The program for developing and upholding the rights of children associated with the law in class II A Tanjung Raja prison was a topic of concern, and study was conducted as a result for the purpose of addressing it. How tutoring for youth who break the law is implemented in Class II A Tanjung Raja Prison. and How to Comply with Children's Legal Rights in Class II A Children's Correctional Institution Tanjung Raja. The form of sociological legal research, the nature of the descriptive analytical research, and the data used in the study were chosen to explore the aforementioned issues. Primary data was gathered by conducting interviews with relevant individuals, especially prison officers. Explanations and main and secondary legal resources like dictionaries, encyclopedias, and others are the ones with the most precise legal information. Based on the research's findings, specifically: According to Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, coaching of children who are prisoners is oriented to social values, and in the Class IIA Tanjung Raja prison, intramural treatment is carried out, guidance is provided to children who are in conflict with the law. Observation of children's legal rights in Tanjung Raja Class II The construction of a children's prison takes into account the existing infrastructure and amenities, and one of those fulfillments is the ability to allow children to have family visits. Because of worries that it may hinder the spread of Covid 19, the execution of children's rights in Tanjung Raja Prison continues to go well and is approved selectively throughout this epidemic, especially for temporary inmates.

This paper focuses on increasing public awareness about the importance of obtaining a trading business license in Giri Madia Village, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency. The formulation of the problem in this paper is what are the benefits of administering a trading business license and what is the mechanism for obtaining a trading business license. The type of research used in this study is Normative-Empirical Research with Statute Approach, Conceptual Approach and Sociological Approach. This paper uses legal materials consisting of primary legal materials, namely Law No. 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises,Regulation of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia No. 07/M-Dag/PER/2/ 2017 Regarding the Third Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 36/M-Dag/PER/9/2007 concerning Issuance of Trading Business Permits and Regulation of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia No. 50 of 2020 concerning Provisions for Business Licenses, Advertising, Guidance and Supervision of Business Actors in Trade Through Electronic Systems. Secondary Legal Materials, namely literature and scientific articles relating to the issues raised in this study and Tertiary Legal Materials consisting of legal dictionaries and encyclopedias. The technique of collecting legal material/data used in this study is Documentation Studies and Interviews with Analysis of Legal Materials, namely Qualitative Descriptive Analysis with deductive conclusions. The results of this study are that the people of Giri Madia Village have increased their understanding and enthusiasm for managing trade business permits in running a business either directly or through E-Commerce. Apart from that, the benefits of having a business license are opening up access for MSME actors to obtain credit at financial institutions.

This research aims to describe the paradigm of humanistic learning theory in implementing innovative learning in elementary school. The method used in this research is library research which data comes from various sources, both from libraries and various websites that exist on the internet. The source are books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, and others. Techniques in collecting data that used in this study is documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The results of this study attempt to illustrate that innovative learning is a learning designed by teachers in new way. The new design made to facilitate learners in building knowledge in the process of behavior change. In addition, the theory of humanistic learning is a theory that helps learners to enjoy learning on subject matter in developing the potential of students themselves to a better direction. Thus, humanistic learning theory can be used to implement innovative learning in primary schools. Humanistic learning theory emphasizes guidance education, develops and directs students basic potential in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Keywords: learning theory, humanistic, innovative learning ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan paradigma teori belajar humanistik dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode library research yang data-datanya berasal dari berbagai sumber, baik dari perpustakaan maupun berbagai website yang ada di internet meliputi buku, ensiklopedi, kamus, jurnal, dokumen, majalah, dan lain-lain. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini berusaha menggambarkan bahwa pembelajaran inovatif merupakan pembelajaran yang dirancang oleh guru yang sifatnya baru, untuk menfasilitasi peserta didik dalam membangun pengetahuannya pada proses perubahan perilaku. Di samping itu, teori belajar humanistik merupakan sebuah teori yang membantu peserta didik untuk senang belajar pada suatu objek atau materi pelajaran dalam mengembangkan potensi diri peserta didik ke arah yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian teori belajar humanistik dapat digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah dasar. Teori belajar humanistik menekankan pada pendidikan membimbing, mengembangkan dan mengarahkan potensi dasar peserta didik baik dari segi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. The purpose of this research is to find out whether general elections simultaneously have an influence on strengthening presidential systems. To find out the implications of simultaneous elections on elections in Indonesia. The research method in this study uses a normative juridical approach used to study or analyze secondary data in the form of legal materials, especially primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Primary legal material is the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections, Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 14 / PUU-XI / 2013 etc. Secondary legal materials are those that provide explanations and interpretations of sources of primary legal materials such as law books, legal journals, and others. Tertiary legal materials are legal materials that provide guidance or explanation of primary and secondary legal materials such as legal dictionaries, encyclopedias, and related documents. The results of the study were argued that the holding of elections simultaneously with the plurality system itself actually tended to produce few presidential candidates. When presidential elections the supporters of candidates in this system tend to ignore candidates who are not competitive (non-viable) so they can focus on the top two candidates. This encouraged a coalition process between parties from the start because there was only one election round. The party that should submit its own candidate but the candidate is less competitive tends to drop the candidate and endorse one of the two most competitive candidates. The plurality system, if implemented separately from the legislative elections, the parties in the legislative elections do not need to think about the influence of the presidential election. This plurality mechanism affects parties when carried out simultaneously with legislative elections. The parties tend to nominate one of the two most competitive candidates, and lead to gathering support for the legislative parties in the two candidates. When one of the candidates wins the presidential election, then support for the president in the legislature tends to be the majority or close to the majority. The combination of the presidential plurality election system carried out simultaneously with legislative elections is the most likely to help strengthen multi-party presidential systems. Thus the simultaneous implementation of elections will strengthen the presidential system in which the President and Vice-President are elected to gain strong legitimacy from the people, in order to realize the effectiveness of government and also the support base of the DPR.

Hasil penelitian ini berusaha menggambarkan pendekatan humanistik merupakan sebuah pendekatan yang membantu peserta didik untuk senang belajar pada suatu objek atau materi pelajaran dalam mengembangkan potensi diri peserta didik ke arah yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian pendekatanhumanistik dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Pendekatan humanistik menekankan pada pendidikan membimbing, mengembangkan dan mengarahkan potensi dasar peserta didik baik dari segi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor.
