Projekt Alma Mater Studiorum, který byl realizován v letech 2010-2012, se zaměřuje na další vzdělávání učitelů a pedagogických pracovníků Středočeského kraje v oblasti EVVO (environmentální výchova, vzdělávání a osvěta). V rámci projektu vytvořili odborníci (lektoři) z různých pracovišť převážně Univerzity Karlovy 22 kurzů (15 seminářů a 7 exkurzí), které byly následně akreditovány MŠMT a ke kterým byly připraveny informační brožurky. Celkově bylo projektem podpořeno více 961 účastníků z řad cílové skupiny. V tomto příspěvku popíšeme proces tvorby seminářů a exkurzí (počínaje výzkumným hledáním témat – „bílých míst“ české EVVO, konče výběrem lektorů) a podělíme se s nabytými zkušenostmi. Ve výzkumné části příspěvku budeme hodnotit několik vybraných otázek z dotazníku, který účastníci vyplňovali.

Particular parts of the project 'Uniform Education System for Expert Activities' are listed and described in this dissertation. Legal approaches to the issue of expert activities in selected European countries were mapped on the basis of researches. The fact that the current legal regulation of expert activities in the Czech Republic does not include the obligation of the lifelong learning of experts, does not specify the ways and forms of verifying of qualification requirements before appointing to the office, and also does not provide for the further educating after the registering on the list of experts, is seen as a problematic situation. The suggested system is divided in two basic parts: before registering the expert on the list of experts, focusing on the qualification requirements and the way of their verification by administrative authorities, and after appointing to the office and registering to the central list of experts, focusing on lifelong learning during the whole time of practising of the profession, as well as on the form and content. Some basic methods of sociological survey (especially introductory seminars and questionnaire surveys) were used as the information source. These dates were evaluated and applicable conclusions were compiled and integrated into in more detail described components parts of the suggested education system, in which also the already existing training courses and workshops were taken in consideration. For the purpose of regular verifying of expert's professional qualification, a credit system was developed, as well as the periodicity of verifying of the expert's professional qualification and the form of record keeping in the Index of Expert's Professionalism.

The diploma thesis Possibilities of seminars of creative writing in high school seeks to describe and theoretically explicate the implementation of creative writing into high school education. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part focuses on the author's conception of creative writing, on the possibilities and components of creative writing understood as both a teaching method and a subject. The section also deals with the interconnection of teaching of creative writing and the Framework Educational Programme. In particular, it discusses the relation of the subject to key competencies and cross-curricular subject. The main goal of the theoretical part is to propose a creative writing thematic plan for high school. In the practical part, concrete activities and preparations for teaching of creative writing are presented. Furthermore, the part includes description of the course of some lessons and also reflection of lessons that have already been given from the teacher's and students' perspective. The purpose of the diploma thesis is twofold. First, it consists in the evaluation of the use of creative writing teaching in high school with regard to its background in curricular documents. Correspondence physics competition of MFF UK - FYKOS - is extracurricular physical educational activity organized by university students for upper secondary school students. FYKOS is organized by Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University in Prague (MFF UK). FYKOS' main goals are: dissemination of physics, education of upper secondary school students, establishing conditions for creation of social bindings between participants (and organizers) and propagation of possibility of studies at MFF UK. This work is the first complete text about running of FYKOS and it is also the first systematical feedback from FYKOS' participants and FYKOS' organizers. The first part is a description of all FYKOS' activities (correspondence part, camps, FYKOSí Fyziklání and others). The second chapter includes an analysis of statistical survey of FYKOS' participants. Other chapters are dedicated to the description of gathering feedback and its interpretation. The aim of this diploma thesis is to formulate a strategy for lifelong education of the state forest administration authorities' workers. The Ministry of Agriculture runs the education in the state and public administration on the basis of the Education Conception of the Ministry of Agriculture for the years of 2015-2020. This conception outlines education of state and public administration workers with departmental specialization. It determines the basic frame of lifelong education of all workers with departmental specialization. Yet there is no detailed strategy for particular domains of the department which would respond to real needs in practice. The strategy proposed in this thesis focuses on state forest administration workers at municipalities and regional offices. It is based on results of previous research which surveys the situation of state forest administration workers from the point of view of their work performance. Our research, which makes part of this thesis, is focused on their vocational lifelong education and surveys their needs concerning work performance and preferred forms and tools of further special education. The theoretical part is focused on the personality of Rudolf Steiner and his philosophy, followed by the formation and spread of Waldorf-type schools in the Czech republic. Next, it is focused on the Association of Waldorf schools and the Association of Waldofrn kindergartens, which support the education of Waldorf teachers. Thesis is focused on management of conflicts which could arise work environment. Theoretical part of thesis is centered around social and psychological apects of work interactions, its significance and influence on work performance, sums up undesirable phenomena at workspace. Last chapter is about conflicts and their solutions. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the current climate in the selected organization. It investigates how the selected organization has so far solved the social behavior of its employees in the workplace. The basic theme of this work is characterization of the role of Special Educational Centre in the training of teaching staff educating pupils and children with autism spectrum disorder. Theoretical knowledge in the field of autism and education of individuals with disabilities is compared with the content of specific educational seminars and with questionnaire survey from its participants. The analysis of the survey documents and reflects the needs of teachers and it is the basis for the workshop design optimization as well. The result of the presented work emphasizes the need to professionally educate teachers in the field of autism.
