The aim of this Diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation of a construction part for realization of the new building of the production hall and administrative building in a city of Slavkov u Brna. According to the local zoning plan, both buildings are designed on a plot in the development part of the city. The selected plot is conveniently located due to good accessibility to the D1 motorway. The office building will consist of two above-ground floors. On the first floor there will be the management of the company and the head of the press, the economic and commercial department, hygienic facilities. On the second floor there wil be a graphic studio, a day room and a spacious terrace. The construction system of an office building will be a wall longitudinal. The ground plan of the object is rectangular. the roof is designed as a mono-pitched roof. The factory is a single-storey building. Inside the factory hall there will be a polygraphical technological equipment. The location of the machines is only indicative as well as their choice. The hall will have its own equipment equipped with air conditioning and heating. It is designed as a precast concrete frame. The system is designed longitudinal. The object is a rectangular ground plan with a saddle roof.

The main task of this project was to design a program for control system of dry concrete product handling line. This manufacturing line is controlled by a programmable logical controller Simatic S7 300 produced by Siemens company. A graphical touch panel TP 177A and a control desk with buttons are used as human machine interface. The developed program contains functions for control conveyors, manipulator and cleaning station. Management of formulations stored in PLC by operator is also included in program. The theoretical part deals with dimensioning of drives for two mechanical systems of this manufacturing line. Choice of power output of the electric motors depends on required torque. A fundamental principles and rules of five basic programming languages for PLC in accordance with standard IEC 61131-3 are specified here. The practical part describes project creation in Step 7 software and functions and capabilities of projected system by means of user manual.

This diploma thesis deals with virtual commissioning of production system which is located in the laboratories of the Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics at the BUT. The issue of virtual commissioning is described in the theoretical part of the thesis, followed by a description of each device located in this production system. The design of the 3D model, the design of the PLC control program and also the virtual commissioning itself are described in the practical part of the thesis. There is the creation of the robot‘s program described at the end of the thesis. Several Siemens software tools were used for virtual commissioning realization (TECNOMATIX Process Simulate, TIA Portal and PLCSIM Advanced 2.0).

At first is made review of existing shank cutting tool types, after that follows an analysis of cemented carbide tool material. In the next part of thesis is manufacturing technology of this tool, including review of grinding wheels, designed. Output of this work is procedure of program designing for manufacturing this tool in software Numroto. Next output is techno-economic evaluation of step hole manufacture with combined tool and comparison to conventional type of manufacture.

The aim of the Thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of voluntary instruments of environmental protection as an example of eco-labelling and to verify the hypothesis whether eco-labelling is an appropriate instrument to influence consumption and production of environmentally friendly products and services. Based on the characteristics of voluntary instruments of environmental protection this work defines the types of environmental labelling and evaluates under what conditions can be eco-labelling systems, both economically and environmentally, efficient. Focusing primarily on Type I environmental labelling on the basis of summaries of works already carried out, my Thesis studies and evaluates the importance and impact of this tool for consumers, businesses and the environment. The next part of the work is focused on the issue of environmentally preferable purchasing and green public procurement, mainly at the level of the Czech Republic. The practical part verifies the hypothesis about the effectiveness of eco-labelling for example, the National Programme for Labelling Environmentally friendly products and services of the Czech Republic and European Union eco-labelling system. The method of sample survey was conducted and analyzed to what extent these systems are successful at eco-labelling. The survey was conducted among consumers and users of eco-labelling - in the companies involved in the aforementioned eco-labelling systems. The survey was supplemented by the views of experts from the field and has been evaluated by their expert view on these voluntary instruments.

The diploma thesis is focused on draft of footrests for endure Honda Transalp XL700V of 2008. Attention is paid to the draft of the design of the footrest which is, which is designed for driving in light off-road. There is also described the issue if the choice of the material from aluminium alloy and the verification of the methods of the designed geometry using FEM and Rapid Prototyping. The diploma thesis deals with simulation of manufacturing of the order for production of 50 pieces of radial fans RFC 200 in company ALTEKO, Inc. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out whether it is under current conditions feasible to complete the order and deliver goods to customer in time. The order also includes selection of appropriate engine supplier using the methods of multicriteria evaluation of alternatives. The objective of the first three chapters is to familiarize reader with theoretical basis of multiple criteria decision making, simulation models and project management. The fourth part describes the concept of simulation program Simul8. The fifth part provides information about the company ALTEKO, its history and current business running. In the last chapter theoretical knowledge is used to real problem by using the most important tool simulation of manufacturing process. In the simulation current state of the manufacturing process is explored and proposals how to eliminate weak bottle necks of the process using the experimenting with the model. Based on the obtained results the possible solutions which should be helpful for improvement of company´s processes even in case that the order is completed in time will be proposed.

This thesis is concerned with the appropriate design of manufacturing technology for plastic program disc including the design of plastic printing technology. At the beginning of this thesis was made an analysis of requirements for manufactured device including selection of the most appropriate technology for its manufacturing – plastic injection. In the theoretical part are described all skills needed for designing and construction of the injection mould. Partial theoretical parts are concerned with the issue of plastic materials, tools and engines for injection, and of plastic printing technology. Practical part is concerned with description of design of each single system inside the injection mould including calculation. On the basis of these calculations was selected the appropriate injection engine. The end of the practical part is concerned with the selection of the appropriate engine for printing on the plastic device which is manufactured by the technology of plastic injection. For construction of the injection mould were applied normalities of the Hasco Company and the 3D CAD system Solidworks. The conclusion of this thesis achieves the technical- economical evaluation for manufacturing of designed plastic device.

The diploma thesis investigates issues of releasing a product on the market. It deals with its general safety and indicates its position in the area of intellectual property law. The main goal of the thesis is to offer a complex review of a means and ways of various products protection while they are being released on a consumer market by individual entrepreneuers with respect to different legal systems. One of the minor goal will discover the difficulty of product release on the market and will define in terms of legislation what each step includes and means for companies. The reader should understand the complexity of international law in the area of intellectual property law. The first chapter follows the prologue part and provide more information about the importance of product legal protection. The second chapter will enlighten complexity and difficulty of the term intellectual property itself. The third chapter is devoted to an analysis of international legal norms with respect to general legislation - international binding contracts and agreements. The fourth chapter is focused at term of trademark. The czech and european legislation will be compared. The fifth chapter describes computer legal protection and license contract. Again we will look into this issue from perspective of czech and european legislation. The sixth chapter will show the proper way of legal protection of actual american products.

This diploma thesis deals with corporate identity of a tractor manufacturer. For this purpose fictive company called Haart was created. The endeavour of this corporate identity is to make an image of a reliable company which specialises in the production of high-quality agricultural machines. This is accomplished by an orange-grey colour scheme where orange stands for living (agricultural production) and grey refers to lifeless (tractor is a machine). The final corporate identity is presented next to company stationery, merchandise, orientation graphics and web page also on the tractor designed within the pre-diploma project. For advertising graphics needs typeface Haart was created. Part of this diploma project is also the creation of a design manual. It describes all elements of Haart‘s corporate identity.

The present master thesis deals with the application of workshop programming and advanced CAD / CAM technology to the design and production of differential holder and eccentric of Formula Student car. The first part characterizes and describes the technology of milling, drilling and boring. There is also a selection of material to be machined, including the characteristics of aluminium and its alloys. The following section describes the construction of differential holder and eccentric in the parametric program Autodesk Inventor and creation of CNC programs using the workshop programming and CAM of PowerMILL system. The conclusion section refers to the production of both components in the training centre BOSCH DIESEL s.r.o in Jihlava. The thesis is concluded with a technical-economic evaluation and analysis of both proposed production variants.

The first part of the diploma thesis deals with a brief research of turning operations and the characteristic of vertical lathes with description of individual parts. There are described possibilities and a typical vertical lathe assortment and also representatives of Czech manufacturers of vertical lathes. In the second part, the thesis deals with elaboration of the design technology production of the selected component, including the NC program. First, a component and material is selected, a semi-finished product is designed, suitable machines and tools are selected and finally a technological process of production is developed. The theoretical part deals with gearboxes in general and the aluminium alloy from which a selected gearbox is manufactured. In the practical part, the machining of the gearbox is proposed according to the corresponding drawing. Gradually suitable machines are selected, then depending on their limits, clamping devices are designed, next a set of tools is selected and an NC program is generated. The technological process of production is proposed and the basic production costs are calculated.

Annotation:
Milk and milk products are irreplaceable in the children´s nutrition. Substances which milk contains assist children to the proper growth and development. The most important substances are for example proteins or calcium and therefore it´s necessary to feed children with milk. Children consume milk practically since birth. However, milk consumption may be associated with health problems, such as milk allergy or lactose intolerance. In order to increase the consumption of milk was introduced subsidized program "School Milk", which can be used by all kindergartens, primary and secondary schools in the Czech Republic. The research was based on a quantitative approach. The research tool has become a questionnaire given out to three grades of selected elementary school. Research shows that the selected students consume milk in sufficient amounts, especially cow's milk, which has chosen the 93.8% of respondents. It is primarily milk skimmed and not flavoured. Respondents prefer the most milk itself, then yogurt (56.9%), cheese (55.1%) and butter (50.2%), regardless of age or gender. Among the most popular cheeses include semi-hard cheese, which prefers the 82 respondents from a total of 225. Dislikes are then other fermented products such as sour buttermilk, which is preferred only by 7.6% of respondents, or kefir. Some of the products are completely unknown to the pupils. For example sour milk never tasted more than 71% of respondents. In the health effects and milk production pupils have very limited knowledge; especially pupils in lower grades have very limited knowledge. To name at least one important substance for human health was able to do less than half of the respondents. The most commonly mentioned was calcium and protein, and other substances only sporadically. Also knowledge of milk production has proven to be very tricky. A total of 56.9% of respondents said they do not know any dairy. Percentage using a subsidized program "School Milk" is very low. This program uses only 32.9% of pupils, especially in the lower grades. The research showed that 17.3% of students are overweight or obese, especially the girls in the 5th grade.

This diploma thesis deals with smoking school-based preventive programmes. The main aim of the thesis is to find out whether selected primary schools in the Czech Republic use and implement addictological preventive programmes and specific smoking preventive programmes. The work is based on theoretical background dealing with the phenomenon of smoking, its aetiology, its consequences, prevention, school prevention of risk behaviour and its importance in school education plans or school prevention methodologist as a one of the key actors in school prevention. Another aim is to clarify the use of smoking school-based preventive programmes, its provider, and how school prevention methodologist subjectively evaluates these programmes. A questionnaire was created for data collection, which was provided to all primary schools (or school prevention methodologist) in Prague, which are listed in the register of the Ministry of Education. The results of the research have shown that most of schools had an addictological prevention programme in their current or lasting school plan, nearly half of respondents confirmed realization of a smoking school-based preventive programme. The PhD thesis aims to establish the influence of the Rural Development Programme on the animal farming in the conditions of the Czech Republic, to establish potential influence on individual sectors out of available data, respectively how the individual sector changed after having received the subsidy, and to estimate how much money was allocated directly to the given sector (laying hens, pigs, cattle, sheep). The thesis is divided into seven chapters including the list of literature connected with the treated problems that is followed by an application part using the data of the headquarters of the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and the Integrated Farming Systems for the period of 2007-2012. The thesis focused on measure I.1.1.1.a) Modernisation of agricultural holdings -- animal farming, and on measure I.3.2. Setting up of young farmers. In compliance with the results of our thesis, we can state that the Rural Development Programme for the Czech Republic for the period of 2007-2012 contributed to maintaining or increasing the number of livestock in the North Moravian Region, it helped both to natural and legal persons to endure the difficult situation during the economic crisis, it secured a higher degree of competitiveness of agro sector, it contributed to preserving jobs in rural regions. Furthermore, it supported reconstructions or building of farm buildings and premises and buying new machines and technology. However, the thesis refers to some aspects which would be advisable to change in the new programme period of 2014-2020 in the sector of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic.

The thesis is aimed at an analysis of marketing organizations within the frame ot the Common Agricultural Policy. Marketing organizations are one ot the forms of co-operation and these are usually horizontal co-operation, i.e. at the same level ot the logistics chain. This form of co-operation is called marketing organizations or marketing co-operatives in the agrarian sector. Voluntary grouping of farmers into marketing organizations is common both in the Czech Republic and within the whole European Union. To conclud the thesis, it can be said that the existence of co-operation is very important for functioning of agriculture and that agribusiness without any membership in any co-operative association is often very difficult.
