Untuk Jangkauan wilayah pemasaran produknya, mulai dari provinsi Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah dan DKI Jakarta. dalam pemasaran produk, Sales memiliki peranan sangat penting dalam menjalankan kegiatan bisnis dan menjadi sumber pendapatan perusahaan. Karena kegiatanya berada diluar membuat perusahaan cukup sulit dalam mengontrol kehadiran dan monitoring sales, yang berpotensi kecurangan dalam memanfaatkan waktu kerja. sistem yang berjalan dirasa masih kurang efektif karena ketika melakukan absensi kehadiran dengan melalui chat yang dapat mengakibat terjadinya kesalahan dalam merekap laporan kehadiran sales tiap bulan. Diharapkan mampu Memperkecil resiko kesalahan dalam pencatatan absensi dan menghindari manipulasi waktu kerja. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode waterfall diantaranya Analisa kebutuhan, desain, Kode program, dan pengujian serta perancangan sistem dengan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Berdasarkan permasalah tersebut maka dibangunlah sebuah sistem aplikasi absensi pada PT Tomofood Industry. sistem ini dibangun dengan berbasis Android serta web serta dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Visual Studio Code, database MySQL, framework flutter, dan juga framework codeigniter. Sistem yang dikembangkan memiliki beberapa layanan seperti presensi, pengajuan cuti dan izin, pengumuman atau berita, data pegawai, data informasi serta rekap laporan kehadiran tiap bulan.

La tomographie électronique cryogénique (cryo-TE) permet de visualiser des complexes biomoléculaires in situ. Les données 3D de biomolécules produites à l'aide de cryo-ET sont bruitées, souffrent d'anisotropies spatiales et sont difficiles à analyser individuellement. Les biomolécules sont flexibles et l'analyse de leur variabilité conformationnelle est nécessaire pour comprendre leurs mécanismes fonctionnels. Les méthodes standards de traitement de données de cryo-ET moyennent plusieurs copies de biomolécules individuelles pour obtenir des structures à des résolutions plus élevées et considèrent que la variabilité conformationnelle biomoléculaire est discrète plutôt que continue en utilisant la classification. Cette thèse présente les deux premières méthodes de traitement de données cryo-ET pour l'analyse de la variabilité conformationnelle continue biomoléculaire, HEMNMA-3D et TomoFlow. HEMNMA-3D analyse des données expérimentales avec les directions de mouvement simulées par l'Analyse de Modes Normaux et permet la découverte d'une large gamme de mouvements biomoléculaires. TomoFlow extrait des mouvements à partir des données en utilisant la technique de vision par ordinateur de Flux Optique. Je montre le potentiel de ces deux méthodes sur des données cryo-ET expérimentales de variabilité conformationnelle des nucléosomes dans les cellules. Les deux méthodes montrent des résultats cohérents, faisant la lumière sur la variabilité conformationnelle des nucléosomes dans les cellules
Cryogenic electron tomography (cryo-ET) allows visualizing biomolecular complexes in situ. 3D data of biomolecules produced using cryo-ET are noisy, suffer from spacial anisotropies, and are difficult to analyze individually. Biomolecules are flexible, and analyzing their conformational variability is necessary to understand their functional mechanisms. Standard cryo-ET data processing methods average multiple copies of individual biomolecules to obtain structures at higher resolutions and consider that biomolecular conformational variability is discrete rather than continuous using the classification. This thesis presents the first two cryo-ET data processing methods for analyzing biomolecular continuous conformational variability, HEMNMA-3D and TomoFlow. HEMNMA-3D analyzes experimental data with the motion directions simulated by Normal Mode Analysis and allows the discovery of a large range of biomolecular motions. TomoFlow extracts motions from the data using the computer vision technique of Optical Flow. I show the potential of these two methods on experimental cryo-ET data of nucleosome conformational variability in cells. The two methods show coherent results, shedding light on the conformational variability of nucleosomes in cells

Modern oil/gas well drilling methods in particular in the offshore industry involve deviated drilling in which the production tubing can be inclined at any angle between the vertical and the horizontal. Riser tubes from the seabed to the surface or to floating production vessels (FPSO) will also rarely be exactly vertical. This work describes a study carried out at the University Of Nottingham on the effects of inclination on gas / liquid slug flow. Two advanced tomography techniques were applied simultaneously to the flow of a mixture of air and silicone oil in a 67 mm internal diameter pipe and the pipe was inclined at various angles. A twin plane Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) electrode system driven by Tomoflow electronics was positioned below a Capacitance Wire Mesh Sensor (WMS) developed at Forschungszentrum Rossendorf-Dresden/Germany M. J. Da Silva et al [2]. This enabled an examination of the flow to be carried out at several levels of complexity. Both measuring sensors provide time and cross-sectionally resolved information about the spatial distribution of the phases. Conditions studied were superficial velocities for air ranged from 0.05 to 5.5 m/s and for silicone oil ranged from 0.0 m/s to 0.5 m/s. In present paper, the effect of inclination on the phase distribution in two phase gas liquid slug flow is presented. The liquid hold up within the slug region and in the elongated bubble zone and the averaged liquid hold up were calculated from the output data of the two measurements techniques. Radial gas volume fraction profiles and bubble size distributions were also processed from the wire-mesh sensor data. The shapes of the large bubbles and waves were compared for different inclination angles. The results indicate that the pipe inclination has a significant effect on the slug flow characteristics. Both Taylor bubble and small bubbles in the slug region tend to flow along the upper pipe wall and causing significant variation of Taylor bubble rise velocity with inclination angle.

The structure of gas liquid flow in horizontal and vertical pipes to some extent is well understood. However, the situation in inclined pipes is much more difficult with very little work published in literature. Changes in physical phenomena occur as the pipe inclination angle varies from the vertical through to inclined and then to horizontal. This work describes a study carried out at the University Of Nottingham on the effects of inclination on gas / liquid slug flow. Two advanced tomography techniques were applied simultaneously to the flow of a mixture of air and silicone oil in a 67 mm internal diameter pipe and the pipe was inclined at angles 0, 5, 10, 30, 45, 60, 80, 90 degrees. This paper reports on the use of twin plane electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) system developed by TomoFlow electronics Ltd to measure flow characteristics in gas-liquid flows. We report measurements over a range of liquid superficial velocities from 0.05 m/s to 0.5 m/s and gas superficial velocities from 0.06 m/s to 6 m/s at all the above angles in a pipe 6 m long. A second technique, Capacitance Wire Mesh Sensor (WMS) developed at Forschungszentrum Rossendorf-Dresden/Germany was also present in the tests, The results for the two sensors are shown to be within 1% of each other in some instances when comparing cross-sectional averaged void fraction. The data was recorded at an acquisition frequency of 1000 Hz over an interval of 60 seconds. This enabled an examination of the flow to be carried out at several levels of complexity. Both measuring sensors provide time and cross-sectionally resolved information about the spatial distribution of the phases. In present paper, the effect of inclination on the characteristics of slug flow is presented. Radial gas volume fraction profiles and bubble size distributions were also processed from the wire-mesh sensor output. The results indicate that the pipe inclination has a significant effect on the slug flow characteristics.
