This master’s thesis deals with the selection and implementation of an information system for the Pavlovín winery s.r.o. In this thesis is firstly introduces the theoretical foundation necessary for the understanding of this topic and subsequently is analysed the current state of the company with an emphasis on the information system and production processes related to process procedures in the field of cellar management. The penultimate part of the thesis is connected with the evaluation of the information system variant and the subsequent selection of the optimal variant, its implementation is described in the last chapter using the technique of project management.

Thesis deals with oil-turbine frame of the model SST 300 SST 400. This work is divided into several parts. Beginning of this thesis deals with a description of the problem and the oil economy. Next part is concerned with 3D design model of the oil tank in the program ProEngineer Wildfire 2.0. Final part describes a creation of manufacturing drawings with BOMs. In conclusion, the thesis presents the results of additional topics, such as a computational model in Ansys 11 and making the calculation of tension or bonds in an oil suspension in the frame. The result of this work is the full-fledged design of the weldment of oil frame, which was submitted for approval to the Siemens Company, which will continue in the subproject tasks of new turbo model SST 300 pattern SST 400.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create module adjusting of tools for NAHOS information system developed on VÚSSaR FSI VUT Brno a ÚVI FT UTB ZlínTAJMAC - ZPS a.s., where system is applied. Theoretical part contains analysis of preparation activities for tools for manufacturing process – assembling, measuring and adjusting tools. Practical part contains database design and forms for NAHOS system. In this part the SQL language in database system MS Access is used. The solution uses elements of NAHOS system, which are accessible using XML language.

The aim of this thesis was the implementation of technological data management for individual tools and tool assembly in the information system NAHOS. This management in NAHOS system is accomplished by user forms, which are created by XML and SQL languages. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with tool management and information systems in general. The practical part of this thesis presents my own individual modifications in the information system NAHOS.

The water footprint is a multidimensional indicator which was created to quantify the total volume of freshwater used for various purposes. With the water footprint it is possible to determine the volume and type of water used directly and indirectly during the production in a given place and time. The data related to the water footprints of products are utilized in the evaluation of the international trade with goods, too (a concept of virtual water used for the analysis of water stress export out of the country which imports water-intensive products). The greatest amount of water is used globally in the agriculture, so the agricultural products are the ones with the highest water footprints. The focus of concern is the water footprint of an agriculture production and the aim of this work is to bring the first results regarding the water footprint of the cow milk in the Czech Republic and also to evaluate a methodology of its calculation. Two dairy farms dealing with a market production of milk from the Liberec region were chosen for the research. The key issue of the submitted diploma thesis is plan of joint facilities for complex land consoladition in the cadastral area Strážkovice. The introductary chapters focus on the purpose and theoretical solutions of the thesis and on the analysis of expert literature to which it follows the methodology determining process and criteria of proposal in plan of joint facilities. The key part of the thesis is evalution of detailed exploration and proposal of individual measures. The final part of the thesis evaluates the results resulting of processing documentation plan of joint facilities. The results of the thesis are processed in text and graphic form.
