The Prime Pasture Program was set up to increase the success of perennial pasture establishment. The program was a practical example of successful technology transfer from applied research to farmer adoption. It was based on a marketing approach akin to the launch of a new commercial product, involving a unique partnership between government extension services, agribusiness and farmers. The processes of product development, advertising and product support are described together with the outcomes from this approach. Evaluation studies revealed wide recognition of the project’s messages and a high degree of satisfaction by producers who adopted the technology.

The success of cryopreservation of bovine cloned embryos is important to commercial application of somatic nuclear transfer (NT) in the dairy and beef industry, especially for solving the problem of embryo transfer (ET) between fresh NT embryos and recipients. This experiment was conducted to test the possibility of establishing pregnancy by embryo transfer of vitrified bovine NT embryos. Oocytes were aspirated from antral follicles of slaughterhouse ovaries, and subsequently cultured in maturation medium for 20h. Cumulus cells were then denuded from the oocytes by vigorous vortexing for later enucleation and donor nuclear transfer. Skin fibroblast cells used for NT were derived from cultured ear explants taken from an elite dairy cow, and cumulus cells were cultured from the cumulus-oocytes complexes collected by ultrasound-guided transvaginal retrieval. Fibroblasts and cumulus cells were cultured at passage 5 or 6 in 10% FBS DMEM at 37°C in 5% CO2 humidified air, and used as nuclear donors. After donor cell transfer, somatic cell-cytoplast pairs were then fused by applying two direct current pulses at 2.0kVcm−1 for a duration of 10μs/pulse. Fused embryos were activated in 10mgmL−1 cycloheximide in M199+7.5% FBS for 4h. Embryos were cultured in CR1aa plus 3mgmL−1 BSA for 2 days (initiation of activation=Day 0) at 39°C, 5% CO2, 5% O2 and 90% N2, and then cultured on bovine cumulus monolayers in CR1aa medium supplemented with 7.5% FBS for 5 successive days. Expanding and hatching blastocysts on Day 7 were selected for cyropreservation via liquid nitrogen surface vitrification (LNSV). Vitrification solution contained HEPES-buffered TCM199 supplemented with 20% FBS, ethylene glycol and dimethylsulphoxide. A droplet of 1–2μL vitrification solution containing two blastocysts was directly dropped onto a cooled surface within 30s after 3min incubation in equilibration solution. Vitrified NT embryos were kept at −150°C vapor phase until recipients were synchronized to Day 7 for ET. Embryos are warmed and subsequently washed several times in rehydration solutions and M199+7.5% FBS medium. The warmed embryos from initial trials were cultured for 2h to evaluate their viability after cryopreservation. Non-surgical transfer was carried out to transfer two embryos to a synchronous recipient, and pregnancy was determined by palpation via rectum around Day 70 of transfer. After warming of vitrified embryos, similar high survival rates were achieved in NT embryos derived from either cumulus (93.8%, n=16), or fibroblast cells (95.8%, n=48) as nuclear donors, respectively (P>0.05). The pregnancy data (Table 1) on Day 70 of gestation indicated that there were no significant differences among ET groups with fresh NT blastocysts, vitrified cumulus NT and fibroblast NT embryos (P>0.05). This study demonstrates that cryopreserved bovine NT embryos via LNSV vitrification can maintain an in vivo developmental viability comparable to freshly produced NT counterparts. Further developmental potential of vitrified NT embryos to term is under investigation. Table 1 Pregnancy outcomes of vitrifield bovine NT embryos after embryo transfer

The promotion of local governance and the transfer of water management responsibilities to water user associations (WUAs) have been central in water reform processes throughout the world, including in the reforms that took place in post-apartheid South Africa. This paper reflects on the notions of inclusion and representation as put forward by the various actors involved in the establishment of a WUA in a tertiary catchment in the Thukela River Basin. The paper describes how the WUA in the study catchment came to be dominated by commercial farmers, despite the South African government's aim to redress the inequities of the past by the inclusion and representation of historically disadvantaged individuals. The authors argue that the notions of inclusion and representation as embedded in the concept of the WUA are highly contested and more aligned with the institutional settings familiar to the commercial farmers. The paper concludes that, unless the inherently political nature of the participatory process is recognized and the different institutional settings become part of the negotiation process of the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ of progressive collaboration at catchment level, the establishment of the WUA in the study catchment will not contribute to achieving the envisioned transformation.

We outline the major steps involved in implementing assisted migration (AM) and assess, in a general way, the capacity to carry out each step in Canadian forests. Our findings highlight the fact that capacity to implement AM differs between forest species; in particular, the existence of established provenance trials, seed transfer guidelines, seed procurement systems, and plantation establishment protocols makes AM considerably more feasible for most commercial tree species than for most species of conservation concern. We report on several AM efforts involving commercial tree species that are already underway in Canada and identify a number of initiatives that could be undertaken to help build AM capacity. This paper is not intended as an endorsement of the AM approach; however, we feel there is considerable value in discussing implementation issues at this point in the AM debate.

Embryo transfer is a tool that enables progressive cattle producers to reach their reproductive, genetic and financial goals. The complexity of pregnancy establishment increases with any reproductive technology, especially with one with many variables. This clinical analysis employed a statistical model capable of explaining factors that affect pregnancy probability resulting from over 8000 embryo transfers. These data included corpus luteum (CL) quality score, embryo stage (morula to blastocyst) and grade (1–3), recipient synchrony (relative to the embryo age) and pregnancy rate (≥45 days). The CL score was an amalgamation of the palpable diameter of the CL, whether or not a crown was present and the overall quality of the reproductive tract (size of the uterine horns and perceived patency of the cervix). Embryos produced by IVF were transferred fresh and in vivo–produced embryos were transferred fresh (VIVO FRESH) or following cryopreservation (VIVO FROZ). Statistical methods were used to compare types of embryos transferred and pregnancy rates. All data were analysed using JMP 2009 software by logistic regression with the Logit link. Analysis for the odds of pregnancy occurring among groups using contrasts was conducted. Fisher's exact test showed significant differences (P < 0.05) among groups for pregnancy rate, with the VIVO FRESH embryos group having the highest rate (68.5 ± 1.5%) and the VIVO FROZ the lowest (54.7 ± 1.6%) and the IVF embryos were intermediate (62.1 ± 3.3%). Synchrony, stage, embryo grade and CL quality were analysed for their predictive ability of pregnancy rates in the IVF, VIVO FRESH and VIVO FROZ groups using effect tests with a P < 0.05. Interestingly, the CL quality had no predictive ability for any of the groups. Effectors that had an influence on the VIVO FROZ group included synchrony, stage and embryo grade. However, for the IVF and VIVO FRESH groups, pregnancy rates were affected by only embryo grade. Retrospective, observational analysis of commercial embryo transfer data represents a challenge to meaningful interpretation. Because of the nature of the business, experimental treatments cannot always be developed and implemented. Nonetheless, valuable information is gained by using appropriate statistical methods. As anticipated, these data suggested that the type of embryo transferred, grade and synchrony of the recipient are all important factors, particularly for cryopreserved embryos. Unexpectedly, the score of the CL did not influence pregnancy outcome regardless of embryo type. Evaluation of clinical data allows adjustment of embryo transfer protocols, facilitates genetic gain via enhanced reproductive success and provides a unique opportunity to analyse large, real-world data sets.

The establishment of government factories by the Commonwealth of Australia, 1910-1916, required, inter alia, the development of an accounting system to suit the commercial activities carried on by government. All these factories were suppliers to the defence forces. Their primary aim was not profit generation, but the maintenance of facilities that could be expanded rapidly in time of need. Some of these factories were in direct competition with private industry and it was important that their costs and prices compared favourably with the nongovernment sector. The Australian government introduced a system of accounting that was developed by John Jensen, a Defence Department public servant. Jensen espoused scientific management techniques observed during a visit to the USA and Canada in 1910. This study explores the origins of, and influences on, the accounting system as established by Jensen. It does so through the use of the technology transfer construct advanced by Jeremy (1991). The conclusion reached is that Taylorist precepts were significantly modified to meet the particular control requirements and the environmental factors faced by Australian governments.

Abstract. This study discusses the behavior of railway users who commute to work or school as they choose a station on the way home for eating or shopping. A quantitative grasp of the tendencies in this selection based on personal attributes and time points was obtained by creating models that accounted for the geographical relationships between individuals’ residences and their workplaces or schools, and for the environments surrounding stopover stations. It was found that the increased time required for a stopover, or the number of transfers between trains were points of resistance and that the fact that a station on the route home was a transfer station, and the extent of commercial space near that station, affected the attractiveness of that station. The results of a simulation applying the stopover station selection model, indicated that an increase in the commercial establishments near a station and the availability of interconnected railway companies affected the attractiveness of a stopover station.

In applying the international principles to the taxation of Multinational Enterprises, one of the most difficult issues that have arisen is the establishment for tax purposes of appropriate transfer prices. Transfer prices are significant for both taxpayers and tax administrations because they determine in large part the income and expenses, and therefore taxable profits, of associated enterprises in different tax jurisdictions. The Committee on Fiscal Affairs, which is the main tax policy body of the OECD, has issued a number of reports relating to the transfer pricing issues. The most important are the Transfer pricing Guidelines for multinational enterprises and tax authorities which was published in 1995. These Guidelines focus on the application of the arm’s length principle to evaluate the transfer pricing of associated enterprises, the analysis of the methods for evaluating whether the conditions of commercial and financial relations within Multinational Enterprises satisfy the arm’s length principle and discussion of the practical application of those methods. Simply, these Guidelines focus on the main issues of principle that arise in the transfer pricing area. The Committee on Fiscal Affairs continues its work in this area, on 22 July 2010 approved and released the proposed revisions to Chaps. I through III of these Guidelines and simultaneously published a new Chap. IX related to business restructuring. The revisions are the result of several years of work on comparability and the use of profit-based methods. The revised text will have a significant impact on the application of transfer pricing analysis and transfer pricing methods. The paper is focused on significant changes of newly approved Guidelines with aim to evaluate how the Czech Republic began applying the principles set out in the revised text of these Guidelines.

The paper describes results of a parametric study obtained while using an analytical model described earlier (Bunama and Karim, 1997b) investigating the combined effects of mass, energy, and momentum transfer with variable transport and thermodynamic properties on the formation of fuel vapor-air mixtures above a stagnant liquid fuel surface within the confines, of a vertical cylindrical vessel. This was done mainly to examine the establishment of the formation of flammable mixtures and their changes in size and location with time within liquid fuel tanks that are partially empty. The effects of changes in the ambient and wall temperatures, presence of liquid on the walls and vessel geometry were considered. Moreover, the results of a corresponding experimental investigation are presented. Much of the data relates to the high volatility fuel n-pentane that represents the lighter fuel fractions in commercial fuels which through their early evaporation contribute much to the fire hazards in fuel tanks.

By September 2010, in its ongoing effort to clarify the subject of taxing a permanent establishment, the OECD launched a new article 7 in its model tax convention together with a revised version of the report on the attribution of profits to permanent establishments. The article and the report contain a new order of taxation, where a permanent establishment should, in almost all aspects, be treated as a separate entity. The question is if the new approaches, methods and solutions provided by the article and the report will prove effective against double taxation. The thesis has studied this by analysing and then comparing the OECD’s authorised approach with the relevant literature and the current practical situation. The result of the thesis presents that there are problems with the approaches and methods, which in some situations will cause double taxation, not the least regarding allocation of Free Capital. The thesis also concludes that the way in which article 7 of the model tax convention tries to solve double taxation without unnecessary use of the mutual agreement procedure is flawed in relation to differences in national legislation.

This work presents results of the research project "Technology Transfer for Commercial Aquaculture Development in Veracruz, Mexico", conducted during 2001-2006 and whose overall aim was to achieve a better understanding of the different processes involved in technology transfer and extension in Veracruz, and their role in tilapia culture development in terms of characteristics, intensity and direction. Data and information were collected by personal interviews and through participant-observation techniques. The most relevant regional initiatives that have promoted tilapia farming were analyzed, as well as the current key actors of aquaculture development and their roles. 142 tilapia farmers were also typified and closely monitored. Dissemination and adoption of technical information regarding tilapia culture were evaluated through the development and use of a Technology Level Index (TLI). Findings revealed that the tilapia sector in Veracruz is diverse and immersed in a rather complex arena, where policy and finance issues, and the role of demand, linked in with market chains and their functioning are major determinants of further expansion. Farm producers were sharply differentiated by production size, degree of commercialisation, experience in production, and access to assets. Most entrants were the result of social development interventions with significant level of subsidy, which often resulted in low levels of productivity and high abandonment rates. However, for the most vulnerable groups, tilapia culture apparently provided a way to diversify their livelihood portfolio. Availability of local knowledge and expertise appeared to enhance and stimulate the dissemination and adoption of tilapia farming technology, and hence human capital. Private sector and collective action are likely to play an increasing and decisive role in the direction of the industry, while people-oriented and participative approaches are likely to be the best way to deliver technical information to small-scale farmers, and maintain good equity of access and opportunity. Methodologically, TLIs proved to be useful in the quantification and evaluation of technological change. Moreover, the Sustainable Livelihoods framework provided an adequate platform for understanding the needs of specific groups, particularly in terms of vulnerability and policies, institutions and processes.

Commercial technology transfer for biopharmaceuticals is the process of transferring process and product knowledge between process development and manufacturing organizations to achieve product realization. This process often occurs before phase 3 of clinical trials, where speed and agility are critical for preventing delays in clinical programs and ensuring commercial site readiness ahead of regulatory approval. As the market is evolving with new modalities and subsequent operational challenges, there is a heightened need to optimize the technology transfer process to sustain growth of products entering an organization's pipeline. This graduate research project seeks to understand the business process workflow of commercial tech transfer and characterize its dynamics using discrete event simulation. Through this quantitative technique of business process modeling, knowledge regarding process bottlenecks and system constraints were revealed, leading to the identification of operational efficiencies which suggest a potential 19.5% reduction in lead times and 31.3% increase in organizational capacity. Furthermore, this work provides a platform for predicting program timelines and resource needs based on preliminary transfer requirements. These predictions can be updated in a Bayesian fashion for real-time project scheduling and capacity planning.

There are many Swedish companies active on the Chinese market, since China’s accession to the WTO the year 2001 China has gotten even more interesting. China’s WTO accession does not only make it easier for Swedish companies to be present in China, it also provides Chinese companies an increased opportunity to access the Swedish market. Currently Chinese companies active in Sweden only counts for a small share of the total amount of the foreign companies present in Sweden, while there are several Swedish companies present in China.

The Chinese legislation for the various entities is extensive. Just as in Sweden, China applies a civil law system with a written constitution. While China is a communistic one-party state Sweden is democratic nation with several parties. The communistic legacy is reflected in the Chinese legislation. There are several types of entities that appeals to a foreign investor in the Chinese legislation while there in the Swedish legislation only exist one kind of entity that counts as a legal person with limited liability. In both nations there exists the possibility of establishing a Representative Office however it is not allowed to conduct any kind of profit making business. There is in neither state any severe obstacles from establishing a company, there is only a demand for residency within the EEA in the Swedish legislation. According to many Swedish companies present in China it seems that bureaucracy in China is the major difficulty, it is perceived as complicated and time-consuming

For foreign companies it is important to respect the culture in the foreign country. The Chinese culture is different from the western and there are some concepts that are valuable to be familiar with. Guanxi can be compared to having a powerful network which may perform miracle with the time-consuming Chinese bureaucracy and mianzi which is more than just having a good reputation. How the company is perceived is highly important in China.

Annotation:
Companies play a very important role in the economy of any country. A country's economic growth and development depend largely on whether or not its regulatory environment is conducive for enterprises to thrive. In recognition of the important role companies and businesses generally play in an economy, several developing countries have, in recent years, been carrying out reforms intended to enhance the ease of doing business in their respective countries. Zambia has been no exception. Some of the issues that are widely accepted as having an influence on the ease of doing business include the cost and length of dispute resolution for businesses. Therefore, it is unsurprising that some reforms aimed at, among other things, expediting and lowering the cost of commercial dispute resolution have taken place in Zambia. For example, the commercial list of the High Court was established in 1999with a view to expediting the resolution of commercial disputes. However, the cost of commercial dispute resolution remains of concern. The dissertation explores the Zambian Companies Act dispute resolution framework in a bid to consider its standing vis-à-vis enhancing Zambia's competitiveness in so far as the ease of doing business is concerned. It posits that the Companies Act resolution framework does not help Zambia's quest to enhance the ease of doing business on the dispute resolution front because it is predominantly anchored on recourse to court. A comparative study of current trends in company law dispute resolution is undertaken, which reveals a shift from reliance on the courts as the predominant dispute resolution forum to tribunal based dispute resolution. The dissertation ultimately recommends the establishment of a Companies Tribunal for Zambia as a measure that would contribute to lowering the cost of commercial dispute resolution - at least in the context of the Companies Act - and enhancing the ease of doing business in Zambia.

This research paper provides an address and analysis of the challenges commonly faced under Chinese investments in Africa and seeks to address the question on what regulatory mechanism can be used to maximise the benefits of Chinese Investments in Africa. In doing so, this study seeks to clarify the nature activities that transpire under Chinese investment, this is because over the past decades there have been serious accusations of human rights violations, illegal practices and lack of technology and skills transfers amongst many other problems. In conducting this examination, this study, I consider the dynamic legal and policy framework that regulates the Chinese investments. This provides a vehicle through which the legality of Chinese investments actors can be tested. Secondly, an outline and discussion of two selected challenges namely, Labour relations and employment practices; lack of skill and technology transfers. These issues are analysed in depth from different perspectives and potential solutions will be provided. In addressing the challenges, I draw from the experience of South Africa in terms of employment practices and Huawei in Zimbabwe and South Africa case studies. The research ultimately concludes that the challenges faced under Chinese investments are not as described by critics but rather they are complex and differ from business to business. Therefore, the best solution may be to ensure effective enforcement and implementation of local laws to ensure compliance with the law. The study recommends that there is a need for Africa to have a uniform China policy and to take advantage of the FOCAC process to prioritise the areas critical to their national and continental development goals.

Annotation:
This thesis presents a commercial outcome prediction system (CPS) capable of predicting the likely future monetary return that would be generated by an invention. The CPS is designed to be used by university technology transfer offices for invention assessment purposes, and is based on the data from their historical invention cases. It is aimed at improving technology transfer offices' invention assessment performance. Using qualitative critical factors suggested by literature. a prototype CPS based on decision tree induction was developed. The prediction performance achieved by the prototype CPS was unreliable. Three surveys with various technology transfer offices were then performed, and the findings were incorporated into a final version of the CPS, which was based on neural networks. Subject to information obtained in the surveys, a number of potentially predictive attributes were proposed to form part of the predictor variables for the CPS. The CPS starts with a number of data reduction operations (based on principal component analysis and decision tree techniques), which identify the critical predictor variables. The CPS then uses five neural-network training algorithms to generate candidate classifiers, upon which the final classification is based. The prediction results achieved by the CPS were good and reliable. Additionally, the data reduction operations successfully captured the most discriminative invention attributes. The research demonstrated the potential or using the CPS for invention assessment. However, it requires sufficient historical data from the technology transfer office using it to provide accurate assessments.

AbstractIn this chapter, we turn our attention to cash transfer (CT) as an instrument of humanitarian assistance for forced migrants in Turkey. We first consider the emergence of CT as a priority instrument for humanitarian assistance in the twenty-first century. We then sketch the political background of humanitarian assistance in Turkey for persons displaced by internal conflicts in Syria focusing in particular on the EU–Turkey agreements that led to the establishment of the Facility for Refugees in Turkey (FRiT) in 2016. In a final section we focus on the establishment as part of FRiT of the Emergency Social Safety Net (ESSN), the largest humanitarian CT program ever established by the European Union. We discuss in particular the program’s institutional complexity and the resulting risk of ambiguous consensus and conflicts of interest among the agencies involved in its design and implementation.

AbstractIn this chapter, we establish the historical context needed to understand the place of cash transfer in contemporary market-enhancing social policy. To this end we outline the circumstances that led to the establishment of the twentieth-century regime of “industrial citizenship,” to growing criticism of it, and finally to the rise to prominence of a competing model, labeled (largely by its opponents) as “market citizenship.” We pay considerable attention at each step to the social and philosophical debates that surrounded this evolution, trying to understand not just how one citizenship regime was challenged and partially replaced by another, but why.

A device was developed for laboratory testing of a heat generating process that can use commercial organic by-products as fuel. This process, Activated Carbon Facilitated Oxidation (AC FOX), enables less refined organic compounds to be used as fuel sources, including glycerin, animal fats, and forms of brown grease. AC FOX oxidizes these compounds on the carbon surface in an exothermic reaction that does not involve combustion via flame. Although AC FOX has been demonstrated and patented, further development is required for industrial application. The device developed in this project forms a packed column vessel measuring three inches in diameter by five inches in height. Multiple ports have been drilled for temperature sensors and fluid flow. A thermosyphon design is being tested for heat transfer, and consists of a steel tube that will be partially filled with a working fluid. The bottom of the tube, evaporator, sits centrally in the packed column of activated carbon while the top section, condenser, is submerged in water. This device will enable the establishment of optimal conditions for AC FOX heat generation.

The single phase heat transfer characteristics of square arrays of impinging water sprays were investigated experimentally. A total of 230 experimental points, covering a wide range of flow rates and different spray array geometries were obtained with three different models of commercially available full cone spray nozzles. Results were compared to an available correlation for the area average heat transfer coefficient of impinging arrays of submerged jets. It is shown that spray impingement techniques may provide the same heat transfer coefficient obtained with impinging jets under much smaller coolant flow rates per unit heated area. Coolant pumping power required by both techniques was also compared. It is shown that spray arrays require, for the establishment of a given area average heat transfer coefficient, more pumping power than submerged jet arrays.

The paper describes results of a parametric study obtained while using an analytical model described earlier (Bunama and Karim, 1997b) investigating the combined effects of mass, energy and momentum transfer with variable transport and thermodynamic properties on the formation of fuel vapour-air mixtures above a stagnant liquid fuel surface within the confines of a vertical cylindrical vessel. Much of the data relates to the high volatility fuel n-pentane that represents the tighter fuel fractions in commercial fuels which through their early evaporation contribute much to the fire hazards in fuel tanks.

The international wave energy community is in the process of setting up commercial scale wave energy conversion deployment sites of various sizes. At present there are at least five large scale wave energy test sites being planned, or under development in Europe, from Portugal in the South to Scotland in the North with further facilities internationally, for example, those proposed for Oregon and Hawaii. There are also a growing number of developers now reviewing their options for prototype and commercial development of their technologies around the world. The Wave Hub Project will develop a 20 MW, grid connected, infrastructure off the northern coast of Cornwall, UK for installation of pre-commercial devices in summer 2010. This paper briefly describes various aspects of the development of the Wave Hub infra-structure, but focuses on a unique aspect of this development — the establishment of an associated research institute, PRIMaRE (The Peninsula Research Institute for Marine Renewable Energy), to work in parallel with Wave Hub. The aims of the Institute are to (i) undertake relevant research in marine renewable systems; (ii) provide support to the Wave Hub project and the associated developers; (iii) support businesses in the region, to help develop their activity relating to the marine energy supply chain. The progress of the Wave Hub project is described and the research areas within PRIMaRE are also discussed with an emphasis on resource assessment and physical and environmental modeling and the development of major facilities. Finally, the integrated nature of the project and how it will act as a catalyst for local economic development is described — illustrating how infrastructure development, research collaboration and knowledge transfer may work together to create better opportunities for the development of new and existing businesses.

Deterministic stresses account for the time-averaged contribution of the periodic unsteadiness in single-stage turbomachinery. An accurate modelling of these stresses allows for the development of steady simulations with full contribution of deterministic unsteady sources. Moreover, introducing both relative and absolute reference frames, the deterministic tensor can be split into a set of correlations which addresses the influence of the stator and rotor non-uniformities separately. As a consequence, a pure unsteady term showing rotor-stator interaction is rediscovered and can be established as an essential indicator of the strength of viscous, non-linear effects in multistage turbomachinery environments. This work provides a comprehensive description of these correlations in the interrow region of a single stage axial flow fan. Two configurations are analyzed here: the upstream stator acting as a non-uniform inflow for the rotor and the complementary stator placed downstream of the rotor for pressure recovery at the exit. To illustrate the driven mechanisms in the tensor, a three-dimensional numerical simulation at the midspan section of a low-speed axial fan is employed in the present investigation. A deep analysis of the interaction between the rows using the deterministic framework is shown as a useful tool to devise deterministic models for steady computations. The commercial code FLUENT is used to resolve the full unsteady 3-D Navier-Stokes equations using LES schemes. Nominal and off-design flow conditions have been considered to observe the relevance of the different deterministic correlations in the establishment of the unsteady sources. The final objective pursues a deep understanding of the correlations behavior under variable flow conditions and different stage configurations. Thus, physical insight will be gained and more efficient and reliable deterministic models could be proposed, available for researchers and experts in the field.

The advances in information and information technology provide companies with both speed and optimal benefit by using the internet intensively for every stage of their commercial activities and for all kinds of transactions. In order to reduce tax losses, it is necessary to utilize information technologies to develop new audit methods and techniques and to follow new practices in the world. It has become compulsory for public institutions to keep pace with the evolving information technology and to form the necessary information infrastructure. E-applications prevent tax evasion and ensure tax incomes of countries not only to increase the quality of public service but also increase the taxpayer's transaction speed. With the transfer of taxpayers to electronic book and electronic document in order to conduct an effective tax audit and to obtain tax revenue studies on the establishment of a structure that is effective, fast working and using computer technologies well in the struggle with the informal economy are carried out by the tax administration. In our work, electronic tax applications and tax audit in Turkey are explained under general headings and the process of transition to electronic tax audit is taken as basis on the basis of applications in the world. As a result, the contribution of computer and internet technology to the effectiveness of tax audit is an unquestionable reality.

The article considers contractual designs aimed at transferring exclusive rights to industrial property. The problem of the contractual process was identified when concluding a contract on the transfer of a set of exclusive rights. Based on the study, a number of changes to Russian laws have been proposed. First of all, this applies to a commercial concession contract. The author proposes to amend the Civil Code of the Russian Federation by supplementing the article on commercial concession with the right of organizations that do not conduct commercial activities to conclude the same contracts on a general basis. The appropriateness of applying the classification of transactions into real and consensual ones in relation to this contract is justified. The peculiarities of transfer of the complex of exclusive rights to objects of industrial property with participation of social enterprises under the legislation of the Russian Federation are studied.
