The paper examines a thematic group of proverbs and sayings about the master, skill, craft, material, tools, and products of the master in Russian and non-ethnic material. It also involves, for comparison, the material of riddles of a similar subject. The study reveals the main traditional ideas about the master and mastery, similar in various ethno-cultural traditions and relevant to this day: mastery should bring income; any craft is necessary; each person is a master in his own realm; craft requires specialization; mastery is determined by trained students; a real master does not give advice to another, etc. The variants and ethnic versions of the paroemias often highlight specific, often contradictory nuances of these ideas. In the paroemias, we are talking primarily about artisans and people engaged in household works. Mastery is associated primarily with manual labor, less often in the Russian tradition, it relates to creative people. The paroemias confirm the blacksmith's special status in mythology, history and culture. In addition to didactic, informative, prescriptive functions, the analyzed paroemias also perform emotive one. Riddles of similar subjects associate the human with the natural, thereby affirming the natural source of human skill and the skill of Mother Nature herself.

The objective of this research is to explain how the Master and Mastery cards game improves students’ vocabulary acquisition and participation learning process of applying Master and Mastery cards game in teaching vocabulary for tenth-grade students of a vocational school. This research was carried out with a classroom action research design. Field notes were the instruments to collect the qualitative data. While the vocabulary test and gained the quantitative data that strengthen the quantitative data. The increasing of the test 1 and test 2 was 22.83 point. Responding to that result the teacher-researcher decided to stop the cycle at cycle two. According to the researcher and co-observer’s observation students participated actively while playing Master and Mastery vocabulary cards game. Purpose Knowledge sharing in a master-apprentice pattern is the process of transferring tacit knowledge from masters to apprentices. In addition, 90 per cent of knowledge required for organizational innovation is tacit knowledge in the master-apprentice pattern. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the evolution of knowledge sharing in master-apprentice pattern and explore the consequences of how to improve the knowledge sharing in the master-apprentice pattern. Design/methodology/approach This paper uses asymmetric evolutionary game theory to study the evolutionary track of knowledge sharing in master-apprentice pattern of innovative organizations by analyzing the utility of masters and apprentices during the process of knowledge sharing in master-apprentice pattern of the innovative organization. Findings The results reveal that when the masters obtained utility from sharing knowledge is greater than that from hoarding knowledge, and the apprentices obtained utility from studying hard is greater than the costs, the innovative organization can get the largest utility from the knowledge sharing in the mater-apprentice pattern. Research limitations/implications The limitation of the research is that this paper mainly studies knowledge sharing among individuals and does not research knowledge sharing between individuals and organizations. Practical implications This research has extended the understanding of knowledge sharing in master-apprentice and its evolution path. Also, the obtained findings are conducive to promoting knowledge sharing in master-apprentice and improving human resource management in innovative organizations. Originality/value This paper attempts to construct the evolution path of knowledge sharing in master-apprentice pattern, which is a useful exploration of the dynamics of knowledge sharing in master-apprentice pattern and makes up for the shortcomings of the existing research.

A recently proposed paraxial ray-based technique for relative location of microseismicity is extended to accommodate several master events with respect to which other events, termed the slaves, are located. The multi-master extension addresses two issues inherent for the existing single-master algorithm: a gradual decrease of its accuracy with the distance from the master and less than satisfactory performance in the presence of strong velocity heterogeneity. Those deficiencies are handled by applying an improved paraxial traveltime formula, exact in homogeneous elliptically anisotropic media, and by distributing masters in the subsurface to sample its heterogeneity. The contributions of different master events to the hypocenter of a given slave are automatically weighted to enhance the influence of adjacent masters, ensuring the precise slave location, and to suppress distant ones, tending to increase the slave-location errors. Tests of the multi-master relative event-location method on synthetic and field microseismic data demonstrate its precision and flexibility as well as applicability to both surface and downhole microseismic geometries.

The range and capabilities of multiple new media require us to master paradoxical aspects of their uses and implications. Furthermore, those same media may also come to master us, through those paradoxes. Based on prior literature, we develop a four-component taxonomy of sites of media mastery (technology, technology-use, social contexts, and individual aspects). We apply and extend this framework to analyze summaries of focus group comments from students in a Norwegian and a U.S. university about their experiences attempting to master computers and mobile phones. From these results, we apply thematic analysis to identify five paradoxes associated with the use of these devices throughout the media mastery taxonomy as well as a tension between using media convergence or media comparison to master multiple new media.

These peculiarities are: the search of leading pedagogical experience, academic research organization; teaching practice and theoretical courses educational program composition on the basis of research and education problems solving and projects implementation; the educational research and scientific research practical training content connection with masters thesis subject; simulation training as a method of enquiry and transformation of pedagogical reality and etc.

Measurement in this study using qualitative methods. The results and analysis show that: 1) Based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation studies conducted by researchers on informants (research subjects), namely the masters of State Vocational High Schools, it shows that the masters have met several assessment indicators for each aspect. 2) Based on the results of the research on the masters of Public Vocational School 1 Ketapang above, it shows that the performance of the masters of Public Vocational School 1 Ketapang in terms of professional competence is in the fairly good category. This is because the master has fulfilled several assessment indicators in mastering the material, structure, concept, and scientific mindset that supports the subject, developing creatively guided subject matter, continuing professional development by taking reflective actions and utilizing information and communication technology to develop themselves. 3) Efforts made by the master of Public Vocational School 1 Ketapang in improving performance as a master, from the learning outcomes, namely by carrying out their duties as well as possible and continuing to improve pedagogic and professional competencies.

Ante ello hemos visto la oportunidad de abarcar este segmento de negocio. Es aquí donde nace la propuesta de Electric Master, de ingresar al mercado ofreciendo servicios de Mantenimiento Eléctrico correctivo y preventivo. El modelo de negocio se dirige a hombres y mujeres de los segmentos A, B que se encuentran en Lima Moderna. Al ser una empresa de servicios, el objetivo de Electric Master es brindar seguridad, calidad y atención las 24 horas del día cubriendo con ello la necesidad del cliente y generando la satisfacción del servicio prestado, contando para ello con certificaciones, técnicos y especialistas en el rubro eléctrico quienes aseguraran la efectividad de la atención. La propuesta de negocio que se presenta necesitara de una inversión de S/55,480.00 Soles con un VAN de S/ 198,311 los cuales tendrán una TIR de 76.04 % demostrando con ello que el proyecto es rentable para los inversionistas. Finalmente, Electric Master muestra una apuesta por la atención de servicios eléctricos que conoce y comprende las necesidades del cliente y que busca brindar un servicio eficiente efectivo y eficaz.
In recent years, there has been an increase in the real estate sector in all modern Lima, consequently, the purchase of apartments is now one of the largest preferences for housings for the current consumer, who considers electrical maintenance one of the highest priority, where they look for, quality, hours of operation and benefits that don´t affect their daily lives. Given this situation, we have seen the need and opportunity to cover this business segment. It is here where the Electric Master proposal is born, to enter the market to offering corrective and preventive Electrical Maintenance services. The business model is directed at men and women from segments A, B who are live in Modern Lima. For being a service company, the objective of Electric Master is to provide security, quality and attention 24 hours a day, covering the customer's need and generating satisfaction with the service provided, counting on certifications, technicians and specialists in the electrical item who will ensure the effectiveness of care. The business proposal presented, will require an investment of S / 55,480.00 Soles, with a VPN of S/ 198,311 which will have an TIR of 76.04%, demonstrating that it is a profitable project for investors. Finally, Electric Master shows a commitment to the care of electrical services, that seeks to provide an efficient and effective service.

Web page loading time is one of the critical challenges on the Internet. Thistopic attracts more researchers as it largely reflects the user satisfaction.A web page resources typically consists of Hyper Text Markup Language(HTML), Cascading Style-Sheet (CSS), JavaScript (JS), media files, etc.As the complexity of the web page increases, the size of files fetched fromserver also increases which causes delay in transmitting, loading, parsing andrendering the web page.The web page is not rendered until HTML, CSS and JS files are loadedand parsed. Not all such files are needed to be rendered for the first page.Optimizing and loading only critical les required for the first page, can considerablyreduce time taken to load the web page. After the first page isrendered, the rest of the files can be loaded and executed. In this thesis,we focus on improving the time taken for First Meaningful Paint(FMP) ofwebsite by loading the critical files initially. We used Design Science Research(DSR) methodology and created a PhantomJS application, to identifyand segregate used and unused CSS for the first meaningful paint of the webpage. We also analyzed script files to load only critical files required forFMP and the rest later. We evaluated our experiment by studying a case onAxis Communications AB and measured its website's performance to find ifour experiment reduced FMP time. It showed improvement in time takenfor FMP from 1284ms to 372.6ms. Based on the results, we suggest to webdevelopers to separate and load the files required for FMP and load the restof the files needed for the website later, so that the first page is renderedquickly.

El Robot Humanoide NAO, de Aldebaran Robotics, es un robot de aspecto humano desarrollado con fines académicos y de investigación, siendo utilizado en diferentes instituciones académicas en todo el mundo, incluyendo la Universidad de Tokio, el IIT Kanpur de la India y la Universidad del Rey Fahd de Petróleo y Minerales de Arabia Saudita. El presente proyecto tuvo como meta dar a conocer, y validar, las capacidades técnicas que puedan ser explotadas a nivel académico dentro de universidades interesadas en la investigación sobre robótica, dado que el impacto de esta rama de conocimiento aún es leve dentro del entorno académico peruano. Así mismo, con este proyecto se dará inicio a una nueva área de investigación dentro de las carreras de Ingeniería relacionada a Ciencias de la Computación, donde se integre el robot humanoide NAO con diferentes tecnologías modernas de alto impacto en la sociedad, como puede ser Emotiv EPOC. Al final del desarrollo del proyecto se obtuvo una base sólida de conocimiento acerca de NAO y sus características más resaltantes. Para lograrlo se desarrolló una biblioteca en Python que permite controlar a NAO sin la necesidad de utilizar Choregraphe, la validación de esta biblioteca se hizo con el desarrollo de una aplicación que integró NAO con Emotiv EPOC, donde se utilizaron características como teleoperación, ejecución de rutinas de movimiento, control de la cámara y uso de Text-to-Speech y Speech-to-Text. Durante el presente proyecto se contemplaron tres fases: Análisis de la tecnología a utilizar, en este caso, del desarrollo para el robot humanoide NAO; el desarrollo de la biblioteca; y la integración con Emotiv EPOC.
NAO, from Aldebaran Robotics, is a humanoid robot developed with academic and research purposes being used in many academic institutions worldwide, including the University of Tokyo, the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. This project had the goal to present, and validate, the technical capabilities that can be used in an academic level within universities interested in research on robotics, since the impact of this branch of knowledge is still mild in the Peruvian academic environment. Likewise, it was expected from this project to create a new research area within engineering careers related to computer science, where the NAO humanoid robot could be integrated with other modern technologies with high impact, as Emotiv EPOC. At the end of this project we obtained a solid base of knowledge about NAO and its most important capabilities. To achieve this, a Python library was developed, which allows control NAO robot without using Choregraphe IDE. To validate this library, an application was developed, which integrated NAO with Emotiv EPOC; this application used features as teleoperation, movement routines, camera control and usage of Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text. During this project three phases were contemplated: research of the technology, development of the integration with Emotiv EPOC, development of applications.

Luego de haber estado trabajando 4 meses en el estudio de Massimiliano Fuksas ubicado en Roma, Italia y posteriormente 7 meses en la oficina de arquitectura metropolitana OMA en Rotterdam, Holanda mis percepciones, intereses y entendimientos con respecto a la arquitectura han recibido una fuerte influencia por lo que al momento de enfrentarme a la tarea de terminar la carrera con un proyecto de titulo, me pareció interesante la posibilidad de recrear, plasmar y representar en el proyecto final, mi experiencia a nivel profesional, en oficinas de carácter internacional las cuales han sido y son referentes de arquitectura tanto en nuestra facultad como en el mundo entero. Las directrices de proyecto se enmarcan dentro de lo que ha sido mi experiencia en las ya dichas oficinas la cual ha estado directamente relacionada con el diseño, la proyección y la investigación del urbanismo en proyectos de diseño de espacios arquitectónicos urbanos en la tipología de proyectos llamados master plan para concursos internacionales y proyectos en fase de desarrollo. Es decir, este titulo tiene como directriz general conducente de proyecto el objetivo de diseñar un master plan a nivel profesional, con sistemas y bases de búsqueda experimentales, tal y como se haría en una oficina de carácter internacional como es OMA. Esto tanto en términos conceptuales como de experimentación y aproximación al proyecto. De esta manera, no solamente contribuir con la diversidad en lo que a proyectos de titulo respecta, en una universidad pluralista como la nuestra donde existen muchas más de una vertiente de diseño de arquitectura, sino que además es una manera de representar lo que a mi modo de ver es el tema de la arquitectura en estos momentos. La arquitectura como soporte de las dinámicas humanas, posicionada donde convergen los flujos de las actividades humanas y como esta puede catalizar efectos en su entorno. Además me interesaría plantear mi desacuerdo con el hecho que la facultad de arquitectura no reconozca el master plan como una tipología de proyecto de arquitectura, siendo esta una especialidad de la profesión reconocida internacionalmente habiendo arquitectos especializados y dedicados a este tipo de proyectos en innumerables oficinas del mundo, además de existir diversos posgrados de especialización del mismo. El mismo caso sucede con la arquitectura del paisaje.
