This study aims to examine the biography of pantomime figures named Jemek Supardi, who is known as the maestro of Indonesian pantomime, which includes: life history, way of thinking and his roles in developing pantomime in Indonesia. This study uses biographical theory, by telling the life of a character. This study also uses some supporting theories: life history theory, creativity theory, and role theory. This research is a qualitative research with a biographical study approach to describe the history of one's life (life history). Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Jemek Supardi Supardi's research as subject of study. Data analysis by arranging, sorting, categorizing and grouping the results of observations, interviews, and documentation studies that have been collected. Data analysis is process by reducing the data become a logical and systematic the description. The results and the discussions from The Background of Jemek Supardi Life History is a tenacious person who dares to try new things. Flowing movement is the initial capital in practicing pantomime. His family and environment made Jemek Supardi confident in his abilities. Emotional memories, internal press creativity and external press creativity were the foundation thinking of Jemek Supardi. Jemek Supardiworks as an artist and resource person is a manifestation of his role in the existence of mime in Indonesia.Keywords: Jemek Supardi, Pantomime, Life History.JEMEK SUPARDI, MIME ARTIST INDONESIA (Sebuah Kajian Sejarah Hidup)Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji biografi tokoh pantomime bernama Jemek Supardi yang dikenal sebagai maestro pantomim Indonesia, yang meliputi: sejarah hidup, pemikiran dan peran dalam mengembangkan pantomim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori biografikal yaitu penceritaan tentang kehidupan tokoh. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teori pendukung yaitu: teori sejarah hidup, teori kreativitas, teori peran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi biografikal untuk memaparkan tentang sejarah hidup seseorang (life history). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian Jemek Supardi. Analisis data dengan cara mengatur, mengurutkan, mengkategorikan serta mengelompokkan hasil observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi yang telah terkumpul. Analisis data dengan mereduksi kumpulan data menjadi perwujudandeskripsi yang logis dan sistematis. Hasil dan pembahasan Latar belakang Sejarah Hidup Jemek Supardi merupakan peribadi yang ulet dan berani mencoba hal baru. Gerakan mengalir adalah modal awal dalam berlatih pantomim. Keluarga dan lingkungannya membuat Jemek Supardi yakin dengan kemampuannya. Ingatan emosi, kreativitas internal press dan kreativitas external press menjadi landasan pola piker Jemek Supardi. Jemek Supardi berkarya sebagai seorang seniman dan narasumber merupakan wujud peranya dalam eksistensi pantomim di Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Jemek Supardi Supardi, Pantomim, Life History.

Sućut se nalazi u srcu religioznih, duhovnih i etičkih tradicija i poziva nas da se prema drugima ophodimo onako kako bismo htjeli da se oni ophode prema nama. To nazivamo zlatnim pravilom. Ima ljudi koji na osebujan i jedinstven način svojim životom utjelove princip sućuti. Takva je bila Simone Weil. Ovaj rad istražuje mjesta na kojima se u njezinu životu susreće supatnja: odijevanje, glad drugog čovjeka, novac, izručenost radnika mehanizmima ugnjetavanja. Potom se usmjeruje na tri razdoblja mišljenja u životu Simone Weil: marksizam i materijalizam, kršćanstvo i duhovnost te pravedno društvo. Za cijelo vrijeme S. Weil je iznimno snažno obilježena supatnjom. Rad namjerava pokazati mjesta na kojima supatnja prožima život i mišljenje Simone Weil.

Indonesia’s leading mime artist, Jemek Supardi, is a former pickpocket and grave-digger. Based in the key centre of Indonesian performative arts, the city of Yogyakarta, Central Java, Jemek is an active member of several artistic troupes and he is a collaborator, friend and acquaintance of many within the closely-knit arts-scene, which in terms of diversity and sheer volume of performances, is unique in Indonesia. Although mime is a niche art-form in Indonesia, Jemek’s self-taught skill as a pantomime artist is clearly evident and his reputation as a professional is second-to-none, particularly in Yogyakarta. This article examines key elements of Jemek’s performative milieu, including his use of mime and silence as a mode of cultural and political expression and his use of white face-paint as an expression of solidarity with the Javanese proletariat. The link between the personal and political elements of Jemek’s artistic practice will also be examined, simultaneously highlighting the difficulty of applying any particular theoretical template onto his life and art.

We congratulate Alexander Supady and colleagues for their recent informative work on rationing decisions for COVID-19 patients when resources are scarce. We appreciate the proposal of involving triage committees in the application of rationing. However, we suggest that the clinical needs are somewhat broader than those discussed in this work.

This paper discusses Karlstad’s sobriety committee view on the drinking as a societal problem during the period 1941–1950. The purpose of the study is to investigate how the sobriety committee in Karlstad saw drinking as a problem and what measures were put in place to deal with it between the years 1941–1950.The study used a qualitative research method, and the empirical material has consisted of Karlstad’s sobriety committee’s annual reports from the years 1941–1950. The material was read several times and sorted and reduced with the help of focused coding where clear problem areas, reasons behind the drinking and measures and their possible results were what was sought. The results were analyzed with the help of previous research and the theory of the actor and structure model.The results show in what way the drinking was considered problematic where the focus ended up on youth drunkenness and widespread illegal trade with alchohol. These two problems were also the clearest reasons for the city’s negative state of sobriety. Descriptions of the sobriety committee’s work and measures show a resignation. Using the actor and structure model, one sees how structures to curb drinking in the city emerged and were connected. One can find a problem with the social structures that the inhabitants grew up with contributed to increased drinking.

Apibendrinami atlikti moksliniai tyrinėjimai intelektinio būsto kūrimo srityje, nagrinėjami gyventi palankios aplinkos analizės modeliai. Antrajame skyriuje nagrinėjama integruotos intelektinės gyventi palankios aplinkos būsto modelio koncepcija. Pateikiamas ir detaliai analizuojamas integ-ruoto intelektinės gyventi palankios aplinkos būsto modelis, nagrinėjami modelį sudarantys elementai, mikro- ir makroaplinka, jos įtaka, paklausos ir pasiūlos charakteristikos, praktinės modelio realizavimo galimybės. The aim of the thesis is the evaluation and enhancement of the effectiveness of Intelligent Assisted Built Residential Environment through the application of the established Model of Intelligent Assisted Built Residential Environment (IABRE). This model is used to establish the Multi-criteria Decision Support System of Intelligent Assisted Built Residential Environment (MDSSIABRE), in which multi-criteria analysis and multi-criteria alternative design methods are used. In order to reach this aim, the following tasks must be solved: • Established models and intelligent systems are analysed in various countries. The experience of Lithuania and foreign countries is analysed in the establishment of ambient assisted living environment through the application of modern internet, intelligent and other technologies and innovations; • A Model of Intelligent Assisted Built Residential Environment is estab-lished (MIABRE); • The system of criteria is established, which describes IABRE in detail; • Data base is established, which describes IABRE in detail; • MDSSIABRE system is established on the basis of the Model of Intelli-gent Assisted Built Residential Environment; • Practical realisation of the established IABRE system is performed. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has come to be regarded as a great strategic marketing tool and an important part of the business paradigm (Supanti and Butcher, 2019). Several authors (i.e. Choi and La, 2013) studied CSR as a driver of satisfaction and loyalty. This chapter focused on the behavior of Millennials to which CRS is an integral part of their lives. However, studies in the literature on this topic are limited. The chapter fills the gap of existing literature and increases knowledge on this issue by: (1) identifying, through factor analysis, the dimensions of CSR and (2) analyzing, through cluster analysis, the relationships between CSR and Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Customer Loyalty (CL) of different Millennials groups. The results show how the knowledge of the CSR conditions the behavior of millennials by helping to increase their level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Annotation:
Two things are required in order for a lake to exist on the earth’s surface: a topographically closed hole in the ground and water. The subject of how topographical depressions form on the earth’s continental crust has frequently been cast as one of lake origins, emphasizing the hole’s initial formation. However, it is important to realize that the hole itself has a history, which is partly independent of the lake that fills it, and that this history interacts with that of the water body. This chapter will emphasize this dynamic interplay that occurs throughout a lake’s history between a lake and its underlying substrate. In this sense, lake basin evolution is a more useful concept than the more static one of lake origin. The basin evolution process is manifest in everything from the three-dimensional geometry of the lake deposits that underlie the lake, to the rates of sediment accumulation, and the probable history and life span of the lake. Furthermore, different types of lakes are better or worse suited to answer specific paleolimnological questions. Some evolutionary mechanisms predispose lakes to persist for millions of years. Records in these lakes are ideally suited to answer questions that require long temporal records. Other questions require high-resolution records of short duration, which may be better represented in lakes formed by different mechanisms. And still other mechanisms result in the formation of numerous lakes with similar characteristics within a region, ideally suited for comparative studies. Understanding lake basin evolution is therefore an essential element in the design of a paleolimnological study, because the quality of paleolimnological records is directly linked to the mechanisms of basin evolution. The formation of lakes has intrigued earth scientists for more than 100 years (W.M. Davis, 1882, 1887; Penck, 1882, 1894; Russell, 1895; Supan, 1896). Hutchinson (1957) elaborated on these earlier works, recognizing 11 major categories of lake origins and 76 subcategories. Numerous advances in understanding basin evolution have been made since Hutchinson’s work, especially from improved radiometric dating techniques, seismic stratigraphy, and lake drilling over the past 50 years.
