This thesis is focused on creation of building information model (BIM) for existing buildings. The main objective of this work is to develop the methodology (workflow) for the creation of BIM model using selected geodetic methods, specifically for the modeling based on the existing documentation of the building, the modeling from the handheld distance meter and the modeling from point cloud acquired by the indoor mapping system. The aim of these workflows is to explore the suitability of these methods, to check the limits of each method and to point out the potential issues. Revit (version 2013 and 2014) was used as an authoring environment for creation of the models. Workflow for modeling based on the documentation of the building shows how to insert drawings into Revit and how to create a model based on these drawings. The workflow was developed based on experience with creation of model of an office building. The workflow for handheld laser distance meter describes how to work with rangefinder equipped with Bluetooth, which allows user to create a model onsite. The third part of this thesis deals with creation of BIM from pointcloud acquired by indoor mobile mapping system. The workflow describes data collection and point clouds processing directly in Revit using the ScanToBIM extension. The results of this work are methodical instructions for the methods described above and the comparison of these methods. Workflows contain recommended procedures and highlight common issues and mistakes. This should enable the readers of this thesis to choose the right method and avoid common mistakes.

This thesis was created for the purpose of processing methodology course named "Communication between the parents and the kindergarten" for employees of nursery schools. Participants after finishing the course should be able to respond more appropriately to often difficult situations that may arise. A higher level of communication skills should increase the competibility of the kindergarten and create a friendly atmosphere. The work is aimed at kindergartens with personalized education which have their own origin in Spain. The author looks at the problem through benchmarking (continuous and systematic comparison to the top of this branch-- Spain, Poland). Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, interviews and observation. The result is a course methodology which includes six exemplary studies and their solutions with some other advice for a mutual communication.

This thesis focuses on developing methodics for performance comparison of data warehouse systems. Firstly, the thesis defines data warehouses in various development stages of organization BI and describes knowledge about data warehouses. Methodics developed in the thesis describes architecture of standardized data warehouse, data flow between areas of data warehouse and processes in data warehouse. Understanding of these concepts is crucial for assurance of methodics applicability. Methodics offer logical progression of steps, which start and include testing of data warehouse systems. The contribution of the thesis is in having guide, what needs to be done when organization must do while testing various systems for data warehouses. Also it describes how this testing should be done on middle level detail, which is the absolute minimum level of abstraction that can be done due to wide applicability of methodics. Methodics offers solution to the problem of performance comparison when organization need to answer question - Which data warehouse system should we use in our organization? This study will compare different theoretical approaches to risk management (e.g. based on PRINCE2) and based on the comparison a template for risk register and related user guide for different IT project environments will be derived. The dissertation thesis is focused on the creation of the competitive strategy involving the cooperation with other subjects on the market. It has been chosen the concrete industry of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The specifics of this industry have been defined. Those specifics are highly determining factors for successful companies. ICT is extremely globalized and has interdisciplinary characteristics. It is the fastest developing industry with the lowest language barrier. This combination makes the ICT industry as a greatly potential world-wide expansion industry. The communication technologies became common part of information technologies and all together enter into other fields, such as energy, banking, health etc. The market is globalized and only one company has very small power. This is why the cooperation between companies is preferring form of gaining a number of strategic goals, e.g. entering new markets, collective R&D. The current state of competitive strategies and strategic alliances mapping is also the key part of the work. The clusters form of cooperation is described in more detail, because this platform of collaboration has been chosen as the most suitable one according the ICT industry specifics. Based on theoretical research the further research has been done. The collected data has been proceed with statistic methods used the MS Excel or STATISTICA software. The outputs show the key activities and factors of competitive cluster, together with potential risks and the benefits for the clusters members. All the above mentioned has been implied into the methodology of competitive strategy creation including the clusters membership. This methodology is the main goal of the dissertation thesis.

The usage of welding in the process of manufacturing has become very widespread, mainly due to its low cost, versatility and the possibility of its automation. With its expansion comes higher demand for the possibilities of weld evaluation during the phase of design. Nowadays its possible to use tools based on finite element method for such evaluation. But the most commonly used tools are often very expensive. Therefore, the possibility of using Open-Source tool such as Salome-Meca to simulate the welding process as an alternative to commercial software was investigated. The first part of the work deals with the welding process and a description of the formation of residual stresses and deformations. It also deals with the description of the Salome-Meca software environment and the Code-Aster solver. In the next part the capabilities of the software in relation to problem of welding simulation are discussed. Furthermore, the goemetry of solved weldment, welding conditions, material properties and boundary conditions of the calculation are described. And finally, the individual solutions, their results and disadvantages of used approaches.

This essay deals with estimation methods while implementation of Type application software. After the introductory part, which stipulates objectives of the work and descriptions of how to achieve them, is a general description of basic features of the project. After this part, there are characterized basic attributes of estimates, various approaches to their formation and problems that can accompany estimation activity. This work also describes diversification of information systems according to their way of development on Individual application software and Type application software. Then it defines their mutual differences while implementation. Next chapter resolve the first objective associated with exploration of implementation methodologies used by companies operating on the Czech market in the area of IS / ICT. Part of this chapter is dedicated to the AcceleratedSAP methodology which describes the life cycle of projects. The following chapter deals with the performance of the second objective, which is a comprehensive overview of estimation methods. Some items from this list are later selected for more detailed evaluation, in account of some of them are marked under the third objective as suitable for projects dealing with implementation of Type application software. In the last section of this essay is solved the main given objective, which is to implement some of chosen estimation methods into AcceleratedSAP methodology. Later in this chapter is recorded a reflection on possibilities of using model based estimation methods in area of Type application SW. It is followed with a proposal for possible course of development of such a model. The work ends with a practical example of effort estimation through UCP method adapted for the Type application software environment. This is followed by conclusions evaluating the achievements of set objectives.

In the doctoral thesis deals with a problem situation, which is based on the lack of a clarified methodology for determining the rents from land in agricultural grounds. Criteria are proposed that could affect the amount of land rents in agricultural grounds. One is the type of water source. The created database consists of a variety of data that are subsequently evaluated. The data for the selected locations was statistically evaluated. Furthermore, the percentage of rentals was determined as against the usual (market) price of the leased land. The proposed coefficients were quantified and verified at the same time in practical cases. The output of the thesis is a methodology developed to determine the usual rental rates from land in agricultural grounds.

This thesis is focused on optimizing the routes which are implemented in our country at night. Goods are transporting between designated central cities. It deals with creating cyclic routs, along which the goods should be effectively transported, with the respect of the cost. The instruction how to create these paths represents a heuristic method for generating cyclic paths. The algorithm uses the results provided by model that is based on a search for multiple product chart. The chart contains the minimum number of vehicles that provide transport and individual amount of transported goods. The principle of this heuristic method is to create cyclic paths in such a way to be able to serve all transportation requirements with the lowest number of reloads. This approach leads to the fact that the direct paths are preferred.

Project management, to which the thesis "Development of software support for CCPM method in MS Project" aims, is a very important part of everyday life for most present companies. The project management has gone through rapid development, through the second half of last century, during which many new techniques and methods, for planning and managing projects, were developed. One of these methods was critical chain project management method (CCPM), developed by E. M. Goldratt in the mid 80th of last century. At the end of the 20th century the market began to be flooded by software applications which supported project management, thanks to the boom of information and communication technologies. Because the CCPM method is still too young, there is only a very little amount of products aimed at this method. Author of the thesis took as its main objective the development of a software application that would serve to support the project management by CCPM method, and will work as an extension to an existing, widely used product, MS Project. To achieve this objective, few secondary objectives have to be met. The first is to characterize methods for project management with a focus on the critical chain project management method, including the description of the advantages and disadvantages of this method. These objectives will be achieved with the help of literature search, supplemented by knowledge gained by studying the issue at the college. Another secondary objective is to find, analyze and compare existing software used for project management support with CCPM method. For the primary analysis the author mainly uses information supplied by developers of these products, for the deeper analysis is used a model project that examines the behavior of the application in standard situations. For product comparison is made a group of criteria, which can also serve for potential readers as the basis for decision of the choice of suitable application for their needs. The main objective of the work, the development of the application, is based on the requirements set on the basis of information obtained from literature and on the results from testing of existing applications. This application is considered to be the greatest benefit of the thesis. In the end of the thesis the newly developed application is compared with existing products, by testing on a model project and by evaluating with a group of criteria established for evaluation of existing products.

This thesis deals with the issue of Linked Open Data. The goal of this thesis is to introduce the reader to this issue as a whole and to the possibility of using Linked Open Data for developing useful applications by proposing a new development process focusing on such applications. The theoretical part offers an insight into the issue of Open Data, Linked Open Data and the NoSQL database systems and their usability in this field. It focuses mainly on graph database systems and compares them with relational database systems using predefined criteria. Additionally, the goal of this thesis is to develop an application using the proposed development process, which provides a tool for data presentation and statistical visualisation for open data sets published by the Supreme Audit Office and the Czech Trade Inspection. The application is mainly developed for the purpose of verifying the proposed development process and to demonstrate the connectivity of open data published by two different organizations.The thesis includes the process of selecting a development methodology, which is then used for optimising work on the implementation of the resulting application and the process of selecting a graph database system, that is used to store and modify open data for the purposes of the application.

The present thesis deals with optimization of the formation of thin layers of metallic materials. In the theoretical part was elaborated overview of the implementation of the formation of thin- film structures, particularly using vacuum techniques. Chemical and physical vapor deposition. They were described methods of pretreatment of thin layers. The findings were discussed methods of controlling the pre-treated surface, quality control and mutual adhesion of coating layers. In the experimental part of the pre-treatment methods were selected and applied to selected substrates. Pretreatments were evaluated using a control surface by wetting angles and by atomic force microscopy. Then, the metal structure formed of copper on the pretreated substrates. Implementation by means of magnetron sputtering. Adhesion layers was checked by testing the surface lattice method. The quality was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results were used to design the technological process of making metal layers.

What it really means acting in a movie, what brings freedom to an actor in front of a camera and is one actor able to play different characters in every other movie. A diversity and length of his filmography, different directing styles he went through will help me to concretize attitude of an actor and perception of his „different“ characters by audience. I would like to bring up some acting metodes in cinematography in my work too.

The final price is synthesis of both. Concretely speaking, DCF entity method and method of accounting value are used. In the frame of these methods the value for both owners and creditors will be calculated. The incentive for valuation is a possible future sell of the firm to an unknown investor. In the first part of this master's thesis there is briefly presented the biomechanics of the human voice creation and an overview of the hitherto published computational models of the vocal tract and dissemination of the acoustic waves around the human head. The second part of the thesis deals with the creation of the computational model of a dissemination of the acoustic waves through vocal tract and further into a space around the head during the pronouncing of the Czech vowel /a:/. The vocal tract is excited by a harmonic signal in the place of vocal chords. On the surface of the vocal tract and the part of the head including hair and skin there is defined an acoustic absorption. The dissemination of the acoustic waves in the vocal tract, in the near field around the mouth, in the area around the head and in the points on the cheeks is detailed mapped. The dissemination of the acoustic waves is analyzed in the points where the speech microphones are placed. Acoustic pressure dependence on frequency, transmission functions between defined points and the acoustic pressure amplitudes depending on the distance from the mouth are obtained. In particular, the frequency distortion of the spectra is observed at the points indicated. Furthermore, the radiation impedance in the mouth area is evaluated. The results obtained are compared with the results of the hitherto published experimental measurements and can be used for the exact measurement of human voice or for the frequency correction of the microphones during the scann of the speech and sing placced in the analyzed points.

Multimedia is a form of communication and sharing knowledge using synergic effect of parallel connected communication channels. Its main use is in producing communications products and services and in design of user interfaces. Main objective of this dissertation is to develop and create a model of multimedia communication for better understanding of the meaning and the purpose of using multimedia forms in communication process. The model will describe a system of elements and parameters of multimedia communication within the internal and external context. Another objective of this dissertation is to develop multimedia communication methodology that will be used for the design, development and evaluations of concepts of multimedia communication. The methodology will be created by applying the model of multimedia communication into the procedure structure. In theoretical way this dissertation is based on analysis of different definitions and approaches to the multimedia communications topic. This is followed by an analysis of communication theories, concepts of media, multimedia, delivery channels, and communication functions. The theoretical part is followed by the outcomes of the research in practice of four different fields of multimedia use. The knowledge gained is analyzed in the following parts in purpose of creating the model of multimedia communication and the methodology which is derived from the model. The methodology is further validated through case studies and the recommendations for further development are formulated. The model and the methodology of multimedia communication created in this dissertation present complex view on multimedia communication topic that is considered as a useful tool for meeting a specific communication purpose. Dissertation provides mechanics for use and study of multimedia communication and also defines the opportunities for further development of the methodology.

The work consists of two parts. The first part is focused on the determination of an anti-skid properties of the test section on Vídenská street. The anti-skid properties will be measured using a pendulum tester and macrotexture will be set at the same time. Microtexture will be measured using a volumetric patch technique. In the second part we will try to gain an initial experience with design and testing of a low noise stone mastic asphalt. We will set basic characteristics and at the same time compare with a standard stone mastic asphalt. For the comparison two various bituminous binders are used. The water sensitivity, resistance against rutting and stiffness moduli are compared.
