Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThree major results can be drawn from this research : 1) the characteristics of technical objects depend of the mode by which they were designed and developed. Technology designed by a consortium will be different to equivalent technology designed by the firm alone. 2) The nature and the intensity of the competition are influenced by the characteristics of technical objects. Information and communication technologies in particular are subjected to increasing returns to adoption. It is necessary to manage the latter, in particular by choosing the right first users. 3) Strategic management of technology implies a precise description of technologies in competition. The research has led to the constitution of such a repertoire. Thanks to this description, the manager can determine the level of compatibility and substitutability of his technology. Enterprises can influence the qualification of there products and thereby influence the competition by competing in a field in which they have a strategic advantage

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleTo maintain durably an activity during twenty-three years doesn't act as itself but it takes to know how to model together : though and action, control and learning, stability and change. The elaboration of a strategy, by a SME, follows a process of its own that is adapted to its technological and organizationel capacities but it must also be connected to the opportunities seized by the manager.Based one's argument on the case study of a small cooperative cellar, we illustrate the elaboration process of a strategy. We retain the story line of the manager who served as chairman of the board of directors of the cooperative and also as managing director of this small firm. We shall see that this functional originality allowed the organization to combine innovation and sustainability on all fields of activity. This helped it to continue the development of its wine industry, in spite of the functional problems or the evolutions of his Market. To study "the innovation being made" has brought to the foreground one after the other the events-keys, which shaped the corporate policy led from 1988 to 2011, and allowed to highlight the role of the actors at the heart of the process of strategic Learning

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe work presented in this thesis aims to implement a fleet of robots to explore an open and crowded environment. The objective is to propose strategies allowing the robots to be autonomous in the calculation of decentralized policies and in the implementation of their tasks. The expected solution should allow each robot to act without being affected by any loss of communication. A set of points to visit should be allocated between the robots whenever it is necessary and communication is possible. As a first step, we proposed an architecture based on a topological representation of the environment to generate maps of low density. The aim is to reduce planification calculation costs by reducing the useful information and ensure that the assumptions respect the structural capacities of the robots in a real environment. The second contribution proposes an aproximate solution that helps in solving, during a mission, a problem that is similar to a stochastic traveling salesman. The solution is to decompose a multi-goal Markov decision process to overcome the limitation of the number of considered goals. Finally, distributing the resolution over several robots requires defining protocols to quickly allocate the set of goals. The proposed solution converges rapidly through successive simultaneous rounds of auctions based on an individual assessment of correlated preferences on the objectives. The experiments aim to evaluate statistically the quality of the solutions produced and the ability to deal, online, with problems of real size. These experiments are used to validate the proposed approaches in multi-robot frameworks
Belbachir, Assia. „A cooperative architecture for target localization using underwater vehicles“. Thesis, Toulouse, INPT, 2011. http://www.theses.fr/2011INPT0009/document.
Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThere is a growing research interest in Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV), due to the need for increasing our knowledge about the deep sea and understanding the effects the human way of life has on it. This need has pushed the development of new technologies to design more efficient and more autonomous underwater vehicles. Autonomy refers, in the context of this thesis, to the “decisional autonomy”, i.e. the capability of taking decisions, in uncertain, varying and unknown environments. A more recent concern in AUV area is to consider a fleet of vehicles (AUV, ASV, etc). Indeed, multiple vehicles with heterogeneous capabilities have several advantages over a single vehicle system, and in particular the potential to accomplish tasks faster and better than a single vehicle. Underwater target localization using several AUVs (Autonomous Underwater Vehicles) is a challenging issue. A systematic and exhaustive coverage strategy is not efficient in term of exploration time: it can be improved by making the AUVs share their information and cooperate to optimize their motions. The contribution of this thesis is the definition of an architecture that integrates such a strategy that adapts each vehicle motions according to its and others’ sensory information. Communication points are required to make underwater vehicles exchange information : for that purpose the system involves one ASV (Autonomous Surface Vehicle), that helps the AUVs re-localize and exchange data, and two AUVs that adapt their strategy according to gathered information, while satisfying the associated communication constraints. Each AUV is endowed with a sensor that estimates its distance with respect to targets, and cooperates with others to explore an area with the help of an ASV. To provide the required autonomy to these vehicles, we build upon an existing system (T-REX) with additional components, which provides an embedded planning and execution control framework. Simulation results are carried out to evaluate the proposed architecture and adaptive exploration strategy

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleVehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs) allow sharing different kinds of data between vehicles in a collaborative way. In this thesis, we are particularly interested in road safety applications, designed for the exchange of information on road traffic and conditions. This kind of applications have strict Quality of Service (QoS) requirements, as data must be routed thoroughly and without any delays so for assuring the timely delivery of useful information to the drivers. In this context, data routing must face several issues raised by the high mobility and dispersion of vehicles, inadequate or completely lacking infrastructure, a variable network density, network saturation due to the large of information to deliver, and the size of the geographical areas to cover. Indeed, the problem of data dissemination in VANETs is non-trivial, and several research challenges must be solved in order to provide an efficient, collaborative, and reliable support for road safety applications. Specifically, we will address the problem of collaborative data dissemination through the following three questions: “How to perform data dissemination?”, “When should we do it?”, and “What must be disseminated?” We have provided answers to these questions through the three contributions of this thesis. Our first contribution is an efficient dissemination strategy, specifically tailored to the importance of the exchanged information as well as its lifespan, which is able to avoid the intensive dissemination process that generates network congestion and data redundancy. We confirm our statements and validate the performance of our solution by modeling it using a discrete-time Markov chain, which demonstrates the number of necessary retransmissions for all concerned vehicles to receive information. Moreover, we performed extensive simulations that show a reduction of up to 90% of redundant messages with respect to message flooding dissemination strategies. Next, in order to further improve the road safety message dissemination process, we propose a communications channel access scheduler, which aims at reducing the number of collisions caused by IEEE 802.11p/1609.4 multi-channel synchronizations, and thus improving the data reception rate. We base our solution on the optimal stopping theory, which chooses the right moment to send information by balancing the channel occupancy rate, the data delivery efficiency, and the maximum deferment delay tolerated by the information. To this end, we formulate the optimal stopping theory through a Markov decision process (MDP). We show through simulation-based evaluations an improvement of the reception rate of up to 25% and a reduction of up to 47% of message losses. Finally, after being interested in the quantitative aspect of network performance, we centered our efforts on improving the reliability of the dissemination process, which is obtained by motivating vehicles to cooperate and evicting malicious vehicles from the process. To this end, we propose a trust model inspired on signaling games, which are a type of dynamic Bayesian games. Through the use of our model, equilibrium is achieved, thus resulting in a fast and low-cost vehicle self-selection process. We define the parameters of our trust model through a discrete-time Markov chain model. To the best of our knowledge, our solution is the only existing solution that tackles the negative effects introduced by the presence of both malicious and selfish vehicles in a VANET. We evaluated the performance of our solution by modeling it using a Markov chain, and a set of simulations. Our results show that up to 100% of malicious vehicles are evicted while keeping a high cooperation rate, thus achieving an improvement of 42% when compared to other similar solutions
Roux, Benoît. „The evolution of cooperatives : an organizational perspective“. Thesis, Lille 1, 2015. http://www.theses.fr/2015LIL12018.
Der volle Inhalt der QuelleCooperatives are often considered as organizational alternatives to traditional firms. However, the relationship between the cooperative and its members tend to evolve so as to generate tensions. Our dissertation aims at explaining why this relationship evolves. Relying on transaction cost economics, we describe the cooperative relationship as stemming from the choice by the cooperative members to govern a transaction collectively. The cooperative as a full-fledge organization emerges as a consequence of this governance choice. Then, relying on the “old” institutionalism, we explain that this cooperative organization institutionalizes so much as to drift from its original goals. As a consequence it is concerned with its self-maintenance and needs to secure the governance choice of its members upon which it relies to exist. It does so by leveraging the characteristics of the members’ transaction’s governance. We empirically confront our theoretical address studying two embedded cases: an agricultural cooperative and a retailer cooperative. Relying on the thematic analysis of 57 interviews, we confirm our theoretical propositions and argue the governance of the cooperative members’ transaction evolves because of the institutional drift of the cooperative. The consequences of this drift are strategic to the cooperative members. A number of contributions are derived from our theoretical and empirical address both in the literature on cooperatives and the literature on the analysis of institutions

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe field work has been carried out over the past fifteen years within the Mondragon Group in the Spanish Basque Country. Which is currently the world's largest network of cooperative enterprises. This group has also two major characteristics. One is to have a large sample of industrial cooperative enterprises competing globally with large multinationals. The other is that it consists of a very large majority of cooperative enterprises in the hands of their workers. What is commonly known as Mondragon Cooperative Experience is recognized as an unique experience of more than sixty years of existence. Our research question: How is the organizational identity evolving within the Mondragon Group in a current context?, is the result of a field issue. And it is on the basis of an intervention research on two cases of industrial cooperative enterprises that we were led to reflect on the evolution of the organizational identity within these two cooperatives and from there within the Mondragon Group as a whole. This consideration of the evolution of the organizational identity leads not only to consider the strategic directions chosen by the Group Mondragon but also the implemented policies of leadership and coaching to encourage the identification of the co-workers of Mondragon within their cooperatives. In this work, the researcher adopted a constructivist epistemology. He conducted a broad review of the literature on organizational identity in particular and its extensive nomological network

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe construction of the europe combines three aspects at the same time, that is to say, a project, a method and a space that europeans have agreed together to construct - europe, deliberately but step by step. . . At the beginning of the sixties, the acp states signed agreements aimed at maintaining and extending their links with the european economic community. The acp have been directly connected and dealt with collectively in regards to work, particularly on the the level of financial and technical co-operation. The modes and procedures of setting up co-operation comprise four broad phases: -programming, instruction, decision-making and (evaluation of)results. Today europe has initiated the project for a single currency that the acp states consequently have to deal with in order to master this co-operation. However, this project raises various obstacles and socio-political risks wich we have already discussed. Finally, what will the strategy for development of the acp be tomorrow, particularly in the case of congo(zaire) ? it is not simply a question of preaching and isolation of the acp states, but rather concentrating on development tomorrow, which means necessarily strengthening the internal economic and social structures. And why not include co-operation in the new international economic order ?
Beye, Seydou. „Les entreprises coopératives dans la stratégie générale de développement au Sénégal“. Paris 10, 1988. http://www.theses.fr/1988PA100006.
Der volle Inhalt der QuelleOwing to the disastrous economic situation prevailing in Senegal, we have made an attempt, through this study, to grasp development problems related to farming cooperatives. These were established in 1960 by public authorities with a view to establishing an economic and social development process; unfortunately, they have not been that much of a success after twenty five years of independence. In fact, the cooperative development process set in 1960 and based on specialization in groundnut production could not experience an expansion full enough to engender an improvement of producers' standards of living. The state controlled production system only generated an extrovert growth. Until very recently, the promotion of food crops which should guarantee self-sufficiency in food was not included in the government's more pressing concerns. It has had a determining role to play in this situation, owing to the seizure policy it operated on the cooperative sector. All the more so as the organic relationships between marketing and credit made of cooperative firms mere production structures. The government is deducting the marketed surplus to meet its own operation costs, to the detriment of the agricultural sector. As the time went by, owing to the archaic and discriminatory practice of the agricultural savings system, and the bad pricing of food products

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe main difficulty of autonomous navigation of a mobile robot in a partially comes from the lack of information about the environment. One can not assure the calculated navigation path is as short and as safe as the path calculated if we had all the necessary information on the environment. Information is gathered along the moves of the mobile robot with a varying degree of certainty. This uncertainty come from the environment itself, the perception abilities and the localisation abilities of the robot. Only relevant information acquisitions can help a good execution of the navigation task. The proposed approach is realised in this context : it consists of a navigation strategy based on the determination of zones where information is necessary for the robot to rally its objective

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe study of information in the Arab strategic cooperation constitutes a study of cases on the interference between communication and international relations. In a first while, we will be studying historical conditions that lead the Arab states to start a system of cooperation centred on information, then the evolution and concrete manifestations of this cooperation will be studied. Further we will analyse the Arab collective propaganda, the role of information in the global development processus of the Arab society and the position of information in the relationship between Arab states and the other international groupings. In short, our purpose is to study the information and the inter-Arab cooperation in a political context, and in the context of development and international equilibrium, which allow us to evolve the different Arab conceptions of the role of information. The perspective of this study consists in bringing out new elements of reflexion on information, international relations and the relationship between both. Our study fits in the outline of reflexion on communication in the present world

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe main aim of this study is to introduce current thinking on the economic analysis of strategie alliances. First, we begn with the definition of inter-firm cooperation, paying particular attention to the specificity of strategic alliances between rivals. We adopt a typology of agreements depending on the main activities within the firm (r&d, production, marketing and sales) and we apply it to cooperation in high-tech industries. In fact, the past ten or fifteen years have seen a great and rapid increase of cooperative relations between firms in these industrial fields. We focus on cooperation in the space industry because it raises fundamental issues. The remainder of this work deals with recent theoretical developments on cooperation. As the motivations of alliances are multiple, there is a great variety and breadth of literature on such cooperation. In this considerable diversity in the material, we have emphasized topics which are more pertinent to the understanding of agreements in the space sector. A first theme covers the main contributions to the economic theory of the firm. We look at three areas in which important developments have taken place : the transactional-cost approach, the property rights theory and the principal-agent model. These analyses provide relevant answers to the problem of vertical cooperation but can't explain the existence and the development of strategic alliances. These alliances must be considered in terms of strategic firm behavior in situations of oligopolistic interdependence and technological race. Firms cooperate with others in order to gain an advantage over actual or potential rivals by deterring entry and or getting around barriers. In the space industry, firms and governments act strategically which have important consequences for the nature of alliances. States can create a new sort of advantage for firms called "strategic"

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe number of significant interorganizational relationships where independents firms cooperate to carry out complex logistics functions is increasing and such arrangements significantly contribute to performance in many contexts. While the results are often impressive, logistics outsourcing is not without possible pitfalls. Dependencies are an important kind of relationship between firms because they imply the need for coordination and they imply constraints on the ways in which a process may be redesigned. Within any given logistics channel there is a set of shipper – logistics service provider dependencies that follow the flow of materials and information from one activity to the next. It is useful for the development of this research to conceptualize a logistics channel as a network of activity flows directed towards customer wants and needs. These flows include nodes of logistics activities where channel entities create partial and incremental commitment to order attributes such as transport, warehousing, packaging, dispatch, quality control, etc. Therefore coordination between the various players in the network I key in its effective management. This network of interdependent activities is connected by linkages. These linkages often create trade-offs in performing different activities that should be optimized. A company must resolve such trade-offs, in accordance with its strategy. Linkages therefore require activities to be coordinated. Careful management of linkages is often is often a powerful source of competitive management. Our research uses two distinct methodologies to explore the phenomena of outsourcing relationships. First interviews of logistics managers were conducted to explore the implications of outsourcing relationship involvement. Second, a comprehensive data base was developed to provide a perspective on the nature of outsourcing relationships in general and in interface management specifically

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThis doctoral research aims to study the relationship between Governance, Human Resource Management and Strategy of SCOP. These co-operative enterprises have an original and innovative political project and are beneficiaries of a triple linage of economic, political & social nature. Their values which derived from the nineteenth century are of solidarity, collective inter-generational ownership and equity. The identification of risks of tension and disintegration inherent to such an hybrid form of governance calls for a adequate management to run a co-operative organisation where worker members have a majority vote in co-responsibility.This issue emerging from both the field and the literature is studied in an innovative triptych approach based on a qualitative methodology. The analysis of practices and speeches - gathered from managers of 16 micro co-operatives and small & medium co-operatives of Rhône Alpes and from leaders of the co-operative sector – has revealed, on one hand, brakes and levers and on the other hand, contingency elements to a sustainable co-operative development of SCOP.These results have allowed the development of an ideal type of co-operative management and sustainable co-operative development based on co-operative management tools designed to prevent the risk of individual and collective tensions and to strenghthen the link between co-operative governance, co-operative management and co-operative development

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThis dissertation focuses on organizations’ use of collective resources which are shared with other organizations, including competitors. Specifically, this work examines the interactions between cooperative organizational forms – which are relying on shared resources – and other resources, whether collective or not (e.g. privately owned resources, Common-Pool Resources, public resources), and the consequences for firm performance. The first chapter investigates members’ defection from cooperatives, when they cease to use shared resources. This first chapter also explores retention practices cooperatives can adopt to retain these members. The second chapter delves into the role of Common-Pool Resources (CPRs or Commons) in this decision to leave cooperatives. This chapter thus examines how collective resources within cooperatives may conflict with CPRs and undermine each other. Building on the second chapter's exploration of CPRs, the third chapter redefines performance in contexts where such commons are at risk of depletion. This last chapter examines how the non-exploitation of resources can indicate performance for firms

Despite the success of WSN several problems have to be solved. The restricted energy capacity and the randomness of the wireless channel seriously affect the performances of the WSN. Cooperative communication represents an efficient solution to reduce the instability of the wireless channel and to optimize energy. In this thesis we propose to use cooperative communications at the MAC and network layer in order to set up a cooperative access to the channel and to establish more robust routing paths

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleFor the last three decades, the Chinese economy has multiplied it GDP by 15. In order to maintain a strong home economical growth and insure a constant supply of raw material and energy, China turned towards the African continent by quickly and firmly multiplying its foreign direct investments during the last ten years. By becoming the second largest business partner of Africa, as well as a strategic investor, a financial supplier and associated for the development; China has now overturned the balance of powers which had been established since the decolonization of Africa. The purpose of this study is to estimate the impact of the Chinese FDI on the growth rate of 38 African countries between 2003 and 2011. We have centred our reflection on the following questions: What are the impacts of the economical cooperation between China and African countries on poverty, unemployment and; does this cooperation encourage the possibility to start a real process of economic development in Africa? In order to come to a conclusion on this matter, we have analyzed the way through which China achieves economical growth, the foundations of China’s African Policy, as well as the reasons for Chinese companies to invest in Africa and the political and economical impacts of China’s Policy in Africa. Finally, we led an empirical study measuring the effects of the Chinese FDI in Africa. Thanks to our econometric study, we came to the conclusion that the Chinese FDI has no significant effect on the GDP per capita of these 38 African countries. Because they are invested in sectors which end up creating less local employments and which, eventually do not allow a real transfer of technologies …

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleR&D cooperation has emerged over the last twenty years as a full-fledged innovation strategy. In this thesis we consider elements a firm takes into account in its cooperation strategy. In the first part of the thesis we present two models based on the model by d’Aspremont and Jacquemin where we suppose that firms have heterogeneous R&D competences. First we show that in a duopoly the profit of cooperating firms increases with technological dispersion (i. E. , for different R&D competences) and that the spillover limit-rate beyond which the welfare is higher in the cooperative case than in the non cooperative case decreases with technological dispersion. Then we study partner selection in a triopoly for significant R&D costs. In the second part using CIS3 survey data we examine the relationship between the probability to cooperate in R&D and subsidies and the use of IPR. We show that subsidies have a significative and positive impact and that the effect of a subsidy depends on its origin. For IPR, only the trademarks have a significative and positive impact. Results on the different kinds of R&D cooperation distinguishing the kind and the origin of the partner are mixed. The third section focuses on partial R&D cooperation. First it is argued that the modularity of a good permits specific innovation strategies. We support this by the cases of video games and open source softwares. Then we present a model in an oligopoly where cooperation reduces the cost of development, but reduces differentiation for cooperating firms. We show that for a given size of coalition the degree of cooperation between cooperating firms increases or decreases with the size of the coalition

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleA thesis devoted to the fight against organized crime in the United Arab Emirates may seem rather surprising. Security in this country is at a very high level and the authorities maintain a very strong control over a 90% foreign population. Generally regarded as one of the safest countries in the world, organized crime has no place in the UAE. But the subject is justified because the fight against organized crime can only be conceived in a global framework that puts countries in advanced economies at the forefront. The UAE is a major partner in the strategy and international cooperation that has been developing steadily for more than 30 years to reduce criminal organizations. These still active organizations have been joined by terrorist organizations that finance themselves through trafficking and illegal activities. This junction between crime and terrorism, proven by field investigations, is a factor in worsening instability and a challenge for police forces. In the Gulf, there is a need to closely monitor trade flows that may conceal criminal activity. But it is also necessary to detect financial flows from criminal activities that are recycled in the prosperous economy of the UAE. On both counts, the UAE plays a decisive role because of its significant financial resources, surveillance technologies and the political will of its leaders. This thesis places the action of the Emirates in the normative and institutional framework established by treaties, relayed by national law. In this area, it is unreasonable to target the disappearance of organized crime, which is an activity linked to the globalization of world trade. The achievable objective of the Emirates is not to allow the implantation of organized crime on its territory. From this point of view, this goal is achieved and the efforts of UAE authorities and police forces are tense towards a consolidation of this result for the future

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleI wish to demonstrate in this thesis that the realisation of extended enterprise, which corresponds to the emergence of intermediate systems founded on the protocols of partnership is at the same time associated with a management of cooperative information systems, notably with the aim of optimising operational flow management. The field of application is parcels delivery in france. My thesis is divided into two parts. The first part, of a theoretical nature, begins with the analysis of industrial cooperative strategies -ie networks- to show that these generate new needs concerning information exchange. The concept of a cooperative information system is put forward as a system of information adapted to carry out the communications policies of a networked organisation. The second part of my thesis takes us to the construction of a "projective model" in which is organised a body of hypotheses, followed by a methodology of investigation put into place to explore the strategies carried out in a particular industry. After having indicated, with broad brushstrokes, the general characteristics of express parcels services, i propose the description and analysis of cooperative information systems through the results of fieldwork, carried out by indepth interviews within 11 different companies. Cooperative information systems ensure the connection between two visions of of the same production process : strategic (the type of cooperation strategy) and operational (the vision of the process -ie the flow)

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe objective of this thesis is the design and development of a cooperative operating system, traditional public transport modes and existing resources, in order to offer a resilient transport network that can cope with large or small scale disruptions. The vehicles will be used as a service to serve existing traditional public transport and as a regulatory element in the event of disruption. This system must be able to help operators to efficiently manage the networks in the event of disruptions or breaks (line operation problem, major events, zone closure, etc.). The system will make it possible to cope with fluctuations in capacity and guarantee operation with minimal loss of performance and costs. In order to guarantee the level of service and the resilience of the network, particular attention will be paid to: the design of the replacement vehicle network as service services to existing traditional transport networks. the synchronization of the schedules of the replacement vehicle services and public transport. • the development of vehicle re-routing and re-allocation strategies in different disruption scenarios to reduce the loss of system functionality leading to monetary loss and loss of passenger loyalty. the assessment of network efficiency from a resilience perspective. This work complements, on the one hand, the work carried out in the COSYS/GRETTIA and COSYS/LICIT laboratories on the development of resilience monitoring and regulation platforms and, on the other hand, research and development at the VEDECOM institute on the impact of replacement vehicle services on disruption management, particularly through system resilience and reliability

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThis case study examines the path of the cooperative company SEI, a firm of computer services. Created ex-nihilo in Bayonne in 1976, it rose to rank top of the computer services companies in Aquitaine, counting 350 collaborators, and then suddenly closed its books in 1994. The management of risk constitutes an inevitable dimension of the dynamic of the growth of firms. According to classical literature, the behaviour of cooperative companies is supposed to be conditioned by an aversion to face higher risk and a limited time horizon of the co-operators. The association of a debate on the asymmetry of the attitudes in face of risk and that of "time asymmetries" bring us to approach the question of the risk from the point of view of the strategic analysis putting forward the notions of "strategic risk" and of "sunk costs". The industry of software and computer services is composed of different segments. While technical assistance allowed the growth of the principle french computer services companies during the eighties, the main activity of SEI consisted of system engineering-integration services. We will show that the particular fact of strong dynamic in the specification of human resources, the position of SEI was known (relatively) as more risky in the sense of strategic risk and the investment of sunk costs. This explains the progression of its trajectory

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe general idea of this thesis is to propose a modeling of adaptable information system to any type of cooperation project meeting actors of separate territories, plural cultures and different structural and cyclical contingencies. The decisiveness will be to set up a real “code of communication” around a cooperation project appropriable by all the actors by integrating their specificities and those of their environments. More widely, this thesis is a permanent research framework with capitalization which has to bring to improve “the art of project” notably in terms of information and knowledge flow valuation and that may translate: “think global and act local”. The last two decades were characterized by the emergence of an environment the complexity of which increases in an exponential way in view of the information flow magma to be used. The impact on companies and more generally on organizations fundamentally changed their management and in particular in the “entire process project”. Beyond the concepts of globalization, internationalization, transition, number of organizations is going to try to create some value in the implementation of “cooperation project”. These projects present very particular typologies where the information and knowledge are as well raw materials as finished products in their realization. In this optics, the notion of “the environment project” becomes more and more strong as far as its complexity see increasing by a contingency of factors and actors who do not only arise from “the environment of nearness” of the project but also the “environment of territorial connection” which so redefines the “geospace stakes” of the project. Through this reading of the environment of the project, which codes of communication common we can share to allow of the implementation of “architecture project” in search for efficiency and which has to bring an effect “fast-breeder generator” to the project that is to produce more wealth than consummate resources. To bring an answer to this problem, it is above all to bring to the foreground an abstract model of “informational proactivity management” around the notion of project which can decline in various elements which allow positioning exactly the project in its environment by taking into account "glocality” of its factors and actors. This research is centered on the informative genesis of the constituents of a “proactive management” through returns of experiments and results of construction of an “informative abstract model project” stemming from my research works begun in 1993

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleIn this thesis, we analyze emergent cooperation as a process of structuration. Our primary concern was to provide a description of a cooperation which emerges among actors with divergent interests and logics and who are not submitted to a central authority. This process can be highly time-consuming. In the case of a mineral water company trying to protect its water sheet endangered by agricultural practices, we found that the actors got involved into such a process. We identify several phases and various mechanisms of structuration in that process. Simplification and complexification, as well as irreversibility phenomena play an essential part in the progress of the situation. We show that the emergence of a global interaction structure is the first step towards cooperation. It is a pre-condition for a change the links between the actors, which can turn into formal coordination structures. These phases lead to a global coordination which is the basic means to achieve cooperation. At the end of the thesis, we distinguish and assess two extreme ways for the global coordination: the management by a leading actor or the regulation through self-organization

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleOur thesis has to point of departure a situation of empirical management represented by a circle of foresight thinking, which we call FPS (Foresight Participatory Strategic), conducted by BASF Agro over a period of more than ten years with all the actors involved in the food chain. The players in the circle have a merchant relationship and decide to explore opportunities for collaboration on a community way. They expanded together a design space or interact the knowledge and relationships in a process of innovation. We have ended up with the assumption that the FPS plays the role of an open-strategizing platform and for the operation of business between the actors which is used to reflect and devise all the new strategies. The FPS is a management innovation which the configuration of implicit reference is a business ecosystem, and not just a typical organization. Our analysis is based on a longitudinal case study of seventeen years

Der volle Inhalt der QuelleThe aim of this study is to link the characteristics of a complex product, to the constraints of the manufacturing production system and the co-operative strategies. Based on an elaborate survey of the robotic manufacturers cases, the co-operations have been analysed according to the integration degree of the robotic product. This variable has been choosen as an indicator of the technological complexity of the product. Outstanding manufacturing network-systems have been spotted. This analysis corroborates the influence of the complex characteristics of the product on co-operative strategies and on the development of organisationnal networks
