The thesis inquires into the area of electronic education in the form of educational portals. It aims to carry out a research of educational portals on the Czech market and subsequent analysis of the portals, which offer users the services for the support of education and schooling. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on defining the terms of formal and non-formal education, describes examples of their usage. Furthermore, it deals with electronic education in the form of e-learning, defines e-learning from different points of view, and describes its historical development, forms and instruments. The thesis is focused on learning materials at University of Economics Prague. In the con-text of modern trends in tertiary education it highlights opportunities to improve learning process with electronic learning materials. This is the proposal of the new utilization of the former recreational centre, which is situated in the beautiful surrounding of the Brno lake. It has been abandoned for many years and is suffering from decay. It has been built in the 1970's for the demand of the Socialistic youth union (remark: the youth organisation of the communist's party). There were held international political conventions and educational sojourns for the students of high schools and universities. The new utilization will be analogous. Only the communist's ideals will be replaced with the ideals of today's democratical society – especially friendly relations between mankind and environment. There will be created the environmental educational centre with the meeting spaces, conference hall and accomodation. The universal concept enables the usage of the facility also for the international students' workshops, training courses, teambuilding events etc. The ecological educational centre primarily makes the good example and is the live educational requisite. Thanks to the concept of the original facility is very convenient the refurbishment to the standard of the energetically passive building, which consists from the natural materials and utilizes renewable energy resources. Because of the very poor technical condition and devastation of the building will be re-used only basement and steel framework. This solution is more economical than the demolition and following new construction. The construction core of the building is almost for free. However, only if we make minimal changes in the framework and we preserve the original building's shape. On the steel framework will be created the new lightweight housing, which will be made from wood, straw pannels and filled with the cannabis thermal insulation. Almost all the roofs will be covered with the photovoltaic foils and the heat source will be air heat pump. The area is very pleasant place to stay. It's full of sunshine all day long and offers very beautiful view of the lake. The main building and bungalows profit of the attractive views. All the former recreational area has was designed to make the people meeting together and to provide the freedom of move and wide variety of activities. However, the rooms and bungalows provide the highest privacy. The inside and outside of the buildings are shading into each other. All the recreational ground – in exterior and interior – is full of liveliness, in the opposite of the rooms, which are the private islands. This aspect, which is present in the former concept from the 1970's, is to be preserved. The former hotel building is distinguished by the quality architectural concept, above-average in the age of origin. It is thanks to the dynamically balanced composition – inspirative today too, and visually interesting interior design of the meeting spaces. This proposal attempts to continue in this qualities. The ground is enriched with the relaxational spaces and the outside gym path. In the opposite of the original state the area is open to the public and is utilized as a park for leisure activities.

This thesis deals with activation methods in teaching Chemistry with support of mobile applications. The theoretical part deals with the topic of digital literacy. By analyzing the document Recommendations of the Council of the European Union focusing on key competences for life- long learning, it was concluded that a digital competence is one of their components. Therefore it is highly desirable for schools to include digital technologies in their curricula to develop pupils' skills in using them. In addition, the theoretical part introduces the concepts related to mobile learning and activation teaching methods. Consequnetly, specific mobile applications and activation teaching methods are introduced and used in the practical part. The practical part is devoted to the didactic design of nine activities for teaching Chemistry. The activation of students with the support of monile applications is emphasised in this part of the thesis. All activities have been developed using the CMIARE didactic cycle (goal, method, instruction, action, reflection, evaluation) which brings many elements of formative assessment. Demonstrations are considered an important illustrative tool in chemistry education. Quite often teachers use demonstrations of experiments and multimedia demonstrations. Besides, "non-experimental" demonstrations might also be useful, such as material models and demonstrations based on macroscopic analogy that can be usually carried out only with household items and materials. This dissertation is especially aimed at selecting appropriate demonstrations, at their design, development and use of "non-experimental" demonstrations. Moreover, special attention was paid to the interdisciplinary demonstrations concerning the nanoworld, so called "nanodemonstrations". All "nanodemonstrations" presented are safe, cheap and rather timesaving. Furthermore, they can be carried out in a form of lecture and / or students' demonstration. Newly created as well as adopted (and modified) "nanodemonstrations" were collected into the Czech database of "nanodemonstrations". The paper handles several theoretical and methodological aspects of the relationship between media and education, namely the role of educative media in education as such. The theoretical part includes an analysis of the RVP for grammar schools and sports grammar schools, a literature search on the topic of support substances i sport and the theory of didactic research. The practical part contains an evaluation of the questionnaire survey, which examines pupils' knowledge about nutritional supplements focused on sport, and evaluation of the evaluation questionnaire, which is served as a feedback reflection in verifying didactic materials. Furthermore, in the practical part there is created technical text for teachers, presentations with didactic notes, worksheet including author's solution and didactic game verifying knowledge after the subject's interpretation.

Nuclear magnetic resonance is an important, irreplaceable and very common method used in chemistry and medicine. From this perspective, it is highly desirable to implement NMR spectroscopy into high school education. But unfortunately there is not enough material in the Czech language, which would correspond to a high school student's level of knowledge. This thesis looks at creating support materials for teaching NMR spectroscopy and the possibilities of its implementation into high school education. For this purpose, following materials were prepared: an educational text, tests and a database of measured spectra (appendix on CD). Materials were tested in the form of a directed interview and then modified according to the results. This testing confirmed that the text is clear, motivating, and that this topic would be appreciated by both students and teachers. Master's thesis in all free sections deals with processing colour matter, its possibilities of application in artwork and specifically focusing on gestural and procedual artwork. At first this question is being analyzed from the theoretical point of view, when the thesis is devoted to an overview of selected artists and in their artwork they provide examples of various innovative ways of working with color. Subsequently this gained knowledge is applied in the educational process, where this topic was connected with defined intentions and objectives in the implementation of art assigments. They were held in an art education field teaching practice in primary school, high school and in a private primary art school. The results and data from this practice have been used in a research probe which works with analysis, open coding and conceptual maps. In the conclusion, its findings are summarized in a interpretive report. The thesis also includes author's artwork, which fulfills its illustrative function and personal expression to the topic. It includes both theoretical aspects as well as some knowledge of didactics. The artwork is aswell conceived as self-verifying of non-traditional techniques and even own point of view of the world.

The first part defines the concept of dynamic visual proof and is placed in the context of proving in mathematics as a subject of science and in mathematics as a subject taught at school. The digital component of the dissertation is a collection of 19 applets with dynamic visual proofs created in the GeoGebra program and arranged in thematic chapters in the so-called GeoGebra-Book, available on-line on geogebra.org. In the second part of the work the research focused on the use of dynamic visual proofs in secondary school mathematics lessons and their influence on fulfilment of educational objectives is described. This a qualitative research where a case study focused on the detailed study of a mathematics teacher who uses dynamic visual proofs in her class. This dissertation deals with the issue of continuous elimination methods in intensive care, and of subsequently creating teaching materials for incoming nurses. The goal was to create teaching materials for incoming nurses. These teaching materials should help incoming nurses work with a device intended for continuous elimination methods. The dissertation is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The empirical part was implemented in the form of a qualitative research, using semi-structured interviews with respondents at the Accident and Emergency Ward of Nemocnice České Budějovice a.s. at the RES 2 station. The first stage of research was implemented by conducting interviews with the respondents. These interviews were recorded in the form of detailed notes which were later transcribed in order to prevent losses of data and inaccuracies. Subsequently, categories were established and, proceeding from these categories, schemes created using the ATLAS programme. The second stage consisted of creating an instruction video and teaching materials for incoming nurses. As a part of the third stage of research, the created video and teaching materials were presented at the Accident and Emergency Ward for evaluation. Then, interviews with the original respondents were re-conducted. During these interviews, the respondents were tasked with evaluating whether the teaching materials fulfil their needs and whether they will be usable in practice. The learned information was then arranged in corresponding schemes. Two goals were set with regards to the practical part. The first goal was to determine which form of teaching materials is suitable for incoming nurses. The second goal was to establish the benefits and usability of the created materials in practice. Based on the goals, two research questions were formulated. The first research question was: Is the form of the teaching materials suitable for incoming nurses? The second research question was: What is the benefit of the created materials in practice? Based on the research, it was discovered that most of the respondents would welcome teaching materials in the form of printed leaflets; however, opinions on the option of creating a video were also heard. Therefore, an instruction video, suitably complementing the printed leaflet, was created. The third part of research implied that most of the eight interviewed respondents were satisfied with the teaching materials. Three respondents suggested supplementing the printed leaflet with additional images. All eight respondents agreed that in their opinion, the provided teaching materials would make it easier for incoming nurses to familiarize themselves with the issues discussed. The head nurse at the Accident and Emergency Ward views the created teaching materials as beneficial. She intends to continue using these materials at her ward.

v anglickém jazyce The present M.A. thesis deals with teaching the Czech for foreigners in the preschool education institution. The work with the preschool children is connected with lots of specifics and thus it requires teacherʼs special attitude towards their very young learners. Children- foreigners often come from families, where nobody speaks Czech and their vocabulary is very restricted. Therefore, their inclusion into the Czech educational environment is not easy. In the theoretical part, at first we will focus on analysis of curriculum documents for preschool education, particularly with regard to children-foreigners. Afterwards, we will pay oneʼs attention to possibilities of support of integration of children-foreigners during education in Czech preschool institutions. After that, we will outline the aspects accompanying foreigners' integration into teaching and theoretical ways for child-foreigners integration process. At the end of the theoretical part, we characterize group and individual courses. Two case studies are subject of the empirical part and they contain the complex analysis of situation of children-foreigners in selected preschool institutions.

Topic: The Efficiency of Designing and Applying the Multimedia Study Materials in the Chemistry Instruction at Grammar schools (Transition Elements) Abstract Numerous researches prove, that the computer-supported learning content presentations are frequently applied within the process of instruction but the available results are general, global without focusing on respondents' age structure, detecting their interest in working with presentation programmes or correlation to teachers' computer literacy, i.e. using and designing their own computer-supported presentations of the learning content. These were the main reasons why the dissertation thesis focuses on the frequency of designing and using this type of presentations and multimedia objects according to the computer literacy level and the length of respondents' teaching practice in chemistry at grammar schools in the Czech Republic, mainly in the Moravian-Silesian region. This diploma thesis focuses on integration of pupils with different maternal language to Czech primary schools. It concludes legislation of integration of foreign pupils in the Czech Republic. It suggests methodology and activities that can help foreign pupils to integrate to Czech school environment. It describes unsuccessful proces of integration as well. Practical part of this thesis is a case study that describes conception of integration in concrete primary school.
