This study aims to find out the influence of service quality, namely: tangible (physical evidence), empathy (empathy), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (response) and assurance (assurance) on consumer decisions. Pt. Prima Fajar Mandiri Padang Panjang. Popuulasi in this study as many as 77 respondents, sampling was done using the total sampling method. Data collection techniques are done by questionnaire. Data analysis is conducted with multiple regression analyst techniques. The results showed that tangilble (physical evidence), empathy (empathy), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (response) and assurance (guarantee) had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: quality of service, purchasing decisions.

Background: JKN Mobile is an innovation by BPJS Kesehatan to provide service access easier for their participants. JKN Mobile application can be accessed everytime and everywhere while continuing to provide optimal service quality for user satisfaction.Objective: This study aims to analyze the correlation between service quality (tangile, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) with satisfaction of JKN Mobile’s users at Tegal Regency.Methods: Type of quantitative research using cross sectional research design. Sampling method using accidental sampling technique. Total sample 100 respondents using Lameshow sample size formula. The research instrument used questionnaire.Results: Based on the fisher exact statistical test on the service quality with satisfaction the result is tangible (p=0,001), reliability (p=0,000), responsiveness (p=0,000), assurance (p=0,000), dan empathy (p=0,000). Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between service quality with satisfaction.

Service quality improvement is essential to obtain positive feedback from customers. This study measured the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of superior seed Bintang Asia products based on CSI (customer satisfaction index) and IPA (importance-performance analysis) methods. This study also identified the attributes that should be maintained, improved and reduced to gain higher customer satisfaction with Bintang Asia superior quality seed products using IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) analysis. This quantitative descriptive study employed a survey method, where consumers were sent links to a customer satisfaction survey through WhatsApp. Customer satisfaction was measured based on five dimensions of SERVQUAL expressed in a Likert scale. The data were then analyzed to determine the customer satisfaction index (CSI) on the SPSS program. The customer satisfaction index scored 82.35% (Good), where its dimensions, namely Tangile, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, scored 83.81% (Good), 81.11% (Good), 79.24% (Borderline), 84.76% (Very Good), and 82.87% (Good) respectively. Based on the importance-performance analysis (IPA) method, the customer satisfaction level identified 27 user attributes/indicators in quadrant B/II, indicating that PT. Benih Citra Asia needs to maintain customer satisfaction.

AbstractUnder the influence of market rules, state intervention in development process is obviously necessary, especially in the context of emerging countries with an incomplete and non-mordern market economy toward the global race of sustainability. Applying 2590 enterprises covering 63 provinces and cities in the General Statistics Office, this study aims to evaluate the influence of state on the technical efficiency of enterprises. A fractional regression analysis model is employed purposefully since the technical efficiency of the dependent variable is an estimated randomly variable. The research findings unequivocally indicate a substantial influence of the state on the technical efficiency of livestock product processing companies. Moreover, when studying each specific aspect in isolation to gauge the role of the state, a discernible negative impact is evident on the technical efficiency of these enterprises. Consequently, this study implies that for tangilbe improvements in the technical efficiency of enterprises, the state should adopt a comprehensive approach, simultaneously implementing all aspects that demonstrate its role in the sector. By adopting such a holistic strategy, the state can create a more conducive environment toward development sustainability for improving the technical efficiency of livestock product processing enterprises.

La notion de substance emporte avec elle divers traits connus : c’est le sous-jacent aux changements de faible ampleur ; c’est le sujet existant en lui-même et capable d’accueillir des accidents ; c’est l’individu par excellence. Non sans vigoureuse simplification, on peut faire remonter ce modèle sommaire à Aristote et Thomas d’Aquin, et en déduire diverses conséquences : omniprésence (tout est substance, partie de substance, ou accident rattaché à une substance) ; unicité de la forme substantielle (un ensemble de substances ou une partie de substance ne sont pas des substances) ; univocité (la notion de substance n’est pas susceptible de plus et de moins).Une belle vivacité éditoriale témoigne que les travaux de conceptualisation relatifs à la substance se poursuivent, avec de fréquentes références à des auteurs anciens et notamment à Aristote. Une cartographie orientée des travaux notamment contemporains, constitue en soi un important travail de synthèse philosophique, et l’un des objectifs de la présente thèse. En pratique, vu l’ampleur de ce que l’on peut tirer du corpus aristotélicien et de ses exégèses, une partie très importante du mémoire sera consacrée à l’approche aristotélicienne de la substance (plus de 400 pages). Cette approche sera complétée, de manière plus succincte, par les apports propres de l’école thomiste : notion de création (qui, par contraposition, éclaire celle de changement), doctrine de l’analogie, distinction réelle de l’essence et de l’esse et identification de la substance à travers une relation.particulière de l’essence et de l’esse.Cette synthèse orientée sur la nature de la substance ne constituera toutefois qu’un objectif auxiliaire. Notre ambition consistera principalement à explorer un problème aussi ancien mais plus rarement étudié, du moins sous la forme brutale que nous lui avons donnée. Les conceptions de la substance, telles qu’esquissées ci-dessus, sont très générales. Résistent-elles à une confrontation à la réalité sensible ? Tel pan de la réalité concrète (nuage, goutte d’eau, océan, cellule, animal…) est-il ou n’est-il pas une substance ? Et si ce n’est pas une substance, de quelle substance dépend-il, de quelle substance est-il une partie ou un accident ?En faisant porter ainsi notre effort sur la position de la substance, nous pensons indiquer l’extrême tension inhérente à la notion même de substance, au moins dans son modèle sommaire. Cette tension se retrouve avec toute sa force dans la difficulté à concilier l’unicité de la forme substantielle, son univocité et son omniprésence, et ce particulièrement lorsque l’on se confronte au réel concret, et à la hiérarchie quotidienne des êtres qui nous entourent. Notre objectif final sera d’explorer une voie d’apaisement. Moyennant enrichissement et dépassement de ce modèle sommaire, peut-on dégager une notion de substance susceptible d’une prédication en un sens univoque, en un sens analogique, et à même d’aborder la question de la position de manière opératoire ? Notre réponse, bien qu’encore incomplète, sera largement positive, mais nécessitera des explicitations nouvelles, d’origine épistémologique, en particulier pour souligner l’existence objective et mathématisable d’une causalité du tout sur ses parties, en lien avec la question (souvent jugée aporétique) de l’émergence à laquelle nous proposons une solution
The idea of substance is associated to various well-known features: it is the underlying of small-scale changes; it is the subject existing in itself and able to host accidents; it is the individual of choice. Against the price of a vigorous simplification, one can trace this basic model back to Aristotle and Aquinas, and deduce various consequences from it: omnipresence (everything is substance, part of substance, or accident attached to a substance); uniqueness of the substantial form (a set of substances or a part of substance are not substances); univocity (the notion of substance is not susceptible of more and less).A beautiful editorial vivacity can testify that the conceptualization works relating to the substance goes on, with frequent references to ancient authors and in particular to Aristotle. In itself, an oriented cartography of works, especially contemporary ones, constitutes an important task of philosophical synthesis, and one of the objectives of the present thesis. In practice, given the extent of what can be drawn from the Aristotelian corpus and its exegeses, a very important part of the thesis will be devoted to the Aristotelian approach to substance (more than 400 pages). This approach will be completed, in a more succinct way, by the contributions of the Thomistic school : the notion of creation (which, by contraposition, sheds light on the notion of change), the doctrine of analogy, the real distinction between essence and esse and the identification of substance through a particular relation between essence and esse
