The diploma thesis deals with the influences on business planning, to which companies adapt in effort to succeed in a dynamic production and market environment. The influencing effect causing changes in the production company and the ability to react flexibly can eliminate possible losses or outages in production. However, adaptation leads to significant interventions throughout the company's value chain. The theoretical part presents the possibilities of business planning, which can have a significantly useful impact on management of the order across the pre-production and production stages. In the practical part, simulation models are demonstrated proofing nagative influencing effects. Then the methodology is compiled, witch leads the future user, how to limit or eliminate both internal and external disturbing effects.

This master´s thesis examines the factors that influence the usual price of real estate. The different types of real estate are different influences which it operates and also vary the intensity of their action. Annotation:

The subject matter of this dissertation thesis is a proposal for a method of valuation of special effects that with impact on real estate prices. It deals with proposed procedures for valuation of intangible assets, and definitions of such property. Special effects are in particular name, historical value, design, quality of layout, security aspects, accessibility, conflictful groups of inhabitants in or near the property, and location. The value of special effects can be calculated as the difference between usual value and the material value of such property without coefficients of merchantability. For appraisal by official price, the thesis suggests to amend certain provisions and sections of the Act on Property Valuation No. 151/1997 Coll., and the implementing regulation of this Act, as amended. Part of the methodology is a general proposal for a method how to divide the assets into tangible and intangible part. As concerns the concrete procedure when calculating real estate prices, the thesis specifies procedure for special effects valuation. A form of cumulative matrix comprising all such effects has been drafted. Prices in single methodologies for assets valuation has to be adjusted by reasonable quantity of impact. For real estate on the territory of the Czech Republic will be used also coefficients of merchantability Kp in accordance with the price regulation considering their development in historical statistics.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out and evaluate the influences affecting the price of building lands in the given region. Furthermore, the results are confronted with the valuation decree. In the theoretical part are given the definitions of building lands according to different legal regulations. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out and evaluate the influences affecting the price of building land in the city of Brno. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concepts of laws relating to building land. Selected land is located in the city of Brno, which also analyzes the market of building plots. In addition, the aspects that influence the price of the building land in the valuation according to the price regulation are summarized. The analytical part is focused on the land to which the price data was published in the cadastre of real estate, which are then confronted with the valuation decree. In the end, the informations obtained are evaluated.

This diploma thesis deals with the technology of high pressure die casting and especially influences having effect on their final quality. The aim of this thesis is to design the measures to convert casting of the cylinder for chainsaw into the serial production. The thesis contains a description of the production of castings by technology of high pressure die casting, theoretical analysis of the factors with effects on their final quality and practical description of the conversion casting of cylinder for chainsaw into the serial production. The problem of converting to serial production has been solved by several samplings and final test series. Part of each sampling is analysis of defects and design of measures leading to elimination or at least minimization of such defects. On the basis of the production process has been successfully optimized and casting of the cylinder for chainsaw was successfully converted into the serial production. The results of this work also allowed for a smooth conversion into the serial production of another type of cylinder, manufactured by company MOTOR JIKOV.

This thesis studies the influences which affect the price of building land in Uherské Hradiště and Staré Město. The second part of this thesis focuses on reporting the results of the analysis. Finally, the thesis contains a comparison of real prices of building land to prices stated in the decree of valuation. The thesis analyses 38 building land. Results are compared with the decree of valuation.

Diploma thesis is focused on influences on the creation and size of interpenetration layers during lacquering of polycarbonate mouldings. In the diploma thesis there is a complete description of the production of the external lens for the automobile headlight. The experimental part consists of five experiments. The subject of the experiment is to find the most optimal process settings or other solutions that would lead to positive results of chemical tests. During the tests the individual phases of the production process are examined. After each experiment follows execution and evaluation of chemical tests in the reliability laboratory.

The diploma thesis is focused on drawing up a strategic development plan of the small family business operating in minibus transport services. The theoretical part deals with definitions and assumptions about a possible development and growth of companies, specific features of a family business including descriptions of selected analytical and research methods used in these issues. The second, analytical part of the thesis contains practical application of selected methods of a business environmental analysis with the aim to identify key factors influencing the company. Subsequently, the choice of an appropriate alternative to the strategic development of the company is based on the results of the analyses and research. This thesis examines the issue of rennets. In this work the basic structure of milk is described, then characteristics and rennets division and it´s principle during milk coagulation. Furthermore I have tried to describe factors, which influence thein efficiency and principles during using rennets. This work also includes working proces of milk curdling and dose calculation. In practical part the aktivity of rennet was observed during different storage conditions, influence on yield and quality of curd after 2 minutes dripping. The strength of rennet was fixed, the dose of the rennet needed to curd 1000 l of milk. For the setting was used recombinant milk powder according to IDF requirements. The samples of rennets were tried on the semi-skimmed milk and the whole milk. The four months storage in the fridge has dropped the activity of rennet down 19 % and during laboratory temperature down 27 %. To cut down the activity of rennets has increased the dose of rennet needed for curdling 1000 l of milk and the price of rennet. The most stability was rennet Laktosin, the most degradation rennet Laktochym.

The aim of the thesis was to evaluate factors influencing the market production of bulls and pigs. For bulls , I focused on the influence of breed , carcass weight and influence of age . In pigs, I watched the effect of carcass weight ( HJUT ) . I started from the measured data that have been gathered under demolition leaves carcasses of bulls and pigs. From these data, I analyzed the impact on bulls breed Holstein cattle , Czech Pied cattle and Holstein crossbreds and Czech Pied cattle. Then I dealt with a market value of pigs and bulls , which I set as the sum of the prices of individual cut-out parts of their carcasses. I assessed the relationship of cutting prices of individual parts of the total sales of carcasses of bulls and pigs. Likewise, I also evaluate the weight of each cut-out portion to the total weight of carcasses of bulls and pigs. Regarding the relationship between výsekovými parts of carcasses of pigs and bulls and total prices for slaughtered uprané body , the highest value of the correlation coefficient in pigs ( r = 0.9958 ) was found in the leg , with the bulls u perk (r = 0.9073 ) .

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of selected influences acting on the commercial production of Charolais cows. I evaluated the influence of the number of cows kept, the number of calves born, mortality and adverse selection. Herd turnover was monitored in Tvrdkovská zemědělska farma for one year. In each month were determined inputs and outputs in all categories. After evaluating the effects, I found that for market production is the most important number of calves born. Funds from the sale of calves make up the largest sales. Farm in 2013 earned a total of 5,993,582 CZK. For the sale of calves 3,836,916 CZK. Another factor increasing sales was sale of discarded pieces, which makes farms earned 2,156,666 CZK.

In the present work we strive to describe those political phenomena which influenced, directly or indirectly, Radiojournal Ltd., the only radio broadcaster in Czechoslovakia during 1923 - 1939. However, it is the period of the so-called 'second republic' that can be approximately set between the conclusion of the Munich Pact at the end of September 1938 and the occupation of the rest of Czechoslovakia on 15th March 1939, which is in the centre of our attention. At that time, the system of politics, power and social situation underwent a reconstitution marked above all by centralising efforts hand in hand with the suppression of liberal and democratic principles. Sometimes we talk about the so-called 'authoritative democracy'. Radiojournal could not escape these changes. Formally, it was a private company with 51 % of shares owned by the state. And civil servants or politicians themselves were members of the managing and supervisory bodies of this institution ever since 1925. This situation was maintained also during the 'second republic' when the grip of the state became even stronger. In the new situation, proposals were made to nationalize the institution. The objective of this thesis is the creation of econometric models of selling and rental prices of apartments in Brno, depending on the selected factors. Problems of the real estate market are outlined here and they are based on the Literature review. In the part Methodology different characteristics of apartments are described, whose influence on the level of sales and rental prices for apartments is verified in the part Results using multivariate regression analysis. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the chosen influences which effects the weight of lambs in the age of 100 days of breed texel. The evalution was done from 2013 to 2016 and the basic data set is consisted of 1149 lambs. The observed effects were sex, litter size, month of birth, year of birth, mother's age, father's line, and mother's father line. There was found a statistically highly significant difference in the monitoring of sex influence in male lambs (34,69 kg). A statistically significant difference was found in singles (35,14 kg) when evaluating the influence of litter size. There was found a statistically significant differences between the lambs born in May (36,78 kg) and February (37,29 kg), according to the influence of the month of birth. There is also the influence of the year of birth, a statistically highly significant difference was found between 2016 and 2015. There wasn't found a statistically significant difference in the influence of the mother's age. The influence of the father's line proved a statistically highly significant differences in the TAXI line (36,81 kg) and TAYLOR (37,76 kg). The evaluating of the influence of the mother's father line didn´t show a statistically significant difference in the TRISK line (48,50 kg). There wasn´t found a statistically significant difference in interaction of mother's father line and litter size.

The aim of this study was to determine how resting behavior is affected by time of day, temperature and seasons in cattle at the pasture. The experiment took place from spring to autumn, on a farm in the village of Bystřice and its surroundings. The herd was always monitored for 10h and individual expressions of life were recorded every 15 min. At the same time, temperature was measured in the interval of 30 minutes. With Charolais cattle were monitored frequencies of lying/standing and preferential behavior of cattle while resting such as preference of left or right side of the body and the choice between sunny or shady place for lying/standing. Time of day especially had an influence on the choice between lying in the sun or shade. Animals during the morning hours prefer lying in the sun, after 13 h herd opted shadow. Regarding temperature, there was mainly influenced preferential behavior, in terms of choosing a place to rest. With increasing temperature, animals statistically significantly preferred a shady place to lie down. On the contrary, it was evident that at colder temperatures animals liked to lying down on the sun. The ratio of lying and standing animals was slightly influenced by temperature and animals were mostly lying more than standing. Seasons influenced both the selection of places to rest as well as the ratio of standing and lying animals. Bigger amount of the animals were recorded standing at spring. In contrast, in the summer and fall, herd was lying more often. In spring and autumn, animals preferred lying in the sun and in the summer herd preferred lying down in the shade. There were also monitored other vital signs, such as movement, food intake, water intake, urination and defecation, comfortable and social behavior.

The aim of this thesis was to assess and evaluate various influences on somatic cell count of Holstein cows milk in a selected dairy farm. Five years (2012-2016) of monitoring animal recordings was used as a basis for studying and finding indicators that affect of somatic cells count. Milk yield, fat and protein content were also analyzed from data taken from animal recordings. We studied effects of the month, the year, the number of lactation and the milk yield. Mean values and other statistical indicators of milk compounds (minimum, maximum, coefficiet of variation, standard deviation) were determined and then compared with the other months and years. The results show that milk yield, number of lactation, month of the year effects somatic cell count. Weak correlation was found for influence the fat and protein content on somatic cell count.

The reason, why I had chosen for my diploma work topic The Relationship between seller and customer, is this time, when powerful competition press upon the firms to improve quality of their products or services, the top management is aiming at the quality of communication with customers, too. They are aware of that good or bad relationship with customer may determine if the firm will be successful or not. For it is necessary to train and motivate employee who communicate with customer, but first-rate direction by management too and to created positive firm cultural which will motivate the employees to longtime and high-quality work and affect at customers, too. In my diploma work I had aimed at factors which motivate customers but employees and management too. The employees and top management, they are links of firm which have influence to work and results of enterprise. In the first part of my work I had aimed at these factors general. I had analysed them and my result is that this factors really influence the relationship between seller and customer. This thesis deals with the free time of children younger than school age. The theoretical part deals with the development of a child under school age, the effects of environmental problems on the pupil, which applies especially to family, peers, environment and functions, and special interest activities. The third chapter is devoted to education outside the classroom. The practical part is based on research spacecraft, which was conducted in two elementary schools, examined how different leisure time activities for children from a small town and larger cities. Differences between girls and boys. And how would the children want to spend their leisure time dream.
