Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe purpose of this research is to prepare a Strategic Plan for the province of Utcubamba for 2028 to developed a province in which its citizens enjoy high living standards, including quality education, security, secured income, access to information technologies, public infrastructure and low levels of corruption in a framework of environmental conservation and respect to communities. In our preparing this Plan we have used the Strategic Management Process of D’Alessio (2015). Utcubamba is in the Amazonas´s region, near the border of the countries of Colombia, Ecuador and Brazil, so it´s a strategic position. Its main economic activities are forestry, farming, and ecotourism. As a result of an external analysis, we identified that the opportunities for the province are the Peruvian’s economic and political stability and the existence of free trade agreements with others countries. Its major threats are citizen lack of security in the entire country, high levels of corruption, high levels of informality and the climate change. From an internal analysis, its major strengths are its strategic geographical location, link to the wide highway network and its capacity to produce quality rice and coffee. Also its archaeological attractions and its exuberant nature make it attractive for ecotourism. Its major weaknesses include low investment in infrastructure, lack of strategic direction, informality labor and the lack of qualified manpower. Also we selected a long-term objectives and strategies that allowed the implementation of matrices that filtering of objectives and strategies that by their current characteristics and potential conditions will should be prioritized to reach the development of the province in favor of improving the lives of its people. Finally, the financial, environmental and social viability of the proposed actions is supported by the analysis of a Balanced Scorecard, the same ones that would allow obtaining competitive advantages against other competitor

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe province of Utcubamba, located in the Amazon region, has as its pillars its economic movement the agricultural sector, highlighting the production of coffee which is developed in small family crops among other products and combined with the breeding of animals for autoconsumption. It is for this reason that the development of the organic coffee crop is proposed, since the climatic conditions are necessary. On the other hand, Utcubamba presents a conglomerate of tourist attractions, which have not been exploited, mainly by the lack of access facilities and means of promotion, that allow to put it in value and at the disposal of the Peruvians and the foreign tourists, as part of the northeastern circuit, taking advantage of the ecological and archaeological resources that have. In the vision for 2030, it is proposed that Utcubamba become a regional reference for its Human Development Index over 0.50, developing organic coffee industry and tourism capacity, with road interconnection. This will improve the exportable supply and will be able to take advantage of the commercial opening that Peru has to the international markets, based on the free trade agreements that have been established. It will also take advantage of its natural wealth to promote ecological tourism, through the facilities of road access and transportation, preserving its cultural and historical legacy, with respect for the environment, through socially responsible actions by industry and the population. In this way, the inhabitants of Utcubamba will enjoy a better standard of living with access to quality education, nutrition and health, training the labor force, which will result in the improvement of wage income, through the development engines that will be tourism and agro-export

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThere is a global problem with the final disposal of solid waste, due to the negative impacts it generates, such as environmental, economic, social and health damages; and our country is not exempt from this, because there is a need to cover 90% of districts in Peru that do not have infraestructures for the final disposal of waste. The sanitary landfill is a technique for the final disposal of solid waste on the ground, which requires the use of engineering principles to confine it in a certain area, after studing, implementation control and operation mechanisms, with the aim of preventing risks in the health and environmental damage. In the 70s, Japan developed a technology for the elimination of solid waste in semi-aerobic landfills, called the Fukuoka method, being an alternative solution for the final disposal of solid waste. The Fukuoka method was implemented for the first time in Peru, in the construction of the Mariscal Castilla - Alto Utcubamba Landfill, being a significant change technology for landfills; because it reduces moisture in the landfill layers, improves leachate water quality, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, reduces the amount of hydrogen sulfide and volatile organic compounds, and early stabilization; in addition to having simple construction processes, easy to apply, they require common use machinery and equipment and are within the framework of current Peruvian regulations, which are detailed in the development of this thesis.

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe current work has the finality of identify the feeding sources of Panstrongylus herreri obtained from the location of Cajaruro (Utcubamba-Amazonas) where its presence distinguishes in domestic environments and is considered to be a principal vector of Chagas's disease in the nor east of Peru. For it, we propose to use the test of capillary tube precipitation known as precipitin test, developed in liquid phase; this give to us information over the type of blood consumed by the vector. For the precipitation test, there was used the intestinal content of the triatomine bugs as antigen and as antibody the precipitated antiserum obtained of rabbits immunized with human, dogs, cats, guinea-pigs and chickens serums. The work consists of two stages: In the first stage there was standardized the preparation of antiserums that contains the precipitated antibodies, likewise there was used nymphs of Triatoma infestans of IV and V stages maintained in the laboratory, which were fed with dog, guinea-pig and human blood, resolving the yield of the test as his sensibility and specificity, and in the second stage there were evaluated specimens of Panstrongylus herreri proceeding from two localities (El Ron and Hebrón) from Cajaruro's district, department of Amazonas, through the test already standardized.
