of links to social networks, in particular text links, screens, photos or videos. Technologically, it looked like this: we introduced a search query for the phrases «social networks», «in the social network», «form social networks» in search engines, filtering the results in the news for April-May 2020. It produced almost 200 results (N = 197). The object of content analysis was information materials placed in the newsfeed, as well as publications placed in the top sections. Next, we analyzed the topic, the argumentation of the materials, the availability of additional comments, links to official sources, resources, and so on. We also singled out those materials whose content seemed questionable, contained emotional headlines, insufficient evidence, manipulation, and so on. The conclusions state that despite the multi-vector use of information from social networks in the Internet media, journalists must adhere to journalistic standards, check the information so as not to spread misinformation.
