This paper describes a method to generate ontologies from glossaries of terms. The proposed method presupposes an evolutionary life cycle based on successive transformations of the original glossary that lead to products of intermediate knowledge representation (dictionary, taxonomy, and thesaurus). These products are characterized by an increase in semantic expressiveness in comparison to the product obtained in the previous transformation, with the ontology as the end product. Although this method has been applied to produce an ontology from the “IEEE Standard Glossary of Software Engineering Terminology,” it could be applied to any glossary of any knowledge domain to generate an ontology that may be used to index or search for information resources and documents stored in libraries or on the Semantic Web.

Theoretical and methodological base of the research includes socio-demographic, thesaurus and generational approaches. Scientific and methodical base of the research is a survey held in the Volga Federal District (Republic of Tatarstan) and the North-Western Federal District (Vologda Region). This study reflects the rupture of the family thesaurus, the loss of the authoritarian value system of family relations, which leads to the leveling of responsibility, distortion of the forms of family relations, and orientation to false family values. Transmission of marital and reproductive behavior of Russian men in intergenerational aspect is analyzed on the base of the empiric survey, the role of father in comparative correlation with transmission of value heritage of fatherhood image is discovered. The scientific novelty of the study is to identify, based on the original methodology, problem areas for the implementation of various models of generative behavior of Russian men in the conditions of transformation of family and parenting institutions.

Introduction. The relevance of the study is provoked by the rapid expansion of the educational environment, the emergence of new actors and educational service providers, which indicate changes in the institutional landscape of adult education and the development of educational ecosystems. Both in the world and in Russia, there is a growing demand for bridging the qualification gap and retraining a significant part of adults. Therefore, a comprehensive study of continuing adult education, including formal and informal education, that is inseparable from the demands of the platform economy, is becoming extremely important. There is a tendency to transform the idea of an educational ecosystem for lifelong adult learning into a well-thought-out educational policy. However, the problem is that the scientific and methodological substantiation of the ecosystem approach and the subsequent development of managerial work to develop the quality of human capital education are impossible without a unified terminological language of description.Aim. The article is aimed at theoretical substantiation of the terminological field and interdisciplinary thesaurus modelling of the adult education ecosystem.Methodology and research methods. The methodological basis is framed by evolutionary, systematic and interdisciplinary approaches to analyse adult education with regard to complex socio-economic and digital transformations. Using theoretical methods, such as critical, conceptual, comparative, thematic content analysis of Russian and foreign publications, the authors described the categorical field of the problem under investigation.Results. The authors have found that the conceptual and terminological field of the adult education ecosystem is shaped at the intersection of four disciplinary areas (ecology, economy, education, digital technologies). Based on the results, the authors identified the concepts and categories that reveal the processes in adult education; and proposed the idea of an interdisciplinary thesaurus and its conceptual model. Using the developed thesaurus, the authors gave a theoretical explanation for new phenomena and processes in adult education, carried out comparative analysis of the ecosystem with the traditional system of adult education. The authors define the adult education ecosystem as an open multidimensional self-regulating educational environment, where different types of education (formal, informal, corporate training) integrate via modern digital tools, providing symbiosis and co-evolution of participants, new patterns of links aimed at making a valuable offer for learners.Scientific novelty. For the first time, the idea and model of the interdisciplinary thesaurus have been proposed to describe transformation processes in adult education; the concept of “adult education ecosystem” has been revealed; the peculiarities of the adult education ecosystem in comparison with the traditional education system have been identified. The adult education ecosystem is explained as a theoretical construct, a socio-economic phenomenon and a management paradigm.Practical significance. The proposed thesaurus provides a unified description language that is in demand in pedagogical, managerial and scientific discourses. This is of particular importance for practitioners, designers of educational programmes, methodologists, managers, providers of various educational forms in the context of reforming the national adult education system, synchronising supply and demand in the labour market, developing tools for regulation and support of lifelong learning.

The article is devoted to the development of methodological basis, methodological support and applied tools of digital administration of operational activities, development and transformations of management systems of construction companies. The results of the work together provide a modern methodological system for managing the transformation processes of construction companies in terms of digitalization of the economy. The methodology is implemented in scientific and applied tools for decision-making on the content, tools, diagnostic indicators and the expected result of the transformation of the operating system and organizational structure of the construction company, which carries out and adjusts its activities in a complex multi-project operating field. The conceptual principles of business process renewal, management systems for a construction company based on digitalization (digital administration), which are positioned as a means of achieving competitive advantages in the multi-project field of construction development, are substantiated. The paper identifies the impact of the transformation of modern global socio-economic processes on the methodology of managing innovative business development in a digital economy. The significance of innovations for increasing business efficiency is revealed and the concept of innovation is developed. The content of the main terminological definitions in the form of a terminological thesaurus "transformation of the operating system of a construction company" has been clarified. The influence of the institutional and organizational environment on the innovative development of business in Ukraine is determined. The author 's methodological approach to the formation of the conceptual foundations of the digital economy is substantiated. Principles and roadmap for digital business transformation have been developed. Theoretical and methodological approaches to modeling the information technology architecture of the organization are proposed. The methodology of digital administration of construction stakeholder enterprises introduced in the work combines modern principles of strategic and operational management of enterprises with "cloud" and BIM-technologies, applied embodiments of functional-economic diagnostics, cost-oriented management, object-functional and functional-functional and functional management. with the purpose of their integrated use for the implementation of qualitative transformations of enterprise management systems and the microenvironment of development projects.

The article is devoted to a comparative analysis of popular online dictionaries and an overview of the main tools of these resources to study a language. The use of dictionaries in learning a foreign language is an important step to understanding the language. The effectiveness of this process increases with the use of online dictionaries, which have a lot of tools for improving the educational process. Based on the Alexa Internet resource it was found the most popular online dictionaries: Cambridge Dictionary, Wordreference, Merriam–Webster, Wiktionary, TheFreeDictionary, Dictionary.com, Glosbe, Collins Dictionary, Longman Dictionary, Oxford Dictionary. As a result of the deep analysis of these online dictionaries, we found out they have the next standard functions like the word explanations, transcription, audio pronounce, semantic connections, and examples of use. In propose dictionaries, we also found out the additional tools of learning foreign languages (mostly English) that can be effective. In general, we described sixteen functions of the online platforms for learning that can be useful in learning a foreign language. We have compiled a comparison table based on the next functions: machine translation, multilingualism, a video of pronunciation, an image of a word, discussion, collaborative edit, the rank of words, hints, learning tools, thesaurus, paid services, sharing content, hyperlinks in a definition, registration, lists of words, mobile version, etc. Based on the additional tools of online dictionaries we created a diagram that shows the functionality of analyzed platforms.

The article proposes the authors’ method for assessing the maturity of the customer relationship management system of a company. The purpose of the article is a theoretical refinement of the concept of customer relationship management in terms of expanding the conceptual apparatus and defining the stages of the customer-centric transformation process. The achieve the indicated purpose, the following methods were used: systematisation of existing scientific views on the research topic; analysis and refinement of models for quantitative interpretation of customer and expert survey data; identifying trends in competitive market conditions in terms of customer centricity. The topic is relevant due to several factors: competition based on the aggregate value provided is one of the main ways to compete in the market in current circumstances; the conceptual apparatus used today to analyze customer centricity is neither uniform nor sufficient; established scientific vision of customer-centric transformation does not include the understanding of this process’ levels and stages. The authors of the article created a new thesaurus by proposing to introduce certain concepts of customer-centric transformation and maturity of the customer relationship management system. Maturity factors and levels were analyzed. For practical purposes, existing methods of measuring the maturity of a customer relationship management system are studied, practical recommendations aimed at increasing the level of maturity are prepared, and potential risks are identified. It is demonstrated that the maturity of the customer relationship management system is the level of systemic understanding and practical implementation of the principles of customer-centric transformation.

Development of every world language is influenced by many factors, the most important being historic and social ones. These factors inevitably cause penetration into the recipient language of the new elements, borrowed from their neighbors and partners in the process of communication in different spheres. The dialogue of cultures is based on language practice and takes place all the time. Moreover, the donor language and the receiving language may change roles in the process of historic development. The article focuses on the continuous process of enrichment of European languages by means of borrowing certain elements from speech of their neighbors and foes. At the initial stage borrowed words are received as some alien elements and lack understanding on the part of majority of native population. Socially these borrowings enjoy a higher status than native lexis. However, as the time goes, these elements lose their novelty, and are often adapted to the norms of the recipient language and sometimes they undergo radical transformation. Finally they become part and parcel of the local thesaurus. Nowadays due to globalization of world processes and fast development of high technologies and means of communication linguistic borrowing as the logical consequence of international cooperation has greatly increased in scope and is now an organic part of the global transformation process.

Students from different cultures possess varying levels of skills in learning, remembering, and understanding concepts. Some terms and their explanations may seem easy for one group of students but difficult for another. Therefore, delivering educational content that aligns with student’s learning capabilities is a challenging task based on cultural orientations. This study addresses the learning challenges by developing a Thesaurus Glossary E-learning (TGE) framework method. This study introduces the TGE method which is a multi-language tool with visual associations that adapts to students’ capabilities. It also examines cultural differences and native languages, particularly aiding Arab Native to visualize appropriate terms (thesaurus) and their explanations (glossary) based on students’ learning capabilities. TGE learns from students’ term selection behavior and displays terms at a simple or advanced level that matches their learning ability. Additionally, TGE demonstrated its effectiveness as an e-learning tool, accessible to all students anytime and anywhere. The study analyzed 314 records related to student performance, out of which 114 students were surveyed to evaluate the effectiveness of the TGE method. This work presents TGE as a novel e-learning tool designed to enhance conceptual thinking within the context of modern educational practices during the digital transformation. TGE is based on artificial intelligence algorithms and associative rules that simulate the human brain, establishing logical connections between related key terms and sketching associations among diverse facets of a situation. An experiment was conducted at a private university in the Sultanate of Oman to assess the effectiveness of the proposed TGE tool. TGE was integrated with selected subjects in information systems and used by the students as a resource for e-learning methods and materials. The results show that 85% of students who used TGE improved their performance by 19%. We believe this work could establish a new smart e-learning teaching method and attract modern and digital universities to enhance student learning outcomes linked with conceptual thinking.

This article is devoted to systemizing the stages of online research development in Germany, based on analyzing the reports of the main German-language conference on online research (General online Research Conference). The article focuses on the thematic and methodical evolution of online research since 1995 till the present day, emphasizing the most popular methods and areas of science where using this type of research is widespread. The author describes the history of online research and identifies four stages of online research development in Germany: online research as a method (Stage 1); atomization of subject areas (Stage 2); technological development and methodological improvement (Stage 3); distribution of Big Data (Stage 4). The stages are arranged by year, with systemization based on the thematic and methodical orientation during a particular period. The author analyzes the features of each of the stages in terms of technological innovation. The transformation of traditional offline methods in web space is also considered in the article. Particular attention is paid to the fact that both Russian and German languages have no single conceptual apparatus, and use a very broad list of terms in their specialized literature. This was the motivation behind compiling a terminological thesaurus within this work.

The article describes the history of the formation of world associative lexicography, examines the typology and electronic databases of various associative dictionaries, their meaning and purpose in the context of psycholinguistic studies of the content and ethnocultural specificity of the linguistic consciousness of ethnic groups; gives an interpretation of the terminological apparatus used in the study of cognitive and mental processes of speech activity using associative techniques. Using the example of comparing the contents of two Kazakh associative dictionaries – the Soviet (KRAD-78) and the post-reform period (KAD-2014) – the dynamics of changes in the content of the nuclear zones of linguistic consciousness of two generations of students, participants in mass associative experiments, is demonstrated, which is convincing evidence of the serious research potential of associative lexicography and predicts the prospects of this kind of diachronic associative research. Based on the predicted scientific and socio-cultural significance of diachronic comparative associative studies, the article proposes to create another associative dictionary, expanding the list of stimulus words from 120 to 1000 in order to obtain an associative thesaurus of the Kazakh language, which will reflect a certain transformation of the linguistic consciousness of the ethnic group, and elements of stability of its central nuclear zones.

The aim of the research is to identify the main features of a creative type embodied in the figure of A. Brizeux. Based on the analysis of the poems “Marie” (1831), “The Bretons” (“Les Bretons”, 1846) and “The Breton Elegy” (“L’Élégie de la Bretagne”, 1857), the paper describes the main features of the artistic world created by the writer, as well as the most significant features of the author’s poetics. The paper is original in that it provides a typological examination of the Breton poet’s creative work, focusing on the analysis of the works on the Breton theme, which was most important to A. Brizeux. This approach significantly differs from a complete description of the writer’s creative heritage (with all the incidental details distracting from the main material) and is closer to a thesaurus-based thematic and content-based limitation in the selection of research material. Such a method brings typical features to the foreground and emphasizes them: Brizeux is not just the “bard of Brittany” (the most widespread and well-established view of the poet), but the “bard of Brittany” who lived in an era dominated by Romantic tastes in literature and, therefore, saw his homeland in a way that poets of other eras could not. As a result of the research, it has been found that A. Brizeux represents, firstly, a type of writer not uncommon for the Romantic era, who actualized interest in local culture (Breton culture) and created a romantically idealized image of the homeland, similar to how Virgil created the most memorable myth of “blessed Arcadia” in the “Bucolics”, and, secondly, a type of writer who simultaneously participated in processes characteristic of different Romantic literary periods: the rethinking of poetic norms and the practical transformation of genres.

The innovative nature of engineering and technical education is focused on the digital productions dynamics and is largely determined by the quality of knowledge acquired at the university. Lifelong education, continuous renewal and the production of new knowledge based on available knowledge has become a necessary requirement for the individuals competitiveness in a modern society, where information and knowledge are the main resource and driving force. The subject of the study is substantiation of the educational project role as a result of professional education, which allows us to outline ways, techniques, methods that provide prospective specialists with an adequate understanding of the real world, successful adaptation to life in an information oversaturated environment and intellectual development in the digital world. The introduction of the educational project concept in the thesaurus of pedagogy allows us to strengthen the role of knowledge in professional and personal development. The paper establishes that the essence of educational design as a pedagogical phenomenon consists in the duality of educational and professional contexts; in the indication of the procedural manifestation in the project activity of prospective engineers professional and personal qualities; in the installation of an increase in experience of a value attitude to living knowledge when developing projects for creative transformation of the technosphere. The solutions given in the study are of a research nature and can be used in other similar Russian and foreign projects, as well as implemented when creating personalized e-learning systems and online courses in the dynamics of formation and development of educational design.

With the development of the manufacturing industry, environmental problems have become more and more serious. At present, green design is playing an increasingly important role in product design and manufacturing. How to combine traditional conceptual design methods with green designs to realize green conceptual design is of great practical significance. In order to realize the green concept design of a product and to allow the conceptual design scheme to meet the functional requirements and green performance requirements of the product at the same time, this study introduces the knowledge push process and the green filter process into product concept design. The knowledge of invention principles is retrieved by establishing the knowledge space of invention principles, by calculating the word segmentation based on the CRF (conditional random field), and calculating the word similarity using a thesaurus. This is performed in order to realize the transformation from product function requirements to invention principle knowledge. Then, by studying the relationship among the environmental efficiency factors, green design attributes, engineering technical parameters, and invention principles, the correlation mapping table for green design attributes and invention principles is established. Thus, the green filter is applied to the pushed knowledge according to the green performance requirements, so that the final push results after filtering can meet the functional and green performance requirements of the product. In the last section of this paper, a green concept design for cutting the fluid supply system in an enterprise is presented as an example to verify and analyse the proposed method.

In the theory of brand management, the influence of brand mentions in fiction on the perception of a brand by the target audience remains unexplored. One position is based on the fact that any brand mentions are valuable, and the bigger the audience coverage of a literary source, the greater its value. Another approach is based on evaluation of the quality of audience of a literary work. The analysis of the contemporary readership of works created in the past centuries is a difficult task. This paper proposes an approach to analyze the value of brand mentions in literature from the perspective of quantitative semantics. The methodology includes the transformation of an array of words from a literary fragment and a text reflecting brand values, translated from the official website into vectors of frequencies of semantic groups of Roget’s Thesaurus. As a standard for comparison, the verbalization of the values of the target group was used. All three vectors were compared with each other in pairs according to the cosine proximity formula. The analysis was carried out on the example of the mention of one of Nestlé’s products in memoirs about Anna Akhmatova by K. Chukovsky. The standard target group was the contemporary Russian youth in the age of 14–23 years old. The study demonstrated that the values of the group are relatively distant from the context of mention. The semantic context of the literary fragment is different from Nestlé’s values and is further away from the values of the young people as compared to the postulated official brand values. This methodology can be useful for automatic or semi-automatic analysis of brand mentions in works of literature. The proposed approach can be developed and adapted for a deep context-dependent analysis of brand mentions in the media, social networks and transcripts of oral speech.

However, no special research has been undertaken in the sphere of the interdisciplinary approach in respect of studying the phenomenon of “giftedness” which would allow a scholar to highlight the characteristics of giftedness as a phenomenon that is multilevel and plastic under pedagogical influence. The aim of the research, within the framework of the present article, is to systematise the scientific ideas that outline the modern concept of giftedness in terms of the interdisciplinary approach, variability and contrasts. Methodology and methods. The interdisciplinary approach included selection and systematisation, based on particular indicators, of the units of knowledge on giftedness, i.e.: (1) its structure, (2) plasticity, (3) conditions of transformation of natural gift into a socially valuable talent. The research involved the analysis of concepts of giftedness proposed by philosophy (dialectical approach), neurophysiology (comparative approach), psychology (activity-based, biological approaches), pedagogy (psycho-pedagogical, personalitybased approaches), and sociology (socio-psychological, sociological approaches). Results. The research showed that interdisciplinary knowledge about giftedness was integrated into a whole, through: (1) building associative links and forming a common thesaurus of sciences exploring giftedness; (2) creating a model of “gifted behaviour” in the conditions of the educatory process, highlighting the biological grounds of giftedness in the aspect that is directly observable; (3) forming due concepts that reflect the integrity of giftedness components (e.g. “gifted-nome”, “giftedness age”, “talent age”). Giftedness in terms of the interdisciplinary approach is a multifaceted and multilevel phenomenon, with such stages as gift, abilities, and talent. Scientific novelty. The obtained results made it possible to consider the phenomenon of giftedness in the light of the interdisciplinary approach – as energy accumulated by the “gifted” brain and transformed from the potential state (gift) into a kinetic state (talent) through the stage of rotation of abilities absorbing resources of the environment and developing in it and subsequently enhancing a person’s neurophysiological and mental resources at the new level of development. Practical significance. The undertaken research makes it possible to outline the guidelines of the general theory of giftedness, its recognition and transformation into talent, as well as to improve the programmes of “gifted education” and “enrichment pedagogy” at all levels from pre-school to university and post-university levels.

Introduction, purpose of the work. Within the framework of the computer-aided system, the technology of a method is formed to control the current trajectories (CT) of unmanned vehicles (UMV) when they move along quarry routes in open-pit mining. The purpose of the presented research is to analyze the application of the wavelet transforms technique to the problem of routing unmanned vehicles when they move along quarry routes. Methodology. The results of modeling one-dimensional signals corresponding to the UMV current trajectories are presented, when the latters deviate to the left / right from the nominal axial trajectory (NAT), as well as their time-frequency distributions in the wavelet medium. The algorithm of the procedure for displaying scalar signals is developed and described to control UMV CT in a complex medium of time-frequency wavelet transforms. This transformation allows you to monitor the movement of UMV in a functionally transparent and informative way and effectively manage the processes of trajectory routing of dump trucks in the quarry. The analysis of research results. The processes of modifying the current trajectories of the UMV movement under the control of the computer-aided system are generated using the methods of wavelet transforms. They are based on algorithms for projecting trajectory signals with a time-dependent frequency (chirp signals) onto a set of wavelet functions within a wavelet thesaurus (wavelet dictionary), wavelet matching pursuit procedures, and representing scalar signals in a specific multidimensional medium of Cohen’s class time-frequency distributions. Simulation results in the form of waveform trajectory (CT-) signals and their three-dimensional Wigner time-frequency maps representing the movement of UMV in a start-stop mode, and the signals of formed continuous deviation trajectories while they deflect to the left and right of NAT. The algorithm for generating a 3D-image of a UMV current trajectory one-dimensional signal is presented. Conclusion. It is concluded that the mathematical technique of wavelet transforms is the most appropriate and effective one for computer-aided monitoring and controlling the dynamics of UMV moving along opencast mine routes.

Among the construction methods for subway projects, shield method construction technology has become a more widely used construction method for urban subway construction due to the advantages of a high degree of construction mechanization, low impact of the construction process on the environment, and strong adaptability of the shield machine to the stratum, etc. However, because of the complexity of the surrounding buildings (structures) in the subway construction, coupled with the diversity of the subway shield method construction activities and the uncertainties in the construction environment, to a certain extent, it is determined that the subway construction process is very complicated. The purpose of this study is based on the text mining method, where text is mined and utilized to realize the identification, extraction, and display of safety risk factors. Thus, it guides the safety management on site and provides a basis for knowledge reuse in other metro shield construction projects. Firstly, we analyze the shortcomings of safety risk management in domestic and international metro shield construction via a literature review, especially the utilization of safety risk text data. Secondly, we collect the risk reports submitted by all parties via the “Metro Project Safety Risk Early Warning System”, and manually screen the hidden danger statements with risk characterization to establish a corpus. Thirdly, we use the Jieba word separation package to extract and display the safety risk factors, so as to guide the on-site safety management. Subsequently, with the help of the Jieba word segmentation package for Chinese word segmentation, we develop a professional thesaurus to improve the effect of word segmentation; then, we use the TF-IDF parameter assignment to achieve the structural transformation of the text to extract high-frequency vocabulary; finally, from the high-frequency vocabulary to screen words containing the semantics of the risk to establish the risk of an initial set of words, we use the existing standards and norms to form the collection of safety risk factors of subway shield construction and generate the cloud diagram for visual display.

Since the parliament is endowed with representative functions it is called upon to represent the structure of society and articulate its inherent values. The chairman (speaker) represents the leading political party, so we can consider his/her speeches in the chamber as a ruling elite’s message to citizens. We aim to identify value dominants in the discourse of the chairmen of the Russian State Duma during the 1st till the 8th convocations (1994-2023) and to search for points of its contact with the values of Russian society. The methodological framework is the integral model of values, based on the well-known theories by Geert Hofstede, Ronald Inglehart and Shalom Schwartz, adapted for content analysis of discursive texts (transcripts of the State Duma sessions) by thesaurus marker words characterizing basic values. We also use qualitative discourse analysis to identify semantic chains, the specifics of ideological articulation of marker words, and analyze the transformation of their meaning in different contexts.The stability of the models based on the frequency of use of marker words in discourse for four value groups is tested using the principal component analysis. The hypothesis is tested that the speaker’s party affiliation has lost its connection with the values they broadcast over time (such a connection was observed only during the 1st and the 2nd convocations of the State Duma). We confirmed the assumption about a value shift in discourse from collectivist values to individualistic ones during the years of the post-Soviet political transition, while a decrease in the clusters of secular-rational and traditional values. The models are verified using secondary analysis of data from public opinion pools and waves of the World Values Survey. Correlations are revealed between the frequency of mentioning values and the dynamics of respondents’ answers to questions corresponding to these values (with the exception of traditionalist values). Comparison of the models with the country’s social and economic development indicators revealed counterintuitive results indicating a nonlinear influence of the economic situation on political thinking and discursive practices. The paper is intended to contribute to the theoretical and empirical development of contemporary Russian policy in the field of values.

The purpose of this paper is to determine the qualitative features of development and transformation vectors of the information industry of the People’s Republic of China. The methodology. The research was conducted using a set of theoretical and empirical methods of scientific knowledge, which made it possible to identify the main stages in the evolution of the scientific and technical information system of the People’s Republic of China, to establish innovation vectors of its modern development. The following scientific approaches were cognitive tools for the implementation of this goal: systematic, historical, comparative, as well as research methods: statistical, modeling, content analysis of the website of the Institute for Scientific and Technical Information of China. The results. The generalization of the history of the origin and development of the scientific and technical information system of the PRC has identified three main stages of its institutionalization: starting stage (1956–1976), stage of sustainable development (1977–2000), stage of innovation changes (2001–present). At the first stage, a powerful start in the development of an effective state system of scientific and technical information was interrupted by a decade of regressive influence on the socio­economic development of the so­called “cultural revolution”. The second stage was marked by the breakthrough technologies in the implementation of projects for the development of effective tools for searching and systematization of scientific and technical information, in particular, the development of the “Chinese Library Classification” and the “Chinese Subject Thesaurus” in all fields of study, which won the National Prize in Science and Technology in 1983; the creation of the first automated abstract database “Chinese Pharmacy Abstracts” in 1984; the development of unique software for Chinese characters that ran on IBM­class computers, etc. The organizational infrastructure of the national scientific and technical information system was based on a combination of territorial and branch principles, as a result, regional information centers were formed in 27 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of the country, as well as departmental ones at large enterprises of 64 ministries of the PRC. The qualitative features of the third stage of development of the Information Industry of China — the stage of innovation changes — identify the processes of digital globalization, automation of Big Data processing, mastering the capabilities and technologies of artificial intelligence in the management of big data and the extraction of explicit and implicit knowledge. The scientific novelty. The author suggests a periodization of the main stages of development of the state system of scientific and technical information of the People’s Republic of China into scientific circulation for the first time; reveals the qualitative features of its functioning at each historical stage; identifies the vectors of diversification of Intelligent Products and Services, transformation strategies for the application of Smart Knowledge Service ecosystems, operated on the basis of analytical processing of big data by artificial intelligence technologies. The practical significance. The experience of developing the information industry and its transformation into the knowledge industry in China is useful to be borrowed by the Ukrainian state scientific and technical information system.

Research results, analysis. The processes of modifying the UMV movement current trajectories under the control of the computer-aided system are generated using wavelet transforms methods. They are based on algorithms for projecting the trajectory signals with a time-dependent frequency (chirp signals) onto a set of wavelet functions as part of a wavelet thesaurus (wavelet dictionary), executing certain wavelet matching pursuit procedures, and displaying the CT scalar signals in a specific multidimensional medium of Cohen’s class time-frequency distributions. The simulation results in the form of the current trajectory (CT-) signals waveforms and their three-dimensional time-frequency representations as Wigner maps showing the UMV movement in a start-stop mode, as well as the signals of formed continuous deviation trajectories when they leave to the left and to the right from the NAT, are presented. An algorithm for the formation of 3D-representations of UMV current trajectory one-dimensional signals is presented. Conclusion. The conclusion is made that the mathematical technique of wavelet transforms is the most expedient and effective means for computer-aided monitoring and controlling the dynamics of UMV movement along routes within open pit roads.

The article draws parallels between the variants of the play-drama and the forms of self-representation of the Les Nabis and the «Parisian» Maximilian Voloshin. All of them tested the concepts of play, performance, and artistic transformation of reality, which are organic in the aesthetics of symbolism, based on the tradition of French culture from T. Gauthier, J. Barbey d’Aurevilly to J. Péladan, F. Khnopff. In the stream of theatrical utopia of the late XIX – early XX centuries Les Nabis and Voloshin used the style of symbolism in everyday life and creativity. They were united by an understanding of art as an emanation of the absolute, a perception of phenomena as a «door to eternity», an invisible reality, a specific «sense of the mystery of things pregnant with an event» (Edouard Vuillard). The thesaurus of forms they possessed included signs of self-manifestation. But, although all of them have an increased attention to the synthesis of religions, mysticism, transchronological excursions, their models of life creation, as well as self-realization, have a number of differences in the ways of objectification of the spiritual. The sublime drama of the Nabis – «Language of Nabis», created by P. Sérusier, paraphernalia, clothes in the form of a felony, weekly ritualsin the Temple of Nabis on Boulevard Montparnasse, 25 – shows their commitment to the spiritualist model of thegame. And the semi-humorous atmosphere of the «Order of the Spins» in the house of Voloshin in Koktebel, jokes andhoaxes of the owner tend to laugh culture. Voloshin claimed: «Everything that is not a game is not art». He relied on the reception of art as a game and life as art – the newly created world en variante locale by the artist, the conjurer of things. Together with the fraternity, which arose spontaneously every summer and spontaneously formed its own laws and rituals, the poet realized an improvisational model of the game, close to children’s games. In contrast to the pathos of the Les Nabis, Voloshin’s game was a frontier against society and the then (1905-1924) Russian reality. If the theater of nabis in the manifestations of Art nouveau realized their goal to aestheticize space, then Voloshin’s game, which became his lifestyle, led to the creation of a new person and new relationships. It contributed not only to the creative development of its members, but also to saving lives during the Bolshevik terror and famine. Late Voloshin, with his analysis of the Сainite civilization and the historiosophical conception of Russia, consistent with modern assessments of geopolitical realities, can be positioned as a seer who predicted the course of events for centuries to come.

The author attempts to consider linguistically the phenomenon of pseudo-sensation which is widespread on the Internet. From the point of view of linguistics pseudo-sensation is a short message of a shocking and provocative nature, constructed on the basis of any media text that does not contain sensational information. Being derived from the source-text, pseudo-sensation differs from a fake, which is a completely fictional message or graphic object. Pseudo-sensational messages are presented on the Internet mainly in the form of announcement headlines. Such headlines function autonomously on a web page as signals motivating to follow a hyperlink. The logical and semantic transformations, employed in pseudo-sensational headlines construction, allow to transform almost any media text into a pseudo-sensation. The description of the mechanisms of such constructing makes the subject of this article. The description is methodologically based upon the "semiotics of truth perversion" by Yu.I. Levin. The analysis of research material, collected from Russian Internet sites, has enabled to reveal three basic logical and semantic transformations: elimination (excluding of one or more components of the text proposition from the headline), substitution (the replacement of the significant components of the text proposition) and complication (addition of excessive components into the headline that are not explicitly contained in the text). The cognitive basis of encouraging to the hypertext transition is the false activation of certain components of the recipient's thesaurus.

Changes in the language ability of native speakers under the influence of the rapid development of technology and the transformation of the surrounding world is one of the urgent problems of modern psycholinguistics. The re-search material was the data of the Russian associative dictionary (late 80s - early 90s of the twentieth century) and the results of a free associative experiment presented in the multilingual associative thesaurus of politeness (2020). Within the framework of the theory of speech activity, the cue−target pair is considered as a speech action. According to the model of speech action developed by us, its essential components are methods and means of predication. The paper shows that significant changes have occurred in the structure of the associative fields "dog" of different fixation times, emphasizing the dynamics of the language ability of native speakers. The number of speech actions of the full syntactic cycle decreased by 26%, and the number of syntactic primitives and topic-comment structures increased by 10% and 16%, respectively, which indicates a decrease in the level of potential readiness to produce and perceive speech actions of the full syntactic cycle. Different hierarchy of structural components of the analyzed associative field demonstrate changes in the means of predication. The experimentally revealed reduction in the proportion of operational associates (-14%) and emotional-evaluative reactions (-26%) indicates a decrease in the importance of emotive and linguistic orienting points in the formation of associative links, and also diagnoses a decrease in the level of language competence. The increase in the share of conceptual reactions (+12%) and reactions-images (+28%) emphasizes the dominance of cognitive orienting points in the production of speech actions.

Thepurposeof the article is to represent changes in the understanding and implementation of the idea of personal agency of schoolchildren inherent in Ukrain-ian pedagogical discourse and actual practice of educa-tion institutions in the XXth century. The above has for-warded the research to the following areas of concern: to establish the dynamics of a cognitive-creative pro-cess of generating and implementing the idea of agency given its philosophical, psychological, educational-po-litical and pedagogical-technological context; to create a general infographic periodization of the development of the idea of agency based on comparing profiles of agency of schoolchildren of the studied period in a particular territory. Methods: To solve the research tasks, the author has used interpretational methods, particularly genesis one, that has made it possible to conclude about the development patterns of the ideaof personal agency in the scientific-pedagogical dis-course and introduced models of schoolchildren’s edu-cation and upbringing; the modelling of the pro-gress of the idea contributes to finding out the logic of its generating and transformation; a discourse-anal-ysis for the identification of a socio-cultural dimension of the agency-related issues in the pedagogical ideas of the XXth century; a comparative analysis to com-pare agency profiles in the defined periods. Results.Development patterns and introduction of the idea of a pupil’s personal agency are studied within three dimensions: philosophical-psychological (methodolog-ical), the coordinate system of which is a civilizational type of personality (classical, modern, postmodern), and society (monarchical, industrial, democratic, infor-mation technology); educational and political, which is rendered on the axes of state reforms and pedagogical (including innovative) schools; pedagogical-techno-logical covering, on the one hand, the content-process aspect of educational, developmental and pedagogical effect of a teacher and, on the other hand, an effec-tive-evaluation aspect of the pedagogical influence represented by new formations of a pupil and changes in the pedagogical situation. Conclusions.A logic of the development of a child’s agency in the domes-tic educational theory and practice of the XXth century is rendered under the framework of shaping visions of agency as a cultural demand of the socio-histori-cal formation, a generic feature of a representative of the civilization, a component of pedagogical ideal, competencies and a specified level of a child’s devel-opment (a social demand for education), a note on his social role as a means of involving the child into the educational process, an opportunity for his self-re-alization. The key trends of the development of the idea of a pupil’s agency concern the changes in socio-his-torical formations and cultural-psychological type of community and psychological type of a personality belonging to a specific epoch, worldviews and educa-tional paradigms, theoretical substantiation of a new pedagogical thesaurus and technology innovations in education institutions. Означене зорієнтувало дослідження на такі проблемні напрямки: встановити динаміку когнітивно-креативного процесу генерування та впровадження ідеї суб’єктності з урахуванням її філософського, психологічного, освітньо-політичного та педагогічно-технологіч-ного контексту; створити загальну інфографіку періодизації розвитку ідеї суб’єктності на основі зіставлення профілів суб’єктності учнів досліджу-ваного періоду на окресленій території. Методи.Розв’язування дослідницьких завдань передбачало використання інтерпретаційних методів, зокрема, генезного, що уможливило висновки про закономірності розвитку ідеї суб’єктності особистості в науково-педагогічному дискурсі та впроваджених моделях навчання і виховання учнів; моде-лювання розвитку ідеї, щоб встановити логіку їїгенерування та трансформації; дискурс-аналізу для виявлення соціокультурного виміру суб’єк-тнісної проблематики в педагогічних ідеях ХХ століття; порівняльного аналізу з метою зіставлення профілів суб’єктності у виокремлених періодах. Результати. Закономірності розвитку та впро-вадження ідеї суб’єктності особистості школяра розглянуто в трьох площинах: філософсько-пси-хологічній (методологічній), системою координат якої є цивілізаційний тип особистості (класична, модерна, постмодерна) та суспільства (монархічне, індустріальне, демократичне, інформаційно-тех-нологічне); освітньо-політичній, розгорнутій на осях державних реформ та педагогічних (зокрема, і новаторських) шкіл; педагогічно-технологічній, яка охоплює, з одного боку, змістово-процесний бік навчального, розвивального та виховного впливів педагога, та з іншого – результатно-оцінний бік педагогічного впливу, представлений новоутво-реннями учня та змінами педагогічної ситуації. Висновки. Логіка розвитку ідеї суб’єктності учня у вітчизняній освітній теорії та практиці ХХ століття представлена в межах формування уявлень про суб’єктність як культурну вимогу суспільно-історичної формації, типову ознаку представника цивілізації, складову виховного ідеалу, компетентностей і нормативного рівня розвитку школяра (суспільний запит освіті), припис щодо його соціальної ролі, як засіб залучення учня до освітнього процесу, можливість його особистісної самореалізації. The study deals with testing a specialized text corpus on the example of a number of cognitive linguistic terms with the hypernym frame. The corpus includes a subcorpus of scientific texts and a subcorpus of journalistic texts. The former is represented by 13 journals indexed in the RSCI; the latter one is represented by 10 significant Russian newspapers & magazines. The collected texts were lemmatized and tokenized, as well as automatically marked up using the Universal Dependencies standard. The corpus is used for creating a learner’s cognitive linguistic term dictionary. This lexicographic source includes 60 major terms in the university disciplines within cognitive sciences. The novelty of the approach is due to the thesaurus-encyclopedic type of dictionary which allows scholars to describe the word both as a term (a minimal component of scientific knowledge) and as a unit of scientific text in its various collocations and ontological relations (synonymy, quasi-synonymy, class-subclass; polysemy, etc.). The basis for describing the term systemic relations is corpus statistics: analysis of concordances, collocations, and n-grams. The results of using a specialized text corpus are presented on the example of a terminological field with the dominant frame. With the help of concordance lists, contexts of term usage are revealed and its derivational relations are established. The semantic and grammatical relationships of the term are characterized through n-grams analysis. Synonyms, hyponyms, hyperonyms of the term are described based on the study of collocations. The Dashinimaeva-Wang hypothesis about the links between the terms ‘concept’, ‘frame’, ‘gestalt’, and ‘image’ was also tested. Briefly characterized were the semantic transformations of the scientific term in the media discourse. Besides, systemic relations of the terms identified on the basis of corpus statistics were confirmed by the method of interpretative analysis of the contexts obtained from concordance lists. The data of automatically selected associative measures also largely agree with the results of the associative experiment carried out in the framework of the study.

This research work deals with the lexical and grammatical features of the English language variant widely used in Africa. The importance of the use of British English is also taken into account, as well as its transformational processes due to the interaction and mutual influence of local dialects on its structure. Examples of neologisms and modified lexical units are given, based on the influence of local culture and the lack of an equivalent in the recipient language. The article pays attention to the grammatical aspects of language in the functioning of phrasal, modal and prepositional verbs, and also reveals the peculiarities of articles and pronouns use due to the influence of autochthonous languages. The aim of the research work is to identify the specifics of the linguistic and cultural adaptation of the English language in Africa and systematize the lexical and grammatical aspects of the English language as the territorial variant type. The choice of working methods is determined by the goals and objectives of the study. In the research work the method of metalinguistic analysis, methods of contextual and definitional analysis, methods of systematization and classification of linguistic material are used. As a result of the work the high productivity of the realities functioning in autochthonous languages in the lexical structure of the English variant in African countries and the lexical borrowings of terms from autochthonous languages are revealed. This trend is also emphasized in the borrowing of entire lexical phrases from the thesaurus of native languages. With regard to the grammatical part, a significant deviation from British English is emphasized. The research work results in such grammatical changes as: the use of auxiliary verbs together with semantic ones; the functioning of a simplified form of modern forms of the verb; the productive use of uncountable nouns in speech in the form of a countable nouns; significant deviations from British English in the process of using articles, personal and possessive pronouns.

The article is devoted to disclosure of multilevel comprehension of the “piece of music” concept in the modern musicology and determinants of the multiplicity of connotations of its ontological and phenomenological specifics in the interdisciplinary space of the humanities. The purpose of the article — to determine the specifics of reception of the “piece of music” concept and phenomenon in the modern scientific discourse. The methodology of research is complex and based on the comparative, cultural, art historical scientific approaches, fundamentals of systematic and analytical, phenomenological, descriptive and terminological methods of analysis with the use of musicological methodological tools. The results. The notional transformations of the “piece of music” concept in the musical culture of the second half of the XX century are studied and on the basis of systematization of modern trends and levels of analytics of the “piece of music” concept, generated in the humanistic and musicological area, new approaches to reception of the same concept and phenomenon (thesaurus, language and semiotic, discursive, communicative and psychological) are outlined. The cultural ambivalence of the music work phenomenon, the multilayered process of objectification of the artistic information, contained herein and presented in the intonation and figurative form, are disclosed. The scientific novelty of the article pertains to application of a hermeneutic and phenomenological approach to explication of the piece of music and its post-avant-garde modifications (installations, performances, “open” compositions etc., with their intension for unique and momentary expression of experience and unscriptedness in traditional frameworks of music opuses), constituting different manifestations and facets of an integral and multifaceted phenomenon of the music work and determination of its hypostasis as an artifact of culture, result of spiritual production, process/deliverables of the creator’s activities (author and performer), carrier of an artistic meaning (musical semantic image) and value context. It is emphasized that the ontological and existential nature of the music work, its functional and notional polyphony, the focus of the world images and the author image in its artistic fabric make it possible to consider it in the multiplicity of perspectives (philosophical and aesthetic, phenomenological, axiological, communicational and psychological, creative and practical, artistic and semantic, individual and personal, semiotic interpretation) and research paradigms. The practical significance of the scientific intelligence lies in a possibility to apply the hermeneutic and phenomenological approach in the further development of the problems of a music work and involvement of the findings in the musical and pedagogical areas, in the training courses “musical aesthetics”, “philosophy of music”, “musical interpretation”, “analysis of music works” etc.

<p>The article is devoted to the comparison of classical and modern understanding of the subject of aesthetics. During the theoretical self-definition of aesthetics in the system of philosophy (Baumgarten, Kant) it was understood as a bridge uniting empiricism of individual sensuality with universality of rational knowledge, as an experience of unity of sensual and supersensual activity of aesthetic consciousness of the subject. Such an interpretation corresponded to the ideal of a whole person in the unity of reason, feeling, spirit, will, and imagination. Contemporary aesthetics defines its subject matter as individual sensual experience, removing from it the basis of the cultural subject's self-consciousness of value. The central problem of the article is a characteristic of aesthetic experience as a procedural form of living through the value and meaningful depth of the experienced aesthetic feeling. Experiencing is treated as an emotional and intellectual process, producing inner work of comprehension of the feeling of staying in the self-relation of the cultural-historical subject with the world. The inner energy of aesthetic experience is born through the creative work of intuition and imagination, creating the likeness of a work of art, but not materialised in the language of art, but staying in the continuing state of internal residence of the imaginary image. The aesthetic experience expands the threshold of human sensibility and reveals the dimension of each phenomenon of reality in such a way that the aesthetic object is more than the object, and the subject more than the empirical individual. This is the essence of the aesthetic, indicating the difference between the aesthetic sense and the mere sensual response of individual consciousness to contact with an object. The subject of aesthetic experience is the subject of a world-relationship, experiencing the world differently in images of chaos or harmony, eternity or the mutability of time of being. Space and time in the axiosphere of culture become subjectivized and are experienced as sensual and semantic phenomena included in the aesthetic thesaurus of culture. In his analysis of the sublime, Kant spoke of the special creative energy of the aesthetic feeling, giving it the depth and duration of the subject's state of mind. Due to the inner tension of the interaction of feelings and meanings, aesthetic experience evokes a vivid sensual and supersensual response of man to his belonging to being. It extends the range of emotional and intellectual faculties of consciousness, which remains as the memory of aesthetic experience, multiplying the possibilities of future experiences. Aesthetic experience expresses the process of synergy between sensuality and the existential meanings of the historical subject's existential world. The final conclusion of the article is that in aesthetic experience based on a complex set of sensual and supersensual transformations of aesthetic existence of man in the world, sensual experience is only one of the components, which convinces the need for modern research to address the totality of the contents of aesthetics, especially its axiological aspects.</p>

Data's role in a variety of technical and research areas is undeniably growing. This can be seen, for example, in the increased investments in the development of data-intensive analytical methods such as artificial intelligence (Zhang 2022), as well as in the rising rate of data generation which is expected to continue into the near future (Rydning and Shirer 2021). Academic research is one of the areas, where data is the lifeblood of generating hypotheses, creating new knowledge, and reporting results. Unlike proprietary industry data, academic research data is often subjected to stricter requirements regarding transparency, and accessibility. This is in part due to the public funding which many research institutions receive. One way to fulfil these requirements is by observing the FAIR (Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, Reusability) principles for scientific data (Wilkinson et al. 2016). These introduce a variety of benefits, such as increased research reproducibility, a more transparent use of public funding, and environmental sustainability. A way of implementing the FAIR principles in practice is with the help of FAIR Digital Objects (FDOs) (European Commission: Directorate-General for Research and Innovation 2018). A FDO consists of data, an accompanying Persistent Identifier (PID), and rich metadata which describes the context of the data. Additionally, the data format contained in an FDO should be widely used, and ideally open. Our presentation is focused on the third of FDO's components mentioned previously – metadata. It outlines the concept for a framework which enables the collaborative definition of metadata fields which can be used to annotate FDO-encapsulated data for a given domain of research. The first component of the presented framework is a controlled vocabulary of the domain related to the data which needs to be annotated. A controlled vocabulary is a collective that denotes a controlled list of terms, their definitions, and the relations between them. In the framework presented in this contribution, the terms correspond to the metadata fields used in the data annotation process. Formally, the type of controlled vocabularies used in the framework is a thesaurus (National Information Standards Organization 2010). Thesauri consist not only of the elements mentioned previously, but also allow for the inclusion of synonyms for every defined term. This eliminates the ambiguity which can occur when using terms with similar definitions. Additionally, thesauri specify simple hierarchical relations between the terms in the vocabulary, which can provide an explicit structure to the set of defined metadata fields. The most important feature of our framework, however, is that the controlled vocabularies can be developed in a collaborative fashion by the domain experts of a given research field. Specifically, people are able to propose term definitions and edits, as well as cast votes on the appropriateness of terms which have already been proposed. Despite their advantages, one limit of thesauri is their lacking capability of relating metadata fields to each other in a more semantically rich fashion. This motivated the use of the second component of the framework, namely ontologies. An ontology can be defined as “a specification of a conceptualization” (Gruber 1995). More precisely, it is a data structure which represents entities in a given domain, as well as various relations between them. After a set of metadata fields has been defined within a controlled vocabulary, that vocabulary can be transformed into an ontology which contains additional relations between the fields. These can extend beyond the hierarchical structure of a thesaurus and can contain domain-specific information about the metadata fields. For example, one such relation can denote the data type of the value which a given field must take. Furthermore, ontologies can be used to link not only metadata, but also data, as well as individual FDOs themselves. This can contribute to the Reusability aspect of FAIR Data Objects. For example, an FDO generated by a research group in a given domain can be linked to an existing domain ontology. Afterwards, the FDO can be reused more easily by researchers from the same scientific field, because the ontology will have already specified the FDO's relation to the subject area. Additionally, cross-domain ontologies can be combined with each other which can increase the reusability of FDOs beyond their domain boundaries. The components described above are being implemented in the form of multiple software tools related to the framework. The first one, a controlled vocabulary editor written as a Python-based web application called VocPopuli, is the entry point for domain experts who want to develop a metadata vocabulary for their field of research or lab. The software, whose first version is already being tested internally, enables the collaborative definition, and editing of metadata terms. Additionally, it annotates each term, as well as the entire vocabulary, with the help of the PROV Data Model (PROV-DM) (Moreau and Missier 2013) - a schema used to describe the provenance of a given object. Finally, it assigns a PID to each term in the vocabulary, as well as the vocabulary itself. It is worth noting that the generated vocabularies themselves can be seen through the prism of FDOs: they contain data (the defined terms) which is annotated with metadata (e.g., the terms' authors) and provided with a PID. The second software solution will facilitate the transformation of the vocabularies developed with the help of VocPopuli into ontologies. It will handle two distinct use cases – the from-scratch conversion of vocabularies into ontologies, and the augmentation of existing ontologies with the terms from a given thesaurus. As is the case with VocPopuli, the second tool is being developed in the Python programming language. The software solutions will be finally tested by two semi-overlapping groups of users from materials science. On the one hand, domain experts will input, edit, and discuss vocabulary terms in their area of interest, and thus create vocabularies. On the other hand, vocabulary and ontology administrators will oversee the vocabulary creation, and ontology transformation processes in a semi-automatic fashion. After development is complete, the tools will be used in the creation of controlled vocabularies for various experimental procedures, as well as their transformation and/or integration into semantically richer ontologies. This will augment our already published work in the area (Garabedian et al. 2022) and will thereby test the integration of the new framework with already existing resources. The new vocabularies will describe processes in multiple domains, such as materials science, tribology, and metalworking. Afterwards, the developed thesauri will be used in the creation of metadata templates which can be used to annotate experimental data generated in the procedures mentioned above.

Introduction. The relevance of designing the event-positional methodology of personalized additional professional education of teachers in the conditions of a pedagogical university is determined by the following aspects of the modern educational situation: the practical need for the development of additional professional programs of a new type; the need to overcome the backlog of requirements for the modernization of the main professional educational programs for future teachers from the new requirements of professional standards to their professional activities in an educational organization; the growing importance of the idea of education as a national priority; the demand for new norms of positional and professional self-determination of the teacher.Aim. The purpose of the article is to identify the methodological vector of the deployment of special theoretical and design-scientific works on the creation of a model for the formation and implementation of a personalized strategy for the development of a teacher in the process of additional professional education and the cultivation of a special culture of new pedagogical professionalism, which is determined by the presence of abilities for self-education, and thereby for self-development.Materials and Methods. The basis of the scientific search was the synthesis of fundamental provisions on a personalized model of the development of a teacher's reflexive abilities for self-transformation; on new goal-setting, which provides an opportunity for a teacher to learn how to design an educational situation in the dynamics of its development, combining elements of theory and practice to obtain a holistic, new knowledge; on the development of resource anthropological potential and development management; about new andragogic formats and technologies for creating professional communities and managing the personal development of teachers.Results. A thesaurus of event-positional methodology and a methodological scheme for building a new practice of continuous advanced pedagogical education have been developed, acting as a normative-prognostic and practice-oriented basis and a value- meanings reference point for personalized additional professional education of teachers. The trial implementation of the developed methodological scheme within the framework of scientific and methodological support of the activities of project teams of educational organizations - co-executors of the network project of training mentors for the development of the federal innovation platform of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education allowed us to establish the fundamental laws of positional self-determination as an educational result of managing the personalized development of teachers in conditions of additional professional education.Discussion and Conclusions. The scientific novelty of the research results is characterized by its focus on creating a prospective model of personalized additional professional education, the principles, conditions and mechanisms of which are directly focused on the inclusion of teachers in the processes of self-education and self-development with the help of targeted design of productive action technology that determines the mechanisms of activity development and assignment of norms of self-realization and the construction of a new educational reality, in which the person himself is both the subject and the object of transformations and transformations. The event-positional methodology makes it possible to build a unified, continuous and variable system of targeted additional professional education in the conditions of a pedagogical university on the basis of personalized educational tracks designed taking into account the specific needs of a pedagogical worker in the continuous updating of their professional knowledge and the acquisition of new professional skills determined through diagnostic procedures, based on the priority of the practiceoriented (applied) component of the educational process and the use of the possibilities of the digital educational environment.

Введение. Слова рынок и базар стали своеобразными индикаторами социальных, экономических и политических изменений, оказавших значительное влияние на языковую личность носителя русского языка. Целью статьи является рассмотрение динамики фрагмента тезауруса, вербализованного словами рынок и базар, на основе анализа лексикографических и корпусных источников. Материал и методы. Материалом статьи являются данные толковых словарей с XVIII по XXI век, материалы ассоциативных словарей и фрагменты текстов, извлеченные из Национального корпуса русского языка, позволяющие на основе сопоставительного анализа выявить динамические процессы в семантике лексем. Результаты и обсуждение. Сопоставление материалов толковых словарей и «Русского ассоциативного словаря» убеждает, что «зеркало ассоциативного словаря» незаменимо для исследования отдельных фрагментов действительности, взаимосвязи ассоциативных и системных лексико-семантических полей. Исследование в направлении от системы и ассоциативно-вербальной сети к тексту показало, как постепенно меняется семантическая структура двух синонимов, как осуществляется их аксиологическая специализация. У слова рынок со временем развивается новое значение – «сфера товарообмена», что в дальнейшем отражается на расширении лексической сочетаемости. Актуализация семантического компонента «шум» приводит появлению у слова базар переносного значения – «громкий разговор». Базар в сознании носителя языка – пространство, где могут обмануть. Рынок на ценностной шкале обыденного сознания также связывается с воровством, дороговизной и хаосом, что во многом обусловлено влиянием на языковое сознание социально-экономических факторов. Семантические различия двух синонимов и контаминация разных значений служат основанием для создания языковой игры. Заключение. Семантика слов рынок и базар, вербализующих значимый для жизни человека фрагмент действительности, на протяжении длительной истории их бытования в русском языке претерпела значительные трансформации, обнаруживающиеся и на уровне структуры значений, закрепленных лексикографически, и на ассоциативно-вербальном уровне языковой личности. В семантической структуре слова рынок наблюдается все более заметное преобладание нового значения (система товарно-денежных отношений) над традиционным (место торговли). Лексема базар во всех значениях оказывается коннотативно отмеченной.Introduction. The words rynok (market) and bazar (bazaar) have become a kind of indicators of social, economic and political changes, which had a great impact on language personality of the Russian native speaker. The aim of the article is to research into the dynamics of thesaurus fragment, which is verbalized with words rynok (market) and bazar (bazaar). The analysis is based on lexicographical and corpus data. Methods and material. The main material used for analysis is: data taken from explanatory dictionaries published from XVIII to XXI century, associative fields mined from associative dictionaries, and text fragments extracted with the help of The Russian National Corpus. These materials make juxtaposition analysis of lexical semantics dynamic processes possible. Results and discussion. Juxtaposition of explanatory dictionaries materials as well as “Russian Associative Dictionary” shows that ‘the mirror of associative dictionary’ is indispensable for studying particular fragments of reality. Interconnection between associative fields and systemic lexical semantics fields is obvious. The study directed from system to text shows the gradual changes in semantics structure of two synonyms. The research traces the establishment of their axiological specialization. The word rynok (market) develops a new meaning over time – “sphere of commodity exchange”, which is further reflected in the expansion of its lexical compatibility. Since the semantic component “noise” actualizes, the figurative meaning of word bazar (bazaar) emerges – “loud conversation”. Bazar (bazaar) in the native speaker’s mind is a space where one can be easily deceived. Rynok (market) on the value scale of everyday consciousness is also associated with theft, high cost and chaos, which is largely due to the influence of socio-economic factors on the language consciousness. Semantic differences between two synonyms and contamination of different meanings become the basis for creating language game. Conclusion. The meaning of words rynok (market) and bazar (bazaar) verbalize the crucial for person’s life fragment of reality. Throughout the long history of functioning, their semantics underwent significant transformation that can be revealed at various levels: structure of the meanings fixed by lexicography, associative and verbal level of language personality. The observations show that in the semantics structure of word rynok (market) the new meaning (‘system of exchange relations’) tends to prevail over the traditional one (‘place for trade’). Lexical unit bazar (bazaar) contains connotations in all meanings.

The relevance of the presented article is determined by the globalization and European integration transformations of modern society, in which innovation becomes an essential feature of all its spheres, which objectively determines the necessity and expediency of innovative reformation of higher education, as one of the basic social institutions, which is the surface of formation of an innovative personality. The purpose of the article is to develop a model of an innovative personality based on the positions of the structural-dynamic approach. The tasks consist in the definition and analysis of thorough theoretical positions, the essence and structure of the innovative personality, the dynamics of certain components and their presentation in the form of a model. The initial basic phenomena of the article are analysed, which are: “innovations”, “model”. A scientific thesaurus of the problem of the subject of innovation is given, represented by such concepts as: “innovator”, “innovative personality”, “innovative type personality”, “innovatively oriented personality”. The etymology of the concept of “innovative personality” is revealed. The concepts in which this concept appeared for the first time were analysed, namely: the theory of social changes, the concept of polar dichotomies (sociology of changes). An overview of studies that consider the problem of an innovative personality from an aspect is presented. The model of an innovative personality is represented, which contains innovative orientation (a set of motives, needs, values, attitudes), innovative-cognitive (synthesis of innovative knowledge, cognitive style, cognitive activity), innovative-praxeological (complex of innovative skills and innovative behaviour), reflexiveprognostic components (innovative and reflective qualities and innovative potential). It was concluded that an innovative personality is a product and subject of the modern information society. It is fundamentally different from the personality syndromes of pre-informational civilizations and is the main resource for the success of modern society.
