Organizační struktura oblasti hodnocení dopadů regulace musí být navržena tak, aby zajistila kvalitní hodnocení dopadů. Útvar zastřešující RIA musí být tedy při Úřadu vlády ČR. Hodnocení dopadů regulace provádí ad hoc pracovní skupiny, jejichž činnost zastřešuje útvar pro RIA při příslušném orgánu ústřední státní správy. Nedílnou součástí hodnocení dopadů jsou konzultace se zainteresovanými subjekty.

The Presented Thesis is focused on exploitation of stochastic cyclical networks in project management during project planning. Particularly, it is focused on the GERT method, which enables to carry out both the probability analysis and the time analysis of projects with stochastic structure. We deal primarily with analysis of such networks where cyclical activities occur. As an integral part of the Thesis, derivation of simplified computing procedures for cyclical activities is included. We extend the possibilities of the GERT method with stochastic evaluation of time duration of activities using the fuzzy GERT method. This fuzzy GERT method is applied on the real project and its results are compared to results of Monte Carlo simulation.

Pastarąjį dešimtmetį, dėl globalizacijos ir plataus technologijų panaudojimo tarptautinės organizacijos patyrė ženklią verslo plėtrą. 2008-aisiais buvo spėjama, kad 41 milijonas visų pasaulio korporacijų darbuotojų dirbs bent vieną dieną per savaitę virtualiai. Taip pat, 65% virtualių komandų narių teigė, kad jie niekada nebuvo įtraukti į efektyvų susibūrimą su kitais komandos nariais, ir 36% komandų narių niekada nėra susitikę su bendradarbiais akis į akį. Virtualios komandos – tai nauja darbo dimensija, apeinanti atstumą, laiko zonas ir organizacijos ribas. Jos pagalba organizacija gali turėti jai tinkamus specialistus, nesvarbu kur jie bebūtų. Tad kaip valdyti virtualioje erdvėje dirbančius žmones ir ar visi moka dirbti šioje aplinkoje Darbo tikslas – remiantis virtualių komandų struktūriniais modeliais bei projektų etapais, sukurti virtualios komandos valdymo modelį integruotą projekto eigoje. Darbo rezultatų teorinė reikšmė. Atlikus mokslinės literatūros analizę buvo išskirta: Išanalizavus virtualios komandos sąvokas bei struktūrą suformuotas bendras virtualių komandų apibrėžimas, jo struktūra bei sudedamosios dalys: žmogiškieji ištekliai, erdvė (vieta), komunikacinės technologijos, laikas, bendras tikslas. Išanalizavus virtualios komandos struktūrą, projekto etapus, komunikavimo įrankius buvo sukurtas teorinis virtualios komandos valdymo modelis atliekant projektą. Aim of the paper – create virtual team management model integrated across different project phases, which was defined based on virtual team structural models and respective project stages. Paper objectives: 1) Provide conception of virtual teams based on various scientific interpretations. 2) Analyze the concepts of project management and team development theories applicability in virtual environments. 3) Create a virtual team management model according to the project phases and structure models of virtual teams. 4) Create the process of virtual team development during the lifecycle of the project based on the study results. Study methods. Scientific literature comparative analysis methods were used while analysing project management, concepts and structure of virtual teams. Experimental initial research had been conducted in a structured interview, questionnaire survey. The obtained results were processed using a mathematical analysis method (mode, median, mean, percentage expression) while processing the data with Microsoft Excel software. Synthesis method was used in order to formulate and structure the findings. Result. The paper has examined the structure of virtual teams and project management phases. A big part of assets in companies today consists of their employees knowledge and skills. In today’s society knowledge insensitive companies are increasing. The survival of these companies lie in the knowledge of their employees, which make it of great importance that knowledge transfer is managed properly. Knowledge transfer is important since it makes it possible for co-workers to apply old solutions to new problems that arise, using knowledge that already existing within the organization. From a knowledge transfer point of view, using project as an overall structure has both advantages and disadvantages. Since work comprehended in a project is limited in time knowledge and experiences made from a project may not come to use in a future project. Members of a temporary organization do not have a department to return to and there fore no natural way to transfer the knowledge they gained.

Purpose of this paper is to describe knowledge transfer in project-based organization and barriers for doing so between projects. The study is conducted at two Swedish companies, SABO AB and Struktur Svenska Kontor AB in the service sector using interviews, studies of documents and observations. Our paper contribute to research by describing problems with knowledge transfer in two small project-based service organization using new concepts and cast shed on problems depending by the organisation, members and the character of project within in the organization.

En stor del av tillgångarna hos många av dagens organisationer utgörs av deras medarbetares kunskap och skicklighet. Vi lever i ett samhälle där kunskapsintensiva företag kommer att bli allt fler. I och med att dessa organisationer fortsätter att existera på grund av medarbetarnas kunskap är det av stor vikt att kunskapsöverföring fungerar väl. Kunskapsöverföring är viktig eftersom den möjliggör för medarbetare att använda sig av gamla lösningar på nya problem. Många av dagens företag organiserar sig i projektform, en företeelse som har blivit allt vanligare på senare tid. Att organisera sin verksamhet i projektform kan medföra både för och nackdelar när det gäller kunskapsöverföring. Detta beroende på att de konstellationer som byggs upp under ett projekt upphör när projektet är avslutat. Projektmedlemmar har heller ingen avdelning att återvända till, vilket gör att kunskap och erfarenheter från ett projekt blir svårare att sprida vidare.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva kunskapsöverföring i projektbaserade organisationer samt vilka problem de har när det gäller kunskapsöverföringen mellan projekt. Undersökningen grundar sig på intervjuer, dokumentstudier och observationer som har genomförts på SABO AB och Struktur Svenska Kontor AB. Dessa företag är tjänsteproducerade och organiserar sin verksamhet i projektfrom. Vår uppsats bidrar till tidigare forskning genom att beskriva hinder för kunskapsöverföring i två små projektbaserade tjänsteföretag genom att använda nya koncept och belysa problem beroende av organisationen, individen och projektens karaktär inom organisationen.

Vykstant globalizacijos procesams pasaulyje, žinios apie aplinkos kokybę, aplinkos kokybės ir žmogaus sveikatos būklę ir ryšį, žmogaus sveikatą, sveikatos apsaugą yra labai svarbios. Atsižvelgus į atlaso aktualumą, informacinę bazę šiems žemėlapiams sudaryti, bei medicininių geografinių žemėlapių trūkumą Lietuvoje, baigiamajame magistriniame darbe gvildenami medicininio geografinio atlaso (projekto) sudarymo ypatumai. Remdamasi bendraisiais atlasams keliamais reikalavimais autorė savo darbe nusako: - atlaso paskirtį, formatą, šaltinius ir kitas nuostatas; - žemėlapių turinį pagal skyrius; - tekstinės atlaso dalies turinį ir struktūrą; - autorinių darbų organizavimo ir technologijų planavimą. Society needs for information , especial for cartographical information, grow’s every day. Therefore, the importance for integrated thematic mapping has no doubts, because atlas is like the cartographical encyclopeadia holding inside all information we need. Knowledge of environmental quality, human health and health service are significant. Considering to atlas relevance, information base for mapping and geographical health atlas deficiency in Lithuania, the peculiarities of geographical health atlas project being analysed. Following general requirements the authoress specifying the main purpose of the atlas, it’s format, materials and ect.; maps content by sections; content and structure of the text; authorship and technology planning. Authoress gives the structure and paste-up composition of thematical maps. The main attention is direct to section and scale selection, variations of paste-up compositions. At the end is the describtion of made cartographical methods and forms.

The topic of this diploma thesis is to revitalise of one city block and to maximise of its utilisation with combination of many different functions on this concrete area. This work is based on pre-diploma project in previous semester. This project ensures many possible functions for the inhebitants and also reflects natural differentiation between privat and public usage with impact on high quality of living space and appropriate public transport. Designed build-up area is situated betveen Veveri, Kounicova and Pekarenska streets in Brno. Patterns of this area are essential for the treatment of this project when both diagonaly and verticaly crosses whole area. Substance and space treatment reflects nearby structures and is naturally connected to it. Main substance of object is divided to three blocks via communications which crosses the area. Innerblock is sedated with green vegetation, connected to transit parter with shops and services. On the parters roof there is green walk-designed cover for inhabitants and after there are higher houses. Whole building complex is closed with rambling fractional roof covers with terraces of storeyed flats. This space structure is horizontally divided by its functions. In this project there are underground garages, shops and services, administrative spaces and space for rent and mostly flats for living. Fundamental look of the building is created by external rendering covering most of building which is connected to nearby structures. Shopping mall and separate blocks and also entrances to buildings and terraces/balcony are formed by taking off the substance by which leads to its fractionalism.

Im Rahmen des hydrogeologischen Projektes ResiBil wurde das Zittauer Gebirge geologisch untersucht. Das Zittauer Gebirge – als Teil des Sächsisch-Böhmischen Kreidebeckens – liegt im Kreuzungsbereich der Elbezone und des Egergrabens. Hierdurch treten komplexe tektonische Verhältnisse auf, die in dieser Arbeit u. a. erforscht wurden. Es wurden vor allem seismische, geoelektrische und gravimetrische Messungen in Deutschland und Tschechien vorgenommen, um die Lausitzer Überschiebung genauer zu untersuchen. The aim of my Master Thesis is to provide the reader a holistic picture about the current situation on the renewable energy market, specifically in the area of biomass energy. Firstly, the complex research, which had been conducted by the European Union, Czech government and individual research groups, was examined to make a comprehensive overview about the Czech energy mix of renewable sources. Secondly, the biomass energy fundamentals were elaborated in more details to provide the reader solid insights into the biomass origins, methods of energy conversion as well as its current market circumstances. Next, the financing structure of biomass energy projects together with SWOT analysis on biomass was conducted based on the personal work experience from the Department of Renewable Energy Financing at xxxxxxxxxx bank and the available analytical materials. Consequently, the recommendations for potential biomass investors were concisely described together with the market prediction and possible outlook that was suggested based on the previous analysis.

Syftet med studien är att bidra med kunskap om hur olika intressentgrupper upplever projektkontoret i sin organisation. Använd metod är semistrukturerade kvalitativa intervjuer med fysiska möten. Totalt nio intervjuer genomfördes på två projektkontor med interna intressenter. Till intervjudata användes sedan tematisk analys som metod. Metoden är uppbyggd på tematisering av den kodade intervjudata vilket resulterade i sex olika teman. Dessa teman är jämt fördelade på de två projektkontoren. Resultatet skildrar två helt olika projektkontor. På det första projektkontoret upplevde de interna intressenterna kontroll och styrning av projektkontoret genom ett tydligt arbetssätt med coachning och stöd i det dagliga arbetet med projekt. Projektkontoret strävade efter att ständigt förbättra sig och utvecklas och ett av deras utvecklingsområden var resursallokering i sin produktportfölj med styrning. På det andra projektkontoret fanns också kontroll och styrning men i mindre utsträckning och med en oenighet i ledningen om projekt begreppet och hur det skulle användas. De interna intressenterna var en mer blandad grupp med olika kompetenser och hade olika behov av stöd och coachning från sitt projektkontor och det rådde ständig personalbrist. Projektkontoret var inte helt etablerat och hela organisationen var ovan med de nya arbetssätten som projektkontoret innebar och därför saknades rapportering och etablerade projektverktyg. Slutsatsen är att för att ett projektkontor ska ha kontroll och något att säga till om behöver det vara implementerat och accepterat i sin organisation och behöver ha befogenheter som medel för att utöva makt och driva igenom saker.
The purpose of the study is to contribute with knowledge of how different stakeholder groups experience the Project Management Office in their organization. The method used is semi-structured qualitative interviews with physical meetings and a total of nine interviews were conducted at two project management offices with internal stakeholders. Thematic analysis was then used as the method for the interview. The method is based on the thematization of the coded interview data, which resulted in six different themes in total. These themes are distributed among the two project management offices and became three themes at each Project Management Office. These themes depict two completely different project offices. At the first Project Management Office, the internal stakeholders experienced that there was control and management of the project management office by using a clear working method with coaching and support in the daily work of the project. The Project Management Office constantly strived to improve and develop and one of their development areas was resource allocation in its product portfolio with control. At the second Project Management Office there was also control and management but to a lesser extent and with a disagreement in the management about the project concept and how it would be used. The internal stakeholders were a more mixed group of different competencies and had different needs for support and coaching from their project management office and there was a constant lack of staff. The Project Management Office was not fully established, and the entire organization was not used to the new working methods that the Project Management Office stood for and therefore reporting and established project tools were missing. The conclusion is that in order for a Project Management Office to have control and something to say about, it needs to be implemented and accepted in its organization and needs to have powers as a means of exercising power and pushing things through.

The topic of the thesis is a design of an urban structure fitting into the 21st century amidst former military barracks in Brno Černá Pole. The area is square-shaped and defined by the borders of the streets Provazníkova, Mathonova, Bieblova, and Generála Píky. The area is currently divided among three owners: Ministry of Defence & Armed Forces, Resort of Justice, and National Cyber and Information Security Agency (NÚKIB). The premise of the thesis is to build a new city quarter which would provide Brno's citizens with housing solutions, job opportunities, cultural and leisure centres not only for the new but also for the current inhabitants. The design includes also several blocks which aggregate multiple functions: housing, commercial premises, and administrative buildings. Generous volume of space has been given to public spaces, most prominently a square with a new town hall for Brno-sever, culture centre and a park. The examined area is situated between two busy roads which is why designing a suitable connection of the area and the overall traffic situation within the area was essential. This thesis aims to unify the area, cut short the traffic connections and create a compact city quarter close to the centre of Brno.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka om det strukturella stöd som Work Flow (ett event baserat på Pomodorometoden) erbjuder upplevs vara till nytta i en projektmedarbetares vardag. En kvalitativ undersökning belyser varför sju projektmedarbetare söker denna struktur i sin arbetsdag och vilken nytta erfarenheterna upplevs ge. En tematisk analys resulterade i sex teman. Resultatet beskriver hur projektmedarbetares tillgänglighet försvårar fokus på de egna arbetsuppgifterna och beskriver behovet av sammanhang och förståelse i en fri arbetsroll. Därefter beskrivs projektmedarbetares upplevelse av Work Flow. Här framhäver respondenterna den inre bekräftelse, kontroll och känsla av progress som metoden ger. Detta möjliggör prioriteringar både av arbetsuppgifter och aktiva pauser. Slutligen beskrivs arbetsmetodens nytta i vardagen. Administrativa sysslor upplevs passa bättre och upplevelsen av progress i dessa är positiv. Dock finns svårigheter att implementera rutinen i sin vardag. Respondenterna ser stora fördelar med att införa Work Flow i egna projektorganisationens arbetssätt för att skapa arbetsro, samarbeten och bättre resultat. En diskussion kopplad till the Progress Principle belyser resultaten ur motivationssynpunkt. Slutsatsen är att Work Flow har potential att förbättra projektledares och projektgruppers vardag genom att skapa en tydligare känsla av framåtrörelse, en bättre tidsmedvetenhet även i planeringsfasen samt en bättre insikt i övriga teammedlemmars uppgifter. Metoden kan skapa en positiv förbättring både för individen och projektorganisationen genom ökad motivation, arbetsglädje, kreativitet och produktivitet.
The aim of this study is to explore whether the structure provided by Work Flow (an event based on the Pomodoro-method) is perceived as beneficial in the work of a project member. A qualitative study sheds light on why seven project members seek this structure in their work and which benefits they found. A thematic analysis resulted in six themes. The result describes how the project members’ availability is an obstruction to find focus on their own tasks. It also describes the need of personal connections and sense of management understanding in a free role. Thereafter the project members’ experience of Work Flow is described. The interviewees discuss topics concerning self-affirmation, control and sense of progress which makes prioritization possible both concerning tasks and active pauses. Finally, we look into the use of Work Flow in everyday life. The method is considered more suitable for administrative duties and the sense of progress when performing these tasks is very positive. However, the respondents describe some resistance when trying to change their routines at work. In spite of this they predict great advantages if introducing Work Flow in their own project organization as they envision peace to work, improved collaborations and better results. The Progress Principle was used to analyze the results from a motivational point of view. The conclusion is that Work Flow shows potential to improve the everyday life of project managers and project teams by creating a sense of progress, an improved awareness of time, including project planning, and a better understanding of the struggles of other team members. The method may create a positive improvement for both the individual and the project organization through increased motivation, joy of work, creativity and productivity.

Denna studie syftar till att utvärdera det kenyanska utvecklingsprojektet och NGO:n Nikumbuke som på grund av landets patriarkala strukturer har som mål att stärka de deltagande kvinnorna. Vi har genom att delta i projektet som volontärer studerat vilka metoder Nikumbuke arbetar med för att uppnå sitt mål och undersökt vad effekterna blir för deltagarna samt vilka eventuella svårigheter projektet möter. För att kunna uppfylla studiens syfte har en kvalitativ ansats tillämpats där en utvärderingsmetod i kombination med effektanalys väglett studien. Empirin har samlats in med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer, gruppintervjuer samt deltagande observationer. Relevant tidigare forskning samt teoretiska utgångspunkter bestående av Tillys teori om beständig ojämlikhet, empowermentbegreppet samt Bourdieus teori om kapitalformer, habitus och fält har applicerats vid analysen av det empiriska materialet. Resultatet av studien visar att Nikumbukes metoder ger kvinnorna verktyg att öka deras möjligheter och kapitalvolym vilket leder till empowerment, men att de sociala normerna, traditionerna och strukturella hinder som råder i landet är svårföränderliga och utgör ett hinder i arbetet med att stärka kvinnorna. Då Nikumbuke dessutom är en NGO med begränsade ekonomiska resurser riskerar deras ekonomiska beroendeställning att förlänga utvecklingsprocessen och skapa långvariga effekter.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Kenyan development project and NGO Nikumbuke, which aims to empower the participating women due to patriarchal structures in the country. We have participated in the project as volunteers and studied the methods that Nikumbuke uses to achieve their goal and examined the experienced effects for the participants and possible difficulties that the project may face. To fulfill the purpose of this study a qualitative method was used. Additionally an evaluation method in combination with an analysis that focuses on the effects of the project has guided us throughout the work. The material was collected using semi-structured interviews, group interviews and participating observation. Relevant earlier research and theories consisting of Tillys theory about resistant inequality, empowerment and Bourdieus theory on the capital forms, habitus and field were used to analyze the empirical material. The result shows that the methods Nikumbuke use provides the women with tools to improve their abilities and capital volume that leads to empowerment, however the social norms, traditions and structural obstacles in Kenya are still problems that are difficult to change. Furthermore the fact that Nikumbuke is a NGO with limited economic resources makes the project dependent of others and risks extending the process of long term development effects.

This thesis is focused on project planning and management optimalization in the department of technical evaluation FEM (TKF/1), Škoda Auto, a. s. Its theoretical part specifies the framework of project management, including the methodology of project leadership and software instruments. Afterwards it mentions various types of organisational structure, stressing the matrix structure. The practical part starts with the description of the company, of its organisational structure and of activities explaining processes in TKF/1. Then follows an analyse of the current situation in the project leadership of the observed department, that is summarised in a well-arranged SWOT. Based on these outlines, a new organisational structure is proposed, as well as a new process of the development projects' planning. The thesis contains a proposal of setting of sources out from the corporate fund of sources that facilitates an effective capacity planning of whole department, and it also contains a template of development activity in MS Project.

Previous research has shown that sensemaking structures within organizations are not only present, but vital in project settings. Informal individually produced sensemaking structures, such as task lists, are a mean to formulate ones' own project work into individual actions. These have shown to be essential, but some drawbacks have also been shown to exist. However, the lens has previously been mainly on the individual level, and organizational implications have got little attention in research. This study aims to explore projects' implications when such individual structures are dominant in the process. To do so, the reasons for production of said structures are analysed as well as the source of them. As a mean to identify such implications, a qualitative single-case study was performed at a Swedish consultancy company, where in total 16 interviews were held with employees at various positions and hierarchical levels. As expected, sensemaking structures were widely used in several formats, produced both for individual and collective purposes. The study further reveals that depending on the source of inspiration for the task lists, there is a risk that multiple views of the projects' goal are formed, which in turn affects the projects' progress. Also, the responsibility of the project leaders was shown to be of importance as a mean to minimize individual prioritization and instead build a uniform perception of projects' priorities, thus through communication and transparency. As the study finds a clear connection between individuals' sensemaking structures and organizational implications, further and more broad research on sensemaking structures through an organizational lens is suggested.
Tidigare forskning visar på att meningsskapande strukturer [eng: sensemaking structures] i organisationer existerar och håller en avgörande del i projektsammanhang. Informella individuella strukturer, så som uppgiftslistor, används och produceras för att bryta ner projektarbetet till mindre uppgifter. Dessa strukturer har visat sig vara av stor betydelse, men nackdelar har även visat sig förekomma. Tidigare forskning har huvudsakligen fokuserats kring individen, men mindre uppmärksamhet har lagts på organisatoriska aspekter. Denna studie syftar till att utforska de konsekvenser projekt kan erhålla då individuella strukturer är dominanta i projektarbetet. I ett försök att finna dessa konsekvenser så har både skälen till produktionen av dessa strukturer samt dess källa analyserats. För att identifiera dessa konsekvenser har en kvalitativ fallstudie utförts på ett svenskt konsultföretag, där resultatet samlades in genom att intervjua 16 anställda verksamma på olika positioner och hierarkiska nivåer. Användandet av meningsskapande strukturer var som väntat stort, då syftet till dess användning både var individuellt och kollektivt. Studien visar att källan till de individuella listorna skiljer sig åt,vilket bidrar till risken att det formas flertalet synsätt på projektets mål, vilket i sin tur påverkar projektets utveckling. Projektledarens ansvar att kommunicera och vara transparent har visat sig vara av betydelse i syfte att minimera individuella prioriteringar och därav bör det byggas en mer enhetlig syn på projektets prioriteringar. Då författarna av studien finner tydliga kopplingar mellan individuella meningsskapande strukturer och organisatoriska implikationer föreslås vidare forskning på meningsskapande processer genom en organisatorisk lins.

Amounts of pine sawlogs, pine pulpwood as well as spruce pulpwod can be estimated rather precisely. The accuracy of the prognosis is as high as 90%. The amount of spruce sawlogs can be prognosed with less accuracy (75%). The biggest errors are obtained by prognosis of smal dimensions softwood and hardwood as well as of birch pulpwood. Prognosis of birch pulpwood differs from actuall volume 3.7 times. When prognosed income is being compared with the actual one, very small discrepancies are found, though the assorment composition is different. The difference between actual and theoretical income were 2.4% and -0.5% respectively for 2004 and 2005.

The thesis statement is focused on construction order planning and management from investor point of view. The theoretical part consists of particular project phases including financing and public orders problematics. The theoretical knowledge is applied on specific public order. The town Nové Město na Moravě was asked for cooperation as an investor and the town provided the project Community retirement home for this thesis purposes. Whole practical part is focused on this public order preparation and management. All documentation related to this topic is contained in the thesis and the investor can use this documentation as a background for further projects. Last part of the practical part concerns the order funding, the financial plan is attached.

This diploma thesis solves problems of construction orders management. The key to successful business and stable position in a competitive market is the way of planning, managing and quality processing of construction orders. The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe and analyze the management of a construction order in a selected company, in my case ARCHATT, s.r.o. I also deal with this in this work, namely for the specific order Oprava Severního parkánu a hradeb of Prague Castle. The content of the work is a processed documentation of the supplier's preparation for this order and a detailed description of the entry of construction workers to this daily guarded building.

Under vår tidigare studie med titel ”Utveckling eller förveckling; En interaktiv studie om en förändringsprocess på en gymnasieskola.” (Alexandersson & Carlén, 2007) uppmärksammade vi förändringsarbetes komplexitet. Tillsammans med lärarna och skolledningen togs beslutet att följa upp deras utvecklingsprocess genom denna studie av fördjupande karaktär. Studiens syfte var att förstå vad som sker i en arbetslagspraktik i samband med ett utvecklingsarbete med fokus på de kritiska aspekter som kan uppstå i en sådan process.

Vi antog en hermeneutisk ansats och valde aktionsforskning som metod där vi använde reflexiva intervjuer som erbjuder flexibilitet vid intervjutillfällena. Analysarbetet präglades av att tolka, och reflektera över, den insamlade datan i relation till vår förförståelse som inom hermeneutiken ses som grundläggande.

Resultatet visar på hur flera olika faktorer inverkar på, och samverkar i, förändringsarbete. Ur dessa har vi urskiljt tre kritiska aspekter i arbetslagets förändringsarbete som vi anser särskilt betydelsefulla att beakta vid förändringsarbete;

Att organisationen förhindrar det pedagogiska förhållningssättet
Att målstyrning kräver förändrat ledarskap.
Att samarbete och förändring bidrar till lärares kritiska reflektion och makt över sin egen praktik.

Vi konstaterar att en gemensam förståelse för uppdraget, genom hela skolans organisation, är nödvändig för att kunna genomföra de omstruktureringar som förnyade undervisningsformer kräver. En ytterligare förutsättning för förnyade undervisningsformer är att våga frångå det gamla till förmån för det nya.

During our previous study entitled ”Development or complication? An interactive study of a developing project in a upper secondary school.” (Alexandersson & Carlén, 2007) we noticed the complexity of developing projects. Along with the teachers and school management we decided to follow up their developing project in this study of deeper character. The purpose of the study was to understand what happens in a team work practice related to a developing project focusing on critical aspects that can appear in such a process

Our empirical approach was hermeneutic and our method was action research. We used reflexive interviews which are open and offer flexibility during the interviews. Interpreting and reflection characterized our analysis work

The result indicates several different aspects that effects developing project and we have identified three critical aspects which we find particularly important to take into consideration in developing project.

That the organisation prevents the pedagogical attitude.
That management by objectives requires transformed leadership.
That co-operation and developing project contributes teachers’ critical reflection and power of their domain.

We establish that a common understanding of the mission throughout the school organisation is necessary in order to implement restructuring that renew teaching format require. Another condition for renewed teaching format is to relinquish tasks to make place for new ones.
