After the First World War, a previously well-functioning economic order collapsed in Europe and the Western countries. Economic nationalism of the interwar period also changed the international economic order dramatically and became one issue of the Colloque Walter Lippmann. After the “half- and three quarters Western democracies” (Tooze 2015) of the period prior to World War I had turned into full democracies, they proved incapable of restoring the liberal pre-war economic order domestically and in international trade. Bilateral and multilateral trade negotiations failed, giving rise to a new debate on the prerequisites of an international economic order. I argue that decades later the European Union found a solution to that issue. Of key importance was the gradual constitutionalization of the European Treaties. I show that the trade liberalization prepared by the courts resembles a concept suggested by Jan Tumlir but defies application to non-EU countries. By transforming fundamental economic freedoms laid down in the European Treaties into subjective rights through jurisprudence of the European Court of Justice, the process of trade liberalization occurred in a non-politicized mode. The incompleteness and tardiness of creating a Common Market was the inevitable price for this success story. A withdrawal from this constitutionalization of basic economic freedoms, as proposed recently, for example, cannot be recommended. Their arguments are being examined. The reduction of the European Treaties would lead to a re-politicization of trade policy bearing unforeseeable consequences for free competition.

Det er der mange grunde til at glædes over, og samtidig arbejde for at endnu flere får en fysisk aktiv hverdag i dagtilbud. Det er nemlig sådan, at bevægelse fremmer børns glæde (Sørensen, 2012), og bevægelse har gavnlige effekter på motorisk udvikling, psykosocial sundhed ogkognition hos børn i 0-6 års alderen (Sundhedsstyrelsen, 2016).

SummaryHayek wrote very little on international economic order. In his few writings on the subject, going back to the 1930s and 40s, he follows Robbins in advocating „international authorities“ to solve the problem of international political and economic disorder. The paper argues that Hayek indulges in „naive constructivism“. First, he ignores the classical liberal insight, from Hume and Smith to Ropke and Tumlir, that, fundamentally, a liberal international economic order is generated „from below“ as a by-product of proper constitutional observance within national orders; it does not result directly „from above“ through international political cartels. Second, „international authorities,“ berefit of requisite moral and political preconditions within nation-states, would likely degenerate into politicised, interventionist agencies rather than being apolitical enforcers of an International Rule of Law.The second part of the paper shifts attention to Hayek’s wider work in national political economy and seeks to make it relevant to international economic order. His core insights into the division of knowledge and the spontaneous order, with their surrounding rules and conventions, can be transposed to the international level and provide a „vision“ of a dynamic and institutionally dense international economic order. This would be a useful complement, and indeed a salutary corrective, to a static view of international trade-and-payments in the modem neoclassical tradition. Seen from a Hayekian standpoint, the origin, growth and maintenance of a liberal international economic order, like the national catallaxy, rely on the division of knowledge and its overwhelmingly spontaneous coordination. Supporting rules and conventions for property and contract have also emerged and spread in largely (although not wholly) spontaneous fashion. At the level of political deliberation, market-friendly rules have been put in place mainly within nation-states, and then diffused by a process of competitive emulation; mostly, they have not been a product of international political cartels. These evolutionary Hayekian insights would fit in well with and buttress a „bottom-up“ and dynamic classical liberal view of international economic order, as initially set out by Hume and Smith

The aim of this report was to establish what category the harbour porpoise is listed as on the Swedish national redlist as well as analyze what potential sub-criteria the species fulfills besides criteria already established. The aim was also to evaluate the willingness to pay for conservation of the harbour porpoise for the first time and make a comparison of the willingness to pay between geographic places where the harbour porpoise is currently existing and where it is not. The subpopulation of the harbour porpoise in Skagerrak-Kattegat is listed as vulnerable (VU) on the national redlist and the subpopulation in the Baltic sea is listed as critically endangered (CR). Actions and precautions which have been made for conservation and protection of the harbour porpoises in Swedish waters are new Swedish laws and law proposals as well as formations of organizations such as ASCOBANS and further research. The results from the survey showed that the mean of the single time payment sum those questioned were prepared to pay to retain the porpoises at a stable population level was 273 SEK. Geographically the study showed no significant difference in geographic position and where the harbour porpoise exists but showed that the inhabitants of the south-east coast were willing to pay about half the sum, 165 SEK, of the mean sum that the north-east coast were willing to pay, 335 SEK. The results regarding the populations’ conjecture of historical threats and threats nowadays showed a significant difference from reality. Overfishing of prey had the highest amount of answers as a threat both historically and nowadays. Bycatch, which is accepted as todays biggest threat by researchers and organizations, came third place in the results from the survey study with a percentage of 14.5 %.

More than a third of the earths marine mammal species are threatened. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the conservation of the proper Baltic harbour porpoisein Sweden. The population is estimated to consist of only 500 individuals and are likely to be extinct if measures are not taken. A new Swedish conservation planfor harbour porpoises will be implemented in 2021 and will be the first since 2013. This study analyzes the suggested conservation plan and aims to identify strengths and weaknesses in the actions. Through a grounded theory approach, a qualitative content analysis is performed to identify the action strengths and weaknesses. A scoring matrix was developed to create indicators of the actions effort, delivery and conservation. The findings show that the short-term goals and the actions have a multidirectional approach which lack an alignment to the vision and the long-term goal of the plan. The study presents the action efficiency, which shows the need for, and importance of prioritizing the actions with the most potential impact for conservation. Mainly, the study provides a framework for species conservation plan evaluation and by performing the plan evaluation prior to implementation, the study contributes to the field of environmental evaluations.
Över en tredjedel av jordens marina däggdjursarterär hotade. Studien analyserar och utvärderar Sveriges planer för bevarandet av Östersjötumlaren. Populationen beräknas bestå av endast 500 individer och är trolig att utrotas om förändring inte implementeras. En bevarandeplan för tumlare ska implementeras under 2021 och kommer att vara den första bevarandeplanen sedan 2013. Studien analyserar den föreslagna bevarandeplanen och identifierar styrkor och svagheter i de föreslagna åtgärderna. Genom en grundad teori genomförs en kvalitativ innehållsanalys av åtgärdernas styrkor och svagheter. En poängmatris utvecklades för att möjliggöra indikatorer för åtgärdernas ansträngning, utdelning och bevarandepotential. Studien presenterar huvudsakligen ett ramverk för utvärdering av artbevarandeplaner. Genom att utvärdera bevarandeplanen innan implementering bidrar studien till området för miljöutvärderingar.

Med hjälp av denna vetenskapliga essä undersöker jag hur man kan uppmärksamma och värna leken och glädjen i musicerandet med förskolebarn. Detta belyser jag inte enbart ur barnens perspektiv utan även ur mitt eget och mina kollegors. Med hjälp av berättelser från min vardag på förskolan och utifrån min praktiska kunskap, ger jag en bild av hur detta kan te sig. Dessa berättelser är ett fundament för mina vidare reflektioner. Vad lek och leklust är skärskådar jag genom att bena upp begreppen i mindre beståndsdelar. Jag reflekterar bland annat över förberedelser, stämning, material, att bedöma gränser, stöttning av enskilda barn, att hålla sig öppen, arbetslaget, risken med longörer och nödvändigheten av humor. Den röst som jag huvudsakligen låter komma till tals är Johan Huizingas. Hans idéer om lekens väsen har hjälpt mig att formulera mina egna tankar. Andra får bistå mig för att ytterligare förtydliga, fördjupa och kontrastera mina resonemang.
Using this scientific essay, I examine how to recognize and protect the play and the joy of music-making with preschoolers. I highlight this not only from the children's, but also from my own and my colleagues, perspective. With the help of stories from my everyday life at preschool and based on my practical knowledge, I provide a picture of how this may emerge. These stories are the foundation for my further reflections. I scrutinize what play and playfulness are and carefully analyze the phenomenon into smaller parts. I reflect about, among other things, the preparation, atmosphere, materials, assessing rules, the support of individual children, ability to stay open, teamwork, the risk of verbosity and the necessity of humor. The voice that primarily has it's say belongs to Johan Huizinga. His ideas regarding the essence of play has helped me formulate my own thoughts. Others has also helped me to clarify, deepen, and contrast my own reasoning in this essay.
